The guys over at Key Buick GMC in Somersworth are great! There IS one female saleswoman but I didn’t have the pleasure of meeting her today. I first contacted Derek the General Manager and he was straight forward and very friendly. His response time was fast and communication was on point! He set me up with one of his salesman Nick. Nick has a great personality and was very knowledgeable with the vehicles and knew everything inside and out..and then some! He made sure he went over every little button and feature, and he even took the time to help me pair my phone to the car before I left to be sure I drove home safe. They made the whole process so easy and I truly appreciate that. I love my new GMC Acadia and I’m glad my vehicle search brought me to Key Buick GMC. Key Buick GMC of Somersworth is an amazing place. Taylor, Derek, and Jimmy were the nicest people, and it was hands down the best car dealer experience I ever had. Not only did they help me determine what type of car fit me best, but they also helped me get into my budget, and made me feel very comfortable about it. All the staff, even the ones I didn’t directly work with were very friendly. It’s not often that a females feels comfortable going into a car dealer, but this was not the case for me. The entire time they treated me with the upmost respect and kindness. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you to all the staff at Key Buick GMC of Somersworth, you guys rock!

I was so very happily surprised when I got the call that my car was ready for pick up less than 24 hours of my dropping it off with out an appointment!! My vehicle was dropped off in an emergency service right before a major Holiday and Key fixed it in record time and with great care! Thank you Key!!!

The people here are a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. 10/10 experience for sure from the vehicles they showed me to signing of the paperwork. Very pleased with this dealership!

Wonderful experience! The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful, accommodating and even chuckled with me when he explained that my vehicle wasn't "broke" but merely a dial had been turned off! He handled very tactfully which was great because I was so embarrassed. I will definitely be returning for all my service!
