I've been getting my Kia serviced here at the dealership since I bought the vehicle brand new back in 2015. I've always had a great experience having Mark as my service advisor. For some reason just 2 days after my most recent visit my car decided to blow a hole through the engine block while I was driving and the car was finished. I decided to give Mark a call to see what Kia could do for me since I just brought the car in for an oil change. Depending on what Mark told me I was either never going to buy another Kia again in my life or I was going to be a Kia customer for life. Without hesitation Mark told me bring the car in and he would check to see if there were any warranties for my engine. Once he had the car checked out he was able to confirm that I was eligible for an engine warranty. Mark got me in a rental car the same day and had my Kia ready for pick up just a week later. I was ecstatic! Mark was very helpful throughout this whole process and has always taken great care of me when I go in for service. I will be a Kia customer for life!

Even though I didn't want a car payment, I still ended up buying a new car. Kyle was the most awesome salesman. I do I love my new car! Thank you Kyle for being empathetic, attentive, and awesome. I would highly recommend Kia of CC.
