I like working with this dealership because I don't feel pressured or hassled to make any decisions during the whole purchase process. Jeff has always been easy to work with and if there is something I am looking for he will go out of his way to get it. They make you feel like they actually appreciate your business unlike some dealerships I have visited who make you feel like its only about the sale. I have recommended several people to KIPO over the years and will continue to do so.

In early July I was in the market for a new SUV and of course, went to Kipo Chevrolet. Between my husband and I we have purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership and we service our cars there regularly. Working with Leslie Michael was exceptionally easy as he was straightforward and honest, and he did not try to push me into a vehicle or model I didn't want or couldn't afford. I wound up leasing a 2013 Tahoe LT and I couldn't be happier.Leslie found a model with the options I was looking for and had it brought in from another dealership. It was just what I was looking for. I was made fully aware of the leasing incentives available and decided to go that route. We were so happy with this deal, my husband went back to Kipo the next day and leased a 2013 Silverado (we usually buy in pairs!)After having my Tahoe a few days I discovered that the 3rd row seat latch wasn't working properly. I just dropped in, and Keith and Leslie had the service guys replace the latch while I waited. It is these things that keep us coming back to Kipo Chevrolet. We had an excellent overall experience at Kipo Chevrolet.

Finally a pleasant experience buying a new vehicle .I have been to 5 other dealers and suffered all sorts of hassle with low trade value and high sticker price . Kipo gave me a great price on a new vehicle and high market on my trade with an honest no run around friendly sale . I highly recommend them if you are looking for an excellent value deal , as i know i will go back when i'm in the market next time .

Dawn Sawyer was friendly and answered all of my questions online. She followed up by calling and emailing me. She even emailed car pictures and talked extensively about features offered by Chevrolet. I was impressed with her non-pushy attitude. I was thrilled with the chevy Traverse. I love the new styling details inside. The contours on the outside are striking in the crystal red color. The whole process with purchasing at Kipo was low hassle, down to earth, and quite easy. I would tell people to visit Dawn at Kipo.

My boyfriend and i both purchased used vehicles in 2010 from Paddock Chevrolet. My warranty expired and I had to put some major money into the vehicle (Equinox), since. My boyfriend traded in a 2006 Siverado and leased a 2013 Silverado with Kipo Motors. He was very pleased with the personnel and service he received. I met with Leslie Michael at Kipo and recently leased a 2013 Chevy Malibu. I received exceptional service, from the manager on down. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They made me feel very comfortable in my decision to lease. I was also pleased with the valie of my trade-in.

I originally came looking at the Chevy Equinox but was shown that the Chevy Captiva was almost the same and it was cheaper (used) and sorta within my budget. But working with them made me feel a little better about my purchase and I have been loving my car ever since even though I had second thoughts about it. Thanks KIPO.

I recently bought a new Chevy Cruze with my daughter from Ki-Po Chevrolet and was extremely pleased with my salesperson, Dawn Sawyer as well as the whole dealership. We were treated very well from start to finish of the purchase, and Dawn was up front and honest with us throughout the the whole process. I've bought several new vehicles over the years from Ki-Po and I can honestly say that I"ve been extremely pleased each and every time. I will continue to be a Ki-Po customer for years to come.

My overall experience with Ki Po Chevy and Mike Horton (salesman) was excellent. Mike is very knowledgeable and helpful. He has been with this dealership for a long time and has always been very courteous and professional whenever I have dealt with him. I ask for Mike when I shop for a vehicle.I felt the trade in value was fair and they were willing to work with me on it.Mike allowed as much time as necessary to find me a truck with all of the options I wanted and was able to locate a truck I liked alot. Between my EVA price, rebates and trade I felt that I got a very good deal on the truck I wanted.There were two small negatives. I saw a white diamond edition demo on the lot that I really liked. Mike and I spoke briefly about the price and I decided to buy it. When Mike came out of the finance office with a price it was WAY off and we scrapped the deal quickly. I am still disappointed about that truck. Also, I was asked to come in the day prior to delivery of my new truck to finalize financing or something. I sat with Don Lewecki who tried to sell me extended warranties, protective coatings etc. I felt that this additional visit was unnecessary.Like I said I was pleased in the end and I will happily do buisness with Mike Horton and Ki Po again. I have had my new truck five days and so far I love it! Thank You!

My expirence at KI-PO was and always is excellent. From the moment that I walk in the door untill I'm in my new vehicle and pulling out of the lot, I'm treated as if I were their number 1 concern. This dealership understands what "exceeding customer expectations" means. They execute that flawlessly everyday. Jeff Smith is an asset that they have that no other dealership has. He has come in on days off to take care of customer concerns. Don in finance works to get the best rate available on loans. Keith always greets you with a smile and a hand shake and thanks you personally for your business. I recommend this dealership at every possible moment. KI-PO is a shining star in the GM dealership network. They are the standard that other dealership should be measured by.

First off, I have been a very loyal Ford Truck owner for a long time. After having some.. issues.. with my truck I decided to look into other alternatives. I have heard good things about the KIPO dealership in Ransomville so I scheduled a visit after checking out some options on the website. After explaining my options and constaints Dawn took over and my test ride resulted. I felt the vehicle may not fit inside my budget but after working with the sales and finance people we were able to work things out. Overall experience to this point is GREAT !! I have not brought my Chevy in for service yet but from all indications I'm looking forward to it being as pleasurable as purchasing the vehicle.

I wasn't happy the 1st time I went to the dealership because they wouldn't work out a price with me so I left. Dawn was the 1st person I talked to on the phone about the car and I talked to her again 6 days later about the price. I agreed to come back. The person I worked with both times was Mike H. He was very nice answered my questions & was very personable. I did speak with Don also for financing he was able to get me a better rate than my credit union, he was nice and patient.I did call regarding the #'s for my anti theft and there was a problem. I have not heard back from anyone since Thursday 3/14.

I give a 5 star rating to KiPo. It was an excellent experience from the moment we walked in the door. I had heard great things about KiPo's deals and prices in the past, but never expected to walk out buying a BRAND NEW CAR for the first time in my life. Leslie gave us great service, he was never pushy, and we truly enjoyed the experience. So much so that 2 days later my dad went down to KiPo and walked out with a BRAND NEW truck!

The service dept. is purposely screwing with me and my van. On one oil change they did not tighten the filter enough so I had to return to have it done right. On another oil change they did not tighten the drain plug properly so I had to go back to have that fixed. On another visit they offered a free wash. It was very dirty but they just smeared the dirt around. On my last visit I had them put my snow tires on and mentioned to have them reset the tire monitors six times. They did not do it and may have broken one. I have not had the time to have that fixed yet. When I am there Steve Merchant often has nothing to do but stand and glare at me. On one visit I was the only one in the waiting room and Dan Meyer came in and pushed me aside to get a drink. Someone should tell him the fines and penalties for assulting someone over 65 are doubled. When I mentioned that the hinges are binding up John Demmin said buyer beware. When I asked him where the sensor is that dims the radio brightness he said it was my fault they do not work properly. They act like they are looking for a reason to void my warrenty. This started with me complaining about my right front wheel that chatters on occation. Tens of thousands of these have been made. I find it hard to believe I have te only one with this problem. John Demmin has learned to be politely nasty.

Dawn Sawyer was excellent to work with to say the least. The entire purchasing process at the dealership including test drive was completed under 2 hrs, which was important to us coming from 150 miles away as an internet buyer. The vehicle was clean, and equipped as identified on yahoo.com plus it had an oil change and new battery. She was very responsive, my questions were answered before and after the sale usually within an hour. If you see a vehicle you like on Kipo's website, I recommend you check them out. It was truly a hassle free experience.

My experience with Ki-Po, and in particular Jeff Smith, was extremely favorable. Jeff had been actively searching for quite awhile for an Equinox with the features that I was interested in, while keeping in mind the price point that I was hoping for (with my 2011 as a trade-in.) My wife and I were excited when we learned he had located two choices and willingly brought the particulars/details to the house. It was a pleasure to pick up the chosen vehicle and find out that our time at the dealership was shortened because of all the particulars that he had taken care of prior to our arrival. It was a quick procedure with no added pressure........what more could anyone want. We truly appreciate Jeff's time and diligence in making the two of us happy customers!!

This is our 3rd car we have purchased from Ki-Po and Bob. The experience was very positive with this purchase as was the others. Bob worked with me to get the car with the opions and color I wanted in a very short period of time. The overall experence was very good and I will continue to do business with Ki-Po and Bob and I will refer friends and family to them.

I would never recomend this dealership to anyone. She was very pushy, and I didnt' appreciated the way this transaction took place. I didn't releazie how filthy the vehicle was. I just assumed that as a normal business that the vehicle would have been pofessionally cleaned inside and when the purchase was final I found stains that are all over the vehicle. It was cheaply shampooed and there were no floor matts. I addressed the floor matts and she stated that they didn't come with the vehicle. I have never seen a vehicle that didn't come with floor matts. I also am now left with the oil change that is needing to be changed, which I was under the impression that before the vehicle purchase that there would have been a 5 point inpsection done on the vehicle. And the brakes or rotors need to be changed. I am not pleased at the expenses I have to put in this vehicle now due to the neglance made. If this all can be rectified, I can see myself recommending this dealership. I do have a friend who is in search of vehicles and I will not recommend due to the poor service that I have experienced.

The salesperson, Leslie Michael, took the time to listen to both my desires and concerns about purchasing my first new car, 2012 Chevy Cruze, about six months ago after just getting out of graduate school; calmed my nerves, and promised he would do his best for me. He was able to put me behind the steering wheel of the exact car I wanted - amazing!He treated me so well, I brought him new business in my fiancee two weeks ago because I trust Leslie and Kipo Motors to be honest and people who will do their best to find the appropriate vehicle for you. Once again, they did not dissapoint us. Within days, mainly due to our own fault of different shifts, we were signing papers on a new Chevy Malibu which is spoiling him rotten.We have received telephone calls to ensure everything is okay with the car and assuring us if we need anything, please do not hesitate to bring it right back down. What more could be asked of anyone?!Thank you Leslie, Don, and KiPo!!!

Anytime I walk into a dealership I always think "These are crooks and they just want my money." I do NOT feel this way whatsoever. Beginning with the ease of the online system to request a quote to scheduling a test drive (the same day) and picking up my car soon after Kipo provided a great buying experience. the dealership staff was excellent; they were friendly, easy too talk too, and answered all the questions I had and some which I would not have thought of. They talked me through the functions of the car's electronics and were all around helpful. They got me the exact car I wanted at a great price. I was looking for a new Equinox. I had heard about Ki-Po Chevrolet. It was the first dealer I went to and was very happy with the dealership and decided not to go anywhere else. Jeff Smith was the salesman that took care of me. He was very thorough showing me all the features of theEquinox, before and also the day I took delivery. It helps to be familiar with the vehicle before you take it off the lot.Jeff was very easy to work with. He was not pushy and I think he called me once at home to let me know about an added GM incentive. I had told him I might not "jump" into buying rigt away and he respected that. I also met Keith Lucas and he was very helpful and pleasant also. I did meet with Brian Hy on the day Jeff was off of work and he gave me all the figures that Jeff had given me. He was also great to work with.I was very happy with Ki-Po and would recommend them. In fact my son went there a few days after I did and bought a SUV from Jeff Smith.

To whom it may concern,Buying a new or used car can be a challenge, especially if you are not a mechanically minded person. It can be hard comparing feature to feature and pricing because the options are so great and different things draw a person to each vehicle option. I live in Ohio now but grew up in North Tonawanda NY with Keith Lucas, one of the owners of KIPO Chevrolet.My wife and I chose to buy a previously owned van from KIPO, because of the trust we have in Keith and Company. Dawn Sawyer, is currently the internet sales manager for KIPO, so we worked through Dawn as we narrowed our selections. We found Dawn to be very patient and helpful, consistent in follow up, but polite and welcoming. By the time we drove in to buy we had our choices in mind and took only a few hours from beginning to end to leave with a new (to us) van after trading in a sport's car I had from before we were married. I credit this efficacy in transaction to the work Dawn did before the fact over the phone with us. The KIPO staff generally, and Dawn specifically, show respect and professionalism as they help customers like us wade through options and choices. Initial inquiry by internet. Person to person introduction was very cordial and friendly. Presented my proposal to lease. It was reviewed and discussed with sales person. Sales person (Dealership) countered with an acceptable proposal. It was accepted. Friendly, Quick, Efficient, no hastle, easy and completely understanding purchase. PLUS, was introduced to other dealership departments. Also, Super explanation of Cruze Vehicle safety features and electronics.

Our experience with Kipo was again excellent! This is our 2nd Malibu & we love the way we are treated when we are there. Jeff was willing to work around our schedules, my husband works nights and I work days. He was patient and actually drove our new Malibu to us in Lockport because we didn't know when my husband would be able to get there to sign the necessary papers. Jeff Smith went above and beyond with us and it was greatly appreciated!!

This dealership met my needs without the traditional hustle/hagle attitude. I was never given a bogus deal or low balled on my trade. I felt so comfotible that I made the deal that day, which is against my own golden rule "always sleep on it." I felt as if I was getting the best deal from the get go and Dawn's honesty was very much appreciated. The service didn't stop at the purchase, Tim was awesome when I picked my vehicle up. I've already referred family members to KI PO chevy in ransomville.
