LET THE BUYER BEWAREIn September 2016, my Wife/I decided to buy local in order to support the Klamath Falls economy. We looked at all of the car dealerships in town and settled on KLAMATH FALLS SUBARU; they had a used Kia SUV that we liked and inquired if the dealership would be interested in taking our 2007 Jeep Compass Sport as a trade-in. The dealership noted that they would be interested in our Jeep and asked us how much we wanted for our trade-in we told them that the vehicle had been well maintained, had newer tires, etc. and that we considered that $1,500 as a bottom line fair price for this vehicle: this amount would have allowed them to make a reasonable profit from our trade-in. Thereafter, the salesman typed our trade-in information into to the Kelly Blue Book website (as reported by her) and told us that the vehicle was worth far less than we requested/expected, citing hail damage; the salesman stated that it was only worth $175. In addition, one of the other employees there told us how little the car was worth, pointed to its perceived problems, and asked what was the minimum that we would take since the car was only worth $175. My Wife/I spoke about this matter and agreed that based on what they were now telling us, that $750 was the least we would go. The dealership agreed to this amount but made us feel that they were doing us a favor and told us that there were lots of things that needed to be fixed, to include the hail damage before sale. Yet, immediately following closure of the Kia SUV deal, the very next day the dealership posted the vehicle for sale on their website at $3,118. Clearly, the pictures on the website depicted that they had made no such repairs and that their offered price was considerably more than they had paid us over 400% profit for them. Only two days following posting, our Jeep was sold, clearly suggesting that we had been taken advantage of by KLAMATH FALLS SUBARU. Sadly, we had hoped that the dealership would be fair/honest with us concerning the value of our trade-in. But, they were not. They represented that the car was worth only $175 but they listed it for sale at $3,118 two days later obviously, it was worth a LOT MORE THAN THEY TOLD US. BOTTOM LINE: LET THE BUYER BEWARE IN DEALING WITH KLAMATH FALLS SUBARU!!!

I not only bought my vehicle from Anthony Fregoso at Klamath Subaru, but I've watched as everyone in their business has taken such great care of everyone I've ever sent to them. Whether it's a sale or a donation for a non-profit in Klamath Falls, these people just don't act like the typical salesperson, and they give Car Sales People a GREAT name! You've won a customer for life!

As a first time Subaru owner, I have to say that Subaru of Klamath Falls made my buying experience seamless! Anthony Fergoso was our salesman. He was patient, kind and so willing to help in anyway! He went out of his way to make this car buying experience the best we've ever had! I was so indecisive in which car I wanted to buy. Anthony answered endless questions and always with a smile on his face. He stayed late for us and came in on his day off. He did not pressure us in the least. I took almost a month to make up my mind and he was always there for me with an answer to any question I had. We had a very positive experience with all of the staff here and will recommend them highly! Thank you for your help and I love my new car!

Anthony Fergus was our very patient salesmen! I took days trying to figure out what I wanted exactly and he was there to help me all the way with a kind word and alway a smile. We ended up purchasing a 2016 Crosstrek. This is my first Subaru AWD. Anthony took the time to answer all of my questions. He let us make all the decisions and wasn't pushy about anything. He was wonderful and treated us with respect! Everyone at this Subaru dealership was top notch and very respective of us! I will be telling all of my friends and family about the great care they took of us! Thank you for truly making "this" car buying experience exceptional!

I just want to say what a wonderful experience I had buying my Subaru Legacy from Klamath Falls Subaru, through Cassandra Kropp. Cassandra was friendly, easy to work with, and very personable. We dealt with 2 salesmen while finding our Subaru Forester. Both were very professional while remaining low-key and avoiding pressure tactics. The agreed-upon price and trade-in allowance were both satisfactory and accomplished with little stress. The car is fabulous!

Blown away by the unbelievable great service we received from Klamath Falls Subaru! We found this Subaru dealer through Costco since they worked with them to provide the discounted price. From the moment we arrived, the staff was ready to assist us and made the entire car buying experience as seamless as possible! Loved all the employees we met and were so thankful to get a car from such a great dealer!!! We also traded in my previous car and it was a pretty fast, straight-forward, simple process. While we waited - we sat by the fire and drank hot cocoa. And I was super happy to find they had free wifi in the building so I could check into other things while papers were drawn up. Overall - we had a fantastic car buying experience and are so thankful for the wonderful staff! And we're even more delighted to have a 2016 Subaru Outback. Thank you!

I recently bought a 2014 Toyota RAV-4 from this dealership and want to thank the staff from the" bottom of my heart" for making my dream come true! I commute at least 70 miles a day and my "rav" handles like a champ on highway 97...I am impressed and in love with my "Rav"! Excellent customer service, facilities, etc. Klamath Falls Subaru repair shop got me in right away for the diagnostics I needed. They offered to shuttle me somewhere, but I opted to stay in their comfortable waiting room. Enjoyed complimentary coffee and water. They kept me updated throughout the process and were thorough and professional. Excellent!
