We wanted to look into a new Kia Sorento since mine was a 2005 with 187K Miles on it. We were approached right away but also given space to talk and think about what we wanted. Once we settled on 2 vehicles we test drove one and decided it was probably the one. We talked numbers and our salesman Richard as well as Jeff and Joey were all great to work with. We would send friends to this dealership and encourage you to be honest and tell them what you need and can afford.

Fantastic job done by Andy and Norrie on the sales side of things. Couldn't ask for better. But upon taking possession of my vehicle, multiple mechanical issues came to light. It has been taken back to be fixed several times, including battery, electrical system, transmission, computer, and a mirror assembly. We are still trying to get the transmission fixed.

Was not really looking to buy when I went to Kia of Waldorf, Md was just looking. Was met by this wonderful young salesman Daniel Carlson, he showed me cars that where in my price range and I found a car I really liked. Daniel and the sales management team worked with me on getting a deal I couldn't refuse. So long story shot I bought a car. Very happy with the car and the dealership. Great salesman, if you are looking for a car ask for Daniel. He is shockingly blunt and honest he tells you like it is. If you want to buy he will do everything possible to make it happen for you.

Buying a new KIA was very pleasant so say the least. We knew what we wanted just not the final model. Our Sales Person, Daniel Carlson was very helpful and knowledgeable. The finance person was very helpful and things went very well. After selecting the car and doing all the paper work we leftwith our new KIA. Sorry to leave behind our old car which we had for 16 years. We are enjoying driving our new KIA and hope it will last us for many years.

March 2015 I stumbled across a great deal on 2015 Soul; the dealer made it happen painlessly - really, I think I was in shock when I found myself driving my new Soul off the lot, when I hadn't really planned to trade my other car in! The 2015 was a 6-speed, which I prefer. Feb 2016 I fell and injured my 'clutch knee' (left) and after much therapy, etc., I realized that pushing a clutch was not going to make my knee better. So I visited my Kia dealer to inquire if there was anything that could be done (not expecting anything to be done, as I'd had the car only 14 mos), but the sales team pushed a bunch of numbers around, and before I knew it, I was behind the wheel of a beautiful 2016 Soul, with automatic transmission. I still can't make sense of the paperwork, but once again, they made it happen. Painless to me, other than just the sentimental attachment to my first Soul....These folks are so accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, and just all-round great. And I love my new Soul!

Just wanted to write a big thank you to all involved in my purchase of a used SUV. I initially chatted with Harry Nguyen thru their online chat feature who answered a lot of questions for me. I then spoke to Ryan in sales thru text and email and he was very helpful. Unfortunately, he was off the day I was able to come in so he had Heather Dwyer take care of me that evening and she was wonderful to deal with. I traveled over 90 miles to this dealership since they had the exact vehicle that I wanted. I kept contemplating it since it was a long trip for me since I live in PA. I am so glad that I did and I love my new (new to me!) truck! One of the Managers (Andy Thompson) even hunted around the entire dealership looking for a DVD so I could check it out in the truck. Everyone there was very nice and helpful and I am glad that I made the trip. Miss Janet in Finance is also a doll and she was very helpful in getting me financed. Ryan and Heather have both followed up to make sure that I was happy and that things were good with the vehicle.Thanks again to all involved! I will definitely pass my experience on to others :)

So not even 15 seconds after I parked and got out of my car, my sales rep Jac was opening the door and welcoming me. I let him know right then and there what he was working with as far as credit and money went. He was very descriptive knowing the answers to every question my father and I had. Jay was very helpful as well, going back and forth many times with the credit company to get me the best deal possible. I definitely would recommend this dealership to family members and friends or acquaintances. They are willing to work with you unlike most who will write you off or try and scam you with "a good deal".

Traded in my 10 yr old Highlander today. I'd done online research ahead of time, and decided on a Kia Sorento SX. The pickup (torque), roominess, price point, safety ratings, owner reviews, trim package, etc... were awesome, and Kia of Waldorf had a pre-owned one, with low mileage, on the lot. I emailed them to let them know I'd be bringing in my vehicle for appraisal; they quickly acknowledged they'd be waiting for me when I got there. They called me to set up a convenient time for me to come in. When I came in, I was treated like royalty! They explained how the car came to their lot (it was a leased vehicle), what they paid, about the remaining warranty, about all the bells & whistles on the trim package (to include a heated steering wheel!!), etc... Everyone there was patient and understanding, regarding all my questions and concerns. I dealt with Lauren (my salesperson), Kerry, Chris, Greg, Jay, and a slew of other wonderful people (whoever detailed the Sorento made it look and smell phenomenal!). Before I'd even left the building, I'd already received a "thank you" email from Lauren. How amazing is that? Trading my car was very easy, but the car they sold me has had nothing but problems and trying to schedule my car to get fixed has been impossible. I took me 5 calls of getting hung up on for them to tell me they can't help me. I do not recommend this dealership if you want a good warranty on your vehicle.

Given some personal situations I thought that buying a new car at this time was not possible. But I took a chance and stopped by the dealership. The salesperson Breanna Morey was very responsive and also extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle I was interested in. There was no pressure and everything was honest and up front. After test driving several vehicles at other dealerships, I decided to purchase at Kia of Waldorf. My first Kia purchase and I was very excited to pick up my vehicle. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle but the excitement made it feel like I had purchased a brand new car. I purchased the car on a Saturday, and picked it up on Monday. I was told that there would a full tank of gas, and that the car would be cleaned inside and out, before I picked it up. When I arrived to pick up my car, the saleman handed me the keys and I drove off the lot. As I was driving home I looked at the gas gauge and found it below half a tank. I surveyed the rest of the car to find that it had not been cleaned inside or out (smh). I drove back to the dealership and pointed all of this out to the salesman. He apologized and addressed the issues. Before leaving I suggested that in the future he take a little more time, after the sale to make sure that the merchandise is delivered in the best condition possible so as not to make the customer feel like the SALE was/is he only concern.

Joe Murphy was great to work with. Chris Austin did a good job of financing and evaluating my trade. There is a disconnect with the business office. I traded in my 2014 Optima on 9/15/15. Obtained a 10 day pay off from my credit union. Received a call today (9/29/15) from the credit union because my payment hasn't been received. Payment was due on the 17th but have a 15 day grace period. I contacted Joe to see what happened. He said he doesn't know what happened but the check is being overnighted today! 14 days later! Who knows how long it would have taken if I hadn't of contacted the dealership. It's never taken over 14 days for a loan to be paid whenever I've traded any vehicle.

I made and appointment a few days before I took my Sorento in for it's first service. The appointment was set for 10:00 am and my vehicle was taken to the service bay at 10:00 am. The service was performed and the car was ready in about 45 minutes. It is so rare to get top knotch service these days like the service I just received from Kia of Waldorf.

Raymond (aka Mike) is a very relatable, honest, and laid back guy. He was professional but not to the point where you felt like you were talking to a typical salesman. I could tell he wasn't there just to make money for himself, but that he honestly cared about my needs no matter what I decided. He also made jokes and told his personal opinions on each car we looked at while keeping his patience. I believe Mike brings energy into his work place and having that along with his other qualities makes car shopping so much easier and less stressful as a customer. As a single woman I can tell you that I have had horrific experiences at car dealerships. So, I was anxious and ready for battle when I walked into Waldorf KIA. I expected to be bombarded with super pushy and fairly obnoxious sales reps. Instead, Bre Morey greeted me pleasantly with a genuine smile and offered to show me around the lot. Bre introduced me to her manager Jared and told him about my previous experiences with dealers. Jared shook my hand, looked me square in the eye and told me that my buying experience with them will move at my pace and promised that I would not be disrespected by anyone on their lot. They simply don't do business that way. And you know what he was right! No yelling, no arguing, everyone seemed happy to be doing their respective jobs. Bre and Jared gave me a great deal. So much so I hugged Bre and did my happy dance right there in the showroom. Next I was greeted by Chris in Finance, who has got to be the coolest finance guy I have ever met. He was straight forward and personable. He treated me the same way that he would treat any man who walked into his office (any woman who has bought a car from a less reputable place knows what I mean). Stellar service all the way around. Kudos Waldorf KIA! You just earned yourselves a family of customers for life!

My experience at your dealership began with Jac. He was helpful, friendly, pleasant, and patient. What he was not was pushy. He determined what I had in mind and then showed me cars he thought would suit me. I settled on a black Sonata with lots of bells and whistles. I had an oil change done by Kia of Waldorf Service Department on a Wednesday and noticed it was leaking a significant amount of oil by Friday. I assumed something might have been forgotten during the oil change. They were sooooo apologetic and nice initially. But they said they determined there was nothing wrong with the oil change and that oil was leaking from the crank shaft seal. They did a bunch of work including replacing the seal but it did not fix the problem. They called Kia tech support and determined it needed a new engine at 113,000 miles which is ridiculous in itself. They still wanted to charge me for at least some of the work as "their technician was not making any money". It is not my fault at all there their was a misdiagnosis and they did all that work. I take it to the mechanic to diagnose it and trust if they cant fix it I wont be charged for a broken car? I spoke to Dean on the phone and he was quite unprofessional. I stated that I did not feel I should be charged for the work because it is not my fault it was misdiagnosed and the car is broken. Some of the statements he made during the conversation were "Im Done!" and "You don't have to pay anything but we will take all of the new parts off that we put on but I cant guarantee we will have your old parts to put back on." Then I gave in and said I would pay $250 (for a car with a broken engine and a car that Kia said is worth $500 as it sat with the broken engine). Then when I call back to pay, the guy at the front desk said the bill was $398.68. I finally got my car out of there but Dean continued to refuse to honor the $250 I reluctantly agreed to pay. It was a nightmare and I strongly discourage taking your Kia there for service or even buying a Kia.

when I stopped in to the Kia on 6-12-15, I was welcomed and Kym listened to the issue I was having. I came in to see if I could be seen anytime that day/if not, than make an appt for another day. Kym assessed the situation and stated the techs would be able to do a quick computer check on why the engine light was coming on, even tho, i had always made sure the gas tank cap was turned to the "one click" requirement. bottom line, Kym was GREAT!!! she explained the results and informed me that if engine light comes on again to call and she would get me in right away.

After reading this non-biased summary of what's happened with my deal since the time of purchase, make your own decision on whether or not you feel comfortable with working with this dealership.- New Kia purchased on 5/9/15. Traded in my vehicle that was financed through another company for the purchase. Before signing new paperwork I asked the finance manager if the deal for the new loan was definitely approved since I had added on some extra coverages after the initial approval and he said it shouldn't be a problem. All paperwork is signed for deal.- Return on 5/11 with the 2nd title to my previous vehicle since it was registered in Maryland (previous lienholder has copy #1) and the remainder of the documentation required for the new loan. - Starting 5/14 (approximately), I get calls 3x/day from the previous lienholder that my payment hasn't been received. Call the dealer and leave message with sales manager and title/payoff lady to call me back to confirm the status of the payoff of my trade in. No call returned. Payment for previous lienholder for May was due 5/10/15.- On 5/29 I receive a letter from new lienholder (now 3 weeks after car purchase) saying they weren't financing the Kia. Call Kia and was told by finance that subsequent talks had been held and that they'd had to drop some of my additional coverages in order for the deal to remain. Was told I had to come back in and sign all new paperwork for the new Kia to reflect the changed coverages. Previous lienholder still calling me 3x/daily.- New paperwork is signed for revised Kia loan on 6/7 because I couldn't get into the dealership any earlier than that due to work hours/illness/family obligations. Was told everything is fine and that if contract wasn't approved by new lienholder by 6/11, I'd make first payment (due 6/23) to the dealership on behalf of the car while the paperwork was processed. Was not informed anything about previous vehicle not being paid off. Meanwhile, previous lienholder continues to call me 3x a day about payment.- On 6/11, I emailed finance/GM/president to let them know that I had received the approval letter from the new lienholder and that I needed them to get in touch with the previous lienholder to let them know about the status of my payoff. No response.- On 6/12, previous lienholder escalates my non-payment to repo status and informs me now that I am two payments behind on the vehicle (payment for 5.10.15 and 6.10.15 are owed + late fees) so they're going to repo the vehicle on 6/22 if vehicle hasn't been paid off by Kia. - Immediately called Kia after phone call from previous lienholder to talk to the titling person to find out about payoff and to let her know repo order. I am nastily informed she is calling no one about the issue because she is not allowed to. She says she will be calling to get the updated payoff amount this morning after hounding the finance guy the whole time, getting a check overnighted to them and it should be hitting my Ford account by Monday morning. She tells me that she had just gotten the paperwork yesterday evening for the new loan saying it had finally been secured with funding and that they don't make any payoffs until new financing had been obtained. I told her I understood that, but that I had left numerous messages for her and sent emails to finance and the GM over the past month to let me know what was going on and I never responded to by anyone. She said she would have finance/GM call Ford to let them know that check was being sent and to update the account. I told her that I wanted her to also leave a note with the message that I wanted a confirmation email sent to me after it was done. She sounded doubtful that it would happen.I have one trip left to this dealership and that is to pick up my new tags when they come in.

He was honest, super friendly, answered all the questions that I asked and not only did Zach take the stress out of buying a vehicle, but actually made it an enjoyable experience definitely being my first purchased vehicle. I should mention that the manager Chris Austin and the finance gentleman Mike Austin were fantastic as well. Mike was able to break down the warranty differences and helped me pick the right one. "We arrived at Kia, Waldorf, on 5/7/15 and asked to see the above Nissan Altima. Lauren went in the back, returned and said it was "on the rack," for a state inspection and couldn't be seen at the moment. However, she said there was a newer Nissan Altima available for $8,000. We said we were not interested in the newer model, would go for a meal, and call back later to see if it was off the rack. About two hours later we called and were told it was still on the rack. Late afternoon the next day, 5/8/15, we called. Lauren said it was being worked on and she didn't know when it would be ready. About an hour later we called and said we really liked the car and would like to put a deposit on it. Lauren got a manager, Chris, who said it needed work and the price would have to be raised by $1,500. When queried on what work needed to be done Chris said he didn't know the specifics. We said the car was advertised as having had a 150 point inspection and was ready for purchase, now it wasn't, so it appears to be a classic "bait and switch" tactic. Then another individual got on the phone but I didn't get his name. He also couldn't say what work had to be done but the car wasn't safe to go on the road. When I reminded him that the car was advertised as ready for sale with a 150 point inspection, and that I would complain to the Better Business Bureau, he said the car was no longer for sale and then hung up. My next step is to lodge a complaint with the BBB based on Kia of Waldorf's false advertising.

I sent my son for the first service on my new Sorento. He is NOT patient and I was concerned he would be frustrated by the wait and complain about the chore. He raved about the experience! Kia's showroom is calming,,. it didn't have a feeling of a shark tank. The service representatives were courteous and accommodating. Ms. Morgan Traudt, assisted by Mr. Jarrad, was awesome, Personal and professional, Ms. Morgan was knowledgeable about the products, where she wasn't sure, she found out. Yesterday I spent several hours online looking for a used MANUEL Honda Civic, no more than 5 years old. After numerous searches, I found that this dealer had just one Honda, a 2013 Civic LX with stick shift and with only about 21,000 miles. The price seemed very reasonable. I sent the info to my son who also thought this was a good offer. So I called and spoke with Zach who had a very pleasant phone manner and said that the car was still available at the price listed online. I told him that I was very interested and would get to the dealership about 11:15 the following morning. That was an 85-mile drive, one-way and Zach met me on their parking lot. The car met all my expectations and I drove it a couple of miles with Zach in the car. I said that I would take it and Zach got the paper work filled out. This car is replacing a '95 Civic with over 332,000 miles. Because I would get very little for it as a trade-in, even though I have kept it in very good mechanical shape, I will keep it and probably donate it. Since I was alone, the folks at Kia let me take my much newer Civic home and allowed me to keep the old one on their back, locked lot. My son will drive me back there the day after tomorrow to pick up the '95 Civic. All the folks that I interacted with were very friendly and I felt they were sincere in their business transactions. It was refreshing that there was absolutely no pressure. Although Zach is fairly new to his sales position, he did a fine job! The whole experience was very positive and I would recommend this dealership. The drive home was great!

In 2011 I purchased a Kia Soul..... I could not have selected a better car! Four years later and people are still coming up to me asking me how I like it... Strangers. At first it was the new car, the funky shape and "Hamster appeal." Now, people ask if they are as good as the reviews say.Recently I was in for a tune up and the service staff was just as pleasant as the day I drove off the lot! From the scheduling of the appointment to waiting in the clean and roomy wait area, I cannot give enough kudos to Waldorf KIA. As for mentioning any individual by name, I have to say that everyone I have encountered is over the top competent, polite and caring. How wonderful to see people working together as a unit, happily...really enjoying their job. While I walked through the showroom, I could not help but stop and admire the 2015 Blue Carribean special. The salesperson was very informative and warm, not pushy or crowding in any way. Over the weekend I test drove a Fiat, well, all four of them. They look so... European, so cool, certainly one of the "it cars" to have. Still Loving my KIA!!!!!!!! In fact, I think I need to go back and visit that nice young man at KIA and trade up for that 2015 model. I can't wait!!!!!

I've owned a Kia Optima since 2010 and loved it so I knew I was looking for an Optima when it was time to buy a new car. After doing my homework on line, I called for an appointment and was connected with Mike Renfro (not sure why he's listed as Raymond Renfro here). Mike asked me a few questions and we set the appointment for 2 hours later. I arrived to a warm welcome and the car Mike thought I'd like (based on my answers to his questions on the phone) was out front all warmed up and ready for a test-drive. It was absolutely the perfect choice for me and I would've not even looked further if a limited-edition Sol didn't catch my eye. I test drove it for just a minute before heading back to the dealership to buy the Optima Mike had picked out. BAM. That's all there was to my decision process. The trade-in deal done with Chris Austin the manager, and financing paperwork with Mike Austin were both pleasant and took under 2 hours - Before I knew it, I was driving home in my beautiful new car. My experience at this dealership was nothing short of amazing. When I came to the dealership I knew exactly what I wanted, the Kia Sorento. I initially met my salesman Mike Renfo when I came to test drive the car about a month before I purchased and the one thing I loved about Mike was that he wa so honest and personable without the added pressure. He told me everything I needed to know and could even stand by what he said about the vehicle having owned one which I really appreciated. When I came back to purchase on my car on my third visit I really appreciated that Mike maintained his professionalism and customer service until the very end. He even filled it with gas, had my heated seats on, the radio station pre-set to the station I'd listened to on our test drive, and pulled to the front. I know this may sound odd, but they follow up way too much. I swear 6 different people emailed me multiple times each before I even went to the dealership. I feel like I've been hounded. Everyday it's a new (generic?) email and I told them I would reach out to them if they had a vehicle that I liked. I know they probably value customer service but they need a system where they can see who followed up with who and how many times. Like give me a break. It became so annoying that I had to unsubscribe.

I first went to Kia of Waldorf back in 2012 looking for a new vehicle for my mother-in-law and I walked off the lot with a new vehicle for me as well. They gave me a deal I could not refused so I traded in my 325 BMW for a Kia Optima Turbo and I haven't looked back. Since then, I have purchased two other Kia's (Kia Cadenza and Kia Optima) and I look forward in buying more in the near future. Where are you at K-900??? The quality of service, professionalism, friendliness of the staff is second to none. They are the best in my opinion and when I go there, I know that they are going to do their best and give me and my family first-class service... You can buy a car anywhere... you can get a car serviced anywhere.... but if you want some people who down right care about the customer... check these guys out! Along with my Cadenza I will likely return there Friday to get my wife a Kia Soul as well. I sent a dear friend to them today because I knew Jeff would take care of them and I even referred a supervisor at my work to them! Bottom Line...Fair, honest, fun and dedicated people make up this dealership's sales department.Thank you as well to Jay for putting up with my demands and not throwing me out of the dealership, Chirs Austin for making the boring part in finance last all of 10 minutes with my crazy 6 yr old on hand and last but not least Chris Burroughs for being patient."Get off the roof Chris! I purchased two cars from this dealership, one new Kia and one used Toyota. It has been only 3 months and the Toyota is stuck in reverse. I was told to take it somewhere and let them know what is wrong. They may be able to do something. What? Why cant i bring it to you to look at. I think this is very poor customer service. Everything is great when you are buying but just like all other dealerships that is where the customer support stops. I brought to them 3 car sales. and what do I get in return. Go elsewhere. Never again, never again.

I will start off by saying, this was my first time ever buying a brand new car/buying from a dealership. And I mean it when I say that it was the best,most hassle free experience EVER! Today, July 1, 2014, I bought a 2014 Kia Forte Ex. Morgan was such a pleasure to work with. Ever since I contacted this dealership and explained that I was interested in buying a new car, Morgan has stayed in constant contact with me. I had originally went to look at a Kia Optima but ended up test driving the Forte and I tell you, I fell in love. After test driving the Forte, I told Morgan I loved it and she went above and beyond to make sure I got it! I work in retail and have years experience in customer service, knowing what my customers expect from me, it means a lot to me to be treated the same .. With that being said it is safe to say that the service I received from this dealership was phenomenal. Two thumbs up! It took some time but Morgan, Jay and Chris all worked with me on every level. Everything was explained to me thoroughly from monthly payments to my warranty including what would be covered and what wouldn't. I am forever grateful for them making it happen. Because of them I was able to drive away with a smile on my face. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in a heartbeat.

We bought a 2014 optima on Friday June 27th and had a great experience. We worked with Shaun & Chris and they were wonderful! They were both very professional but personable to our situation at the same time! They were able to help us find the car we loved and didn't let us leave until we were convinced to sign papers. Chris did everything he could with numbers to get us out the door with the price we didn't want to exceed. We had went to other dealerships in the area and no one was willing to budge on numbers and they were no where near as friendly and willing to help. Even the general manager of the location introduced himself to us and congratulated us! Overall awesome experience !!!

I would NEVER recommend this shady dealership to anyone. I purchased a CPO vehicle Jan 2013. My a/c had issues starting in March 2013. Then in September 2013 it went out completely. I finally brought the vehicle back in May 2014 for the same issue. Again they recharged the a/c. Today I went back because of the same problem and they refused to cover under warranty saying it has a hole in the compressor from a rock and it's not a warranty issue! Also, they never input my info for a certified preownvehicle and still giving me a run around. They're rude and shady!

I was given a promise agreement to fix a sensor if I purchased the car. KIA REFUSED TO FIX IT NOW!Morgan was very helpful! The General Manager was the problem after the others I dealt with. He wouldn't fix the sensor they promised to fix. I have the written agreement. He claim the 30 day warranty was over. Sure it's pass the 30 days but I never received a call from them and I made several attempts to contact them. They always gave me "the we will call you". Now that it's been 2 months they telling me I need to go to Volvo because they tried to fix it. Sales tell me one thing and service tell me another. Then the General Manager just told me flat out he's not going to fix it! I will be seeking legal advice with my documentation. I am a Federal Police Officer and I know that this is totally wrong and unfair practice! I only give stars for Morgan the sales person. This issue went above her level!

My husband and I recently helped our daughter purchase a car and found all people at this dealership a pleasure to work with. We had most contact with the General Manager, Jay Wedick, and with our sales representative, Mike Austin. Both gentlemen addressed my 23 year old daughter with a lot of sensistivity and respect. We appreciated that and it made the entire experience of purchasing her first car such a happy one. We went to six other dealerships to compare cars of similar size including another Kia dealership in Virginia. Kia of Waldorf stood out as best with regard to stating all necessary information clearly, as well as pricing for the car, getting the color of car my daughter preferred and treating us so well. We purchased the Forte EX in Waldorf and would not hesitate to come back to this dealership for another car. They were candid, gave us a great deal, and very nice to work with. Mike came in on his day off to accomodate the work schedule of all of us. Both times we came to the dealership to consider purchasing this car for her, Mike and Jay could not have been easier to work with.

Working with the sales department at this dealer has been the WORST experience ever. It went sour almost immediately. It was late when we came in to look at the car. So an interest rate was written on a piece of paper and I was promised the rate.(They did do a credit check and all that good stuff)They told me to take the car overnight (the banks were closed)and they PROMISED that when I came back the next day they would have the paperwork ready with THAT rate. I came back the next day and they could not get that rate. I had already traded my car in and drove the car home so of course I didn't want to take my car back and leave (now I'm wishing I just would have). So they told me to call my bank to see what rate I could get. My bank gave me an outrageous rate. They did end up getting me a better rate, but still not the one that was promised when I drove off with the car. Then, about 20 or so days later... my bank starts calling me stating that they had not receive payment on my trade in vehicle (which the dealer gave me pay off so it should have been paid 20 days ago). I had to call the dealer and ask them the status of paying off my vehicle. They had not even submitted the payment after 20 days. MY account would have went to collections in 10 more days.So after all that, I go to pick up my tags. I had asked for the bay tags. Needless to say I didn't get them. Then, my car has an issue. The passenger window would not go up and down. No problem, I went into service and they fixed it for free. The fix worked for a few days, then the window stopped working again.This is where it gets ugly. I called the dealer and asked when I could come in to have it looked at. I was told I had to drop my car off that I could not wait for it. So I ask sales if they would cover a rental. They first told me they didn't have a rental agreement with anyone (which service told me they did). Then when i mentioned that service said they DID have rentals, they proceeded to tell me that they don't cover them for less than 3 days (so they lied to me). So I went up there to speak with them in person for one last attempt at getting them to cover my rental because I strongly feel I shouldn't have had to cover it.I was told by ANDY the manager that "If i did this for every customer I would be broke". I don't care about every customer. I am not every customer. Then I tried to explain my whole experience and he told me "I don't remember it happening that way", basically calling me a liar. He began to argue with me and I brought up poor customer service and he abruptly cut me off saying "I don't care, I'm not covering your rental". So, I drop my car with service, have them shuttle me to a rental place and I get a rental. I needed my car fixed. I wait about half an hour and finally $240 later I pull off in the rental. No sooner than I pull off in the rental, the dealer calls me. "Your car is ready, it didn't take as long as we expected". SO i went through all that BS for no reason! So i take the rental back, and call the dealer and ask for a shuttle back (service was still open). They respond by asking if they can use MY car to pick us up. They used my car to pick us up from the rental place, and we had to take the "Shuttle" driver back to the dealer. REALLY??So that pretty much sums up the experience. As you can see, EVERY STEP of the way was horrible, and I would NEVER EVER recommend this dealer to anyone. Unless you are looking for a headache. Very very poor customer service, and they make it apparent that they only care about money.

Since our cars were 17 years old, we started looking for new cars. We actually hit every dealership on 301 in Waldorf, Maryland to determine the dealership and car to buy from. The employees at KIA in Waldorf were not only helpful and friendly but they way they worked with us on the new car was fantastic. We were never under any pressure to buy a specific car and they let us take our time while we drove many models and decided what we wanted. JC was our sales person and he was great with answering any and all questions we had to include extras that we would like on the car. After we decided which car we wanted Andy and Chris worked with us on price and getting a car loan. Again we told them what we wanted our payments to be and they went out of their way to get that price for us. They were so fantastic that with in that month we bought two more KIAs, one for my wife and one for my daughter. Once my adult son saw the cars he decided to trade in his and bought a KIA also from the same dealership. Four cars in one month for our family tells you how wonderful this dealership is. We also have used their Service Department and we couldn't ask for a better group of people to help us. Jessica is so friendly and knows the cars extremely well. She is insightful in what problems you are having and passes this knowledge to Brian and Dale. The team in the service department go out of their way to make sure everything is fixed the first time. They even make sure that your car is cleaned inside and washed on the outside so it looks new every time you pick it up. I have highly recommended this dealership to my family and friends and they have bought cars from them also and have been extremely happy. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a great car, new or used.

I would not recommend this dealership. They were very pushy, would not let us out of there without a car. They gave us the worst trade in value for our car (a Kia). All the cars we test drove had no gas in them and were dirty. They kept talking badly about other dealerships we had visited. Not a good experience at all.

I was shopping for a 2012 Kia Sportage and had already gotten prices online. This dealership is much closer than other dealers I had been doing online and phone correspondence with. I decided to stop in to see what they had. They did not have the exact model I was looking for, but they agreed to beat the best price I had gotten from other dealers and get the vehicle we wanted. They did all that within 1 day. They also agreed to the price I requested for my trade. Do your homework online and know your pricing, but these guys are easy to work with.
