They made me give it one star, would prefer 0! Unbelievable how poor their sales service is. All I wanted to know is whether a car listed online was still available. Texted my salesman, nothing. Five hours later, did an online chat. They said they would have someone get in touch with me. Two hours later, nothing. So I called. They connected me to someone's voice mail. So I called again, asked to speak to a human being. Guess what... Someone's voice mail. So an hour later I sent my salesman a text again. Nothing. Thirty minutes later, tried online chat again. Come to find out (no surprise) the online "chatter" doesn't even work at Kings, maybe not even in USA. So here we are, 8 hours later, and they can't even tell me if a car is available. Oh, well, lots of other dealers in Cincy.

I visited Kings back in March and purchased a vehicle. Unfortunately, less than three months later, the vehicle was totaled and I needed another one. I let Megan Heil know exactly what I was looking for and she didn't give up until she found it! It was exactly what I wanted. She made the process very easy, both times. We had to do most through email or text because I live over an hour away from the dealership but she was there for us, every step of the way! I commend her dedication to her customers and her job! Between the test drive and Jerod's knowledge of the vehicle, the choice became obvious and easy. Every question I asked beyond the excellent explanation and demonstration by Jerod was answered in detail. I was especially pleased with his no-pressure approach which normally starts my feet in motion to the nearest door. Even the paperwork wasn't unpleasant. The dealership was clean and everyone seemed genuinely friendly.

I could not give Jerod Graber or Kings Mazda higher marks. The car buying process is something I loathe because of the implied dishonesty of negotiating. Jerod took that away by offering a fair number early on and making a small adjustment necessary to make this car a better deal than the competitor we were also considering. More importantly than this, Jerod let the car sell itself. He was there to facilitate my experience with the car rather than to push us into buying it. Not once did I feel that we needed to move any faster than we wanted to. Another major plus for Jerod was that he was the only salesman from the four dealerships I visited who offered to take me through all of the features of the car. I get that seeing a dad with his ten month old daughter does not scream "buying today," but Jerod took his time nonetheless to make sure I understood how great the CX-5 was. I will repeat myself, I could not give Jerod or Kings Mazda higher marks. Both were phenomenal. I didn't even talk about how it only took us about half an hour to get all the paperwork done! The place is just amazing. I HIGHLY recommend them both!

I came in on Tuesday, interested in a Honda Odyssey on your lot. I had called ahead and spoke with Danny. When I got there, the van was ready and waiting for me to look at and drive. We immediately started the approval process. I left that evening, approved and ready to come back in the next day to complete the process. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle all on my own and I wasn't sure what to expect. Both Danny and Jason were extremely patient and helpful. Things took a little longer than we anticipated, yet, they kept me in the loop and worked very, very hard to make the process smooth and see that it did indeed happen. After a few days of back and forth with the bank, we finally got the wonderful news that everything was good to go! Jason spent time on the phone with the bank and Danny worked with me, despite it having had been his two days off. Today, I drove off the lot in a van that was incredibly priced and will fit the needs of my growing family. I am so incredibly thankful and grateful for their hard work in making this happen. I had been to two previous dealerships and was met with coldness and crappy running vehicles. I will not only recommend your dealership to anyone in need but also, you have found a customer for life. Thank you so much for everything!

I've taken my 2009 Mazda 3 to this Mazda dealership over the last couple of years for oil changes, service, etc. Last month I took my car there for my free oil change and a diagnostic of a new noise I was hearing. They said they couldn't hear the noise so they couldn't do a diagnostic, but charged me $90 anyway. They also didn't do the oil change. They did manage to find my rear sway bar links were bad and said I had to fix it immediately. Normally I would have just said to do what needs done, but I wasn't happy with the $90 useless charge so I didn't have them fix my car. Since then, I have taken my car to two separate mechanics to fix the rear sway bar links and both of them said there was nothing wrong with my car. Each of them even read the diagnostic from Mazda and said the diagnostic didn't match what they saw on my car. Both would be more than happy to replace them if I wanted to waste my money though. Now I feel like a fool. I have always completely trusted Mazda, but two separate mechanics have told me they were just trying to sell me something I didn't need. I am getting to the point of wanting to buy a new car. I am considering a Mazda (since I still LOVE mine after 8 years). However, I absolutely refuse to buy anything from this dealership. Completely dishonest. DON'T TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! (BTW - if you have to call and talk to the service department person and she is a lady with a scratchy- hang up and call another day/time. She is rude and ignores complaints)

Upon arriving at Mazda I was somewhat apprehensive about dealing with the whole car lot idea. My car salesman, Dan Helton was very personable, fun and was not your typical salesman. I had been looking for this car and was ecstatic to find that Kings Mazda had exactly what I was looking for! Stopped by dealership to view and test drive the CX-3. Danny quickly put on dealer tag; was on test drive within 15 min. In the meantime, he had a CX-5 ready to test drive (per my request) when I returned. Even though it was a really busy day, Danny and Jarod worked together effortlessly to ensure all questions were answered. At no time did I feel pressured and final deal went smoothly. It was very refreshing to 'work' with such a great group, clearly they all appreciate providing a fantastic customer experience!Highly recommend Kings Mazda, Jarod and Danny earned my trust.

We are VERY skeptical people having been burned pretty badly on deals before so we went into this dealership with a watchful eye. After all was said and done they turned out to be very trustworthy people and I would recommend them to friends and family for that reason alone. Tim was especially helpful and honest with us throughout the process which helped both of us to make a decision to do business with them. He really went out of his way to make sure we were getting the BEST deal that they had to offer. No trickery with numbers just a straightforward guy who gave us solid advice day after day. Throughout the process of the price negotiations they were not only very polite with their offers but also very competitive with dealers throughout the Tri-State area. We felt like we got a very fair deal in the end. Even the financing portion of the deal went smoothly and they found us a rate better than my own bank. I would certainly return next time we need a car and absolutely for service. I just noticed that they have Cary Cunningham on staff here who we use to see for our Saturn service in Western Hills when they still existed. He was also an EXTREMELY trustworthy top notch guy to hand my car off to and we are looking forward to dealing with him again as well. Anyway... This place is just amazing and I'm really glad we found our cars and were treated fairly.

I found out about Kings Mazda when I was doing research for the new 2016 Miata I wanted to buy. I knew exactly what I wanted and because Kings had a huge selection they had the vehicle I wanted in stock. I did some research on line and came up with a price I thought was fair. I contacted Kings and they hooked me up with Danny Helton. He verified that the car was in stock and we set up an appointment to come look at it. I called back the day before the appointment to see if we could agree on price up front. Not only was he able to get his manager's approval while on the phone with me, he told me they would hold it for me until the end of the night of my appointment. I arrived at the dealership and the car was out and ready for me. We took it for a nice long test drive. After we returned, we went to Danny's desk and completed the deal. The final cost was exactly as Danny said it would be on the phone. There was no haggling or high pressure sales tactics. Danny's manager and finance guy were both very personable and easy to work with. Finally, the car came out detailed and in perfect condition. We had a great experience at Kings Mazda and we would buy from Danny and the rest of the team again!

This was my third ND Miata purchase in the past year. That is crazy, I know. However, not as crazy as how crazy good this buying experience was. First, let me say that Kings Mazda is the best Mazda dealer in the city. They have not only the largest selection of 2016 Miata's, but the right equipment and options on them. Then there is the sales team. Jerod is awesome and not like the fat dude turned subway eater who you have to watch your children around. Wait that was Jared, but you get the idea. This guy is more like a great jeweler who helps you pick just the right jewel to enjoy and then ensures you are completely satisfied. The same goes for his boss, Jason Sink. He is completely transparent and absolutely fair. It is how car buying should be.In all seriousness, there is a reason I have bought over 5 Mazdas from this dealer in the last two years. Try them out, as you won't be disappointed.

Without planning to, we ended up buying not one, but two Mazda's for our house. A 2013 3 Hatch and 2014 CX-9. Both in great condition with low miles. John was great to work with and very accommodating. I'd recommend them to family and friends and when the time comes we'll be back.

I had a great experience with Kings Mazda and would definitely return. This the first Mazda car I've purchased and will not be my last. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful, and had pretty good sense of humor to go along with it :-) Everyone there was very helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Mazda to shop there.

I was stuck on a scooter (really) after surgery. I contacted Kings and ended up in email traffic with John Adams. He was extremely helpful and was patient with me as delay upon delay kept me on the #$$#at scooter for 12 weeks.I ended up buying elsewhere but would recommend that people include Kings (and John Adams) in their Mazda list... I went to Kings Mazda to purchase a used vehicle that I saw on their website. When I saw it, I LOVED it! I took it for a test drive with Danny Helton in the back and the car made a clunking noise while I was driving it. He told me that a rubber bushing needed to be replaced and it was completely safe to drive and every vehicle they have goes through an inspection. When I sat down with Danny I had them take money off of the price because I knew I would have to get the bushing replaced. They took $200 off. I went home with the car completely satisfied even though I knew I would have to get the bushing replaced. I took the car to my mechanic that my family and I have been going to for years to replace the bushing. They called me 20 minutes after having it in the air and told me that the left axel is bad and is also leaking transmission fluid. They told me the car is unsafe and to not drive it until the axel is fixed. If Kings Mazda inspected this vehicle they would have easily seen that there was a leak. If my macanic could see it, they should have seen it and fixed it. I had to get the car towed to Kings Mazda because I live on the West Side of Cincinnati which is about 40 minutes away. The tow cost $144. Kings Mazda Service department replaced the left axel and sealed it to prevent any more leaking. Tim was very nice and helpful and called me to keep me up to date with my car. I asked to speak to someone about getting reimbursed for the tow and they told me I had to speak to the used car sales manager. Of course he was not in at the moment so I left the receipt for the tow with another salesman and they said the manager would get back to me. That didn't happen. After a few days I took my car back to my machanic to look at it again because now I don't trust Kings Mazda and it is STILL leaking. They replaced the axel but the axel moved around and wasn't staying in place like it's supposed to. My machanic physically moved it around and said, "it should not be doing this". My machanic said it could be something inside of the transmission that holds the axel in place and I need to take it to a transmission shop. The clunking noise that the car makes isn't even the bushing, it's the sway bar end link on the left side that needs to be replaced. So that was just ANOTHER thing needed to be done to this car. At this point I am completely frustrated, upset and so disappointed with my big purchase. I called and talked to about 5 different people at Kings Mazda because the used car sales manager, James Anderson, was never available. My machanic even called to talk to someone about where to take it or if they take the car back again and fix it themselves. Finally they said that they have no transmission guy to fix the car and if my machanic found a transmission shop, they would pay only up to $300 to get whatever needed to be fixed. My machanic sent me to a transmission shop to get my car fixed and for them to figure out exactly what was wrong with the car. It was a cat and mouse game trying to get a hold of James Anderson to have him pay for the repairs or talk to the lady at the transmission shop about the costs. I also still needed to get reimbursed for my $144 tow. That was almost the cost of one of my car payments.Trying to get my money back from James Anderson, again was a cat and mouse game. When I did get ahold of him he told me I needed to fax the tow receipt to him. The lady that answers his phones didn't even know his fax number. So I had to call back later. I felt like I was a constant bother to him which I was because they sold me a car that I couldn't even drive. My car has been in the shop more than I have driven it. I've only had the car for about 2 to 3 weeks at this point. I haven't even gotten my paperwork in the mail yet. Finally I received a check in the mail for $144 for the tow. Through all of this the only helpful people at Kings Mazda were Matt from the finance department, who helped me get in with the service department when I needed to get the axel replaced and Danny Helton, my salesman. If the company refused to reimburse me for the tow he was going to give me the money from his own pocket. I shouldn't have to pay for a tow to Kings Mazda considering the reason it's getting towed is because they sold me an unsafe car that I couldn't even drive back to them to fix. So far having this car I've had to get the front left axel replaced and sealed, get a rubber bushing replaced and I also have to get the sway bar end link replaced. I would have never purchased this car knowing it had all of these problems. I would hope no one would sell me this car knowing it had all of these problems but Kings Mazda did. They either knew and didn't care or didn't know and didn't inspect the car whatsoever. Even though I am 23 years old I have purchased a car before and have great credit and could have gotten whatever car I wanted. I felt like I wasn't taken seriously. I work everyday and thought I was purchasing a safe and reliable car. That's why I went to Kings Mazda. I had to inconvenience myself and other people asking for rides because my car was constantly getting worked on. I bought a car so I could drive it. I drove 40 minutes to look at this car because I heard good things about this dealership. I will not be back and I'm glad all of it is over.

Bought a used car on my first day at the first dealer I visited. Though it was not a Mazda, they had what I was looking for on the lot. I got a fair price with a short, low-stress negotiation. John was informed about the cars and the process and made things go smoothly for me. Ian was equally good with me with the financing and closing papers. I would recommend this dealer and team without reservation.

I had done my research online about the car I wanted to buy, and chose Kings Mazda because I have a friend that has purchased several cars here. John Adams was my salesperson, and he was very laid back, not pushy, but informative! I liked that about him, and he didn't try to get me all emotionally attached to the car to pressure me into buying it. It was an easy, low stress process! I love my new Cx3!

I went to Kings Mazda looking for a certified pre-owned Mazda 3 and that is exactly what I found. I was first greeted and shown around the lot as soon as I arrived. I was given a lot of helpful information about the cars that I was looking at. Finding the right car in my price range was very easy at Kings and the car salesmen were also very helpful. Thanks to Megan and King's Mazda for working with me and settling my nerves. I purchased a truck earlier in the week and never got to leave with it. Thankfully, that dealer heard something strange and saved me from leaving with a bad motor. I found a nice Sierra listed on King's Mazda website and checked it out in less than an hour. Megan made sure everything was good to go on the truck and closed the deal with me. I'll admit that I was kind of a pain in the button and probably at least a little annoying. She calmed my nerves and I was comfortable. If you need a new or used vehicle, stop by and see Megan.

The power brake booster failed on My wife's car. I dropped it off unscheduled at Kings Mazda this morning at 7:30. They fit us in, replaced the brake booster and had it ready for us to pick up this afternoon! And they did it for NO CHARGE! Plus we got another free oil change. That is 15 free oil changes on this car so far! I think we'll be sticking with Mazda and Kings Mazda for a while. Extremely pleased

I previously purchased my Mazda 3 from Kings years ago in 2007. After extensive research of what dealer had what stock, I decided it was time to jump to a CX-5. One call at lunch time at work to John had everything decided - a price better than I expected on the first response, no negotiating necessary. All I had to do was come in Friday afternoon and sign. How can you beat that? And I'll continue to have my next Mazda watched over by Tim in service, and his amazing photographic memory (how he knows all of us by first name, I don't know...). Thanks again!

We called Jerod couple of hours prior about a car we were interested in and when we got there, the car was "ready to go". When we called about a second car the next day, he had it ready for a test drive too with the car running, all warm & toasty for us. We made our decision that day and it was quick and painless, the car was cleaned and paperwork was ready to be signed. On top of it all, Jerod was genuine, honest and very down to earth. When he brought a snow shovel to shovel snow off our personal car, that did it for me!Thank you Jerod for your humility! I am very pleased with Kings Mazda! There was no high pressure sales like we have received at other dealerships. We came in to buy a used car for our son. Our Salesman, Steve Holt, did not try to talk us into going over the budget we had to work with. He was very honest and up front with the whole process. I am so pleased with Kings Mazda! I drove through the lot looking at used cars and I fell in love with a car right off the bat. We checked my credit and I had to come back two days later to see if I was able to get my car. I was lucky enough to be taken care of by Jerod and I couldn't be happier. He made everything super easy and understandable for me, considering this was my first car purchase. He was also very friendly and entertaining while we waited. Jerod made sure he did everything he could do to make sure I got to drive my new car home that night. I would recommend Kings Mazda to everyone and I would especially tell them to see Jerod. I love my new Mazda 3!

This was the second new car I've bought in a decade so needless to say I was new to the experience! Pulled up to the Kings Mazda lot, it was the first time I've ever enjoyed walking around w/out anyone bothering me. We decided to head inside where we met Tim. He was genuine, easy to talk to and let us test drive a few cars. He went above and beyond later that evening by emailing me back well after office hours. We popped in the following afternoon to talk numbers w/ Tim on his day off no less. His hard work, patience and positive attitude resulted in a very happy customer and proud owner of a Mazda. All in all we had a great experience, a co-worker of mine bought his second Mazda from Kings a few months ago. I'd recommend these guys and ask for Tim, he was solid.

It was my first time buying a car so I was little nervous. Mark did a great job setting everything up. Jerod had already had the car out front warming up when I got there, a level of service I never experienced on my previous test drives. Jerod immediately made me feel at ease which is important when making such a big decision. Even after I purchased the car and noticed the muffler was disconnected from the center pipe, Kings Mazda was kind enough to look at it and get it fixed with no questions asked. Exceptional service! Would recommend to anybody.

Tom Ziegler was great to work with. He did not pressure us to buy and answered all of our questions. He was very professional and actually worked for us to get the best deal which is something you don't see a lot of. This is our 2nd Mazda from Kings Mazda and both experiences were extremely good.

I wish I could say it was a pleasant experience. I contacted Kings Mazda through their web site for a internet quote on a CX-5. I received a follow up email from a John Adams who ask if I had any questions, Since I had emailed about a price on a specific car on their site I again requested a price on this car. His response was " This vehicle retails for $31,855" (the sticker price). Car was not discounted a penny. So as a consumer I will show my displeasure by buying the car somewhere else and for substantially less and sharing my story with this review. I even called the dealership twice and spoke to a very pleasant young lady named Sandy and ask to speak to a sales manager to maybe assist with this problem. I was put on hold each time and no one ever picked up. Not a good experience.

I was overall pleased with the experience of buying a car at Kings Mazda. The financing took longer than I thought it should and I don't feel like we got the best offer at first (until we pushed back). Other than that, things went very well. Steve was very friendly, professional, and honest. He wasn't pushy at all ...just helpful.

From the moment Danny picked up the phone he was on it! He listened to what I was looking for, researched his inventory and called me back with his findings. I chose the one I was interested in and he even test drove the SUV for me before I came out so there would be no surprises. We met Danny at Kings Mazda and test drove the car and knew right away that it was perfect. He and Ian made the financing process quick and easy and got us the best interest rate ever!!! My husband and I came in on a cold Thursday night. I had no idea what I wanted but knew it was time for a change. Steve approached us and right away I could tell he was a great person, very friendly and laughing about the cold. He worked with us walking around looking at lots of styles and options in the cold. We found the right car took it for a drive and decided to come back Saturday morning to look at it again. I liked that we were not pressured to buy on the spot! Steve sent a friendly email thanking me for coming in and that he hoped to see us back Saturday morning. We came back and I did drive another vehicle but knew I wanted the first Mazda I'd taken out on Thursday. Steve and Jason were able to really work out the best price, trade in, and payment plan for me! The whole experience was amazing!! Great dealership and staff, and Steve Holt is an amazing guy! Will come back when I decide for another change but with this car may be a long time from now!!

This is the second time I purchased a car from kings Mazda and they were a fantastic place to get the two cars we were looking for. I highly recommend them. Steve Holt took the time to assist my 17 year old and I find the perfect cars. The smile on her face was priceless, but affordable :) Steve with the assistance of Jason Sink stayed right in my budget. I thought it was going to be impossible, but Steve and Jason made it happen!

I had in mind the Mazda CX-9 as well as the Nissan Rogue for my next car. I started at Kings Mazda and from the minute that I got out of my car, I had an amazing experience. John met me at the door and showed me my options, never being pushy. The other sales associates made me feel at home. After the initial test drive, I made it clear I still wanted to check out my other options, and was met with no pushiness. When I went to the other dealership, the customer service didn't compare to what I had experienced at Kings Mazda with John Adams. My Mazda is a great car, and it sold itself to me, but what really sold me was the customer service.

I had been looking at purchasing a car for going on the past two years. I have had some terrible experiences to say the least with other dealerships, as well with sales people. I started looking only online for vehicles instead of visiting places in person, and if I really liked something online then I would take the expected awful visit to each place to which I always tried to avoid. In December of 2015 I decided to just stop in because I had seen a 2008 Mazda CX-7 online that I was interested in. Usually when any sales people at dealerships begin to walk towards me I jump back in my car and bolt. Jerod approached my boyfriend and I amiably and without jumping down our throats about the car we were looking at. He actually treated us like humans, and had a normal conversation with us. I was very glad to see how nice he was, and treated us as the main priority verses a sale as the priority. Jerod was even willing to let us test drive the vehicle without him tagging along, making it easier to relax allowing myself to see if I really did like the car or not, and not listen to a sales pitch on the car itself. I fell in love with the car to say the least. When we arrived back at the dealer Jerod asked what we thought, and again focused on us verses a sale. After discussing prices and coming to an agreement on a price in which he stayed on my side verses getting as much money out of me as possible, I am happy to say that I am now a proud owner of a Mazda CX-7! Jerod has even managed to contact me about setting up touching up the scratches with paint/buffing which was agreed in the price when I signed since purchasing the vehicle. I cannot thank Jerod enough for all of his time, patience, hospitality, friendliness, generosity, and compassion. The most unassuming car salesman I have ever met in my life. If you want the least painful, best possible car buying experience I recommend going to Kings Mazda and asking for Jerod. You won't be sorry that you did, and you will leave happy, stress-free, and thrilled with a new car just like I did!!!! I know in the future who to buy my future vehicles from, and again thank you so very VERY MUCH!!!!

After a test drive early December and one additional visit to the dealership at the end of December, we decided to pull the trigger and buy our first Mazda. This is the 3rd Mazda I have bought in recent years from Kings Mazda. These guys are great. They make working the transaction online and via email simple. There are no hassles or hidden surprises when you get to the dealer. You can't find a more friendly and customer service focused group of people in the car business, and trust me, I know. I buy more cars than any sane person should. And John is a great sales person and how could you ask for anything more than a guy who is a decedent of the great John Adams himself? For you history buffs out there, you know that is golden. Kris and Jason are also two of the most approachable and honest sales managers in the business. Thanks again for another great experience. My salesman was Jarod Graber. He was extremely knowledgable about the cars and worked with me to get me the car I wanted that was within my budget. He was honest about the things I should get and helped me weed out the things I didn't need. He was even able to match the great interest rate I was already approved for from a different bank! Out of the 7 dealerships I visited in my car-buying process, the staff at King's Mazda stood out as the most professional, informative and friendly that I worked with. My test drive was excellent. Matt was very knowledgable about the vehicles I tried and made sure that I got to test out all of their features. He and Jason were excellent at explaining the leasing process to me, since it was my first car lease, and were able to answer every question about the numbers that my dad and I had for them. I never felt pressured and they worked with me until we came up with a deal that fit both my budget and my needs with minimal haggling. Most importantly, I appreciated that they were respectful of me and treated me as a valued customer in addition to my dad. I absolutely love my new CX5 and would recommend King's Mazda to everyone.

Let me be very clear--I do NOT like shopping for cars! I was car shopping for the first time in over 10 years, so needless to say, I was not a savvy shopper. John was very professional and informative. He treated me with respect and realized that even though I was not the most savvy car shopper, I had a brain and was fully capable of understanding the financial details. He explained the big picture of leasing vs. purchasing (something I had never previously considered). He was very patient and helpful--I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay, and we came an agreement with minimal haggling. This experience at Kings Mazda was in stark contrast to what I experienced at another dealership the previous day--they treated me like I was an idiot because I was not familiar with the lingo used in leases, and when I asked detailed questions about the numbers they couldn't answer them and just laughed at me. We purchased a 2004 Mazda 6 with only 81,000 miles and thought we had bought a decent car. How wrong! We had to have $500 in front end repairs and then the engine blew!! The general manager said so sorry you are having problems, but there is nothing I can do! Our mechanic stated that there was NO WAY Kings Mazda did not know about the condition of the motor. DO NOT do any business with Kings Mazda. Dishonest crooks!!

I have previously leased 4 other Mazda 3's from Kings Mazda. My current lease was up and I knew going in I wanted to upgrade to the 6. Danny met us at the door and was friendly and energetic. Took the new 6 for a test drive and was ready to make a deal. Danny and the other gentlemen I worked with we're friendly, funny and cut out all the tricks. Before too long we came to a deal that made sense for me as a recent college grad and that was that. I was in and out including the test drive in under 90 minutes and they all stayed late to finish the deal given my limited availability with work. I would highly recommend going to Kings Mazda again as I have done over and over already. I'm sure my next car will be from Kings Mazda in 3 years as well.

He quickly got me into a Mazda 3 to test drive with my family. I didn't really find the car I wanted in the morning, but Jerod called me later in the day to tell me he found exactly the car I was looking for. I came back to test drive the car, which I absolutely loved and decided to buy. Jerod was great to work with during the buying process. I never once felt he was pushing me into anything I didn't want. I later talked with Ian about financing and he was also very informative. He explained the warranties to me and did an excellent job showing me which ones I would most likely consider. My experience with Kings Mazda was amazing. If you are looking for a Mazda, these guys are the most competitive in the city. Jason Sink and Jerod Graber are awesome to work with. They are friendly, professional, straight forward, and don't play games. They will give you the best price and make sure you are satisfied. On 9/10 I took my Mazda 5 in because my ac/heater blower had quit on me. I also asked them to make me a key, and asked them to attach my front lisence plate. I was told the key would be about $250, but they would attach the lisence plate for free. Although, I thought that was a lot of money for a key, I wanted a second key. I said okay, make the key and attach the plate. They did their diagnostic, which was $70. And I was told that if I had the work done, that may be taken off the final bill. The "service specialist" Josh, told me that they had checked everything. The only thing that it could be was the blower motor, and that would cost me about $450. I made an appointment for 8am on 9/17. I was told that it would be a 2 or 3 hour job. I was then given the bill for the diagnostic and the key. The $250 key, with tax and labor, was actually $340. Who knew that there was more than $100 labor to make a key. Wow. And they did NOT attach my front plate. I dropped my car off on 9/16, expecting my car to be done by 10 or 11 the next morning. I was called at 9:30am, to be told that they didn't have the part. Again, wow. I was told they could have it the next morning. I was promised that my car would be done by noon, the following day. I had taken the day off, and had plans for that afternoon. But with no car, my plans were down the drain. Ok, next day. I was called at 2:30pm. It was not the blower, it had to be the module. So much for the "diagnostic"I was then informed that this part was about $800. With labor, the bill would be about $1200. I flipped out. I will say, they did get me a rental car. I was told that my car would be done 9/22. I was not happy, but at least I would have a way to work, and to get to my various other commitments. Fast forward to 9/22. I was called at 1:10 pm. My car was finished. Yea!! A couple of hours later, I went pick it up. I asked, "did you attach my front lisence plate? " The gentlemen looked at my paperwork, and it indeed said that it had been done. Then I was presented with the bill. $1165.55. I asked if they could at least take the diagnostic fee off. Of course, I was told NO. He said, "we paid for the rental car!" As if to say, WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT? I paid the bill. So, altogether I had given them $1575.65. Then, Josh went to get my car. And you guessed it. NO PLATE. He told me "we forgot about the plate, and we don't have the right bracket in stock. We could order it. It would cost you about $40. You can bring it back sometime next week." So from 9/10 until 9/22, they didn't have the time or the thought to order it? And I was told at the beginning that it would be done for free. I was highly annoyed and took mr car and left.

Everyone treated us great from our sales rep Art Husted to Kris Miller the sales manager and Ian in Finance. We were deciding between another brand and the CX-5. To put it plainly the other dealership lied to us and treated us like we had no choice but to take the new offer which was not what they had originally said it would be. It was one of those buying experiences you always dread when it comes to buying a car. Well we did have a choice and went right to Art who honored our original deal and gave us a better deal on a CX-5 with everything on it. They bent over backwards to get the right car for my wife and gave us a great deal on it. We could not be happier with the car and the people of Kings Mazda. It was great to be treated with respect and also have fun buying a car. I definitely recommend Kings Mazda and Art Husted.

I identified the Mazda 3 I wanted on the Internet. I called Mark Knox and told him I lived in Louisville and could not make the drive to Cincinnati for 3 days. I asked him if he would take the car off the lot if we were able to agree on a price over the phone. We agreed on a price well below dealer retail, I made a 500 dollar earnest payment will th a credit card and Mark took the car off the lot. When my son and I drove up to purchase the car the following Saturday, Jerod Graber had it cleaned, detailed, and sitting right in front and center of the showroom floor. He went over every feature of the car with my son. Both Mark and Jerod were exceptional. The gentleman I spoke with in finance was exceptional as well. He offered me the lowest rate I've ever had on a car loan. We were out of the door of the dealership in approximately one hour. Best car buying experience I've had in my life.

I'm very happy with my experience at Kings Mazda. First I went there for Mazda CX-5 but I changed my mind due to the size which looked bigger than I thought. I was not sure what I was looking for. The sales staff were very patient. I did test driving with CX 5 and regular car mazda 3 and I liked their performance. Steve helped me choose the color since I didn't really know what color I preferred. He showed me the features with great Patience and he is very knowledgeable. The manager Jason offered me a good deal. Both my kid and I love this car. What's more, life-time free synthetic oil change! I definitely recommend this dealer and this cute Japanese car.

A great car buying experience. We expected the typical pressure...and I warned my daughter about it. This is her first car. Matt helped us through the process, and was fair on presenting the numbers. No pressure on buying. We slept on the purchase, and decided the next day to purchase. Matt went through the features, did a demo of the technology package, and spent a good deal of time making my daughter comfortable with the car. He showed that he really cares. Having a good product to sell makes it also easier. Mazda 3 was a good choice for her - the safety features made a difference. What made a difference for us on the car side: 1. The eye-catching exterior design. 2. Simple minimalist interior layout - the 7 inch display with the knob is better than the Audi, given that the screen is also a touch-screen. 3. Responsive and peppy engine and good steering. 4. Relative good fuel economy. 5. Safety technology(blind spot monitor, back-pp cameras, cross-traffic alert.

We were driving up from Northern Kentucky to see a car that was listed on the internet and called ahead because we didn't have a lot of time. The Kings Mazda was for the most part fine until I got turned over to the finance department and Matt Riegler. The 2016 MX-5 I purchased was not a lease and yet on the sales contract the X was marked for Lease which I think automatically includes GAP insurance from All state. I also noticed later as I looked over the sealed in a envelope paperwork that a $850 GAP insurance was tacked on to the loan. This was optional and I was not asked to accept or decline the overpriced coverage. To give you an Idea of how much GAP insurance costs for my insurance provided it is $18 per year. I can't help but think how cheesy this practice is and how many times no one looks at the details of the loan and make payments on this with interest for 5 years. I have had purchased three new vehicles in my life and two were purchased at Honda. Honda was a no hassle no tricks deal.

Using TrueCar.com to research and determine the vehicle and options I wanted on my next new car, I found the car I wanted at Kings Mazda and initially engaged with Mark Knox, internet sales manager, to discuss purchase price, etc. The car sold to another customer in the interim, but Mark invited me down to the dealership to meet with Jerod Graber to see about locating the vehicle I wanted from another dealership. There was a little hiccup in the negotiated purchase price because I neglected to mention at the outset that I wanted to lease the vehicle instead of purchasing it. But an alternate deal, agreeable to both parties, was soon worked out, and Jerod and team set about locating the vehicle I wanted. A week later, the vehicle was on site and I received a call from Jerod to schedule the pickup. When I arrived, the car was ready to go, including the additional dealer-installed options that I had requested. The lease agreement and other purchase paperwork signing was facilitated by Ian Pappenheimer, and everything went smoothly there as well.I purchased my first vehicle from Kings Toyota 25 years ago, shortly after moving to the Dayton area. That was a positive experience as well, but for some reason I purchased/leased subsequent vehicles from other dealerships in the Dayton area with varying degrees of satisfaction. Going back to Kings Mazda for this vehicle purchase has convinced me that it is worth the drive to go to Kings Automall first when my lease is up in 3 years on my new Mazda6.Thanks, Kings Mazda team!!

I love my new Mazda 6, and it was a pleasure to deal with John Adams and the staff at Kings Mazda. I was narrowing my search on what car I would buy. When the Mazda 6 was one of my final two choices, I would call John in advance. He would have the model I wanted to drive waiting for me when I got there. While he certainly wanted to sell me a car, he did not pressure me as I was deciding. I also had some unique needs in a vehicle, and he was able to recommend the best Mazda 6 model to meet those needs. He was knowledgeable about Mazda cars, along with the pros and cons vs. other brands. Getting the paperwork done to purchase the vehicle also was done pretty quickly.

I walked in not thinking I was going to get anything for my trade in and my interest rate was going to be expensive if I got approved as I'm a 19 year old with 0 credit. Megan was very helpful and nice she got me approved for 150$ a month with low interest. She even came in on her off day to finalize the paperwork. We had been looking at the same vehicle at another local dealership. When it came time to make a deal, we asked each dealer to give us their best offer. Kings Mazda was very open and honest about the numbers and came in a little lower than the other dealer. And then... we found out that they offered free oil changes for life! Great experience all the way around.

Very easy to do business with, haggle free, and put the customer first. Excellent sales and support staff. The reason we purchased our new CX-9 Grand Touring from Kings was because of John Kozowski. He was proactive informing us of a price reduction on the CX-9 looked at earlier in the week. Kings was extremely fair on the trade-in price for our Grand Caravan. The whole experience at King's Mazda was wonderful. Danny Helton was friendly and knowledgable but not the least bit pushy and even gave me a special price for where I work, even though I had no idea that existed. Everyone in the showroom, parts area and finance (Matthew) were friendly. I had my 7 year old nephew with me when I picked it up and Danny and the finance department made sure to get me out quickly so he wouldn't get bored. I really appreciated their attention to him. I also appreciated the fact that Danny treated me as if this was MY car and not my husband's. He familiarized me with the car and answered all my questions. I'm very happy with the whole experience.

After arriving at the dealership, I decided I might want to consider a CX5. Danny allowed me to test drive both the Mazda 6 and the CX5 ( I never asked to test drive the Mazda 3 as I had currently owned that model and felt it wouldn't be significantly different.) and after some consideration I decided I wanted to seriously consider the CX5. Danny spent a considerable amount of time with me going over the features and differences between the models and helped me make the decision that was right for me. I'm very happy with my purchase and will return in the future for another car purchase.

Bought a car from then and less than a month later the transmission is slipping. The longest drive it had seen was from the dealership to my house. I use it to go to and from work and that's about a 7 mile round trip drive. Ask them if they can do anything about it and they said that they could take it as a trade in... Seriously ? You want me to buy another car off of you? You probably sold this car knowing about the tramsmison. Transmison and engine are the 2 biggest things on a car how car and that's xxxxxx up that they won't do anything at all about this.

He worked with me in getting a vehicle to be able to make sure I could get to work while they took care of several "issues" with my car. After doing our homework for a few weeks on the specific type of car we wanted to look at, we decided to go out to Kings Mazda for a casual *rainy* Sunday afternoon. We "knew" going in we weren't going to buy... Upon our arrival, Stuart greeted us in the rain and let us take the lead. He let us pull a few cars into a dry area to look at, test drive, etc. He never made us feel like he had better things to be doing, we weren't rushed and before we knew it we were walking out 3 hours later with our 2012 Mazda CX-9! I cannot stress how critical of a consumer I am. That being said Kings Mazda is what everyone has in mind when you're thinking of a perfect car buying experience. I drove over an hour, past my local Mazda dealer to take a chance on them, and I couldn't be happier that I did. I had a very negative experience with my last new car purchase in 2013 and was literally dreading walking in and being treated like a first time car buyer. I was greeted at the door by Jerod who simply asked what brought me in I didn't feel the immediate pressure to get in, buy something and get out. I decided on my new cx5 and Jerod really helped me understand how the dealership could make my payments work for my finances. I was quickly approve and the paperwork was quick and easy thanks to the super knowledgable and friendly finance manager. All in all I was super pleased and left feeling relieved, I could let go of my "haggling face" it should also be mentioned I was offered 3k more for my trade which is almost unheard of. With lifetime oil changes, they really can't be beat. Thank you again Jerod, I really hope a bunch of people start coming your way!

Jerod was super great to work with - I really didn't know what to expect going by myself and was fully prepared to have someone try to take advantage of my lack of expertise in buying a new car. I didn't feel this way at all at Kings Mazda! I had been to a different dealership the same day that would only offer me an average, so-so price, and so I was shocked when I went to Kings Mazda and with minimal talking (and practically no haggling) was offered the same car for $2000 less than the other dealers' "best they could do." Nervous about going on my own without a male family member, I looked up all the do's and don't's about car-buying. I knew exactly what I wanted to pay per Kelley Blue Book prior to going, so I felt prepared to not be swindled. BUT Jerod didn't ask what monthly payment I was looking for (admitted that's a huge mistake people sometimes make), didn't try to get me to sign up for the warranty for the interior fabric and whatnot (he actually told me NOT to), and he had no problem with my not wanting to upgrade to the next model up.Also, did I mention I got my brand spanking new Mazda3 for $1000 less than truecar.com's "unusually low price" paid for this car? What?!? Staff is super friendly and helpful. Overall fantastic experience, couldn't be more pleased and will definitely recommend to family and friends! My wife and I were in the market for a mid-sized SUV and came across the 2012 CX-9 online. We noticed the price was better than anything else comparable so we decided to drive down and see it. Kings Mazda was a great purchasing experiencing. The car and price that were quoted online and on the internet, were the exact same offers, as when I came in. I had a price that I wanted to pay for the car, they met me on the price. I got the model and options I wanted. No extra mark ups, documentation fees, it was all straight forward. They provide free oil changes as long as you own the car. The service dept is friendly and welcoming. Great experience. Sales members were polite and friendly. Tonight I bought a 2015 Mazda3 s-Touring Hatchback from Kings Mazda and I am very happy. Besides getting a really great car, I also met a number of really nice and friendly people over the past few days, all of whom were very helpful. I met Eric Henize on-line a few days ago when I requested information about some of the cars that I saw on the Kings Mazda website. Eric really knows his cars and he was very good about sharing his knowledge through a number of emails throughout the day. So yesterday, I stopped by Kings Mazda to meet Eric. He really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and then we test drove 2 different vehicles, the Mazda 3 and CX-5. He helped me to understand the different features of each vehicle and allowed me to test drive both with no rush. I scheduled a return visit this evening so that my wife could also drive the Mazda 3 and CX-5. When we showed up, Eric had both cars ready to go. We drove both vehicles on test drives that really let us experience both cars. Not just an around the block test drive. No pressure. No rush. The CX-5 was a terrific vehicle, but we both really liked the Mazda3. On another note, I was really impressed with both sales managers that I met over the last two days, Jerry Alley and Kris Miller. They weren't hidden behind some secret wall like in a lot of dealerships, but they were right on the sales floor. I was able to talk directly with both sales managers and worked out a price that I was happy with. Even the finance manager, Matt Rieger, was a real pleasure to deal with, even though I kept everyone around well after closing time. Everyone at Kings Mazda really took the time to help us and everyone was really friendly. My sales guy, Eric hung around late tonight to make sure I completely understood all the features of my new Mazda 3, especially all of the technology built into the vehicle. And there is a lot of cool, easy to use, technology in this car. Based on everything that I have experienced over the past few days, I would very much recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to take a look at the entire line of vehicles at Kings Mazda. I'm very excited about my new car and very happy with how I was treated by everyone at Kings Mazda.

Erik Henize met me at the dealership at 9:00 AM in the morning and I was out the door with paperwork complete by 11:30 AM having purchase an incredible car at a very fair price. We found a used car at Kings Mazda for what appeared to be great condition for less than what we had been seeing at other small used dealerships. It was a great find -- the mechanics of the car seemed sound and both the interior were in very good condition. We felt better about going to a "big" dealership because the small guys seemed like they had less experience, less business, and less ability to get us financing quickly.That being said, in the end, I was dissatisfied with them and felt a little bamboozled.The salesperson seemed nice and normal. He wasn't overly clingy or too heavy handed. That was appreciated. But I wish he had followed through on some things I had said during the test drive. I feel really regretful I was not more insistent on checking on every little thing. He also did not seem to know much about the specific car itself or the model. I knew more from researching it online than he could tell me.We discovered some issues that we feel the dealer should have or did know about.First, they quibbled over a few hundred dollars and tried to convince us it was no big deal because that's just a few bucks a month. Okay; I'm not an idiot, and I went to college. The total price does make a difference.This quibbling over a few hundred bucks is what really annoyed me after I found out the following.1) The car did not have more than one key. Getting additional keys made was more money ($300) than what they quibbled over.2) The car did not come with any rugs. That was another $200 out of pocket that I had to pay for after the fact.3) I had mentioned how bad the brakes felt, how much I had to push to get it to stop. Turns out, they were rusted fused and we need all new brakes ($800).4) There was also a hole in the muffler and that was another $700 replacement.5) I failed to notice a long dent on the passenger side. That was my fault. I am not going to pay to get it taken out.So basically, this car is costing me off the bat another $2000.

We were able to go in and find exactly what we wanted and they worked with us to fit our price range. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We bought a 2015 CX-5 and I couldn't be happier with it!! It is a great fit for our family and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an SUV. Will definitely be recommending Kings Mazda in the future :)

I offered for a certified Mazda 5 Grand Touring 2013 and we aligned deal. I signed offer form and gave a security deposit of USD 500. I returned a week later to pick up the car and pay cash (after almost daily emails and calls confirming my appointment) and they informed me that they sold the car that was booked for me, as someone else appear and they have a NON WRITTEN INTERNAL POLICY that they do not accept security deposit for used cars. The only thing they can offer me is a new Mazda 5 Touring, which is obviously more expensive and less equipped. I still can't believe that with a security deposit they sold my car, this is worst car buying experience I had in my life. We were 3 hours waiting with 1 year old baby, 4 years old daughter for the sales manager Kris just because they decided to sold car that I paid for. DO NOT BUY AT KINGS MAZDA YOU WILL ALSO BE CHEATED AS I WAS.

I have had my Mazda CX9 to this dealer multiple times for the same problem and they were never able to diagnose the problem. I am out 3500.00 running after fixes that were never necessary. After taking my car to a non-Mazda local mechanic they were able to diagnose and FIX my issue in two days. I am out another 1600.00, but at least my car runs like new. I also had my car to this dealer to fix my adjustable headlights and they wanted 1100.00 to replace the entire assembly. I asked them if they could just unplug the moter and they said NO. They charged me 100.00 to diagnose and after returning home and looking on You Tube I was able to unplug the motor it about two minutes fixing my problem. They may be ok with routine maintenance, but I would not trust them with anything at this point. I won't even go for my "free oil changes".Get a second opinion if they are not definitive on the problem. Save yourself some money.

Horrible experience. one of the advanced Key doesn't work, called first, and was told can be reprogrammed. But after they attempted, no success. They still charge us the full price $98.11. Not friendly at all. Will never come back to Kings Mazda anymore.

I phoned this dealer after seeing a Mazda on cars.com and the salesman was so great - he said he would get it ready and he would hold it until we drove there in about an hour. And he did it! Great car - great price- great trade-in. All around wonderful experience. We sent an email of praise and he sent us a lovely card thanking us. What more can you want? These guys are great! My husband and I have been shopping for a car for my daughter for over a year. We knew what we wanted but couldn't find any we felt good about (ie. safe and reliable) for the budget we had. The sales person and the manager seemed to really listen what we wanted and found the perfect car at a price that was in our budget! We had also gone through some tuff financial times over the past 4 years, but the finance department still found us great rate. They saved us enough that we were able to afford to put a full warranty on the car! Everyone one at Kings Mazda made is easy and fun for us. Megan was super knowledgeable about the model of car we were interested and ended up purchasing. She sat in the car with us and demonstrated all of the features, synced my phone to the car via bluetooth and entered our home address into the GPS system. She gave us valuable information on how to update the GPS system. She let us know we could contact her at any time with any questions we might have after leaving. She also set up an appointment for our first oil change, ordered us a bottle of touch up paint, and set up an appointment for us to bring the car back in to repair some minor hail damage. . The dealership offers free oil changes for the life of the car so we really valued that amenity. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and made the purchase very easy.

My overall experience at king's Mazda was phenomenal. My wife and I can didn't have the easiest set of circumstances to work with but the sales team worked hard to find the best options for us. Also, financing wasn't going to be easy but their finance team came through for us with manageable payments and a low interest rate. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and we owe it to them working hard for us.

Jerod was very friendly. I told him exactly what I wanted and he was excellent at pleasing my every need that I asked for.He knew the style, and kind of car I was interested in and when we test drove he explained everything about the dash. He alsodid good at leading me to the highway and then on back roads for our test drive.When we parked he showed me all the features of the rest of the car. Gas tank, trunk, hood, back seat.....and alot of things in the front seats, and console. He made sure I had all the correct books to look up anything I needed. He help program my blue tooth in the car, and set the maintense schedule for me. He was very patient with me in his explanations. He gave me free oil changes for life, and gee I felt very knowledgeable when I left him. I didn't have any doubts that I had been given him to be my sales person by GOD!!! so true; because as a rule I don't like car salesmen.He also helped me with the choice of color. I was undecided, but as we negotiated the price, he is the one that came up with the idea of his new demo that he was driving. It was the right color, has the BOSE which I adore, sun roof....I was so happy...... I was so happy in the price, and the time I could pick it up...like the next day. He was efficient and and got me exactly what I wanted. I knew what I wanted and he delivered. You can't ask for any thing more than that. My experience with Jerod was excellent.I even gave him and his family free tickets to a play. Which they attended!!! Jerod Graber was very patient as we had to go through various channels within our company to purchase a new company car. He even offered to come to our office to work with us when we were unable to meet him at the dealership. We did not take him up on that but it was nice of him to offer. He did come in to the dealership on his day off to make the deal happen. Not only did they give us a fair price for our trade in, they were reasonable about the pricing of the new vehicle as well. The car is great - better than we even expected!!! Jerod was very professional and efficient.It was a pleasant experience and we are very pleased with everything.I would definitely recommend him and Kings Mazda in the future.

Steve and Ian went above and beyond in my car buying experience. In a matter of hours, they had helped me secure a certified 2010 Mazda 3 sedan marked approx. $2000 below the Blue Book value, locking in a loan with an interest rate lower than what my local banks offered, and extended my bumper-to-bumper warranty over the life of the loan (6 yrs). I asked for a quote on a Mazda 3i Sport via their website and received the quote. Upon receiving the quote, I realized I had asked for the wrong car and asked the quote to be changed to a Mazda 3i Touring SKYACTIV. I received the "out the door " price. There was some haggling and a price agreed upon via email. I arranged an appointment on a Saturday to purchase the car. When I arrived, a Mazda 3i Touring SKYACTIV was waiting for me to test drive. The test drive was good and I was ready to purchase. After a thirty minute wait, I was told Kings Mazda would not honor the internet quote agreed to in email because it was less than what the Mazda 3i Touring SKYACTIV cost them. They said they did not understand that I had wanted the Mazda 3i Touring SKYACTIV instead of the 3i Sport. I found this odd considering I referred to the Mazda 3i Touring SKYACTIV link on their website two times in emails and they had the Mazda 3i Touring SKYACTIV for me to test drive when I arrived. They have all emails documented, I brought and they had them in their system. Even though the emails from Kings Mazda said they would honor the quote with a copy of the email, the sales manager said they would not honor since I did not have a signature from them. They wanted $2,000 more for the Mazda 3i Touring SKYACTIV than was "quoted" from their internet sales manager.Do not trust Kings Mazda for internet quotes.

Went to the dealer to test drive a used car. We couldn't agree to a deal, so I went to look at other options at other dealerships. I ultimately concluded later that day that I would be willing to take the Kings Mazda deal and called to see if it was still available. Salesperson said she would call me back after talking to the manager. She called back and said that yes, the deal was still available. I told her I would return in 45-60 minutes to put everything together. When I returned, she met me at the door to say that someone else had bought the car, but that I could wait to see if their credit check would be approved. I declined. I asked why nobody had even tried to call me, and of course, she had no real answer. I understand that there was no obligation to hold the car for me and that until we had a signed deal, there was no deal. But if this dealership actually cared about its customers rather than only about its own finances, I would have gotten a call and would have provided a credit card for a down paymnet or at a minimum, it would have saved me a trip back to the dealer. They can now be certain that I will never make that drive again.

I brought a brand new CX7 2007 and I have had problems with this vehicle from day one. It has been making noise and burning oil. They told me that with turbo it will do that. That is not correct. I have already had 2 timing chains put in and it's still making the same noise. They tell me they can't hear this noise. If you read all the complaints anyone owning one is having the same problem. Kings will not work with you. They keep saying they have to get the approval from Corp. We finally got a recall on these problems but they still will not fix it. It's like they don't know how to fix it. They won't even investigate the problem. You have to tear into the motor to find it but they won't. Everyone needs to stay away from this dearlership.

I contacted the dealer by online chat concerning a specific used vehicle. I was told that the agent would make sure the vehicle was still for sale and contact me. I gave my email address and cell number and went to my 2nd shift job. When I returned home after work I had yet to receive a phone call nor was there any email contact. I guess when you get to be a large dealer a used vehicle customer is not as valued as a new vehicle customer.

My engine went bad after 26,600 miles Mazda Corp wouldn't even tear down the engine properly to investigate the problem. When I went to the dealership to inquire on the exact problem my car had they had no direct answer for me and were basing their decision on noises my car was making. They also informed me that my warranty was voided because I was slightly late in taking my car in for a few oil changes. After repeatedly questioning their stance on the matter the service manager Kelly became irate and threatened to have me removed from the premises by policy authority and then followed me out the door screaming at me to never return to "his shop". He's just the service manager and this is how I'm treated? He wouldn't even "allow" me to speak with the GM who was upstairs "in a meeting". I buy a $20,000 product that helps write their paychecks and I'm getting harassed because I only wanted a clear cut explanation of why my 2010 Mazda 3's (yes 2010) engine was already bad.THANKS MAZDA CORP, KINGS MAZDA, AND KELLY THE SERVICE MANAGER FOR TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS SO POORLY. I APPRECIATE YOU TIME AND ATTENTION IN THIS MATTER.

Bought a Certified Used 2008 CX7 on 01-13-2011, along with an extended warranty. Before I took delivery, I questioned the dim driver head lamp. I was told that was "normal." Took it in today (May 20) because the headlight is dangerously dim and thought it might be partially burned out. The service tech put the car up on the lift, had to take the entire wheel off to access the headlamp and found that it had apparently been previously rigged with foil and duct tape and it had shorted out some wires and could have caused a fire! I have the foil and the duct tape in my posession. The service tech and the sales manager agreed that, though this wasn't a "warranty" issues, I had purchased a CERITFIED car and this was of no fault of my own. It had escaped their attention when they acquired the car before selling it to me. The General Manager, Ed Schoenhoft is a total creep. He refused to pay for it, said that I chose to buy a used car so therefore I should assume the liability and responsibility and "kindly" offered to pay for half the $875 charge!! He even insinuated that I could have rigged the headlight myself! We bought this car for our 16 year old daughter who takes it back and forth to school only. We were cautious about purchasing a safe and reliable car for her and paid top dollar for this! It had very low miles--32k. They would not release the car to me unless I paid them. So I am out $400+ and have just filed a compalint with the BBB. The attitude there, by the GENERAL MANAGER is "LET THE BUYER BEWARE." They will not stand behind what they sell and care little about good will. Buy or service your car elswhere!

i went in looking for a new mazda5 and had gotten a price from a different dealer, so i went in to see if they would match that price because it was closer to my wifes work. the salesman that i worked with didnt want any part of the price quote that i was given by the other dealer , and even asked me , why dont you just go buy the car from them? i went to the new car manager and he basically agreed with the salesman, so, i left and bought the car from the other dealership !! i gave them another chance and i asked them about a year later to give me price on another mazda5 for my sister who liked mine....could they beat the price from another dealership , and again , by email this time, was told the same thing , so again my sister bought the vehicle from the other dealership! so help them out and dont waste their time, and just go buy from the other dealerships beacause that seems to be what they want!! i havent been back there and got an email from the salesman who saved my email and sent it back to me from the very 1st time when i complained about the salesman...guess he thought it was funny, like i was just complaing again , and saying that i didnt really buy 2 vehicles. yeah , really funny!!! atleast jake sweeney and kerry mazda thought it was really funny when they got my business instead of you!! BEWARE!!!

After being a loyal supporter of Kings Mazda, I will no longer be spending any money with this organization.I have bought the last 3 cars from Mazda (2000 Mazda 626, 2003 Mazda Tribute, 2007 Mazda3) and have done so because they have always been fair, honest and quite frankly, the cars are great. All my service, even oil changes, we always handled by the service department.It seems there has been significant changes in Service and Sales, and customer support has suffered greatly. I recently had issues with a $5 part that should have been covered by the warantee that was sold with the vehicle. Not so. I was forced to pay $90 for a $5 part and 2 minutes of time for the tech to put it on. The service department hides behind mounds of "corporate Mazda" paperwork and the sales manager is clueless as to the details of what he sells. When I tried to confront anyone about the details, I got nothing but finger pointing and excuses as to why I was being charged.After a few brief calculations, I determined that I have brought over $100,000 in sales and service to this organization (3 cars personally bought, 10 years of service on my cars and 5 referrals for people that have ended up buying Mazdas from Kings Mazda) and this is the respect I get? No more, I am now a strong advocate AGAINST Kings Mazda. Still LOVE the vehicles, but will NOT support this organization.

This dealership would not replace my car which had to endure numerours repairs while under warranty. The car was definitely a lemon...they did not even deliberate how to amend the problem with Mazda Corporate. I even wrote a letter of disappointment and my claim was basically overlooked. There are at least 23 visits to the service department on record for the particular car, a 2003 MazdaSpeed, that did not include routine maintanance.
