I recently stopped by the Kia Service Department on my way to work because my tire light came on. Service Advisor, Ben Webb, immediately checked my tire pressure, which was down due to colder weather, and I was back on my way to work in less than 10 minutes! Thank you, Ben!

Thank you for making the SOUL ! It is perfect so far. Took it on a 800 mile road trip the first thing. The miles per gallon indicated 34 to 38 miles per gallon. Night time driving very few hills. Return trip day time same route. 34 miles per gallon. The ride is smooth and it is quite silent inside the car. Love the stick shift ! Allows me to keep it in a gear with more umphf when I need it and prevents lugging on the engine. Getting in and out of this car is good for my OLD body. Lots of room to cart things in. For a BOX car it looks good and stylish. Thank you again.

By far the most friendly and non-pressure atmosphere for buying a car. They were very patient. Top trade in value! I did not feel rushed into a decision I was not comfortable with. I presented all of my options to them and they allowed me to test-drive and really think about the direction I wanted to go. Very friendly atmosphere. The owner was a great help as well. He and his sales staff truly have their customers best intentions at heart. There goal seems to be repeat business and referrals and they realize that top customer service is needed for this to happen and they operate that way.

Excellent business. From working with Novy Foland on buying my first car to the service employees who have done simple oil changes to major work on my fiance's car.Novy does an excellent job of guiding people through the big process of buying a car whether they are experienced or brand new at it. He offers many different ideas that can allow anyone to leave happy and satisfied. You never feel like a customer for money; you feel like a person who's aspirations and dreams matter.Service workers are great to work with as well. I believe Ben Webb was who helped me and he did an excellent job. Never pushy with suggestions on further work. You never feel like you're being taken advantage of.Overall staff is great as well with everyone being friendly and offering assistance if they swing by the waiting lounge. Lauren Beckett being one of those people. If you need something, they will go out of their way to help.

I received excellent customer service from Kia of Columbia. I do not live in there so when I called to express interest in the vehicle and make an appointment, Ben Williams put together a very impressive video walking me through the vehicle and all its features. Not only did I get a great deal with Wayne Wright, but they completed some body work issues on the vehicle timely and professionally, just as promised. To top it off, they even fixed two other issues with the vehicle that I discovered AFTER I signed all the papers and brought it home that night. (The driver door hinge was sprung and would close on its own, and a plastic seat track cover was missing from the passenger seat.) They set me up with a loaner while the work was being done and made sure that it fit the needs of my family. When dropping off and picking up my new pre-owned vehicle, they helped me load and unload, and even brought the cars around into the service department so I would not have to go back out into the rain. While waiting with my two children, one of which is a two year old, the receptionist found some crayons and a coloring book to entertain my toddler. They were all very friendly, thoughtful, and considerate. It's the small touches that really put them above the other dealerships that I have experienced. Wayne and Paul went above and beyond to provide me with great service and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Kia of Columbia, formerly, Hood Motor Company takes complaints seriously. The new owners are phenomenal at reaching to customers who might not be pleased with Sales or Service and as they say, "bend over backwards" to negotiate an amiable solution. I am such a customer and I can't recall an auto dealership trying so much to ensure that a customer is retained by positively meeting the customers needs. Great job in turning a negative experience into an overwhelming positive one by offering generous resolutions! Kudos!

I went to look at new cars and was met by an enthusiastic and knowledgeable sales person, Matt Burgher. He was able to fully answer all of my questions as well as address all of my concerns. Matt guided me effortlessly through my car buying experience which included; showing me a vehicle that met all of my requirements ( and then some), introducing me to the finance and service managers and giving me a tour of the service department. I left with a great new car and great new relationships.

I made an appointment for an oil change and factory recall work. Was told 2 hours, tops. Came back after 3 hours and my car was outside but no one could find my paperwork. Come to find out, I had been bumped for a walk in customer. Was offered a loaner, but then told they didn't have any available. 5 hours after I'd arrived at my appointment my car was finally done. The final insult was when I was urged to give them a score of 10 when Kia calls. Yeah, right. Avoid this place like the plague.

I had an awesome experience here. I dealt with Randy Rinehart. He could have sold me a car with more miles and for far more money, if he wanted. Instead he laid out some options that he thought could benefit my family more. Got me into a great car for my family and saved me money. As well he was knowledgable in every aspect I was curious about. Not all dealerships are after taking advantage of you and your money, some are after building future relationships with their clientele and sustaining that. I can honestly say this dealership seems to be very relationship-based. From Randy to the finance manager, everyone there was very personable and welcoming. I was very cautious going in there, and they completely understood. I was walked through the process thoroughly so I understood exactly what I was getting into.I was not rushed or pushed into a vehicle whatsoever. Needless to say this was a very impressive place, and I recommend anyone whose shopping for a vehicle or just curious about options, to give these guys a shot. When we got there we were greeted by Tom and made comfortable. He stayed with us until the agent was available. Danielle Kellar, our agent was so nice and patient and made our car buying experience as hassle free as possible. She even came in on her day off to help me get into a car. Chris, in finance, was awesome too. He had everything set up to where I took possession of the car that next day. Dan Kellar, the owner of Kia of Columbia, came and asked if we needed anything and took an interest in process as well. I cant thank Danielle enough for her hard work in finding the right car for me. Her smile was infectious and she had such a great personality. Come to find out in plain conversation that we had some friends in common from my home town. She really seen me as a person and not as a customer. Great experience and I would recommend Kia of Columbia to anyone that is looking to purchase a car.
