I scheduled an oil change and a repair on the tow/haul switch on my 2004 Yukon. My service advisor, Josh, either hates his job or was in a bad mood because he was extremely rude and annoyed with me. After 2 hours for an oil change and repair on a wire for the switch, he called to tell me my vehicle was ready. I returned, paid for the service and went to get in my vehicle and noticed two screws that were supposed to be holding up the dash were sitting on the floor along with used electrical tape and a wire but. In order to avoid annoying my service advisor anymore I used my own multi tool to screw the screws back in and reattach my dash properly. Luckily, the switch was repaired and is back in working order. However, I will not ever be returning to this dealership for ANYTHING! Buyers and those in need of service: BEWARE! Go somewhere else.

Facility is always well maintained. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Appointments are easy to make online. My oil changed with synthetic oil is half the cost of what it would be at a "quick lube" place.

My husband and I have been in search of a vehicle with a very narrow search window. There have been 3 vehicles that fit our criteria we found at this particular dealership. The first one was no longer available when we called. We called on a second vehicle and were told by Nick that he had to make sure it was still on the lot but would call us back within about 10 minutes. After 2 hours I called back and a woman stated that Nick was out in the lot making sure they still had the vehicle, but he would call us back shortly. I figured Nick had just gotten caught up doing something else and it slipped his mind. No big deal right? Well I never received a call back. After talking with my husband we decided to no pursue it any further just because we were not up for the continual phone tag. The next week they got another car in that we were definitely interested in. We called the dealership and guess what? Nick answered the phone. He stated they could not take a down payment to hold the vehicle until we could get there since it was a used vehicle. This was an issue for us as we would be coming in from 2 hours away. Even though we were not impressed by Nicks customer service, we thought this car is potentially a great deal so we will give him another shot. He told us that since we could not get there until the weekend he would call us first thing Saturday when they opened at 9AM to let us know if they had the car still. By 9:28 AM we had not heard anything, and thought well we will just go ahead and call in case they forgot or it is just busy. Nick stated he would call us back in about 10 minutes to see if they still had the car. Trying to avoid the 2 hour delay we experienced the last time he said this I stated that we would be coming in from out of town to get the car and will be leaving within the hour if they have it. He said his boss had just walked by and that he would check with him to make it more convenient for us. He got back on the phone and stated they still had it and that he would make an apt with the sales manager for noon to see that car. He also stated that he would have his manager send me a text message with their address and information on how to get to the dealership. (I never received this test message) We left shortly after and of course we were running about 15 minutes behind. I had called about 30minutes prior to arrival to let them know we were running behind and to double check to make sure they still had the car. He stated they did and he would make a note and let the sales manager know. When we arrived the parking lot was crazy. Between the cars that were lined up for sale and the customers cars, we felt like there was no room in the lot and it was just chaos. As we were walking into the show room for our appointment, were stopped to ask if we could be helped. We stated we had an appointment with the sales manager. The man asked if it was on a certain car and we told him which one. He then stated well it had sold first thing this morning. Needless to say we were very disappointed. The sales manager came out and said that the person we had been talking with was in business not sales so he would not know for sure and that he should have let the sales manager know about this. I would agree with everything he said except for the fact that it is not our fault (in which we felt the sales manager indirectly laid on our hands) the person the company has answering the phones did not do his job appropriately. Then the sales manager stated well we cannot get you in that car but can we get you in another car? Are you kidding me? Do you think I would want to support your business in any way, shape, or form? NO!Needless to say we will not return to this dealership nor will we recommend them to anyone ever. Instead, we will write our review on every site out there so that potential customers get the true feel on how this dealership is ran.

Love my 2016 Buick Encore great prices and great salespeople Rick McDaniel and Greg Lee. They treated me with the utmost respect and gave me the best deal I could find anywhere and I priced 3 other dealerships. They are great!!!!!

Kerry sold me a used truck - I drove the truck for less than 30 days when the motor blew-up! I attempted for a month to work with them to find and buy a different truck, but got nothing but run-around, excuses, and annoyance. One person even hung up on my boyfriend, and multiple people failed to return phone calls! This was an opportunity for them to steal my business away from Jake Sweeney, as I have been a long-term customer of theirs, and they failed to do so - miserably! I have to wonder if they work on commission, because they missed the opportunity by a mile - and I just spent $20K on a truck at Sweeney! Kerry claims that customer satisfaction is their number 1 objective - but they certainly don't put their money where their mouth is... I will NEVER go back here ~ I am a Sweeney customer for life ~ and I plan to let all my friends and family know about my experience with this company! Very disappointing! If I could rate my experience at zero, I would!!

I called to see if they could get me the truck I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. The went above and beyond any expectations I had. Needless to say James A. and the other guys at Kerry are are very friendly and a pleasure to do business with. They care about there customers and want to see them happ.

The sales staff is friendly, helpful and up front about pricing. However, don't waste your time with the online sales staff..Just go to the dealership if you are interested in a vehicle there-I found a new car I liked online and exchanged emails with an individual in the internet sales department. We agreed to terms and I said I would be driving in from out of town the following day to pick up the car and sign paperwork. The following morning, I confirmed via email that I was on my way and I would at the dealership within an hour to 1.5 hours. The internet salesman promptly replied and let me know that he would have everything ready and waiting. Long story short- I drive 2+ hours to the dealership only to find out from the online salesman that the car had been sold earlier that morning. We were then offered a similarly equipped vehicle in a different color, but it was not a color I was interested in. At this point, I assumed that we had fallen victim to the old bait and switch routine. We were sure to express our displeasure with the situation (understatement).However, it was soon apparent that the sales staff on the floor was just as upset with the online salesman for his shenanigans as we were (I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt, but see one of the above reviews- it mentions similar issues with the same online salesman). From that point on, everything went very smoothly. The sales manager was fantastic: he apologized and assured us that he would rectify the situation by finding us a vehicle we were happy with based on the numbers previously agreed upon.At this point, we were no longer working with the online salesman. Instead, we began working with a salesman named Titus. I can't say enough about what a great job he did. He defused the situation and salvaged the sale. He brought over the same model in a different trim (in the color I wanted), explained all of the features thoroughly and then we took the car for a test drive. Titus was very knowledgeable and, best of all, very straight-forward. He really was a pleasure to work with.In the end, we got a better deal than what we had originally agreed to online. The finance manager was personable, informative and thorough. My initial issues with the online sales dept. aside, the process was a pleasant one. I look forward to working with Kerry GMC again in the future. As I said at the start, skip the online sales dept and go to the dealership if you are interested in a vehicle there - AND ASK FOR TITUS!

I had a deal over email with the internet sales person and decided to come down to purchase. Baroque Jacobs was the internet sales person and I had to deal with a different sales person who had no idea what kind of discussion we had so I had to restart from the scratch again. Baroque and his bosses just play numbers and showed absolutely no respect to the customer. I had the worst experience with them and recommend to avoid this dealership by all means.

Please please do yourself a favor and don't go to Kerry Buick Gm. They lie about everything to make a buck. They destroy peoples lifes just to make a dollar. They tell you want you want to hear but on the contract papers its the total different. They don't tell you about the car you're about to commit 3 or 5 yrs of your income into it. Trust me, don't go there and if you go there make sure to bring a lawyer.

I purchased a certified 2009 Saturn Vue from this dealership. Upon driving it home, the brakes started grinding. I had to drive it 45 miles back to the dealership who then turned the rotors since they are obviously wearing down. They refused to even fill the gas tank for me since I had a 90 mile round trip drive to get this fixed before it reached my driveway for the first time. They also forgot to take the down payment even though they marked on the signed paperwork that they were given the check. So they then call up in arms and worried someone is going to lose their job and insisted on us giving them a credit card over the phone instead of mailing a check because they needed it immediately.......of course they did, we already had paperwork stating they took the down payment along with the invoice total - the down payment. I drove the car to Georgia. After parking it at my hotel, the next morning I woke up to go to the business I was doing a sales call for and the car wouldn't start. Nothing was being charged, the lights were not left on........the battery was dead. I had to get it jump started and took it to the nearest GMC dealer that could look at it. They looked in the system and said according to the GM system, your car is not certified. Hmm, that's odd now isn't it? I had the paperwork from the dealership along with the certified sticker that was in the window to account for it being certified. Since it wasn't in the system, I called Kerry to ask them what was going on. They claimed it was certified but it hadn't got put in the system yet and they "guy" who does that was on vacation. After bickering back and forth with them, they said it wouldn't cover the battery anyway because it was a wear item. I asked if the battery was tested when it was supposedly certified. They said it should have been. So to make a long story short, Delma (GM of some sort----it seems everyone there claims to be a manager) said they would reimburse me the amount of the service call for the battery. I called and left messages and faxed 2 other times when I returned to Ohio and Delma never answered my multiple requests. After calling in 3 times on one of the days, he answered the phone and I asked how he wanted to proceed. He said "you can just bring in the receipt and we will refund you" so I said fine, how does this Monday between 12 and 1pm sound? He said "fine." I just took the car with the battery receipt in at 12:30p 3-25-13 (Monday) and Delma was not there, instead one of the other numerous GM's was there named DJ. He said he knew nothing of it and hadn't heard anything about any problems with a car. Which was strange since I have been down there so many times and worked with over 6 people in that building regarding everything. I said that the reimbursement of this battery service is to avoid a possible law suit. DJ then got very rude and said "then have your lawyer contact mine!" I said may I get his name and number? "He'll know what to do!" DJ yelled. Then he went on to say that he wasn't going to deal with me since I mentioned avoidance of a law suit. I never got mad. I never yelled. I just asked why I had made a plan to come down there at that exact time to collect my check and they were rejecting me and not willing to get in touch with Delma. Well, now I have yet another wasted trip to that dealership and more money out of my pocket from false promises they have made due to their mistakes. They are beyond unprofessional. I can see why many people think badly of car sales people........because of people and dealerships like this. Here is a list of issues we have had:(Bought the car at nighttime so things were dark and unfortunately the car had many flaws they covered up and the clause that we were told not to worry about since it was CERTIFIED didn't matter that stated "Purchaser buys car as is.:"rotorsrustbroken luggage rackwindshield chipped in 3 different areas (Again, all of this wasn't possible to see at night which I regret not thinking of)battery failed (Service people from another dealership fully recharged the battery and tested it and said it failed on their test receipt)Tons of scratches that instead of buffing out they just streaked touch up paint across (And sometimes missed since they couldn't paint a straight line)No floor matsXM radio doesn't work --- couldn't be activated (They said don't worry, just call XM and they'd fix it........right?)Do yourself a favor. Avoid this dealership. I didn't get a lemon, I got a used car......and it came with promises and certifications and guarantees that they won't support or hold up to on their end. I understand it is used, I don't understand why we were treated with disrespect, deceit and threatened with our own paperwork when we tried to return it within 3 days as per the guarantee for a CERTIFIED car. As it turns out the 3 day guarantee is to trade, not for return.

Sold me a lemon with in one week of having the vehicle it needed all of the universal joints replaced, new catalytic converter, serpentine belt and a/c heat malfunctioned. No one cared that any of this was wrong and they do not keep promises when I bought vehicle they said oh don't worry if it goes wrong we will fix it. yeah they didn't fix anything but catalytic converter and that is because it had an epa recall and they had no choice. Now 2 months later brakes on all 4 wheels are shot, windshield wipers malfunction and there is a squeak in the axle. Terrible people terrible product terrible service.
