I went to look at the Ford vehicle which I had never looked at before. I have always driven a Toyota.I wanted to give Ford a chance. The salesperson was professional and thorough. He did everything to try and help me make a decision to buy a ford. The manager came out to greet me also. They treated me with respect and took me seriously as opposed to how I was treated at the Toyota dealership. Sadly I am going to buy a Toyota because I just like the car better. I wish all dealerships were this respectful to their customers.

I truly had a great experience with Jordan when I leased my second Escape with them last week! Nick Amalfitano made this a good experience. He spent time with us explaining options and helping us make a decision we are very happy with. We could not get Dan Shuten from finance to return any of the messages we left for him (for two days) after we signed our documentation. That was frustrating. Our question was regarding our desire to pay off our maintenance/service contract vs. rolling it into the car loan. No answer. Loan closed with service contract included in payment.

ich Rysell, was the BEST. We are not a quick and easy sale. We always have a lot of questions and requirements. Rich not only found us the car we wanted, with just the options we wanted, but he was thorough and patient with us in all things. This actually turned into a lease on the Ford Z Plan(employee discount), so Rich didn't make as much commission off us as he could other buyers/lessors, but he never gave us "discount" service. I hope he is still at Key Scales the next time we need a new car.Both Dan Shuten & Don Garrett were very nice too. Don gave us a fantastic trade-in and Dan walked us through the leasing paperwork, answering the many questions we had.All-in-;all a really terrific dealership.

I just started looking at trucks, and Gerald Tinsley asked if he could help me and I said I was just looking not ready to buy yet and he said that did not matter he would be glad to assist me. We went and looked at trucks and he was very helpful, I drove one and liked it, I told Gerald I was going to talk to my wife and would be in contact. He thanked me for stopping by and we parted. Nick worked with me for over a month to purchase my Mustang. I'm a snow Bird living in Michigan for 6 months a year. I was one of the unfortunate ones with a VW diesel that I wanted to turn in. Even though Ms.Thompson didn't personally sell me my vehicle, she took the time the next day , to explain all the bells and whistles to me. I am not computer knowledgeable and she explained everything I needed to know. She even set up a tutorial on my computer and went over and above. This is a laid back car dealership with no pressure selling tactics! Salesman was very professional, courteous and responsive. The dealership is willing to work with buyers in establishing a fair purchase price. However, this dealer utilizes AutoCheck, which does not provide all the necessary information a buyer needs to make an informed purchase. Moreover, one of the keyless entry devices could not be located and thus not provided to the buyer(two of these devices are standard with this vehicle.) Despite these shortcomings, I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used vehicle!

My husband and I went to two other dealerships prior to Key Scales Ford. All were very good and helpful. But Key Scales was excellent and they had exactly what we were looking for. Our sales person Stan Reynolds was excellent!He was extremely pleasant and pleasure to work with. As we waited he ask us if he could get us something to drink and went over all the features of the vehicle. He was not pushy. Everyone there was very nice. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who may be in need of a vehicle!

After being told by a Key Scales competitor up the road that the MSRP was the same as the dealer invoice (really, he insisted) we bolted for Key Scales and found Sales Rep Stan Reynolds a breath of fresh air. Open, straight forward and extremely knowledgable about his products, you could tell his 40 plus years of experience fit in perfectly with this family based dealership. We drove home in two hours with our new Escape.

Gerald greeted me in a very friendly way and took me for a walk around the lot pointing out many helpful things. He accompanied me on two test drives where I was quite comfortable. Since I had to return on the next day, I dealt with Randy who was extremely helpful. He was able to explain everything in a clear manner and was very patient with all of my questions. I told Randy that he would have made a great teacher! I bought the Ford Escape.A week later I returned with some questions regarding the computer screen, which I had never had before. Randy again explained everything so well that I understood and was able to use many if the features right away. Gerald saw us and came over to say hello and see if he could be of help.Many women feel intimidated buying a car alone. That DIDN"T HAPPEN at Key Scales Ford. I was treated in the most satisfactory way and recommend them to anyone.

Really enjoyed the buying experience at Key Scales Ford. Nick Amalfitano and Doug Fabor, and Jim Roberts in Finance were very easy to work with - no pressure or fast talk. Answered all of my questions and were very knowledgable. I presented Nick with an unusual challenge as I was test driving a similar car - different make and model, but less in price - to the Ford Fusion that I was considering. I was able to compare the 2 cars side by side, and Nick answered all my questions, and even though the Fusion with the Luxury package was a little more, the quality and workmanship was superior in the Fusion. Very happy with purchase. This is our 15th Ford through the years.

I was just looking at what was available for cars and sat down with Stan to go over my options. Saw a number of cars that I was interested in and also saw 2 C-Max's that my wife might be interested in. Had a good experience, low key and fact oriented. Went back the next day and dealt with Randy since Stan was out. My wife was interested in one of the C-Max's and purchased it. One of the cars I had been interested in was sold. After discussing options and price ranges, Randy was able to come up with a Taurus that would fit the bill. I ended up buying the Taurus. Randy was really good at working with what we gave him. Had 1 minor problem and everything was resolved professionally to my satisfaction. They were a pleasure to work with.

We were greeted immediately. Dave, our salesman discussed all features for the Fusions, both 2016 and 2017. We explored stock in their inventory and took a test drive.Dave and the dealership were very accommodating to our schedule. Having just moved to Florida we needed a few days to get our insurance and licenses changed and a PIN for the X-plan.The finance and buying transactions were very efficiently handled.Dave was also great giving us an orientation to the Fusion.

I was at your FORD car sales center on 15 September 2016. I called the evening of 14 September 2016 to make an appointment. Mr. Lofton answered my call. He was very pleasant to speak with, and assured me that he could help. I told him I would arrive at the dealership at 9:00 AM. He met me at the door, with a fresh, well rested appearance. He brought me to his desk and within thirty minutes he walked me to the vehicle I told him I was interested in. He answered all my questions and gave me a wealth of information regarding the vehicle I was interested in. He must have walked back and forth with me many times to compare vehicles. He was not impatient, curt, or short with me. He smiled during the entire grueling process of selecting the vehicle. He then walked with me back to his desk, and the paperwork began. He was ever aware of my personal needs, and offered beverages and suggested I take a break if I needed to. Three hours later, I drove away in my new 2017 Fusion Titanium. Mr. Lofton is an excellent employee and a credit to the Ford Motor Company. Thank you Mr. Lofton, I love my Fusion. Presently I am reading all the information that will assist me in gently loving my new Fusion.

Went in to get service on my Super Duty F-250 Diesel Truck, the engine light came on today , while on the way home from my wife's doctors appointment. She has been in and out of the doctors and the hospital recently. They still do not know what is wrong with her and we have been really worried and stressed over it. The last thing we needed today ,was for my truck engine light to come on. And not know what the problem is. Only to find out- it is a pump that is needed to fix the truck. This part is on back order and they are not sure 100% ,when this part will be in? It would be bad to even drive the truck I currently own home. Since this part we need could go bad at any moment. And the truck engine would Fail. My wife was super upset. Since she has been in the hospital recently. And she has several more test to come.Fred Altmonte, helped us before -when we purchased the super duty two years ago.He calmed my wife right down. Fred said, "don't worry, we will take care of you." And they did!!!They helped us make the right decision and trade in my 2011 super duty, for a pre-owned 2015 Lariat F-150 Super- crew. It is super nice looking. My wife loves it and so do I. It is metallic green with tan leather seats. This truck is loaded. Like what we had, in the Super Duty but a better deal. It is also perfect for our two dogs. Lots of room in the back seat. We are grateful to Fred and the Dealership for staying late and assisting us. Fred got Doug Faber and Jim Roberts involved and they got us a great deal on this vehicle. Jim made sure we received a warranty , extended maintenance and tire coverage in case of damage to the tires and gap coverage. He was very friendly and helpful and explained everything in detail. This Dealer has been great to us. We referred my parents to Fred and he has helped them in the past as well. I would highly recommend Fred and The Key Scales Dealership to my friends and Family. Went in to get service on my Super Duty F-250 Diesel Truck, the engine light came on today , while on the way home from my wife's doctors appointment. She has been in and out of the doctors and the hospital recently. They still do not know what is wrong with her and we have been really worried and stressed over it. The last thing we needed today ,was for my truck engine light to come on. And not know what the problem is. Only to find out- it is a pump that is needed to fix the truck. This part is on back order and they are not sure 100% ,when this part will be in? It would be bad to even drive the truck I currently own home. Since this part we need could go bad at any moment. And the truck engine would Fail. My wife was super upset. Since she has been in the hospital recently. And she has several more test to come.Fred Altmonte, helped us before -when we purchased the super duty two years ago.He calmed my wife right down. Fred said, "don't worry, we will take care of you." And they did!!!They helped us make the right decision and trade in my 2011 super duty, for a pre-owned 2015 Lariat F-150 Super- crew. It is super nice looking. My wife loves it and so do I. It is metallic green with tan leather seats. This truck is loaded. Like what we had, in the Super Duty but a better deal. It is also perfect for our two dogs. Lots of room in the back seat. We are grateful to Fred and the Dealership for staying late and assisting us. Fred got Doug Faber and Jim Roberts involved and they got us a great deal on this vehicle. Jim made sure we received a warranty , extended maintenance and tire coverage in case of damage to the tires and gap coverage. He was very friendly and helpful and explained everything in detail. This Dealer has been great to us. We referred my parents to Fred and he has helped them in the past as well. I would highly recommend Fred and The Key Scales Dealership to my friends and Family. We visited Key Scales dealership on Saturday, with a fact-finding mission in mind. Hybrid technology is important to us and Rich answered our questions regarding how Ford's technology compares to that of Toyota. He also indicated that Ford's hybrid technology has performed well since it was first introduced and it's original gas mileage estimates have proven to be accurate. In addition, Ford's battery system has lasted well over the life of Ford vehicles. Rich had all this information at his fingertips, as well as financing information and overall sales issues. He was very attentive during our test drive. We appreciate his help and ended up making a purchase on the same day. The car that we bought was brought up from Miami. We hope their sales agents were as attentive as Rich when it was taken out for test drives there. We were also very pleased that Rich followed through with everything that he promised.

I had a 2003 Expedition that I used to pull a travel trailer. With the excessive millage and discontinuing camping, I went to Key Scale Ford whom I had bought two vehicles before this new one and service every 5,000 miles, there need no reason to spend time shopping, Just go to Key Scale where I knew them and they knew me,. What remains is a good old fashion down home friendly atmosphere and way of doing business. I think the best part is the atmosphere that encourages the questions that everyone has as they explore and refine the new vehicle and look at the options. Then it is off the deal making, which today is not bad if you do your homework before you get to the showroom. All in all a great experience that I recommend to all who are looking for a new ride.

Kurt Damron was great to deal with, can't say enough: low pressure, no games and a true gentleman. Finance department was knowledgeable about titling the vehicle in a business and was quite expedient with the signatures. Overall, a pleasant experience with friendly, competent people. Our experience was excellent, from the time we walked in the door and we were welcomed and led to the sales person we requested. Our Salesman Nicholas Amalfitano, was so helpful. He listened to us to see what we were looking for, He asked all the right questions, it seemed as though he could anticipate the all the questions we had. He worked with us so we could get the car we wanted, with the best package we could get for the payment we could afford. He was by far one of the best salesmen we have ever delt with. He introduced us to his co worker Rich Rysell, the Sales Manager, Doug Faber, and also our service department representative. We have received a follow up phone call to see if we had any questions. I feel we had Red Carpet treatment.

My wife and I spent the past several days, testing and reviewing several makes of smaller SUV's. We went to Key Scales ford to test drive the new Escape, and met Stan"the Man" Reynolds. In all my years of buying cars, I have never met a more laid back salesmen. We told him what we were looking for, he brought down a few vehicles for us to test drive, then went on line and found exactly what we were looking for in color and equipment. The deal we struck was not the lowest price we were offered, however the car we chose was exactly everything we wanted where the others had this or that but not everything. Everyone at the dealership was great to work with, Doug the sales manager, Gary in Finance,Bruce the GM and of course Stan. We would highly recommend this dealership

Stan 'The Man' Reynolds listened to me describe what I would want in a new Escape. Five minutes later he had it parked at the door. A short test drive convinced my husband and me that this was the right car for us. Stan showed us all the features we were expecting plus more besides. Stan made it easy for us to decide and then Garry Blackman took us through the paperwork, recommend them both highly for friendliness and professionalism.

I am a senior citizen and I've purchased numerous vehicle's not only for work but for pleasure. I did my homework on the internet and visited multiple auto dealers so I knew what I wanted and what a fair price was for my 2016 Mustang. Nick Amalfitano, and the entire staff could not have been nicer. They were no pressure sales people simply looking to find my special vehicle. My vehicle was not in stock, however, they found my vehicle and it was delivered in 2 days! I picked it up last night and I couldnt be happier. have been told the check in coming in the mail and it never has come got a 2016 fusion from them and could not get the plates for 60 days and the rebate money was to be in the mail when theygot it from ford and ford says the dealer got there money and we still are waiting and they have try to change the dealer and wanted us to sign new papers on the car the saleman gary mullins was great

I went into the Ford dealership to buy a small, used manual car to tow behind our RV. I met Eric Montano and he told me it didn't have to be manual. I stopped him right there and said yes it does. he invited me to come to his desk while he checked for what I had asked for. while he was checking he gave me some written literature on towing a car. Much to my surprise there were alternatives. I went out and got my husband and we sat with Eric while he explained the different cars that were available to us. he brought out several write-ups about towing a car. we looked at a few cars and test drove them. we left the dealership impressed with Eric and his knowledge of the vehicles. we then proceded to drive up and down Rte 441 in Leesburg stopping in several other dealerships. None had what we were looking for but they all tried to sell us something nevertheless. at one dealership we got pretty angry with the salesman because he was so hard sell. we went home after spending several hours looking at cars. Eric called us the next morning and told us about a 2014 car they had just taken in he thought it might suit our needs. we took a look at it and it was perfect for what we needed. We bought the car.Eric never tried to push us into anything, he really knows what he's talking about and we would highly recommend both Key Scales and especially recommend Eric Montano

I called about a transit connect, asked Rich what's the best they could do on price. He said just a minute and put me on hold, came back several minutes later and told me what one customer offered for the van but they couldn't sell it for that price. I made him an offer, he put me on hold for several more minutes, came back and said we have a deal.Unbelievable, he didn't say come on down, or what can you afford for monthly payments, or all the other lies we all have heard. I went down to the dealership. the transit was still there, (it hadn't been sold), it was pulled up and ready to look at. (They didn't have to go find it somewhere).I kept waiting for them to pull a fast one. After going through the credit application with Artie (which went very smooth) it was time to go see Dan in financing. There were some extras on there that I ended up not wanting in the end such as bumper to bumper warranty, gap insurance, etc.I thought this is it! This is where they are going to make it up on the car (because I got a good deal and nobody gets a deal when it comes to car dealers) This is where they are going to tell me that because of my credit score I have to have this or the lenders wouldn't accept me.Instead , the answer was ok no problem. They re did the paperwork we signed it and we were on our way. :This was one of two pleasant experiences I had in my life buying a vehicle. The last time was 41 years ago. I will recommend this team and Key Scales dealership to everyone I know. Actually, I am thinking of changing professions and would be honored to work for this truly professional organization. I was in the market for a new truck and looked all over for the right one after countless emails to dealer internet depts witch are just a waste of time all I got was nothing more than Saleman telling me what I wanted to hear, and once I got to the dealer I got the old story " oh that was sold or some BS like that. I couldn't get a straight answer, not even from the so called managers. I ran into Brandon at the golf course, I was matched up with Brandon and his buddies, Judge Paul and what seemed to be half the State police of Florida anywsy I stopped into the dealership and Brandon really knows his stuff. Unfortunately I am to far out from my lease end and it would not make sense for me to trade at this time. I really want to thank Brandin for is expert guidance and help. My next vehicle for my family will certainly be purchased from Brandon at KeyScales Ford oh and the new building is very nice. Funny thing I drive by that location all the time and never really knew it was there. I notice it now with the new place. Thanks Brandon and will see you soon for my new truck.

It is a comfortable environment; I didn't feel too pressured. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My parents also bought Fords from this dealership and were satisfied by their purchases as well. They were able to work with my credit and found a car under my budget. It was my first car-buying experiencing, and I came out satisfied and not traumatized. All in all, it was a good experience.

I wanted to look around the lot to see what used cars might be for sale because at some point I knew I should be trading in my current car for a new one. I was advised that I couldn't just wander around the lot, but needed a salesman. The receptionist asked "Nick" if he would help us. I explained that I just wanted to get an idea of what was available. So Nick was able to determine our price range and showed us several cars (listening to what I was telling him I wanted). What impressed me the most was his low-key, yet persuasive ability to describe each car insofar as its suitability for me. (I wanted good visibility all around, low mileage, etc, etc.) I was looking at a car that I really liked but my husband would not consider a non-certified car... so Nick showed us a more expensive model and was describing the benefits, and the color as we walked... and talked us into it and I couldn't be happier!!!! Nick closed the sale without pressure...just good salesmanship.

The process was painless. Nick and Dan did a great job of helping me quickly and painlessly. Nick even helped me by " going the extra mile". I realized after all was said and done that I had left something in my old vehicle that had personal value to me, He said no problem, he searched my old car for me, found it had it waiting for me 2 days later. I didn't feel that I was pressured and that makes a big difference to me.Aside from my experience I don't feel that I got a fair value for my old vehicle. The parts in it are worth more than what I got.

I went to Key Scales in Leesburg after seeing the truck i wanted online. I had to park behind the dealership because of construction going on at the time of my visit. Once i hoofed it back to the front of the building i was warmly greeted by an empty reception desk. I noticed several employees seated behind a large window. After making eye contact a few times nobody bothered to greet me or even make an attempt to interact with me so i gave up on them and turned my attention to the only salesperson not currently with a customer, 2 were busy helping other customers. Nick finally asked me if i was being helped after standing at the desk for 4-5 minutes. I told him i came to look at a truck they had advertised online. He showed me the truck and i test drove it. I told him i was very interested in the truck and would like an appraisal on my trade in. This is when i found out that the price advertised on line was incorrect and was in fact $4000 more. Thats right 4 thousand dollars more than the advertised price. I will give Nick credit he did increase the amount he could give me for my trade in but not even close to $4000 more. I told him thanks for trying and that i would like to see a manager before leaving, so he walked me to Don who was standing outside smoking. I told Don i was very disappointed to drive to the dealership, test drive the vehicle and waste my time going back and forth with the "let me try this or that so we can make a deal". His response was an unbelievable "sorry our advertising is done by a third party and they messed up, nothing i can do". I would expect that from a sleazeball used car salesman with "30 years experience" not the cigarette smoking sales manager, but i guess thats who they have running the new car/truck sales down at Key Scales Ford. So if you are looking for a new car or truck i would highly recommend driving somewhere else, or any where else for that matter before Key Scales Ford.

On March 25th my wife and I meet with Harry Wilhelm to test drive a 2014 Ford 150 lariat. We decided that we liked it and traded our car in. The negations went smoothly I we purchased the vehicle. On 3/5 2016 we ended up at Key Scales Ford to check out a 2013 Chrysler minivan. Being a lifetime Chrysler employee I expect to be treated well at a Chrysler facility or dealership but not so much at a competitors facility. We purchased a 1999 F150 for our grandson from Harry Wilhelm. When we arrived at the lot after a long day of looking for an older truck we sent in our grandson to see if anything was available. He was greeted by Mr. Wilhelm and was treated with the utmost respect. He is only 16 yrs old and not many salespeople would have taken him seriously. Mr. Wilhelm took him outside and showed him the truck that he had that was in his budget and by the time we got to the where they were our grandson had all of the information that he needed. We drove the truck and ended up making a deal. Since it was a very recent trade-in it had to be fully inspected before we could take it off the lot the next morning which made us feel better about turning the keys over to our grandson. We knew that he would be in a safe truck. Thank you Mr Wilhelm for taking the time to spend with a young man and not blowing him off as just a kid asking questions.

He was respectful and cared about making the me feel comfortable with the final deal. There was no belittling or negativism throughout the price negotiations that I have experienced at other dealerships in the past. The finance person was helpful and not pushy when it came to financing the vehicle and extended warranties. I was pleased with the whole process and especially the people I interacted with. Our paperwork was done effectively, considering the fact the closer had been there only four days. Randy is pleasant and very low keyed. Went to find a good used car or to lease a new one. We were introduced to Fred Almonte Sr. Who made it clear that there was no pressure and no question that we couldn't ask to get all the answers we wanted to feel comfortable with the whole process. I was just reviewing the inventory and the vehicle options online , later that morning I received a great phone call from Rich Rysell. Cat Langbehn was a joy to work with when we leased our 2016 Escape. It was more like sitting and talking with a friend, not a salesperson. What a positive experience that was, as it often isn't. Key Scale Ford, although looking a little unsettling, was a fantastic experience. I spoke with them earlier on the phone about a certified car on the lot. Not only did they go out and physically make sure the vehicle was still there, but they also set it aside for me even though it was going to take me 3 hours to get there. They greeted me from the moment I walked in and were very personable and down to earth. It definitely did not feel as though I was talking to salesman. Just stopping in to see what was new for 2016 since our Lease on our 2013 Escape would be up in July 2016 we met a wonderful salesman Doug Faber. Doug showed us the comparable Escape for 2016 however, like many the budget is most important. However, the Keyless Entry is our #1 want in any car and Ford vehicles are the only ones with that feature. After being a Chevy man for 50 years 3 years ago we switched to Ford and won't look back. Yesterday we drove off the lot with a Beautiful 2016 Ford Fusion and love it! We will be buyers again in the future.

I helped my elderly parent's purchased their car from Brandon Casper. My parents as I said are elderly and I worry that they will be taken advantage of and after many emails, phone calls and trips to other dealerships that resulted in misleading lies and deceptive practice's, we had the good fortune to get Brandon Casper on the phone when we called Key Scales Ford. Brandon was very knowledgeable and even figured payments in his head faster then I could using a finance calculator. We told him what we needed and he had several vehicles both new and used that fit the bill. After we found the perfect car, It was very easy to conduct business with Brandon, he was honest up front and did not pressure us like the other dealerships had. I can tell you this, I don't trust car sales people or dealership in general and we walked out of dealerships all week long, but It was a welcome relief to be treated the proper way and not beat up and bullied into buying a car. It's so exhausting and agervating to buy a car. We had many questions and concerns that would have prevented us from buying anything, Brandon made perfect sense in answering all those question and concerns and more. I could go on forever about what a great experience we had dealing with Brandon, Key Scales Ford is fortunate to have such a professional, respectful and handsome salesperson as Brandon. Traveled from PA to visit family for the holidays. Our vehicle had to be serviced for a broken compressor. They took us in right away. My wife and I met Brandon Casper in the truck lot one afternoon and he answered a ton of questions (correctly I might add) and put no pressure on us to buy. We liked his approach but were not ready to buy that day. A few weeks later we were ready and so we met back with Brandon. He did not have exactly what we were looking for in stock so we built one on the computer to find a match near by. We found 99% of what we were looking for. Next came the price. After a short while we were able to get a fair trade value and a fair purchase price. The truck has performed as advertised and we love the comfort and gas mileage too! Brandon went the distance to make sure we were happy in our purchase. Since we are not a Florida resident we loved the service you provided of registering it in our home state. After a few visits with Brandon we felt like he was a friend not a salesman.

This review is about the service component of the dealership. To me, the most important person on the service team is the service advisor. My experience with advisor Jessie has been exceptional. Where the problem was big or small, Jessie handles it with professionalism and sensitivity. The customer may not know much but she doesn't speak down to them. The service results are always satisfactory. If you come back because there is a problem, she immediately gets you scheduled to resolve it. She is a real asset to the dealership.

Located the vehicle on their web site with make and model of vehicle and list of all factory equipment.Vehicle was listed as Ford F-150 4WD SuperCrew 145" Lariat. After purchase, my wife and I noticed many items listed on the web site as being included, were not on this pick-up. Checked the VIN # as advertised which matched. It turned out to be a F-150 4WD SuperCrew XLT. This has turned into a big mistake on our part by overlooking the missing items and incorrect model. Eric Montano our sales, person was very professional and helpful. We feel he wasn't aware of this big mistake. I guess it's buyer beware!

We went in to just look at new Ford pickups and Rich Rysell approached us and was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We ended up deciding to buy a new Ford 150. We love our new truck, we got the actual 4 door pickup, couldn't believe how much room there is in the back seating area. We also dealt with Fred Almonte, he was as friendly and knowledgeable as Rich. My wife and I would recommend your dealership to friends with no hesitation. Our Escape left us sit Saturday while in the area, called service and put on hold for 25 minutes, finally gave phone # to receptionist, no call back! Called again Monday at 8am same thing, finally got a call at 130pm! At that point already had car towed to another ford dealer. Thanks for nothing Key Scales!

This was our first time dealing with this dealership, and overall, a pleasant experience. They worked with us to find the car and payment method to benefit both us and the dealer. The only negative is that the original salesman was not working when we made our purchase; however he would be given the sale. Another salesperson, Nick Amalfitano assisted us with the paperwork and went over the features in the car. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The original salesman never contacted us to thank us for coming back and making a purchase. We just felt it would have been the correct thing to do.

I had 2 dead batteries on my F450 King Ranch and called the service department at 11.34 on Saturday December 28th to ask if they had any in stock and when they could fit them as I was going to arrange recovery to them. I was told (I didn't get the guys name) that they had the batteries and that if I came over today they would fit while I waited - great news!I got to the dealership at 1.08 p.m. only to find that they closed a few minutes earlier. I had to arrange a $65 cab ride back to where I was staying then arrange transport once more back to Key Scales Ford on the following Monday (not a costly cab this time - but a generous neighbor for whom I bought a $20 gift card). IF I HAD BEEN TOLD WHEN I CALLED THAT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT CLOSED AT 1.00 P.M. ON SATURDAYS I WOULD HAVE ARRANGED THE RECOVERY OF MY TRUCK TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR THE FOLLOWING MONDAY AND SAVED MYSELF AN $85 OUTLAY AS WELL AS A LOT OF TIME.On Sunday 29th (the day after dropping the truck off) I emailed the Dealer Manager (Bruce Johnson) to explain what had happened and to ask that given the situation could he arrange for the truck to be delivered back to me Monday and that I be reimbursed with the $65 cab fare.On the Monday morning I spoke to who I consider to be the ONLY switched on person at the dealership (Jessie Dern) who confirmed they were fitting the batteries but that she knew nothing about the circumstances of delivery. She said the truck could not be delivered back to me (I would have to fetch it) and that I should contact Bruce again about being reimbursed for cab fare.Bruce wasn't available by phone so I emailed him again at 10.23 on the Monday morning. He replied very quickly (10.29) and said he had his Service Director Robert Scheiner checking on the vehicle status and that he would email me and update ASAP. I never heard from him - but following a call back from the efficient Jessie I did get a ride over to fetch my truck. When picking it up, no-one in the cashiers office knew about my request for cab fare reimbursement and Robert Scheiner wasn't in so I paid the bill, said I would contact Robert Scheiner by email re the costs and left with my vehicle.By December 7th I still hadn't heard from anyone at Key Scales Ford so I emailed Robert Scheiner at 14.26 asking for my cab fare of $65 (I attached a photo of the receipt) and also the gift card cost of $20 to be reimbursed to me. I still hadn't heard anything a week later so at 09.38 on December 14th I emailed Robert Schneider again and copied in the dealership Manager Bruce Johnson too.It's now December 18th and I guess neither of them are going to reply, let alone give me my $85 back.So - apart from having had a lot of my time wasted and being 'out' $85 - what do I think of Key Scales Ford? Their website has sentences including the words 'top customer service' and 'dedicated team of service advisors' and 'best customer service' etc. Their recorded narrative on the phone whilst waiting to speak to someone is similarly glowing and sounds extremely promising - but all that seems to be just empty words to me. You can say how good you are many times and in different ways, but unless you actually DELIVER in the same way then it's just empty promises!If someone had had the courtesy of commercial common sense to apologise for the initial issue of not telling me that the service department was closing at 1.00 p.m. on the Saturday I called then that would have been nice.If I had then been reimbursed via a reduction in my bill on picking my truck up then I would have been relatively happy.Neither of those things have happened and it now seems that Key Scales are just ignoring my emails. I run 3 businesses in the U.K. whilst travelling extensively worldwide (and the USA in particular) so I KNOW about efficiency. Everyone makes mistakes occasionally including me - but not to make things right afterwards with a customer is simply poor business practice - hence this long explanation of the facts.I DO have a complete audit trail of events and all emails sent/received should Key Scales contest what I am saying.

Found the car I wanted at this dealership. Spoke with the salesman and was told to leave a deposit for it. I said I would just take off of work and go the next day. I drove over an hour to this dealership to see the Escape I wanted. After the test drive i was ready to purchase it. I know what the internet price was and being pre approved it was a done deal. NOT SO....Oh you dont qualify for THAT price! You have to use "our financing"...after going back and forth my salesman was told by the "guys in the booth" read the disclaimer. So we did and it did not say anywhere in it that you had to use ford financing. So ok you have to sell it to me at the price I saw listed. But they wouldn't budge. So I left extremely mad and just lost a days pay and 5 hours wasted of my time. So I went home. The next day I get a message that the GM is working numbers and can now do a deal. We are sorry,what can we do? What you can do is not have a customer leave pissed off. Then call him the next day pleading to come back, we can make this work. Sorry....should of had the morons in the booth do that while I was there. You lost another customer! Buyers beware of this place. If it was about customer service they would of had my business. Thanks to the other dealership I now have my car I wanted and am happy they could do the deal with no stress.

I have been involved with one-way discussions with the general manager at this dealership since buying a 2015 Ford Edge. When I ordered the Edge, I was told the factory could not install a trailer hitch on this new model. After investigating with upper management, I was told from them this was not true, that it in fact was always available and they did not know why Key Scales gave me the incorrect information. Long story short, I have been trying to get an answer out of Mr. Johnson but I guess he has decided to completely ignore my emails. Since I saw he responds to these emails, hopefully he will respond to this one. I will certainly report my results, if any, on this forum.

A few weeks ago, a disheartening experience was totally turned into an exceptional experience by Bruce Johnson, his service manager and Angie, his customer service rep.!! Last week we were contacted by Cat Langbehn, Sales/Internet Broker for this Dealership, concerning our lease end options. Today, Cat worked with us until she was satisfied that we were happy...and thanks also to Jeff Wagner who continued to address our concerns and work towards a deal that we were comfortable with. Then we went to Dan, in the finance department and completed the necessary paperwork...in under 20 minutes!!!! So many thanks to this dealership for taking the time to listen to us and to work with us. Cat was exceptional...never rushed us and really listened...can't thank this group enough! Excellent service started when I first called the dealership. The vehicle we were interested in had already gone to auction but the dealership retrieved it so we could see and test drive it. I bought my 2016 Ford Escape on 9/8/15. The salesman was Artie Dorado who was very professional in handling our situation. We went into Key Scales with no intention of buying a car just to look to see what was available. Artie showed us a few cars in the Escape line and let us test drive the car. We sat down with him and he came up with a number which was not to our liking so we had to negotiate with him to come closer to our numbers. Well Artie came thru and we ended up buying the car (White) which we are very happy with. Cathy "Cat" Langbehn went above and beyond locating the exact 2015 Mustang I wanted. Once we found my exact car the negotiations took less than 20 minutes to iron out. Cat kept me the loop as to when my car would arrive at the dealership and even stayed late "just in case it showed up" after normal business hours since I had asked her to snap a pic and text it to me so I could have my Mustang "fix" until this morning when I took delivery. Cat is a true car "lady" and really enjoys doing her job. I've been around cars my entire life and have bought several new vehicles and I must say she knows how to treat a car guy right! Very honest. Very professional. Straight forward.The finance manager, Dan made the closing as simple as I have ever experienced. He didn't try to sell me anything "extra" that I didn't want. From start to finish I was treated very professionally. They are a friendly group and eager to accommodate. When you are paying cash for a car you should not have to wait more that 2 hours to finalize the deal on a car. There were several excuses for this wait, however I did not feel were valid. The salesman we were working with was very good I have no problem with him, just the ordeal of having to wait so long. I finally told the salesman that I would only wait 10 more minutes then I would be leaving and they finally got our papers ready. It is sad that you have to threaten them to get some action. I had a bad experience with a Ford dealer several years ago and said I would never go to one again, however I was driving my Mother to get a car so I had no choice. Guess what I won't be buying a Ford if this is the way the do business.

I have brought my 2014 Ford Escape to Key Scales to every oil change, maintenance and repair; until recently I haven't had any big issues; lack of communication of few times, but nothing large enough to want to go to another dealer for service. Over the last 3 weeks I have called and left multiple messages for their service department to schedule my next oil change. After numerous messages left with no return I call, I spoke to the receptionist, explained I was trying to schedule my next oil change and haven't received any return phone calls; she states I could just bring my car in and drop it off. So today, I did just that. I was then told that they do not take drop offs and everyone of their employees should know that and their next available appointment would be in 2 weeks. I explained that I had been leaving messages and haven't received any return calls and that the receptionist told me to bring it in. I was then told that they hired a service receptionist to handle the phone call issue and that I could schedule my next appointment in 2 weeks. No THANK YOU!!!! Had they called back 3 weeks ago - everything would have been handled. Called another dealership TODAY; spoke to them on the phone TODAY and scheduled for TOMORROW - now that is customer service!

I had not had a new car in over 12 years, primarily because I hated the buying process. I remembered it took hours out of my day and then got a run around back and forth with "I have to talk to my manager" which as we all know is hogwash. But it left me not wanting to play the game. I went to Key Scales and much to my wondering eyes and ears the process had changed. I met Harry Wilhelm and he performed magic in less than two hours he had convinced me that I needed a 2015 Escape in Ruby Red that was calling my name. We dealt with Cat, in internet sales. I was helping my mother buy a new car. Cat was very easy to work with and she did not try to push a sale on us. She just used straight forward and open negotiations with no pressure. She was very thorough in explaining the features to my mother, and she made a follow up call to my mother the next day to be sure Mom was satisfied and see if she had any questions. Jim Roberts in the finance dept was also pleasant to work with. Jim offered extra items, warranty,service, etc., but never pressured Mom into purchasing. He was very clear he was offering them to her and not up selling her.

My 1998 Ford F150 was having issues so I stopped at Key Scales to check it out. When Rick Rysell asked if I wanted to buy a car I answered, "Depends on what kind of deal you can offer." I left with a new "used" 2011 Ford F150. Can't say enough about the way Rick worked with me. He listened, was sensitive to what I wanted, and didn't pressure me to buy something I didn't want. The truck is great but needs running boards so I can get in it without jumping into the seat. And there was no cruise control so that will need to be added later. Overall, I'm very pleased with the vehicle. I highly recommend Rick Rysell to folks who are looking to buy a car or truck. Before you go anywhere else, check out Key Scales Ford. I went in at 9 am and didn't leave till 6 pm and these people gave me a honest and worthwhile experience. i LOVE my car. Cat, the saleswomen i dealt with, was so helpful and took a lot of the stress off from the buying experience, unlike the 8 other dealerships i had visited in the past year. I bought a 2012 Chevy it still has a factory warranty, is in great condition, and for a first time financier i was very happy when i left with a lower interest rate, good price and great car. On June 10, 2015 I purchased a new F250 at Key Scales, salesmen was Mark Bonner, Over the years I have purchased many vehicles, this was by fr the most enjoyable experience I have had. The moment I walked up I was met by Mark, he took the time to show me all the trucks that met what i was looking for. He made the entire experience a friendly relaxed time. I was referred to Key Scales Ford by a woman on my golf league. I have previously dealt with a car dealer in Illinois for 30 + years. I was little scared to go to someone I had no history with. However, I was lucky enough to meet Fred Almonte. He made me feel comfortable and worked with me toward a fair and equitable deal. He made sure that i was familiar with all the features that the Ford Escape had to offer. Our family cars were always a Chevy. I had not driven a Ford product since my first car(Pinto) many years ago. I can only hope when I trade this car in that Fred will be there to work with me.

Although Key Scales Ford was an hour drive from our home, the Salesperson was so wonderful and helpful it was worth the drive. Arriving at the dealership looking for a lease car for my 84 year old mother, my son, mother, and I were greeted by Fred Almonte. After explaining what we were searching for he kindly took my mom by golf cart while my son and I walked to the lot to see what was available. It wasn't long before we found a Ford Fusion which met all her needs. Back in his office we were able to agree on a lease price. Fred quickly did the necessary paper work while my son returned to the Villages, emptied her old car and brought it back to the dealership. Shortly we were back on the road in the new Fusion. We purchased a 2013 Escape one month ago from Blake. Yesterday my wife went out to leave for Orlando and the next day drive to Miami area and the car wouldn't start. Got Joe from service and he told me even though they were booked up pretty good if I could jump it off my truck and get it there he would get it in somehow. They found out battery was shot . It was under warranty and my wife was on her way 2 hours later. Really impressed with Joe and the service we received.

I went The Key Scales Ford to simply "look" at what Ford was offering in the way of the Ford Escape. Upon arriving I was greeted by Rich Rysell. He walked me onto the lot of new Escapes and before I realized it, I was hooked. I was very pleased with what I saw and the selections available. Within in a couple of days I returned to discuss with Rich the lease and 3 hours later drove out of the Ford lot with a newly leased Escape Titanium. Started off on Internet with Blake Kelly, and then made appointment to meet. He was most pleasant and listened to our story concerning trade in ( which we did not bring in this day) and what we were looking for and why. He made suggestions but did not push. We left and when we e mailed back for another appointment Blake referred us to Rich Rysell because Blake was going to be out the day we wanted to come in.Rich was awesome! It was important to me to drive the 2015 Ford Edge on the highway to see how it handled in heavy traffic at highway speeds. The test drive was the longest I have ever experienced, and Rich was most patient with me while I experienced the perfection of this vehicle. The negotiations and trade in experience was somewhat stressful but Rich worked very hard to get the deal for us. We left very satisfied.Saw my sister the next day. She lived 1.5 hours south of here. She loved my Edge, went home and had two bad experiences with dealers there. I told her she needed to call Rich at Key Scales Ford! She did and called me back to say she bought a 2014 Ford from Rich over the phone and got the deal she wanted!What is nice about this dealership is the sales department seems to share experiences and help each other. It is not the dog eat dog hovering over buyers you sometime experience at other dealerships.

We had been anxiously waiting for the arrival of the 2015 Ford Edge. We had a 2010 Edge but wanted to upgrade the safety technology available now. I contacted Key Scales via the internet and had a response from Blake Kelly within 30 minutes that they had 3 Edges that had just arrived. We arranged a test drive the following day and leased the red Edge that we test drove. Overall everyone at the dealership was professional but especially well versed on all the electronic technology that is available on new cars now. This is the third Ford we have purchased from Key Scales but certainly not our last. We just love the way Ford makes their vehicles.

We had an appointment with Blake Kelly. Blake was very professional and we first discussed our interest with him. Cat Langbehn (Salesperson) gave us a $500 gift card as part of a promotion. When I tried to use it there was a zero balance on the card. Returned the card to Cat, and was told she would mail me a new card. Two weeks passed, so I called and left messages twice for Cat and Emailed once, never got a response. On Feb 20, customer service rep Angela Thompson called as routine follow up and I told her of my problem. She said she would have Cat give me a call. Never heard from Cat.On Feb 26, talked to Angela Thompson again and told her I still didn't hear back from Cat. She said see would look into it. Never heard back from her.On march 3, called Cat and left message that if didn't hear back from her I was going to call Bruce Johnson the General Manager. Never Heard back.On march 6, talked to GM Bruce Johnson and told him what was going on. He told me he would look into it and have Cat give me a call. Never heard back from anyone.On march 13, called Bruce Johnson and left message for him to call me. Never heard back.On March 16, called and talk to Bruce Johnson and said he would have someone call me.On March 17, Jeff Wagner from promotions called and talked to me. He had no explanation on why Cat gave me a gift card that had zero balance. The mailing I gave her stated , buy a new car get a $500 gift card. (Not, I repeat, Not a chance to win a gift card!!!) Why give a card at all if it has a Zero balance?The man in charge of promotion (Jeff Wagner), solution was to tell me that if I stopped by they would give me a $5 gift card or they would mail it to me if I wanted. WHAT AN INSULT !I told him I was not interested $5 gift card and he could keep it. After two months, it is amazing that this is the best solution to the problem they could come up with. My buying experience at Key Scales was excellent. I haven't shopped for a new car in about 15 years and I was apprehensive about dealing with a Dealer. My pre-conceived stress was quickly put to rest shortly after meeting the staff at Key Scales Ford. Everyone I had any contact with was polite, respectful and courteous, which in turn allowed me to focus on which vehicle was best for my wife and I. We decided on the Cmax and so far couldn't be happier. I'm confident that if any issues arise that Key Scales will stand behind their word and take care of it. We leased a 2015 Fusion and my husband is a retiree of Ford Motor Co so we had a fixed price. To be honest we went to Key Scales Ford because they were so close to our home but in dealing with Doug and Rich we were very impressed with them. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had , clutch replaced and intermediate shaft bearing replaced over two days, as well as oil change and tire rotation. Thanks to Kurt (Manager in Parts) and Joe and Randall in Service and the Transmission guy (don't know his name) and his assistant,in getting the job done in a timely manner also they were very respectful. I had talked to my daughter and son-in-law and they suggested that I lease a car. I went to Key Scales Ford and Randy helped me and made me a deal that I could not pass up. Within four hours everything was done and registration was taken care of and application to Ford Motor Credit Company for my rating and I left with a brand new car. Also my car insurance was updated while I was there.Randy greeted us as we got in the parking lot. He is a great sales associate and he did everything possible to meet my price range. I called Rich on a Thursday and he had the car ready for me to take a look at on Friday. He even put the car off to the side so no one else would drive by it and ask about it because I was driving in from over 2 hours away. Once I decided I wanted it the process of buying it was fast and Rich made sure he was getting me the best rate possible. He helped me program all my settings and made sure everything was to my liking. He was personable and made the buying process easy.Dan had all the paperwork and registration done for me as soon I walked into his office. Just a few signatures and I was walking out of his office with my new keys in maybe 5 mins!

There's a good reason that Key Scales Ford is the number-one rated dealership in Florida, if my experience with sales representative Rich Rysell is typical of how customers are treated and if my used truck is typical of the fleet they have in stock. I wanted to replace my 2006 Ford 150 with its too-small engine with a newer but previously-owned Ford F150 that had a bigger engine, good mileage, and dependability. My first contact with the dealership was over the phone, when Rich located for me an excellent truck that he knew about. When it arrived at the dealership and I drove it around, Rich did not pressure me into making a decision right away; I was able to take my time, ask relevant questions, and go through my own slow but thorough decision-making process. (At the other dealerships that I visited, Ford and others, I felt like I was in a pressure cooker. I also felt as though I had the word "sucker" etched on to my forehead.)Not so at Key Scales. Example: when I told Rich what I wanted for my trade-in and how I wanted to proceed (or not ) with this potential purchase, Rich respectfully listened to what I wanted and did his absolute best to meet my needs. He even facilitated me seeking an objective opinion about the new truck (new to me; it's a used truck), allowing me to drive the used truck off-site to a non-Key Scales' mechanic's evaluation.The truck, which is in excellent condition, was fairly priced, according to my methodical research. I was able to put my trust in both Rich and the mechanic Jeremy, who kindly went over tooth-and-nail the mechanic's report. No question or demand of mine was deemed stupid or unreasonable, even when I insisted that I wanted the tires from my old truck on the new one.My Key Scales experience was stellar, thanks to Rich, Jeremy, and also Dan and Kathy who helped with the finances (I didn't have the old truck's title on me and needed to order a replacement). I would come to Key Scales again to purchase a truck, despite the fact I live in Maryland!

I have been buying new cars for 40 years, key scales was the best experience i have had. Our salesman, Blake Kelly was awesome. He contacted me a few minutes after i sent an internet inquiry, got my information, and sent me the price. Mr Kelly worked very hard to find the car and color i wanted, which was not easy, The price was exactally as he first told me. Then i met the service manager, and was shown where to bring the car for maintaince. Blake went over all the options and controls, until i was satisfied that i knew how they all worked. The finance manager was also very friendly and helpful. Overall a very impressive dealereship and staff. Mark Bonner is the reason I purchased my vehicle at Key Scales Ford. He was not pushy or arrogant. We had tried to make several other deals at this dealership in the past and we always purchased elsewhere. The other reason we purchased at this dealership is Joe Vanwaes. He has performed service on or other Ford vehicles and has always been great to work with. Both Mark and Joe are friendly, outgoing and professional at the same time. I paid a little more for the vehicle than I thought I should. But the dealership is close by and I liked the vehicle and options it had. This was my first experience with Dan Shuten and he was very professional and very organized.

We were just planning on looking around. Rich came up to us, was very pleasant, no high pressure and let us drive the cars we felt we would be interested in buying or leasing. We explained our situation to him, still leasing an automobile. He was very informative when we sat down in his office. Everything worked great. Bill Pyle was accommodating and friendly. I feel that I got the vehicle I really wanted at a price with very little haggling. At closing, the price went up by over 2k because they threw in a zero deductible extended warranty. Knowing the electronics can be problematic and the bells and whistles was my reason for buying my Explorer, I accepted.Less than 48 hrs off the lot, I went back to the dealership because I had trouble entering an unlock code on the drivers door pillar. My salesman drove it right up to the service desk, where they said a new door panel had to be ordered and it was out of warranty. "But I purchased a warranty extension!" Sorry, you'll have to wait 30 days till that kicks in.C'mon guys! 48 hours off the lot? This was the second vehicle purchased through Key Scales.

Overall, the buying experience was pleasant and even enjoyable, made so by my salesperson, Fred (Rico) Almonte (make sure you ask Fred how he got the nickname 'Rico'). And the finance person, Jim Roberts, was great to work with as well. My only suggestion would be for the Scales dealership not to utilize a "dealer fee" in the sales process - it substantively aids the dealership in the negotiation process. the service department is good at anything bur customer service. If it wasn't for abbey I would not be returning at all. I realize the amount of pressure it is to keep everyone happy, but it honestly only takes a few min to listen to your customers to address their needs. Abbey is the only person in the service department that does that, she needs to teach a customer service class to her co workers. I am giving key scales another chance today, based solely on Abbey. I actually had another person waiting with me who recommended Altamonte ford for service. Now there is a ford in bellview which is equal travel from the villages. I know there are some people you cannot please no matter what you do, I would have appreciated just a tad of communication, being told "we were slammed" is not my concern. I had an appointment, I'm sure my service guy knew when I pulled in how busy it was and should have informed me that my appointment would have been well over the hour I was told it would take. I was sitting on a bench in full view the entire time I was there, not once was I told how backed up it was.

We recently contacted Key Scales Ford through the online site. We had been researching vehicles online for a few weeks prior to contacting Key Scales so we knew exactly what we wanted. We were able to work the entire deal utilizing email, phone and text. I think it took less than 2 hours. Absolutely no pressure, no haggling, just a very fair upfront deal. We felt so good about Key Scales and our first purchase that we returned the same week and bought a second vehicle; something we have never done before! Blake was very professional and easy to work with as was Dan. Thanks guys! We are still loving the vehicles just as much as the day we drove them off the lot. I have purchased a number of new cars over my lifetime (80 years,) but this experience with Key Scales Ford in Leesburg, FL tops them all by a wide margin.Upon our arrival at the dealership, we were warmly greeted in the parking lot by Mr. Fred Almonte.He listened intently about what we wanted to explore and proceeded to layout a game plan to meet our goals without any intimidation whatsoever. He made us feel very comfortable and thusestablished a trust level that is so very important in a making a major buying decision.We purchased a Ford Edge Limited SUV and we got exactly the car with all the options that we requested within the time frame we desired and at a fair price. Everything Fred said he would do, he did! Would recommend Ford Key Scales to anyone.

My wife initially met with "Cat" to look for a preowned car for herself. Cat showed her a few different vehicles and worked with us to figure out exactly what we were looking for. She sent over different vehicles at different prices until she knew this. Then she sent over the 2011 Ford Fusion that my wife fell in love with. At the same time, she was learning what were looking for for me. She found the perfect 2010 Mercury Mountaineer that matched my wife's car. Even though we weren't exactly ready for the second car, we could pass up the great deal for the right car. Cat was very professional and efficient throughout the whole process. She had all the paperwork ready for us, let us take the cars home for the day to make sure they were the right ones. We were also assisted by the Preowned Car Manager and the Finance Manager. All were great. We are still looking for our third vehicle for our son's 17th birthday in June and can be confident that Cat will help us find the perfect car at the right price for him.

Key Scales Ford and its salesman Rich Rydell could not do enough for us. We are very happy with our used car. They were not aggressive and overbearing, but instead found what we wanted and did all they could to give it to us. When there was a little problem with the car, they fixed it completely and not just fix it with a temporary fix. We did not buy any service contract and there was no warranty. However, the problem was there when we bought the car. They went above and beyond to make us happy with the deal and the car.The best car dealer and salesman we ever dealt with.
