I can't say enough good things about the team at Key Auto Mall. Internet manager Scott DeBruyckere patiently answered all my questions every time I contacted him about a vehicle I would see online. When I came in to test drive, he introduced me to sales professional Wayne Weems who is the perfect person to buy a car from. Wayne answered even more of my questions and led me directly to a car that was perfect for me. I've been car shopping and test driving for several months, and this 2014 Ford Escape is everything I was looking for. I love the sun roof, the power seat, the back up camera....everything. Wayne worked with me to be sure it had everything I needed and then set me up with finance manager Dave (sorry, didn't catch the last name). The entire financing process was faster than I could expect. I really just came out this evening to test drive a vehicle but 2.5 hours later I'm driving away with my new baby. Thank you to the whole team at Key Auto Mall!

I came into Key to look at some of their used inventory. I met with Wayne Weems, and the entire process of buying my new vehicle was seamless and quick. Wayne went over all the specs of the vehicle, made sure it had everything I needed and wanted in the SUV and I love it! Bought a new GMC Sierra 1500 from Wayne Weems at Key Auto Mall in Moline, IL. Everyone here is just great. Started out looking at a new van, which they brought out to my house for me to preview, and changed mind and decided to purchase a truck. Wayne Weems has always been honest and upfront. He doesn't display many of the sales tactics that the public is educated to look for in car a car salesman. I came into Key and was helped by Derek Spires. I unfortunately totaled my existing Toyota. He was very understanding and ready to help me with the possibility of a new vehicle. We did some initial car shopping and test drives that were in my price range. After a night to think on my possibilities Derek offered to bring me into Key because I did not have a ride to the car lot to help me with my decision. After a few more test drives and number crunching we came to a very fair price which I felt comfortable with. I know I'm going to have a very happy driving experience with my new car and the team at Key Auto Mall made sure to take care of my needs. Came back to Key Auto Mall to look for a bigger car for my growing family in April 2016. I had leased my first car at Key 4 years ago. I then came back in 2015 to look at a bigger vehicle, I requested Wayne Weems has I had dealt with him leasing my first car and had a great experience. Wayne was once again great to work with and got me into another lease within the price I wanted to pay. I then returned the third time because my bigger vehicle was no longer big enough for my growing family. Again I requested Wayne Weems and once again he was able to get me into a vehicle that fit my price range and large family. The service was excellent, They dealt with my "demands", were patient as I made my decision and stayed late when I finally did make my decision on a Tahoe.

I went into Key Auto Mall looking to get the vehicle I wanted and they worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted. My salesman's name was Carlos Gomez. He was really good with me. I got to test drive the vehicle for a couple of hours before I agreed to get it. everyone was very knowledgeable, they also gave me top trade in for my car even though it had some damage to it. I highly recommend this place, I have not had a problem yet. Service here is also great when I get my oil changed and car checked out. They covered everything with my warranty and I had no hassle. i came in to key auto mall not intending to buy that day just test drive and see if I even liked the 2015 Jeep Patriot and by the end of the day with all the work jay had done for me I decided to buy the vehical I could not be more happy with the customer service that was provided to me and the way he handled everything jay was not trying to push it on me an understood where I was coming from he got me the most bang for my buck with out a doubt ( oh and a 2015 Jeep Patriot Altitude) overall very satisfied and would recommend jay to anyone.

On our drive over it came down to a either the Durango we hadn't seen yet or the BMW X3 I had been eyeing. When we pulled in the lot we were greeted by Zac and he was quick to offer to go grab the keys so we could check out the Durango. He then took our licenses and let us look at the car while he made the copies so we could take it for a test drive. I was completely wow'd by the car and immediately changed my mind from the BMW X3. After answering all of our questions, we couldn't believe this was Zac's first sale. Outstanding customer service, for sure. Cant wait to start driving the Durango.

For the first time in our lives my husband and I bought a brand new vehicle. We have had 4 recalls on it so far. Every time we have taken the vehicle to Key Auto Mall for the repairs, their technicians have damages something on our vehicle. First they put a dent in it, nothing was done. Then they put to big gouges in the back panel, nothing was done. This time they damaged the back of the steering wheel, again, NOTHING was done. I've given them zeros on all their surveys they have sent and nothing. They are extremely rude and lack customer service. On one of my many phone calls, I was told by their female employee in the service department not to call back. I was simply calling to get a status on the parts ordered. I would highly recommend NEVER using their service department if you want to get your vehicle back damage free. I am currently in the process of contacting the corporation as this needs to stop. You have all been warned!!! STAY AWAY!!!

I had been in and bought a new Jeep 6 months ago. Wayne had come to my work to get my vehicle to put crossbars on it when I couldn't get over to the dealership when I first bought my Cherokee.I had several problems with it but Wayne was always there to do what ever he could do to make it easier. We went into Key auto mall just wanting to kill some time and look at some of the newest cars. We were completely satisfied with our current car. While we were taking a look around a very handsome gentleman by the name of Derek Spires very quickly came to our aid and explained some of the cars that we were looking at to us. In no time I had fallen in love with a 2015 jeep patriot. He so kindly offered to let us take a test drive. And drove we did!!! It was amazing. He even politely laughed (with his dazzling smile) at my joke to kidnap him and the car! He made the whole process very smooth and easy to handle, even as my clinical anxiety kicked in. Bought a car at Key from Jay a couples weeks ago. He was unbelievably helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. We were a little indecisive on what we wanted to get and Jay was patient with us the entire time. He pulled around every vehicle we asked about for us to test drive, and answered every question we had so that we could make a wise decision on which car would fit best with us. We will definitely be returning to Key Auto Mall and asking for Jay in any future vehicle purchases we make! I recently purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler from Key Auto Mall. My salesman, Wayne Weems was beyond excellent. He was very professional and straightforward. After searching their inventory online, I came to the dealership to look at one Wrangler specifically and Wayne did not pressure me or push to me look at other vehicles that I was not interested in. I have purchased Wranglers from other dealerships in the Quad Cities and Chicago area over the years and did not receive anywhere near the fair and respectful service that I received from Wayne. I was referred to Key Auto Mall and Wayne Weems from a friend that has purchased many cars from Wayne. When i arrived i asked for Wayne and explained my situation to him ( My car was recently totaled my car and needed a new car ASAP) he immediately went to work on getting me what i wanted and needed. I am leaving with a NEW Dodge Dart. I am so happy i was referred to Wayne Weems. I went into Key Auto Mall to look at purchasing a new vehicle. Wayne Weems greeted me immediately. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. Great people all around, Wayne Weems helped me out big time with the purchase of my new Pontiac G8 GT, He assisted me in the entire buy. Very informative, fast and straight to the point let me actually drive the car where i wanted to, told me to open it up. Been neighbors with Jim Wince for a long time and it finally paid off. I have had my eyes on a new Dodge Charger since they came out. Jim got me hooked up with Petey, who proved to be extremely knowledgeable, insanely courteous, and overall just downright professional. Petey showed me all the cool gadgets on the new car and was able to make the negotiating process smooth and easy for me. Sitting in a dealership in Chicago with the news that the Mercedes Benz I wanted to buy had just been rear ended, I was in utter desperation mode. We were looking for the best deal on our new 2016 Buick Enclave, and had visited several dealerships, one of which tried to sell us a car that was still under recall! When we found out what was going on, needless to say, we walked out. We then took a chance and drove an hour and a half based on the reviews on cars.com to visit KEY Auto Mall. We were immediately greeted by a person we now consider one of our good friends and trusted adviser in Brad Wallace. Brad took the time to answer every one of our questions, as well as explain some little known facts to us about the Enclave and the car purchasing process in general. We were shown dealer invoice, and were given all rebates available. The process was 100% transparent, and really, the hardest part was picking out the color! They had the car cleaned, and filled with gas by the time we were done in the finance office. I would bet we were in and out of there within an hour. We have 3 kids who are also needing to get something, and we will all drive the hour and a half to find Brad at KEY.

We were traveling from Cincinnati to Omaha Nebraska last weekend for a family wedding when our Jeep Grand Cherokee starting making a bad noise. We took the Jeep to Key Motors in Moline Il and were connected with Chad Denny in Service. It was the Thursday before Labor Day Weekend and he helped us get to airport to rent a car as it was going to be mid week before the car could be looked at. He stayed in touch with us and we were told the repairs would be pricey. We decided to buy a new car. I was put in touch with the Used Car Manager Austin Jakubowski and he was so helpful expediting the process and giving us our options. He put us in touch with Wayne Weems a sales professional. We drove back to Moline to return rental car and Wayne personally picked us up at the airport. He had the car we had seen on line for us ready to drive. We bought a 2014 Honda Accord. Rob Meyer was very informative and helpful, my credit is not the greatest and Jeff and Braxton their finance guys worked hard and got me an amazing interest rate and everyone was very nice. The process was very quick and painless, a few months ago I went to Green looking for a Chryster 200 they tried getting me into a Ford Focus instead and the financing process took all day, only to see a 11% interest rate in the end, I left there empty handed. Rob Listened to what I wanted down to every detail even my silly color request. And they even put gas on full for me. I first worked with Josh last fall, and had a wonderful experience. He made it happen. Even let me grab some dinner for my son, and bring it back while we were waiting. Made sure I knew how everything worked before I left the lot, and encouraged me to return at any time with any questions, after that. One year later, I was back and ready for a new car. I came into Key looking for a car. I was greeted by Wayne Weems, I explained to Wayne i was looking for a car but didnt want a $400+ a month car payment. I though getting a car for an affordable price in my own name was not an option due to some blemishes i had on my credit. Wayne worked with me for three days and to be honest i thought as many times before i would not be able to get a car. On the third day Wayne drove a car to my work that he thought i would like. I LOVED the car, Wayne went back and MADE IT HAPPEN. I Love my New Cruze and to top it all off they have an in house Allstate agency and they were able to save $300 A YEAR on my insurance!!!!! FIrst time dealership experience, and it went very well. Daniel Speight was the sales representative that walked me through the process, and he was very friendly and low pressure, which I appreciated. I am a first time car buyer and walked in with no idea of what to expect. Rob approached me and simply asked what I was looking for. I knew I had a budget that I wanted to stick to. The car that I wanted happened to be out of my price range. Rob offered up multiple options that I hadn't thought about. He found me a car in my price range that I am very happy with. I went in to Key Auto Mall with low expectations. I had bad credit, no down payment, and no co-signer so I figured a car for me was near impossible. Well Wayne made the impossible possible! I was pretty certain that I was not going to be approved in getting a new car because of my history, however Wayne by far exceeded my expectations in a car salesman. I had always viewed car salesmen in a negative light but Wayne changed that view for me from the very beginning. I had told him I was certain that due to my previous negative credit history I would not get approved. He walked me through the process and was very honest and didn't give me any false expectations. He never left me waiting and worried that something wasn't going right in the deal and has since the purchase been very accommodating as well. It is always a big plus with prompt and clear communication to see if they have the vehicle on stock. Also shows they are interested in doing business with you. Informed Wayne Weems at Key Auto Mall that my boyfriend was interested in a vehicle he could get in his own name. Wayne took all the information and then called me inquiring questions yet making the process fast and smooth. We arrived at Key and he ended up in a 2015 Chrysler 200! Wayne then asked me if I was interested in a new vehicle if the payments were approx what they are now, or less. I was skeptical as i was already upside down but he got the necessary information then brought the vehicle to my home so I could test it and go over numbers. He convinced me leasing was my best option and that the pros w/leasing are better for me in the long run! So, we ended up getting 2 new vehicles in one day, very exciting! The customer service was great! Wayne went above and beyond to accommodate us and the process was fast and smooth. I would recommend him to anyone!

I went out on a whim today after riding in a friends new Jeep Cherokee last night and decided I needed my own. I stopped in at the closest Jeep dealer and took one for a drive. It had the low fuel light on and the salesperson said it was fine and I could get a quick drive in no problem. I went a total of less than 5 miles and the vehicle died...IT RAN OUT OF GAS! He wound up getting some gas for me and let me take it back out again. I wound up talking to my friend and went where she went which was like 10 miles away. I met with Wayne and he made my experience so much better and took great care of my selection as well as taking care of the other dealer. This is the 3rd vechile bought from Wayne Weems (Terrian, Focus, and now a Silverado). I could be characterized as a picky buyer as I have varying set off needs and price range depending on the vechile use. At times, the vechile jumps out and at other times, Wayne had to work for it; and he did enthusatically and patiently. He was more concerned about finding a vechile to meet our needs than making a sale for the commission.

My husband and I are a Car Dealership's nightmare. It took us months to decide on a vehicle and trim level. Every week we would drop in and contemplate different vehicles and options. We worked with Ryan (Petey) Peterson. He was very helpful - not at all pushy. He always made it I priority to drop over and ask if we had any questions or wanted to see anything. He was able to determine our needs and likes in a car quickly and always was on the look-out for something he thought we'd like. We eventually decided to get a Buick LaCrosse. The process took very little time and he was able to get us a great deal - I can't imagine getting a better price! Overall the experience was amazing - I would recommend to anyone buying a car. I had a 10:00 a clock appointment to have my oil changed. I was in line waiting to pull into the service department at 9:50. Finally got pulled in at 10:10. Over the intercom was announced service you have a call on lines 2 and 3, then lines 1,2 and 3. The man working the counter only answered one call and he put them on hold. I was told it would be at least 1.5 hours. Why have an appointment. A lady who got there after me, was waited on before me that had parked her Jeep and walked up to the service counter. I bought my van in March of 2014 and every time I have taken it in for service, I have had a bad experience , having to wait because people not showing up for work, ect. When I went to pay and gave the cashier my punch card, she said I had to take it out to the service dept. and I told her I never had too before. She said she has worked there for 5 years and that's what I had to do. I gave her the card and told her I would never be back.

I first would like to thank Brad Wallace and Jeff Smith for guiding me in the right direction in my lease of a new Ram 1500 today. They combined for over 40 years of experience in the auto business and it showed in their professionalism. I originally had in mind a stripped-down model. I made a huge mistake by visiting this dealership and ended up storming out.I was shopping for Dodge Challengers and after taking a test drive I went in to start working out the details for the lease.The salesman was good, but the manager was clearly trying to rip me off. He came back with a lease amount that was $200 monthly higher than what it should have been. I found out that they were not only adding in a ton of extra charges, but somewhere in there was a massive amount of payment increase.While I was inquiring about how he came up with this price he proceeded to tell me that he was doing me a favor by finding me the car I wanted. At this point the conversation went south quickly.I went directly across town to Kimberly Car City and ordered by new car, got professional service, a good price, and was not insulted by the staff.Skip this crap dealership and go to Kimberly Car City.

When we first came to Key Auto, we were looking for a mini-van with sliding doors. Due to passenger disability, we needed sliding doors and enough room to enter and exit the vehicle. Jim and Rob brought vehicles to us to look and and see if the vehciles were going to funtion for us. In all, Jim and Rob brought us a half dozen vehicles to try. Finding that vans did not work, suggestions of alternate vehicles were given Rob and Jim them brought us a Chryslerr 300 and a Buick LaCrosse to try. Both vehicle were nice but the Chrysler was the best and we purchased it.

There was hidden body damage on the car I purchased and they could have said that I was responsible for that damage. I didn't see the problem until I had the car for over a week. But they realized that the problem was there before I purchased it. Thanks to Randy for his integrity and for being a honorable man. I will be purchasing a new car for my wife in the next 6 months and although I have been a Sexton man in the past, now I am a Key man. Thanks again.

I did a lot of research on the web, went to multiple dealerships, and worked with many dealerships while I was looking for my new car. I came back to Key and Chad Brakeman because of two reasons; best deal and trust. The other dealerships kept changing their offers and trying to get me to buy cars I did not want and pay for options I did not want. Chad worked to find me the model and options I wanted and worked really hard to get my business. Most importantly, I trusted Chad. Many dealer salespersons I worked with would obviously make up answers to questions I had. Chad did not, if he did not know an answer, he would admit and would tell me he would look up the answer and get to me. Not to say he did not know the product he was selling, but I had many technical questions (I am kind of like that, I really labor over a major purchase.) He never hesitated to do the extra effort to get me the information I needed, even if it took him doing research and calling me back later. Other salesmen at other dealerships would brush off my questions or make up answers. They cared more about closing my deal as quickly as they could. This may seem like a small thing, but to me, if you cannot trust a salesperson to answer questions about their product accurately, can you trust them on other issues? I hate shopping for cars and all the negotiating. Key Auto Mall and Chad made it easier and more enjoyable.

This is the second time that I have purchased a vehicle from Ryan Peterson. Coming to Ryan, I was looking to get out of my lease 2 years early and I was worried I would be unable to do so and keep my payments relatively the same. I came in to Key Auto mall looking to buy a smaller more fuel efficient Mazda3 and I met Justin Tincher. From the very beginning he was helpful and answered all of my questions very knowledgebly and honestly. He went above and beyond to make sure he found the exact car that I wanted. When the car arrived he noticed there was a small scratch on it and instead of having paint thrown at it to quickly hide it he made sure that not only was it fixed but he ordered an entire new part to make sure the car i received was in pristene condition! My husband and I were looking at vehicles at multiple different dealerships and ended up choosing Jay at Key Auto Mall. He wasn't annoying like most other salesman (aka wasn't pushy and full of crap). My husband wasn't so sure about the place at first but by day two of car shopping his mind changed and he ended up loving the service Jay provided us with. Not only did he get us an amazing vehicle, he got us such amazing discounts that it ended up covering up most of our negative equity(and there was a lot)He explained everything so well and went over everything I needed to know. If a female has a great experience at a dealership I would say that's an amazing accomplishment considering most dealerships treat women like dirt. 6 months ago I had shared my frustration with some of the aspects of my car. Wayne Weems told me that he thought a Buick Enclave out be a perfect car for me. He called me 5 days ago sharing that there was a great rebate available on the Enclave. He drove a car to my house to show me the car. I needed an AWD vehicle. Wayne Weems worked trying to trade with other dealers to find me the car I needed. Wayne Weems gave me a call yesterday telling me that he could get me into a new car. I had no cosigner and just starting to build my credit up from never having a loan of my own. Wayne was able to find me the perfect SUV for my growing family and was able to pick it up just the next day after speaking to him on the phone with no cosigner. I live a hour from key and was unable to make it by closing time and Wayne and his crew stayed open 2 and a half hours longer just to help me out so I could drive my car home tonight. He is a wonderful sales man and anyone would be very lucky to work with him. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new car. even if your just starting out or not the highest credit score. My wife and I were interested in trading our 2011 GMC Terrain on a 2015 White Cherokee. We pulled over a sales associate next to the car we picked out. Wayne Weems was the salesman's name. I am mother of two kids just starting a business and needed a truck badly. We used to live in Illinois and bought our first car from Wayne Weems after running into issues about our trade. They staff is so helpful at Key Auto Mall and they are great at getting approvals when you've heard no before. We bought a Mazda Tribute the first time. We have relocated to Minnesota but were in the market for another vehicle. We didn't give it a second thought about coming back to see Wayne Weems. I originally went to the dealership to have a vehicle that was a Very Big part of me, diagnosed due to a check engine light. Come to find out, the news wasn't good. With it being 10 years old already and lower miles than most, the cost of repairs vice long-run "possible other issues and out of pocket expenses", I was faced with a dilemma I wasn't ready for. THEN, as fate would have it, Wayne Weems came out to meet us. He wasn't overpowering, annoying, or seem to portray those "normal negative" attributes that unfortunately some sales people portray. As soon as the ice was broken, and he realized my wife Sonya and I aren't "normal" either, we had a direction to go. To make a possibly long, but by no means boring story short, Wayne and the crew at this dealership did us right! Although as we most of us know, understanding and reasonability are key in situations like these. We were treated more like family, than customers! Honest truth people! Wayne is like nobody I have ever dealt with, and I don't mean just in a situation like this. I did 12 years in the Navy, really? lol. Wayne is worth your time, and he WILL NOT waste yours! OH BTW, He got us into a 2014 Buick Encore!

On a whim, I decided to stop in and take a look at some new SUVs. When I was approached by a guy named Sam Jacks, who was rather adorned in nicely done tattoos and an obviously fun personality, I knew this was going to be a fun experience. We went to Key auto for a test drive $25 gift card, newspaper add requirements were to be age 18 or older and have a driver license. When we went there you test drive a dodge,after the test drive they wouldn't give us a gift card. They told us to go home get on line bring back paper work. When you say the news add does not say you have to have a computer and a printer on you don't qualify They get mad and tell you get out of the building. Then ask for owner or corporation phone number then they say nothing but get out. We believe this was Rick Tucker. Never in my life have I've been treated so poorly. I bought a car from Key 2 years ago, paid cash I will never buy from this car mall again. We felt they did not honor the newspaper add and gave us the run around and when we call them out on it they told us to leave. this is about principle and honest business practices not $25 dollars.

Ryan Peterson from Key Auto Mall in Moline IL was my Salesman. We drove over 130 miles to come and buy a car from Ryan after working with him over the phone. Ryan was able to find a vehicle that NO other dealers ANYWHERE could find. He managed to get the car, ALL of the features we wanted, the price we wanted, and the trade in amount we thought was fair. I know he worked several hours and was on the phone calling all over the Midwest to find what we wanted. I had a issue with a another dealer in a neighboring state misquoting prices to me. I called up Petey at Key and asked if he could find the Dodge Durango I was looking at for a better price. In one day, he found the a Durango with more features for less money! Key obtained this vehicle from a dealership over 200 miles away and had it for me ready to go in just a few days. Petey was not a "pushy" salesman and spent time answering my questions and going through the vehicle with me. I never felt rushed or pressured. I would recommend him, especially if you have had a bad experience with a car salesman in the past.

I initially was shopping for the New Durango R/T on line to see what they had to offer. I located the vehicle of choice at the local Dodge dealer Key Auto Mall in Moline. Communication to my inquiry online was quickly answered and soon I was on the dealership grounds test driving the 2014 Dodge Durango R/T. Very nice. The saleman, Daniel Speight was very knowledgable and had an answer for all of my question. I felt the buying process went very smooth and I got the deal that I was looking for. I was shopping for a car online and to my misfortune I came across Key Auto Mall. I called and talk to Evan Johannson to get some information on a Honda that they had for sale.Since I was a good distance away I needed to make sure I was buying a good car, so I talk to Evan about the condition of the car and specifically asked him and his detail shop to look the car over and let me know if the car had any body damage and had been repainted anywhere on the car. He assured me that if the car had any damage and or repainting that they would ship the car off to a auction and they would not be selling it on there lot.He called me back and told me that there was only a few small scratches on the rear bumper and a almost undetectable small dent that you could (BARELY NOTICE),so he sent me some pictures that where taken outside in full sunlight which I found out later by my local body shop in known to help hide inperfections and any signs of repainting. I agreed to purchase the vehicle and arranged to have the car shipped to me via car carrier.The car was delivered to me a few days later, and the driver handed me a ( BILL OF LADING) which indicated numerous damage that was noted by the driver prior to him picking the car up for shipment at Key Auto Mall, and was ackowledged and signed by the salesman Evan Johannson. I could not believe it !!!!!!...So I looked the car over and found that the roof was damaged,poorley repaired,and poorley repainted,after inspecting the rest of the car I found more damage and repainting on the drivers door,huge dents,scratches on the front and rear bumpers,one of the tires had a huge slice in the sidewall (REALLY UNSAFE) and the wiper blade was even hanging off !!!!!! I was flat out lied to about the condition of this car. I sent Randy Allison (GM) pictures of the damages, he ackowleded that it was repainted and had some overspray and offered to pay me $418.94 to repaint the roof only !!!! But not to fix anything else. I took the car to my local reputable body shop and they gave me an estimate for all the damages, and it was an astounding $4,162.35. I learned a harsh valuable lesson not to take anyones word for anything.

We came in on a mailer and spoke to a very nice guy named Evan. He introduced us to a salesman named Teddy (Evan is the internet mgr.) Teddy showed us 3 cars that would have met our needs. A Mazda 3, a dodge Avenger and a Buick Verano. He let us drive all 3. We really enjoyed the Verano the most. Teddy went over all of the vehicles features and had a great knowlege of the functions inside and out. We decided to buy the Verano. Teddy made our experience very pleasant. I stopped into Key auto mall looking for a Jeep Patriot, I was warmly greeted by a tattooed sales person named Eric Mlekush, right away I knew that he was gonna be fun to work with! since I knew what I wanted he didnt push me in any other direction or try and sell me anything else. he listened to what i said and walked me right to the vehicle that matched what I was looking for.After a quick test drive I explained that i had alot of erreands to run that day and he was completley understanding not trying to push or rush me. I gave him the information he needed to get the ball rolling and within an hour he called me with a great price and had financing all lined up for me. I finished what i had going on and when I arrived back at the dealership my new Patriot was pulled right up front for me! I walked in the door and he escorted me directly into the finance office where all the paperwork was ready for me. I never thought buying a car could be so easy! If you need a vehicle and live in the Quad Cities area I have just 4 words for you... GO SEE WAYNE WEEMS! My old Dodge Caravan served me very well for many years but on the morning of August 10, 2013 it ended up with a problem that would cost much more to fix than it was worth...so I suddenly found myself in need of a new vehicle. I knew what I wanted...another Dodge Caravan...and I needed one quickly as I am a self employed family entertainer and rely heavily on my vehicle to carry my prop boxes, sound equipment, etc. I met with Wayne Weems at Key Auto Mall and I can honestly say that in my 30 years of driving that this experience was the best I have ever had when buying a vehicle. Wayne went out of his way to take care of me...listening to what I had to say regarding my needs in a vehicle, working on getting me a very good price, explaining my options, etc, etc, etc. Wayne found me a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan that had MORE of the "extras" than my old Caravan did but at a price that was LESS than what I would expect for a vehicle with so many of the "extras". I was not expecting to have a new van payment right now but Wayne got me into a fantastic vehicle at a price I can afford. Wayne was upbeat, interested in what I had to say, worked hard, and ran around a mile a minute to make sure I was getting everything I needed. He showed me my options...both new and used...but the very best option for me was the silver 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan with lots of "bells and whistles" and only 25 miles! Remember these 4 words...if you need a vehicle and are in the Quad Cities area...and you can tell him I sent you... GO SEE WAYNE WEEMS!

Salesman Wayne Weems was very good to work with from start to finish on the deal. We test drove a used truck and ended up with a new truck because it was such a great deal. Everyone at the Dealership was very friendly and has been helpful every visit since. They made the buying process very easy and stress free. Never at any time did we feel pressured into anything. Mr. Weems even took the time to go over the truck features and basic operations and insured that we understood everything and answered any questions that we had. We had some accessories installed over the course of the next few days and they offered a "loaner" vehicle to drive which was also a very nice and clean vehicle. It is evident to us that Key Auto Mall takes pride in themselves and the establishment and does what it takes to have outstanding customer relations.

Genaro Gomez was very theral about the information that was needed. I thought it was going to take me weeks to find a car to fit me, but Genaro was very professional and found a nice buick la cross to fit me. Recently I purchased a 2007 Dodge Avenger RT from Key Auto mall. My salesman Jay Kokshin was very knowledgable and helpful when it came to my purchase. I showed up on the lot not sure of what I wanted. Jay was very patient with me as we test drove multiple cars on the lot. After test driving he avenger I knew it was THE car! I have searched for a car for over a year and I was not very satisfied with the Salesmen that helped me out, they seemed like they didn't want to help out much. But I found Mr. Jay Kokshin at Key Auto Mall and he did such a fantastic job that I bought a car that same day. He was very helpful and very friendly, he answered the one million questions I had for him and he was very patient with me. The price of the car was very reasonable for my budget and they worked with me on monthly payments which I loved. We were warmly greeted by the online salesman who we had previously spoken to on the phone and then were introduced to Mr. Gomez who was equally as warm and friendly. Working with Key Auto Mall was a great experience. Our sales professional, Eric Mlekush was very knowledgable, and helpful in finding what we wanted. He respected our wishes, and didn't push us into anything that wasn't of any interest to us. He gave us the space we needed to make our decisions, yet was always there with answers to our questions, and was willing to see us through the process as smoothly as possible. He stayed true to his word and followed through even after we drove our new vehicle off of the lot. I recommend this dealership 100 %, and give Eric 10 stars.

He was very reasonable, and helped me find the perfect car according to my specific needs and within my budget. He knew the perfect match. I had some issues with Green Chevrolet working on my Hummer H3 and parts got broken and they would not repair them unless I paid a large sum of money. I talked with Wayne at Key and he offered to either help me get into a new car or assist with the repairs in any way that he could. I came to Key and wasn't sure what I was going to do but Wayne assisted me in looking at vehicles and gave me many options. I ended up buying a 2012 Jeep Liberty and am very happy with the deal he was able to get for me and the service provided. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Wayne was even very helpful and friendly in keeping my 6 year old entertianed while I was looking at vehicles.
