I never thought I would take the time to write a review of a car dealer, yet alone a good one. My brother was looking for a car and we heard about this place from a co-worker of his. The location is a little interesting, but once you get there you will find a great used car dealership. Mark & Nick were very friendly and helpful. They didn't use any of the high pressure sales tactics you see at a lot of dealers, they were very laid back. The car my brother picked didn't have a manual. We noticed this after he had purchased the car. After we asked them about it, they told us to find one online, and they would reimburse us for it. They did exactly that with no hassle at all. They had decent prices and didn't pressure even when mentioning their 3rd party warranties. We are at about 3 months with the car, and we haven't had a problem. I wanted to wait a while before reviewing, in case the car fell to pieces, but everything has been working perfectly! Without a doubt, I will be recommending them to anyone looking for a used car.

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing a car from Kian Motors. It was really unlike any other dealership experience I've ever had. They thrive on a low stress, low pressure environment and when we were finally ready to speak with a salesperson we had the pleasure of working with Marc, who was really great and very knowledgeable. Recently bought a Lexus RX 350 here. Marc and Nick were great to work with. They were straight shooters about the used car market and their pricing. Was able to take a short test drive and purchase the car in about an hour and half. They even let me drive it to go pick up the cashier check. If I am ever in the market for a car I will definitely be back.

I am shocked at how nice of an experience it was to purchase a vehicle from here. No pressure. No gimmicks. Nothing. It was hands down the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I was reluctant in shopping here. After reading reviews, we decided to at least visit them. I'm so glad we did! You must at least go and visit them. See how they work as a team, see how they care for the cars, see how they treat customer and see how they operate. The best experience hands down! Thank you Marc for helping us make the correct choice.
