Kia Country is THE BEST! I bought my first car there with the help of Sam, he’s awesome! He did everything in his power to not only make me feel comfortable with him but also get me a VERY good deal on my brand new car! Mike from the services department is also amazing! Very friendly and always makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. Overall, everyone at Kia is great. Just know Kia Country does not disappoint!

Mike Zamora and the service manager (Neil, but unsure of his last name) are my real life super heroes. They were honest with me from the very beginning, returned any of my phone calls right away and ALWAYS beat every estimated timeline they gave me. They are quick, efficient, and 1000 times more reliable than Kia in Stockton. I don't care if the distance is inconvenient, I will literally never service my car any where else ever again.

I called Kia Country and tried to strike a deal as I did not have a vehicle to trade toward a purchase of a new vehicle. I already knew the vehicle I wanted as I am a previous, happy, Kia owner. It took about two minutes to agree on a purchase price with the sales manager. Indicated I would be at the dealership that afternoon to take possession of my new K5. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a very friendly staff! It took about an hour at the dealership to complete the purchase. Everyone I met was very friendly, took the time to ensure everything went smoothly. Hats off to the sales Mgr, business Mgr and sales staff, the individuals I encountered during my visit. All were very professional and truly seemed to care that my transaction went smoothly and that I was informed regarding the mechanics of my new vehicle. Good job Kia Country.. I will be sure to reccomend you! Oh, and the K5 EX I purchased.. it is a beautiful vehicle.. Thanks Kia Country!

I went in with the notion of just looking at the cars and seeing. I had purchased a KIA sportage in 2005 and loved it. I was looking at one model and Anthony was checking on the cars and introduced and asked if I had any questions. He was very unobtrusive and did not push or hustle me at all. We had a conversation about what I was looking for and he simply offered ideas without pushing them on me. I looked at the Kia Soul...he asked if I wanted to test it and I said I would like to see inside how it feels. He was very patient and helped me out. Great experience overall and I walked out with the 2022 Kia Soul S...Anthony did not at any point pawn me off on anyone else and was with me the whole time. The GM was great and the finance guy as well. So far Kia Country is 2 for 2 with my sales experience...
