I am very pleased with not only my purchase of a 2010 Lexus HS but also with the overall experience of working with Omied. I called knowing exactly what I wanted and did not need to be "sold" on a vehicle. His approach is very patient and professional. He knows when to provide you with the information that you need and when to give you space to think and evaluate. Because I am also in sales, this type of service is a must. I will definitely consider future purchases from and refer others to Omied.

I bought a used Lexus IS250 and sold a used BMW 528i. Omied was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional, courteous and not pushy. Will do business with him again in the future.

Omied is probably the best person you'll ever come across in the User-Car business! He is extremely professional, honest and not pushy like others in this business. He'll make sure that you are completely satisfied with everything before you make a decision and even after the sale is made. I bought a Lexus GS350 and loved the whole transaction - will think of K&F in future too. K&F's inventory is top-notch, generally better than other competitors - they'll even provide you with a comprehensive analysis of similar vehicles available so that you can make an informed decision. Keep up the good work Omied!

I just purchased a pre-owned Lexus from Omied at K&F Auto Dealership. I had been searching for a lower mileage Certified Lexus and was about to pull the trigger on a Lexus Certified car at another dealership the following morning. I was laying in bed and was browsing the market on my iPhone and found K&F had just posted an RX350 with only 21K miles at a decent price.There were no pictures yet so I immediately called expecting to get voice mail but surprisingly a very pleasant voice answered the phone. I was taken back for a moment since it was so late in the evening. I asked if I can see the car first thing in the morning and he explained that they had just purchased it and are still waiting for the transport driver to bring the car. He told me that he will rush it through their repair and detail shop as soon as it arrives and will call me once it's ready.I had been searching for a really low mileage used RX350 in a very specific color combination, for a while and didn't want to miss out on the one that I was about to buy but I took my chances with K&F as I was assured that I will NOT be disappointed with their car.Fast forward two days and I get the call and head down and see the car. The car looked amazing, it was in far better condition than the one I was about to buy at the Lexus dealership. Omied gave me a Carfax report and mentioned that the right fender had been replaced even though the history report didn't show it. I was a bit concerned as this was my first used car purchase. He suggested I have the Lexus service center inspect the car. Omied coordinated the inspection, I paid the dealer over the phone and they gave me the results later that day. It checked out great, they even performed an outstanding recall.I couldn't come in until later that night and informed Omied. He said he will go ahead and wait for me. I mentioned that I also needed financing. He had me fill out a credit application on their website to get my financing approved during the day. When I arrived around 8:30 PM, Omied guided me through the paperwork and got me a great loan APR that was competitive with the Lexus Certified APR's. Since the car had less than a year of original warranty remaining I opted to get the 6 year extended coverage for added peace of mind. It came out to about $400/year and I actually ended up SAVING money while getting TWICE the amount of warranty coverage when compared to the Lexus Certified 3 year/100,000 mile warranty.All in all this was a very pleasant experience. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Omied. He is the complete opposite of what you expect a salesman to be. He was more like an adviser just guiding me through the process. I have already referred two co-workers to K&F. I also found out that he is in real estate as well. When I'm ready to buy my condo I will definitely consider him as my "go to" guy.

The overall experience was pleasant. Omeid was very straight forward and thorough with answering any questions or concerns about the vehicle. It is hard to find honest car salesmen who arent rushing to make a quick dime. He seemed sincere and went above and beyond to make sure the car was in its best condition before it left the lot. Would recommend highly recommend K&F auto.

I'm a commercial airline pilot and as such, my work schedule isn't always the best. I came upon a Lexus at K and F and deal with Omeid. Most communication was done via e-mail due to time zone differences but he was very straigh tforward with prompt replies. He was nevery push and encouraged me to compare his car to the competition and there's never any obligation to buy after a test drive. Fast forward a couple weeks, after doing as much research as I possibly could and started visiting a few dealerships. Once I met Omeid and inspected the car I was interested in I had pretty much made up my mind but was a little hesitant and decided to wait until Monday to have my mechanic look it over. Once the mechanic gave the green light I went ahead and moved forward the purchase feeling more comfortable than ever. Thank you! I will definitely be back next time around.

This dealership is really great. The customer service was excellent and we got a great deal on the vehicle. All of their cars are very nice and really well priced. Our situation was a little tough and Omeid really went above and beyond to make it work for us and get us into the car we wanted.

The Absolute best car buying experience I've ever had. Omeid and his Dad are true Proffesionals! They got me the car I wanted and then some for the price I wanted. They also took my old car off my hands at a fair trade in price. This experience couldn't have been smoother. Everything was fast and easy and they both made sure I was happy with everything. I had been to two Larger dealerships with the same exact expectations. At the first they were not willing to give me anything but "their deal". At the second, it was a better deal, but still nothing close to what I had in mind. Omeid gave me exactly the deal I asked for! He is able to match what the customer wants by keeping his overhead low. If you want Starbucks coffee and a big screen TV for the kids to hang out in front of go to a big dealership...but you'll pay a hefty price.
