Over the last 15 years, I have purchased 5 Hyundai vehicles from Key Hyundai, They treated me and my wife with respect and concern for our needs. So when it came time to introduce my daughter to Hyundai, there was only one dealer that I would trust with this task. Key Hyundai My daughter knew exactly which vehicle she wanted It was a 2021 Accent SEL in Silver I called Eric, and he said that they did not have that specific Hyundai, but that they would get one in 24 hours. Now THAT is what I call customer service. And YES , they got one in 24 hours. We drove there with her 10 year old trade in and were greeted by Don Shiver the sales representative. I knew right from our first introduction that Don was there to do everything possible to answer all of our questions and work with us to provide a great deal and a great buying experience. I was not wrong. We left there with a fantastic OUT THE DOOR price, and Don and Eric proved once again that anyone looking for a great deal and a fantastic buying experience, MUST stop buy at Key Hyundai. My daughter could not be happier. Now both my daughters and myself drive Hyundai vehicles. Once again..........Thank you Don for making the buying experience 5 stars.

That said ... my Service Consultant Amy, and her team; from the efficient and competent scheduling to the fabulous British fellow who takes the vehicle to Rob who signs you in to Amy and then the mechanics ... all absolutely incredible. I have consistently taken my car solely to Key Hyundai because of the attention, care, professionalism and efficiency that I receive because of Amy and those who support her ... so much that I asked to speak to the Service Manager to tell her Amy is the reason I go and will continue to go to Key Hyundai for all my auto service needs. I can and do highly recommend her and her team for all of my service needs. 5 out of 5 stars across the board.

I was told in Tallahassee that Key Hyundai in Jacksonville FL was the best in Jacksonville for automotive repair. They were right! Rudy was amazing. It took a long time to get parts in for a new engine, but Rudy kept me posted with calls to let me know what was going on. I finally have my Tucson back, and she purrs like a kitten! Rudy and his team are amazing! Definitely recommend them for any repairs.

When we went on a mission to buy a new Hyundai Santa Fe AWD, we had quite a hard time finding one in stock locally. David Hayes at Key Hyundai showed us just the car we wanted and gave us a fair price without all the wasted time of going back and forth. He even told us that we'd be better off selling our own 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP on our own to get more money than having it as a trade in. I never thought I would be writing a positive review for a car dealership but here I am writing one. I recently purchased a new car from Key Hyundai and from my first contact person Terry Sabo, to my salesman Nelson Caballero, I was blown away. I called and told Terry exactly what car and options I wanted and was quoted an OTD price that was fantastic. However I was expecting the typical dealer bait and switch or the car has some additional dealer add-on schemes but to my surprise, this turned out to be the best car buying experience I have ever had. Nelson had paperwork in hand with the agreed upon price and no pressure to get anything I didnt want. Nelson knew everything about the car and did an outstanding job showing and explaining all the features. My guard was up going into finance as that is the last chance to upsell but again to my surprise all it took was a simple not interested and no high pressure sales tactics to try and convince me otherwise. I could give Key Hyundai a 10 star rating if I could and I actually look forward to coming back for my next car purchase.

We just purchased a 2017 Genesis G80 from David Hayes at Key Hyundai in Jacksonville. From the minute David greeted us as we wandered the lot, our whole car buying experience was totally different than any other car purchase. Since I was coming out of a high performance car and skeptical on purchasing a 4 door sedan, he listened and didn't assert the high pressure sale. I,too, was not fond of the thought of purchasing a Hyundai. Once David reviewed the features of the car and recent changes to the Genesis, he convinced me to take a test drive. The car is wonderful and exceeded all of my expectations. I recommend you take a test drive today. If you leave unsure, David will be happy t bring a car by your house to let you check out without the pressures of a car dealership. It makes for a whole different buying experience.

Purchased a Santa Fe Sport during the last week in September and found the experience to be very positive. Nelson Caballero was our sales person and he was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the various options available. In the end, we were very happy with our purchase and we look forward to many years of reliable service from our new vehicle. One of the reasons that we were attracted to Key Hyundai was that they had successfully repaired our Hyundai Veloster about 18 months ago. This was a transmission warranty repair and both Hyundai and the Key dealership took extremely good care of us and our vehicle. The Veloster has been running very well ever since the repair.

I am extremely disgusted with the way I was treated at Key Hyundai, not only by the sales person but the general manager, as well. I was sold the wrong vehicle, they lied on numerous occasions, they kept 500.00 of my money and kept giving me excuses as to why it hadnt been refunded to my account for 4 weeks, I was screamed at and belittled by the GM and the sales guy wouldn't give me the time of day after they got their check. Cannot get anyone on the phone at Key Hyundai, no messages were returned. Very very poor way of handling a customer, expecially one with cash, that was brand new to Hyundai car ownership and the very different way they run their dealership and lack of customer service. I was sold a different car than the one I put a retainer down on.

This purchase was my second with Key Hyundai, and more specifically with Bryan Brown. I first purchased a Hyundai XG350 in 2002, with Bryan as the sales agent. In all my years of buying cars, that experience stood out as the only truly professional and pleasant car purchase. Furthermore, that XG350 has been a very reliable car, needing only the sort of maintenance that was recommended in the manual. We were in need of a larger car for traveling, and after testing several SUVs, decided that the Santa Fe was our top choice. I was quite happy when i found out that Bryan was still working at Key all these years later. He was just as we remembered him to be: professional, kind, thorough, and generous with his time. In this car search we did see how other car dealerships operated. Not something i ever need to experience again. Hyundai makes fine vehicles, and the Key dealership knows how to treat customers. If anyone asks, i would recommend Key, and Bryan Brown, in a heartbeat.

Nelson, sales rep, stayed with us from beginning to delivery of the car. We went through the paperwork slowly and made sure we understood everything. He is the perfect salesman for my 92 year old mother and me. He works extremely well with old people. He gave her confidence to test drive it, She had her previous Sonata for 13 years. My sister told us that Key Hyundai was really great to it's customers. Now, I know why my brother-in-law had 3 Hyundai's, my sister had one and now my mom has one. Nelson worked to find us the right cars as we bought 2 the same day, he got a great deal for us we feel and worked until 9 pm to get at least one ready for us and picked the other one up the next morning... Finance guy Alan was efficient and was pleasant and not aggressive on selling the warranties.. We chose what we wanted and he made it work. We had VIP checks from VyStar which made it easier too.

Took the time to listen what I wanted and had a vehicle ready to test drive within 20 minutes even with all the construction going on at the dealership. My salespeople was not in yet when I arrived but considered myself lucky as I got to work with David Hayes instead. If you plan on looking for a vehicle at Key, ask for David! I left the dealership with my new car and didn't feel cheated. That's saying a lot for a female who has purchased a few cars in the past 40 years. My only negative is they do not have free bottled water for the customer, just water in a cup. Hopefully they will consider that in the future.

Good for purchasing a car over the internet. I had previously purchased a Hyundai Touring from Key in 2010 the same way, which was an excellent car that I was giving to one of my daughters as a second car for her. This time, I decided between Camry Hybrid and Sonata Hybrid - no need to test drive since both cars are good cars and my daughter has a standard Sonata and I was familiar with both. The Sonata Hybrid had a better price by 2K+, and an unquestionably better warranty - major factors in the decision. Found the exact car we wanted using the internet inventory search at Key. Agreed upon the purchase, the price, a cash deal, and the date an approximate time, we would arrive to pick it up. Drove not quite three hours to Jacksonville, papers were ready to sign, car was ready, wrote the check, went through some things unique to the Hybrid, synced my wife's phone to Bluetooth --- and away we went.

Over the course of 65 years, I have purchased a lot of new cars, from Porsche and Lexus to Toyota and Ford. Service Dept is not very friendly especially the female Service Manager. Without going into great detail, a 78 year old family member of mine had a problem with the service rec'd at Key Hyundai. Key claimed that it wasn't their fault but there was no other explaination as the car was not returned the same way it went in. After 2 months of disputes, my family member was called in for a meeting and was told that even though they didn't think it was their fault, they were going to pay for it. After receiving the check (because the problem was fixed somewhere else), my family member was told that it would be a good idea for her not to come back to Key Hyundai. (So basically, she was banned) Do you they realize how many customers they just lost? Not only word of mouth from friends and family but this posting will be on every social media site, review site and blog from multiple people. SHAME ON KEY HYUNDAI.

When we walked in the door we were immediately greeted by Thomas. We knew exactly what car we wanted when we walked in the door (5 minutes before closing). Thomas worked with us to get us where we wanted to be on price. We returned Saturday to take delivery of my 2016 Sonata Sport Value Edition. The car was immaculate. Mike in financing was awesome, in and out painlessly. Took delivery from Thomas, he walked me through all of the bells and whistles of the car and we were on our way. From walking into the door when it seemed all Sales representatives were occupied it took less than 2 minutes for the manager to walk out from behind the glass office and introduce himself and let us know that a representative was on his way. He did not walk back into his office, he remained and got to know my family. Then, I was introduced to Nelson Caballero who made the process enjoyable and simple even though I was admittedly not enthusiastic about having to get a new car. I purchased a Hyundai Sonata and Richard really knocked it out of the park. He went the extra mile to get me the deal I wanted and in the time frame I asked for. We were in and out of there with a new car in like two hours. Richard made it even easier by bringing my new car to the house in a thunderstorm and driving back my trade in. I don't know many car dealers that would do that! I highly recommend this dealership and this salesman.

I found this dealership treated me fairly and the price I paid for the car was in my budget. Mr Rood was very helpful and told me of all the discounts available on the Azera. I appreciate that. Over the years, I have purchased several cars from rather rude people but Mr. Rood was great. I find one fault with the Azera. When I put glasses is the eye glass holder up top, I find they get very hot when the sun is out. Really really hot so you can't touch the metal frames. I"ve never had this happen with other cars I've owned. When reached up under the roof, I felt bare metal without any insulation. That's why it is so hot. I wish I could fix it.

We received our Sonata on a holiday so they did not have time to wash and detail but they let me schedule a time to have it done I set a time for 3:00 pm Wednesday 6/2/2016 I showed up early like 2:45 and it took till 5:00pm to get my car back I feel that is way to long to have a car washed and the windows looked better when I brought it in then after they where washed.So this is probably why I would not have service done at your location.

Thomas was very nice and always professional, however very quick to make a deal that led to some confusion on pricing. Your service man was very nice and agreed that since this is common to have corrosion on brakes they should have been checked before delivery. I have owned a Lexus for over 12 years - 4 different vehicles, whenever it is serviced there is coffee , water and my car is washed and a loaner readily available. If you want Genesis to complete with BMW or Lexus you need to increase your services.

Excellent salesman, finance person as well. I bought extended warranty that I now question myself way I don't see its value or how it adds to Hyundai's outstanding Assurance provided by company. I set appointment via Internet and the dealership made it smooth and directly to the point. Nelson was friendly answered my questions in detail. This is the second vehicle I purchased new here within the last 12 months. The team here are professional, knowledgeable and low pressure. I explained what I was looking for and what I was willing to spend after dealing with another dealership out of the area. They called back with a better price. The paperwork was completed and financing in place before I arrived. We went over the car and test drove it, the salesman Thomas took his time and explained all the features. This was by far the best exeprience I have ever had buying a car. I went in stressed out about it and Justin met me at the door. I told him my situation and what I wanted to pay. He listened and only showed me the type of cars that would fit my needs and my budget. Didn't try to upsell me on anything. I then met with Alan and Mike in finance and the 3 of them pushed the banks to hurry up with their paperwork so I could take home my car. When I went in to pick it up Mike had all the paperwork ready and explained it in detail to me. It was exactly what I had spoken to Justin about a few days before. Again, no push from Mike into buying anything extra. I signed and was out with my new car within an hour all detailed and filled with gas. Justin even put my tag on for me and showed me what all the switches did, etc before I left. This is the only dealership I have ever posted a review about and wouldn't even consider sending my friends anywhere else.

Upon going to the dealership I was really dreading it, I have had some really bad service in the past at other dealerships. I did not want to play the song and dance. When meeting my sales person Brian Pfeifer I felt immediately different than what I was expecting, he gave me a sense of no bs and being straight forward with me. He gave me the numbers, and we were on our way to getting the paper work completed. In the past I have had to spend so much time in dealerships, this time was different. Loved this dealership! Walked in to test drive a Tucson posted on the website, which had been sold... drove away with a different Tucson at a great price, and in EXCELLENT condition. Nelson did a great job answering questions and delivering on our 'requests'. We returned the following week for a minor fix that was promised at time of sale... Nelson kept in good contact and, when it took longer than expected, Scott Williams (the manager) personally phoned, explained the reason for delay, and had it personally delivered to our home- with a full tank of gas - the following day. (Who does that these days? :) We have been very pleased with our experience and am happy to recommend Key Hyundai to anyone!

I have dealt with Key Hyundai for the past 3 1/2 years, since I bought my first Florida Hyundai, and have had good customer service in all that time. The reason I gave the dealership a 4 instead of a 5 was because in the past, a couple of my service calls were never returned and waiting for a simple oil change service to be completed on one occasion took much too long. So, the service department gets a 4 for now. I will reassess that rating when I need to return for service on my new car. However, the dealership is clean and comfortable and all the personnel, in all areas, are friendly and knowledgable. Last month, I traded in my Elantra for a new Sonata and my sales team, Nelson Caballero and Mike Neely, went out of their way to make my buying experience for this new car a very positive experience. They deserve the highest possible praise of 5 out of 5. I was quite impressed by both of them.

Yeah, I purchased a 2017 Santa Fe from Doug. He's the best car dealer I have ever had the pleasure dealing with. Maurice Fenton offered me a new and wonderful experience that I have never received at any other dealership. We met many members of his team, from the service members, his peer representatives, the owner and the general manager. You can feel the respect and loyalty that runs through this company. I first me Maurice over the phone and his pleasant demeanor and ease of communication is the reason I test drove my first Hyundai...... My first experience with the Genesis was a rental a several years ago. I was impressed, not ready to purchase, however the experience stayed with me. Until a couple of weeks ago I decided to inquire about Hyundai, my plan was to drive a Santa Fe. I made an inquiry late one night and the next day I received the calls. One call was from another dealership and another was from Maurice at Key Hyundai, Maurice was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions and delivered the information in a calm certainty. He inquired on many aspects of what I wanted and he gave me options that I felt comfortable with. We made arrangements to meet between my scheduled appointments and the experience was like no other. There are few things in life that I despise more than buying a car. Any excitement I might feel about the prospect of owning a new (or new-to-me) automobile is usually outweighed by the anxiety and distaste for the buying experience itself. Imagine my pleasant surprise when Key made the process pretty painless and restored my "I got a new car!" excitement. My husband and I went in with a pretty good idea of what we wanted, what we could pay and what features were (or were not) important to us. Justin Corral met us at the door and started out by asking specific questions about our needs and wants for our purchase. He was attentive, showed us the cars we asked to see, and never once did he try to sell on something that was outside of the parameters we set up front. Even better, he never asked the dreaded and oh-so-cliche' "What can we do to put you in this car today?" He walked us through all the options that fit our needs and helped us pick out the right vehicle for us. Honestly, we only went to look around and test drive a few models we were interested in, but the entire thing went so smoothly, we drove our Sante Fe Sport home yesterday afternoon. We traveled an hour and a half to shop at Key. It was well worth the drive, and we'd definitely consider becoming repeat customers!

I went to Key based on an Allstate True Car deal recommendation. I literally got a call 30 seconds after I submitted the request from their internet sales dept. I ended up going the next day and got the opportunity to work with Thomas Logan. Super nice guy, no high pressure, which is what I was used to dealing with at another area Hyundai location that I had leased from for the last 6 years. It was further than my most local dealer but so worth the drive!!! I was looking for a specific color in a vehicle I had done my research on and they had it. However, after a discussion with my husband just before I left to meet Thomas we decided that I would perhaps bump up to the next package....if the deal was right. Before we left in the vehicle I had requested, I told Thomas that I would be interested in perhaps upping my price point if they could come up with a great deal. We like to lease our vehicles because we can get more bang for the buck and still be within the warranty period. While they did not have the particular color I was looking for in the new package I was requesting on site, they ran their numbers and came up with spot on what I was looking to spend per month...I had never told them what that was. I wanted to see what deal they could do and how motivated they were to get me as a customer. And boy did they ever!! I can't believe how nice they were...and not like smarmy nice just to get you to sign. No high pressure sales pitch, just a feeling of "let's see what we can do for you and if you like what we have to offer, then you make the decision." I was so impressed that when it's time for my teenage son to get his first car we will be back!! But I digress. Thomas found me the exact car I was looking for (somewhere in the state) and told me he could have it the next day but I let him know I couldn't be back for a couple of days due to prior commitments. He called me the second he got it in and had it detailed before I got there. When I came back to do the deal he made sure what he had gotten for me was EXACTLY what I wanted before I did anything. And I didn't have to wait around for hours to get things done and on the road. The day we went it was like hurricane season outside but Thomas made sure we stayed dry while he ran around in the weather and got everything taken care of. I will definitely be doing business with these guys again in the future and I LOVE MY NEW SANTA FE SPORT (Copper Canyon, don't be jealous)

Sean Mickey was amazing! He treated us like family and made us feel right at home! We were actually waiting until he waiting room for a while with sales reps walking past us and not saying anything until he came by and said have you been helped. We stated no we have been waiting here for about 15-20 min. Sean apologized that we had been waiting and no one had greated us. He brought a car up from the lot. We took it for a drive. We discuses the price. And in two hours I was the proud owner of a 2016 Sonata. There was no pressure to buy the car. The price was fair. I absolutely have learned in the past that even with a new car purchase, dealerships often play games during the negotiation process to get you to their target. It is a negotiation, but it's meant that most of the time I ended up needing to spend the entire day and closing the doors with them (finished after closing) to get something done.Not with Key Hyundai and not with Richard. I have now bought my third new vehicle with Richard and I'm just flat out impressed with his and the dealerships honesty and integrity. They follow through and simply do not play games. And most assuredly, that was not the case with two completely different Hyundai dealerships...their handling experiences (at the OTHER dealerships) easily could have put me in the bucket of "never again would I consider...".

Brian Pfieifer was extremely charming and pleasant, so much so, that I lost all common sense. Though there were some issues about the "loaner, demo" I bought with 3600 miles on it, in the end, I have come to truly enjoy the car. My Elantra turns on a dime, brakes smoothly, windshield wipers work nicely, and I can get out of the car without much effort. I could not say that for my 2013 Honda Civic, which I traded in. I'm a happy 71-year-old driver, though I'm still not sure what exactly I paid for the car.

I was greeted quickly and referred to Terry Sabo, who introduced me to Thomas Logan. Thomas asked me all of the right questions about which car I wanted. It was a choice between a loaded Sonata or a Genesis. Thomas helped me test drive one of each and I decided on the Genesis. He found me the model and color that I wanted and then made the return of the Sonata lease and the lease of the Genesis very easy and painless. Contacted dealer in the morning about a used car. Set an appointment to view at 3pm. Took half a day off work and drove 2 hrs round trip with check in hand only to find the car was "sold", even though it was still there. They either, sold the car that morning without a courtesy call, or something sketchy is going on. Either way, wasted my time and money with only an apology. Will be sure not to recommend.

My husband and I had visited 2 other dealerships before visiting Key Hyundai. All were good experiences but Nelson was fantastic at Key Hyundai. He never left us waiting long to see a car. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and happy to go over all options before making the big decision. He was never pushy. I loved his thoroughness and how easy and fun he made the car buying experience. My Santa Fe sport is a beauty. I never imagined that I would find such a great deal and drive off the dealership with a moonroof, leather seats and so many other great features. Hyundai has given me the feel of a luxury car at a great value. Their warranty is unbeatable. Mike in finance was also great and made the paperwork a breeze. He is also very thorough and makes everything crystal clear.

When they don't want to give you the deal in writing to take home and review, I think that's a bad sign. They bring you in by giving you a great internet price, then once you're in, they try to charge you full price and will tell you they don't have it in stock. You also have to pay a payment on it.

Tim was very knowledgeable of his product and did everything to make me comfortable with the purchase. I explained on the first visit that I was not ready to buy and he didn't insert any pressure. When I was ready to buy he was very involved and helped it happen. Aaron also helped me when Tim was with another customer even though he did not receive any credit for the sale. 8/17/15 I had an appointment for service as my taillight was not working. I had already attempted to replace the bulb with three other bulbs but I also learned the socket had burnt. I brought my car in to service. Kaream was more than helpful. Kaream came to me and said that I would need to pay a diagnostic fee. I contacted my husband who works on cars and asked why I would need to pay if I have warranty on the car and he said that I shouldn't. Kaream spoke to my husband and was advised that he would speak to the technician which then escalated into having Toni, the service manager, call my husband back. While my husband was on the phone, he was never placed on hold and heard the entire conversation. I understand that the technician doesn't get paid off of my warranty work and in order for the technician to get paid for his work, something would need to me my fault or not electrical. - Never did he place the phone on hold and my husband heard that this would be a CSI nightmare...funny I never got a survey either!! 45 minutes later... Toni contacted my husband and advised "we installed the light bulb backwards." You can't install a light bulb backwards and if it takes you 45 minutes after you worked on my car to come up with what is wrong with my car, clearly there was nothing wrong from my side. In the end, the right thing was done and I didn't have to pay as I didn't have anything that was out of warranty. My car is not even 2 years old!!! When I got home, I had my husband check the lights to make sure they were still working...The technician doesn't even know how to remove a taillight as I had chips on my paint where he used a screwdriver to remove the taillight. I also had another taillight out. After jiggling the wiring harness, the light did come back on. I did not contact the dealership again as I do not want anyone at that dealership touching my car. I feel that the employees I encountered, with the exception of Kaream, were not properly trained to do their job.

We were looking to see what we could get as a trade for our Elantra, wanting to move up to a Sonata.We went to the Key dealership first because it was closest, but had planned on going to at least 2 other dealerships in order to shop around. We didn't need to go anywhere else. Thomas Logan gave us such great service and we were so satisfied with the trade in value and purchase price that we felt we couldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere else. It made the car buying process so painless. Alan Read in Finance also was a big help and got us a better deal on financing than our credit union.

Jane Cruz was excellent. Jane did not pressure us, yet kept in contact and took the time to insure that we received exactly the vehicles we were searching for. In addition, Jane was responsive to our delivery needs and has contacted us since to insure that we totally understand how all of the new features work in the Sonata. We rate Jane an 11! Mike was the same, understood where we were coming from and also did not pressure us in the slightest. And to top it off, the Santa Fe and Sonata are as specified. BTW, Smart Cruise Control is a great addition to the Sonata!

Thomas did a great job for us! We had been looking at cars for 3 weeks in St Augustine to Jacksonville and he was the only sales person who listened to what we said. We told him what we wanted and what we would pay, asked if he could do it. He was honest and said I will try my best and he did. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't want or try to get us to spend more than we had said was our limit. I like a person who is a straight shooter, I'm a busy person and don't have time to waist looking at cars. We have already told others about him and will come back when we are ready to buy again.

Met at the door by Thomas Logan, a most personable and knowledgeable sales rep. He saw us in, seated us comfortably and asked how he could make us happy. We explained that we were looking for an SUV and research online and in Consumer Reports had narrowed our choices to the Toyota Highlander and the Hyundai Santa Fe. Since we has purchased the Buick we were replacing from Key, we decided to begin there. Glad we did as it saved us so much time looking at Toyotas! The Santa Fe had all the things we were looking for in abundance and the Limited package provided everything except the two features we were NOT interested in...a navigation system and a sunroof.. I was totally blown away by the number of "bells and whistles" that came as standard equipment and the obvious quality evident when we took our test drive. Thomas did not try to pressure us in any way or urge us to get options we did not need or want. When he showed us the figures on the car, including our most generous trade-in and military discount, we were SOLD. Taking nothing away from young Thomas Logan, who provided all the answers to all our questions, the car sold itself. For what the car offers for the price I simply do not understand why people are not standing in line out the door of this dealership to buy these fine cars! I jokingly apologized to Thomas for being such a "hard sell" but, honestly, could find nothing to haggle over or a single thing that was in any way negative in the entire experience. The obvious quality, the price and that great warranty, coupled with the caliber of individuals we met and dealt with made our buying experience a seamless and totally enjoyable evolution. I had been looking at numerous new cars to include the Honda Accord and Toyota Avalon but Hyundai had really great reviews and a better warranty. Using USAA Bying ServiceI heard from Terry Sabo almost immediately. Jane Cruz is a superb salesperson. She is knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly not pushy. If others are like her then Key Hyundai is in great hands. I test drove a Genesis and a Sonata as I was undecided. Price was a consideration but not the only factor. Jane did great at explaining the main differences between the Genesis and Sonata but more importantly she wanted to know my top driving needs to better assess the car that would meet my personal driving needs. I chose the Sonata Limited because it had all the options available and is more fuel efficient with good acceleration for a 4 cylinder. Mike Fox did great at going over the warranty and extended warranty options. This was a wonderful car buying experience. Great professionals at Key Hyundai. I love my loaded Sonata Limited. Nelson was very patient with me as we looked at used Santa Fe. Mileage was too high for my taste. Finally settled on a red 2015 Tucson. He did his best to get my wife and I on our way quickly after we agreed on a price. He also told me to bring the car back since it hadn't been detailed. This is the first time I've ever bought a car without a lot of research, but my 2009 sonata and 2012 Santa Fe were good, so we'll see how the Tucson does. I probably should have gone for the higher priced model, but I didn't have the time. Anyway, Nelson did a fine job!

Richard was not like most car salesman we had dealt with in the past when we purchased our first Santa Fe in 2010 so I knew that we would return to Richard at Key when the time came. I went to purchase a car which I needed. I was greeted by Robert Simmons; very pleasant and professional. I was introduced to Jane Cruz (the sales lady). She listened to my situation, checked my credit score (which isn't great). She brought a SUV (which I requseted) for a test drive. She was patient, very pleasant. She went beyond trying to put me in the type of vehicle I wanted. I was met with many road blocks but Jane Cruz, Robert Simmons, and Alan Read helped me face and overcome the many obstacles and gave me a deal I couldn't refuse with my not so great credit. This was the first time I tried purchasing a car and they made the experience a great one. Unlike the previous dealership I visited. I would recommend Key Hyundai Buick GMC to anyone. i'm not sure i clicked on the right person, but i do remember his last name being brown. throughout deployment, mr. brown helped me look for vehicles ALL over the phone. on the day my husband came home from deployment to go pick out our new car - mr. brown had the "red carpet" treatment laid out for him, in parking a few cars in front for him to look at that we had discussed over the phone. i love my car, and have had it now for a year next week. on deployment number two now - and we will be seeing them again in a few weeks for our second vehicle!sidenote: the ONLY complaint i have is with hyundai motor finance. has nothing to do with key - but if they offer you hyundai motor finance, i would ask for someone else to finance through, if at all possible. they take far too long to process the payment you make. we make a payment on a monday, and it doesn't show up for sometimes 9 days later.

We recently visited Key Hyundai to look at a 2011 Sonata Turbo. When we got there, we were introduced to the salesperson we had spoken to on the phone who then shuffled us into a small box of an "office" where we sat and stared at blank walls for 20 minutes while he helped someone else. We finally were handed the keys to the car and quickly told "Have a nice test drive." We enjoyed the test drive and were ready to buy the car. However, when we got back, we waited about 10 more minutes as every time our salesman would come to sit down with us, someone else would pull him away. We were finally passed off to another salesman who didn't even know we had a trade-in. After another 20 minutes, he sat down at the table and said, "Well, this isn't going to make you happy." They then offered me $8500 for my trade-in. Keep in mind that the trade value on my vehicle was $12,400 and there was one listed nearby for $17,000! Needless to say, we left and went to Hyundai of St. Augustine and purchased a newer model there! I won't return to any Key dealer!

I was not given any hard sales tactics for all kinds of extra dealer add-ons. Of course they try to sell paint sealant and extended warranties but when I said no they did not pressure me, which I appreciate. I was Very excited when I first went to Key Hyundai to purchase my NEW Tucson. I becam very disappointed with the first salesperson I encountered although he seemed very friendly and involved in making my transaction happen as time passed (a full month) he seemed to not care about my transaction. I was tole there was no Tucsons available, then suddenly I was ask about a $500 delivery fee which was never told to me. I spoke with a sales manager in the Buick side about my frustrations and he immediately pulled my information and relayed it to a new salesperson in Hyundai and within 24 hours I was in the vehicle I wanted. Dale was very busy and attentive to me and my transaction to make things happen that seemed to have hit roadblocks with the prior salesperson.

Gave me some different options on cars and payments. I did not feel pressured into anything. I shopped around and can honestly say I did not have the same experience at other dealerships at all. Working down the street from Key Hyundai, I thought: where better to test drive an Elantra GT? I had narrowed my choice of new car to either the Prius C or the Elantra GT. After 3 hours at a Prius dealership only to be told the price we had agreed upon was going to be raised by $1000 because I chose 0%/36 month financing. Since I had already told them I wanted the 0% financing, this came as an unwelcome shock.When I went to Key Hyundai, I was hoping for a slightly less time-consuming and deceptive experience. What I got was a friendly, non-pressure experience that was concise, to the point and timely. In one hour, I had test driven the car, received a trade-in value and shook hands on an "out the door" price that I was happy with. Instead of feeling badgered I felt helped - my sales person, Mike Fox, walked me through every step of the process with honesty, directness and no - nonsense.I went back to work happy with a new car - how many folks can say that?

We went in to look at the Hyundai Santa Fe and I had looked at a few other car dealerships. At Key I was treated with respect and all of the employees were so friendly and courteous. Bob D'Amelio (salesman) and Eric Thompson (manager) worked with my husband and I and couldn't be nicer. While at the other dealerships I felt pressured and the salesmen and managers trashed the other brand of cars I said I was looking at and the car I was trading in. I never got that at Key. They talked positive about the other make of car that I mentioned and never disrespected my choice in the car I was driving. With my Hyundai lease coming to an end I came in to discuss my options for purchasing a new Hyundai. My sales representative was helpful at first, showing me new cars. However, when it came time to discuss prices and financing I had no room for negotiation. The representative offered me one option, a firm one, and didn't bother showing me any other options that might work better for me (different vehicles, lease options, certified preowned, etc). When I told him his numbers wouldn't work, he walked me out the door. What a terrible experience! I immediately got on the highway and drove to St.Augustine. They were incredibly helpful and I drove off in exactly what I wanted for a great price and I felt good about it! Key Hyundi should take some lessons.

Buying the 2013 Elantra was the worst mistake Ive ever made. Key Hyundai sold me a car with faulty brakes even though the received a notice (TSB) 6 months before I bought my car. Then when I took the car in to have the brakes replaced the service department damaged my front bumper. Also my salesperson never informed me that my NEW car didnt even have a spare tire. Oh, and they didnt even put an owners manual in the car...do yourself a favor and buy ANYTHING but a Hyundai but if you are set on a Hyundai then you should avoid Key Hyundai at all costs!

I was a die-hard Toyota driver in search of a new car, so on a visit to Jacksonville, I decided to check out what Key Hyundai and Bryan had to offer.From the time I walked in to the time I left, the experience was great! Bryan was extremely knowledgeable and very, very patient. He took great pains in finding me exactly what I wanted at the price point I was looking for while never pushing for the sale and making me feel completely at ease. And I was not easy on him! But he remained professional and upbeat throughout the entire process. Despite my very particular requests, Bryan made it work and I drove back to Orlando in a car that I absolutely love!I anticipated that the meeting with the finance guy would be cold and challenging, but I am happy to say it was anything but! Terry White was friendly and informative; more so than any other person in his position that I've dealt with during previous car buying outings.Overall, the folks at Key Hyundai made the whole process one of the most pleasant and easy car buying experiences I've ever encountered. And even though they are located more than two hours from my home, I would definitely recommend them to family and friends and intend to return when it is time for another car purchase!

This is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with. They would not stand behind what the salesman had said. On the sales order they charged me 450.00 for a tag, when the tag price was only 110 they would not refund the difference. They added the cost of the Title to the tag fee. This was after the salesman said the title fee came out of the "dealer Services" fee. This is their form, if the title fee should come out of the "tag" fee it should say so on the form. I bought a used car and said it was pulling to the right when I test drove it, they said they looked at it and it was in "tolerance" and would not even perform an alignment on the car.This dealership will rip you OFF!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!

My girlfriend went to Key looking to get a new Veloster. The first time she went I went with her. We met Alan Read and he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. He took us on a test drive and then put the hard sell on my girlfriend and talked her into doing a write up on what kind of deal they could do the car. This trip to the dealership was only to be informational and to see the room inside the car and test the power of the car. During the write up he asked if she was going to trade in a car and she said that she wasn't sure that she might try to sell it on her own. Alan told her that if she did she would have to pay taxes on it and that is might be better to trade it in. Alan said lets write it up as a trade and see what numbers we come up with. We did not have her car with us at the time and he took the info on it and told her he could do $4000 on a trade in sight unseen. My girlfriend wasn't read to do the deal so she told him that she would check her options and get back with. About a month later she stopped in and did a credit app and let them see her car. They came back and offered her $2500 on the trade. My girlfriend didn't like the deal and knew her car was worth more than that. She called him back and said that she needed to get more on the trade in and Alan said he would call her back. Alan next offer was for my girlfriend to go to sale her car at Carmax. So now Alan wants my girlfriend to do his job for him and pay the taxes on selling it to Carmax after telling her trading it in would be better because she wouldn't have to pay the taxes. What happened to $4000 sight unseen??? We will not being going back to Key Hyundai. I guess would should have gone to the number one Hyundai dealership in Saint Augustine.

On June 7th 2012 I brought my car in for an oil change and New remote start kit to be put in, The oil change was done but they had to order the parts for the remote start. No big deal so I brought my car in to have the kit put in a week later and low and behold it was worth the wait. The customer service was great, the professionalism was outstanding and Ronnie Talor was even nice enouch to make sure I was happy with the remote start which Im very happy with I just have to bring 2nd key in to have it programmed. Over all service was Great and I dont mind coming here even though its a 45 min drive. I really appreciate all the great things you guys do for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brought my car in due to Engine light coming on from time to time and Morning start up even after letting the car run for maybe 3-5 min the acceleration is still not there and engine light came back on even after bringing it in 48 Hours earlier. I drive 96 miles round trip to get here and really hope its resolved soon. Customer service was great as always.

Ronnie M. Taylor, Service Advisor, was "Excellent".I felt the 10% discounted Price( including Taxes) for my 12,000 mile scheduled maintenance wasn't a "Great Price" so rated it "OK" or a 3 versus a 5"...I felt $60 for replacing an "Air Filter" wasn't great and that was the primary reason for an "OK" or 3 rating versus a 5 (great) rating. In today's economy your consumer is forced to focus on "value" and expects its Dealer to understand how important delivering "value" to its customers is. Thanks.

This dealership is truly amazing in every way. This is how car sales SHOULD be... I worked with Terry Sabo via email looking for a specific Santa Fe model/color etc for my aunt. I was actually working with several dealerships. Terry found the exact one she wanted on schedule to be delivered. He emailed me the shipping invoice with MSRP and Invoice prices with all options. No haggling at all. Straight invoice, no hidden fees etc. We had taken my aunts used car to CarMax for a quote, I'd done the research on Kelly Blue Book, Key gave us what we wanted with no hassle. Extremely smooth transaction. The customer service was amazing. Terry and his manager were both extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this dealership. The general atmosphere and overall well being of the dealership is noticeable as soon as you walk through the door. After dealing with Hyundai of Orange Park (read my review) I couldnt have been more satisfied with Key.

On January 19 2012 I needed an oil change and brought it in to Ronnie Taylor. The fact that Gray Callon took precious care of my Sonata was great. Ronnie was friendly along with everyone else who was at the desk but its just the little things that Ronnie Taylor and Gray Callon did which was washed the car which they really dont have to and the 10% military discount is always helpful in this time crises. I needed a new car in August and decided to buy used. My son-in-law mentioned that Hyundai has a reputation for reasonably prices and suggested that I add them to my list of places to look. The weekend after getting prices at a well know used car company, I tried Key Huyndai. A friend of mine worked with Bryan Brown and had wonderful things to say about him. So, I asked for him. I can honestly say that I have never had such a good experience buying a car. Bryan and I discussed my price point and he never once tried to steer me to a car outside of my budget. I've had my Santa Fe since August, and when I compare the price I paid and the price I was looking at for a used car, they are close (and I have a new car). Bryan worked hard to get me the best trade for my Saturn and the best price for my Santa Fe. I am very happy with my new car, and would hignly recommend Bryan as a salesman.

Robert sold me a car in 2000 and I drove it for 10 years. Purchased again in 2010 but from another dealership - what was I thinking? Shopping around for a newer vehicle in the $25k range. Wandered into Key Hyundai to take a look at the new genesis coupe. Alan approached me in a friendly matter and offered to help. I recently purchased an Elantra and the experience, car and price were excellent. It had been many years since I visited a dealership for a number of reasons. The first is the last three cars I purchased were either from family members or Carmax. The second was because my experiences with dealerships and car salesman in the past were negative. I always left feeling I could not trust the sales person or anything he/she was saying. Recently I was in the market for a used car for my daughter and identified a car at Carmax which I had an interest in and which I was very close to purchasing. On my way home I stopped by Key Hundai to check sticker prices. It was late and the dealership was closed but sales rep Jeff Orff was still there and I was impressed by his knowledge and apparent integrity. The next day I stopped by to visit with Jeff again and in the end purchased an Elantra from him. My daughter has been very please with the car since. I can't say enough about Jeff and the positive experience I had working with him. Contrary to previous sales reps I had worked with I felt Jeff was genuine, fair, honest and I could trust what he said. I especially appreciate Jeff's Christian values. I recommend Jeff and Key Hundai and will strongly consider them for future purchases.

My wife and I recently purchased an Elantra GLS from Key Hyundai. The salesman, Mike Cain, was everything you could want in a car salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Hyundai line, from the companies history down to the navigation system in the model we test drove. Mike understood what we were looking for and helped us narrow down the models and options to get exactly what we wanted.. He was very courteous and easy to talk to, we never felt pressured and he didn't bring up deadlines or use heavy handed sales techniques. The Elantra was delivered on schedule and as stated, Mike walked us through the purchase paperwork providing comments at pertinent points and answering all the questions we posed. All considered, it was a much nicer experience than any previous car buying endeavors in my past. My experience with Key Hyundai service over tha past 6 years overall has been better than most other places offering car mechanical service. the quality of the work done on the car is relaibale. the service advisors are always pleasant and caring. There is an area where improvement could be made: more timely response to phone messages. When My husband and I went to Key we were just looking to compare with the optima, I even had a appointment set with Mack on Monday at Kia. So we went to Key on Saturday to see if we liked the Sonata better than the Kia Optima and would make our decision on Monday between the 2. But instead we walked out with the Sonata, I am very Happy with the car and would recommend Key hyundai,Alan was very professional and went through great lengths to get us in a car. The only problem I have with them is I called the service dept almost 2 weeks ago to let them know about my brakes and set on hold for about 4 minutes. so the lady that answered the phone took my name and number to have them call me back and I still haven't had a return call. So I am going on vacation next week and will call them back when I get back in town.Other than that they are wonderful!!!! Highly recommended.Brenda Thomas

I must say when my husband and I were looking for a new car.. we started in the morning and had the worst experience with a dealership... I was ready to go home and then my husband said one more... lets try Key Hyundai on Southside... I was reluctant to agree but did and that was a great decision. My husband and I had been shopping online for the new Sonata and also the Buick Regal, when we got to the dealership we were greeted right away by one of the managers and he showed us the regal in the parking lot and then brought us inside to meet Mike Cain, I told Mike what I wanted and what price range we were in and he explained to us why the Sonata was a much better choice for me and my family. Mike went so far above and beyond what we would have expected of this car purchasing experience, just 2 months prior we bought a new Toyota for my husband and the sales staff and experience with that dealer was horrible. Working with Mike was so much more pleasant and I was able to get exactly what I wanted for the budget we had set due to the hard work of Mike . We were never pressured at all for extras or options or anything. My husband and I are both in real estate sales so we were both very impressed with Mike and his professionalism and diligence to make our new Hyundai purchase awesome. Mike showed me how to set up the radio, and how to use the Bluetooth and navigation system in addition to giving me tips on how to get the most out of my mileage because he knew how much I would be driving in my daily commute. Since my purchase he has called several times to check on my satisfaction with the new car and also recently to wish my a happy birthday. I couldnt be more impressed. I absolutely love my new car and will most definitely be a repeat Hyundai driver and a customer of Mike Cain and Key Hyundai.

I purchased a new 2011 Hyundai Sonata. I knew walking in precisely what I wanted to buy (down to the color). Alan was great. He didn't try to "upsell" or pitch additional warantees. I told him that I wanted the lease special that was being advertised by Hyundai, and Alan informed me that they had over 20 qualifying Sonatas at that price. Many times, dealers don't have the car in stock that is being advertised. Key Hyundai is different. Alan found the exact car I wanted, at the advertised price I was willing to pay. Since I'm in school, my parents offered to co-sign on the lease. This meant that paperwork had to be mailed back and forth and it would take over a week to complete the transaction. Alan arranged for me to use a loaner car- free of charge for 10 days, while we waited for the paperwork to come in!I've always found car shopping to be stressful. But the folks at Key Hyundai did everything in their power to make this purchase stress-free.

I have nervous experience a dealership like Key - whether they sell Hyndai's, buicks, or like in the past, Audi's - there is not one to compare. I have had dealings with the Lincoln dealership here, but once again - cannot compare. I purchased my Audi from Key when the dealership offered these cars. Now I have to go to Orange Park to Jack Hanna's Audi of Jacksonville and I do not get half of the great quality I used to get from Key. My intentions are to trade my Audi in for a Hyndai very soon. My experience in buying my new car in November was great dealing with Alan Reid & Eric Thompson. Alan is a great guy, just this week two of my co-workers have bought new cars from him! Any chance I get I will refer customers to Alan!One thing I would like to mention even though the problem was just resolved last week finally! I had a rattling noise in my sunroof. It took me bringing my car in 4 times & taking time off work a couple times to do so. I don't feel like it should have taken that many times. I pointed out from the very start exactly where the noise was coming from! I just could not fix the problem. One time the lightswitch was replaced, the noise was never coming from the lightswitch but I was told the light switch had a recall. I did some investigating & found out there was never a recall on the lightswitch for the Elantra. The recall was for the lightswitch on the Sonata, which means my lightswitch was replaced for nothing...actually when I came in for the replacement it was the wrong color & had to come back when it was ordered in the right color...but I never really needed it replaced!!! Finally on the 4th trip in I was given a gentleman that was going to work on the car which had worked there I was told for many years! This gentleman said lets take it for a ride & hear the noise. I said no need I can tap on the sunroof & show you which I have pointed out from the start. He heard it & said it should not do that..This guy seems to have resolved the problem!!! Hopefully future visits will not be like this. Thank you

Very personable people at Key who are generally long standing employees. They are also very knowledgable of their product and do a thorough job of sharing that knowledge with prospective customers. Negotiations are straightforward and conducted in a timely manner without the back and forth nonsense between the salesman and the sales manager that typifies many dealerships. My only criticism is that there seems to be a commmunication gap between their Internet Mgr and the sales force.

I appreciated the fact that my sales rep Dusty took the time in the beginning to find out what features were important to me and what my price range was before showing me any cars. He was very understanding and patient while showing me all the cars on the lot that fit my requirements and during all the test drives. I did not feel rushed or pressured at any time during my purchase experience. Everyone I encountered there was very friendly and helpful. I am now the proud owner of a Hyundai Accent.

Key is a classy establishment. From what I was told, every sales person had a college degree, so you weren't getting the full court press from some hillbilly. I worked with Morgan, who let me dictate the experience. When it came to discussing a lease rate for a new Genesis, she came right in on the advertised rate. There was no back and forth about why I didn't qualify despite my excellent credit score, like I had experienced at a previous dealer. War Eagle indeed!

I would definitely recommend this Dealership to anyone looking for a new car.I had purchased a new Buick 7 years ago from Brian Brown and all worked out well. Service dept Friendly too, i have delt with Jerry for many years, always ready to serve with a smile. Now time to buy a new car and back to Key Hyundai to talk to Brian. As always very Friendly People, Clean Showroom, and again dealing with Brian for a new car. My Husband and i drove off in a new Hyundai Santa Fe. Price was right, no hassles with financing etc.If you plan on looking or ready to buy go to Key Hyundai, you will be glad you did.

I had a very good experience with Key Hyundai. I went there not knowing if I could be financed or not due to poor credit (divorce), but they were able to secure financing and get me into a car I love. Mike was very professional and showed me everything about my new car. They also gave me a fair price for my trade-in. The entire process was very easy and I will recommend Key Hyundai every chance I get.

Couldn't have been happier with my car purchase. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, so I'm pretty sure Morgan and I ended up test driving every model Hyundai sells. She couldn't have been more patient or helpful. I ended up buying the Genesis and I love it. The finance department was able to get me a great rate and they even delivered the car to my house. I would definitely recommend both Morgan Perry and Key Hyundai to anyone in the market for a new car.

I had a good idea of what I was looking for but still had plenty of questions. Ms. Perry was very helpful. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and most important not pushy at all. I normally dread having to deal with overly pushy sales people, but Ms. Perry was treated me with respect and courtesy which made me feel very comfortable and made my experience at Key Hyundai a great one! This was my 3rd car from this dealer. My first two were great cars and I had excellecent service before and after I bought them, which is why I went back. I spoke to another dealership in the area but they could not get me the car I wanted and Key not only had the car, they had it at the price I was looking to pay. I was in and out the door in a little over an hour. Another great experience. They will always be my first stop to buy a new car. The service department is great too.

I have purchased two new Hyundai's within the past year or so and Ms. Perry was a pleasure to work with. She was always courteous and always available. I am very satisfied with the vehicles. One always wonder if perhaps they could have done a little better on the price, but all in all it was a very pleasant experience. I have subsequently sent friends there who were also totally satisfied with their exprience.I have been completely satisfied with service on my vehicles since purchasing them. Routine maintenance is all that has been required. The waiting area was pleasant and the service was performed quickly.

Terry White was the first person to greet me when I came onto the property. Therefore, I had him sell me my new SUV. I was ready to buy right then, and Terry found me the perfect fit! I ended up with a Tucson and love it! Terry was wonderful and continues to be in contact with me if I need anything.The dealership was clean and everyone was very professional. I was looking for a dealership to service my GM vehicle. Morgan Perry recommended bringing it in to Key Buick. Service was great. My service advisor Gerry and all employees were courteous and very helpful. My vehicle was serviced and ready for pickup in less than an hour. I will recommend them to everyone.

I was shocked. I visited this dealership three times, the first two, no one ever even helped me. I stood around in the showroom and outside nothing. I even sat in the Veracruz they had in the showroom with my children moved seats the whole works no help!! I was amazed. On the third visit a woman finally asked if she could help me then talked me down on options I wanted. I knew I wanted a limited version and she kept trying to talk me into the GS. I was paying cash and knew what I wanted would have been an easy sale. Never even offered me a test drive. I am now working with dealership in Saint Augustine to get the car. Sure would have liked to deal with soemone closer to home for service but at least I will have an excuse to go to Saint Augustine shopping!!

2011 Azera been in repair shop for 13 days and counting, acceleration hesitation then surge accelaration, plus, TPMS indication light always lit. There is no urgency by the corporate office to provide parts or on-sight evaluations. This is the reason for the low rating.
