We were searching for a particular vehicle at a specific price. Klaben Motor Sales made all our worries and frustrations about that search disappear. Joe located the perfect van, checked it out for us and in less than a week we were on the road. All the necessary paperwork was even a breeze. I would recommend Klaben Motor Sales to everyone. They listened to our needs, were responsive to them and at all times were professional and easy to deal with. I never felt any pressure and all my questions were answered quickly and honestly. Joe Klaben helped my daughter purchase a clean and reasonable priced car that I looked at before she did "a Dad thing" and I must say that during the time of meeting Joe and talking with him I felt very confident and assured even before numbers were discussed that our search would be done, when my daughter arrived and met Joe he made her feel comfortable about her trade and purchase beyond her expectations and some, he even took the time to take a photo I requested of my daughter and I saying good bye to the old car and I thought that was super cool! Never did I feel that Joe was trying to sell her a car but he did an outstanding job helping her buy it and that makes a huge difference in this experience.

After searching for a car around Pittsburgh, I had nearly lost every bit of faith that I had in used car dealers; that is, until I expanded my search into nearby states and found Klaben Motor Sales. I found exactly the car that I was looking for on Klaben's lot and reached out to surprisingly receive a response for the Joe Klaben himself. We discussed what my trade would be worth, the condition of the car I was interested in, and even discussed financing and potential warranty options. We all but signed the paper work to complete the deal. The car was priced so well that I thought either something had to be wrong with it, all of the internet valuations were incorrect, or Joe was going to pull some price switch on me when I got there. Nope. The car was every bit what I expected it to be, the price was exactly what it was supposed to be, and Joe was as accommodating, helpful, professional, and kind as he was supposed to be. All qualms that I had about making the deal were put to bed when I met Joe in person and test drove the car. I filled out all the paper work, left with the car, and made the 2 hour drive home with absolutely no issues. In this case, everything was exactly as it seemed: no games, no fuss, just a quality car being sold by a quality business and person. I would 100% recommend that anyone interested in purchasing a used car reach out the Klaben Motor Sales to get help finding what you need: you will not regret it.

In my lifetime, I have purchased many cars, new and used. Every time I have to buy a car, I always seem to get the runaround from at least one dealership. Three months ago, when I was looking for a car, I had one of my lifetime worst experiences with a dealership in Akron. I was very frustrated with the buying process until I walked into Klaben and was greeted by Joe Klaben. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. He was very patient with my questions. Probably one of my best buying experiences. I waited to write my review, in case I had any servicing issues with my car. Three months after I purchased my car, the routine mileage servicing was due. I dropped off the car all was fine. A few weeks later, I noticed oil leaking. I called Joe Klaben about the leak. He suggested I drop I the car off. I didn't have the time. So he said his mechanics could take a quick look for me. I did. I waited about fifteen minutes. The oil was just excess from the routine servicing. Some of the oil collected in a groove, so when the water from the air conditioning released, it pushed the oil from groove. From the sales process to the servicing of my car, Klaben has earned my respect and business.

In all my years of buying cars, I have never had an experience like I did recently at Klaben Motor Sales. Joe is one of the most professional, highly ethical car dealers I have ever had the pleasure to work with, and to top it off, I NEVER set foot in his dealership. My entire transaction was handled via email and telephone. I reside in Southern California and had been looking for a Ford Mustang GT for quite some time. I found one in great condition with low miles at Klaben Motor Sales so I contacted Joe. I had a car I was trading and wasn't sure if he would be interested in negotiating a long-distance trade, To my surprise, he was open to it and worked tirelessly to ensure I was comfortable with the entire process. He sent photos, walk-around videos and even arranged for transportation of both cars at a discounted rate. Joe went above and beyond the call of duty! He was very patient throughout the process and always answered my questions in a timely manner. He even agreed to have the windows tinted on the Mustang as part of the deal. I would highly recommend anyone (wherever you live) to contact Joe for your next used car. He will do whatever it takes to make your buying experience a good one. This is certainly not the norm, rather Joe Klaben is a cut above the rest! I would jump at the chance to work with him again in future.

I was having car trouble, when I called up Klaben Motor sales, and I decided to go in, and found out there were too many repairs on my former car to put more money in. I decided to check into getting a new car, and Joe Klaben, the owner got me into a new car, with no problem. I went to Klaben Motor, and this would be the third car, I have bought from Joe. Each and every time, Joe took the time to find out what I needed, and the best way, he could help. I walked away with a new car! I would highly recommend Klaben Motor Sales, for anyone, who is looking for the best deal, the highest quality, and the best service! There is so much I want to say about the owner, Joe Klaben and His business Klaben Motor Sales but in an attempt to keep this readable and not to lengthy I'll try to sum up my many deals with him. I've been a customer of Klaben Motors for 2.5 yrs now. I love cars and have purchased and traded several cars from Joe. This is not your typical dealership that will try to sell you your own shirt. Joe is honest, he respects and truly cares for people. He puts customers in quality cars and he truly doesn't live for one deal. I would say I'm a complicated case as I buy and trade cars more than the average buyer. Joe is an outside the box thinker. He sees the future deals and the value in a long term customer and he will do what it takes to make them happy. Without to much detail Joe has helped me and my family more than any car dealership would or will ever and probably more than most family members. I have a lot of respect for the way Joe conducts business. God has blessed Joe with the gift of transportation and he continues to pass that on and bless others like me. I drive 3.5 hours for a reason. It's worth it. Take the time to stop by and get to know Joe. Build the relationship and he will treat you right.

It had been a year or so since I purchased a car from Joe and wanted to stop by and offer my thanks and opinion about the dealership. First I mu I say that I had been to over 10 dealerships and no one would or could help me. I spent a while day a one dealership trying to get a deal done and actually had another dealership sale the car I had already placed my money down on. The amount of time and energy not to mention all the ininquiries ( 50) that was placed on my report made things that much more difficult to get financing. Not for Joe! I made a call and he said within a 30min he would have no problem getting me the car I wanted. He actually sent the car to my house to pick me up and I was in and out of his dealership in no time once I arrived. Joe made the whole car buying experience a joy. Now that my credit is in the 700s I know I can get financing just about anywhere however, I will always give Joe the opportunity to win my business again with his world class service. The X Type 02 Jaguar is still riding great and I still get compliments!

Joe bent over backwards to make my deal for a TOYOTA RAV/4 the best deal possible. No pressure. But gave huge attention to the little things. Knew I wanted an XM radio. Had one installed. Filled the gas tank to the top. Had an outstanding recall taken care of. Made an extra key. Car was immaculate... and gave me a very good price on TWO trade-ins. A credit to his grandfather's name.

We have purchased 5 vehicles from Joe Klaben. All 5 deals were handled swiftly and smoothly. The latest vehicle purchased was a 2010 SS Camaro that I had my eyes on since it parked on his lot. Having other dealerships take credit applications, call us in, to only waste our time, and crush our dream of owning one of these iconic cars, Joe made happen in one day. I witnessed in person a buyer who called Joe that was having buyer remorse. Joe told her flat out that she was not having that and to bring the car back to be analyzed to find the problem, and he said he would stand 100% behind her vehicle. To me that meant a lot, and it wasn't any of my business. To us, Klaben Motor Sales is what car buying should be about.. us, the customer, not just another sale. Thank you so much Joe, for everything you've done for us.

I seen a Ford Ranger on Cars.com that was posted by Klaben Motors and it looked to be exactly what I'd been searching for. I contacted Joe to schedule a look at the truck and he was quick to respond. I came up from Pittsburgh to look at a vehicle. The owner was out of town but the man who was put in charge was very pleasant. The car did have a burnt out headlight that we were unable to fix before leaving and did need a few things to become Pennsylvania legal (I expected that), but overall I had a very nice experience. I visited 3 other car dealerships in ohio and every person was rude and did not seem to care if i bought the car or not; this was not the case here. I would recommend going here

First, we live out of state in Missouri and located our dream car on cars.com. I have always wanted a classic car and I was browsing the internet and came across this beautiful old school, muscle car for sale at Kalben Motors. I called them up on a Saturday afternoon to inquire about the car and unfortunately they had just taken it to the auction, but Joe said that he would call me back if the car didn't sale. I got a message Monday afternoon stating that the car was back on the lot. I went up there right after work just wanting to take a test drive, but after cruising around in the car for about an hour and a half, I knew that I had to have this car. Joe and I neogiated a good price and I drove the car off the lot that night. Even though I bought the car "as is" Joe agreed to fix a minor issue with the interior lights and windshield wipers. I am extremely pleased with my 71 Skylark and every time I take it out for a spin, I'm always getting compliments on the car and people always ask if they can buy it off of me. I always say No way buddy, you have to get your own. I would definitetly recomment this dealership if you're looking to buy a car

Joe Klaben provided a good experience for my husband and I when we were looking for a used car. We found a car that was on his lot by lookin online, we emailed him about it, and he responded quickly to us. He gave us a good trade in price for our old car, and was very accomidating when it came to us taking the newly bought car off the lot and coming back to leave our old trade in car. The place is "no frills" but that was fine with us, we just wanted a decent car for a reasonable price. We could recommend the place and would go back in the future.

I admit, I was looking at some other cars online, just to see what was available, but in the back of my mind, I knew I wanted to buy from Joe & Klaben. He has a lot of very nice cars to choose from, very low prices when comparing to other dealers, and so many 5 STAR Reviews with great compliments that were similar to my previous buy from him. I was in the market for a used car and a friend of mine had seen one at Klaben he thought I would like. Well the car was exactly what I was looking for. I walked into the dealership to it completely abandoned. No customers, no sales personnel, no one. After a minute Joe Klaben came out his office to direct someone to help us. The gentlemen came out offered a test drive, to which I accepted. I loved the car and the guy I dealt with was very helpful and pleasant. Then I went to talk to Joe Klaben. I have never been treated so poorly. He honestly acted like he didn't want to sell me the car and was incredibly rude to my friend and I. My friend tried to talk very reasonable numbers with him (the same numbers it turned out I ended up getting) and he told us it was off the table. After about 10 minutes of this we decided to leave. But it was the car I wanted at the price I wanted it at. So I went back the next day and bought it. The car so far is great and the first gentleman was very honest about it. I almost didn't go back after the experience I had and almost regret doing so. I will not be coming back to this dealership

Joe Klaben...my hat's off to you. You represented this vehicle with 100% honesty. Being some 450 miles away, of course I was a bit apprehensive buying a car sight unseen, but I took Joe at his word that the vehicle I was interested in was as good as he said it was. Joe went out of his way to assist me, even as far as having one of his employees come to the airport in Akron to pick me up. The car handled beautifully on the 8 hour drive Back to Nashville. I would recommend Joe and his dealership to anyone looking for an honest deal along with great customer service. Joe....if you keep this up...you are gonna give Used Car Salesmen a "Good Name"

I was looking for a certain type vehicle, with a certain amount of miles,at a specific price point. Mission accomplished. Joe and his staff are concerned with customer satifaction, (which is hard to find these days). The staff is informed and friendly. The buying process was extremely stress-free. I have bought many used vehicles out of state and either flown or drove to pick them up. All of those experiences turned out to be nightmares until I met Joe Klaben of Klaben Motors. This young man was on vacation when I called about the car he was advertising on cars.com, so I spoke to his father. But being the personable type of man he is, Joe called me himself and we agreed upon the numbers over the phone. I figured the car would have some issues not seen in the photos, but this wasn't the case, not with Klaben Motors! I drove six hours to get my 2003 Lexus GS300 with 31K one owner miles on it, and felt like a King, when I left this dealership! Yes, I was treated THAT good! Joe is a very down to earth no nonsense businessman that takes care of his customers AND his staff, and you can tell by the way they all worked together during my deal, that they are a happy bunch of people working in harmony so customers walk away with a smile. Small dealership with BIG results....that best describes Klaben Motors. Thanks again, Joe, for being the best at what you do! I love my Lexus!

At one time I sold new and used high-line luxury automobiles, so I feel more than qualified to write a fair and honest review about a personal car buying experience. I looked all over the country for a great low mileage used car and ironically ended up at Klaben Auto Sales just 20 minutes from my home. Joe Klaben, who sold me my car, came across as a no nonsense business owner that just wanted to make the customer happy and make a little money on his cars. I found nothing wrong with that! He has a small and friendly staff that made sure that I was taken care of. Case in point: I asked for a cup a coffee and his mechanic (the friendliest I've ever come across) personally brought me up a fresh cup from the back and looked happy to do so. Like that's something you see everyday? For my 2 cents: If you're looking for a newer low mileage used car that's INCREDIBLY priced and you'll be treated fairly...check out their inventory and give Joe Klaben a call.
