My buying experience was awesome! Matt Wierzba was by far the best car salesman we have ever worked with. He found me the exact vehicle I was asking for and found it quickly. The process was very enjoyable and efficient. I would highly recommend Matt and Klein Auto, we will definitely be using them for our next vehicle as well.

We needed a dependable car for our teen to drive and found good selection at Klein's. Beyond that the car we inquired about was in excellent condition--it looked like new! Our sales representative was knowledgeable and listened to our preferences. We felt respected. The sale process was very easy and no pressure although it was clear they hoped to earn our purchase. We have another teen that will soon be in need of his first vehicle purchase and we won't hesitate to send him to Klein's.

Matt and the staff at Klein searched several weeks for a vehicle that met our needs, going out several hundred miles and repeatedly checking inventories for us. I can't say enough about my new car purchase from Klein Dodge. The price was as low as I could have received from any other dealer, and lower than most I checked with. Best of all, I received my special ordered car (Challenger Scat Pack Skaker), weeks before others that special ordered the same car, even a week before I did. Others I talked to said I should thank my dealer for receiving the car so quickly. Thanks again Klein Dodge.

Purchased a used pickup truck from Klein Automotive a week ago and was beyond satisfied with the level of quick, courteous service i received. I traded in two vehicles but was only able to drive one to the dealer. They were willing to send one of their sales people (Josh) with me to pick up my second trade and drive it back. Within arriving to the dealer with my one trade, picking up my second trade, getting the truck prepped and financing complete, i was in the dealership for a total of only 4 hours. By far the easiest car buying process ever! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I recently was in a car accident, which ruined one tire and included body damage. So I needed the tire fixed right away, and the body ASAP. I was given appts both times, very promptly. They also did excellenet work for both repairs. Scheduling my vehicle for routine maintenance is also very prompt -- as well as the service and professionalism provided. I highly recommend this dealer for any kind of vehicle service!

I have purchased several new vehicles at Klein Auto over the years and I can honestly say I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of service I get from them on every level. Being in a services industry myself I tend to pay close attention to how I'm being treated. Here are just a couple reasons I choose to do business with Klein Auto. It starts at the front door, the reception is always warm and friendly. Whichever person you cross paths with, salesman, receptionist, service tech, manager, etc., I am always greeted nicely and it feels good to be acknowledged. When I have service work or warranty work done I can trust my vehicles repairs will be done correctly and completed in a timely manner. In instances when the repair work was more than anticipated, the service techs explanation of repairs were always thorough and seemingly justified. When servicing time ran over my time constraints they provided me with complementary transportation solutions. As far as the sales team goes I don't even have to shop anymore. They keep me informed with the deals that are going on and fit me with a vehicle of my taste. A good example of knowing your customer is I had test driven a Chevy pickup at Kleins over a year ago, even though I wasn't really in the market for a vehicle at the time, and I was impressed with the truck but the price was out of my budget. This year I informed them I was ready for a new car. They gave me a couple recommendations and I did my research and due diligence. Then a couple days later they called me back to tell me about a Chevy truck deal available for a short time and told me it might be a good fit. After checking it out on their website I committed to the truck without having taken it for a test drive. It's now parked in my driveway and I couldn't be happier. I refer my friends and family to Klein Auto any chance I get. Final thoughts. They do fun customer appreciation events and have been very generous in helping the local community. T.G.

Our 1st experience at Klein was our salesman Josh. He made every effort to give us what we wanted at a very fair price. Our next visit was with Matt, the Auto Body Mgr. What a true example of customer service! Their main focus is on pleasing the customer. This is a dealership where the customer is truly #1. I had an excellent experience. I have bought used vehicles before from Klein and was happy, so this was my very first experience buying a brand new vehicle and I'm very happy I chose to work with Klein again. They always make me feel good about my decisions, how well I take care of my vehicles, and they worked with me until I found the vehicle that was the right fit for me. I also felt they treated me way better then any other dealer when it came to evaluating and deciding on fair price for my truck I was trading in, plus the extras I had on it. They took me serious, we had fun and could laugh throughout the whole experience. Was also very impressed that when decision was made for vehicle that all staff work on paperwork stayed 3 hours past closing to finish so I went home with vehicle that day. 5 stars all the way and will continue to recommend to my friends...thanks so much all of Klein staff for making me have such a wonderful experience!

Klein Auto's customer service was awesome. They helped make the buying process as easy and stress free as any I have ever experienced. They really went over the top in assisting me in getting my new purchased car home since my wife is disabled and unable to help me. A member of their staff proceeded to pick me up and drive me to their dealership so that I could drive my new car back home then. I want to mention that I felt their website was easy to navigate and it was very helpful to me that they provided the Carfax with the car's description on their website. This really made me feel more comfortable buying a used vehicle. I will surely recommend them to anyone that may be looking for a new vehicle. Thank you everyone at Klein Auto.

We were skeptical that we would get the best deal at a "local" Chevy dealer. We had always gone out of town to the big "chain" dealers in the Valley. What a mistake it was to leave town. Klein Automotive actually had better prices than the big dealers in Appleton, and it was topped off with the great people we met. Our purchase process was pleasant and smooth. We did not feel rushed or pressured when we were making our decision. The dealership was clean and modern. We've only had a little service work done here in the past but we will definitely be going to Klein Automotive for any service needed on all of our vehicles.

Ron did a great job of asking me what I was looking for. Once he had all the information he let me know which trucks would fit my needs. He also did a great job of finding out what rebates I was eligible for. They did a great job of giving me options of buying and leasing and the +/- of each. They did an amazing job of finding me a super low interest rate. I would highly recommend driving up from the fox cities to work with Kleins.

My husband and I just two weeks ago had crashed our truck. We were going through the hassle with the insurance company with the truck and we were already stressed out. Klein made things so easy with getting us a new vehicle. We had been shopping around for a vehicle when my brother reminded my husband and I that he had gotten his truck from KIein and had an awesome experience. That is when I started looking online for various different vehicles. We already knew that we wanted either a Chevy Trailblazer or a Dodge Journey of which was out of our price range so we went with the Trailblazer since it was in our price range. I had been in contact with Jason Klein who helped us with getting financing and things went great! After his hard work of putting us in with several different financing companies one came through for us, we got financed and two days later signed papers with both the financing company and Klein then got our truck! They are awesome at Klein! No pressure sales, very friendly, and extremely accommodating.
