Again I would like to commend Abby and Hannah on their customer service skills. But in addition, the hands on workers that repaired my vehicle need to be commended also. If not for their timely and accurate work, Abby and Hannah's jobs would be alot more challenging.

The employees were very friendly and they put me at the center of attention and they were very helpful when I had questions. I had to drop my car off and they gave me a ride back to work. Also it turned out that they were finished with my car and one of the employees was at my job handling business and recognized me and offered me some ride back to pick up my vehicle. Excellent customer service.

Purchasing our new vehicle from the Kia store in Anniston was enjoyable. We found the vehicle we wanted in rainbow city store and could not get salesman to follow up with me. We contacted Anniston store and spoke with Dustin, he was great he answered all of our questions and he also went to rainbow city store to get the car we wanted. Dustin is a A+ salesman we want to make sure his management knows how well of a job he does. Great salesman! We stopped by about a month before we were ready to purchase a car. Greg answered all our questions, and stayed in contact with us for three weeks to answer questions until we were ready to make our purchase. Then he worked to find the perfect car we wanted. Great job!
