We have been using this dealership and two others because we travel. Have purchased 3 Kia Vans over the years. They started out very professionally. Today I went in and the unprofessionalism was evident in many ways. The intake service tech had pierced eyebrows and reeked of smoke. When asked about some services, she was short and not helpful. My car is new with only 20,000 miles, and a PLATINUM Warranty which cost about 2k. In spite of this, they were able to find several items wrong with the vehicle, one of which was bad rotors......really? I called my dealer in Charleston (who has a 5 star rating), and will be having my vehicle serviced there. If I can just help one person avoid this dealership, my effort in writing this review will be worth it.

I had an AWESOME experience at Kia of Orange Park. My sales rep, Dewey was fantastic. He made my children and I very comfortable, while looking for the right vehicle for me and my family. He wasn't pushy, for me to buy the most expensive vehicle on the lot. Dewey went out of his way, to make sure I got the right car at the best price. I would definitely recommend Kia of Orange Park to anyone looking to buy a new car. Their warranties are awesome, their showroom is clean and their sales reps are exceptional. The staff at the Orange park location are awesome! If I had a question they had the answer. If my car had an issue they were quick to make sure it was fixed and the car i bought from them runs so quietly and smoothly. I mean you're covered in any and everything through Kia also spoke to other happy customers during my visit so don't hesitate to get a car from them.

We went to purchase a new car and ended up buying 2 because of how we were treated. Ray-Ray was great and was just as nice as he could be. It was an easier process to get all of the paperwork completed and us out the door. Other than the showroom area being freezing cold, this was by far the best experience we have had buying a new car. We will refer friends and family to this dealership!

I had totaled my car and was in real need for another car. Went to several dealers looking for a nice used car. Last stop was Kia of Orange Park. I found a 2015 Nissan Rouge Select. I will have to say I had the best salesman you could ever ask for. His name is Daryl Lee and he was always there to answer any concerns I might have plus he was very prompt in returning my calls. In fact he called me several times on his own just to let me know he was working on something I had asked him about. If I were to ever need another car I would want a salesman like Daryl Lee. He is such a kind man and such a gentleman. Everyone at Kia was very friendly and did not have any problem with service.

After two years of regular maintenance, I won't be returning to Kia of Orange Park. In the past two months, I've visited 4 times and waited at least 3 hours each time. Quick summary: Visit #1 occurred in mid-June 2016. While driving, my steering wheel locked up and my car died. I immediately scheduled a service appointment. In addition to having this issue looked at, I got an oil change and new tires. No one could determine what caused my car to die. I waited about 4 hours. Visit #2 occurred 4 days later when my car died two more times. I took it in, and after waiting for 3.5 hours, no diagnosis was made. Kia then kept my car overnight for TWO nights, but was still unable to find the issue. Each day, I was promised that someone would call and give me updates, but I had to call and reach out myself. Kia had my car for over 42 hours this time, and I still had no explanation.Visit #3 occurred a month later when my check engine light came on. After waiting 3 hours, a diagnosis was made, but since it was a special order part, I had to come back to have the repair.Visit #4 occurred a few days later when the repair was done. The day prior to the appointment, my TPMS sensor came on. I mentioned it to the device guys when I brought it in because I'd just bought new tires. I was told that the drop in pressure was just due to the extreme heat. Air was added, and I drove away hopeful. My TPMS sensor was on the next day. Within 10 seconds of examination, I found a nail in my tire. How was this missed? I no longer feel comfortable visit Kia of Orange Park.

My sales person Dewey Hilliad was very friendly and did give you that huge sales pressure you usually get at a dealership. He consistently asked about my vehicle needs, price range and promised to work with me even though credit not good. I thought I would have to settle for a car didn't really want but was able to get a luxury car at a decent price. Would definitely recommend coming to the west side than Phillips hwy to my friends/family.

I scheduled a appointment for 6/17 at noon to utilize my warranty for interior cleaning. This is the second time i utilized it the first time was awesome in and out within an hour. My wife has been there for over 4 hours today and it is still not complete. We have been told that its taking longer cause they keep stopping to clean other cars they just sold. I then requested to file a complaint and asked the name of the service advisor but the lady who was watching her desk while she was at lunch said she did not know her name. I was actually in the market to upgrading one of my cars in a few weeks and decided i will go somewhere else now due to the horrible customer service here. Also when i kept asking whom i file a complaint with they just keep asking me what was wrong and would not point me in the direction of whom to talk to. I ended up filing a complaint with the better business bureau and opted in to talk to the media regatding it also.

Went here on Monday ready to get a new car, spoke to Eddie. He pissed me off within the first 3 min, "oh I don't think that will be in your price range" - I never mentioned my price range. You did not work hard enough for my sale. I never tell my trump card till I'm almost where I want to be price wise. - left went to Family Kia St. Aug - was more than please with there above and beyond great service. Walked out with a brand new 2016 Kia soul, with 4miles on it. ****you guys Failed********

I purchased my car in November of 2014, and I've had nothing but issues. I purchased a brand new car so that I did not have issues with my vehicle, but of course, I did. To start, my car was lagging and not wanting to accelerate. I took it into service and was told that they could not diagnose the issue, as the problem did not duplicate. So I picked up the car, and of course, the issue occurred once again. As I was driving it to Kia for it be serviced, my car completely shut off on me in the middle of Blanding Blvd. After being without my car for every bit of a week, I was told my fuel pump needed replacing. The fuel pump was then replaced, and not even a week after picking up my car, the same issue occurred. I dropped my vehicle off at Kia once again and they informed me that my fuel injectors were clogged and needed to be cleaned out. This repair was completed and I picked the vehicle up on a Friday afternoon. Saturday, Mid-day, the car started lagging and not wanting to accelerate once again. Called Kia and Tamera (service manager) advised me that I would have to pay $600+ to have my entire fuel system cleaned out. I called Corporate and Sara advised me that I was putting the wrong type of fuel in my vehicle, that I needed to refer to my owners manual, which I did. My owners manual specifically stated that I needed to use 87+ octane fuel. GAS STATIONS DO NOT SELL LOWER THAN 87 OCTANE FUEL. I have been accused of things that are completely irrelevant to the issue that I am having my car, as it was stated that I am using the wrong type of fuel for my car. I have been treated with complete disrespect and my intelligence is being questioned. Mangers say they will call you back, and never call back. I do not agree with the way Kia runs their dealership, and I am ready to drop my car off to them so that they can deal with this vehicle, as all it has been is a complete headache. This vehicle is not a safe vehicle for my family, and that is the main reason for buying a new vehicle. I knew that I would have peace and security knowing that I had a new reliable vehicle with no issues, and that is by far the case.

Now, i've heard of dealers treating women differently than men, but this was ridiculous. The sales guy didn't show us vehicles, he just ran our numbers and ok, our credit isn't great, but enough to purchase a vehicle. We wanted to use our trade in as a down payment. Ok. We also had a budget limit and that is where our sales man got nasty. He was very cryptic, leaving to "run our numbers" and would come back to the desk with no physical info for us, just snarky comments. He, at one point said "I wish people would stop coming in with budgets and just let me run the numbers and do my job". We added a co signer and again, he went to do what he does, and then I suppose he had nothing left to say, so he sent the "sales manager" over to belittle us on this behalf. The first thing out of the "manager's" mouth went to the tune of "I wish people would stop coming in thinking they could get a vehicle for $200 a month price range. It's impossible anywhere, and they are wasting their time." It was as if he were trying to shame us into upping our monthly payment limit, for what? Their precious sale? At this point, we left. No sense in using a car lot that insults potential customer's intelligence. We went else where and managed to have a down payment of 2500 (we were saving just incase)on top our trade in value and they squeezed the numbers. Guess what, our payments are $197 a month. Better sales people work the "impossible" I suppose.

Traded my car....over a month later the loan wasn't paid off for that car. Kept getting calls from former bank about late payments even though I no longer had the car. No one could explain why things were taking so long. Not happy at all! Should have gone back to Chevy! Can't even enjoy the car cause I'm so upset!

I purchased my third Kia on Jan 2 of 2015 from Kia of Orange Park, so glad it was not my first purchase or it would of been my last. JB my salesman was great, I was trying to decide on a higher end model or a lesser expensive one to keep my payment down. JB asked what it would take to get me into the more expensive car and I said a lower payment, he then left and returned with James Schott the sales manager. He had and offer of 60 days no payments on a piece of paper, they would pay Jan payment on my current car and first payment on the new vehicle. I said that sounded good and we proceeded to do the paperwork, little did I know at the time I should have held onto that paper my mistake. Of course I had no reason to not think my offer would not be followed through with. After several weeks I called to check on my payment, JB said he would look into it. He looked through the paperwork and of course no mention of the deal was there, so I was just out of luck. I called to talk to James and he basically called me a liar and said anyone could say that he told them something so they could get it for free. I was shocked embarrassed and very angry, I cannot imagine someone saying that to a customer. I then asked to talk to the general manager Richard DeAugustine and James said he would have him call me. About 10 minutes later James called me back and stated they had decided to send me my payment, again I took him at his word. Of course that payment never arrived, so I called again and he now states that he never called and told me that, I cannot believe the treatment I have been subjected to at this dealership. If you get any kind of offer or deal from James make sure you hang on to that offer or you will never see it again. I have made multiple calls to this dealership and I am getting no response, I have sent the dealership a letter and filed a complaint with Kia, then decided to write this review so any potential customers can be more aware than I was.

I just bought my 2nd Kia (from a different dealership) but with my first kia, OP did all the service to it and I had one bad experience with them and they quickly and kindly fixed the issue no questions asked. The service department has always been wonderful and I definately recommend the service department, just not the sales department!

My experience at your dealership was the very best I have encountered when purchasing a car! Ted "Q "Quinones was a very outgoing and friendly salesperson...but never "pushy" as some I have encountered.. and he worked in a very straight forward manner to bring me to a fair trade-in deal that I am very satisfied with. Makes me very happy to be a Kia owner again! My car is perfect for my wife.. very, very happy about that! The fellow (forgot his name now) who was there was friendly and courteous and explained the features of the car to my wife...as well as going over the car.. and that was very important to me....extremely superior to the Kia Soul I traded this car for!! Again...thank you for a job well done.. I am one happy customer!! I will definitely recommend your cars and dealership to my family and friends when they are in the market for a new car!! Thanks!

We did have a few things go wrong with our car buying experience at Kia of Orange Park, however every business can make a mistake but the business that takes the time to meet with you to make things right at your convince says a lot about them. Kirt is a partner in the business and once he heard something went wrong he went out of his way to correct the situation and went above and beyond. I think very highly of him and the business he is running. I would recommend him and his dealership to anyone in need of a new or used car. What a shame because salesman Donald actually was friendly and helpful. Manager on the other hand was opposite. We agreed on a deal for a black 2012 kia forte on saturday september 27, 2014. Was told to come back on september 29, 2014 to bring the spare key for our trade in and sign other papers. When we got to the dealer we were told that we still owed 325$ for the payoff of the trade in and that we only had 2 choices to increase our monthly payment(after it was already increased by 4$/month than agreed to before going in finance room) or write them a check. We were told on saturday that they would take care of the payoff and they contacted the lien holder and had a payoff amount, which every time I had purchased a car they needed the exact amount of payoff. So now I am being told that it was my fault for signing the agreement which they told me the amount of the payoff. I asked the manager again and he agreed that they did call the lien holder and got the payoff amount that saturday but neglect to tell me on that same day that they could not get a hold of anyone so its my fault. So I told them this is whole thing is stupid and bad business, and he responded saying not to call him stupid ran out the room fuming. After wasting more time they finally said they would take care of it but not after saying if I had a better attitude they would have done it sooner or I can return the vehicle. I told them I want my trade in back and cancel the deal (which Three Day Guarantee says I can) . I was told no that it is in the books already. They told me they would take care of it but nothing in writing that assures me and manager never apologized or talked to me again. I bought the car at a more than fair price for the dealership because salesman did great work but such a shame I will not be referring or buying anything from Kia of Orange Park. What ever happened to customer service and professionalism? I am very disappointed.

He knew what I wanted and had worked his rear end off for over two days because of my lower than average credit score and he was able to show me around and let me test drive the vehicle that I wanted. I fell in love instantly. Raynard along with his manger Mr. Richard DeAugustine jumped through hoops and hurdles for me and made me feel like a queen and truly deserving of the new vehicle they had worked so hard to get me approved for. I thank both of them from the bottom of my heart and will forever send anyone to KIA of Orange Park. They are absolutely great and excelled in every aspect of customer service. I left that day in my brand new car and have never been happier and know that if I have questions, they are just a phone call away and will welcome me with open arms. Thank you KIA of Orange Park!!

I purchased a used Kia Soul at the end of September. A couple weeks later I got a letter from Kia asking me to trade in that car for a new car and that they would get me a great deal. I came in and looked around and found a 2013 Kia Soul that I really liked. I traded in the 2012 Soul for the 2013 Soul on October 23, 2013. As of today (2/4/14) I still have not received my sticker for my transferred tag. My tag expired on 1/26/14. I have been into the dealership about 6 times trying to get this resolved. Each time, Art told me he would take care of it. He has not. He assured me that he would talk to Carol in tags and get me a new sticker along with the refund check they owed me. I finally got a hold of Carol myself on Friday morning (1/31/14) and she tells me that Art has NEVER said a word to her about any of this. This tells me that either Art is a liar, or Carol is a liar. Either way, one is definitely a liar. Carol then tells me that she will have my sticker and refund check ready for me to come pick up on Monday (2/3/14) and to call her first to make sure. I call Carol at 4:45pm, giving her plenty of time during the day to get what they owe me, and she tells me that the tag is in, but she was too busy to cut me a new check (a check they have owed me since 10/23/13). Every time I have had a problem, whether in the dealership or on the phone, I have asked to speak to the owner or a general manager. Every time I have been denied that request. I have left messages for the general manager, (Curt or Kurt, I've only heard his name mentioned once) and have not received a call back. To top it all off, I was told that the car I purchased was brand new and the reason for having almost 1500 miles was that it was a demo car. My paperwork says they sold me a new car. I have recently discovered that this car was registered and insured by someone else a month before I bought it. That does not sound like a NEW car to me. Avoid this dealership like the plague. They are incompetent, manipulative, and liars.

I recently purchased a 2014 Kia Forte and a 2014 Kia Sorento. The Forte is mine and the Sorento is the wife's car. Bobby made sure both of us were happy with our new cars and that we got a fair trade in price on our used cars. I have had the opportunity to take both of them of short trips (approximately 400 miles). Both cars got the EPA gas mileage that was stated on the sticker. When I stepped outside for a moment he shoed me a Chevy Impala again loaded and asked if I liked it. I am tall so cars are not always comfortable. We then test drove that. Our truck that has a few problems he got us a great trade in value. Our payments after all is said and done were a little more than we wanted but still a great deal on two great maintenance free cars. Randy in finance made that part easy. Every one was very professional but at the same time a lot of fun to work with. We laughed the whole time we were there. Today was an absolute blessing. Thank you "Q", Art even though you were not by our side you were in the background, and Randy. You made our day. Now we will be safe driving

I had filled out an on line application the next day I received a call from Dave Freelan telling me to come on down for a test drive that i had been pre approved this came as a surprise because my credit is really bad. So I scheduled an appointment and I came in for a test drive. I test drove a number of cars made a number of calls to him regarding the cars and he returned each and every call very quickly and he was very attentive to my questions and concerns. That said a lot about the man and the company when it came time for financing he was willing to work with me on everything the type of car the down payment down to the payment that was right for me and my budget he really went above and beyond the call of duty to find me a car. Generally after the sale it's like the titanic and everyone jumps ship and if there is a problem no one can be found but not here if you have a problem you call them and there right there to resolve it. regardless if it's a used car like my 2007 Pontiac G6 or a new 2014 Kia Soul everything is equal and everyone goes out of there ways to help to get the problem resolved. so the point of this if you are looking for an honest, hardworking upfront car salesman who keeps your interest in mind when it comes time to buy a car go no further then orange park Kia and Dave Freelan they won't steer you wrong.

I went into the dealership prepared to purchase a used car because I didn't think I would be able to afford a new car. I was driving a 2004 Kia Optima with over 100,000 miles. I met David Baker at the dealership and he immediately took me to the used car lot as per my request to show me what he had available. Throughout our conversation I told him how much I loved my Kia Optima and hated the idea of having to drive anything else. We picked out a couple of alternates and headed back to the office to talk numbers and David suggested we just "take a look" at the new Optima's so I could keep them in mind for later. Much to my delight I looked at several and even picked out the one I would LOVE! David went to work and gave me his best deal on the used car. It was within my budget but it wasn't the car I REALLY wanted. He went over to his manager Ed Trott and explained my dilemna and came back with a deal on the brand new Kia Optima that I could not refuse!!! I absolutely love my new car (even though I couldn't afford the sunroof I had become so attached to in my old one. I will save up for that one with my next purchase!) I had an amazing experience at this dealership and never once felt pressured into buying anything. David and Ed did everything possible in a courteous and professional manner to make me ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER!! I have already recommended this dealership and David and Ed to several of my friends! We came in on Monday morning and we were greeted by a nice gentlemen. He polity ask us we we were looking for and in a matter of minutes we were test driving the vehicle. On Dec 13, 2012 (I know, this is late), I came to your dealership to just check off a test drive with your new Soul vehicle. Honestly, I never liked the Soul vehicle. To say that my life in that time was a perfect storm and a convergence of chaos with pain and suffering, is an understatement. I had already visited a few other dealerships, including the one with the same salesperson from last purchase, over 10 years ago. I was very frustrated, in SHOCK of the new prices in the market. I didn't think I could get something that I would be in love with and afford. BUT...I DID!!Not only do I LOVE my SOUL, but my experience with Ted (Q) made all the difference. I was running against time and patience and willingness to buy a new vehicle. Soon as I arrived, he immediately put me at ease and we laughed and laughed all the time I was there. Only us hispanics can understand our own shenanigans and jokes!! But not just becasue of this, but he ENDURED my baggering of repeated questions, my inquiries and my price push back. He helped with my trade-in which I didn't want to trade it in for foolish reasons - sentimental ones. I felt like two elephants were pushed off of my shoulders with this!! Thank you!I do want to say something about the Soul. I had been suffering with complications from medications since early part of 2012, in my legs, specifically.(remember my cane that night?) Well, little did I know that my previous vehicle was NOT helping with the problems, but making them worse. I drove my Soul that first weekend A LOT and to my surprise, the tendons and muscles were not hurting anymore and I have been able to do a whole lot more since then. I no longer have to use the cane. To be able to get in and out of the Soul without having to neither jump in nor strain to get out of it, has made the difference with my recovery.The kicker is that EVERYONE that sees it and me in it say the same thing, "Oh, this is so you". The car i currently had broke down 2 days before christmas and come to find out it was the transmission and the dealer i bought it from would only cover half of the cost to repair my roommate suggested i go online to see if i cold be preapproved for a car, i went to kia of orange park and within minutes Jay Wenberg called me and told me what i would need to get into a car. We came in because we had an immediate need for a new vehicle - our SUVs engine blew up. When we arrived, Steve greeted us, asked our names and walked us right over to the vehicles we were interested in test driving (Kia Sorento). Well, first we took a much needed restroom break since we had been sitting in traffic on the way there; Steve waited patiently while we got situated. Steve listened to our questions attentively and showed us around the different models. He asked what was important to us about the car - color, features, etc. - and then showed us models that fit our needs. He was never pushy or insistent; we felt comfortable throughout the whole test drive and sales process. When it came time to work the numbers, Steve again listened to our needs and what we were looking for and came back quickly with an excellent proposition. We accepted and then had a short wait for our finance rep. While waiting we decided to look at a Kia Optima which would replace our other leased vehicle. Steve helped us with that test drive. We loved that vehicle, too, and said we wanted to purchase it. It was getting late in the evening as we arrived a little late on the lot, so they made it a smooth process. Not only did they hold the Optima for us and work up all the paperwork so we could be in and out the next day, but they also fully detailed our leased vehicle and gave us a discount to make our final payment. We finished up the paperwork (DJ Sullivan was fantastic and made the financing so easy and pleasant), and took our new Sorento home.When we returned the next afternoon for the Optima, the experience continued to be excellent. The detailing they did on the new Optima made it even more beautiful than the night before and the detailing they did on our leased vehicle made it truly look like new. The deal was great, paperwork was a breeze and Steve even drove the extra vehicle back with us to our house so we didn't have to make several trips.We'll be referring all of our friends to Steve at Kia of Orange Park, and be coming back again when it's time for our next vehicles.

He even took the time to make sure I understood my car before I drove off and set up my Bluetooth for my phone so I can be safe on the road. As with any car purchase, you're expected to be at the dealership for a few hours which can be aggravating but those few hours felt like just one. All the sales reps were friendly, the Manager was also awesome and DJ the finance guy was very detailed when we signed paperwork making this purchase that much easier. Being involved in the auto industry, I will make sure I mention Kia of Orange Park to all of my business associates, friends, and family. I just had the best experience at Kia of Orange Park where I purchased a Kia Forte. My daughter and I went to Kia of Orange Park a couple of months where we met David Baker. I explained my situation to him- my lease on my Honda Accord would be up in a couple of months,I had closed my restaurant a year earlier because of the economy which meant my credit wasn't good. David took us for a test drive and I really liked both the Optima and Forte. I decided to wait until it was time to turn my Honda in( Honda could not help me), so we came back to Kia December 3rd. David did a tremendous job in getting me into a Kia that he knew I would love (Forte) and also would fit my budget. He was knowledgable,easy going and definitely not pushy, which I liked. Rick Oster really worked hard also getting me financed and am I glad because I left with the best looking 2013 Black Forte!! I didn't have to buy an old used car!! I have never seen two men work harder than David and Rick to putting a smile on face and a Kia Forte in my driveway.Kia of Orange Park is one of the best dealerships around. I now understand why people brag about them. They went out of their way to help me,they are friendly and I appreciate the way my daughter and I were treated. Was working with Charles through the internet sales for several weeks trying to find the perfect Soul in our price range and specifications. Happened to come by the dealership on a Friday night to see if anything new had come in and luck would have it there was a new Soul on the lot. While it wasn't in our price range it had all the specifications and then some! We dealt with Clyde and Chris on the initial go through and they made us very comfortable with the entire process. While they encouraged us to make a decision, due to the high demand of the car - there wasn't a high sense of pressure as you would normally get. We left the dealership that night with no car but comfortable knowing that we could think it through and come back early in the morning to close it all out. Clyde gave us his card and cell phone and encouraged us to text him no matter how late to let him know if we had made a decision. We were back first thing in the AM to close out the deal. Not only were they able to work with us on the price of a brand new Soul Exclaim! but they gave us top dollar for our 2002 trade in and was able to beat our local bank and their interest rates by 1% bringing our monthly payment down to a very manageable level. The paperwork experience was rather long and tedius; however, they kept us moving throughout the time. They took us on a tour of the service center, etc. We met with Daniel Carr, Parts Manager - he seemed rather pleasant. Encouraged to see the various services they offer within the service department as well along with competitive pricing. We learned that every quarter they offer Car Clinics where they give your car free service (various offers) and you're permitted in the car bay to watch what they do during the various processes - limited spacing, but interesting nonetheless. After the tour they took us on a tour of our new car. Unlike other dealer experiences, of signing your life away and grabbing a key to head out the door - you get an education from one end to the other on your new car. The overall experience was very good and one that likely will be bringing us back for a repeat.

I have never had such a wonderful experience in buying a used car. I have bought many new cars dealing with many different Ford stores and never have I had such an experience as this one. Gary was the first person that I interacted with and he was wonderful. Rick helped in getting me financed and worked extremely hard. Here is what I found so profoundly different at Kia. The people working there or at least the ones I had interaction with truly wanted to help and go above and beyond in order to get a customer financed, but at the same time giving excellent customer service. This is the 3rd car I have bought from Rick, but the first since he has been at Kia of Orange Park. The entire deal took less than an hour to pull together on the phone and I spent less than an hour on the lot at time of delivery. I live in Tampa so everything had to be done long distance, but I was willing to make the drive to take delivery of the vehicle because of the deal and the long standing relationship with Rick. Once on the lot I was immediately greeted and the paperwork was started. Both Rick and Bryan came in on their day off to ensure everything was processed correctly and I was able to get on the road back to Tampa with ease. The sales team was more than helpful in pairing my cell phone to the blue tooth and walking me through all the features on the car.I would recommend this dealership (and already have) to anyone looking to purchase a car!

My mother in law was looking for a new car. My sister in law and myself came in doing research on her behalf. I cannot express enough how wonderful this dealership is. In needing to repair my credit, we were hesitant to apply for a car at a dealership. We were expecting to HAVE to go to a Buy Here/Pay Here place and get ripped off. Not only of our situation of less than perfect credit, I have never had to go through the buying process. My dad was a dealer and I only ever had to just go sign the paperwork for a new car. Now that he has passed on, the thought of having to do this without him sent me into a panic attack. We took a chance, applied online and found a new dealership family. Mason and Irina greeted me immediately and there was never any sugar-coating! They listened to all concerns (and life story), knew my apprehension, were never judgmental and communicated through the whole process. I would have given them 5 stars even if they had come back and told me there was nothing they could do for us. Now we are owners of a 2013 Kia Forte and are paying less than we would have at a BH/PH place for an older vehicle with extremely high mileage. And the warranty doesn't hurt either! Not only was the communication at the dealership stealer, they have kept in touch through the funding of the deal. Please do not hesitate to go online and apply at their website. We started out walking around looking for a new Kia Sorento, and were very pressed for time that day. The salesman, Q, approached us asked what we were looking for and found exactly what we wanted. We were on the test drive within 10 minutes of going on the car lot. After driving the Sorento, we knew that was what we wanted and Q went to work. He made every effort to get us in and out quickly because we were on a time limit. Meanwhile, Arthur was working hard on our behalf to find the best interest rate possible (which he succeeded finding us an amazing rate and exactly where we needed our payments to be). Our overall experience was excellent. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We want to thank them for all their hard work!

The service department was very professional and efficient. I am very pleased with their workmanship. My fiance and I decided we needed a new car. I had heard great things about KIA of OP. We left the lot in a brand new Forte. 2 weeks later the financing company called to verify my employment. In the meantime, my hours decreased (which I had no idea that was going to happen) We were told we then had insufficient income, and that if we didn't have another person to co-sign that we needed to return the car. So, we returned the car. My trade in vehicle had been left in the back parking lot with the windows down for 2 weeks, and a tropical storm had came through. I now have mildew in my vehicle, that was not there before. The floors were soaked, and the seats. The seatbelts that my children use have mildew all over them. I called to complain, bc I had not been informed of the situation before we left. The guy's response was "I was under the impression that it was dry, sorry I didn't tell you"He did tell me we could bring it back for a detail. I still am waiting for my title to my car, even though its been 2 weeks since I picked up the car. Also, when calling about my title, I asked to speak to a manager because the sales guy informed me that he does not check his voicemail. I complained to the "manager" about the mildew, to which he replied "the windows wouldn't go up, that's why they were left down" I told him that was a lie because the windows went up and down prior, and after. He then proceeded to hang up on me.

Kia of Orange Park's service gets worse and worse everytime I visit. I have been 4 times this year and each time i've had to wait 15-20 minutes before someone will ask me what I need done, even when I have a scheduled appointment! They are rude and not even eager to help get your car problems fixed. My last experience I had a screw in my tire. They didn't even look at it they just told me I needed to call the tire manufacturer to check if I had road hazard insurance and then they sent me on my way. Another time I went because it seemed like oil was burning, they checked everything (I had to pay $98 too) and said everything was fine, a week later I had a blown head gasket. After this last experience I will never go back there, horrible customer service.

Worst experiance ever, they are rude, and unwilling to make a customer happy. Sold us a brand new car with scratches and would never repair them. Then our 2011 Kia Soul started making a noise and they have had it in the repair shop for 32 days and counting. Would never suggest this dealership even to my worst enemy.

Kia of Orange Park had no issue with the miles, salt and rust damage, or the failing transmission. We were offered a very fair trade in value and we were placed into a 2011 Kia Forte. We arranged for a test drive with Moe, their Internet Manager and he gave us a great presentation about the vehicle and its options. On9/4/2010 I received a phone call to bring my 2011 sorento in for recall service.A appointment was made for 9/15 am on 9/6/10.I arrived at the dealership at 8/45 for my 9/15 appointment.The sevice writter checked me in and said it would take 1 and a half hours.At 10/30 I looked in the parking area and saw that my car had not been put in work.When I spoke to the service writter She said to many customers had been given appointments and some mechanics were not available.I informed Mr Daniel Sullivan of the situation and got my car back and left.If this going to be service after the sale I am in big trouble.I have not received a call as of yet from Kia of orange park.Daniel Givenat904/215/3348
