I was in town from out of state but was having a few issues with a check engine light and how my ATS was running. So, I called Keyser and was told to bring the car right in and once I walked in the customer service rep greeted me and took the car right in. They addressed the check engine light, a slight rattle from under the car, and took care of a few recalls on the car that I had been putting off. They gave me a ride back while I waited and called in about two hours and had everything taken care of and the car washed. They were well aware that I was from out of state and would most likely not have to visit their dealership again, but they treated me with great respect and did a great job to get me in and out and on my way. Thanks for the great service.

Recently took my vehicle in for 50,000 mile service. I already knew what was needed for the service and Keyser took care of it for me, plus recommended and additional service to be done. They provided me with a loaner vehicle and I picked up my vehicle the next day. Everything was done in a timely manner and I was satisfied with the work performed.

I came into the dealership early on a Saturday morning with no appointment. I was returning from a long trip with plans for another long trip on Monday. Had a noise in the front end which was diagnosed as a bad hub. They understood the urgency and were able to squeeze me into their already busy schedule.

Brought my car in for an oil change and possibly a tune up as per OnStar. I waited a little over an hour to hear my car was in great condition and since I waited so long for just an oil change, a $10 discount would be given. I have been fortunate in receiving excellent service and courtesy from the Service Group at Keyser in the past, and expect no less, going forward. My appointment times are respected, and the staff is knowledgeable and efficient. My wait times are normally one hour in a pleasant waiting area. This is my second Cadillac CTS and I have never had a warranty issue to report in either the 012 or 04 models to date. Thank you GM and Keyser.

I purchased a 2006 cts from a private individual whom purchased it from Keyser. I thought it would be a great auto. , my first Cadillac. As it turned out it is a " worn out can of worms" , a real money pit. So , Ryan and the technical people helped repair most everything to allow "my"cts to be rosdworthy. Thank you all!!

I had a problem with my gear shift in the car which made it unsafe to drive. Keyser met me early in the morning before normal service hours to put me in a rental vehicle so I could still attend my early morning meetings. They are great to work with!

I recently had my car in for service and a NYS inspection. Besides that my grandson took my car snow boarding and got the driver's side floor soaked. A complete roll of paper towels didn't begin to clean up the mess. I told my service man Dan about the soaking wet floor and he got it cleaned up and completely dry! Keyser always seems to go above and beyond to please their customers! Keep up the good work!

You too can own a smelly dirty car from Keyser Cadillac. I have a headache from the smell of my car. No new car smell here. The car has a mildew smell. I was told to expect delivery of the car Wed., then Thurs., then Fri. then Sat. The car was finally delivered Sun. four days and two hours later than expected. The car was not shipped directly to me as promised on a flatbed with no other vehicles. The coupe was covered in thick mud as if it had been driven off road. There was even mud on the roof. I am very concerned about how the car was handled and what this will mean for the future reliability of the car. I told the dealer my concerns and requested they supply the extended warranty as compensation for the way the car was not shipped as promised (shipped by less expensive mode than agreed) and because of the bad smell of the car that still persists even after airing the car out for five days. In addition I was concerned that the car was compromised by the way it had been handled. The dealer was unwilling to do anything but have the car cleaned. That would have been nice before I spent four hours trying to get the caked on mud off. I live in DE and we do not have a license plate in the front. Despite this the car came with a plate holder in the front which will cost $750 to repair according to a different dealer. Also, there are issues with the navigation system. I have never had such a poor buying experience. I regret buying the car from Keyser Cadillac.

Went in for an early oil change as I was driving to Florida. In addition to the oil change, my service person recommended tire rotation. He also noticed that my inspection was overdue and that I did not have my current registration sticker in the car. He took care of the additional items. Great job!

my car needed a state inspection. i was told that the machine tht printed the sticker was out of toner and the inspection was not possible. i drove out to Keyser from Hamburg to have this simple procedure done, only to be told that due to a lack of toner i couldnt be done.i will not come back keyser for the inspection

My vehicle was leaking oil and had recently been serviced at the dealership for routine maintenance that included an oil change. Could this have been the result of poor workmanship? I don't know... Also, a mechanic was hostile and complaining to a service representative right in front of me which was disturbingly unprofessional. I was told my car would be ready by 2pm and they were 90 minutes late.

i had to wait a long time (more than 10 minutes) just to drop off my car for an inspection--too long! The service itself was fine but I object to the log jam just to drop off car--they knew I was coming--I made an appointment. Also, appointments are hard to get--and the website is not reflective of the true schedule of the service department and hasnt been for as long as I am a customer.

I have a 2014 CTS Vsport and had an issue since taking delivery that the cruise control never worked. It took several days but Keyser was able to escalate the issue to GM Technical Assistance and come up with a solution. I understand that I was probably one of the first ones to have this problem on a new model so I was willing to be patient. The staff and treatment I received at the dealership were excellent.

making the appointment for service was more of a hassle than usual, although the service itself was good as always. The website with appointment times and dates is WRONG and maybe most Cadillac owners are older and don't work, but I do and making a service appointment has become more of a hassle than I want to endure. I want to call, make an appointment within a few days, come in and wait for my car and get on with life. I couldnt do that this time, and I almost just went somewhere else for service. I dont live very close to the dealership and I work about 10 miles away. I may think twice about this issue when it comes to my next purchase of a vehicle when this lease is up. I need it to be easier!

I was asked if they could take a little extra time to wash my car. That was really appreciated. Also at the last minute I asked about nitrogen in the tires and was given a solid reason why it can be a good thing. I did it. Very happy with everything.

This has been the 3rd time I have used your dealership for warranty work and Ryan in the service department has handled my vehicle concerns with exceptional care. The process has been very smooth and the gentleman who assisted me with the loaner vehicle was great as well. He showed me all the features and options of the vehicle before driving off so I was fully comfortable driving the vehicle. Once completed my vehicle was waiting for me at the door when I arrived, clean and ready to go. I do highly appreciate the efficiency in which my vehicle was being taken care of. I was informed throughout the process and couldn't ask for more.

Came in for a routine oil change. The staff was very pleasant to deal with. The building is nice and very clean so I don't mind coming in and waiting for service work to get done. I am on my 6th Cadillac in a row and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I must commend the shuttle service. I arrived at 7:45 for my appointment and by 8:30 I was at my work place in downtown Buffalo. The driver was very courtesy and was a pleasure to talk to on my way to work.

Great service. I explained the problem - was told if part was there I could wait and be done within half an hour. Part was there and I left 20 minutes later. I was thrilled! Great people, technicians - personable, friendly, professional!!!

Dan, my service writer was efficient and informative throughout, and took the time to listen to my concerns and relay them effectively to the tech. Transportation to and from my home, while service was performed, was offered and provided quickly. Overall a good experience.

I wanted to move to the Cadillac brand after much thought and am very pleased with the ATS so far. I was unable to open the driver side door of my 2011 Cadillac CTS on Monday, December 23, 2013. I discovered this in the evening, I called the dealership and due to the holiday there were closed for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The service rep gave me the first available appointment on Thursday, December 26, 2013. I dropped the car off and received a ride from the shuttle service to work.

I had called Keyser on Wed. Aug. 28th to make an appointment for my annual auto inspection. I explained to the service department that my inspection expires in August 2013. I marked my calendar for Fri. Aug. 30th at 11:30 a.m. When I came into the dealership for my appointment on Aug. 30th, the service department had my appointment listed for Tues. Sept. 3rd. The service department should be applauded for handling an awkward situation with a customer in such a professional and courteous manner. They made arrangements to inspect my car on Fri. Aug. 30 as soon as I arrived. Kudos to Keyser Cadillac!

My wife took the car in to have the brakes checked before a long road trip because there was some steering wheel vibration and some noise from the brakes. They replaced the rotors and the vibration is gone.

This dealership is remarkable - I will never buy a Cadillac from anyone else. Adam in the service department is Mr. Customer Service. Mark the Sales Manager makes sure he connects with his customers. Why would you go to another dealership???

Purchased the new ATS from Brad and he made it a very easy and enjoyable process with no pressure at all. He worked for me and got me a great monthly payment. I hate buying new cars, but I would go back and see Brad again for my next car. I recommend seeing him if your in the market for a new Cadillac, go see Brad.
