KIPO is a great place to buy a car. They are friendly, helpful, honest and very up front and open about the whole process. They make sure you understand everything before the sale is finalized. I would recommend them to anyone. My salesperson, Dawn, was wonderful.

Due to my busy schedule, I did not realize that my New York State inspection was over due by a month and a half. After my over due inspection was brought to my attention from an observant family member, I immediately called Ki-Po for an appointment. The service advisor was very accomodating for my situation and scheduled my vehicle inspection for the following day. Thank you again Ki-Po staff for the excellent customer service!

I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. They noticed my inspection was up and informed me that they could fit it in if I wanted them to. I asked them to do it and I was in and out in 30 minutes. They do a wonderful job.

Both the sales rep and the manager at KiPo Chevrolet did an excellent job fullfilling my needs for a new 2014 Silverado. Even though they did not have the LTZ model that I wanted in their inventory they found one at another dealer and we were able to make the deal. I expect honesty and fair dealing from a car dealer and thats what I found at KIPO both in 2011 and now again in 2014.

During a service appointment, I requested an NYS Inspection. I didn't realize it was not required at this time. An attempt was made to contact and inform me about it. I was not available to respond. Therefore, they decided to forgo the inspection. I totally agreed and appreciated and thanked them for their decision. Good service!

I went to Kipo to look at I found several I like but the few thing I needed we found, power seats ,power window and auto lock. so the sonic was not the one it's cute but I went with a 2014 new Chevy Cruz. plus a few extra bells and whistle ., I have told my friend go down check it out. why drive all of wny ,just take a small ride and u find treasure there,the sales team were great try them. this is my 2nd Chevy now.

Buying a new truck from Kipo Motors was very enjoyable. I think the best part of experience was having my price guidelines met by the dealership without any back and forth haggeling. First numbers exchanged were acceptable to create our deal which was a first time for me in over 40 years of buying cars.

When our Chevrolet Traverse was wrecked 1200 miles from home the dealership helped us get all the information we needed to provide to our insurance company and start the process of getting back to normal. They went above and beyond what one would expect to get for help. Within a few days of our return home the dealership located a new 2013 Traverse that fit our needs and delivered it in perfect order. They treated us like family and I will be forever greatful.

Mike Horton helped my husband purchase many trucks over the years, so when I needed a car, I went to Mike at Kipo. I was warmly and not pressured. They listened to my wants, then brought up cars for me to test drive. Send-off for the drive included good safety information and "have a nice drive". I was told them what I like and disliked about each drive, talked about how I would be using the car (long drives/short drives/fuel economy) and they guided me to the best two options, and gave me out the door pricing. I returned the next day, took another drive in the one that was my choice and made the purchase. This was the most pain-free automobile purchase I have ever made. Mike and the team listened to me and did not make me listen to any "company line" for products I did not want. I picked up the car 3 hour later and am loving my decision to buy at Kipo. Thanks you Mike!

I live a short distance from many dealerships. I am a repeat customer at Ki-Po Motors Chevrolet because of the friendly atmosphere and genuine concern for a customer's needs. They put in the extra effort to take care of any issues no matter how small. That makes the whole usually uncomfortable experience of choosing and buying a car much more pleasant. Home town hospitality and respect are the norm at this dealership.

Throw out all the car salesman sterotypes, this was an informative and enjoyable buying experience. I purchased a used impala and had one issue with the interior of the vehicle and I told Dawn about it and she said no problem...and she took care of it right away.Everyone I came in contact with at the dealership was helpful and friendly. The next time I buy a car or know someone who is ...go to kipo is my advice.

I have never seen anyone work so hard to ensure customer satisfaction. She made a nearly impossible situation a reality to the best of her ability. Even when I gave up, she didn't. I recently purchased a new Chevy Cruze car at KIPO Chevy, and believe it or not, I actually had a pleasant car buying experience. Up to this point I had all but given up on finding a dealer that would actually work WITH ME to get a car set up the way that I wanted it and at a price that I could afford. Salesman Mike Horton at KIPO went out of his way to add a heavy duty trailer hitch on a new Chevy Cruze car for me. He even had, at my request, a Chevy approved, after market, cruse control system added to a base model Chevy Cruze for me. This doesn sound like a big deal, but it actually is. Chevy does not offer a cruse control on a Non-Turbocharged Chevy Cruze Car. At other dealerships I was told that the ONLY WAY that I could get a cruse control in a Chevy Cruze car was for me to lay out LOTS of extra money and purchase the much more expensive turbocharged model (with a smaller motor). That is the only way that the factory offers this car. In addition, the other dealers had told me that they would NOT add an after market cruse control, end of discussion. In my case, I Did Not Want a turbocharger, I Did Not want the smaller motor, and I Did Not want to pay the big premium for these unwanted items just to get a simple cruse control. Fortunately my requests for a cruse control and a hitch for a Chevy Cruse car were no problem for Mike Horton at KIPO. He took care of getting my car set up with the cruse control and a great trailer hitch. The price that I was charged for adding these ON-ADDABLEitems was about 1/4 of what it would cost me to purchase the items and add them myself. On top of that, it only took one day to get these items added. Mike made the Impossible look easy. I do not know how Mike was able to do this, but I am glad that he did, it worked out great for me. Yes, I would recommend KIPO Chevy to a friend.

I went to Kipo Chevrolet because I was contacted online by the Internet Manager and I told her that I was working with another dealer and she insisted that I come down. I did and I am glad that I did. I drove home in my new Cruze that day. My sales lady was very professional and understanding and she listened to what I was saying and that means a lot. I would definitely recommend all my friends and family to Kipo Chevrolet.
