Dear Mr. Krol, We do not do immersions tests, we do emissions tests. I do not know if you were mad at something else, but there is no need to lie. Yes we did stall your vehicle because someone's foot slipped off the clutch. I think everybody who's ever driven a standard has stalled that vehicle before. So that's really no big deal. You brought your vehicle in and the check engine light was on and it was explained very thoroughly to you about what to do. You did not do anything that was explained to you and that's why you have been here at least five times. There is a big sign at the emission center that says cash only and since you've been here so many times because you did not follow simple directions you should have seen the sign. And we did not fail you, your vehicle failed you. It was explained to you that you only get one free retest and you kept coming in here with your check engine light on after we told you that your vehicle would not pass because that light was on. Emissions tests are very simple and for some reason you are the only one that could not comprehend how to fix your vehicle and make it pass emissions. So as I said please do not lie about what happened because it is not a good look for you or your integrity

My vehicle was brought in for an electrical issue ( tail/stop/turn/back-up left rear not working ) and check engine light. I was told it was all fixed and the 2 were related. I got home and found the brake light and back-up light still not working. I now have to schedule another appointment and hope they can fix it this time.

We loved how the salesman did not push us into test driving a vehicle to make us fall in love with it before we talked numbers. He was able to provide us with a trade in number on our vehicle and a estimate of a monthly payment for us to think about before a test drive. He cared about us as people instead of pushing us into sale we could not afford ! Thanks again for your professionalism and great team efforts on your whole sales team !

My lease was ending on my 2012 jeep Liberty. I was told about this dealership by a co worker. They gave me the best deal on the truck I was looking at. Was very patient not pushy at all. Overall the best buying experience I've had. Got everything as promised and on time.

THE SALESPERSON WAS NOT PUSHY,DID NOT CALL THE HOUSE AND BE A PEST,WHEN CALLED RETURNED THE CALL VERRY FAST. WAS VERY POLITE. THE SERVICE MANAGER CAME TO GREAT US AND WISHED US LUCK WITH OWER PURCHASE.TO TOP IT ALL THE OWERNER DID THE SAME . THANK YOU SO MUCH

Looking for a new GMC Yukon, been everywhere, stumbled upon KING GMC in Putnam while on my HD. Checked out their website and emailed them about a 2011 they had. Mark Jones responded to my request within minutes. He answered all my questions, and get this, he gave me a better price than it was listed for online OVER THE PHONE! I took another ride to check it out. Ended up that he told me the truth about everything, even a scratch on the bumper that I didn't see it the photos. So we made a deal and I drove it home. Have been a loyal customer for many years and lately the service has really gone south. Would bring the vehicle in for minor service work and when we left, there was always something else wrong and a return trip was needed. The first few times we wrote it off on "must have been a friday" but after (4) instances of the same type of return visit, we had to look elsewhere.
