Just bought a 2016 Subaru Forester from Keystone and I found the salesman (Greg) to be pretty straightforward and honest. Took a little longer to get paperwork done than I would have liked but at the end of the day it was a pretty easy transaction. Just bought a new 2021 Chevy Colorado from Grant at Keystone...couldn't be more pleased once again by the folks at Keystone. If you are in the market for a new or new to you vehicle I urge you to consider going to see them.

I went to look for used car and ended up getting a really great deal. My salesman, Josh McNeil was by far the best I've ever dealt with. He made you feel top priority and rushed the lines at the end. Clay and his assistant in service April was so great ! Very informative and kept me update the whole time while they had my vehicle. April called personally to ck and make sure I had gotten the text messages sent to me on the update of service. This is the first Chevrolet I have owned personally, so it was a great experience for me as a newbie :)

We found the car we wanted online and I came to check it out on 9/30. The salesperson quoted me $1,000 more than the online asking price. I returned the following day where we requested a different salesperson. When negotiating a price, he repeatedly subtracted our down payment, saying, "well, because of your down payment, you're really only paying $X." No, that is not how math works. We purchased the car regardless and left the lot with an empty gas tank and to find they'd applied a tacky dealership logo to the car while we were in financing.On 10/27, we were stranded, leaving the hospital with an hours-old newborn, when the battery malfunctioned. We called Keystone the next day and made the first available service appointment. After evaluating the car, they called to inform us the battery would need to be replaced and it was not covered by our extended service package. No offer was made to mitigate the fact we haven't even owned this car for a month.All in all, this is what people expect from sleazy used car sales. Could it have been worse? Of course. For what we paid for the car, did we deserve better? I think so.

So my wife and I were lied to twice by 2 keystone Chevrolet employees. don't listen to there radio advertisement it's a lie to. First guy got our paper work done let us test drive the equinox that we wanted. Then to only tell us we only have 17 so the 20% off deal will only work on 16 and we don't have anymore. Its like you could have told us that be fore you insisted on us drive 2hours away to only tell us we don't have anymore.. I talked to second guy told him about the first guy he wanted to say something about him but he didn't. So I started telling him our deal he said we can get that for you. I told we were told you didn't have anymore 2016 equinox he said I think there's still some yeah there's 4 or 5 I said on the lot he said yeah. We were almost back home from the first experience there. He said just come on back down we can get the deal done. But my work has to be at work he said well can she go in late I said you will have to talk to her. He told her just tomorrow morning before 9 I can still get you the deal so we get there this morning and the guy was like what type of vehicle you want. I wanted to say I thoght we had a deal for getting one of the equinox but I never said anything. Well he went to go get car appraised. Came back if you had some that will but your car or come up with 2 or 3 thousand Then we can get it done. I said that's not even what you told us on phone. Then walked out

was looking online for a truck found some on web site but it did not show the price for the trucks I was interested in. that should have been my first sign that they are going to give me the runaround. I sent a request for more info on a truck I wanted to know what the price was. I got emails and text and phone calls wanting me to come in, I did not want to go all the way out there with out knowing how much the truck was. ever time I got a message to come in I would ask to please give me the price of the truck. this has gone on now for three days I keep getting text email and phone calls to come in I keep requesting the price of truck and still no response I have no plans on going to dealership because I cant get a straight up answer on a simple question. if I did I would most likely keep getting the runaround I've been getting the last three days. I have requested from them to not contact me anymore because of this but I keep getting phone calls text and emails to come in. I will not recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family.

Today I purchased an SUV from Keystone Chevrolet in sand springs ok! I cannot express how grateful i am to have had the most excellent sales person, her name was Brooklin and she was amazing from the first time I meet her over the phone to ask about interest in buying a vehicle, she kept in touch with me till the day of our appointment. I have 3kids that I brought with me that day and she was more than patient with them and was absolutely kind, she made me feel so welcomed and was up front about everything. I definitely plan on going back for my future car purchases only to buy from her! she is awesome and I highly recommend you see Brooklin if you want to buy a car with a great, kind, and upfront person. Well all the staff there was pretty amazing and friendly and they all smiled and made sure you were being helped. it was very clean and they had free coffee and cookies for the customers which was just a cherry on top. In September I was looking for a vehicle to downsize to. I wanted to lose the 3rd row and gain a trunk and I wanted a NEW car because I did not want to be upside down in trying to accomplish my goals. I had been to so many other dealerships in town and had been left hanging at some with no answers and told "sorry, we cant help you" at others. It was a very frustrating process... until I walked into Keystone. From the moment I walked in Eric Cole and the rest of the Keystone team immediately went to battle to make things happen even with our not so great credit. For a couple of hours, they worked so hard...it was late and close to closing time and they never made me feel like I was keeping them late or anything negative at all. They continued to work and we were finally able to come up with a plan that worked out great for me! They were so kind, understanding and determined to make this happen. Eric worked so hard and was as excited for us as we were... it was nice to not feel like we were being fed a bunch of lines and then let down! I would happily recommend Keystone Chevrolet and Eric Cole for all your car buying needs..Im sure they would work just as hard for you!!

Tyler Morgan is the sales person u need ask for when visiting Keystone. He got me in a car when nobody else could. And it was a 2015 slightly used low miles. Tyler even got me a payment that fit my budge. Everything I was looking for when I was shopping for a car he got it done for me. Things that I didn't think could be done Tyler got it for me. I left there very happy. I will go back to Tyler at Keystone for my car needs in the future. When u think it can't be possible Tyler can get it done. That's what he did for me.

I bought my 2015 Silverado from Keystone Chevrolet. They are Great!!! I appreciate that they do not play games like other local Chevy dealers. When I showed up I was greeted by Antonio. Within minutes Andy the new car manager came to meet me. I explained what I wanted in a truck. Andy talked with me as Antonio pulled it up for me to drive. They didn't play any "car guy" games!!! They gave me a better price than two other Chevy dealers, plus they offered me $2000 more on my trade!!!! The paperwork was very fast. Before I knew it, I was in the finance department with Bill the finance manager. He beat my credit unions rate and was very professional. To top off the whole deal... They also have an insurance agency inside the dealership. How cool is that! Gary who runs the insurance agency saved me $345 on my car insurance and $572 a year on my home owners insurance!!! Wow! I tell all of my friends and family to go to Keystone Chevrolet!!!! I also have started to take my wife's 2013 Tahoe to they're service department. I deal with Jeff in service. He is great and always explains everything to me. He also gives me all the cost upfront. Which i very much appreciate. If you're looking for an honest upfront Chevy dealer, Keystone Chevrolet is the place to go.

I am all about convenience and the fact that this dealership has so many used cars makes it unnecessary to look anywhere else. I am from Oklahoma City. I saw a Town and Country for sale on this dealership online on (2/21/2015), So I contacted dealership and make sure that car is available, again on my 2 hour drive I called them again and tell them I will be there with in one hour, they said that is available. When I reached in dealership they told me that car is sold.May be truth or GAME, that is understandable. So I search for another car on that dealership, that sales man was not interested to find a car for us. He don't even know the listing price of each car(He can't find out listing price of a car from his record or computer). I check two car's listing price, each time sales person go and ask to manager to find out the car's listing price (Do you guys ever see a dealer ship or sales person like this? lol). When I check the another car's price manager get mad at us. After two hours drive we look for some coffee on dealership, coffee pot was empty and another sales person was drinking coffee and watching us, he don't help us for get one cup of coffee. I never face a bad customer service like this dealership.

Its takes them forever to work with you. We went shopping and it took us 8 hrs of just talking about a deal. First offer they made was really out there, it took about 5 offers before they came even close to what we could agree on. 2 months later there was issues with the car and took in for them to look at, was greeted well and first handled our situation well but when it came time to pick vehicle up they weren't willing to help regardless of our situation and wanted to charge to keep their loaner vehicle extra days. It took several calls back and forth before they finally decided to drive to my location and swap vehicles. The vehicle repairs should have been under warranty but instead they accused us of driving the car thru pot holes and mishandling the vehicle. I would not recommend going to this dealership. You get reeled in to purchase from them then if you need help afterwards you are just out of luck regardless of your situation.

I knew exactly what car I was looking for. I called Adam up at the used car dealrship and he found my car for me over the phone. This was great considering I had an 80 mile drive to get to the dealership. Once I got there Adam started the credit process while my wife and I got to look at the car. Adam was great to deal with and got me the right price for the right car in a short amount of time compared to other dealerships. I would highly recommend giving Adam a call if you are looking for a great used car with payments within your budget.

I love the vehicle I bought. The only downfalls were they tried to tell me my headlight was moisture from the humidity (it was a cracked case, water was in it from them washing it) needless to say my sales rep got ontop of it to get it figured out. DL Bagwell was the most informative and kindest one I dealt with, he explained the mechanical issue to me, got it fixed and even installed a part that I was unaware that it was missing. So if you have a vehicle from there, DL Bagwell is your man to fix your car and explain to you whats wrong. I did not have a bad expierence buying, I just didnt like the issue of my headlight being pushed around like it wasnt a big deal. I'm a single mom so I like when people understand my situation and dont take advantage.

Highly suggest you stay away from these shiesters. All smiles and lollipops when you buy your car but try getting good customer service when you go in for repairs. Ripped off on repairs. Ripped off on an inferior battery that they wouldn't make good on. This is what happens when you have hillbillies running a car dealership

I had been emailing back and forth on a car I had been interested in. On Friday we set an appointment to come in on the following Monday to test drive the vehicle. Turns out the car sold Saturday night from under me and I was not notified until I arrived having driven 120 miles to get the car. Lousy service from a lousy dealer. I'm sure someone at the dealership will say they have an excuse (a sorry one at best). I do NOT recommend Keystone and will NEVER purchase a vehicle there.

Have had great experience at Keystone. I bring my truck for service at Keystone. I had brought my truck in and started walking around the lot and they let me test drive a diesel truck. Brad Adams was pretty knowledgeable about the vehicles and we started looking at a new one. Found the one I liked and everything was fairly easy from there.

I told them what I wanted, they gave me some choices and I picked the one I wanted and I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours. They gave me more on my trade than other dealership.

I purchased my vehicle from Keystone Chevrolet and had it back because of a transmission issue. I paid my $100 deductible to have the problem fixed. They called me to come pick the car up and had fixed something, but did not fix the problem I took it in for. I have had it back twice now and they claim they cannot find the problem. I took it to another certified mechanic who found the problem immediately. When I called Keystone back to let them know what the problem was and that it would not show up on their computer because it was mechanical and not electronic, they told me if I wanted them to look at it again that I would have to pay them another $100 deductible to fix the problem I already paid them to fix in the first place. I would highly suggest no one purchase a vehicle from Keystone or have them repair your vehicle. They have this situation by breaking the contract they sell with their vehicles. I had to use a different Chevrolet dealership to get the problem fixed. They were not surprised in the least that this situation occurred at Keystone in Sand Springs. How many service members can one shop go through? The time before this whole mess, I had them just do a simple oil/filter change. They reset the button, but only added 2 quarts of oil.....the low oil light came on within 500 miles. They are crooks and will look for ways to screw their own customers. Save yourself the headache and trouble and take your business far from Keystone. I would love to visit with Mike Frizell personally about this situation, but he has yet to return my call.
