As before the service was great from the first phone call, had to order parts and was not sure how to go about it, Jim that answered the phone looked my truck up and informed me what they had in stock and what they would have to order, took truck in the next day dropped off in the am and had it completed by mid afternoon. They even offered to pick me up at my work so I could get the truck back before close of the day. Had the works with tire rotation , new front rotors & pads and also a new battery installed all for a fairly reasonable price. Thanks again Guys & Girls.

Not impressed with 2012 Ford Edge brake booster extended warranty repair. Repair was scheduled for a Monday 08/09/21, told it would done same day. Didn't hear anything Monday so I called Tuesday morning, got a call back saying it would be done Tuesday afternoon. Called Tuesday about 4pm, left a message. Got a call back saying it would be done Wednesday. Picked it up Wednesday evening and when I started it the dashboard was reset to what I guess was the default, not what it came in with. Took a few minutes to go in to menus and reconfigure it. As I left I noticed passenger side A/C was hot even though both sides were set on 70. I was a little irritated but the service dept. was closed so I googled it and discovered the battery was probably disconnected without a memory saver, something a professional shop would use, including Advance Auto Parts when the battery was replaced previously so why not Keystone Ford? And these problems could all be the caused by disconnecting the battery and not hooking it up positive first. I calibrated the heater blend door through the touch screen per google and all was well. The brakes are great so that fix was good but 3 days for something I scheduled several days in advance that was a "Customer Satisfaction" recall and the other irritating things when I picked it up that could have been prevented with a simple procedure to maintain power to the gauge module seem curious to me. At least tell me the gauge cluster will need reset if you know it. And heat on a day in the 90's? Google to the rescue.

I traded my 2014 Escape on a 2016 Fusion. Clint Castellar was my salesman and I was very pleased with him. He was helpful in everyway. I'm very pleased with my new car. I like dealing with Keystone, but somehow the waiting period from saying yes to getting in the car is way too long. I was there I decided on the car around 2 PM, and I did have to run home to get finances in order, but I was back at the dealership by 5:50 and did not get out until 9PM. way too long. Not Clint's fault, just normal procedure. As I remember when I bough the Escape I was there a very long time too. Don't know what all the red tape is about, but that is my only complaint. My credit score was 860 so it really should not take such a long time.

service was tops and the person who took info and explained what the oil changed entailed as far as what else is checked when having an oil change was very nice -the drivers seat in my new ford fusion se is not up to quality standards from my view point and i'm not happy with that problem at all -the bolster on the door side of my drivers seat is wearing out and i want ford to do something about it -i thought the seat material was of much better quality than what is in it now -makes me wander about buying another ford since i buy a new car evert two to three years -i may have to look go back to buying another malibu from jennings across the street not happy at all-please contact me soon -jeff summers

My 2016 F150 had a problem with the tailgate. The Customer Service Rep said he would set up an appointment and call me. Never heard back from him. A week later I had my truck in for it's first checkup and mentioned it to a different Service Rep, she set me right up for and appointment. "Michelle" handled the problem and got me set up.While I was waiting for my truck's service to be done, I inquired about a bed cover for the truck and talked to the Parts Department Rep. I was told he would get the information and call me. He must have lost my number because it has been over a week and still no call.Love the truck and will still keep going back for service, just wish they could keep their promises of calling me back!

I really like working with Darrian I just wish the technicians would pay better attention or have more knowledge. I had my 2016 Ford Explorer in for service, I asked to have my tires rotated BUT DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THE TIRE PRESSURE.. What happens the service tech puts air into my tires when like I explained from the start not to. The reason I did not want the tire pressure adjusted is my tires have NITROGEN IN THEM. They are DISTINCTFULLY OBVIOUS BECAUSE THEY HAVE A GREEN VALVE STEM CAP THAT SAYS NITROGEN.... What happens the tech puts air in my tires. It just upsets me that he was either not trained or more knowledgeable or just was not or just in a hurry to get it in and out.

I bought a Pontiac Sunfire a few years ago. It ran well and the team at Keystone Ford helped with all my needs while I had that car. When I determined that I needed to trade that Sunfire in on a newer vehicle that was 4 wheel drive and gets good gas mileage due to my need to drive to Harrisburg daily for work no matter the weather, the team again was there to help and found me the perfect vehicle. When there was a problem with that used vehicle they fixed it no questions and set me up in a rental car so I could still get to work. I bought a 2010 Jeep Liberty and noticed within two weeks that the muffler needed repair. When I took it in for service, they would not fix it for the reason they gave it did not need replacing. When it went in for inspection, I was told the muffler would need replacing at my cost of $150.00. They also never followed up on the sale of the vehicle to see if everything was satisfactory.

Scheduling should not have scheduled me for the repair work on a Saturday so I am told, but the staff worked with the situation and got the needed work done. Took a bit longer to work it in. Tech could have made sure the back set was latched correctly. As I stopped at a red light on s slight downward hill everything in the truck slid forward and created a mess.

I drive about 60 miles to keystone Ford and have nealt with many Service Departments in my past years and I think Keystone Ford is one of the best I have come across. It is worth the drive. This event started when looking at an Expedition while service was checking a problem of our 2011 Explorer. A part needed was ordered to complete the service the next day. The "loaner car" from Enterprise happened to be a 2015 Expedition. We liked it, so when returning to Keystone we were anxious to talk with sales about a trade. The numbers came together and made the deal. Sales staff were excellent, but as the financial papers were being signed, suddenly we were selecting an option of an extended warranty (without any mention of various plans available). In fact, it almost seemed like they were "included" in the agreed price. (NOT SO) I returned the next day to modify the warranty plan. We are enjoying the Expedition and have been happy with the service department in the past four years with the Explorer.

We purchased a used Scion xB. Our purchase experience was great however the delivery was not! We purchased this vehicle for our 16 yr old son, it was a very exciting time for him and us as parents. When we arrived at the dealership to take delivery we found the vehicle parked out front with very little gas and not detailed as promised. The gas was really not a big concern however when we asked about the detail, we were told that because we got such a good deal on the vehicle, it would not be cleaned. extremely disappointing to say the least! Our son drove home his first car, from his first buying experience, frustrated and upset that his new car was covered in pollen and road dirt. I think anyone would agree, not the best way to send off a potential future buyer!

Our Old Escape 2001, gave out on us. We had it for eleven years,We had over 200,000 miles on it. We've had great Maintanance Service from Keystone Ford. I would call in, and service would provide mechanical service at a desent price. Over this past weekend, Our Old Escape said, I can't go any more, so I called for a tow to Keystone Ford and we knew the transmission gave out. So Monday morning, I called in and said that my wife was coming in for a new or used Escape. The Style of the Escape, the way it functions on the road, and the great maintenance Keystone Ford has we couldn't go wrong. She saw the Used 2012 Ford Escape that we have now, on line, and said to the sales rep. I want that car. So we proceed to buy the car, and we took a road trip out after we bought the car. We were very happy with the new car, it was quiet, the air conditioning was excellent, Never knew what a mood roof was until we used it. However, there was a couple things that we were not happy with, there was a braking problem, and we brought it back and service took care of it right away. Car seems to be braking better. The second problem was there was only one key, The only way for us to get another key, is for me to buy another key. So, we are getting by with one key for now.

So far I have used Keystone for approximately 4-6 service appointments with my two Ford vehicles and I have been surprised at the experience. Excellent communication seems to be the major difference I have observed that sets Keystone apart from my previous Ford service. I received a call early in the morning to clarify my comments on my dropoff envelope and was given a general idea of the cost of the service requested. I was then notified promptly when my car was finished with key details of the service and a breakdown of the cost. When I picked up, Darian walked me point by point through the service checklist and the bill.I'd send my Grandmother there and have confidence that she would receive the same service I did.

2010 Fusion. Rather fragile car I would say. Broken door latch cable (how can a cable like that break?). Rear camera and side-to-side radar failed just after warrantee ended. Comments on internet regarding this feature are negative. Repairs chancy and costs not worth the gamble. Good transportation however, especially nimble on two-lane roads. No complaints about service.

It started with the morning phone call to the service department. Amy answered the call and scheduled me for service the same day when I got off work, for which I was pleased. I entered and dropped the keys off, sat down at a showroom table and started checking phone messages. Shortly after, someone came out and told me my inspection was due; they fit that in too. Soon my salesman came out and sat with me for a real good talk about all kinds of things, just like old friends. Before I knew it, the car was finished, we reviewed the work, paid and drove off in this one year old car that I like very much. Keystone really has it together, more than any other local dealer with whom I have worked.

Prior to making my purchase, I visited about a half dozen dealerships and while Keystone Ford did not have the best deal out there, they were very competitive in their pricing. The main reason I purchased my vehicle from Keystone Ford was their friendly and knowledgeable staff; I had also heard of the excellent service provided my their Service Department from other customers. Overall pleased with service but I wish that I would have been offered a recommendation about rotating and balancing tires which I had done days later at another provider. Rotation and balancing further reduced the humming noise which is why I brought truck in for service. Would have saved me some time.

My first service visit after buying my Fusion was less than inspirational. The people I dealt with were not friendly and I did not feel like I was a valued customer in any way. So I returned to my former dealership to use up service credit. That credit is used up so I thought I will give Keystone service another try.WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I wish I could remember the young man's name who met me at the service window. He set the mood for the entire visit. He greeted me even before I reached the service window. He smiled. He was friendly. He made pleasant conversation. He explained things and listened to my requests. He escorted me to the waiting area. When my car was ready, he thoroughly reviewed the work and the charges. He made the visit pleasant, informative, and complete. He made all the difference in my visit. I hope you do everything possible to retain this individual for he is a tremendous asset to your operation. Thank him for me.

The service rep (Tracy?) said they were running about 1 hour behind due to unforseen mechanical issues in two bays. I explained that I would need to be rescheduled due to an appointment at noon. I decided to allow the wait and hope for a speedy service. I was surprised that before I got into the lounge, my truck was being driven into the service area. Hooray! I thanked the service rep and applaud her dedication to "get 'er done". Thanks for a service well done.

I purchased a 2009 Ford Focus a week before Christmas. I had looked for several months. Staff was very nice, informative, and helpful. They took time to talk with us when we had to wait several times. Back bumper had a few scratches. I stated that I guess being a used car, it would have these things. Salesman remarked that they would sand and paint the bumper. He said they are not new cars, but they make them look new !!! Enjoyed the whole experience and I love my new car. It does look new and beautiful! I have talked about it so much and how good it was to buy from Keystone, that my brother is planning on getting his next vehicle there.

The only thing I don't like when I bring my car in for service,( and this is minor) my seat is always re-adjusted forward.I'm 6'3" and I would think that to move my car the short distance with the seat all the way back, its really not necessary to adjust my seat. We purchased a vw jetta. This experience was much different from my purchase this past summer, I also expressed my concerns with my salesman. We was quoted a price over the phone, then when credit was ran it was at a different price, a higher price after questioning this we was told they had to find out who quoted this price when I called mid day the following day I was asked if they they could get it close to the quoted price would I still take the car? ( no I would not have) I had to look up the time I made contact with your dealership via cell records provided that information then we was called back and was advised they could do it for the quoted price. When I told my sells man my frustration he did apologize however I didn't neccisalry feel that it was to genuine. The day we went to sign our paperwork with I questioned the price in the finance office it was still listed at a higher price. Then the finance guy called the manager in front of us to get it approved. I didn't feel like this experience was as nice my first experience with keystone. I pretty much felt offended throughout most of the transaction.however at the end of the day the price was the quoted price and we now own another be chicle purchased from keystone ford.

I dropped my Edge off for 130 appointment,I left to go shoppy and I was later dropped back off at dealership after shopping at 2:45....my Edge was never touched for its oil appointment that was scheduled at 1:30....I was assured they would do my Edge immediately and I would not be charged....therefore I was happy...it was acceptable and it did not take long at all....I recommended Keystone Ford to my sister. Was looking at a slightly used 2014 Explorer. After an overnight test drive, we returned the vehicle to the dealer, ready to make a deal. At this point, the general sales manager, Sam Cook, told us that the car we had just test driven was actually SOLD! It had sold several days earlier, just not marked as sold. We were not very happy to say the least! But I have to give credit to Sam. He immediately took responsibility for the mix-up and said he would make the situation right. He found us the exact same make and model Explorer, same year with the exact same options as the test drive model. And he found one with less miles. He honored the selling price and went above and beyond what he had to do to regain our trust. Our salesman, Bill, was very nice and knowledgeable. Both of these guys went above and beyond to correct an honest mistake. They were honest and upfront about the mistake, and in the end made everything right to us, the customers. They have earned our respect!

I have a 2013 Escape. Brought it in for it's second and third recall. Found out that there is another recall (#4) that can not be fixed until January. Being this the first Ford that I have every bought, I am seriously having second thoughts on trading it in on another Ford product. I guess we will see how many more recalls it gets. I don't know about anyone else, but I'm sure I'm not the only one who stresses about taking their car into get checked out whether it be hidden cost or a bad experience. That was not the case at all. I was very pleased how well the customer service did not stop once I purchased my vehicle. I was very impressed and the gentlemen who helped me by far exceeded my expectations. He handled everything for me keeping me up to date on what was happening, as well as what was covered under warranty. He honestly made my experience that much better! Keystone was neither my first nor only stop looking for a vehicle. I even looked at used vehicles (heavy duty trucks are expensive). This is to say that I knew what I wanted/what would work for my family and I also knew what price I could buy the truck for - the price it should be and also per my budget. While some other dealers didn't listen to my needs but rather spent time and energy trying to convince me why I should pay more (their price), Keystone did not do this. Keystone employees (Tony, Casey & other team members) listened to my needs, provided a wealth of information in my selection, and provided 1 price that I accepted. I really appreciate not only the price and service from Keystone, but also the approach to selling and how I was treated. Purchased a new F150 Lariat. Staff was helpful, professionnal and polite. Process to buy and pick up was very long, partly my fault because I had many questions about SYNC and Phil was really patient and helpful. Process to do paperwork to purchase was rather disjointed and could have been done in much less time. Salesman had to leave 8 or 10 times to get another form or check something. Seems like there could be (probably is) a settlement check list to go by to have everything completely ready before sitting down to "do the deal" making it go much faster. .....not such a critical issue that it would prevent me from buying again, but I would do it in a bit better preparded way. My future buys will be based more on the preformance of the product and quality of service from here forward.

We had purchased the vehicle with a down payment and made an appointment at that time to pick up the vehicle two days later. When we arrived, it took 3 hours to get our vehicle!!! We waited nearly one hour just to see the financial person! When we finally seen him, he incorrectly filled out our original trade in title and had to fill out paperwork for a duplicate title. He presented the paperwork for the loan and had no down payment amount on it. We told him we wanted to put put a large sum down on the loan and he said he would have to do the paperwork over. When he presented the second paperwork, he had the length at 72 months, which he again never asked us how long we wanted it for! We told him we wanted a 36-48 month length loan time, which we hoped to pay off early. He said it would make no difference how long the terms were if we planned to pay the loan off early. He never offered to change the loan time on the paperwork. We waited nearly an hour to see him and received this type of service! We even had to have our salesman, when we were waiting to see him, check to see if he fell to sleep, as it was taking him so long to see us. It should be noted, there were no other customers at this time in the showroom. We were pleased with our salesman, but wondered why we had to wait that evening on him to put fuel in our new vehicle and why they were still cleaning our vehicle when we got there, as they had two days to do this! Also, when we have purchased vehicles at other dealerships, we were always offered drinks during our wait. Not once during our 3 hour wait!

Warning light appeared so I came right in to have it checked out. Darian looked to see what warning it was, said to have a seat for a while and he would get the technicians to check it out further. A short while later, Darian notified us we were good to go. The problem was the flapper in the fuel tank, which keeps the odor from coming into the car. Who knew there was such a thing? :) It is also neat that every time we come in, Randy and Casey stop over to talk with us for a few minutes. Talk about friendly service!!!!

The service was very good. The only complaint I have is that I wasn't made fully aware that I was going to get a rental vehicle from Enterprise. I had NO idea that when I dropped my car off at the dealership, I was going to be picked up by Enterprise and taken over to their office etc. so I feel they should make an effort to fully disclose that process. Or just get loaner vehicles on the premisis.

'Check engine oil soon' light came on in the 2013 Explorer. Also had an issue with the right rear sensor beeping when backing up...even tho there was nothing in the way. Was time for inspection anyway, so I made an appointment to have those items taken care of. Service scheduled me at MY earliest convenience. Of course all was taken care of when I kept the appointment. The Chambersburg Ford Team is great. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else for service. It's nice too, when the salesman and servicemen know you by first name and come over to chat for a second!

I brought in my 2012 Focus for routine servicing and with an additional request to check on what seemed to me to be the transmission slipping in low gear and to check for a possible leak in one of my tires. All services were performed to my satisfaction and an adjustment was made to the transmission which has corrected what I had been noticing. The tire was examined and no leak was discovered. I had requested this tire check after a sensor icon had appeared indicating a tire was low in pressure. I had added air and was concerned if there was a leak. No leak was found.

It started out that I made the appointment on your web site. I was never notified by email or phone call that appointment was ok. I called them three days after making appointment to verify. I dropped off vehicle night before with an 8 o'clock appointment. I had to call at 2:30 to see if the vehicle was done. It was only there for an computer up date. The only complain was the suggested labour cost involved with installing wiper blade seemed a little excessive for something that takes 10 seconds to complete. Great experience overall.

I had my car in for service due to my service engine light coming on. They had to keep the car an extra day due to ordering parts. I asked them how I could get the pass code for the keyless entry because I bought the car used and it had previously been a lease. I was advised that it should be on a card in the owners manual. I advised the person making the appointment that they car was missing the owners manual when I purchased it so they ordered one for me. I was told they could take care of retrieving the code while they had the car. When I got to the shop to pick the car up they had not retrieved the code for me. I then had to wait another hour for them to do this after already having the car for 2 days.

Vehicles are priced out of sight. I have bought 3 vehicles from Keystone Ford in the past,but no more. Casey is a con man,and changes his story daily,no I mean every minute. Unreal very low trade in values and sky high prices for what they have on their lot. Clayton has lost it allowing a guy like Casey run the sales,it will burn him. Do not even bother with this dealer,they will run you around in circles if you are not willing to pay them full price. They will in a very nice way say "well we will call you if something more in YOUR price range comes in"Have you heard that from them?That is a nice way of telling you to get out your a waste of their time,or a so called by them BOTTOM FEEDER.Some way to treat customers.Beware!! Its ok to look/drive their vehicles,but please have your head on right and look past the shiny car/truck and see how bad their prices are. You can get much better deals somewhere else,you might have to make some calls,and drive a little out of your way to get a GREAT deal.
