Upon arriving at this dealership my wife and I were greeted by a very nice sales person and allowed to look around freely with the pressure of a someone hovering around trying to just make a sale like we have experienced at other locations. When it came time to test drive a couple of different cars, I was shocked that the sales person let my wife and I take the cars (one at a time) all by ourselves and said we could have a couple hours. Settling on a price was fairly easy and the financing took a short time. Overall I must say that this was the best used auto purchasing experience that I have ever had at a dealership.

Great experience recently when shopping for our teenagers first car. We were on a budget and the salwaperaon Alex totally understood that and there was zero pressure. We test drove the car we originally went to see, and it was just ok. We drove a second one and were this >< close to buying it. When we got back, Alex told us that he found out the car had an intermittent transmission issue and he couldn't in good faith sell us that vehicle because they wanted to take it back to auction! So imlressed by their integrity and good seevice. We ended spending just a little more than we planned on, but got a great car at an extremely fair price.

I was looking to replace a vehicle and stopped in to see what their selection was. There was a decent selection of cars, but I was shocked at the condition of the vehicles. They were extremely dirty and most had body damage. Not what I had anticipated and not for the prices they were asking for. I didn't buy and I would not recommend to any one else.

It's really the little things that make for a great buying experience, and the little things definitely added up at Kitsap Auto! I called to set up a test drive and got Jerry on the phone, who immediately struck me as very friendly and willing to do whatever he needed to help me out. I was looking for two vehicles, but the Chevy Blazer was the only one I had seen on the website that I knew we were interested in. He asked me some questions to find out what I needed out of the other vehicle and started looking into what they might have in stock. When he found out that I might have to delay my visit to their lot because I had no way to get there, he offered to come pick up my kids and I because they had a sale going on and he didn't want me to miss out. He gave me his private cell number from the first time I called so I could get in touch with him any time, for any reason, and was very patient in helping me find a car to suit my needs once we got there. As far as the cars, they have everything, from brand new, to needs tlc. Our Blazer was incredibly priced, one-owner, with such low miles it was kind of insane! Not only that, but we managed to actually find another car that I really liked, (an '05 Dodge Stratus), with really low miles, as well! AND Phillip was able to get us extended warranties and gap insurance, all at a payment that we could live with, even with our terrible credit! The only thing I would recommend is to make sure you thoroughly check out any vehicle you are considering buying. I didn't think to check the trunk of my car and it was missing a board and un-usable. However, the great thing about Kitsap Auto is that, even with the standard as-is contract, when I pointed out at the lot that the car's tires needed replacing, they replaced them... and when I called a couple of days after I got the car home and told them about the trunk, (just to get a suggestion as to how to fix it, since it was my fault I didn't check it at the lot), they fixed that too!!! The people at Kitsap Auto have gone above and beyond for me and my family. I am really happy that I chose to go there to buy our vehicles!

I have already purchased another vehicle somewhere else because of my negative experience at Kitsap Auto. I came with my boyfriend to buy my first car and I found a car that I really liked. I actually emailed them first and they responded after about 4 days but, I haven't bought a car before so I didn't know if I could get one. I sat around for a few hours while they figured out the numbers, which they brought out on a piece of paper written with sharpie, I asked them what my percentage was and they told me 8% but when I checked it was way higher then that. I told them I wanted my payment at 300$ or less and they told me 500$ for 60 months! They said that this is what I qualified for. I was a little skeptical so I asked to take the car to a mechanic first to have it looked at. I took it to Midas and they told me it needed over 2000$ in work done to it. When I brought the car back they told me they wouldn't fix anything and they would add the amount of what needed to be fixed onto the loan and I could get it all fixed myself. Needless to say this wasn't working for me, so I left. The whole time I was sitting there the salesman kept trying to get my boyfriend to trade his truck in and buy a different one, it just seemed very unprofessional. I will never go back there again.

The service was great! We didn't have the best credit, but the salesman found 5 cars for us to look at, and just kept handing over keys. We found the car we wanted, did a bit of dealing and got it at a good price, and we where offered some great warranty and GAP insurance that we took at a very reasonable price. Everything was explained to my wife and I with great patience and the staff was careful to keep things very low pressure. Then when we bought the car, it only took a few minutes for the paperwork and such. All of which was gone over very carefully for our protection.

I purchased a Saturn view a month ago here. My boyfriend and I spent three days looking for a small SUV in my price range. I finally found one there that was super clean and very reasonably priced. No pressure, very friendly environment and very easy to deal with. I was using my tax refund to buy the car so I only had enough to buy the car and not the warranty. Two weeks later the transmission started to make a noise, I had my dad look at it and he said the transmission was going out :( ..... I called kitsap auto outlet and they told me to bring it in to have them take a look at it. Julia the service lady helped look at my car and then referred me to the manager phillip. I did not have any extra money for the repair and they completely fixed my car for me at no cost! I knew I was buying the car with no warranty because I couldn't afford one being a college student. They went 100% above and beyond, I will always go there to buy a car, and make sure everyone knows how's greatful I am for the service I got.

Only buy a car here if you're prepared to spend several thousand dollars in repairs once you get your new car home... The 'check engine' light came on coincidentally about a week after we bought it- it needed a new catalytic converter. The oil burning smell only got worse when we got it home. They told us it was due to a missing dip stick. However, it was leaking oil gaskets. The thumping that they said was the spare tire was the bushings that were bad when we bought it. None of this was disclosed to us as us required by the law. Casey initially presented himself as helpful but soon stopped returning calls, and avoiding us when we called. Now we're stuck paying over $4000 on a van we paid $8000 on. Terrible experience and we plan on telling as many people as we can-'Avoid Kitsap Auto Outlet. You will be ripped off.'

I purchased a used 2006 Toyota Corolla on a Saturday, the whole process was straight forward and easy. After two days the engine completely seized up (due to a plugged screen on the oil pump, which cannot be diagnosed). I called Phillip (general manager) that same evening, he asked that I have the car brought back to him to see what he could do. (I had decided at the time of purchase to not get any kind of warranty). Despite having no warranty, and signing the "As Is" agreement, Phillip had the engine completely replaced, not only covering the cost of all parts but the labor as well. The whole process from the time I took the vehicle back and was driving it again was only 6 days. I could not have asked for anything more from these folks. I highly recommend Kitsap Auto Outlet for their genuine customer service and standing behind the vehicles they sell.

Salesman responded No.How many owners has the car had? Salesman responded 1. Is there a CarFax report? Salesman responded Yes, I will look it up real quick for youHe returned, and said the Carfax report is (was) clean.I purchased a report from Carfax; there are two accidents reported for this vehicle, one "...involving front impact with another vehicle, vehicle disabled, vehicle towed."

The salesman, Steve was highly attentive and helpful. He didn't BS around and helped me find the best car for my needs, a 2001 Gold Honda Civic. It had great mileage for it's age, and the MPG was amazing, since I drive 60 miles round trip to get to work every day. When I wasn't able to get financed by myself, they were super helpful in waiting for me to find a co-signer, my father, and gave me a great deal, $6000. Because I was only able to put $400 down at the time, I was only able to get approved with my cosigner with a 30% interest rate (which is horrible, I know, but I desperately needed a car, so I didn't care. They also were willing to replace the belts and a leaking oil pan gasket for free, which only took a few hours. I dropped my car off before work and got a ride there from a friend. But, they were more than happy to offer to drive my car to me at work when it was finished, so I didn't have to find a ride back. It was awesome. They also, after about a week after I got the car, they called me and said that they really wanted to get me a better deal with a lower interest rate. But I would need to put another $400 down within the next two weeks, which I was able to do that day, as I had just gotten paid. They said the interest rate would then drop to 14.9% for a 36 month contract, and that they would knock $300 off the $6000 dollar sales price. I went right in and they were all ready for me to sign the new paperwork. But as my father works for the local fire department, he was currently at a 48 hours shift, and couldn't come in with me to sign. So they offered if it was okay with my dad, to drive the paperwork to him to sign, so he didn't have to drive out there once he got off. It was an overall amazing experience. A little stressful, but whenever is buying a car not? 5 Stars.

My recent purchase from Kitsap Auto Outlet was like no other. Alex was incredibly friendly and took time to find me wandering about in the sea of cars, trying to find one for me. It had been pouring down rain and I was already soaked from head to toe, but he brought me an umbrella to make my search even more comfortable. He was not pressuring in any way, in fact he was very realistic when it came to the vehicles on the lot as well as my budget. His service as a car salesman reflects greatly upon the profession and his demeanor towards customers is above reproach. Phillip was the finance officer I had the pleasure of speaking with inside and he offered me the deal that I was dreaming of before I had even said anything. Mr. Bouldwin is very professional on what he does, and you can tell that he really love his job. He take time and effort and make sure that his customer/s meet their needs. Kitsap Auto Outlet was my second dealership visit of the day. The first dealership that I met with was friendly, but when it came down to working out price and financing, the salesman became very pushy and put a lot of pressure on me to make a decision without time to think about it. My personal situation - a single mom of two boys with a good job, but poor credit history, put me in a position with that dealership to not feel like I had a whole lot of say in what was available to me that would still fit in my budget. I left there feeling stressed out and defeated.My next stop was Kitsap Auto Outlet...I was immediately greeted by KC Bayne. He was friendly and very compassionate with my situation. He understood my wanting a nice looking car, but also something practical and safe for my family. He showed me a wide variety of vehicles that would fit within my budget and I never felt pressured to make a decision right there on the spot. He and Phillip were very patient with my financing situation and walked me through the process step-by-step. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of - which as a single woman, shopping for a car by herself, was definitely a concern.My experience with Kitsap Auto Outlet was nothing but awesome from the very beginning. Through sales and financing, the guys were always friendly - even cracking a few jokes here and there!! I would definitely recommend to my friends and family Kitsap Auto Outlet. I visited this Dealer to look at car for my daughter. I was not greeted by a salesman which was fine I was going there to look at one car. When a salesman walked up to us he didn't introduce himself nor did any of the other salesman so I have no names for the salesman. When I was given the keys to the car that we wanted to look at they were the wrong ones and took about 10 minutes to find the right ones. The salesman we were working with was nice but another salesman came in a pretty much took over and kept bragging about all the sales they do and also how he is the top salesman. As we were walking out to the car to look at it, the salesman that was bragging about everything started talking about inappropriate stuff to my daughter who is 16 yrs. old which made her feel very uncomfortable and I told him to leave her alone and back off and he left for a short time never apologized or anything. We walked back inside to return the keys after looking at the car and the bragging salesman was in there and I was speaking with the salesman we had started working with and let him know that I would be bringing my husband by to take a look at it tomorrow and that's when that bragging salesman stepped in and said that the price was only good till 7pm tonight which we hadn't even discussed price yet on the vehicle which was advertised on craigslist. He got very upset when I said that I wouldn't be able to bring my husband by till the next day and he said that the price would not be good tomorrow. Which we didn't even discuss a price on the vehicle at all. Than he said that if I wanted it I would need to put down a deposit or they would raise the price which again was not discussed. I wasn't asking him to hold the vehicle for me or anything just wanted to show my husband first. I said I was not going to put down a deposit on something till my husband looked at it and plus I was paying cash for the car and not trading in anything. The salesman got very upset and stormed out of the room like a little child since I wasn't willing to purchase the car right than and there. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any salesman at any car dealership not to mention the inappropriate behavior by the salesman with my daughter. Never will I visit them again nor will I ever refer anyone to them. I will let everyone I know how they treat their customers and how they run there business.

I filled out a credit application prior to visiting Kitsap Auto Outlet. I didn't fill in a few vital pieces and received a prompt response from Shaho letting me know they would need more information to process the credit application. I arrived at Kitsap Auto Outlet late in the afternoon and found an old colleague working there. Mac was insistent that it be okay with Shaho for him to help me. This is not the type of integrity most people expect from car salesmen. I ended up working with Mac. He was very helpful in helping me figure out what I wanted as I only had a few requirements. I wanted a good gas mileage car with front wheel drive. Mac helped me to figure out what I could afford and was very patient with me. This was my first solo car buying experience and Mac made it painless. Everyone was very profession but not to the point of being stuffy.

Came in on a busy Saturday to find the car I wanted sold, however Mac was great at listening to my needs and showing me a variety of cars that fit the bill and were in my budget. I ended up with a nice Turbo diesel that I would've never considered otherwise and is perfect for my commute! Pricing was fair and I got a lot more quality than I was expecting for the amount spent. I thought this place was great. I spoke with Shaho on the phone and Robar in person. Both have great customer service and the overall environment and experience was great. I went in with the intent of purchasing a vehicle of my choice. They were not pushy and did not try to sell me something that I did not want or need. I gave them my specs and I received what I asked for. I have had credit issues in my past; I was approved one hour after walking in and on a SUNDAY! The price according to the KBB is comparable with the price and I have no complaints. I would recommend to anyone, no matter the situation.

This purchase was an exceptional experience for us from the moment we met Mac through to the final payment. There was no pressure to purchase or to get us into something over our target price. He answered all of our questions, he listened to what we were looking for and showed us the vehicles that matched our requests. His honesty about the vehicles and any issues he was aware of for each of them was refreshing which gave us confidence that we could trust that they would do everything they could to make us happy. We took the car to our mechanic for inspection and they have promised to resolve both concerns our mechanic had without any additional cost to us and at my convenience (I am scheduling that appointment in the morning). I could not get the cruise control to work ( I was not setting it correctly) but Mac took me out in the car and showed me how to operate it. They also guaranteed to fix any issue we might find with the CD player as we had forgotten to try it out. I have already recommended them to 3 other people.

They were real friendly and easy to deal with. Rabar was cool and Quinn were both very professional. Would recommend this dealer to most people I know.

DJ was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond making sure I got an amazing deal on both my trade in and the car I was purchasing. I also appreciated how he took extra time to inspect the car I was purchasing even after we had closed the deal and was up front and honest about minor things that needed to be fixed that I didn't see and made sure to have the dealership fix them for me. I found Kitsap Auto Outlet on craigslist olympia, WA under Dealers. I went to the website, and looked at what they has for sale, New and Used, I caled the phone number, and I talked to a Salesman named DJ, He was very helpful, I told him what I was looking for and he picked out a few cars/suv's, as he was telling Me about them, I looked at each and everyone on the web page, He told Me about the Toyota highlander, I was sold on that one, Mind you we did this all over the phone, gave them a down payment, was appoved right over the phone, My husband and I went up on 9/11/2013 to pick up my car and do all the paper work...DJ was very nice, and helpful in our needs, went over everything with us, I'm very pleased with his Help................ I will Recommend Kitsap auto Outlet to All my Family and Friends whom are looking to buy a used/new car.............And when it come's time for my next car, I will sure to call/visit them again.... We discussed the type of care I was looking for my son, DJ pulled up a list and suggested some cars that would fit our needs. He was very patient in allowing us to look at several cars, take a test drive and gave us privacy to discuss our options. DJ was friendly and very professional and honest, setting our minds at ease with the car we got. Alex helped me do the sale, Quinn helped me do the paperwork, and Julia helped me with the service. I bought a Cadillac escalade that they gave me a great price on and I was very happy with the whole transaction. They were to busy to clean the car the day I bought it so I brought it back and a detailed named Mohammed cleaned my car, he is by far the best detail person I have ever seen. My escalade looks flawless after he cleaned and buffed it. Even if you don't buy a car from them you should take your car up there for Mohammed to clean, he is that good.

I came in to look at a jeep I had seen as I drove by and ended up leaving with it. Rabar was very pleasant to deal with, he was low pressure and let me look around at the cars at me leisure. Once I found a vehicle I wanted to drive they let me drive it by myself allowing me to make my decision without some looking over my shoulder. The price they gave me for my truck as a trade in was more than three other dealers offered me. This dealership comes highly recommend by a 35 year local resident who has had his fair share of bad car buying experiences elsewhere.

Don't get me wrong, overall experience was alright. But just even test driving the used vehicles they showed me, wasn't a great experience, noticed allot of red flags and mentioned the issues why im not interested in the cars they showed me and the sales man tried to find every reason to keep me interested, i know its a struggling strategy to keep a prospective buyer but i know i wouldnt give my car up for another car that i dont feel is safe to drive let alone keep and make payment installments.

My husband and I decided it was time to purchase a vehicle to keep to use around town. We had bought a different car from this dealership several months ago. We had talked it over and decided we would give Kitsap Auto Outlet our return business, as the first experience we had was friendly and professional, not to mention efficient. We applied online to get a pre-approved loan. We received and return call promptly from Rubar Ali. He was very friendly and informative, he talked with my husband and gave us a time to show up the next day. We had some things come up that we had a time crunch and we showed up an hour early, and we were welcomed in a very friendly and forgiving manner. Rubar Did not mind at all and we talked business right away, the paperwork was at his desk and ready before we even showed up. He was very professional, but also genuinely friendly. We filled out the paperwork, looked at a couple other vehicles. He was efficient and prompt with our paper work and our financing. Not once did my husband and I feel like we were being worked over or having the wool pulled over our eyes. He handled our finances with the utmost consideration and stayed with the guidelines we gave him from the very beginning. It was surprisingly one of the most painless and quick experiences we have ever had with a car dealer. We will most definitely be returning to Kitsap Auto Outlet for our next purchase, but most of all we will be requesting to work with Rubar again! I do NOT give out free advertising for anyone unless I believe in them or their product 100% and I will be telling anyone who will listen to me about our vehicle, experience and how we will be returning here again!

I was looking for a used vehicle that could pull a trailer. I was shown several small SUV's. I saw some vans that looked like something I could use. The salesman looked at the window sticker and stated that because vans were not hot movers that he could reduce the price from 7,500 to 5,800 or 5,900. I had to leave before doing anything else. I returned the next day to take the vehicle for a test drive. The salesman advised me that they had sent the vehicle to a local Chevrolet dealer and had work done on it. He stated that the price for the car was the 7500 and that was only a few hundred over their cost. I left the lot never to return. Feel he was not truthful about their lot sending it to a dealer to be repaired and he flat out lied about the price he quoted me the day before.

Wow, what a shyster this dealership is. Not only do they do false advertising but they lie to your face when you are there in person. Went to purchase a used truck, the add was online, then they said it needed fuel pump, ok we say, then they called back and raised the price FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS. The nasty lady who answers the phone was so rude. I would not recommend this to anyone. There is no way they can have a 4.9 rating - they are most likely rating themselves. Soon found out others avoid this place as well. skip this business. There are too many others out there that are honest.

was shopping around for a vehicle all day. was tired off the haggling back and forth. i went in to the dealer very unpatient, but they did everything they could to assist me in my needs. we never did any back and forth haggling, finished everything off very quickly. very nice and understandable management staff. thanks guys!

I cant express what an amazing experience I had with Kitsap Auto Outlet dealership.I spent a large amount of time researching the exact SUV I wanted to get and Kitsap Auto Outletseemed to be the only dealer who took me seriously.Buying a Used car can be a stressful process; As a Combat Army Veteran I suggest Any Veteran of Serivce or Service Member to Come and Purchase there Vehicle here! I explained to them before I came in what my specific concerns were. I was in a very bad financial situation with very little money down and a poor credit rating. My salesman was able to get me into a safe and reliable car for my family. I loved my car!.... but one Monday afternoon my car wasn't running good and it was starting to overheat, so I pulled into this car lot, Kitsap Truck and Tractor, just to look around. The salesman approached me and listened to what I had to say. He didn't pressure me or try to put me in a $30,000.00 vehicle. Overall amazing experience as far as car dealerships go, this is the 6th car i've bought in 8 years, definitely the best. Got a great car for 3k less than kbb, found out how i got screwed over on my last car (Parr Ford), and they got me literally half the interest rate that my bank approved me for... They have a wide selection of types and price ranges, and don't try to push you into something you don't want. I will be keeping this car a long time, but i would definitely buy another car from the guys there.

My husband and I came into Kitsap Truck and Tractor looking for a new commuter car. Devin was able to find me a better car than what I had initially specified, within the payment range I was looking for. These guys are especially good at finding financing for the credit challeneged. Initally we were looking at a 1994 Honda Civic -- Devin got me into a 2005 Pontiac Grand Am with less than 90K miles. Devin and the rest of the staff were friendly and got us more than what we wanted. There were a few hangups after the sale was final, so we were hesitant, but Devin followed up with us and worked diligently to take care of everything to our satisfaction. We were also impressed that one of the owners himself took initiative to ensure our satisfaction. Overall a good sales experience.

I traveled to this dealer from Seattle. I bought a great used car. I got it for a dynamite price and because it is a used car it needed some minor repairs and maintenance work. I got that work done by their in house mechanic before I picked up the car. They did it for a really reasonable price and even adding in the cost of the after purchase mechanical work it was still a screaming deal. One of the best car buying experiences I have had. I Highly recommend Kitsap Truck and Trailer to anyone looking for a good used car.

This dealership is located on the highway between Port Orchard and Bremerton. It is very visible from the highway. They have a wide variety of vehicles to chose from. Their hours are convenient and they are friendly.There is also a coffe shop nearby which is nice.

I am so happy with the Honda I purchased from Kitsap Truck and Tractor. There service was great and they were honest and knew the bussiness. Any smart used car buyer would get the car checked out by a mechanic before purchasing. Do Not go to this dealership! Their motto is "quality used cars and trucks." To this dealership, quality means the car should run just long enough for you to drive it off the lot. My 21 year old daughter trusted this dealership and bought her first car there. The car she bought lasted only a week and less than a tankful of gas before the engine blew up. This dealership thinks nothing of cheating people out of their money. Stay away from it!
