Great dealership. We went there to look at a 2014 Equinox. Richard wood was the salesman helping us. He went to locate the vehicle. Upon his return he told us the vehicle had sold the night before so he brought up a 2015 Equinox for us to look at and take for a test drive. He was very informative of the vehicle. He didn't pressure us at all. Would definitely do business with Key Buick again and refer them to friends.

Entire Staff was Warm, Friendly, Available, Knowledge Rich, Accommodating, Professional, Etc., Etc... They ALL went above and beyond to do what was in MY Best Interest. They were able to secure an Interest Rate that MY own bank would not provide me, but they got it for me from my own bank, WOW. Good people! First, I was quoted highly incorrect price for oil change. When I was checking in, I was quoted $56, and when checking out, I was charged $73 for exactly the work I had the quote for. The excuse was that the checking in person was new and quoted 6 cylinder car oil change, while my vehicle was Yukon XL. I am sorry, but the "face of GMC" personnel must always know their automobile basic specs or at least ask the owner prior to quoting. Next, after the oil change, my car was not delivered to the "front desk" at all: I picked up my remote and had to look for my SUV in the back parking lot myself. I left the premises and had to return back: my "check engine" was on. I had returned and had a mechanic pop the hood again and discover that the air duct between the intake and the air filter was not connected back, it was dangling down, taking the air bypassing the air filter. This means the mechanic who was changing oil was careless enough to skip the required steps and hasted to close up rather than following the establish procedures. He failed even to look at the dashboard when taking the car from the shop's floor to the parking lot and failed to notice the "check engine" light being on. Sloppy work may have lead to serious engine damage due to alien particles entering the cylinders, which would cause financial loss for GMC corporation because the vehicle is still under manufacturer's warranty and more work would have to be provided at their expense. To summarize: 1) Careless and unqualified personnel with check-in desk who quoted very significantly different price upfront. 2) Personnel failed to deliver the vehicle where it was left, making the customer roam around looking for the vehicle. 3) Personnel was careless and uninterested in providing expected quality of service, leaving vehicle in faulty state right out of the dealership's lot. I am very disappointed in my last service. It was drastically different this time, compared to previous visits. This makes me wonder why would I chose to pay extra money for visiting the dealership, while the service of similar poor quality could be provided in all other service places around the city with half of the price.

My dealer, David Hayes, was fabulous. I can in told him some credit history. He asked what I was looking for and took down notes. A few moments later he came back with what I wanted. He showed me how the different options worked in the vehicle, and I was surprised at all the options that were installed. I plan to return for future purchases and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Over 280 miles from home obtaining special medical treatments for my spouse; vehicle not starting as usual. Am informed the battery cable has corroded thus preventing positive contact. Stopped at 3 automotive repair outlets looking for help. None could get the three strand cable loose from the battery terminal without damage ; thereby necessitating a new cable assembly which they did not have; so could not repair. Stopped at Key Buick GMC in desperation at 4:30PM hoping they were not closing. Jeffrey Moore quickly checked the issue, initiated the Repair Order, and promptly got the vehicle to a repairman. Within 20 minutes, the battery cable was disconnected. The issue was some corrosion, but a bad battery was the real culprit. New battery installed and we were on our way before closing time. There are insufficient words to describe how relieved we are. The medical treatments were completed as scheduled, the vehicle is performing as expected, and we are now back home. That "ole Gator" fan did this Seminole a great service, and we want to say "Thank You very much" to him and to the repairman!

I bought a Buick Envoy from a dealer in Arkansas and took it to Key Buick for service. Every appointment took 2 1/2 hours to complete a simple oil change. When I called the service department, I was put on hold or left a message every time I wanted to bring my car in. When I left a message, on two occasions (of 4 trips) it was the following day when I got a call back. One time two days later. I had problem with stabilitrac on the car and they had to order a part. Two weeks later I received a call to bring the car in to get the part put on. When I called to get that done, it was the same routine of call, leave a message, call back to me the following day. Usually when a dealership services a car they wash it before giving it back to the customer. Not once did this occur. The people are friendly and I even considering trading for a new Envoy with them but did not because of the service department. When you call the front desk and ask to be transferred to the service department, it is almost if you are intruding on the lady's time there. This is a weak link at the dealership. Otherwise, everyone is pleasant and I enjoyed meeting the owner there. I think it is a simple matter of having more than they can handle in the service department. I was encouraged by the service department guy (Eddie/ nice guy) who handled my service to fill out a customer satisfaction form and mark it excellent and would do so if the service was in fact excellent-it wasn't. I will go back to Arkansas to buy the next Buick.

My husband and I were out looking at new cars on a Sunday and stopped by Key Hyundai to check out a few new cars. Richard Rood happened to be there that day (the facility was actually closed) and he showed us a couple of cars even though it was his day off. He was very informative and professional and we made arrangements with him to come back the following Tuesday during regular business hours. He had an Accent Sedan all ready for us to test drive and gave us all the information we needed to make our decision to buy a new vehicle. He worked with us to get the best deal available and we completed all the necessary paperwork in just a few hours with Donna Davidson, who also was took great care of us. We then drove off the lot in our new 2013 Hyundai Accent! Thank you Richard and Donna! PS...we had stopped by other dealerships on our hunt for a new vehicle but none of them had the friendly and professional people that we found at Key Hyundai!

First off I was sold a car with faulty front brakes June 2014 and I found out later that the dealership had a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) campaign issued December 2012 that stated that " replacement must be performed prior to retail delivery of any affected vehicle in stock". Well, mine was one of them but I found out the hard way...when I had to brake hard and had the brakes sound and feel as if I hardly had any brakes at all! I brought the car in and had the brakes replaced only to have my cars front bumper damaged by either the porter or the technician that did my repairs. O, and did I fail to mention that my "salesperson" (and I use that term very loosely) never informed me that my new car DIDNT HAVE A SPARE TIRE?!?!?! Really!!!! Instead they give you an inflator which might be ok for a slow leak but not if you have a blowout. I often travel wher there is no cell service in the mountains of NC so I couldnt even call roadside assistance if I had a blowout. To add to my horrible experience I was never even given an owners manual to my 2013 Elantra. PLEASE do yourself a favor and by anything but a Hyundai but if you do Id strongly suggest you dont buy from Key Hyundai.

I have bought several new, and used vehicles over the years from dealerships, but I have never had an experience like I did at Key Buick GMC. I went there before they opened to look at a truck I was interested in to avoid the normal sales hassle, and I was greeted by the sales manager Mr. Steve Barranco. I informed him of the truck I was interested in, and he was very helpful answering a few questions I had. I came back later that day, and met my salesman Mr. Nick Rogers. Nick brought the truck up front. I had a ton of detailed questions to ask about the truck, but before I could ask them Nick explained every feature. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the GMC Sierra. They gave me the best price they could on the Sierra. Trying to be a smart consumer I shopped that price at another dealership, and they couldn't even come close. Even if they did beat Key's price I still would have purchased from Key, because I didn't like their high pressure atmosphere at the competitor. If you are looking for a an honest, no pressure, friendly dealership then go to Key, and ask for NIck. Thank you Jasmine, Steve, Phil, and Nick

I was referred to Richard by two golfing buddies who bought Hyundai vehicles from Key Buick GMC Hyundai while I was living in Jacksonville, FL. I had never met Richard and for several months we communicated by phone and e-mail due to the fact that we were busy selling our home in Jacksonville and travelling to The Villages, FL where we purchased our future home. We moved in January 2013 and I called Richard in February, we agreed on the vehicle I wanted, but my wife and I couldn't agree on the color. Richard advised," no problem", drive up on Saturday and i will have both colors that you like and you can make a decision. He is one great guy, very patient, willing to listen and gives great advice. When my wife and I arrived in Jacksonville, Richard had both cars at the dealership and provided answers to all our questions and went over the selected car in detail with my wife and I. We arrived at the dealership at 11:30 and at 1:30 we were having lunch with our new Hyundai parked outside the restaurant. It was the best experience and easiest purchase of a vehicle I ever made. I would highly recommend Richard to anyone interested in purchasing a car.

We want to thank Richard Rood for his help in getting our lease on a 2013 Santa Fe Sport completed, and with great ease. Leasing from Key Hyundai was an enjoyable experience. Mr. Rood was friendly, helpful and very professional. He helped us decide between leasing and purchasing. We chose leasing rather than buying because we don't drive usually more than about 750 miles a month. So it seemed the best thing for us, plus there's never repair worries with newer vehicles. We love the Santa Fe Sport more and more each time we drive it, plus it is just so pretty too. After driving it for three months now, we have a pretty good idea of what kind of automobile it is. It is roomy enough for everything. We just loaded all the Violet club supplies for our booth at the Home & Patio Show and it held everything; tables, plants, pots, chairs, shelves and supplies. It is extremely comfortable, user friendly, very safe, and handles like a dream and we love sitting up higher than in sedans. It has a lot of spunk too, darts around quickly and turns on a dime. It is so smooth and quiet, if you aren't careful, you will be going faster than you think. We also really appreciate the Blue Link monthly reports on our vehicle. Overall, the experience with Key Hyundai, Mr. Rood, and the Sante Fe Sport has far exceed our expectations. Mr. Rood has been so helpful and nice after the sale too. He is just a very nice person and goes out of his way to do all that he can to complete the deal. He takes whatever time it takes and doesn't make you feel like you are keeping him from other business.

Exceptionally honest and warm service department. My car was returned on the day as promised. The service writer makes you feel "like family". The waiting room at Key Buick is 1st rate. The provide comfortable seating, free coffee and large screen television. The pricing is fair and they even give you points for having your car serviced there. You can use those point to discount future servicing charges.

I am always short on time, but I needed a new car. I met Richard Rood late one evening at the dealership when they were closing. He stayed and walked around the lot with me so I could see what they had to offer. I found the car I wanted and even though it was late in the evening he still took the time to show me the vehicle and answer all my questions in detail. I decided to buy that car and Richard said he would have everything ready for me the next day and would call me when it was ready for delivery so I wouldnt have to waste any time. He kept his word and this was the easiest purchased I ever made, I have since referred two other people to him. Other salespeople can take lessons from him, he shows kindness, understanding and the willingness to listen. Must be because he is a retired Marine, his training showed in his presentation and behavior.

I went into Key Buick with absolutely no credit or co-signer. Im new to the credit world because I am only 18. I honestly don't think I would be in my car today if it wasn't for Josh Brown. Every time It seemed impossible to get this car because of my situation, he never gave up on me even when I did. Josh Brown is a great employee and never came off like he was trying to take advantage of me at anytime. Because of Josh I highly recommend Key Buick to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. They aren't just trying to get in your pocket like every other dealership. I was treated with class and professionalism. There is no reason to waste your time reading any more reviews, get down to Key Buick. They are people you can trust and I recommend Josh Brown. He can make what you think is impossible, possible.

I love the car I purchased from this dealer. However, this dealer needs to do better in the customer service area. I received a written quote but the sales manager (Scott Williams I think) did not to honor the quote. I was floored. I then received a call within 30 minutes that they will honor the deal. Then, the sales manager tried to force me to include my trade. I was a bit aggravated. In the end, I got what I needed at the quoted price and slightly more for my trade.I noticed a scratch on my car the same day but the dealer told me they would not correct that. On top of this, I had a bad battery I had to replace myself after 1 week. The dealership just said their policy is Hyundais policythey will replace a bad battery 0 24 months from the service date. It was 30 months. Other dealerships here would have handled this situation differently. I am a bit disappointed in my experience. The car is a very nice ride but the dealership needs to do better.

I did not purchase my 2011 GMC Terrain from Key Buick, but my next vehicle will definitely come from them. The first time I took my Terrain in for a problem, I met a Service Advisor by the name of Gerry Eastwood. He took the time to talk to me (I wasn't just a name and/or number and it didn't make a difference that the vehicle wasn't purchased there)he explain in detail what might be wrong and how they would take care of getting it right. Ever since that first time, I'll only see Gerry because I trust in him and can believe what he's telling me. If he can't diagnose the problem right then, he'll keep the vehicle until he can find out what's the problem. I've dealt with a number if dealerships over the years, but have never been treated with such respect and kindness as Key & Gerry treats me. They've won my loyalty. I would highly and whole heartedly recommend them to anyone!!!

Key Buick GMC Hyundai provided great customer service on my purchase of a new Hyundai Sonata SE on Saturday 10/13/2012. The quality of the Hyundai Sonata SE is excellent. Brian Brown in sales and Terry White in finance will treat you as if you are a part of their family. Dusty took the time to answer some of my questions while waiting on Brian who was with another customer. My father and sister purchased Hyundai's last year from Key. It was my turn on Saturday. My father has done business with Brian Brown for many years. It was nice to have the opportunity to purchase a vehicle from him. Ronnie Taylor from the Service department took the time to visit with me after the purchase. The Key family of dealerships have always provided great products and customer service. I still remember the first car my father purchased from Key Buick back in 1978. It was an off white Buick Skylark. The sales agent gave my mother a rose when they took delivery of the car. Now all the members of my immediate family have Hyundai's from Key Hyundai. Thank you Key Buick GMC Hyundai for providing quality customer service and great automobiles for over 30 years.

Over the years I have purchased four previously owned Buicks from Key Buick. Being used vehicles, I knew going in that there may be issues that may need attention in the future. Key Buick, and in particular my service advisor Gerry Easterling, have always made my experience as painless as possible. Gerry has bent over backwards to make sure the service is performed as promised and he never fails to get me back into my vehicle as quickly as possible with minimal expense. I will continue to buy from Key Buick because of Gerry and others like him at this dealership. Thanks again Gerry!

Key Buick is a family owned car dealership that clearly excels in all dimensions of doing business. It is wonderfully comforting to keep seeing the same folks working at the dealership year after year - many for decades. I'm talking about the same management team, sales people, service advisors,technicians,cashiers - even the guy who brings the car around after service is completed. Key Buick must place value on their employees and in return their employees place value on their customers. Compared to other dealerships where their people typically move around like mice, this is incredible! And they believe in their product line. Integrity abounds at this place. I have never experienced this level of professionalism and genuine concern for customers and their car service needs at any other dealership. And Gerry Eastwood is the absolute best. He's been our advisor for at least five years now. His personality is perfect for his role as service advisor, and his expertise is greatly appreciated by this customer. It's all the little personal touches that add up big at Key Buick. When we had our 05 Rendezvous in for 100K service over the summer, Gerry gave my daughter his card and said that if there's ever a time when the car is acting up and Dad is not available, she is to call him and he'll help all that he can. She is a high school senior and main driver of the Rendezvous now. This was huge! Just today my wife's 10 Lacrosse was in for a false alarm. Even though nothing was wrong with the car, Gerry noticed that the car needed a wash and made arrangements for that to be done free of charge. When we picked the car up, he said that the last thing I probably needed to find time for was washing the car on Saturday. Good old-fashioned values and customer service is what you find at Key Buick. And that is a real treat these days. Their tag line is - "the dealership that's different". Yes indeed - how very true!!

I have been in several times since coming to town. Each time Gerry has always been very friendly and has worked very hard to keep me informed to the progress and has helped in any way he could. Today, my in-laws are in town and my 2008 Enclave had to stay overnight to have the power steering repaired. Gerry arranged for a loaner car. That is SUCH an amazing help! God is truly good and Gerry is proof!! Thank you Gerry!!

I am the owner of a Saturn Vue, since Saturn went out of business, I was referred to another dealership. I went there once and was very dissatisfied with my service. A friend referred me to Key Buick and I was assigned a service person after several visits I noticed how friendy one of the other Advisor's were, so I started making my appointments with him (Gerry Eastwood). Gerry is a jewel to work with. I have always been leary of the dealership for regualr Maintenance and being a female cautious that I would be taken advantage of, as I have no knowledge or cars. I have confidence in what Gerry suggests and truly trust that he will make sure Key Buick does not fail me!! I have shared my experiences with my co-workers and family and have sent them to Gerry as well. Thank you Gerry and thank you Key Buick.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2008 Buick Lacern CXL from Key Buick and we are happy with the sales and service experience. Ther was no high pressure selling. We had to have a side strip put on the passenger door and a new cd player and both were installed as promised. I can see that Ronnie Taylor in your service department continues to give the superb Hyuandai company standards. Ronnie was so pleasant helpful,courteous and efficient from the day he set up the appointment. Ronnie concluded my visit delivering the services and prices he estimated. Upon my departure Ronnie so kindly assisted me to my car with an umbrella due to the rain (what a gentleman.) All other staff was kind as well. I will continue to associate with this location. The service/repair experience at Key Buick has always been top notch. Gerry Eastwood has been my service advisor for the last few visits and he has always provided great service. He keeps you updated on progress and does his best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your service visit. A shuttle is available is needed as well as a customer lounge with TV, coffee and fruit and free wifi and work stations if you choose to stay and relax or get some work done while you wait.

Everytine we take our 2011 Hyundai SOnat to the dealership, the service advsior Toni, goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied and that our problem, if any is solved. She and Ronny, another service advisor have both given coupons when we may have forgotten ours and even suggested ways to save money on service as well as give the best advice on our maintenance needs as well. They are definitely the reason we will not go to any other dealership for the service of our car.

As usual Gerry was all setup for my arrival as scheduled. Paperwork promptly executed with usual friendly approach and great cup of coffee. Taking advantage of the new laptop desk in the service center with Wi-Fi connectivity...very nice touch.

Mr. Ronnie Taylor was the upmost helpful man that I have ever met at a dealership. He treated me with respect and cared for me like we were family. I am only 32 years old but I have been a Key Buick customer for 9 years. Gerry Eastwood in the service department is amazing. He never sells me things I don't need and always give me good car advice. I trust him implicitly with my vehicles. I started going to Key because I had a Buick but since then I've had a Ford and now have a Honda. No matter what make of car I own I still go to Key exclusively- oil changes, major repairs, and everything in between. Plus, my boys love Mr. Gerry! He's so sweet and takes the time to talk to you like you're a real person, not just another service ticket. My son asks to go to "Mr. Gerry's Car Store" even when we don't need repairs. As a mother of two with a husband who travels a LOT I need a safe, reliable, and trustworthy place to take my vehicles. That place is Key Buick!

I purchased a Hyundai Sonata at Key in 2011. I always take my car in for service every 3,000 miles I love Hyundai service department. I have been dealing with a young lady named Toni Young, she is wonderful, informative, quick, keeps me informed about my car and how much longer it is going to be, she truly wants to make my experience there a awesome one , and she does every time I go in. I previously visited Key Hyundai on Southside Blvd for maintainence. Even though I purchased my vehicle at the Orange Park dealership, I prefer going to Key for services. I went to Key Hyundai on 7/23/12 for an oil change with no appointment. When I was checking in the advisor Ronnie Taylor informed me that my car was due for the 30,000 mile check up. I had almost 33,000 miles on the car at this time.( its my daughters car) He not only explained to me what the check up entailed, but took the time to explain it to my husband on the phone also. During the check in my daughter, who was at an intense dance class called and needed her inhaler. At that point I had decided i would have to do the check up another day. Mr. Taylor informed me he had a car I could use to go to my house get the inhaler and take it into town. Within a few minutes I was off. By the time I got back, everything had been done on my daughters car and it was being washed. I couldn't have been happier!!Not only did I not have an appointment that day, but I was a bit of "high maintenance" customer. Mr. Taylor made my morning and I got all the work done that was needed on the car!! Thanks Ronnie Taylor and Key Hyundai!!!

Keith Shami was the young man that worked on my vehicle. He performed an oil change, rotation of tires, checked all the fluid levels in my vehicle as well as fixing my exhaust system. My vehicle runs in excellent condition now and I thank him for taking the time to inspect everything. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone for the excellent care they gave me. I would definitely take my vehicle back there from now on.

In June of 2011, we were looking for a "first car" for our teenage daughter. After 2 months of test driving various makes and models all over the city...we ended up at Key Hyundai. The salesman was great. They really try to find out what your needs are before showing you any cars. It is a wonderful experience. You don't walk the lot and get "haggled" by people that don't care what you are looking for. We thought we were looking for a used car...but ended up buying TWO new vehicles...the Tucson for us, and the Elantra for the daughter. One year later...we are still in love with our cars. Not only that, but Key Hyundai continues to deliver. We have nothing but positive experiences from the Service side of the house. We deal exclusively with Ronnie Taylor...who is the best. :) Last week, we had scheduled a regular maintenance service on-line. We received confirmation and showed up with the car at the appointed time. They seemed to be extremely busy, however, when I went to check in, they could not find a record of the appointment. I offered to reschedule, however, Mr. Taylor said "no problem". They were apparently experiencing a glitch in the on-line system and working to correct that. He got the car in, got the service done, and the work was completed exactly when he said it would be done. We love the dealership...and we love the service department. We have recommended Key Hyundai to several people, and will continue to do so.
