Cory Clark is amazing, and made buying my car wonderful and stress free. We did everything over the phone and through e-mail. I told him I would be there early in the morning to sign papers. Drove from Burnsville and when I arrived I received a friendly greeting from everyone and Cory was ready and waiting to get me in my new car. Tobias took the time and was so very patient showing me ALL the new buttons, bells, and whistles. Would and will go back there!!!

So disappointed in this dealership. .we did not buy our Sorento at this place but three times tried to have warranty work done....thinking about buying a new Kia not...maybe Hyundai or somewhere else...but not at Kia of Duluth

4 months fuel pump went and 11 months engine blew. Still have yet to hear anything from them after calling 3 weeks ago to talk about it and leaving a voice mail. Lot full of lemons

I recently had an oil change and my tires rotated. After that my car began shaking on the freeway. Brought it back, and apparently all 4 tires are bad. I am shocked they didn't inform me of that when I had the tire rotation done. Customer service is also poor, offering no explanation for anything.

I am writing in regards to a recent customer service failure I experienced at the Kia Motors Duluth Service Department. My wife brought our 2014 Kia Sorento in for a scheduled regular oil change on 11/6/2015. On 11/7/2015 I noticed a hot oil smell after driving the car. Upon checking under the car I noticed black oil leaking from the plastic underpan of the engine. I checked the dipstick and was shocked to find black, dirty oil. Photo documentation is available upon request of: the dirty oil on the dipstick, dirty oil on the underpan, and oil splatters on the rear hatch of the vehicle from leaking oil. The source of the leaking oil was not determined and appeared to be from around the oil filter. I checked the filter tightness and it seemed properly seated. I have been working on my own personal vehicles, including changing oil for over 40 years. Freshly changed oil should appear like new oil, a clear, translucent amber color even if the vehicle had been driven only 100 miles which was the case with this vehicle. Based on what I saw on the dipstick of our Kia Sorento, it seemed highly suspect that our oil was not actually changed on 11/6/2015, or if the oil change happened not all the old oil was properly drained from the crankcase, or the filter was not changed. In looking at the receipt from Kia Duluth, it clearly stated that an oil change had been done and that if we had any concerns, we should contact Scott Schubert, Service Manager. I contacted Mr. Schubert today, 11/9/2015, with my concerns and requested a refund for the appointment on 11/6/2015 ($17.14, including tax), and rather than acknowledge my concerns, his statement was You have no proof that we didnt change the oil. He attempted to convince me that it was normal to have black oil after an oil change. Mr. Schubert acknowledged that proper servicing procedures may not have been followed that require the service technician to remove residual oil from the topside of the plastic underpan, which in this case caused what appeared to be an oil leak from the oil filter. He, however, refused to refund the cost of the oil change. Mr. Schubert offered to conduct the service that believed was not done and offered a free oil change in the future. I did bring the vehicle in on the afternoon of 11/9/15, and again multiple employees tried to convince me that it was normal to have black, dirty looking oil immediately after it is changed and after the vehicle is driven only 159 miles. Ultimately the oil was changed. Before leaving the Kia Service Department I personally checked the oil, and it was clean and amber in appearance as it should have been initially. This experience has damaged my trust and faith in the Kia of Duluth Service Center. It makes me wonder whether the previous oil changes Ive had done there were done properly. Mr. Schubert had an opportunity to turn a poor situation into a customer service success. Mistakes happen. However, rather than trying to do the right thing and solve the problem, his attitude and approach was abrupt and disrespectful. The Kia of Duluth Service Department receipt has a bright pink sticker that states Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Unfortunately the Kia of Duluth Service Center has failed to meet this goal. Based on my experience I am left with the impression that Kia is not interested in my satisfaction, and I am no longer able to trust the integrity of the work done by the Service Center.

We bought a car crom Kia of Duluth just 2 months ago. The day we drove ot off the lot we had problems. The tail lights were all wired wrong, should have been my first clue that they lied to me about having their machanics look it over right!! Well it has also had a humm to it since we bought it and my brother tells me that the passanger wheel bearing is going out. We call them today and they tell us tp deal with it ourselves and it is not their problem. On top of that when we looked at the van the battery was dead so we could not test drive it, but they swore up and down that it was in great condition. KIA WILL LIE TO YOU....ALL THRIR REPRESENTATIVES WILL LIE TO YOU!!! You WILL drive away in a LEMON :-( what a horrible first car buying experience!!

My daughter and I went to purchase her first car told the sales rep I was looking for a reliable car that will get my kid to and from college in St. Cloud. Looked at a few. The sales rep brings a Buick LaSabre custom around we drove it. When I popped the hood I noticed a lil smoke next to the valve cover I asked them to look at that. Well 6 weeks later my kids car started going through anti freeze. My kid was driving and the car completely shut down and smoking bad. Brought it in they said she needed 550.00 worth of work done I was pissed they gave us a discount got the car back I'm driving it and the same xxxx happens. I lift the hood and come to find out the parts they replaced was the same part I specifically told them to look at before we bought it. I'm very upset with this car and they blame it on she has had it for 6 weeks and put 1200 miles on it that's a crock of xxxx. They sold us a xxxx car because they didn't think I knew what I was doing. They misled my kid and service don't know what he was doing clearly

I have now been a happy Duluth Kia customer for three years. My current car is the first time I have owned a Kia. I have not had one problem with the Soul and I have driven it all over the US. The service people are great. Professional and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. My Kia experience has been nothing but fabulous in every way.

We went to look at a vehicle they had on their website. When we got there we looked at the vehicle, were ready to buy it, and then were told the price was DOUBLE what they had on their website. No apology or anything. I will never step foot at this dealership again.

As a person that has made some poor financial decisions in the past, it is always challenging to get a reliable vehicle if with a less than perfect credit. I have made a lot of life changes since my youthful recklessness and was desperate for a second chance at repairing the damage I did to my credit in the past. From the initial phone call to Kia of Duluth to the day that I spoke to the salesman the experience was excellent, on like other places I've been I was never ever made to feel like a loser or low life because I have less than perfect credit, the finance department and the salesman Sean were relentless in their efforts to find financing that match my income level even if it meant lowering the asking price of the car I wanted. I will always remember how hopeful I felt after leaving there and be forever grateful.

Hello again i just posted about my used car. How Kia is horrible. Will in fact it is true i have just found out that i need a whole new braking system in the back of my car. Calibers, rotors, fluid and labor. Kia told me i just needed new pads.....LIE!!! I'm stuck with a piece of junk. Save your self time and money. STAY AWAY STAY FAR AWAY!!

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I called a few times with general questions and was told I would get a call right back...and never did. Then when I went in to speak with someone I was told I would be helped in five minutes by a sales person. Twenty five minutes later as I sat and watched three salesmen sit out front and smoke cigarettes the receptiOnist came and was attempting to help me. The car I wanted had a few minor problems and they said they would fix them. The car was also completely filthy from the previous owner. They stated it would be cleaned. I was promised it to be done by Friday. Well Friday came and went. On Monday they stated that they ordered the wrong part and it wouldn't be in until Wednesday. They had me bring back the loaner car and pick up my vehicle. It still was filthy. They didn't do any of the cleaning. They said it would be cleaned on Wednesday when I brought it back. At the very least the vehicle could have been cleaned out. So Wednesday comes..they try and tell me I have to pay for what work would be done. When the sale was made that was NOT the agreement. They told me the car would be done in two hours. It is now Thursday and I still have not heard anything. The customer service at this place is awful. I went here because my credit isn't the best and they have 100 percent credit approval. Basically what it comes down to is they feel that they can treat you in anyway because your not walking in with a 4000 dollar down payment buying a brand new Kia. I would never go back here and I would not reccomend this dealership to anyone. Sales and service are crap..I would have to say my dog is treated better at the vet.

We bought our KIA Sodona Van and we love, love, love it. We were impressed with the security and dependability that KIA vehicles offer. We took a trip and got 30-33 mpg. The vehicle rode smooth and we had plenty of room. The KIA employees are all great to work with. They were enjoyable, dependable and who have gone above and beyond for us with answering questions and making us feel like part of the KIA family. Joey was our sales rep. who walked us through the art of purchasing a vehicle. He did a wonderful job for us. We always ask for Joey if we have any questions about the vehicle. we will ask for him we purchase another KIA vechile. You can also ask for Joey when purchasing your KIA vechile or vechiles. I am recent college grad and applied here for financing on a kia optima. As soon as they got my information they applied to about 15 banks (and other credit agencies) in order to get me approved. As a result i have 15 hard inquires on my credit report which brought my credit score down by about 200 points. When i asked them why did they apply to 15 banks simultaneously they said since i was a recent college grad i had a limited credit history and i had very little chance of getting a loan. In the end they said they couldn't get me approved anyway, the sales staff are amateurs.. they don't know anything and the finance department is even worse. They treated me as like they were doing me a favor by getting me a car!! After this terrible experience i went to kolar hyundai, they got me approved instantly on a brand new 2012 sonata under their college grad program.. These guys at kolar knew what they were doing, they were professionals and they behaved in the same manner.
