I cannot say enough about how well we were treated at Kimberly BMW! The salesman David Wagner was Very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough ensuring all of the technology was explained. The Finance Manager Laurence was Great walking you through the purchase. Each employee who walking by ensuring you were comfortable asking if we needed anything. I think Kimberly BMW gave me the best car buying experience I've ever had. The sales people came across straight forward, rather than adversaries reluctant to give an inch. Picking up the car was easy and quick, all streamlined to expedite the process, yet informative. It seems they actually care about their customers as people, not just buyers.
