After it being completely booked, I was able to be squeezed in, and get my car serviced. Service was Excellent. Communication was Excellent. I knew exactly what was going on, and was informed of new things to be on the lookout for. I live out DE and only come back to West Chester to get my car serviced. From the Service Department to the Manager I have experienced 5 +++++STARS here!!!!!! I cannot say enough about the service I have received......they walk out to your car, open the door for you......so polite & kind I have stopped in there quite a few times, out of the blue, to get help with my phone ,to connect my contacts...and other misc things. Instead of going to my mobile store....I know when I go to KIA of West Chester, someone is there to guide me thru..... anything at all ...always with professionalism , respect and very courteous ! They know who I am......they greet me ...nothing at all is too small nor too big for them to help me with......

I bought a 2013 KIA Sorento back in 2013. I bought it the day after the previous owner traded it in. When we purchased the car our sales rep Chris Burke said we could bring it back any time for an auto detail since we bought it after a trade in. 2 years later I sent it back for the auto detail and and recall. When I received my car back they did not detail the car. It was a glorified vacuum job. Also, they did not put the outlet back in place after the recall. All of the screws were out and missing? I called to inquire about the vacuum job and the recall. "Tom" from service called me back 6 days later. I missed Tom's call as I am a teacher and he didn't return my call. After 7 more tries "Tom" finally called me back. I explained to him my situation. Tom said that isn't their policy to detail a car after 30 days. I explained to Tom that if I knew there was a 30 day policy I certainly would have had it detailed within the time frame. Also, when I explained to Tom the service didn't put the center console back together he blamed it on me! I asked Tom to put himself in my shoes, the consumer. Tom said he didn't have time to do so! I asked Tom for his manager and he said the owner is his manager and he will not speak to customers. Thanks Tom, I will never buy a KIA from West Chester again. As a teacher, coach and parent in the town I live in I will make sure they do the same!

worst time I have ever had. initially went to look at used vehcles in my price range but I could not even look at the vehicles without the salesman trying to push me into a new one. Plus most of the vehicles that he showed me belonged in a scap yard. When we got back inside the dealership he left to getthe prices of said junk heaps and I walked out. Complete wast of my time and i will never come here again.

Terell, Russ, and Moe were all very helpful in securing a lease deal for Our brand new Kia Sorrento! We are thrilled with this vehicle. The team went the extra mile to make sure my wife could have all wheel drive (which is important for a nurse driving in winter). They plan to install heated seats as well. We were excited to learn that with the lease Jim Sipalas team will provide all oil changes and state inspections during the lease period! W are very happy customers.

So, a week ago, I got a call from the Kia Dealership where I had purchased my 2912 Sportage in Nov 2011. IApparently, Jim Sapala KIA is expanding its preowned business and they needed used Sportages. I thought okay see what they have to say. Well they did a fantastic job of getting me into. another Sportage. I Love my SPORTAGE. I bought a used Chrysler 200 and was very unhappy with my car but felt forced into it by the salesman a year and a half ago, the car has needed so much work since I purchased it! I spoke with Dan via internet sales who seemed confident he could get me out of my current car and into something safer for me and my family... I have credit issues but he didnt seem to concerned about that and wanted to help... upon arrival I was told to deal with Tarick Hoo, he would not tell me what they would give me for my trade and also told me I would get more money for my trade if I was buying a vehicle (which I was there to do) after sitting for about 45 minutes he went to speak with his manager about what they could do, the manager never once came over to speak with me but sat in his corner (as if I was bothering him) Tarick came back and said "you have 2 options, give us 5000$ down or let my current car get repo'd" .... I already have bad credit and thanks to them I am stuck in a car that is unsafe and he wants me to let it get REPO'D! How is this ethical business practice? I have put myself in a terrible position with my credit and I accept that but for them to recommend I let my car repossessed so they can sell another "unsafe" car is incredibly ballsy! I have told my story to everyone I know and will continue to tell anyone who will listen about this... next step is the BBB ....

After a recent service appointment, I received an email regarding their new vehicle exchange program. I mulled over this for a week or so before deciding to take the leap and schedule an appointment. I received a call from Dan Cowles and within the hour was at the dealership. I was looking to trade in my 2011 Kia Soul for a newer model though I hardly thought I be walking about with a brand new 2016 Kia Soul! Dan was able to answer all my financial, technical, and some pretty random questions throughout the entire process with ease! I was concerned going into the dealership on my own but Dan was genuinely invested in addressing my concerns and enlisted the help of Dennis Youn (who has always been extremely helpful!) to work through service work on my previous vehicle to help me determine the best maintenance package for my new vehicle. Dan's bright personality and vast knowledge made my few hours at the dealership a breath of fresh air!

I am extremely happy with this Kia dealership. We had an appointment with Tarick Hoo but Anthony Glover helped us out to help Tarick out because they were so busy. Anthony Glover was excellent. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the brand and the vehicle. Everyone was very helpful and they all worked as a team and efficiently. And I ended up getting the vehicle I had been looking at for six months!! I had visited six or so other dealerships (Kia and others) and this was by far the best dealership for buying a vehicle. Anthony is no longer in sales but should be!! We had a great experience and we traveled about an hour to visit the West Chester location. I would definitely travel to West Chester again for a Kia!!!

I went into Kia of West Chester unsure if I was able to get into an affordable vehicle as I still owed more than what my Trade was worth. I went the Dealer thinking I would have to settle for 5 year old Used SUV, and left with a brand new Sportage. Robia did a great job at working through my needs and wants in a vehicle and budget. (She was SUPER patient with me and my 2 kids, including helping me lug my car seat from vehicle to vehicle to test drive. She was GREAT!). Tom worked with me and made miracles happen and was able to get us into the vehicle I wanted at the price I needed. Dan did a great job making everything happen "behind the scenes" and made paper work a breeze! Cody did a great job going over the vehicle with me and making sure I fully understood all the features of the vehicle. This was my 3rd time buying a vehicle from the dealership and each experience is above and beyond.

I have been a customer of West Chester Kia for over 5-years and there is one thing that always brings me back and this is Dennis Young. I will start by saying, I do not worry about bringing in my car for service since I always know there is someone who always looks out for the customer. This is not typical of my experience with other dealers. Over the last few years, my KIA Shortage has experience different difficulties. This include basic wear and tear, damage tire due to potholes to more complex items such as a backup camera not working all of the time (very difficult to troubleshot). Regardless of the circumstances I now I can work with and trust Dennis.

I've been responsible for the sale or lease of 9 KIA vehicles since I got my 2011 Forte Koup. Myself(3), my wife(2), mother-in-law, sister-in-law, brother and best friend. I traded in my first KIA at Kia of West Chester and have been back ever since. My rep Dan has become more than just my car salesman but a friend. Everyone at the dealership starting is always welcoming and they make me feel at home as soon as I arrive. Dan actually bought my first Kia after I traded it in. Since then we've been back to see him 5 more times. I've since moved almost 1.5 hours away from Kia of West Chester, and I still would not go anywhere else.

Dan Cowles was fantastic. And, still is. Although I didn't receive the deals that brought me into the dealership, I feel I was treated fairly. Dan went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with everything in the process. He's followed up and has put my concerns to rest about my trade-in. I would highly recommend him to any family and friends that would be in the market for a car. This was a great place to shop for and buy a new car. Actually, two new cars. My wife traded in her 2011 Ford Fiesta and leased a 2015 Forte and I ended up trading in my 2009 Dodge Caliber for a 2015 Optima the following week. Eric and Tom were very willing to work with my wife and I to get to a monthly payment that was comfortable and offered much more than KBB on our trade-ins. They were professional through out the process and really took the time to explain everything. Trust me, I was a PITA during the process but Eric, being the consummate professional he is, answered every question in detail. We enjoyed the experience so much we brought a friend the following week who traded in her 2013 VW Jetta CLI for a 2015 Sportage. I highly recommend Eric and Tom along with the rest of the team at Kia of West Chester!

I brought my car in end of March had oil change full check up, asked if any problems for inspection in a 8 weeks or so, No no problems. I brought my car in beginning of June, Now many problems arose? I waited an hour and twenty min before they even took my car back . 10 am appointment arrived 5 min til 10< Took car back 11:24 because i was complaining, At 12 i was told my car can not pass inspection small marker light out in back ,ok and the same front fender that was damaged by someone hitting and running me at a mall now does not pass? Passed past 3 years here for inspection prior?on drivers side, The mechanic Brett, took a picture with his cell and sent it to the state police, Never asked me or cared to discuss any of this with your customer first?Now it is 12:24 . I drive 45 min to get to you and i have to do all this again! Stick your free inspection! I am going to a reputable service center where a customer and their privacy and time are considered!

I found that they are sensitive to the needs of the customers that come through their door. They are very honest and they did everything they could to make me a happy and satisfied customer. My customer service experience was phenomenal. I like the way they worked together as a team to service my need. My first contact was over the internet with Eric. Eric followed up with me right away. Eric kept following up. Shortly after my arrival on site Eric turned me over to Anthony. Another gentleman gave me the credit app to complete. Anthony asked me what color I wanted than escorted me outside to choose the color I wanted. I did not have a lot of time that day. I knew what I could afford to pay. They met me in the middle. Paperwork was completed, they told me I could leave with my car that day but I did not have time to make the transfer. I picked up my car the following business day. Great customer service is really important to me. Thank you

I had an emergency situation on a Friday afternoon where the sliding door of my minivan got stuck open. Was in King of Prussia from out of town with several kids and needed help. Leigh let me come in despite it being close to closing and promised to at least help to get the door closed, but went the extra mile and removed the panel and fixed the entire door. The staff was very sensitive to the situation I was in and worked to get me and the kids home safe. I had another dealer tell me they just couldn't help despite my emergency and pleading, and my kids being stuck with me. This place understood and worked with me. They were not my local dealer and the repair was covered under warranty, but they went out of their way to help. Great place. Couldn't speak highly enough about them.

Place has horrible people, Commercials are horrible, and they make you crazy just enduring all of the hype when if you just did some research you can find a much better deal. Ending up buying a Nissan from a place out near Lancaster County for the sole reason that the Amish don't believe in television and don't put out commercials about some kid named Anthony and his mom talking about how he went to Hollywood. Plus they only care about turning a profit, they're not crazy, they're evil.

I was in the market for a new car and called Jim Sipala KIA and made an appointment to test drive and SUV with all wheel drive. The Salesperson asked me what car I wanted and what color and he said he would have that color and AWD vehichle ready and filled with gas when I got there. I got there and he said they didnt have that vehichle on the lot but this color was exactly like it and he could get me the color I wanted. I sat down to make the deal and was given a financial offer and value for my trade trade by the owner, and the salesperson confirmed in front of the owner it was for All Wheel Drive they both had a discussion about it. I didnt want to be rushed and after feeling pressured, went home to think about it. The next day the Finance Manager called to tell me they were sorry but the price they quoted me only applied to a front wheel drive model, but oh here's what I'll do for you for a All Wheel Drive. Talk about the OLD BAIT AND SWITCH!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Severe irresponsibility and negligence is the name of their game. The only reason I am giving them one star is because you cant give a zero. Like other car dealerships they are your best friend until you sign on the dotted line...then the complete and total incompetence begins...and last for MONTHS.I traded in my car for a 2013 Optima. The car had recently been exchanged by its previous owner so the exterior was very dusty. They assured me that they would do a full body job on it before delivering it to me (I live over an hour away). The day they were supposed to deliver my vehicle, they waited until the last minute (While I sat home waiting for hours thinking they were coming) to tell me that they didn't have anyone who could drive manual and I would have to wait until the next day. The next day, sorry the next evening after I again waited all day, my car arrives and much to my shock and dismay there are 3 people in it who look like they are our cruising in their new car-music blaring and all. I give her the keys to my trade in and as I turn to go into my house she yells, "WAIT, I can't drive stick. No one told me it was stick." ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!!! I then have to spend my time giving her a lesson on how to drive a manual transmission, when I should be in the house helping my kids with homework and making dinner.Oh, but little did I know the fun was just beginning. The next morning I go out to my car to find that there is cracked/chipped paint along the passenger side door and swirl marks all over the car from a very poorly done buff job. I call the dealer and they feign ignorance, "oh, we didnt know. Just bring it back to us and we will paint it." Did I mention I live over an hour away. I now had to drive back to the dealer missing another day of work. By the time I get my car back (a week later!!!!) its sowing like crazy for weeks on end..so it takes me til the thaw to realize that they didn't actually even bother to paint the car as they'd agreed. They simply painted over the chipped paint and did another amateur buff job.BUT WAIT THERES MORE!!! Today (6 months after buying the car), my car gets towed from in front of my house due to expired registration. WHY? Because the irresponsible negligent folks over at the dealership charged me for a transfer and renewal of my registration, but never bothered to do the latter. Which means unbeknownst to me Ive been driving around with small children for 3 months without registration. WTF???!!! Do you know how dangerous that is?? They then inform me that, "oh, we also overcharged you by $143.97". WHAT? When were you going to tell me that. Never. Just like I would never have learned that you FORGOT TO RENEW my registration until my car was impounded. Wow. SMH. Is it wrong of me to expect thoroughness and competence from a car dealership around all things car related??

I was on my way to another Kia dealership and decided to stop by West Chester Kia just to take a look since they were much closer. My sales person was Eric Trembicki, he is a young fellow who is very knowledgeable, went the extra mile to accommodate me.. and honestly he got me in the car that I wanted which was fully loaded. Even though it was a long day, at the end of it all the best was when he took time out to show me all the neat tricks my car could do. He even sync my I phone, which get ++++ points from an old gale such as myself. Oh and thanks again for coming to my job to attach the tags. Overall I give him 5 stars. Go check him out

I had found hyundai santa fe on cargus for 9995 and i wanted so i went there on saturday i get there with my wife we take it for a test drive.We are going down the street my wife hits the brakes and you hear the brakes dig in to the rotors bad so i say something to jas in the back seat and he tells me that they will fix it when they get a commitment to buy it.We get back and a manager comes out with numbers and said it was 13 thousand and some dollars and i told him why. He tells me the car was 12995 and i told him the internet said 9995 . He said what website was i on and i told him cargus but he said that the website of kia of west chester said that it was 12995 and said so did cargus .I told him to find it so he starts looking in the fine print and to his dismay there was nothing there so he leaves in a huff.He comes back in 2 minutes and has numbers an tells 10666 and i tell him good get the brakes fixed and i take it then since he came down on the price he procedes to tell me it is now a as is vehicle and they were not going to fix anything.I did not fall off the last turnip truck and told him to keep it.I would not recomend them to anyone not even to buy a scooter.

I was very happy with the way Jas W accomandated most of our questions concerning the E-Mail which we received not til January the13th. We responded because the appeal for our 2012 Kia Sorento was very interesting. Since we only had approximately 19870 miles on our leased Sorento, the sales person was very much interested in getting us into a 2014 Sorento. I brought along the E-Mail copy with my VIP CLIENT No. 26985. THe E-Mail indicated that with all the incentives the new monthly payments would be the same or lower than the the current figure. I certainly assumed that the additional Visa gift card as a token of your appreciation would be given to me at the time of signing all the required legal papers. This did not happen, and I was somewhat shocked by the managers attitude that I was not I titled to the 300$ Visa Card. The said E-Mail made no mention of any clear conditions given by the dealer that would exclude my receiving the said 300$ Visa card. I have been very reluctant to spread any news of my purchase to all our friends who live in our Retirement community in Fox Hill Farm. I want some assurance that the owners Jim Sipala are made aware of the way I was treated. Thank you for any consideration on my appeal. Don Phillips

I arrived at your KIA dealership in west Chester on a rainy day with the intention of 'just looking' at the new KIA line of cars on the lot. I was greeted by Anthony in the parking lot. Anthony was very friendly in his approach and took the time to explain and demonstrate to me, and my wife, all of the various models and options which are available on the 2014 KIA's. Anthony spotted a Sorento on the lot that was the right color and offered many options that I was not expecting to be included at the very reasonable price that was shown on the window. After the test drive I never felt pressured while talking with Anthony about the details of the sale. We purchased the Sorento that day and drove it home with the 50 inch flat screen TV, which was included with the sale. Tom and Anthony were both very responsive to any, and all, concerns that we had throughout the process of purchasing this car from Kia of west Chester.

They are friendly, professional and actually listen to you. The service department has maintained all of our vehicles, they contact us when we are due for service, professional, flexible, and have a sense of humor. What else amazes me, is that they actually look to see how they can save you money in ways I had not even thought of. The people who work on the vehicles know their jobs, we are never disapointed with service. The people also know us by name and sight, and make sure we are comfortable during any needed wait time. Kudos to Kia of West Chester, Zak Driver, Tom Walsh and the Jim Sipala gang! There ads may say, Thats Craaaaazy! regarding their deals but there dedication to true customer satisfaction is a refreshing breath of business sanity. I am the first to admit how difficult I am to please. My job involves designing quality processes that are under tight scrutiny. In everything I do I study the design of a thing to measure its quality; from the process itself to the resulting product. However, more than that, I pride myself on my friendliness and the time I take to recognize a job well done and someone and something special. This is important, because in a business world challenged to cut corners and remove non-value added steps in order to improve the profit margin, excellent customer service is becoming more and more rare. For someone like me who sees good and successful business as the building of relationships and trust, finding good customer service these days and true quality is a tough challenge. I preface my comment this way in the hope to add validity to them. Kia of West Chester has proven itself to me to truly be an establishment that values customer satisfaction in its highest priorities. I had already purchased a Kia Sedona a few years back from them and it was the most professional vehicle purchasing transaction I had experienced. Much more than that, is the absolute top level service and friendliness I have enjoyed while owning the vehicle. The maintenance warranty is excellent and their service department truly stays on top of me to keep up with routine maintenance. I am a stickler for tracking vehicle usage and when maintenance is due but they still often catch me a few miles before I was going to call them. They provide me with exactly what a new car (or any car) owner wants, a worry free ownership experience and the ability to focus more on the joy of the vehicle itself. I recently needed another car and had some very good incentive offers from other car companies and even considered a used car to fit my budget. However, I also wanted to have the same joy of ownership I was already experiencing with my Sedona. I told that honestly to Kia of West Chester and got to work with Zak Driver and got to know Tom Walsh. They took my satisfaction more seriously than I have ever seen in any such business. Zak didnt just seek to see which car was best for me, he got to know me. I am the proud owner of a new Kia Optima; an impressively classy car for the best price out there. There was no challenge or concern that I could bring to the table that they did not most graciously work through with me to assure I had a repeat true car owning joyful experience. I am greeted by staff by name every time I enter and asked how I and my car are doing and if there is anything that can be done to continue to improve my experience. I have been telling anyone I know who is looking for a car about Kia of West Chester and handing out Zak Driver's business cards. I have even stopped by just to say Hi and thank them and I do so here in this forum as well To Zak, Tom and Kia of West Chester, thanks for resetting a standard long lost in many businesses - letting us [the customers] know how much we matter. My experience at Kia of West Chester was exceptional! I am a first time buyer who has recently graduated from college. I was greeted with a warm welcome as I exited my car after parking, without stepping a foot in the door I had a Client Manager asking my preferences on the Optima I was looking to buy. Jon was personable, friendly, and great to talk to. After, taking a test drive around West Chester I was directed inside to discuss numbers, which I was very pleased with. The inside of the dealership was a fun and exciting atmosphere where I felt no fear of the stereotypical dealer. Also, inside there was great, all age-appropriate music playing. I left the dealership today (the same day I am writing this review) considering a great car from an exceptional dealership recommended by a friendly and respectable dealer.

The receptionist I spoke with is the rudest woman I have ever talked to. Do not know how she has a job there still. I called to talk to services to make an appointment and instead of being professional she had to be rude. When I asked to schedule an appt. she said there busy this week in a rude tone then before I got to say when there free she interrupts and say, "Are you going to tell me what you want to do because I have another call I have to pick up" First off I'm the customer and you don't talk to me like that. If you hate your job get a new one!

I went in with a set idea of what I wanted, a Kia Rio LX manual. John took me for a test drive in the automatic version to see how I liked the cars feeling. I liked it but was really wanting a manual, so he looked around to try and find some, but there were none to be had. He and Tom suggested I try out the Soul, which I did, but in the end I preferred the Rio. They both took a lot of time trying to find a manual in several different models but to no avail. I ended up purchasing a Rio, and am very happy with it over all. John and everyone at West Chester Kia were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. Special thanks go to the team on Thursday who prepped my car on very short notice due to a schedule change of mine. The gentleman who took care of me was sensitive to my time constraint and handled everything very quickly and smoothly! Thanks for a great experience!

I emailed Kia of west Chester for my annual inspection and emissions June !2th , I re-emailed the 15th and no response I called them and related it was time for my inspection {free} and free oil change etc.They could squeeze me in 6/27 if i dropped off the car. I agreed . I also told them i had a competitors coupon for the inspections and emissions for 34.99. The rep stated bring the coupon with you we need it to honor it.I drove 45 min as well as my husband out to Kia and upon arrival Barry the rep in service stated they did not honor coupons thaT WERE NOT kIA DEALERS? I will speak to my manager who he stepped over to and they had a little public snicker then stated no only Kia dealer coupons. I wasted my ttime and gas as well as my husbands to hear the usual we will not honor this verbal contract. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Now how the story changed they came after me and they will give me 5.00 off and all this crap.If you want kind friendly service GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I will PAY more for it.

I have been a customer of KIA for over five years. I purchased my first car brand new off the lot. When my family started to expand, I traded my new KIA in for a used KIA with more room. I have had a good experience with the sales people and never any issues with service as I only bring my car there for an oil change or warranty things until recently. Last year I have an issue with my car that required me to go into the shop on two difference occasions. On the first occasion I was told by the tech that he didn't have "time" to diagnose the problem. Even though I live an hour away from their shop and had an appointment for it to be seen for this particular issue. I should have been given a rental car and asked to come back after it was diagnosed. A few months later I brought the car back for the same issue, they diagnosed it, replaced the part and I was on my way. Just a mere ten months later, I found my self with the same issue. When I brought it back to service I was told that it wasn't covered under warranty this time and that I had to pay out of pocket for the part that was just replace ten months earlier and the labor. After talking to the service guy, they agreed to pay for the part but not the labor. I found this unacceptable, I was in two times earlier for the same issue and the part was replaced just a few months before...It should be replaced for free. When i asked to speak with the service manager, I got a gentlemen who was rude and condescending, he literally laughed at my concerns. When I stated to him that the warranty on the part (12 months or 12000 miles) should be clearly stated to the customer at the time of being fixed, I was told that there are many things I COULD be told but I would need to come in for a few hours to go through them all. WHAT???? is this guy serious? This is the service MANAGER who spoke to me like this. I am appalled at how I was treated and will NEVER take my car to KIA again.

This was my first car purchase after being handed down my Grandfather's 1993 Chevy Cavalier. I was hesitant due to its value in my eyes being my Grandfather's; however, my car was on its last legs (the ICU of cars if you will). When I contacted KIA of WC I was looking into just getting prices so I could shop around; however, Donny was probably the best--better yet probably the only representative who would have listened and talked to me as much as he did. I no sooner placed a questionnaire into their system and he contacted me within approximately 5 minutes at the most. He asked if I truly needed an SUV or if he could better place me in a smaller car. After we discussed my needs and if I could have anything in the car that I wouldn't necessarily need, he ended up finding me a perfect Sportage which fit my needs. We scheduled for an 8:30am Saturday test drive and when I got there a little early, he pulled around a brand new never been driven before Sportage in Mineral Silver. During the test drive I fell in love with the car and by 9am or so, I was filling out paperwork. I never once felt like a commission to Donny and never got the feeling of being rushed out the door so he could have other appointments. He was confident which made me feel at ease that he was truly helping me in the purchase rather than shooing me out the door in something I may not truly need. While I was getting the paperwork signed Donny was with another individual and once I was done he made sure I had been kept up to speed on the detailing of my car and never once did I feel like I was being taken for a ride. All in all, this is a fantastic car dealership & I couldn't be happier with the help or the representative I had help me!

I have had difficulty with the dealership since I bought my Sorento. I needed to send the car back three times every time I had to have a repair on a new car. One one occasion, I was told a repair was under warranty, then I was charged over a hundred dollars for something I was told would be free. The communication is poor, the quality of work is poor. It has been a bad experience from the start.

I made a purchase from Kia of West Chester and had the pleasure of working with Zak. I use the term, "working" because it truly was a partnership. Honest and helpful and a great experience. I got a 2012 Kia Forte EX from Kia of WC and I am absolutely in love with it. Great car, absolutely gorgeous, amazing gas mileage, and even my favorite feature, a sunroof. Zak really knows how to do his job, as I was in a tough situation. But he put in 150% effort and really pulled through with me, with knowing about my current situation and my need to be able to drive for work reasons. I am so grateful to him and his help. Such a nice guy, easy to talk to and just a great person in general. I've already recommended him and Kia of WC to several friends that have asked where I got my car from. I purchased a 2013 KIA Soul from KIA of West Chester on 2/21/13 and Zak Driver was the sales associate I worked with. I cannot express enough how happy I am with my purchase, and even more how much I enjoyed working with Zak throughout the whole process. For myself in particular, based on a terrible experience I had with another dealer several years ago, I had alot of anxiety and angst about having to go through the process of buying another car. After searching and speaking with a number of different dealerships while searching for a car; not one sales associate was even close to the level of Zak Driver's professionalism and courteousness.Unlike other dealerships I had dealt with previously, Zak never made me feel pressured, unsure, or that I was a bother (I must have asked him 100 questions before, during, and after the sale). This was especially important to me based on how unsettled I was due to the bad experience I had previously. He put me at ease from the beginning, and was a gentleman throughout. He explained everything to me in great detail, helped me find what was affordable for my budget, and worked with me to get the best deal that most benefited my family and I.I usually wouldn't take the time to write such a review, but I felt it was important to share with other people that buying a car does not have to be such a nerve-wracking experience when working with someone such as Zak. I will without a doubt meet with Zak if the need arises for another car in the future, and I highly recommend him as a contact should you be in the market for a Kia (or any car for that matter).Thanks Zak!

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality, performance, design and price of the "Optima" not to mention the professionalism of Zak Driver. In fact everyone at this dealership was very friendly. I went to West Chester Kia(WCK)to test drive a Sportage. I'd been test driving small SUV's and based on a positive review I saw in a car magazine I wanted to try this SUV out. I made contact with Nick on-line and he was very helpful in answering my questions and we made an appointment for a test drive.I arrived early and spent some time look around. My initial impression was that WCK had a 70's feel to it, and my experience, inside, later, confirmed it. The windows are decorated with different colors of soap like you might see on cars years ago. I was a little surprised to see an old CD in the bushes and what looked like debris from the inside of car. When I walked in, the receptionist was very cordial and she found Nick after a little bit of effort. He was working with another customer but had no problem in helping me out. I had some time to look at the vehicle I'd be testing out while he looked for the keys and copied my license.Nick did a great job of giving me an overview of the Sportage and it is clear that he is knowledgable about the vehicle. He also did well with the test drive but I don't think the course showed off the vehicle as well as it could have. This is no fault of his or WCK. I've test driven cars from other dealerships close by and for some reason they have all chosen the same vanilla course. Afterwards we went inside to exchange information and talk about the ride. I had several questions and comments and found that the general response was one of dismissal. I was not treated poorly but I typically felt as if my questions were being minimized or disregarded. I mentioned their Dealerrater.com ratings and was told that only disgruntled people use it.I've been to three other non-Kia dealerships and never got that feeling at any of them. If anything, I always felt that my business was strongly desired. I know that Nick has been working some very long hours and this may be the reason for this. Of course, as Nick said, the dealership was very crowded that night and that might be part of it as well.As I wrote earlier the dealership is doing things oldschool. Nick told me they won't negotiate over the internet. Also, they won't match pricing on any of the available car pricing websites.If you've decided that a Kia is the car for you this may be the place to go. I did not visit any other Kia dealers but did get many calls and e-mails from them. Nick e-mailed and called me today to check on how my vist eight days ago was.

Lots of folks giving this dealer a bad shake. I'm more positive. Purchased a 2012 Optima Hybrid. I had an overall enjoyable experience. I may have gone in a little more prepared and with a different mindset/preparedness than others. I used my own bank to finance and had an autodraft. Their rates were better than Kia advertised. This kept me from the whole "what payments are you looking for" and "how much are you looking to spend". I said right off the bat that those things didn't matter....because....I had researched the going rates at other local dealers, the KBB value, and the invoice price for the model and had them with me. I knew what I needed to pay, ballpark on trade ins and tax/tag implications.I was also doing a two-for-one trade in. One car was a late model car with more than the standard amount of miles and the other was olderand in fair condition with over 160k miles on it. I took the newer car to a few dealers to sell to them prior to my visit to get a fair price. Kia, although I begged to give me a little more than what I had received at others, was at least able to match. I believe the price I received on the older car was fair.Additionally, I was looking at two models, both the 2012 Hybrid and the standard 2013 EX with similar package. As they were "eager" to let go of the 2012 Hybrid, I thought the number they came back with was good, and I was able to negfotiate with them a bit further. As far as I could tell from my research, I paid below invoice price. I didn't feel I got the run-around on either car and they quoted me prices off of MSRP. I did not opt for any additional packages. Car is sharp, well complemented and performs as told by salesman.

This is the second time we visited this dealer for a new car purchase. This is the second time I received the same sort of treatment with their sales tactics. The first visit I just blew off thinking it was just a bad salesman or he was having a bad day. After the second visit, I am convinced this is their sales tactic. First, trade-in, all other dealers quote "Blue book" value as a basis. This dealer quotes the auto auctions and when questioned about it, the salesmen say, That blue book value is good for you to know but we give auction value. Second, new car value. The don't budge off MSRP price, minus any manufacturer discounts. Each time back to the sales managers office results in just another way of twisting the numbers to make it look like they are working with you but they still are asking for MSRP. I'll never waste my time there again. I'll travel the extra 10 miles to another dealer.

I had bought a used car from this dealership before, so I had a history there. I went to try to trade in my car for a new SUV and also obtain a dependable used car for my daughter. I was paying cash and had a budget to stick to. This dealership made no effort whatsoever to work with me. What I got was a "this is how it is" response from the salesperson and the invisible manager that he was consulting. I left and went to a Ford dealership and made a great deal in under 10 minutes for both cars. Got everything I wanted, no pressure and they worked with me easily. I have to wonder if I just hit this place on an off night?? Oh well, their loss I guess!

This service department does lousy electrical work the harness caught fire and they wont fix it it caught fire the day the warranty expired... the district service manager was notified and made the dicision not to fix the car with out talking talking to me I find that very suspious.

Purchasing a new Kia from here may not be as bad as what i have gone through. Let me start this off by saying that some of the issues may have been on my end. I bought a 2006 VW gli about 304 months ago and thought it was going to be a great purchase, Looking up the value on KBB Kia dealership seemed to be right on with the pricing from what i could tell. the two people i dealth with Chris burke and Dennis were excelent to deal with, I would have no issues dealing with them again if i wanted to buy a new kia. Or if a family member wanted to buy a new car. But unfortunately this was not the case for me. Once i drove the car home i noticed alot of things that were wrong with the car physically that i didnt notice when sold the car. The liner of the cars interior is ripped, the gas tank lid didnt shut properly, different areas of the silver paint has chipped off. These issues all would fall under my own fault because i should have noticed them, but i think it would be nice if something was that screwed up that they would atleast try to fix it. Here is where the problem really started. After realizing that the issues on the inside of the car can be overlooked by compairing it to the POS i drove before. i decided to forget about them and just enjoy the car for what it is. Then a few days after the purchase the CEL came one. This seemed strange because they said they had worked on it when i bought the car and it should drive like brand new. This of course was not true and if it was true then what comes next means they have no idea how to work on anything other then a KIA (which i suppose is fine sine i bought a VW at a kia dealer). The Check Engine light was originally came up as a Coil Pack error. Which VW actually had a Recall on so that seems interesting that it wouldent have been fixed when they worked on the car. So i brought in the car and they stated that it was probably due to the fact that someone had used the wrong type of Spark plug in the car and that was setting off the CEL, another thing that one would think would have been noticed when they "worked on the car". They gave me back the car and within a few days it came back on and i brought it back in. They looked at the car for about 2 weeks aimlessly trying to figure out what was wrong with it untill finally they decided that they had no idea and brought it to YBH (which if you live in the area and want a VW, i would recommend them 100 percent). At YBH they replaced the wireing to the coil pack and gave it back to kia, then they called me and said to come pick up my car and so i came to get it, Once i got into the shop area they came up to me and told me that it infact had the CEL on once again and would need to take it back to YBH. took it back and it turned out to be a Fuel Injector that went bad. After they fixed that issue i came and picked up my car and they said they would send out the paperwork to my address (which i still havent received). That brings me to about the 3rd month of owning a car that the Dealership had longer then i have. I drive around for a few days and i notice that the car starts to smell of gas when i drive. A smell that really doesnt do it for me as it probably doesnt for many people so i give the dealership a call and let them know this, They told me to come in and they would take a look at it. Apparently they thought that it was because when they redid the fuel injector gas got onto the airfilter and that was the smell. so they cleaned off the engine and replaced the airfilter. I drove it for a few more days and the smell kept coming. Then my best friend the CEL came back on again so i took it into the shop one more time at which point i was told that they could not help me and that i should take it to a VW dealer and it should be covered under warrenty (which it wasnt under the one that i had). Now to be fair nothing has cost me a penny up untill this point and they gave me a loaner kia for the 4 weeks they had my car. So i remained calm when they pretty much BS'ed thier way through my issues. I called YBH (which i stll would recommend, Excelent service, Decent pricing, and if a recall does show up, they do not hesitate resolving the issue for you). and tell them the issue. no more then 2 minutes after i tell them that it smells like gas in my car they tell me to bring it in right away, something that the KIA dealer just kinda pushed off and had me drive a week while the smell ran through my car. I took it into them and they found that it was a Fuel Evap Pump that was the issue and i had to pay 500 for the part and installation. I would never buy a used car from KIA of West Chester again, and it would be darn difficult to try to even recommend them to anyone else.

I bought the new Sorento I always wanted and left with it the same day. So far, I've had the vehicle for 3 months and the follow up with Chris was helpful, and my first oil change is scheduled for next week.

We called ahead to test drive a specific car. When we got there the cars we wanted to drive were ready and brought to the door. We drove the car by ourselves, no pressure. The saleman worked with us till we had a deal we were satisfied with and no high pressure tactics were used. Will definitely buy from them again and send customers their way. Great overall experience. Went to a dealer closer to us only to have to beg someone to help us, and they were not willing to look for a car or make any deals...their loss.

Be very cautious of the deal they are currently offering - No Payments til July. They would not disclose the name of the bank and interest rate until I agreed on a monthly payment. Bad feeling about the deal I was offered. Suspect the final offer came back higher than what I was willing to pay just to get me out of there. It worked.

I received an email that ALL Kias were being sold below invoice prices, and that they were offing 120% value for trade-ins. But the price for the car I was interested in they wanted full MSRP! For trade value they only offered me 90% of KBB value (and my car is in excellent condition, with low miles).The email specifically said that new models of the vehicle I was interested in have arrived just in time for invoice sale.I guess since my salesman was the guy in the commercials they thought I would pay more. Prices everywhere else were $1,000 less.Their commercials are such BULL! all lies! This place is CRA-ZY, if they think I was going to pay MSRP.

I went to KIA of West Chester for about 3 years. The service was impeccably done when Charlie was supervising the work or doing the work himself. Unfortunately Charlie took a leave of absence and I had the bad idea to let them change my timing belt. The belt was never correctly adjusted. I called them to make an appointment but they wanted me to leave the car for a couple days. 6 months later the belt and the axis broke. Do not go there unless Charlie is present. The rest of the technicians are useless.

Went to purchase a new car. Spent hours at dealership, in negotiations and test drive. Agent went to sales manager to get revised price..after 20 minutes of waiting..again...I noticed all the sales agents had left all customers in showroom while yucking it up with sales manager in his office. Tey were looking at something on his PC and all laughing. Disgraceful!My time is valuable and didn't appreciate them goofing off when I was there to purchase a car. I walked out. Was chased after by another agent..was told they were watching a motivational sales presentation...first of all shouldn't this be done when there are no customers.Second of all..they weren't watching a sales motivational presentation.

I had an EXCELLENT experience with Kia of West Chester!!!! I worked with Mike Tomb (VIP Client Manager), Joey Spadaro (General Manager), and Clay Mabie. From the moment I walked in I was treated respectful and did not feel hasseled or pressured by anyone to make a deal! Mike was awesome and really went above and beyond...listened to me when I told him what I wanted and when I arrived he had already preselected several cars for me to look at!!! Managers Joey & Clay were great too!!! They all took the time with me to help ensure I was getting what I wanted!!! I have definetely shopped around with other dealers and had horrible experiences with them being rude and giving me the time of day!! Needless to say I ended up leaving very happily with a 2011 Kia Sorrento!!! I would highly recommend Kia of West Chester and I do to my family & friends!!! I had gone to the dealership to to see a SOUL and test the comfort level of entering and exiting the car. (I have a very arthritic body) I was greeted by Marshall Tompkins who was my wonderful guide to the Soul experience. He answered all my questions as well as sharing all the specs and technical data on the Soul. He was always courteous and treated me as if I had a brain. I decided to buy the car that day under no pressure. When I came to pick the car up, Marshall explained all elements of the SOUL--radio, BLUETOOTH, voice commands,etc. While I signed the ownershp papers with Tony (who explained things well and did not pressure me to buy extendend warranties), Marshall inspected the car again and presented it to me with a full tank of gas. The caliber of the people and the service of the car allow me to recommend Kia of West Chester.

Everyone was very patient and tried to understand our situation. They were very helpful and got us into the vehicle we wanted quickly without being pushy. They even let us take our chosen vehicle home for a 24 hour test drive. We brought them a bad situation and they did everything they could to make it better. Thank you, guys.

Chris, our sales person, was very helpful and knowledgable about the product and was very responsive to our inquiries. We found Tony, the Finance Manger, to be rude, dismissive, unethical and unprofessional after we pointed out a mistake in the paperwork. Examine EVERY document that he works on VERY closely and double-check ALL numbers. In addition, if you do have a problem with anything related to your experience, do not contact Tony.Tom, the Sales Manager, was courteous and professional in addressing our issues and in working with us to reach a satisfactory resolution.We are happy with the car we purchased and if the Finance Manager had behaved remotely like the sales team, this would be a much more positive review. We would rate the sales experience a 4 but the Finance experience a 0. We recommend Kia of West Chester for the sales experience but urge caution in interactions with their finance group.

I've bought many vehicles in my life, but this had to be the most enjoyable experience yet. Dennis guided me through the deal and had an excellent presentation of the car. It was out front like he promised and we took a test drive immediatley. When we got back, i waited about 15 min and he showed me the loan structure that i had ask for, plus other options. Tony completed all my paperwork and answered all of my questions (even repeated himself a few times..... I was nervous lol). Tom (cant miss him) oversaw everything and ensured my satisfactio. They were all professional, curteous, and enjoyable. I recommend everyone to check em' out. I got a great deal, left happy, and had no remorse the next day.

I shopped 2 other dealerships and did not feel as comfortable as I did at Kia of west chester. My salesperson was the actual guy from the commercial that's crazy guy Anthony and he was terrific, knowledgeable and professional. After we selected the car the negotiating process was simple. Then we met Tony he did our paperwork and I can't stress enough how smooth and professional the whole process was. I recommend them to everyone 5 stars!

All I can say is "wow". What a great experience I had at this store. Helpful, courteous and they made my vehicle purchase fun. I have been looking for a pre-owned car for the past 3 months and found my dream car, a 2009 Honda Accord. My salesman, Chris Burke was easy to deal with and Clay got me a loan 5 percentage points below the dealer I had just left. I highly recommend these guys!!!!

I used their website to get more information, and got a call back from Anthony (he's the That's Craaazy guy from the commercials!!). He took the time to find out what I wanted and how much I could afford and we set up a time to test drive some vehicles. When I got to the dealership he had the cars we talked about ready for me to see and drive. And he was so nice and funny - really made buyng a car fun. Once I picked out a car that I liked, Tom (hes the sales manager there - you cant miss him - hes like 7 feet tall lol) worked with me to get a good loan and fit the car into my budget. I must admit, I was really nervous about buying a car on my own for the first time, but they made it so easy that I cant wait to get my next one from them!! I will be a customer for life - and you should be too!

Watch out for their hidden charges!! The sale of the Vehicle went well. But after that the company and their Tiitleling section is terrible!!! The over charged us, filed the registration late, which we were penalized hasd to pay another fee. Our Temp tags ran out, dealership could have cared less. After 2 months of waiting we finally recieved our paperwork and what do you know they charged us more than we should have paid again. Tony and Kati are terrible people to work with!! I would reccommend buying from them just register and title your vehicle yourself. Tony is errogant and could careless about customer service, "he already got your money" !
