Gary the sales manager was very nice and helped me get my car serviced. When Wallace Kia could not find the problem after 2 visits your service dept did. The service department is the best! Will not go anywhere else for service.

THE SALESMAN RONNIE FARMER WAS AWESOME. FROM A CUSTOMER WHO HAS BOUGHT SEVERAL DOZEN NEW CARS HE IS THE BEST SALESMAN EVER. THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT MANAGER WAS THE BOMB TOO. WAY TO GO KIA OF JOHNSON CITY YOU TOP THE CHARTS. YOU BLOW AWAY OTHER DEALER SHIPS BY FAR.

Sales and Management were a pleasure to work with.. Felt comfortable during entire process. The time it takes to complete transaction once deal is made is way too long. Two hours is overkill.

The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain to me what exactly was wrong with my car and what they could do to make that better, which meant a lot since I am not car savvy. Liked being allowed access to garage in order to get diaper bag so I could change my grandsons diaper. Coffee is always welcome!! any chance of donuts would be equally welcome!! Staff always pleasant and helpful. The sales rep that sold me my Cadenza provided a balloon to my grandson taking time he did not need to take!!! Real good feelings for your dealership!!!

Gary Hensley is the reason I purchased from Kia of JC. I was waiting in the service area & as he walked by, he asked if my paperwork had been started. I would not have actively seeked out a sales specialist. In the cold & snow, he arranged for me test drive the only car I looked at - the one I purchased. I fell in love with the car & had no desire to look at another vehicle. I told him my needs & my means & he didn't try to push me into anything. I was also impressed that both Ashley & Steve Grindstaff took the time to speak to me. They made me feel welcome. But again, Gary is the reason I purchased from Kia of Johnson City. You truly have an asset in him!
