This is the 2nd car my family has bought from Klein. Raj was super helpful and friendly both times! He was patient as we looked at the cars and he explained everything very well. Both my mom & I are very happy with our experience here. We also got great deals! I would definitely recommend Klein to all my friends. Raj even called me up to check on how I was doing. He even made sure all my questions were answered the next time I saw him at the dealership. So awesome!

Came in to just look around and I was approached by Travis Lovestedt. Usually when I go look at cars I like to pace myself and I dont like to be pressed. At most dealerships I've been to, the care salesman is always egging me on to a certain car or can be too persuasive to the point I lose interest. When I was first approached by Travis I felt that it was going to be the same experience. I was completely wrong. He was extremely knowledgeable with the cars on the lot,didn't rush me, helped me explore my options, showed me cars from head to toe, very funny which made my experience more enjoyable, and I felt as if my friend was showing me around. Felt very welcomed. Would highly recommend saying hey to Travis if your going in for those who are reading this. Thanks!!!

I went back to Klein as I had a brief experience of what the sales experience would be like as I was shopping for a car a little less then a year ago. Things were put on hold due to a family emergency with my Gma. Upon my return a week ago, I was warmed welcomed by all. A gentleman introduced himself by Leo and asked how my day was and what brought me. Very genuine! I explained and we browsed and the rest is history. Not once did I feel obligated or even pushed in a sales environment. For goodness sake I even bought the car that evening and picked it up 2 days laters due to my schedule. I was looking for a new to me car after mine was totaled and saw the Prius on their website. I purchased my previous car, a civic, here 4 years prior so this was the first place I went. Travis greated me at the door as I hobbled in with my broken leg, and within two hours the car was financed, papers signed and I was driving away. He's called me to make sure everything is still good. Matt R., my finance guy, has also been in contact making sure I'm good. This what's the fastest least stressful car buying experience I've ever had. The lifetime warranty is also amazing as it gives me peace of mind for future finances.

My father bought a new Honda CRV from Klein Honda. We had been to so many different dealerships for multiple cars buying the last couple of years. Travis Lovestedt was our salesman. By far, he is the best salesman we ever had. Great customer service, very attentive, kind and knowledgeable, he goes above an beyond to help us get the car that my father really likes. He made the whole car buying experience super smooth with no drama what so ever. Like I said, we been to a few dealerships the last couple of years, we had been through so much different dramas, back and forth deals etc, but not with Travis. We had Leo as our sales man. He started out saying he was new which always fine because everyone stares out new. So we had some questions he didn't know the answer to so he would ask and that was fine. What upset us was he was supposed to call us back the next day because they couldn't find our key and he never did and I called back at almost 6 and they said that he would call me. So I waited another day and finally went in and had another sales person help me. And as soon as we got in our car we noticed the gas was on empty and we went inside to find Leo and he had already left and this was like two minutes after we got our keys so we had to come back the following day to get it filled up and get all the papers finished by another salesman. They told me to wait for his call about the keys so we did. Overall the service was good just wish he would have followed up with what he said about calling about getting us the keys.

Ken Tan is the absolute best. I came in thinking I was going to have to get an older car that matched some but not all of the criteria I was looking for. I was stressed and over it. He hooked me up with a 2016 Honda Fit (who knew those cars got cute??? I did not) that has every single item on my list. Not to mention he helped get me a price that matched my VERY tight budget. Sage Lee helped me figure out financing that would best fit my lifestyle. The entire experience was amazing and that's saying something given that I was completely over car shopping when I walked in those doors. I bought a 2016 Honda CRV (EX-L) from Klein Honda. I started the process by requesting an e-price, which Walker Landel provided. Walker was great - he answered my questions fast and clearly and gave me the impression Klein was a no games kind of place. And, when I arrived on the lot, that was my experience. I worked with Ken Tan to close the deal. There were no games, and Ken even tossed in a couple option upgrades to make the deal just a bit sweeter. The dealership experience was great.I did a lot of work to know that Klein Honda was offering me a great price. I researched pricing on TrueCar, Edmunds, and Kelly Blue Book. I went to three other dealerships and negotiated hard with them against the Klein offer. No one came within $1,000 of Klein's price; some said they'd match the price or be aggressive in matching it, but when pushed they backed off. One salesperson even said "you should go get the car from Klein, that's a great price." The dealers also tried to say that Klien would do some shifty things once I got there (change the car, change the price, have accessories on that weren't wanted, etc...). That wasn't my experience. I was able to get the CRV at a better than "exceptional" price according to TrueCar. Ken was awesome. He was nice to me, my family, and made the car buying experience a snap. For someone who's never bought a new car or even a used car from a dealer, I enjoyed the experience at Klein.

Leased a Honda Odyssey. I could not believe how simple and transparent the process was. I live in Seattle. I called Klein to request an offer to compete with Honda of Seattle. I told them I didn't want to travel to Everett without their offer in hand. They passed the phone to their General Manger Ryan Holmes who presented me with a precise offer, immediately backed it up by email, and put no pressure on me to take the offer. I re-presented Ryan's offer to Honda of Seattle who left me this message: "If Klein Honda is truly offering you that, it is an incredible deal and we can't match it." I played the message to Ryan. He chuckled and offered to drive the car to me in Seattle. He did. No surprises whatsoever. The offer stood, to the penny. We got to talking about his having been hired as GM at Klein to bring the sales process up to date for the modern car buyer who is sensitive to traditional antics used to sell cars. When hired, Ryan immediately turned over the whole sales team and put them on salary rather than commission. He read every online review Klein received. He personally called anyone who gave Klein a one star review, to learn more. After listening to one man elaborate about his one-star review, Ryan offered him a job, and he took it! Ryan is far from your typical car salesman, and it seemed to me that he was having a great time bringing Klein Honda into the future. I feel lucky to have had such a personalized car leasing experience.

I am a 72-year-old single woman. I've heard all the stories about high-pressure car salesmen. Naturally I had some trepidation about buying a new car (last car lasted 18 years). Well, I met Raj on the Klein Honda Everett lot on Wednesday June 29. He was amazingly knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested in ... Honda Civic Hybrid! I knew nothing about hybrids, but I was interested in them. We went for a drive and he patiently taught me about the car ... sometimes I felt like he was reading my mind ... he led me to the next question without even asking. We thanked him and told him we were going to some other dealerships to look some more. That did not prompt any "hard-core sales pitch" from him ... he just wished us well and reminded us that he would be there all day. Well ... we returned to Klein Honda and purchased the vehicle from Raj that afternoon. Raj was kind, polite, knowledgable, sincere, and simply put: FABULOUS! ken Tan is absolutely phenomenal. No words can explain how amazing his customer service is! Best part is I'm a college student and he understood that. We sat down, talked, and after explaining to him my situation he said that they would do anything in his power to help us get the car that would best fit my financial and personal needs. I came out with not only a car, but a new family friend. He did not once try and sell me anything out of the blue, but simply cared, listened, and did what he does best, which is to help find a great and affordable car for his clients. Shane Patrick is the best financial manager I have ever worked with! He too called different banks and pulled strings and created miracles. Just when we had settled on a monthly payment, he came through and found us a better deal! I could not recommend anything better than Klein Honda! I owe them so much. My family and I have had many bad experiences dealing with car dealerships. The last dealership we purchased a brand new car from deliberately gave us a different car with scratches and a higher mileage than the one we initially agreed upon. Our experiences with salesmen previously have not been good. Most salesmen have been pushy and rude and had no intention of helping you find the right car and best deal. Recently I got into a car accident and my car was totaled. We are once again in the market for a new car. My family and I visited several Honda dealerships and finally decided to purchase our car at Klein Honda Everett. Our salesman Mr. Phan Seng really made our buying experience hassle free. He really took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. He helped us find a great deal on a Honda Accord Sport model. Because he was so helpful and gave such great customer service I decided to purchase the car from him even thought they didn't have the color that I wanted. He restored my trust in salesmen. My mom even said she felt happy after leaving the dealership. A week later, Mr. Seng even lend me his own car so I can drive to work while my car is getting some accessories added at the dealership service. I would recommend Mr. Phan Seng to friends and family.

This was the best new car deal process I have ever been through. Got a new Honda CRV lease deal for about $4000 dollars less then what Sims Honda offered for the exact same car. I have bought and or leased over a dozen new cars in my lifetime and this was smooth, truly no hassle. They gave me a better deal then what I asked for. Got the same exact car for the same monthly payment that Sims Honda claimed they absolutely needed $4000 dollars down to "make the numbers work". Ken Tan the sales guy and Ryan (manager who made the deal) where great to work with. Will come back again, they want clientele, not to squeeze what they can out of each deal.

I purchased a new 2014 Honda civic at this dealership and was satisfied with the buying process, however my experiences with their service department have been extremely disappointing. My routine service visits have all included rude interactions with their service advisors. Including not even acknowledging my presence or greeting me when I approached the desk. Acting like why are you even talking to me when I have tried to get information out getting my car serviced. The 3 times I have been able to get my car serviced at their express line have averaged 1.5 to 2.5 hours wait time with no explanation or understanding. I have also been turned away 3 times including my last 2 visits when I finally had enough. I arrived on a sunday at 2:00 PM two hours before closing to be told they couldn't get me in. once again very rude no sorry for the inconvenience. I came back two weeks later on a saturday at 3:30 hoping to get my car serviced. Once again I approached the counter no greeting or we will be right with you nothing. I finally found someone to help me and after being told to wait here. they came back 10-15 minutes later to tell me once again they couldn't get me in. They rudely told me I need to come back early in the morning during the week. As if I plan my whole life again around getting this oil change. I went had a went somewhere and paid out of pocket to have my oil changed even though I was under my free 2 year maintenance plan. When I went somewhere else even though there was 2 cars ahead of me I was out of there in under 30-35 minutes. I will not set foot in this dealership again for service nor for my next car purchase though I will buy another Honda.

i worked with Ken Tan on my new Accord. From the start, he worked with my timeline in a very professional, no-pressure manner that I greatly appreciated. On my target day, he had my Accord ready in the color and model that I wanted. He was attentive and both he and his sales manager Andy Dahl. Ken worked hard to get me to the number I wanted to be at. Once in Finance, there were no surprises and made the process a pleasure. I had cleared my entire Saturday afternoon to get my car and was delighted that even on a busy Saturday, the team at Klein Honda was able to complete my purchase in only a couple of hours. The next day, Ken checked in with me to make sure all was well and to answer any questions that may have come up. If you or a loved one are looking for a car, Ken Tan will definitely take care of you. You can tell he takes pride in his work and he's a huge credit to his team!

I'd like to say my time spent here was well rewarded. Ken Tan was my salesman and he did not let me down. Never did I feel pressured nor did we discuss numbers during my tour of the car I had wanted. Though I would have wanted a higher end version of the car it didn't fit the budget nor did I need all the fancy ammentaties that came with the next tier. What I can say is Ken made sure I had a great deal and followed through 100%. I'll be sure to come back to lease my second car from this particular dealer.

I bought a Honda Accord Sport (Zoom!!). Ken Tan was my sales person.. I had a lot of questions while deciding which model I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and listened to all of my concerns and payed attention to my "had to have features" Ken even met me at the dealership a hour before he was suppose to start work to accommodate my schedule. I just had a great experience buying my new Honda Civic from Ken Tan. A HUGE Thank you to Ken and Shane for truly going the extra mile in making me feel relaxed and making sure I understood everything that was going on during the entire process. Walked right in to Klein Honda and new how much money I wanted to spend on a new car. I hated the game of going back and forth to get a deal, so I was straight up with Ken Tan about the car I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. He is not just some salesman who is there just to pressure you for the sale. He made you feel like he cares for what your need and want. I orinally had in mind on Honda CR-V. I finally ended up with a smaller car Honda Civic. After listening to my wife and I need he helped me made a decision on a smaller car. Base on my long commute of 45 miles each day, this is a better econical car for us. I feel this was the best decision he helped me made. I am loving my civic very efficient on gas. Beside that he made time to deliver my license plate to my home, I live some 30 miles a way from the dealer. Now that was extra and beyond service right there. Thank you very much Mr Phan Seng, I will refer all my friends who in need of a vyhicle to you my friend. Steve

This is the place to go if buying a new Honda. DO NOT BOTHER with other dealerships. Klein absolutely DESTROYS the competition in pricing. Just bought a Honda Accord for $22K OUT THE DOOR. 0.9% financing makes it even sweeter. I dare you to find any other Honda dealership in Washington state that will go lower than $24K.

Damon was extremely helpful and energetic in showing me a beautiful 2013 Civic SI, taking me thru the test drive, and leading me thru the whole trade-in and sales experience. He was very receptive to all my concerns and questions and went out of his way to make the whole experience relaxing and comfortable. His no-pressure approach was quite refreshing. All the finance guys were friendly and helpful as well.Andy in the Used Car area and Sage in finance. I couldnt have been happier with the deal I gotI was able to negotiate with all of the guys without a feeling of distrust on my part or impatience on their part. Normally I hate looking for cars . But if you are looking I highly recommend that you go to Klein Honda in Everett and ask for Philip , it was the most enjoyable trip to a car dealership I've ever had in my life . Philip was very kind he actually listened to what I said he was very professional and not at all pushy but very helpful . He found the car I wanted in the price range I ask for . He went above and beyond for me I really appreciated him, he even came in on two of his days off to find my car. And then to my surprise after I had bought the car gave them my money and went home for the night Philip called me the next day to make sure I was happy with the car and to see if I needed anything else. I am going to other dealerships other salesman and felt like they were thinking here we go another dumb blonde woman but Philip made me feel important . Let me start by saying I didn't end up purchasing from Klein (yet!), so I don't know about their financing situation.I honestly had no idea what I wanted but Sherman was very patient with me and helped me get a better of idea of what would work for me and my family (which unfortunately wasn't a 2 door convertible, 16 year old me was really upset about that). I wasn't ready to commit today but I didn't feel pressured to, which I did not expect but REALLY appreciated. I will definitely be back.

When I noticed the before and after alignment paperwork was missing from the receipt I received and was nowhere to be found. Instead of making me wait, she took my email down and sent me on my way. She promptly emailed me the information. I emailed her a question a few days later on a Saturday night, and she replied not even two minutes later. I couldn't imagine a better customer service experience.

Every step of the buying process was excellent. Damon helped us look for a used car, and he was the most real sales person I have ever encountered. Incredibly down to earth, he didn't bat an eye at our financial situation, he listened to what was important and spent hours test driving cars and helping us find exactly what we needed and could afford. Then both the finance manager and the allstate rep went our of their way to help up drive off the lot with our car. Everyone we encountered, from the receptionist to the mechanics were helpful and incredibly friendly. If you are looking for a car, go to Klien Honda! If you are looking for a used car ask for Damon. You wont regret it!

I just bought a 2014 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite. The sale went very well. The van I went to see had an error in the add but they offered a better one to me for the same price. Negotiations went very well and I was out of there quicklyMatt Ross, who handled the financing part was also a pleasure to deal with. I came in with a pre-approved loan but got and even better rate with them!Overall the experience was great. I really couldn't have asked for more. Just before going to this dealership I stopped at another one and while the upfront service was good the financial part wasn't. I walked out with a sour taste in my mouth.

After spending weeks researching I was very excited about buying a new car and had an appointment with Klein Honda regarding the exact car I wanted. Unfortunately both the product specialist and the manager focused all their attention on my boyfriend, who wasn't going to be a part of my purchase. At first I thought they just misunderstood us, but after explaining 3 times that I was in fact buying the car for myself and not my boyfriend, it got exhausting to see him only look and speak to him. I ended up leaving the dealership pretty frustrated and dissapointed. In fact I am pretty sure they didn't use my name one single time in the hour I spent there. We had lunch to discuss the pricing and realized the numbers were not adding up. We calculated the cost and interest rate about 10 times and each time the monthly payments were off about 30$. On top of that they had a large dealership "fee" which no other dealership in the area had. They told us accessories were non negotiable, which wasn't the case anywhere else. The cost of the car at Klein was $2,300 higher than all other Honda dealerships.Overall this dealership was hands down the worst experience I had all day after going into 7 different dealerships. Had they treated me with the same respect as my boyfriend and acknowledged me as the buyer, it may have been a different story.

I have bought a Honda Civic from these guys in 2014 and my car got totaled. I have referred 2 of my friends to buy a car from them.When I went to buy a new car from them this month, they have a CR-V EX-L 2015 which is on sale and have few flaws in the interior design; I was OK to buy and quoted a price. Those folks were not ready to sell the CR-V for that price. They have followed-up with me for a whole week and I went there next week to buy a Honda Accord - EX. They still tried to sell the CR-V for the same price they quoted earlier. As I like the CR-V the most; I have bumped up my price for another grand but still they stuck at the same price. I've walked out and bought a car from an other dealer for a fair price. Once after I bought the car, those guys called me again saying that they are OK with the price.DANGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG IT!!!!!!!!!!!Whenever someone asks me where to buy a car, I've told them "GO TO KLEIN HONDA". But now, I HATE KLEIN HONDA and especially the manager who has dealt with the situation. This guy is very impolite and satiric.

Klien Honda of Everett was able to get me in to something big enough for my family to grow into. Jennifer E. was very helpful with showing us around answering our questions helping us make this buying process smooth. Our financial manager gave us a great percentage rate. He made buying this van a go the finance department also made me feel stress free with repairs if needed in the future simple to handle with a bumper to pumper coverage without hurting me financially. I will go back in the future. Make Klein you 1st choice. They are very honest people. Up front No beating around the bush very honest company.

This was by far the easiest car buying experience we have ever had! Bebs was a great contact online, and set the path for us, so when we got there it was a painless purchase! We drove from Neah Bay, WA to purchase the Honda Civic EX-L. J.C. was a very informative salesman and went over the entire car with us, and personalized my Civic before we left the lot. The entire staff were very hospitable and welcoming.. Matt in finance did a wonderful job with us, explained everything in black and white! NO hidden charges, total transparency! When I came in I was blown away by the information that was provided to me and the kindness that I was treated with.I was very skeptical about this Lifetime Warranty and felt it would be something they use just to advertise. As a single Mom of two I was very hesitant (I had a couple recent horrible experiences at other dealerships). I wasn't just impressed with the sales associate I was impressed with everyone at Klein. Today, I went to the dealership with a friend and his family to look for a 2015 Honda Accord on a referral. The salesman Sage Lee went out to greet us as to which salesman do as their role and duty. All in all, we spent like 5 hours in the dealership negotiating a price to where we thought was reasonable. In the meantime waiting for our finance department to get the paperwork started, I went out to talk to customers and walking around. Talked with customers who was in the dealership as a friendly person just meeting new people. Worst comes to worst, Sage was VERY RUDE AND NOT POLITE and said out loud to others to hear "Eric, I want to talk to you". Then said, "Eric, can you step outside". I went outside and Sage was rude and raised his voice at me and said that I cannot go inside with my friend's family and that I was not allowed back into the building when I had no ride home. I had to ask my family to give me a ride home. OVERALL, I WAS NOT SATISFIED with their customer service! VERY POOR! At first they were good saying this and that about the dealership and once the papers are signed they treat you like DIRT! Don't think I want to purchased a car here again when I bought 2 cars in the past! EXCUSE ME! But there is no signs saying: "No talking to other customers" and how is that the policy and how is that NOT acceptable? From now on, I'll take my business to another Honda dealership and let them earn our business!GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! NOT RECOMMENDED after what happened. Lynnwood Honda, Honda of Kirkland, Honda of Marysville is not far away! Rather go to any Honda dealerships than Klein Honda with POOR SERVICE! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Sage as a salesman! We wanted to trade in a great car for 2 used cars. Having had a negative experience with Klein years ago, we normally would never think of them whilst car shopping. We were pretty loyal to Rodland and had always had good service from them. Sadly, they didn't have the inventory we needed. I figured Klein deserved a 2nd chance. I regret it. We found a couple of cars we wanted. Negotiations were painful. They cleverly add in an "etching fee" which amounts to just under $1000 per vehicle. I didn't ask for etching. Why should I pay for it? Personally, it appears to be a cleverly disguised negotiating point. They don't take Edmunds, NADA or KBB into account, unless it is to undervalue your trade-in. These guys have all the slimy, stereotypical sales tactics in the bag. To top it all off after getting my Acura home, i noticed a big crack in the bumper cover. Of course, according to them, that could've happened anyplace after it left their lot. I emailed the sales director about it, have yet to hear back - it's been 2 weeks. That's the way they are. Despite having to tell you over and over again how they're "working for you", we all know who they're working for. Because I have yet to ever feel that they would go out of their way to make anything right, in order to keep a customer. In fact, because our cars only came with 1 key each, we just spent an extra $1000 getting 2nd keys for both and I'm still waiting for a promised windshield replacement. Apparently all this stuff takes them a long time to process. They have their money and my trade in on their lot for $8000 more than what they gave us. So, why should they rush?

When we bought our car less than a year ago we were told it included free carwashes for a year. I've never had a problem getting the free carwash, UNTIL today, when the manager of the service department was the person I spoke with. He said" normally we only give them out when your car is due for service, but I'll do it this once." am surprised to see such good notes about this dealership makes me feel this genuine review would not be published even however will start write it hoping some is saved from them. When you search for a new car where would you generally go for peace of mind.. Craigslist. .Nahh you would choose a honda dealership and maybe buy a new certified pre owned. At least that's what i did and paying the price now for buying it from this dealership. I bought a Honda Accord Sedan-2011 from them, they gave me a carfax with all clear records no accidents. TO my surprise now when i went to sell this car in 2015, i was told this is an accidental car. Turns out the brilliant people at this leadership listed this car on May 09 2013 it had an accident on May 04 2013, they repaired it and listed it as a CPO again on May 24 2013, in all that they concealed the reporting to CARFAX of these items till 2014. I bought this car in Aug 2013 to see all old Carfax records and clean title and paid a hefty price to drive one. Since then in 2015 this car is reporting an accident in May 2013 from previous owner, to make matters worse per the dates on carfax clearly shows this car was at the agency all along after accident and probably repaired at them as well based on dates.TO make matters worse i wanted to speak to these folks but no one would respond and would keep on saying we would call you back etc and once you get to talk to them there is no response no one is ready to help. Anyways i hope someone is helped with my review and get a car from any other dealership then this one Best of luck my

I bought my CR-V from Klein Honda new in 2013 and since then have had my car serviced there. When I bought the car it came with FREE maintenance for 2 years. I thought it was going to be something that I wouldn't use or would be so hard to use it wouldn't be worth it, I was wrong. My maintenance light came on today, I came in for service and was greeted by Rachel, she told me what I needed and said it was all covered under the 2 year maintenance program. When I picked it up I was shocked, not only did I get my oil changed which is always covered but I also got my tires rotated, transmission serviced and the rear differental serviced ALL FOR FREE!!! I couldn't believe it. I'm so happy that I bought my car at Klein, everytime I come in I have a great experience and this time just took the cake. Thank you and see you again soon!

From the min i pulled in it just felt good. Steve helped me and he was very nice the oil change was only $19.00 and I got a free tire rotation. This is a great dealership to business with,..I say this because I had hand controls in my old car that needed to be transferred from my old car to my new one, so this was a bit of a dilemma for me. My sales people were Kelcy from the internet dept and my sales person being Ralph, they both were very honest and up front with the whole experience... Needless to say Ralph and Kelcy picked my car up from work and drove it to the location where I was getting the work done. Then they picked me up from work and took me to go get my car when it was finished. Plus the price was fair for the new car. Shaun in finance is also pretty cool and laid back from my other experiences, he was flexible and worked with me and didnt hassle me more than once when turning down options. Never before in our car buying experience have we felt that we might return to the dealership where we purchased our vehicle. This wasnt so much that we were unhappy or dissatisfied, but because no particular part of the process, or way we were treated, stood out as above average, let alone, exceptional. Attempts to get to know us seldom elevated beyond what felt like a technique to make that sale, that day. That changed when we walked into Klein Honda. First, we ran into Ken Tan. Ken was great to work with, knowledgeable and relaxed with the entire process. He was open and upfront, when requested, with financial information about the vehicle we were interested in. We met John Garling, who stopped by briefly to chat, even though we were not even starting to talk deal. We had set out to visit three Honda dealers (Klein was our first) that day, and follow up on multiple email offers, and we knew we would not be buying that day. However, we returned to Klein the next morning, having visited one other dealer the evening before, to pursue what remained the most attractive proposal. While we still had a few points to work through, our trade in, and some additional options, that we were not interested in, that had already been added to the vehicle. Ken introduced us to Brodie Ryan. We quickly got through the trade and the options and on to a deal. Both Ken and Brodie worked with us to get just where we wanted to be. While we waited for the deal to be drawn up we toured the service facility and chatted with one of the express services techs.On to William Love in finance. Again, a pleasure to work with- excellent explanation of extended warranties and maintenance programs. Our wish to decline was professionally honored. This area has been a problem for us with previous dealers, over and over the finance manager has pressed despite us making our intentions clear. On one previous occasion it went on so long, I had to tell him that if he asked one more time, we were done entirely with the deal. Not so with William, the process was smooth and timely (also not always the case in the past in which we were caused to wait, once for hours), and we were out the door with our new car. We feel we were treated MORE than fairly. We had a great all around experience. Thanks guys! We will be back.

Klein Honda was the one that earned my business when I didn't feel pressured and I wasn't assaulted by multiple dealers trying to convince me that they had the best deal, service, etc. when they really didn't. Raj was very friendly and honest and did not insult my intelligence by talking down to me or telling me things that I already knew. My husband and I went to Klein Honda after test driving a Honda Fit at a different dealership. Originally we intended to buy from the other dealership but we had such a bad experience we decided to try elsewhere. After a bit more research we ended up contacting Klein Honda to see what they could do for us. We initially spoke Ryan from the Online dept and he very quickly put us at ease by asking us the right questions on what we were looking for and going above and beyond. He set us at ease and was confident he could work within our demanding budget, The next day we were contacted by Sage, who set up an appointment with us to go look at the car and talk about financing options. A bit nervous and with a bad taste in our mouths from the previous dealership, we went to the meeting expecting some kind of catch. We were pleasantly surprised when there was not a catch, just friendly service and a sincere desire to help us get the car we wanted at the price we needed. When all is said and done we left the lot in our new car and could not be happier with our purchase. We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted and Sage, and our finance guy Sean worked very hard to make it happen. We will gladly take our business to Klein Honda for future purchases.

It has been 16 years since we bought a new car. I'll be honest, this was a process I have been dreading! My husband picked out three possible car makes from three different car manufacturers. Klein was our first stop on our list - the salesman we had was new and still had a lot to learn but I was impressed by his humility and friendliness. He was eager to make the whole process as positive and pain free as possible. After checking out the other two car dealerships (Toyota and Subaru), it became clear that the Honda was the winner by a long shot! So back to Klein to finalize a deal! After a couple of hours my very happy husband drove off in his new Honda. Our experience with Klein was great! We never felt pressured and yes we were offered the option list but after declining that was the end of it. They worked with us on the financing and we were able to get an awesome rate! I only gave four stars because I always feel there is room for improvement - but in my books this is a friendly and reputable car dealership. They have been around for over 30 years and in this economy that speaks volumes! Look forward to buying our next car from them! Yes we still have another 16 yr old car parked in the driveway :)

The first time we went to Klein Honda was May 2013. We went through the Costco Auto Program. We had not purchased a new car in many years and felt we needed to arm ourselves for a tough sell. To our surprise, at Klein Honda we were able to purchase a demo vehicle with very low miles in the upgraded version of the vehicle we wanted for the same price as the lower end model with Costco's pricing. We left feeling we had received a good value. Their service department has been amazing! Each time we brought our Honda in for service, it was done quickly and the technicians had helpful attitudes. You can tell they like working for Klein Honda because they are valued by the dealership. (That means a lot to me as a human being!)We just bought our 2nd car from Klein Honda in December 2014. We didn't even check around at other dealerships. We looked at Klein Honda's used inventory online, requested information on a specific vehicle and received a call within 1/2 hour to let us know the price. It was on the lower end of Kelly Blue book pricing and had a clean Car Fax. Two hours later, we brought in our destroyed trade-in, received a fair price on the trade in and got a killer deal on the new car. No hard sell, just a fair price offered right at the get-go.This morning, I double checked to see how our deal stacked up with other dealers. I checked 5 dealerships nearby for similar cars. I feel no buyer's remorse about our purchase in fact, I feel like our 2nd purchase was a good value, too.We have one more vehicle we will need to replace within the year. Guess where we're going?

I had quite possibly the perfect experience last month when purchasing a new Honda Fit. On the first trip (without me), my parents went to find out information about deals and models. Ralph went out of his way to lend his expertise to my parents in a personable, knowledgeable, and professional manner so they could bring what they found out to me. Upon our second trip to the dealership (this time with me, as well), I spoke with Deder about the pros and cons of leasing vs. owning a new Honda Fit. Deder was awesome in teaching us about all the cool new features of the car, safety ratings, he even walked us through a model comparison of other similar crossover vehicles in the market. Between Ralph's knowledge about facts/figures on the car and Deder's personalized, genuine, and kind customer service, I felt very comfortable in taking the leap and buying a new Honda. They really assured me that Klein Honda treats its customers like family members and I felt that in every aspect of their customer service. Klein Honda was the only dealership that gave us a legitimate quote from a web-site inquiry. Other dealers just wanted to get our name or quoted the MSRP. The quote was fair for a 2015 Fit, so we felt no need to negotiate. With a limited availability and strong demand, Kelly Blue Book did not give much chance of a successful negotiation. Receiving a quote that was less than the MSRP and no second sticker, we ended up with a very pleasant experience. Our salesman, Ralph, was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. We couldn't have ask for much more.

Sage was a good no pressure salesman. I bought an Acura and he is a Honda salesman. He didn't pretend or make up anything about the vehicle to sell it. Any technical questions I had, he would go to a technician and find the answer for me. Denise was my finance person. She offered me all the add-ons but in no way pressured me into anything. My experience here was fairly quick and very pleasant.

On surface of it, this dealership seems great. I contacted them about Fit 2015. The salesperson (Ryan) told me that they have a great price match policy. From his email"Keep in mind we have a price match guarantee. If another Seattle area dealership has given you a lower price in writing, we'd be happy to match or beat it for you.". When I actually gave him a quote from some other dealership in writing, he said he will check with this manager.Few hours later he emails me saying since it doesn't make business sense they won't honor their guarantee.So much for a price match promise. I would be very careful of buying a car here. I am sure they will not take care of you in case of a warranty issue too, if it doesn't make business sense.

This was my first time buying a car and and I had only gone to one dealership before making it in to Klein Honda. I was greeted by Micah Robinson. He answered my questions and was very understand of my concerns of buying my first car. He helped my pick out my 2001 Honda CRV that i now drive my children in. He was very helpful when it cam to the paperwork and explained all of my options to me. He also got me a better deal then what i was expecting when buying a car from a dealership. I was very pleased with the entire transaction. We arrived late, literally minutes before closing, on a Friday evening and were still greeted with a smile, and never felt rushed. It was dark and raining so they were kind enough to pull the car inside so that I could get a good look at the car. Most importantly, the sales team was very straight forward with me. Everyone wants a good deal; and I'm no different. While I didn't get the exact price that I wanted, I do feel that I did get a very fair price on a great car. They were also able to get me a great rate of finance, and terms that fit my budget. Klein Honda in Everett WA is top notch! I purchased my first Honda 6 years ago and have had all maintenance on my Pilot done at the dealership. Not only was my car buying experience completely comfortable, I have also experienced the best customer service each time I return for maintenance. The team is knowledgable, ensures I am well informed of service performed, gives me rides as needed and has an efficient timeline in and out. A couple months ago, I purchase a CRV from Ralph, who is absolutely the most amazing car salesman I have ever worked with. Found a 2010 Kia Optima online on the Klein website. Showed up the next day. No "bait and switch", the car was still there. We did our homework and pre-checked the car on Carfax and its value on KBB.com. Phan Seng immediately presented us with the same Carfax report. Nothing hidden. Sticker price was above the KBB price, as expected. But we had a very brief negotiation with no arm twisting. Price was quickly brought down to fair market value by Tony, the manager. Sean Johnstone in finance stayed way past closing to finalize all the paperwork. He found first-time car buyer financing for my daughter at a surprisingly low percentage rate. Overall, a very pain-free transaction.

Worst dealership ever! I wish I had read the negative Yelp reviews before I purchased a car from this dealership. They are unfortunately very true and I am so sorry for the other customers that gotten taken by Klein Honda. I purchased a minivan last May. Although the carfax did state it had minor damage, the salesman assured me they checked everything and all had been repaired. What a lie! There has been one problem after another. The bumper is barely hanging on, they rigged it so it looked attached and then after a few weeks, it began to show problems. After I got down and took a closer look, yep, they had lied about the repair. They also had advertised the van as 8 passenger seating, but of course when I got there, the middle seat was gone, but they promised to find me one - no problem - they deal with Honda Odyssey's all the time. FIVE months later, they have still not honored their agreement - no middle seat. Even worse, I could be in a carpool, thus costing me less gas and miles, but unable to participate because NO MIDDLE SEAT! We live in Seattle and they have had us come back and forth several times with nothing to show for it. We dealt with one person after another, Keith, Steve Shosky, Brodie Ryan - all passing the buck to another who again assures us they are "working on it". I hope at least one person benefits from this review by not buying a car from Klein Honda and does not have to go through what we have dealt with.

I had the regular recommened checkups and have NEVER had one problem with my car!!! This was the first time in a long time that I have had a good experience at a car dealers. But I have to say they were all so nice and respectful. With a busy schedule I needed to use Honda's Express Service. Rachel Service Advisor was great on the phone inviting me in to have my 2014 Accord Serviced. Arriving at the dealership without an appointment the team was very friendly. Rachel had a great balance of professionalism and personable service. I take great care of my new car and felt Rachel and Klein would do the same. It is noteworthy that I attempted to get my car serviced from the dealer I bought it from but could not get an appointment and they did not honor their Express Service offer. I was turned away. Also the Honda 1a service was less expensive at Klein and the Service Department hours were more accommodating to most people. We had an awesome experience with Klein Honda...thanks to their manager Ryan Holmes...When we initially went there to buy a car, the first salesman didn't spend that much time with us so we asked to speak with the manager and that's when Ryan came to us. He spent two hours with us in understanding all our needs and requirements, was very honest in his opinion and not once did we feel that he was forcing anything on us. In fact it is very rare for a manager of a dealership to listen to their customer and help them buy the right car by spending two hours with them. We were so pleased in our interaction with Ryan that we ended up buying the car from Klein Honda the next day itself....In today's world, where customer service is paramount and based on our previous experiences, where dealers and salesman are forceful and partial, Ryan and Klein Honda scored 5 on 5 with us. We would recommend Klein Honda to everyone and for us Ryan is an exceptional leader!!

I went to take care of a recall for my older Accord V6, the service rep. took my info and took me back to the parts department. The guy at the parts department said the part was being "redesigned", as if he was a chief engineer and told me I should wait for a "second recall letter". Now why would Honda send out a national recall letter telling people to come in for a recalled part if they are still redesigning it? I went down the road, the very next day, to Lynnwood Honda and they ordered the part for me and they will take care of it in a few days...

Worst experience ever!! I was treated completely like a second rate citizen. The salesman was horribly rude, never communicated with me, walked 15 feet ahead of me the entire time, never even held a door for me. He said my best option was a used car, which I was fine with. After looking for a few minutes, he excused himself and said he had call from his manager. He came back and said his manager found a new car I could lease, and he took off towards the office, again walking well ahead of me. We got into the office, he brought me my keys and told me they couldn't help me. I asked about the "new car" they found, and he turned to walk away. I asked to speak with the sales manager, (though I didn't tell him the reason, I wanted to inform management about my experience). He went in to the office and spoke with the manager, and came back out and said the manager is busy with people actually making deals and told me to call him later if I wanted. I have never been treated so badly in my life!!

I went into Honda services department with MANY concerns about my vehicle. I was planning a drive out to Idaho and wanted to make sure nothing would happen to me on the drive out there. CJ Wahl was able to address all of my concerns. Even when I thought I was done giving him my list of issues and then remembered out of the blue, he would call over to his tech and have him look at that part. One of his techs, Anthony, was also very helpful. He came out and told me everything he found and everything that he fixed. I would recommend everyone to go there! My trip went smooth and I felt safe thanks to their hard work.

I had a feeling I needed to get it done but I wasn't prepared for the price, or at least I don't remember it being so high. I agreed to get it done. Hi, I stopped by Klein Honda in Everett, WA this past Sunday, March 16th, 2014. A salesman named Raj Sharma approached me & asked how he could help. I explained that I was car shopping, going to multiple dealerships to look at & test drive the various small SUV's that I was interested in purchasing. I asked Raj if I could look at the Honda CRV, explained the options I was looking for, & he brought a new car to the covered outside area (it was pouring rain outside), for me to look at. Raj began by telling me about the car, showing me the back storage space, had me sit in the back seat, the front passenger seat, & showing me the 'guts' of the car, explaining how Honda makes the car, & what makes it a safe car to drive and own. I was very impressed with his knowledge, & how he relayed all the information to me!! I learned a lot. We then proceeded to me sitting in the drivers seat, & he joined me in the front passenger seat. Raj went over the instrumentation panel, the navigation system, etc. We then took a test drive. I really appreciate the fact that Raj was not pushy, but very informative. I don't think I will be purchasing the Honda, as I would like a slightly roomier front car, along with a larger steering wheel & more comfortable area for my arms. However, I will definitely refer any friends who may be shopping for a Honda to Raj as their saleman. Thank you Raj for a great car shopping experience!Lorie

I contacted them initially through the internet to get a price on a certified used CR-V that had low miles. Mary responded in about 5 minutes! I wasn't certain I wanted to drive all the way to Everett from Shoreline to look at it and hadn't test driven a CR-V yet so checked one out at a local dealer. When I finally got around to getting up there it was after the quote had expired, but they honored it anyway. I took it for a test drive and told them that I'd take it if they could make it work within my budget. I had already worked it out, but wanted to see if they could get me better financing that what I had already gotten pre approved for. They were really awesome to work with! I had to go with my intuition on this as husband was laid up with back surgery and I was on my own. (he was happy with how I handled it, or at least that's what he told me) After reading a lot of negative reviews about every dealership I was considering; I realized that I was going to have to change my thinking if I was going to have an enjoyable experience. I checked my attitude at the door and I was determined to have a pleasant experience whether I bought a car or not and I was not disappointed! Ken followed me to the rental place 7 miles up the road and I gave him a ride back to the dealership. Thank you to Mary and Ken and Jonathan! I would recommend to a friend. I probably won't haul myself up there for servicing unless I have other business up there.

I have been servicing my Hondas at Klein for years and like any other time I came into the dealership thinking I just going to get an oil change and be on my way. I ended up leaving with a new car! The sales staff I worked with was nothing less than amazing. My sales person was Gina Book and the sales manager Robert. Gina was very knowledgeable and was very helpful explaining all of the new technology in the car. I love my new Accord!!! I will never service or purchase another vehicle from any dealer other than Klein. The staff is GREAT, low pressure and know their stuff! Thanks Klein!

I went in and Gina Book assisted me w my purchase. Being a female shopping for a car can really give you a bad experience, but Gina was super nice on top of being proffesional and give me great information about my new civic! The process was smooth, and never felt like she was treating me like I didn't know what I was talking about, which I had run into with quite a few other dealers. My wife and I were looking for a small SUV and one Saturday looked at 8 different cars. At Klein we were helped by Nick Dent who was very helpful and professional. He showed us a CRV and spent a lot of time with us making sure we knew and understood the many features of this car. That night through the use of Consumer reports, Edmunds.com and any other information we could find, we narrowed the list from 8 to 2. The next day we test drove those two, and again, Nick was extremely helpful. The experience buying from Klein Honda and Nick was something I would recommend to anyone, not to mention the overall customer satisfaction, 5 year cost to own, predicted reliability etc. of the CRV.

After having visited some of the other dealerships in Bellevue, Kirkland we, my wife and I, decided to visit this one too. Our experience with the other dealerships was very bad. Some of them were xxxxxx, derogatory and insulting.We found Klein Honda and Nick Dent especially very decent and respectful. Nick helped us understand all the wonderful features in then new Honda Accord. When we quoted our price, Nick quickly understood what it needed to get the deal done. We had a great experience with Gina. We had met her several months earlier, & now were serious about buying,so asked for her specifically on our return. She was ever-so-friendly with a delightful personality! AND she worked diligently to individualize the search for a car that JUST fit us. The good news: she walked us right to it! From the first moments of that drive in it, we fell in love with the interior.... a lovely, patterned black upholstery....to features that were just exactly what we wanted AND could afford. It felt so good & looked so dressy! Color was classy & very much to our liking. This past weekend, my wife and I went to Klein Honda in Everett and bought a car. Our experience with the Klein team was EXCELLENT!. They are the most courteous and professional car staff I have had the pleasure to work with.My wife and I shopped online for a car. We had narrowed our search down to a Honda Pilot and requested quotes from prospective dealers.We received an email from Mary MAjor (KleinHonda Internet Sales) that was graceous and professional. She provided us with a lot of information and was very up front about what to expect with pricing. I was impressed and appreciative with her knowledge and honesty.When we visited the showroom on Saturday (1/11/14), it was a really rainy day and I had hungry children in the car. Mary greated us with a warm smile and introduced us to Nick Dent (Sales) right away. Just like Mary and everyone else we met, he was professional and extremely knowledgable about his cars. He was easy to talk with and courteous. He was forthright about the Pilot's details and about pricing as well. After walking around a few cars and test driving them, we found our Pilot and worked with Nick and Tim Meek (Asst Sales Mgr) on pricing. there was absolutely NO PRESSURE in dealing with the Klein team at all. We talked about the price and found a number that worked for us both. With the help of Josh Holland (Used Car Mgr) we were also able to get a VERY FAIR PRICE for our trade in. I had researched the cost of my vehicle before hand on KBB.com (Kelley Blue Book) and KLEIN's number matched.Nick and Tim got us our car and into the Finance Office in no time at all. We worked with Darcee Davis (Finance) to get our paperwork done. She was discussed all the options and talked about all the details so we knew what we were getting into. She had a great sense of humor and made the finance process almost fun.The Klein team is an awesome group to work with. Everyone was knowledgable in their field and provided all the information we needed to make our decision. They were upfront about all the details and pricing and straight forward when it came down to negotiations. The only negative is that my children didnt like the hot cocoa from the vending machine. Other than that, it was perfectly awesome.Thanks Mary, Nick, Tim, Josh and Darcee for all the help. My family and I appreciate everythign you did for us.

On 12/27/13 I was quoted a price on a car, given a stock number and vin number, and setup an appointment for the next day. My conversation took place after 8pm when they were closing. I arive the next morning to find out the car was not on the lot. I was first walked around the lot for 20 minutes while constantly being told about a car model I didn't want. I asked to see the car I was quoted on. Finally I was told that the GM uses it as a daily driver. I asked how that was possible since I was told this car had 10 miles on it and had the e-mail with that on it. I asked to speak with the manager, Tim. He came out and told me they sold it the night before. Questioning him on this he said it was sold at 6:30. I asked how that could be because I was in contact after 8pm. He then changed his story to tell me it was sold at 10:30pm. Again, I asked how that was possible since they close at 8pm and I also asked why I was not told when I called in the morning before showing up. They did not have the car on the lot and kept trying to sell me the model below.I would never every buy from a dishonest place like this. That was a complete bait and switch job.

About 25% of them refused to negotiate pricing that way, and the rest varied in competitiveness and responsiveness. Early in the process Klein said it would meet or beat my lowest quote. It did. I wasn't sure if Klein would honor its commitment once I showed up to do the paperwork. It did. Sure, Klein may not be located in the toniest part of town or brew the best coffee, but if you want to save money and avoid being hassled, work with Klein.

It's been 20 years since i'd bought a new car - i was apprehensive of the experience. I knew the car model i wanted, but was undecided on other aspects. I went inside the dealership (Klein Honda) to hand-select that one sales person i could feel comfortable with - and it was Nick Dent. Here are the reasons why: He called me after my first visit 'just to follow up' - that's something the Honda dealer nearer to me didn't do after i left my first visit! I came back to Klein Honda at least a half-dozen times to be sure what i was deciding on. Nick was very patient - NO 'attitude' whatsoever! He took the time show me this, and that feature. He was informative, i felt confident in his knowledge and handling of things... and he was quite personable to engage with... i never felt from him like i was wasting his time because i wasn't buying right off. What i appreciate about his style is that he's soft-spoken and calm, but he also gets things done. I can say that he has gone above and beyond what i would have anticipated - he followed through and i learned that could trust his word! That's important to me as a woman buying a car. I happily recommend Nick Dent to anyone seeking a low-stress car buying experience - i am very impressed by his manner of providing service to his (potential) customers. I can say that, thanks to his perseverance with me - he ordered for me the perfect color (inside as well as outside) CRV at the price i was willing to pay. - and i went away happy and pleased to have worked with him!

I started with Carsdirect.com which allowed me to send out quotes to the greater Puget Sound area Honda Dealerships for our New 2013 Honda Pilot EX 4WD. I received approximately 5-quotes from surrounding Puget Sound dealers one of which was from Robin with Internet Sales. From the get go Robin was able to provide me precise answers to each of my questions regarding pricing and availability. I provided Robin with my best price quoted price. Robin immediately responded within minutes that Klein would meet or beat the price thus saving me a 90-minute drive south. Robin in addition searched her inventory and confirmed that Klein had the exact make/model/color on their lot that we wanted. This was something that other internet sales managers were unable to provide me when I asked for an exact quote for the exact vehicle they would sell me even when I advised that I would provide them a deposit on the vehicle they found, knowing that they might have to have it shipped from another dealership. I felt a true sales person would have checked the Puget sound inventory and found the vehicle I wanted and then provided me an accurate quote. As we know all vehicles come with add-on options so I wanted a hard and fast price for the exact vehicle they would sell me. Robin was the only one able to provide me this specific information and be competitive in pricing. I could have saved 0.7% in taxes but paying the difference to Klein who was located within 5-miles of my residence was worth the difference to us. We arrived at the dealership and were immediately greeted by Robin who put us in touch with a new Salesperson Carlo and veteran, Phan. Both sales persons immediately were updated by Robin on our vehicle selection and the price agreement. Carlo brought the vehicle around and parked it under the awing because it was raining. Julie and I looked through the vehicle and Phan pointed out the add-on options along with the prices that would increase the quote, which I was already aware of from Robin. We agreed on the purchase and then sat down with Phan and Carlo and confirmed the numbers on paper and then finalized the sale. Carlo advised he is 3-weeks new and I feel with some self dedication toward learning the inside and outside of each vehicle on the lot along with his own personal spin on why he like the car he should do very well. The paperwork will come with time. Phan was there to provide some instruction to Carlo but I feel Carlo could do better with a more energetic salesperson who is willing to show Carlo the ropes. Phan knows the paperwork and the system and made sure we completely understood the purchase along with providing valuable opinions on options that we were considering. The rest of the sale sailed through smoothly with the assistance of the finance manager confirming we qualified for the 1.9% and allowed us several payment options to choose explaining each one in detail. We finished with a walk through on the vehicle and my only critique on this part would have been to pull the car into a lit garage and dry it off due to the evening hours and it had been raining. NOTE: Phan did grab an umbrella for us walking to and from the vehicle. Overall a very wonderful experience in purchasing our new car. We would definitely come back again.

Had a pretty bad experience... picked a car from website and got e-price and they confirmed its available... went to see the car and was shown a different car (which had navigation) Negotiation still started with eprice and after making us feel that deal was done ($1K lower than eprice) and filling out forms which was nearly half hour into the process they realize eprice was for a different car so now the price goes up by 3000... i insisted that i specifically wanted the car i mentioned in the eprice and was told that option was available only on black color and not in dark cherry i wanted. I asked them to look for dark cherry car which they say is available on website and leave. I get call back in an hour that its not available but i could still get the negotiated price on black car. I come back, do test drive etc then new manager says that he never approved the negotiated deal, so either take the car for the eprice or forget it. Arguments start and that manager went to extent of saying that he can go back on any offer at any time for what ever reason and i as customer can do nothing about it. It kind of felt true, that as customer we cannot do anything until the full process goes through. We as customer are made to sign on offers but they never do that until the last minute and can back off anytime. Seemed like case of bait and switch where they give eprice on cars which are not available, entice you with eprice and then just say that it was a mistake. They gladly agreed it was their mistake for showing me the wrong car but guess what... it says in the eprice fine print that arithmetic errors can happen on eprice and there is no guarantee that cars will be available. Lesson learnt and this is how i completed my deal with another dealership 1. Get eprice and insist via email that you want the e-price on car which is available on the lot. 2. Get the salesperson to reply back in email that the car is in the lot 3. Call before leaving to make sure the car is in the lot 4. Negotiate and always keep in mind that accessories (which can sometimes be very high) is included in the price. 5. Please walk out if you think its not a good deal. That is the only way they will realize not to play with customer physiology of time/effort. 6. Only power customer has is to leave feedback. They need to know that if you have good experience you will tell your family/friends but if you have bad experience you will tell anybody and everybody.

Sometimes i get so busy that i look for ways to save time. About 6 months ago i was doing that when i went to the Honda store inLynnwood for my oil change. I drove up,got out of the car ans walked to the service area and told the service drive fellow that i was there for a oil change. He gave a funny grunt and asked if i had a reservation. I did not. He told me that I needed one and point toward another person where i was told i could go to make that needed appointment and come back in 6 days and pay more than I am use to. Well that didnt work. When I made a costco run over at Kirkland i tried to get a oil change and was again told how busy they were and was told that there prices were very high and Icould wait for about 3 hours to get it done. I was in a bind so I went to the corner oil change Jiffy spot and got it done.I had usually done to Klein for my oil change and like I said before I am always looking for a way to save time. Well not only does Kleinsave me time it also saves me money. They have the best oil prices in the area and I have never had to have an appointment and i was never sent away or had to wait for 3 hours.Like a lot of things I took Klein Hondas great service for granted, but not any more. Thanks for your great people, prices and service!

"Wow" What a great experience! I had been shopping around for a new car and had a budget to stick to. I came to the conclusion that I'd have to buy new-used. Much to my surprise they worked with me and I drove away with a brand new 2013 Honda Accord LX!!!! They worked as a team and made it happen! Starting with knowledgeable and friendly salespeople like Mike Samii. What a terrific person, and he likes making people happy and knows his cars. He got us a great price, and a terrific car...2012 Honda Accord. He definitely worked for us to make our experience the best we've ever had. We put a lot of pressure on Mike as well...we had a very important appointment that we were trying to make in time so we had very little time to spare. Mike Samii and Mark (in finance) made the deal happen in record time so we were in and out the door like a tornado! We never heard a complaint from them (at least not to our face! lol), just the Klein Honda "can do anything" attitude. Thanks guys! We'll definitely recommend you to all our friends and family. I needed a new car, so my boyfriend & I decided to stop in. We came in looking to buy used, but after seeing the new cars Phan went to talk with the sales manager about price, & we got a decent price on a new 2013 Civic coupe. Klein Honda also offers 2 years of service for free with all of their new Hondas, which is really great! I was very happy with my experience here, Phan was a really nice guy, didn't try to pressure us into anything we weren't interested in & really took what we said about the cars we looked at into consideration. I would purchase a car from them again if I had Phan as my sales guy.

I have all my cars serviced at Klein and overall the service has been pretty good. So I thought I would give the sales part a try when I decided that I wanted to trade in my diesel truck and get a Ridgeline. I have had a number of contacts with Gina who wants me to trade in other vehicles so I filled out an online form and sent it off as her phone was busy.I was contacted by another person, Ryan, who was in Internet Sales. I talked to him on the phone and told him that I was considering a trade-in of my diesel truck if the numbers were right. He told us that Klein could do that so I made an appoint met to come by.I showed up with my wife and was greeted by one of the many sales staff. This person was special in that he was unkempt with a wrinkled shirt and shirt tail hanging out. I asked for Ryan and the salesperson got Ryan who then told us that he only made contacts with folks and then handed us off to a salesperson. I was not told of this by Ryan on the phone. So we were left with Mr. Unkempt. I explained to him that we had been looking at the Ridgeline for a year, was ready to buy and that I was considering a trade-in of my diesel truck if the numbers were right. I also asked him not to play games with me.Mr. Unkempt asked me what colors I wanted and insisted in looking on the lot despite the fact that I already knew what I wanted. When we returned from the lot he then informed us that if we did not make an offer on a car right then, then Klein would not consider looking at my truck for a possible trade in. We explained that we would not be rushed into anything and our previous conversation with Ryan to no avail.So we walked out.On the way home we called Ryan and explained what happened. He had an assistant sales manager call who tried to get us to return. Said he would personally handle the matter. We said no as it was dinner time.The next day I got a generic email from the overall sales manager asking if my visit had been satisfactory. I replied in detail. No response. To date over a week later there still has been no response.Gina contacted me the next day and I told her what happened, she read my email to the sales manager and convinced me to come in so they could appraise my truck. Turns out Klein had no clue as to how to appraise it but planned to but it on a dealer net to see what dealers would pay for it. I did so but advised her that I already had an appointment with Kirkland Honda, a contact made through the Costco auto purchase program. I ended up purchasing through Kirkland Honda and trading in my truck there for the same price as was later offered by Klein.Based on my experience I cannot recommend Klein. Sine I never got a response from their management from my email I had to wonder if they really care at all.

My daughter and I were looking for a car for her to take to college in California, a car that would be reliable for years to come. We found that Honda Accords had a stellar reputation for reliability. We found a nice Accord at another dealer and were feeling the pressure to buy it right away, but then we called Klein Honda and were given some options over the phone that sounded promising enough to excuse ourselves from the other dealership. Klein Honda had a much nicer Accord for sale for only slightly more money, and they cranked through the numbers quickly and offered us a super deal. We were very impressed with their professionalism and promptness. Our salesman Mike Samii was awesome! We will be back when we need our next car.

I never thought I would use the words "pleasant experience" and "car shopping" in the same sentence, but yesterday I had just that while buying our new Honda Fit from Klein Honda. The salespeople were extremely professional and not at all pushy. I talked with Bebs Magbag on the phone and we agreed on a price which was very reasonable for this hard-to-find, in-demand car. Bill Alde met us in the showroom and took us for a test drive. At no time did I ever feel pressured. He was professional and knowledgeable about the car and answered all of our questions. We received a fair appraisal of our old car for a trade-in and we were ready to buy. Bill suggested accessories, but when we told him we weren't interested he didn't push us any further. Ryan from the finance department clearly explained our financing options, compared our bank financing with what he could offer. We ended up staying with our bank, but never felt pressured to go with his recommendation. We left the dealership saying that we've never had a great experience buying a car before. We'll definitely recommend Klein Honda to anyone who's looking to buy a Honda, and we'd be glad to buy from them in the future. Excellent dealership!

It's unfortunate that it had taken me this long to realize that the sales experts at Klein Honda go above and beyond to make purchasing a car a pleasant and stress-free experience. After recently coming in for what was originally just supposed to be a "quick browsing", I was sold on a 2007 Honda Accord, that my whole family loves. Being indecisive, I tend to think about making a potential purchase, more often than I actually decide to purchase things. Deciding on a car was much more of a challenge for me, but the sales staff was attentive and, while making good offers, did not put on too much pressure on making a decision. They outlined the car specifications in a way that did not seem overwhelming, pointing out the most important details that really sold me on the car. Look no further than Klein Honda for a great car-buying experience.

My husband and I just bought a certified 2011 Honda CRV. We were treated very fairly and although some negotiations had to be made, we ended up very happy at the end of the day. We were treated fairly and with respect. Everything went smoothly from the time we sent in or internet inquiry up to the time we signed paper work in their business office. We won't go anywhere else to purchase. Buy only from Klein Honda. You won't regret it!

I have never purchased a car from a dealer that specializes in a make of car. I typically buy off of used lots, so I entered Klein Honda expected used car sales tactics. I felt that the service I received was very professional and accommodating. It is important to me to not feel rushed or snookered into big purchases. My sales rep was the best I've ever dealt with! In addition, their facility was very clean and had that "new car smell" in effect. I'd recommend buying from Klein Honda because they were friendly and didn't make me feel to pressured to make a decision...I ended up taking my time. 5 stars!

I wanted to talk about my great experience at Klein. My car broke down and I desperately needed a car to get to and from work. I live in Arlington and work in Seattle so I inquired through internet while at work. Klein Honda responded to me first and sent me a price for the 2013 Civic. I'm only 22 and this was the first time for me to buy a car and so didn't know anything about buying one except what friends tell me that it is time consuming and lots of haggling. Three other dealerships gave me their price but Klein Honda's was the lowest and they also have the free 2- year maintenance plan. I came to their dealership ready to spend lots of hours and negotiating. But I was very surprised when they made me choose and drive the Civic LX I wanted and then honored the internet price and then fill out paperwork and sign documents. It was a great experience for someone like me who is a first time car buyer. My friends at work are jealous. They will come to Klein Honda and if they buy, Klein Honda will send me $200 as referral fee. Thank you Klein Honda.

Most car dealerships would say anything just to get a customer inside their store. I went to 2 dealerships who told me they had the only color of the CRV I wanted and once at their store told me it was "in transit" or "has just sold". Klein Honda is quite a ways from where I live. But I decided to get back to them again because they assured me they had the kona coffee CRV in stock. Besides, I needed a new vehicle immediately for my family's upcoming out of town trip. I have very high regard for Klein Honda. They stayed true to their word. They had the CRV I wanted and honored the internet price they gave me. Everyone was great and the process was fast and easy. My wife and kids love our new CRV. I just found my new dealership!

I recently purchased a certified 2011 Honda Pilot at Klein Honda. I tell you... these guys are the best! I got a great price for the Pilot and for my CRV that I traded in. I will miss my CRV but I enjoy the space that the Pilot provides especially since we just had our third child. I live in Bellingham but the drive to Everett was all worth it.

I bought my 2013 Civic from Ken at Klein Honda in Everett. I live half an hour away but decided to head north after receiving Klein's internet price which was the lowest among all other quotes sent to me. Their internet response was immediate. I haven't purchased a car in years and the thought of having to haggle and be at the dealership for hours have kept me from moving forward. But when my car broke down, I had no choice. Car buying has changed a lot and my wonderful experience at Klein Honda will definitely make me want to purchase from them again in the future.

we purchased a new 2014 odyssey. we found the prices at klein to be hundreds of dollars lower than the other dealers we shopped, a total of 5. They also gave us a price quote faster and easier than any other dealer, honda or toyota. they had a good selection of models and colors and we were able to go rather quickly. my husband and i do not enjoy buying a car, and we both agree that the team and klien did a very good job and we left very happy in the new odyssey.

I recently purchased a new Honda from Richard at Klein Honda. He took the time to ask me a few questions about what I was looking for which I thought was odd at first. Every other dealership I've been to just started showing me cars as soon as I got there. After 5 or 6 questions he pulled up an accord for us, shot some information to us as we walked around the car, then off we went. We absolutely loved the car. When we got back, his manager Nick talked numbers with us. There was a bit of back and forth about price but It was overall a quick and painless experience. Thank you Richard, Nick, and the rest of Klein Honda for making this the easiest and funest car buying experience.

We made a decision to purchase a good gas mileage car that was towable behind a motorhome. As part of our conversation with Boyce (salesman) we made it clear that four wheel down towing was mandatory. He told us that FIT was towable. We purchased the car and because we wanted a NAV system they agreed to have one installed. Then it was determined that the FIT was not possible to install after market. They then found a unit in Portland and had it brought in and we gave the first car back and bought the NAV equipped car. We then decided to have the tow system installed. We then found out that the 2013 FIT was not towable. I phoned Honda customer service who verified that was true. We then went back to the dealer and told them the news. They asked what we wanted and we said a towable car. It turns out that the HONDA CRV was the unit that fits the bill. They had several level models on the lot and we looked at them all and the one that was equipped like we wanted was the model EX_L. We agreed to look at that one and Mr. Blankenship acting in the role as Sales Manager did the numbers. Understanding that we had spent the day there and had spent plenty of time in the waiting room and did not want to break the bank, listened to his offer. While I could pay the monthly and did not like the end amount, we decided to do it. When we then went to "Finance" it all took a turn for the worse. First the Credit Union we deal with was also available to Klein. The Person "Mark" urged us to look at another CU with a better rate. Sounded good so we did. When things were printed up, it was a higher rate. Anyway, we proceeded to get the xxxx out and get something to eat. We took our new CRV and went for food. Later I perused the numbers and I find he charged us the Window Sticker price. After all they put us through it seemed that they would give us a price break. We were astounded at being charged the full window sticker price. We were not really assured that we were treated well nor with any slack for what we had gone through. In summary, the extended wait times in the waiting room, the high speed financial manipulation, the obvious price gouge and the overall experience leaves us with a bad taste in the mouth and hence the very low rating. We spent a very long day there and are still wondering if we Had a "Friend in Everett".We love the Honda CRV. It is an exceptional vehicle, we will just not repeat the process of buying at Klein Honda again.

My wife's friend referred us to Klein Honda after purchasing a CRV from them. We live in Renton and having to travel that far was just a hassle for us. So I thought that inquiring over the internet would help us decide on whether we should purchase close by or make the drive so my wife's friend gets the $200 referral fee they promised her. We were amazed by their quick response. They had the CRV that we wanted and gave us the best price. I was also told that my wife's friend was very happy to receive the $200 referral fee. I hate writing reviews especially if was for a car dealership since we all know how frustrating buying a car can be. But my recent experience at Klein Honda changed my opinion about it. My wife and I had been planning to replace our 2002 Toyota Sienna for a newer Sienna. But before heading to a Toyota store, I thought of browsing the internet to compare other mini vans with the Sienna just out of curiosity. I was surprised when after less than a minute, I received a price quote for an Odyssey and then a phone call from Klein's internet department. The next thing I knew, my wife and I were headed to Klein for a test drive. We were introduced to a very knowledgeable salesperson who also showed us the Honda Pilot after interviewing us about our needs. Needless to say, my wife and I went home in a brand new 2013 Pilot Touring 4WD and we are very happy with our decision. Thank you, Klein Honda! Kudos!

I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy, their customer service is horrible, they only care about getting the most out of you and they will give you the worst possible deal you could get. I really had such a negative experience at this place and so many things are wrong with this place that i would not know where to start. First of all they were trying to sell us a car for more than they had it advertised for. We had to get back our trade in and they returned it in horrible condition, we had to pay a lot of money to get our car detailed. Mark (the finance guy) does not even try to be nice to people, when i asked for his phone number as i was dropping off some checks for the down payment on a car, he simply told me, your husband has it. My calls were never returned and nobody took responsibility for anything. You should be working as a team and you should really work on your customer service skills. Have some respect and consideration for your customers!

From the time I first walked on the lot, I already knew what vehicle I was going to purchase. I had done my research ahead of time and all I needed was the right salesperson. Nick was very knowledgeable in the vehicle I wanted. He answered all the questions I had and brought to light several facts that I was not aware of in my internet search. I knew the color's I did not want on my vehicle, blue was one of them. He encouraged me to take a chance and see the Twilight Blue, and I loved it. It was the most beautiful blue I have ever seen. I now own that Twilight Blue Honda crv, and I am so excited about my purchase. Nick was polite, factual, patient, and understanding of my needs. By the second visit, I knew he was the salesperson I would be working with. On that visit, a week later, I was walking up to the front entrance and he welcomed me by name. We had no previous appointment made for that day, I just dropped in, unannounced, I was impressed with that form of customer service, we had only met once before. The transaction was smooth and "painless" as they say. I would highly recommend Nick Dent to anyone looking for a personable salesperson. I am a very proud owner of a Honda crv from Klein Honda of Everett, with the help from Nick!

I found Nick to be very helpful, courteous, and actually fun to deal with. He seemed quite knowledgeable about the cars he was selling. He spent a great deal of time with me as I had several different models I wanted to look at. I don't recall his commenting even once that he "had to go talk to his manager." All told buying a car from Nick and Klein Honda turned out not to be the dreadful experience I had been anticipating. I am happy to recommend Nick and the Klein Honda team.

Every time I've come to Klein Honda to have our Honda Pilot serviced, the staff has been very friendly and professional. I'm currently waiting while my vehicle is being serviced. Steve Shosky has been great! Our vehicle isn't due for a 60K maintenance service (only at 50k), but our last oil change revealed that we needed several things to be performed (brake, steering, transmission flush, etc) and decided to do it early. Steve worked with us due to budget constraints and extended a 15% discount as well as not charging for the rear differential lubrication and a free spark plug. I'm back again because our coil needs replacing and the part had to be ordered. In an age when customer service and common courtesy seems to be "old school," this has been refreshing. Because of Steve and the other staff I've interfaced with, I'll keep coming back! Thanks and keep up the good work!

My main reason for continuing to return to Klein Honda is because of CJ Wahl. Klein Honda is the only place I have ever taken my car to be serviced.CJ is always available in person, via phone, or e-mail to answer my questions and gets back to me promptly. CJ is honest and lets me know when recommended service needs to get done, he educates me, and always treats me fair. Its important to me to have a personal working relationship with someone who cares about my business and CJ is always there for me!I would recommend CJ to anyone looking to have a personal service advisor and I would recommend Klein Honda for the purchase of a car.

My wife and I have purchased a total of 4 vehicles from Klein Honda. We love Honda's and Klein has always treated us very well. Our current vehicle is a 2009 Pilot Touring with 60k miles. I tell of the mileage since this is a vehicle we plan on keeping and recently had problems with the door locks. After surfing the internet I learned many Pilots, not limited to only the 2009 model, have similar problems. I would give the Honda Corp. a thumbs down for not having a mass fix. I would however give Klein (Ryan, Joey and CJ) a thumbs up. Admittedly we were frustrated after the first visit since the problem was not fixed. This was in no way Klein's fault though. Door locks and nearly everything in the Pilot is computer controlled. The guys at Klein believed the problem was fixed since it worked fine when we picked it up the first time. After a couple days the locks acted up again and we found ourselves back at Klein. Ryan, the Service Manager, assisted at this point. Ryan truly understands how to manage a department and he put our needs first and foremost. It turned out we needed new FOBs as well as the master lock control. Best of all is that we had an extended warranty and Ryan made sure everything was covered. I must also say I am not big on extended warranties yet it was Klein's finance guru who recommended we buy it since we planned on keeping the car. Let me say, the above repairs would have almost cost what we paid for the extended warranty. Fast forward two months and the Pilot works great! I was recently in for an oil change (I don't do that Jiffy Lube stuff) and I saw Joey, CJ and Ryan. I have grown to know all 3 guys and they are in fact genuine people! CJ took care of everything while we had our taxes done nearby. He even arranged for Lauren, Klein's shuttle driver, to take us to our destination while the Pilot had a transfusion. Once there she gave me a card and phone number and asked us to call her when done. It was an easy experience and if I was to buy another car it would be the new Accord coupe (AWESOME car) and it would definitely come from Klein Honda!!! Keep up the good work.

I took pilot in for recall. In and out in 30 minutes. Great service. The people at Klein made me feel as if I was important. I would take any of my vehicles to Klein for service. They seem to be very honest. I asked for an oil change and was told it was not necessary at this time. Thanks again.

Gina was very attentive and understands how to follow up without become pushy. We communicated via phone and email intiially, and she always answered any questions promptly. She was a pleasure to work with and when the day we were in town turned out to be her day off, instead of passing us to another person, she came into the office to meet with us and get us wrapped up with our trade-in and new lease. We have leased three vehicles from Klein Honda and they always get me the vehicle I want at an excellent price. I'm certain we will be back.

I brought my Honda Ridgeline in for service in January and had the pleasure of working with Assistant Service Advisor, CJ Whal. CJ made the experience the best possible experience it could be for having your vehicle in the shop to be serviced. The customer service he provided is the definition of what customer service is and should be, many could learn from him. I appreciated not only his demeanor, but also the attention he gave to all of the finer details that can be missed. Since my schedule and ability to communicate and return phones calls was hampered based on my work and school schedule, he was fine with sending email updates of the progress and cost of the repairs. I sent an email relatively late at night at one point and received a reply at 11 at night; for certain I did not expect a reply that late but was impressed that he took a moment on his off time to respond to the email. In addition, there was an issue with the car rental return that popped up which he quickly and diligently took care with no further hassle on my end from the car dealership. In fact, Enterprise could learn a bit or two from this type of customer service. So to CJ and his team of workers, I offer my thanks and appreciate of a job well done. Working with Josh today changed my perspective on having work done at a dealership. He was friendly (even at 7:15 in the morning). He was an expert on my car (even a non Honda car: Acura MDX) He was an exceptional communicator in explaining my options as well as letting me know when the work was done etc. His service went above and beyond what would be expected by walking me out to my car, returning my rental at Enterprise for me, and making the whole experience super easy. I wouldn't say I am a satisfied customer, I would say that Josh has made me a loyal costumer.

Oh my goodness that experience was amazing! Yes it cost money and car service can be expensive but they were so kind. Services I was paying for at another dealership, were free. They gave me a coupon I didn't have. They paid for a rental car so I could take my son home for lunch and a nap. I was able to just leave the rental there even when done. They have a customer for life!!! Thanks so much Joey!

This was by far one of the easiest car buying experiences we have ever had. In the past our car buying experiences have been terrible, but Raj put us at ease and was very informative, helpful and friendly. He gave us several viable options to choose from and guided us through the whole process and kept us in the loop of what was going on the whole time. Normally we have had to deal with the back and forth game and deal with countless sales managers. Between Raj and the gentleman ?? in finance we had the best experience buying a car. We always get our Honda serviced here and get excellent service as well as discounts too! We bought our car from them as a certified used vehicle with less than 20,000 miles on in and have not had any repairs needed. Regular maintenance is the key! This is our 3rd Honda and the 1st one went over 200,000 miles before we traded it in.

Rachel was the first person I interacted with. She is very friendly and prompt and provided good information on recommended service and kept me posted on the wait time while I was in the lobby. I had requested to her that the technician should look at my lights as I felt I needed a new bulb replacement. She worked with Joey to determine that I indeed needed a replacement. Joey explained why lights flicker due to the filament and sometimes I would notice the light was working properly and other times it would dim out. They both recommended I get it replaced which I was prepared to do. I was very happy when they told me that Honda would cover the cost of the bulb and installation! The technician replaced the bulb in less than 5-minutes and I was on my way.

I purchased a used Acura MDX with a lamp out light dash indicator active at the time of purchase. They refused to fix it due to the fact the all the exterior lights were still working and also the car was used not new. That was a first heard ever for me, but my wife and I were both tired and said ok. Later that night I noticed an issue with the steering and suspension. Everyone knows the worst roads in Everett are around the Everett Mall. So it was hard to judge the ride quality. Then we noticed all the vents were broken so you couldn't manipulate the direction of the heat/ac. Like I said my wife and I were both very tired from dealing with dealerships when we bought this car and we do know better. We went to return the car the very next morning. They refused to take it back and only offered to exchange it for another used or new car. Well we test drove and thoroughly went through every SUV on their lot. Only two out of the 11 were local trades the rest were from auction based out of Texas. These jokers are selling used cars for over retail value when they were purchased from auction well under wholesale. I should know I've bought four cars most likely from the very same auction house for far less than wholesale. Well we ended up being screwed into a Pilot that had a bad car fax history; car accident and stolen. Priced $4,898 over wholesale value and 3,898 over retail value for the condition it was in, it should of been sold under wholesale.My wife also slipped on some ice in their used car lot after we returned the MDX and nothing was said about that. She was crying and in pain and our used car sales representative just sat there. The assistant general manager did nothing either. They just made us believe we had to exchange the car for another and that was our only option. As a volunteer firefighter and EMT I should've called 911 and had a injury report made, but I'm not a person that sues over such things. However, this would have been one of this perfect scenarios that warranted such an action.I'm in the Navy and we just PCSed to Everett that very week we were buying a car. We were renting a car and needed a car in order to turn in the rental. So we were in a crunch to get a car and that is why we were put in this situation.Please stay away from these guys! Do yourself a favor and never believe just because they're Honda that they are a true representative of Honda! Truly the worst experience buying a car in 19 years.

I have been coming to Klein since I had my first 1978 Honda. (We have had 7 Hondas)I like knowing the staff. Recently you installed the "Jiffy Lube" on the back of the lot and I lost all contact with who I thought were knowledgable and professional people. The "Jiffy Lube" feature does not work for me. I can do that at the real Jiffy Lube in my neighborhood. This past week, due to construction I actually was served at the "real" service desk and I much appreciate dealing with professional people. I live in Kirkland but I have been loyal to Klein. I hope the Jiffy portion goes away!!

Use extreme caution. Buyer Beware. They will make promises but as soon as the papers are signed and they have your money it is too bad so sad.Ripped us off. Made promises to get us to buy then fell way short.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.We purchased a brand new Civic EX but wanted the L model. They did not have one but promised to convert an EX to an L for us. They promised we would be happy with it etc. etc. and if we did not like it they will make it correct. We complained immediately upon seeing it and stated the workmanship was comparable to back yard mechanic. Josh Holland basically said to bad so sad. I checked our paperwork and the satisfaction of their work was not in writing. We lose.Make absolutely certain to get everything in writing before signing anything. Better yet go to a different dealer. Next year I will buy another for myself but will choose Sims or Lynnwood

I recently purchased a 2004 Mazda3 from Klein Honda. I was told that the car had been given a comprehensive check by their service department and that it passed with flying colors. This check, along with the low miles for a 2004 model, convinced me to purchase the car. In fact, this service check was the reason I was willing to increase my offer for this car. Last week (I've had the car for about 2 months) the car started having a strange vibration/noise when excellerating. I thought it was exhaust. It turned out to be one of the motor mounts. Someone had shoved/hammered some hard rubber stuff around this mount. I guess the reason was to hide the vibration/noise rather than fix the problem. After a couple of thousand miles the stuff mostly fell out (apparently) and I was left with a $300.00 repair bill. I know the law that used car sales are as is. Buyer beware.

I am giving a positive review of the service department. I am not sure if it was Steve Shosky I interacted with in service or not. Pretty sure. Every time I take my car in for service I am always greeted at the door or even at my car. I have never had to wait to get checked in for service. Upon completion of my service visit I have always been given a rundown of what exactly they checked and/or repaired/replaced and given me an explanation of why everything was done the way it was. I always choose to keep my Accords serviced at the dealership to ensure that I am up to date with the required maintenance and that genuine Honda parts are used on the vehicle. The outstanding job of your service department and your sales staff on my fist Accord purchase was the reason I chose to come back and purchase a new Accord within this past year. I brought my car in for diagnosis because a service engine light was on. You did the diagnosis for free. The Nissan dealership was going to charge up to $110 to diagnose the problem.Ryan checked the car out, couldn't find anything wrong but adjusted the gas cap in case that was triggering the light. He reset the light and charged me nothing. All in about 10 minutes time. Who can complain with that!

I really cannot say enough great things about Klein Honda service department and specifically Steve Shosky. I'm the type of person/consumer that values & respects loyalty. If i'm treated fairly and respectfully then you have a customer for life. This has been the case in my experiences with Klein Honda and Steve. I've got an older honda and they have always, ALWAYS gone above and beyond in how they treat me. The work is always explained to me, even letting me know if a big ticket repair can wait or is urgent. I've also had the express service folks help me with headlight replacements & wipers...and are always happy to help me with installation.When the times does come for me to purchase a new car, I will definitely remain loyal in getting it from them.Thanks for all the work you do and for being an ethical business and employee.

I went in for my routine maintenance and checked in with Rachel in the Express Service building. She was very friendly. My husband generally brings the car in, so I was a little bit confused by what exactly I needed that day. Rachel went over my recent service history with me and told me what I had done in the past (brake fluid and cabin/engine air filters), and what I may need(transmission and power steering). She also let me know that my brakes had been cautioned on my last visit, so it may be time for those as well. Before doing anything, Rachel told me that she would have the technician look at the fluid conditions and my brake pads, and then let me know if they were due yet or not. I signed the paper and took a seat in the waiting room. My car was pulled in, and about 10 minutes later, Rachel came down and started going over the inspection with me. She let me know that my front brakes were at about 3mm and that they were due. She also informed me that my rear brakes were still at 4, so I could wait until the next oil change and they would check them again. As far as my fluids, both the transmission and power steering needed to be changed, so I approved the fluids and my front brakes. They got the job done in a timely manner, and I was very pleased with the overall experience. Rachel is knowledgeable and friendly, and a very trustworthy advisor. I have been a long time customer at Klein Honda and am still very pleased with this business. Thanks again!!

Honda quality and workmanship has always been first class, this dealership is what Honda is, "First Class" from sales to service. Sales is great, straight forward and honest. Delivery of the car was a pleasure, the sales person, Boyce Goff explained all systems in the car, linked my phone to the blue tooth system, nothing was missed. In finance Mark Larson explained options ie. glass and finish treatment, gap insurance and protection items, the functions and benefits, costs were honest and competitive. Paper work was well organized and NO hassle. I have another Honda purchased from this dealership (actually the 4th Honda from this dealership) this is the only place it is serviced, because the service department is the best. CJ Wahl is the service adviser, he explains service and future needs, you are always treated like a special person when you enter the department.

I came in to Klein Honda on a Tuesday afternoon looking to get my Vehicle serviced. CJ was very helpful during this process. He explained everything that they would do during the service. After the explanation I got a shuttle ride from Jim who took me to the mall for holiday shopping. I got a call from CJ who let me know my car was done. When I was done shopping Jim promptly picked me up. After everything was finished I was very satisfied with the services that were done and how quickly they were able to get me in and out. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone needing their Honda car serviced.

I went into Klien Honda on friday night as they were closing. The door was locked to the service area but I needed a headlight bulb. Steve not only opened the door he also got me a new bulb and installed it. I tried to pay for the bulb but Steve said that the cashier and parts guy's went home so he couldn't charge me. I tried to give him money but he refused and asked instead of money to write a review about him. I stopped by Klein Honda to have my car looked at because I noticed it was leaking oil. Turns out oil was leaking out of the filter gasket. Joey was so very nice about the whole thing. They changed the oil and put on a new gasket for no charge. I don't go to Klein Honda for oil changes very often but I always have a great experience. All of the service people that I have dealt with have always been very professional. I am going to start having my oil changed at Klein for now on

I just got done purchasing the new 2013 Honda Accord from Klein Honda and wanted to share my experience. I waited a couple of weeks for the prices of the new Accord to come down, before deciding to venture into a Honda Dealership for a test drive. We all know, that if you walk into a dealership, you will be greeted with great pressure to purchase today and today only. Well, my perception changed once I met Raj a salesperson from Klein Honda. He showed my all of the new and cool gadgets on the new Accord and then took me on a test drive. We talked about price, but I was still hesitant to pull the plug and told Raj, I needed a couple of days to gather my thoughts and make sure this is exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and to drive for the next 4 years. Raj was easy going and said Ok. He did not try to put pressure on me. So I left and then started to shop around online for other prices on the new Accord. Klein Honda came back lower then most of the other dealers. One dealer was lower, but was a far drive away. Plus, I owed it to come back to work a final deal with Raj. He deserved it. Then I finally came back with my wife and we negotiated a final price that we were happy with. Raj made the sale easy and not complicated. He listened to us and did not try to push a sale down our throats. Thanks Raj. If you are looking for a good respectful salesperson, go to Klein and ask for Raj. He will help you have a more pleasurable experience.

i bought a 6 year old used Ford at Klein HOnda. I went there because of friends of mine who have done business there for some time and really like the people. i think i got a good deal and was happy. three weeks after i bought the car it started to have some problems,so i went back to klein not knowing what to expect. i have heard lots of stories about used cars and dealers telling customers too bad. that is not what klein honda did. they fixed my car. i had forgotten that i had bought a used car with over 90,000 miles and they gave me a warranty. now that warranty paid the bill to fix my car.i am so glad i bought there and i thanked both klein honda and my friends who recommended them many times over.

I have an older Honda accord that was having transmission issues. CJ Wahl was very helpful in providing me with options for what I should do given the age and mileage of the car. After it was determined we would replace the transmission with a refurbished one, CJ provided excellent email and phone communication throughout the process. The price was reasonable,he provided me with a loaner car to get me back to Seattle (when he didn't have to)and when it needed some final fine tuning after the transmission was installed, they were able to fit me in right away. What sets him aside from other service advisors I've experienced at other dealers is that he is not only knowledgeable,communicates well, and is honest, but he takes the extra effort to explain the details without being condescending. As a woman, our guard is always up when dealing with car issues so as to protect ourselves from being taken advantage of. In all of my service experiences, he is the only one who I would trust regarding issues with my car. My experience in working with him was nothing but top notch!Not to mention Klein Honda has the cleanest bathrooms and the best magazine selection for women!

My IMA battery went out on my Honda insight with 70k miles on the car. I called all dealers to get the best price for replacement of the battery. They (Klein Honda) quoted me $2000. over the phone... I called again just to make sure the price was correct. The service person assured me that it was the correct price. When they called to tell me the car was ready to pick up, I was told it was 2800 plus tax. I spoke with the service manager and he cut the price to 2500....Still along way from the 2k I was quoted for repair. I will not be going back to Klein Honda for anything.

We purchased a 2012 Honda Civic and we live an hour and 30 minutes away from the dealership. They say the car goes through an inspection to get certified, but we noticed gouge on one of the tires the same day we purchased the car. After having to argue with several different people, they finally agree to replace the tire. When we go back to get it fixed, after driving home, we noticed they replaced the wrong tire! Then we are told that they changed the tire out because something was wrong with it. We asked if they were going to change the tire with the gouge on it and we were told they would replace it with the defected one that they just took off our car! We have had nothing but trouble with this dealership and they are shady! When we called to ask for someone in corporate we could speak to, they refused to give us the number. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE!!!!

I went in today, looking for Used Honda around Price Range of 8000. The First Sales Man that tried to Help us was Drunk and started to offend my father for not being able to speak English. Gave me Attitude when i said that i would take the car for check up at the Mechanic and said that would not be allowed. I went inside the office to talk to the store Manger, he was very rude, did not want to listen to my concern because he had 5 cars that was in process of Sale. Sent a second employee to assist me and with my first concern , he also gave me attitude and walked away with not helping us. Third sales man with little nice and shocked of his co-worker attitude. He helped answer questions but the car he offered was not what i looked for and did not try to help me find another. I left and had the worst customer services that i ever had in my life from car dealership. i won't ever recommend this, employees and manger were very amazingly bad. this Place is the worst with bad cars

Klein Honda seemed OK on initial contact; they offered a decent price by email. After initially sticking me with a salesperson who didn't know basic features of the car, they found a new person who was knowledgeable and friendly. However, after the test drive they opened the old, tattered book of slimy car dealer tricks and got to work. They made a ridiculously low offer on my trade (less than half of what I got at 3 other dealers) and then, when I thought we were getting somewhere close to a reasonable price, they mentioned that they were talking about a different trim level than the one I was interested in... classic bait and switch. I left and got the price I'd been trying for all along from a different dealer with no particular hassle. I wouldn't got back to Klein under any circumstances.

They honored my internet price quote I received from them. At the time they were a lot lower then other Honda dealers. I was expecting the usual back and forth sales tactics, that we all seem to hate when shopping for a vehicle. However, I was stunned when they honored the price on the internet quote. Of course I had to pay the sales tax and license fee, but that is acceptable. The 2 year free service maintenance was a good touch too. I live in Lynnwood, so I can use the free maintenance. Thanks Klein Honda and the sales team for changing my perception of car dealers.

I had a wonderful experience getting service for my Honda from this dealer. I had shipped around the area for just pricing and when I got to Klein they were not only the best priced for my service but they took the time to explain what was wrong with my vehicle and how I could prevent further issues in the future. I never felt rushed or pressured to have extra work done. Ryan took the time with me to explain why the work needed to be done I came in the a sheet from another dealer with a list of items I needed to get fixed. Ryan sat down and showed me where they were up selling me and what actual work needed to be done. I have never liked to take my car for service to a dealership in fear that it would cost "so much more" than taking it somewhere else. I was proven wrong over the last few weeks. I needed new brakes on my Accord and went to Les Schwab and got a pretty pricey quote. I immediately called Klein Honda to see what it would cost to get my brakes done there. Ryan happened to answer the phone and gave me a quote that was literally hundreds of dollars cheaper. I went there the next day for the brake job and was beyond impressed with every single persons customer service skills. I have now had several cool additions made to my accord, and plan on doing quite a few more in the near future. I will never take my car anywhere else now. Ryan does an amazing job managing this top of the line service dept, you can tell by how his staff treats all there customers--it all starts from the top. Went to them on May 24 for an recall light problem. On a 'inspection' they quote " Perform tune-up ( Found spark plugs in poor condition)." They never, never even inspected the spark plugs!! I changed them myself one week earlier with origional Hon da spark plugs!! Lie #1.Quote" Found auto matic transmission fluid to be contaminated/b urnt)". They never inspected the fluid, lie #2. Never going back to them again for repairs. We were going to buy our 2013 Honda CRV from Klein Hionda next fall, well its off to Lyn wood Honda now, just can't trust them! Patrick Forster

We live out of town and flew into Everett to help our daughter buy a car. She is a full time student. We contacted Klein Honda's internet department and were given a no hassle quote. They promised everything would be ready for us when we arrived.We have purchased many vehicles over the years and have heard those words a hundred times. It was a pleasure to meeting by and energetic young salesman who introduced us to Bebs in the internet department. The vehicle was out front and waiting for us.When we came back from driving the vehicle, the numbers we were promised were printed out and in writing as promised.Our experience with dealerships in the past have not always been good. It was great to deal with such a personable staff and a dealership that was true to there word and played no games.

The only good part about this experience was JR, our new but very friendly salesman. First, we negotiated on a vehicle that we were told had a navigation system upon finding out it didn't Klein Honda tried to sell me a navigation system that was installed via the mirror, then sell me a vehicle with a navigation system but not 4X4, then told me they would sell me a demo,it was a the top of the line vehicle, with very low miles for the EXACT same price. I just had to wait until the next day when they could get it in. Before I even came to pick it up I asked why they were willing to give me such a great deal and didn't really get answer. So, when I came to pick up the vehicle they brought out all the paper work and then Ken, the new more experienced sales manager, just up a left with the paperwork. He came back without it and asked what the deal was that we were supposed to be getting, after I explained it to him, he left again and the 'original' sales manager came over and said 'we must have misunderstood, he wouldn't have said that deal' but he absolutely did! Why else would they have had all the paperwork filled out and be talking to us as if the vehicle was ours when we first arrived. We didn't leave the night before without having a deal in place, the only thing pending on the finalization of the deal was us seeing the vehicle. The whole experience left us not knowing if we will purchase a Honda at all!! AND certainly NOT from Klein Honda. When asked I will share my negative experience with everyone I know and I am a small business owner and see A LOT of women!! This experience is why most people dislike buying cars so much!

I returned a minivan back to the dealership in less than 30 days to inform them that I cannot afford the new terms they had me sign, after the salesman had me drive the minivan home after midnight, with a promise that I will only be paying expecting an amount of a little over $400.00 monthly note. When they had me come back three days to sign the contract, the price jumped by $133.00 more per month. Not knowing my rights as a consumer, I felt guilty about taking the minivan home and felt obligated to sign the contract. I called them a week after I signed the contract and tried to contact their salesman and the Financial Specialist. No one wanted to talk to me. Since, I felt ripped off, my husband and I tried to go back to this dealership, but their salesman's only offer is for us to purchase another car from them. I told them I have no interest to buy another car, but just want my old traded car back (which at that time was not recorded as sold, yet). At that time, I have not received my bill statement from the bank who approved my car loan. The salesman started acting very rude and refused to help me and walked away from me and my husband. In my distress, I returned the minivan and the key to one of the salesman, showing my intent to voluntary surrender the minivan. This minivan was sold for $13,000 in cold cash to another buyer, but the sale was never reported to my creditor as sold. The bank continued to come after me, even after informing them of the sale of the minivan to another buyer by this auto dealership. As a result, my credit was badly ruined. I had to seek the services of an attorney to fight for my case.

What a great experience! My wife and I spent two weekends looking for a good used Honda Odyssey. Klein Honda was the first place that didn't try to push us into something we didn't want. The salesman that helped us,Jonathan, didn't try to interrogate us, but just asked relevant questions. It helped that Jonathan actually knew something about his product. We paid a good price for the car and the finance guy, Ken, got us through in no time and gave us a great deal on a warranty. Overall, it was a great experience!

I had extensively researched a new car purchase on the internet on various sites prior to contacting Klein Honda. We had driven several other cars from other manufacturers before deciding (again) that the cars Honda offered worked best for us. We knew exactly what model we wanted, unfortunately due to the earthquake in Japan earlier in 2011, the wasn't much inventory available. Only question then was price. Klein quoted us a price on the car at the low end of the scale on truecar and other websites. We were pleased and they never tried to move us off that price. The deal negotiated was completed professionally. We had some after market parts installed a few weeks later with no problems.

After having a difficult experience with our local Olympia dealer we shopped around and found Klein Honda. We called up and advised them of the deal we were looking for on a 2012 CRV, the price we were asking was aggressive but Klein was able to find us exactly what we wanted and at a significant savings over what our local dealer would do. This was all quoted over the phone with no hassle. We drove up from Olympia, The vehicle was washed and ready and the price was as quoted, We even worked out a good deal on a few accessories we wanted. Klein treated us very well and we were in and out in a reasonable about of time. This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from them in the last 6 months due to the excellent price and great service.

Had a terrible experience trying to buy a new Honda from Klein Honda in Everett. Heres my experience: - They quoted a price through truecar.com and when I called them confirmed that they had the model, color, trim and features I was looking for on their lot- I get there, sure enough, they dont have what I want on their lot. I shouldve been smart enough to just walk out at this point.- After wasting some time trying to convince me that I would be happier with what they had in their lot, they eventually said we can get you what you want but the price will be higher than your truecar quote again, I shouldve walked, but I guess I had disengaged my brain- After some haggling I agreed to a higher price and we signed a contract (this was on Monday). They were going to get the car from a different dealership and they promised (verbally my mistake) that they will have the car before Thanksgiving. They take a deposit of $500 from me at this point.- Called them on Tuesday afternoon to check status, the salesperson is unreachable. After a couple of voicemails, I asked for a manager and this guy said theyre working to get the car and will let me know as soon as he has more information- Called them again on Wednesday, get the same story. Now Im a little worried. Called again on Wednesday before closing time, get the same story that they are working to get the car- Called on Friday and they finally accept the truth they are unable to get the car they promised. I wasnt particularly interested in getting anything out of them other than my deposit, but I did say that my experience with them was terrible and their managers reaction was How do you mean terrible? I finally got my $500 deposit back today. Of course, it also cost me a hard credit pull as well. Note that at no point after the botched sale did they ever call me to proactively to inform me about anything. All in all, Im very relieved and thankful that I didnt end up with a vehicle from them.

When looking to buy a car, it's always something that I want to do, but at the same time I hate the pressure a salesman always places on you. However, this was the first time I didn't feel that way. I worked with Matt on looking for a new car that was more fuel efficient than the gas guzzler I have right now and not only was he a wealth of knowledge, but also wasn't trying to pressure me into buying anything I didn't want. i got a price quote from the web site onthe car i wanted. the price was good and it was fast. the other dealers i tried to get prices from were not easy at all. i was tricked into going to lynnwood first but the games they played were just as you might think. i onlly live 10 minutes from them so it would have been easy to make them my first choice. as klein gave me the price fast without a game i thought i would give tehm a try. i met Bab's who i had spoken with after i got the price from the internet. she introduced me to raj who showed me the car and we went for a ride. it was nice. the pricing was easy and fast, as i already had it.i have only got 2000 miles on my car, so i have not yet had a service, but i did notice they the oil change at klein is almost $15 less then lynnwood and they do more.guess you can figure out where i will be doing my service work.

By far worst car buying experience I have ever had. My husband and I bought a "certified" used car off their lot 3 weeks ago and could not be more disappointed with our experience. I should have known better when the sales team was "joyriding" in our trade in before we had even signed the final papers to own the car we bought. After getting the car home we realized the radio presets did not work right, and a couple days later (after the 3 day exchange policy) that the car had a pretty significant oil leak. After taking the car to a mechanic we also found out it had a bearing that needed to be replaced (apparently they replaced one on the left that was making noise but not the one on the right which was almost in the same condition), the battery did not remain charged and needed to be replaced, the oil leak was significant and either from a cam seal (hopefully) or the head gasket, and the the entire radio unit would need to be replaced if we wanted it to work correctly. I was told to bring the car in to see what they could do for me (I dropped it off on a sunday night) and was shuffled from service to sales and manager to manager until I was finally told that there was nothing they could do for me because the warranty would not cover it. I also had to call them myself to get this news because no one called me. I am going to get the car today and it is Friday. I have had to borrow a friends car for the last week. Please be advised that their certified 123 point inspection and certification only certifies that those points meet "their standards" which after talking to several people in the service department means that the car will not have a catastrophic failure in the first month or 1000 miles of ownership. After trading in my car (that was in very good condition) and paying several thousand dollars I now have a car with lower miles that needs about 3 thousand dollars worth of repairs. Employees at this dealership should be ashamed of the products they sell. I am not sure how they sleep at night.

Ironically, we had been thinking of what to do with this 2009 Accord whose lease expired in 10 months. After a couple of attempts and a couple of call-backs, Raj and I connected on his third attempt. He said that Honda had a promotion whereas we could probably turn in our Accord for a 2011 version and have the same payments, possibly lower (we could, of course, opt for a different model if we wanted to, but we didn't). Hard to believe, but it was worth checking out. We went in on a Friday evening and looked at what they had to offer, drove one of them, but told him we had to think about it. While it seemed okay with him, I wasn't so sure about it being okay with his sales manager, who we saw speaking to him as we left. We came back having a chance to look at the details and pricing of the vehicles we had honed in on, then drove the second possibility, and as we were considering, the Sales Manager approached. I bristled, expecting a hard sell, but he mostly listened, which was refreshing. Raj asked us which one we wanted to focus on, and the negotiations began. He was very low key, never saying "what will it take to get you into this car," but the first result was about the same payments, so we told him we expected something better. We wound up with ~10% lower payments, our objective, which I think was best for both sides. Of course, I would've liked to have started at this point! Raj was even willing - and did - ask about other things, such as refunding the unused extended warranty on the first car. All this for a car that was 2 years newer, was more deluxe, and is rated +4 MPG higher. The finance segment, which I also always dread, was also lower key than usual, with minimal pressure. The unfortunate part there was that we had to go back to re-sign the papers due to some glitch, then again (we had them go to our home for that), which was a bit irritating. At least when this was done, however, the checks for settling, e.g. one of our payments for the 2009 was charged in-between, were issued promptly. During our first finance segment, Raj offered to re-program the new car with our former car's radio settings, and after we were done, showed us some of the electronic features, which the time of day (11 p.m.) made to be more of an overview in terms of comprehension. Nobody's ever done either of those in over 36 years of car buying, and by the end of this, Raj was more of a friend than an adversary, that's almost happened only once before, and he has even followed up twice after the sale, and I've never had any car salesperson follow up after the sale, and only one has ever mentioned doing so, but didn't. One thing I'd like to see, however, is a primer on leases, as this hasn't been clear in either of our leasing experiences, but at least Raj told us the money factor, which I never got out of the previous transaction.

We looked for a Honda Odyssey with all bells and whistles. He was a good communicator, accommodating and answering our questions Jared got us a good fully loaded 2007 Touring model... and we went away happily.Three months later we realized the Odyssey was not working well for us although the primary drive loved it It was a bit too big for our garage and the seats were a bit too high to get in and off. We contacted Jared and asked him to help us exchange for a model that would be more appropriate for our needs. The day we came in to look over other vehciles, Jared quickly said he found the pefect one for us. True enough, he got us a 2008 CR-V with a navigation system - even though we miss the power sliding doors and tailgate, we are now 100% satisfied with our "newer" Suv. Thank you, Jared!

We test drove a 2011 Accord at this dealership and the sales guy was very nice but didn't seem very knowledgeable about the car. When we showed interest in purchasing the car, the sales manager came over and was very rude. Right after meeting this person we were given the stiff treatment, are you going to buy a car today otherwise I don't want to waste my time. Uhh...If we didn't want to buy a car why would we be sitting here asking you what price you can offer us? We don't spend time at car dealerships for enjoyment. The sales manager needs some sensitivity training to learn how to respect customers.Because of his poor attitude we won't return and will make sure to not recommend this place to anymore. Lost out on a cash paying customer!We will be buying a new car in the next week from someone else who will give us some respect.

My wife and I just purchased a new 2011 CRV! We had been dreading the entire car buying process, but to our suprise, it was great! I am currently negotiating with sales to take my used car back. I test drove the car, negotiated a price and signed the papers. As I was test driving the car, the transmission acted a little funny, so I questioned my salesman about it and he and his sales manager assured me and staked their reputation on their representation of the condition of the used car. "There has been a 110 point inspection and everything is okay. We wouldn't sell you a car in bad condition. That would be bad for our reputation." I drove the car for a day and asked my wife to drive it also. She noticed the same things that I did. I took the car to another Honda Dealer that I have had wonderful and friendly service from and they said that the transmission was not going to last a month under normal driving conditions. ($3100 plus tax to fix it.) I took the car to a smaller shop that I have had great service from and they said I was taken advantage of.($3500 to $4000 plus tax.) I took the car to Klein Honda and Tim, who was great, said he was sorry but it would cost $4167.26 to fix it but because it was so soon after I bought it they could take $500 off. I paid the going retail market price for the car--if it had just had a safe and working transmission. Those silly boys think I want to own a $6500 car and pay $10,000+ for it. If you want to be lied to, taken advantage of and then, have to wait a week after you tell them what is going on and then still not have a resolution, KLEIN HONDA IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. I am guilty of being anxious and uninformed, but those guys are just willing to lie and deceive to make a sale.

They tried to screw us over big time. Trade in was set way to low, no negotiation in sticker price and they offered a 9.5% loan interets. When I explained that we are better off to go to our own bank to get a loan for 4.99% they turned around and gave us a 4.9% loan. So all over I cut down $12000 in cost. I was very upset that I had to fight for every dollar. I bought a Kia several years ago and my experience was much different. If you buy a car at Klein Honda, don't take no for an answer and do your HOMEWORK. It could cost you. Check on loan availabillity and interest rate somewhere else BEFORE you accept Honda's loan offer. Also know exactly what your trade in is worth.They also offered to take care of registering the new car and de register the old car with my insurance. When I did not get new insurance cards a month later, I found out that they did nothing. I would never buy a car there, but my boyfriend had his eye set on the car and was not willing to walk out.

To put it bluntly, we were lied to regarding the pricing on a new purchase, with trade, of a CR-V EXL.We had come to an agreement on the trade-in value and the price of the CR-V, with accessories both wanted and already installed. The salesman and the "guy in the back office" agreed to waive the fees for the accessories.The salesman took our pricing sheet back to the "guy in the office" and came back with a new pricing sheet with a higher number than we had agreed to. They wanted us to pay for three of the accessories (plus installation fees), increasing the price we had agreed upon a little over $1,200.00.After telling the salesman that this was totally unacceptable and that he knew he had agreed to waive the price of the accessories, he went back in to talk to the "guy in the office".Finally the "guy in the office" came out to talk to us, and he stated that neither the salesman nor he had made such an agreement. I told him to look at the previous pricing quote, but he refused. I told him the deal was off, he said okay, and we left with a very bad taste in our mouths. Essentially, we were left with the fealing that "we" were being called untruthful.I felt really bad for our salesman because he worked very hard during our negotiations to reach an agreement. If he signed off on more than "the guy in the office" could chew, then he should have said so. We may have been able to negotiate further but when "the guy in the office" refused to look back at the previous pricing sheet, that sealed the deal. We left and were able to purchase the very same vehicle at another Honda dealer later that evening, using the Costco program, at a better price in half the time.

I loved the staff at Klein Honda. Our sales person (Woody)treated us more like a friend than a commission. Even thought we did not leave the dealership until close to 11:00 pm, Woody stayed behind to help me clean out my possesions from our previous car. The rest of the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable ad satisfied with our purchase.

The buying experience was very nice. Our two young boys even had a great time, drinking hot chocolate and coloring. The sales representative, JW, was excellent. I came in to trade in my vehicle, a 2010 element and dealt initially with ryan in internet sales. Ryan gave me a rough idea of what my trade in was worth and gave me an assurance we could work something out in my price range. When I arrived Ryan intorduced me to JW who took me out to test out the pilot i was interested in. i got a great feeling from JW, and while he was a salesman trying to make the best deal he could, I didn't feel pressure or swindled at any point. When we came back to dealership to talk price I gave JW my max payments and downpayments and he met up with Ken in finance to begin that process. While it was a difficult deal to work out they found a way. Ken brought me in, explained the deal and walked me through my options. He told me what might change and what would not pending his submission to various banks. I left with my pilot, when i initially planned on leaving with nothing and just exploring my options. I felt great about the purchase and about my treatment. The best part was a call a few days later when Ken informed me that they found a bank to accept our dealm but that it would have to be restructured in my favor. Again Klein Honda did what they had to do to make the sale happen, and to not change my limits on money down or payments. I had a great experience with JW and Ken, and would absolutely reccomend Klein to a friend.

We were in the first day of checking out the market for cars to replace one of our vehicles. Klein Honda was about the fourth dealership we visited. We had no intention of buying yet, but just wanted to see what the Element was like. J.W. was fun and friendly, and did not come across as a pushy "car salesman." He showed us a lightly used Element, which wasn't too far over what we planned to spend, and we rapidly realized it was just what we wanted. So maybe he is more of a "car salesman" than we thought! We bought the car on the spot, and have no regrets. We are sure we will love our Element for years to come.

I visited Klein Honda on two occasions the month of January 2011. On the first visit I brought along my daughter for whom I planned to purchase a new car. I met with Jared, and we looked at a number of different vehicles. Afterwards, I thanked him for his time and explained that we would also evaluate other manufacturers - namely Toyota. After kicking a few more tires my daughter decided she liked the Civic the best. So, the following weekend I stopped by Klein again and met with Jared. After brief discussion I made a very reasonable offer, which Jared suggested would not be a problem accommodating. At this point I should mention that each of the last 5 new cars I have purchased I have done so through email. In other words, I was breaking protocol primarily because I thought I had established an adequate relationship with Jared (e.g. he understood price was #1 on my priority list and wouldn't jerk me around). Well, I was completely wrong. After the 3rd back and forth trip to the "sales desk" my patience was fully taxed. On the last trip a sales manager took Jared's place and assumed "negotiation" mode, asking to remove the trunk liner and floor mats. I wasn't looking to negotiate, I was looking for a yes or no - no need to waste my time when I knew I had offered a more than reasonable price given what my research suggested Civics were selling for locally. I politely declined and turned to leave when the sales manager shouted out that we had a deal. Needless to say, I didn't feel "warm and fuzzy" about the prospect of having to deal with Klein in the future to handle service, so I declined again and left. Soon afterwards I contacted several other local dealers via Edmonds.com and within 30 minutes I had an offer literally $1,000 less than my offer to Klein after adjusting for Klein's dealer add-on. An hour later I had an even better offer which was soon matched by the first. Just to be clear, the ratings I have entered are not a reflection of my experience with Jared. I thought Jared was fine to work with, he was just caught in the middle of myself and an excessively greedy sales manager. Oh, and a note to the sales manager - I have decided to buy a second new Honda for myself within the next week or two. Guess where I won't be making my purchase.

I purchased a brand new 2010 Honda Pilot in 11/09. By 2/12/2010 I found it was unsafe and had been since Klein had my dvd player installed by Car Toys (dvd player sold to me by Klein yet installed through Car Toys). Install tech spliced into my airbag power supply to power the dvd player. This shorted out my airbags, voiding my warranty (manufacturer and extended that I purchased for $2700). on the airbag system. Klein denied the issue stating there was no way the splice happened, that the person (another Honda dealership with no motive to lie) that diagnosed the problem was lying to attempt to make money (when in fact the other dealership made no effort at all to make money from this situation). Klein then told me all they would do is replace the airbag shorting out which would do nothing as the dvd player would still be spliced into the power line and short it out again. Klein would give me nothing in writing guaranteeing their repair would really fix my car or that my warranty would again be in place (they stated they couldn't guarantee the warranty but would guarantee the airbag themselves but would not put that in writing either).I was forced to go buy another new Pilot (from another dealership) to ensure my family was safe and my warranties in place. This cost me thousands of dollars to do.By the time Klein finally admitted to the damage caused to the car I bought from them I had my new car. The damage was ~$7000 and they profited from this repair because their shop did the repair and Car Toys paid them to do it. They also attempted to profit a third time off their mistake by trying to fix this situation by selling me another new car from their inventory.Worst experience ever. They think they did wonderful by me by finally getting my car back to me repaired.....I got it back (nearly 30 days later) with trim pieces missing all over on the inside, black smudge marks all over the place, dirty in general, and was told to take it to another Honda dealership to have the trim work repaired and have that dealership bill Klein directly. I didn't receive an invoice for the work they did for over six months from the time I got my car back. I have had to file complaints with AG and BBB just to get response from the gen. mgr. Tom Hunt. I put a negative review of Klein on citysearch.com and was offered $500 by Mr. Hunt to remove it.

Alex Luu is going to be an asset for Klein Honda. This young salesman had a great deal of product knowledge and is a good listener. He was friendly, not pushy. We liked the way he discussed our needs for a tow behind for our motor home. He would listen and clarify what he heard and then he went right to showing us a manual transmission Honda Fit. When we said we wanted to compare the Fit to other brands. He did not bad talk them, but he did show confidence in the Honda products, stating he would still be around when we came back. Which turned out to be the case, after seeing the other vehicles we decided to purchase the Fit from Alex. Alex, James, and Josh all at Klein Honda were great to deal with.

Because I was so happy with the sales experience I had with JW, I want to make a public recommendation for Klein Honda's sales department.When I moved to the Everett area, I had 10 years prior experience at Honda of Seattle. My first impression was that this place deserves my business. The people were friendly and responsive to all my needs. In particular, I noticed that they tried to make a connection with me as an individual, rather than treating me like a stranger, or like a nameless face in the crowd. I really appreciate that, because I am more than a number. I have owned a total of 6 Hondas, so far, and I plan to buy another in the future, when the time comes. I was thrilled when my partner decided to buy a used Element. She knew I could connect her with my favorite sales person in Seattle, but instead she was able to feel comfortable enough with the sales person here at Klein, that she was willing to take a risk. We have both been happier with this Element than either of us had hoped to be. It exceeded our expectations. JW made us feel like what we wanted and needed really mattered.Little details like the coupon for car wash, also add to our over-all contentment here. The waiting area is lovely, and the wait times are always reasonable. There is no place I would rather go, now, than my local Everett Honda store!Thanks, Klein.

First of all, I knew I was going to purchase a car last week or this week. I had four types of cars in mind: Toyota, Chevrolet, Subaru and Honda. I must admit I first went to a Chevy dealer, but basically didn't even get asked to test drive. When I went to Klein we (my daughter and I) were welcomed immediately. Not in a pushy way. We were offered to test drive any car. We were offered something to drink. All these courtesies make a difference. When I was persistent in sticking to a price that was in my ballpark- Derek Lofstrom didn't look at me crazy, but he went to negotiate. The car I bought is amazing. I feel like the price I paid was superb and the quality of the car is excellent. The service and professionalism was outstanding. Derek was very patient, understanding and carried on a conversation like a person not a robot like other dealerships. Not once did Derek act put out or frustrated with me. I visited Klein Honda 5 days after I was rear-ended / sandwiched on the freeway. My van was "totalled" and I was driving a U.S.-made rental car, which I disliked. I was very interested in KIA, Toyota, and Honda (my top choice). I started at Klein Honda, and drove off the lot with my certified pre-owned 4 y.o. CR-V many hours later!J.W. Williams was first to greet me. We discussed at length my wants, needs, and expectations. I was targeting a new Civic Hybrid or Insight Hybrid. After well over 2 hours JW challenged me to re-evaluate my targets. And, as I found out, my purchasing budget was below my target cars. JW suggested various late model Hondas on the used car lot, but when "my" CR-V drove up and parked by the showroom, JW asked me to evaluate its merits. I was not familiar at all with the CR-V, but within 1/2 hour, JW and I shook hands on a very good final, total, price. Thanks to JW's many hours of HELP, I drove away that same night with my "new" CR-V. JW listened, explained, suggested, critiqued my needs, and redirected me to the CR-V. I hate shopping. JW made my purchasing experience totally positive. He helped me very well on technical aspects. I am a retired engineer, and I demand to know how things work. JW, in 2 short months on the job, was the most technically knowledgeable car salesman I have ever dealt with. He treats his job as a profession, not a paycheck. I feel very comfortable in stating JW matched me to what I needed, more than what I wanted. This is definitely the BEST buying car experience in my life so far. Our salesman is Tony Nguyen, and he is just so helpful without giving us any pressure. Unlike your regular salesman, Tony not only is very knowledgeable on the cars they have, he is also very knowledgeable on their finance department. Tony helped out explaining the finance part to me very well. Just like most of people, I was afraid to goto the dealership to buy used car because it seems they know how to play the number games and I will get rip off at the end no matter what. But it turns out we got the car better than we expected and the best thing is Tony was able to help us to get the deal we wanted. We purchased a 2006 Honda Odyssey (certified car) from them that only has 20K mileage, and amazingly, Tony helped us to get the price that's 7K below the KBB price !!!! It's almost like a miracle to us !! It's like we got a almost brand new car and only have to pay half price on it. Because of this pleasant experience, I would strongly recommend Klein Honda dealership and Tony as your salesman if you are lucky enough to get him !!

I bought my 1st Honda at Klein in 2002 after owning and swearing by 3 Toyotas. I was having my Odyssey serviced for timing belt so had time to wait (I live in Seattle but drive to Everett for all of my service). Started looking at cars with better gas mileage but didn't want to spend the $25k +. JW suggested looking at a used vehicle, I had never considered or bought used before. Went on a test drive and liked the 2007 Civic. So I bought the Civic from JW - he was new on the job and I felt sorry for him - just kidding!! JW was friendly, helpful and professional. I also purchased the additional warranty - was glad to see that Klein was standing behind their used vehicles. Now I own 2 Hondas to my amazement. Enjoy my baby, the Odyssey, and am getting attached to my Civic now too. It continues to run beautifully with a couple of long road trips. As a single woman, I need the security of a new vehicle and was surprised that I am just as confident in my used Civic. Looking forward to many uncomplicated miles. Thanks!!

JW Met me at the door when I went to look at cars, he was friendly and upbeat off the bat and I quickly felt comfortable that he would be able to help me in my pursuit of a new car. Jw Took my wife and I around to see about 10 card and we sat in them and reviewed each on its merits. He was very knowledgeable about all the cars which I appreciated.In the end we landed a Subaru Legacy which I felt was the right fit for me, a used car and not a Honda. The salesperson hid a door ding by spraying the new car with water at the time of delivery, making it hard to see the ding. They made you sign a piece of paper saying all is OK. Furthermore, the car had already 150 miles, when they told you that it had only 10.

Jeff doesn't know how to talk to his customer. He is very rude and illogical in his talk.He asked me to bring my car for repair which I brought recently and kept the car for 2 days and then he returned the car to me saying he cannot do the service

Towed my 1998 Honda Accord (92,000 miles) into dealership. Reno called back and told me I have a bent rod and water in the engine. He recommended a new engine at the cost of $3700, claimed my car was worth nothing if I did not fix it and worth $9000 if I changed the engine. Blue book stated car worth in excellent condition was worth $6000. I had him talk to my husband and then his value and story about bent rod started to change. Refused to let him work on car and had it towed to another auto repair shop.New shop said I probably went through a big puddle and sucked water into the air intake. Removed water, changed oil, air filter and spark plugs. Received car two days later and runs perfectly. Honda dealer wanted to scam me into getting new engine when it was not needed. I will never return to this dealer. RIP OFF.

After searching for a new Honda for several weeks and visiting both of the eastside Honda stores and tehn the Lynnwood store, the ONLY store where we felt comfortable and relaxed was Klein Honda. We purchased the vehicle in mid August and had some accessories added after the sale and had an opportunity to use the service department for installation and WOW, everything just went so very smoothly. we live in Bellevue and would never consider the drive too far for the pricing and service we received. Our salesperson Bob Labor was terriffic and fun to work with. We happily vote Klein Honda the best around!

We arrived at Klein Honda after conversing with their internet sales person. The internet sales person and I had agreed upon the price for a new car prior to our arrival. When we arrived we found that the car offered was not the agreed upon color. We were also charged for the "decor" option group when the car in fact had only 1 of the 3 items included in that group. The price was also higher that we had agreed upon via email the day before. We had a cashiers check with us to pay for the car but we left without one! What a NIGHTMARE! Also, when I arrive at a dealership I expect to work with the person I spoke with and emailed and not be shuttled off to someone else.

We began our Honda Search on the Internet. Klein was very responsive, was willing to be upfront with what they had, prices, etc. They have a designated Internet Representative. Also their web site is friendly and very easy to use. They did not play cat and mouse games on the phone. And when we went to the dealership, it had a good feel. Everyone seemed happy to be working there, and we also heard there really is a Mr. Klein. I truly dislike financial relationships with companies where the employees are unhappy. Anyway, great great service. And we got our first tank of gas free! We were glad we drove the extra 40 miles.

After spending a couple hours looking at the Honda Fit's at Klein Honda we decided to buy the last Sport w/Nav Honda Fit on their lot. After starting the paperwork our salesman had to go to a scheduled meeting and left us with another salesman to close the deal (the price had already been arranged through Costco Pricing). This new salesman asked us to wait at the desk while he processed the paperwork. After waiting for 15 minutes we walked outside to look at the car again just to pass the time. While outside we were informed by yet another salesman that the car had just been sold to another couple who had arrived while we were test driving the car. While the other couple never test drove the car, they were informed that we had agreed to buy it and were allowed to buy it from under us. Chalk it up as a day wasted at Klein Honda.

I recently bought an used car from them. The treatment I received from Francis & Perry was very good and co-operative. They suggested to slightly increase my budget in exchange for a much better car than I wanted to buy. Though it was very late in the night (almost 11 PM) on a saturday evening, they patiently did all paper work clarifying all my questions & giving appropriate suggestions. Though the APR initially estimated was high, eventually I got the most competitive rate. Overall, it was a very good experience and I think we got the best deal in buying our 2005 Honda Civic. I will refer my friends here.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Nate was easy to work with and did not preasure me. I am a single mother and had several bad experiences at other dealers. I would recommend the dealer to anyone that does not want the typical car buying experience.

This was our second purchase from Klein Honda within the last 6 months. I came in, told Rich what I wanted, and the transaction was easy and seamless. Manager Perry was also very accomodating. There was none of the typical car business games. We love our 2009 Fit Sport. Rich was very professional, to the point, and got to the bottom line without any delay. We will recommend Klein Honda, and our salesperson Rich, to anyone we know, who is looking for a new or preowned vehicle.

Went in to look at CRV's three times, never had the feeling that I was being hustled, they always had the time to take me around and explain what was what. Buying was a simple process, they are very eager to sell me a car and were aware that Honda is not the only game in town.

I have nothing but good to say about Klein Honda. I never received anything but the highest customer service from everyone at Klein. I previously owned a Honda that was not purchased from that dealership but went there for all services and the employees were genuine.About one year ago I actually purchased a vehicle from Nate there and highly recommend their services to friends.

I dealt with this dealer once, and only once. I bought a used Toyota Corolla from them. I asked if it had been checked out by their shop, and they claimed it had. I asked if I could have the shop report,and they said I could, and they would bring it to me right after we finished the paperwork. After I signed the paperwork, and my daughter had left with the car, they flat refused to give me the shop report. I had spent my entire Saturday driving around to different car lots and dealing with the wonderful traffic of todays society to come up empty handed on buying a car. I went back home tired and highly frustrated in my attempt to find the next dream car. The entire experience just sucked. I wondered if it was worth the hassle to buy my first vehicle. I seriously thought about just buying a bicycle and taking the city transit bus. So Sunday morning I had enough encouragement to try again. This time I decided to try my hometown Everett and stay away from mainstream Seattle area. At the time I thought that I could get a better deal in Seattle, but soon realized this was not the case. So I drove to several local car dealers and was still not "wowed!" Then I stumbled upon Klein Honda in Everett and felt at ease. The atmosphere was different and it just fitted my personality. It could have been the helpful salesman ( ex Nordstrom employee) so he knew what customer service was about. So I got along with him great. We started looking at some cars and then suddenly, I saw it. It was perfect and I told him that this is finally the one. It was a black Honda Accord with tinted windows. Man it looked aggressive, I had to have it. So we talked numbers and came to an agreement that fit my budget. It was actually all pretty easy. I just wanted to tell me story and thank Klein Honda for helping me find that perfect first car. Thanks again and I do recommend Klein Honda to everyone! I am sending my grandma there for sure.

We had a horrendous experience here. After finding a young salesguy who actually wasn't totally slimy, we test drove a car. We were concerned because the battery wasn't charged (it was only a few years old) and were going to come back in and decide what to do about it. We called and were told when the sales guy would be back, and went in--he wasn't working that day.There was a fleet of sales bandits waiting, rubbing their slimy hands together as we came in, and they behaved unprofessionally and laughed when we expressed discontent that he wasn't there, and told us they'd be happy to help us. We said we'd rather work with the first guy, and left.Subsequently the salesguy called, and I related my experience and told them I was hesitant because of the battery issue in the first place, and that if the management endorsed such practices, we were not interested in working with them. Since that phone call I have received THREE others and at this point feel harassed. I will not be back.

Began the process through Edmunds.com and their internet quote service. While I did not get an official e-quote via email from Jack West at Klein Honda, he seemed very receptive to the idea that I did not want to pay more than was reasonable for the vehicle. They offered a bit lower than I was hoping on the trade-in, but after mentioning that I would be shopping around he asked what they could do to get me to buy there. I asked for another $500 on the trade-in and they accepted.When all was said and done, we got a decent deal on the trade-in and paid only $1000 over invoice for the new Honda Pilot (verified with Consumer Reports new car price report, $15). My experience with Jack West at Klein Honda in Everett, WA, was very pleasant.

The navigator system in my new Accord was on the fritz. It was still under warrenty and said it would take 2 parts. They couldn't get the 2nd part for about a month. I told them I'm about to make my first payment on a faulty car, and that they should take the good parts out of another car on the lot. After going to the dealer manager, they finally took care of it. If I did my customer service the same way, I'd be out of business.
