I just traveled from Northern Virginia to buy my family our third vehicle from Klick Lewis Chevy Buick. What a great experience. No pressure selling, They worked hard to make sure I was getting the best deal around. They make buying a car a breeze. I gave an overall rating of 5 because the all around service of picking a vehicle was awesome!!!! Their was no pressure of buying a vehicle, just let me know if I can help if you need anything. The buying experience was simple with the pre approval process. It saved us time and Keith got right to work on finding us the best interest rate! Keith is the man!!!! I have never written a review on line before; however, after my experience with Klick Lewis on Tuesday February 11th, I felt compelled to do so. I originally took my car there to be serviced. It was an older car that I bought from Klick Lewis in 2005. In my opinion, the car still had a few good years but the experienced service department determined otherwise. I worked directly with Ben Rodriguez. He was so very thorough and professional while examining the car and explained to me all of my options. His priority was to work with my decision and make it the best solution no matter what. He kept in touch with me step by step and didn't go ahead and perform any repairs without consulting me first. Ben was the one that convinced me that it would be the right time to consider trading the vehicle in. He arranged for me to meet with the owner, Greg Lewis later that evening. I was immediately at ease when I met Greg and knew from that moment that I would be in good hands. I told him what I was looking for in a vehilce and the specific price range that I needed to stay within. He respected that and didn't go outside of those boundries while showing me what was available. I literally sat in his office and he hand picked the perfect match for me. They pulled the car into the showroom and I was sold on it! I didn't even have to go outside and walk the lot!! This was an emotional decision for me to let go of a car that I truly enjoyed and wanted to keep for a few more years. He empathized with me and ensured me that this would be a great replacement. We spent hours with Greg that evening and it felt more like visiting an old friend. I enjoyed the whole experience and wanted to let eveyone know about it. Klick Lewis is a highly professional organization that has extreme standards for customer service. Each and every person that we dealt with through the process bought into this concept and THAT is hard to find!! Thank you Klick Lewis team for making this such an easy process. We chose this dealership because we were told they were a good group of people. Todd Ainsworth was very helpful and even got us a vehicle from a sister dealership (Annville Auto) that better suited our needs than anything on the Klick Lewis lot. This is the second purchase my wife and I made in a relatively short time due to a change in our lifestyle. We purchased a used vehicle in October of 2013 and in addition to that, we currently have a lease vehicle from another dealership. We did do some comparison shopping prior to making our purchase and chose to return to Klick-Lewis because of the the better deal and ease of the transaction. Our salesperson, Keith Stainbrook, was exceptionally helpful and worked very hard at getting us the best deal he could. As a result of his creative financing, we were able to purchase our new Equinox and are very pleased not only with the car but also with the deal we made. The dealership is also modernized and clean and all the personnel we encountered were exceptionally courteous. We highly recommend Keith and the Klick-Lewis dealership because they will do their best to offer you the best deal they can.

I have had an EXCEPTIONAL experience at Klick Lewis in Palmyra! It started when I bought my brand new 2013 Equinox last winter at Klick Lewis. Then right before Christmas this year someone carelessly playing with their phone while driving plowed into my new car going 55 mph. Needless to say my car was totaled. I had my car towed back to Klick Lewis where I met with Greg Lewis. He personally went over the car with the insurance adjuster and handled everything from there on out. When my settlement came through, Greg worked very closely with me to get me a great deal and great financing on a 2014 Equinox! He personally picked out a black-granite model with chrome features and had it running and waiting for me to test drive when I arrived for our meeting. I couldn't be happier with the way I was treated and the professionalism with which I was presented! I highly recommend stopping at this dealership while in the market fr a new or used car. Their customer service and care for your needs is genuine and above the rest!

I recently purchased a 2014 Chevy Malibu from Klick Lewis. This is the second vehicle I bought from KL and I guarantee you it won't be the last. I had the pleasure of working with Greg Lewis for both purchases who represented the dealership as well as you could ask of any salesman. Greg is very knowledgeable on the product, trustworthy, reliable, dedicated, and it was obvious he enjoyed finding a vehicle that best suited my needs. I began looking for a used Silverado and called Klick Lewis. Greg answered the phone and talked to me about a few trucks that they just received and the vehicle was just what I was looking for, so we sat down to work out the sale price. Due to Greg's years of experience selling cars he put a number in front of me that was right in the ballpark of what I was willing to pay, and I purchased the truck. Greg made me feel like a friend. He really enjoys what he does and I enjoyed talking to him about our families and interests. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at Klick Lewis. I stopped into Klick Lewis in search of a new car. They were my first stop, thanks to their internet specials. I had planned on shopping around to get the best price...but had such a great experience that my plans changed. The relaxed, no-hassle service, competitive pricing and genuinely friendly environment turned my cautious shopping into confident buying. Greg and Doug were so easy to work with, very easy going and friendly. They really know what they're doing. I drove over six and a half hours to buy a car from this dealership. Brian Conklin pretty much saved my career during medical interview season after my transmission failed 100 miles away from my apartment. Having been helped out by Brian, a friend of mine recommended I see him given the gravity of the situation. I needed to get a vehicle fast as well as obtain a PA license. I got this accomplished in barely 48 hours with his help. He is a great guy. He is very easy to talk to, very professional, extremely available, and always ahead of schedule. Hes got almost everything I need to do set up before my arrival at the dealer. Twice he got me out of deep trouble. These are difficult economic times for everyone and it is refreshing to see someone who truly enjoys their occupation and helping people out. I can attest to his intelligence, interpersonal skills, and excellent salesmanship. In the medical field we look for people who are as dedicated and socially adept. His skills take him far out of the realm of ordinary professional. He closed Pandora's box for me. Brian will take care of you.

I had one of the best experience while purchasing my vehicle from Klick Lewis. I had visited other dealerships and none made me feel as welcomed as I felt at Klick Lewis. While waiting in the showroom, I spoke to several Sales Guys and they all were friendly and you really got the feeling that they loved working there. Brian was friendly and patient as I knew what I wanted and did not want. I will/have recommended friends to shop at Klick Lewis thanks to Brian. Meeting Doug Lewis and getting his reassurance that they would find something I wanted is what brought me back to Klick Lewis, even though I live across the street from a large dealership in Harrisburg. Our experience at Klick Lewis buying a used car for our daughter turned out to be memorable as opposed to dreadful. On the first day we were met in the lot by Bob who answered all of our questions in a helpful way and added his knowledge to our inquiries. The following day we met with Brian, the finance specialist, who made us feel very comfortable talking about financing the car. He even added that he could help our daughter establish her credit which made us very grateful. These two sales people were professional and courteous through the whole buying process. We would return to Klick Lewis for service or for purchasing a vehicle.

We did a lot of searching at other area dealerships before finally selecting Klick-Lewis for a quality certified preowned vehicle for my mother. We ended up purchasing a 2009 Nissan Murano from Brian Conklin. We also had the opportunity to meet Patrick Lewis through the process of completing the deal. Both of them made all of us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. With the discount and trade allowance for her previous vehicle that we were given, my mother received a deal at Klick-Lewis that could not be surpassed by anybody! They also arranged financing directly through PSECU and arranged for an extended warranty for her. The Knauer family had a great experience at Klick Lewis. Kayla was very pleasant and great to work with. She listened and found what we wanted and needed for our family. The only thing was the price was just a little much for what we wanted to spend. Then she got Patrick to help with the sale, to see if there is something that she doesn't know about. The staff at Klick Lewis was very helpful in finding me the best possible APR rate and payment plan. They were able to navigate the hastles of buying a car (paperwork, securing a loan, finding insurance, transferring plates, etc.) for me. The team was very friendly and customer experience focused. We had a great experience working with Brian in test driving and ultimately purchasing a used Tahoe. We were shopping with our 4 year old son and he was patient with our need to "entertain" him during the process. My wife and I purchased a used 2007 Chevy Equinox after considering trading our vehicle and looking at other dealerships. We were given a great trade price and our entire experience was exceptional. Our salesman, Keith Stainbrook, was great to work with and he took his time explaining various vehicles, pros & cons etc, until we made our decision and at no time did he rush or pressure us into buying. The entire transaction was very fast and easy and he thoroughly explained every step along the way which included arranging financing, contacting our insurance agent and explaining available warranty options. I was very pleased with Kayla's professionalism, knowledge of the vehicle, and extreme patience with us while we worked through our decision. She answered all of our questions accurately, and took the time to ask somebody if she did not know, rather than just giving us a quick, inaccurate answer. She also went out of her way to come to our place to get a signature she needed. Patrick was also great to work with, as he, too, demonstrated great patience and worked hard to get us a great deal. I bought a Tahoe from Nick and Patrick about a month ago. They both were incredibly down to earth and made sure my needs were met. I loved the truck but there were a few issues that became apparent after I took it home. Nick and Patrick made sure things were taken care of and repaired above my expectations all in a timely manor. They introduced me to Ben and Rafeal in the service department. They both knew exactly what needed done to my truck and did so very efficiently. The Klick Lewis Team provided personalized service during our family vehicle purchase, going out of the way to help a military family move back to the United states from overseas. Doug Lewis communicated clearly across 8000 miles and the international Date Line to organize the sale and prepare for immediate vehicle delivery. Keith Stainbrook personally picked us up at the airport and led us through the process for sale, payment, and vehicle registration for a one-stop shop. We purchased the vehicle off the on-line listing, sight unseen, and it proved to be everything depicted in the Klick-Lewis description. Klick-Lewis service continued after the sale with all follow-up actions performed like we were the only customer.

Keith was very friendly and knowledgeable of what I was looking for to purchase. He explained several options of finance and explained about a trade-in that I was going to use wouldn't be feasible because of the amount owed on it. He tried several avenues of financial institutions when the one failed that he was sure that would finance the car and me. He didn't give up and got me a better financing deal that the original bank. That sets high up in my book. He explained extended warranty options to me and the payment options. However, I couldn't and wouldn't be able to come up with the down money for the warranty in the allotted time frame. Anyway, at least Keith tried to accommodate me in that aspect. Klick Lewis has a great asset in having Keith work there. When I recommend someone to Klick Lewis, then Keith Stainbrook will be the name that I tell them to see.

The service that i recieved was excellent and very helpfull. Brian was a very knowledgable and respectfull person to my wife and me. We have bought 5 cars from Brian now and the reason is because he is a very nice and helpfull person and we really like dealing with him. He tried to get us the best rates and worked with other family members of ours to help them get into a nice and affordable car. He is a very good sales man and the rest of the staff is very nice and polite as well. The reason i gave them the ratings that i did is because i traveled from harrisburg to palmyra to Klick Lewis because the staff and Mr. Conklin are very nice people and the service that i have recieved from Klick Lewis has been excellent. My credit was not the best and neither was my husbands. Keith was determined to help us and get us a vehicle even if it wasn't the one we wanted he wanted to make sure we had a safe vehicle for our family. I stopped in the evening and looked at a few cars. I fell in love with a white chevy cruze. The very next day I stopped in and Keith approched me. He was very friendly right from the start. I explained my whole situation to him ( not the best credit, small amount of cash down, and the biggest one... my desire to keep my current vehicle.) He crunched numbers and worked some magic to make my dream of owning a new car come true. I had my granddaughter along the following day when i drove my car home. He was very friendly with her. Gave her a bag to collect goodies along the tour of the showroom, lounge, and service center. Now almost two months after owning my car he is still very much apart of my new car experience. So glad I chose this dealership and that Matt was there to help. He followed up on email request quickly, was so helpful with picking the right vehicle for us and even stayed overtime to complete the purchase. At the beginning of May, I began looking for a used Ford F150. After a month of searching for a truck one showed up on the internet at Klick Lewis, in Palymra, PA.. Normally I prepare myself for the usual salesmanship experience at auto dealers, however, when Greg Lewis answered the phone I was able to put myself at ease. His friendly demeanor really came through over the phone. So, I made the 138 mile drive to Klick Lewis to take a look at the truck. As it tuned out, the vehicle was just what I was looking for, so we sat down to work out the sale price. I had done my homework and was anticipating making the initial offer. Due to Greg's years of experience selling cars he put a number in front of me that was right in the ballpark of what I was willing to pay, and I purchased the truck. For me to be comfortable in front of a sales person I really need to get a sense, that the person is genuine. Greg made me feel like a friend. He really enjoys what he does and I enjoyed talking to him about our families and interests. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at Klick Lewis. Everyone who I encountered at the dealership was friendly. The dealership all in all was impressive, clean and orderly. I would definitely make the trip again!

Keith has a dynamic personality, upbeat and very positive. I had not purchased a vehicle for 17 years and had found most sales people either too pushy or too evasive. Keith presented the perfect approach, he had answers to my questions which showed he knew the product, his knowledge of financing really sealed the deal. I hope that when I make my next vehicle purchase (probably 17 years from now) that Keith will again be there for me. Yes I had a very good experience with the purchase of a Beautiful LINCOLN MARK LT pickup. and they delivered on every promise they made and better. We originally stopped in just to look at used cars never thinking that we would actually be able to purchase one because our credir isn't the greatest. From the time we walked in the door everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly and there to help with whatever we needed. We started out dealing with Matt Coale who showed us a couple cars and took us on some test drives and then we talked to Patrick Lewis about our credit situation and our trade in. I went to klick lewis after visting several other dealers who said they had me approved only to go spend hours at the dealership to find out I was not approved without putting alot down. I called klick lewis because I had bought a car from them before and when I had talked to Brian he said that I could come in and he could get me in a car that day. We have been dealing with Klick Lewis for several years, they never fail to get us a great car at a great price. They worked with us in purchasing our new Malibu, there was no pressure to buy and they covered all the different options and ran several sets of numbers to get us the best price. I had 2 experiences in less than 30 days purchasing a vehicle from Keith at Klick Lewis. The first time I bought a 2007 Equinox. I left feeling that I got a great deal and it was the first time in all my years of buying from dealers I felt that way. 3 days after I had the car my engine light went on and I started feeling like "what the heck did I buy?" BUT Keith was just as concerned as I was and got it back to the shop ASAP and gave me a loaner. The service department refused to give it back until they knew for certain that the issue was fixed so they would keep it overnight to drive it and sure enough the light would come back on and they worked diligently in finding the issue and fixing it. I got the car back and for the following 2 weeks that I had it, it worked great until it got totaled. DEVASTED, crushed, upset, mad, depressed and any other feeling you could imagine I sent a text to Keith and told him what happened. He immediately went to work for me in canceling the extended warranty I purchased so I could get the money, calling the bank to get the payoff and inform them of the situation and trying to find me another car. By this time I really wanted to use Klick Lewis again even though the dealership is out of my way because of all of the help they gave me even if the car had a slight "issue" right after I bought it. Realistically it was a used car and you can't foresee every problem. (it was just a sensor, by the way) Keith showed me what they had for what I was willing to spend, I found another vehicle that is newer with less miles for close to what I was looking to spend. He was great in helping me with my one year old daughter while I looked at cars since I had gone alone, he was great in showing me what they had to fit my price and was great in taking care of everything with the bank after my accident.

I always dread shopping for cars and being pressured by salespeople, but we felt comfortable with Brian as soon as he came out to help us. Brian was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had been shopping for the perfect car for what felt like ages until I finally came to Klick Lewis. I called Greg the day before I was planning on coming in and he had everything ready for me. The second I walked in the door someone greeted me and asked what they could do to help me. Greg really made me comfortable and excited to finally buy the car I wanted. Brian and Keith (or as I like to call them, "My Credit Doctors") were amazing throughout my entire financing & car buying experience! Brian worked very hard to cover the steps of my credit approval process and in doing so, made it absolutely painless and worry free for me. His collegue, Keith, was also incredibly helpful! I was very skeptical when I walked in but I was pleasantly surprised and overjoyed when I left their offices a final time. He heard my interest in trading our 2004 Suburban for the 2005 Excursion on the K/L lot and worked souly on that interest. I recently moved to the area, and had received a forwarded postcard from my previous dealership indicating that there was a recall on my vehicle. I called Klick Lewis and the phone was answered by Alex Risser. He was very friendly and prompt with answers, which provided a sense of assurance that he knew what he was talking about. I had inquired about how long the repair would take, and without having to ask, Alex provided me with an opportunity to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. Upon arriving, Alex greeted me and explained that the repair shouldn't take any longer than 45 minutes. Sure enough, 30 minutes after seeing my car pull away into the service center, it was done. I appreciated the professionalism of the dealership, as well as the manner of the employees. I know that Alex Risser was a gentleman, and didn't treat me differently as I'm a younger looking individual. I appreciated that, as my previous dealership often made it difficult for me to be taken seriously.

Mr Holland listened to us, understood our needs and then looked out to find just the right product. There were three or four cars we could have bought but he knew the one that would meet all our needs. We don't like to part with our hard earned money but Bob was able to find a car that was almost too good to be true. And the Dealership did such a great job on the car it looks and feels like a brand new car, but under Kelly Blue book. I was looking for a GM certified vehicle for my daughter. Eric Lucas and the Klick Lewis dealership worked with me to find the right car at an absolutely great price. They gave me a loaner to drive after I sold my daughters old car until her new car got done being detailed and serviced. This is my second car from Klick Lewis my first was a new Chevrolet Avalanche and my daighter's is a 2011 Malibu. I use there service and detail shop. I highly recommend their VIP Rewards Program. I have been very pleased with all the services received. Recently Eric worked with me to get my oldest daughter's 2007 Chevy Cobalt detailed for her birthday. Everyone is very friendly at Klick Lewis and it's a low pressure sales atmosphere. I've been dealing with Greg Lewis on purchasing new and used vehicles and I completely trust him to give me the deal that is best for me. Greg is accommodating in working around my schedule and it's the "ease of business" that I enjoy. Their service department is great and working with Bob Faust on past purchases that required service is another plus along with the convenient hours of the service department that most dealerships do not offer. This is the first time I've dealt with Allan and he was very helpful, friendly and prompt. Working with Greg whether on a purchase or service for a current vehicle is always easy and his honesty and caring beyond the sale, keeps me coming back and recommending to others.

3/29/11My Husband and I stopped in to look around. We were amazed at how many used chevy Tahoes were on the lot. When we got there we were greeted by Keith Stainbrook, he was very friendly and not pushy at all. He left us look at all the used Tahoes before we found the 08 Tahoe that we bought. My husband and I were very impressed with the salesmens office space, most of the the other dealerships we looked at the salesmen had you sit at a table in the middle of the showroom where you had NO privacy to discuss numbers. I owned a 2004 Impala SS and it was my favorite car to date. My transmission went out and I decided it was time for a trade in. I started out at Frederick Chevrolet because that is where I bought my Impala. The salesman left me with a sour taste in my mouth. Since I wanted to stick with GM, I headed to Klick Lewis. I explained my situation and my price range to Glenn. The only car that really fit in my price range (Cobolt) just wasnt me. Glenn and Alan worked diligently to find me something I liked and could afford. I drove off their lot 2 days later in a Pontiac G6. I cannot begin to thank them both enough! It is a beautiful car with low mileage and still had a partial warranty on it! They helped me through a very difficult situation with kindness and I genuinely feel as though they are two of the best salesmen that I have ever dealt with. I will tell all of my friends and family that Klick Lewis is the place to go when its time for them to shop for a car!

I just purchased a 2008 GMC Acadia from Bob Holland at Klick-Lewis and he was great! I found a car on the Klick-Lewis web site and Bob had it cleaned and ready for me to look at when I arrived. He gave a demonstration of all the features and gadgets and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Acadia. He got me approved for a loan on the spot and I didn't have to wait long for an answer. My Acadia is gorgeous and the experience was stress free. This was not the typical car buying experience. Bob Holland (our salesman) was outstanding. He was extremely helpful and never gave us the hard press to buy. It was a pleasure to work with him. Doug Lewis was also awesome. We told him what payment we were comfortable with and he worked really hard to get us in at that payment. He was invaluable. I have never in my entire life dealt with a company that is so.....wonderful! Where do I begin? I have never gotten such good customer service from any company.....ever! Todd Pierce and Benjamin Rodriquez made me (a scruffy kind of guy), feel like the most important person in the world, like I was the President of the United States.I can't believe that the salesman, Todd Pierce, came to my home and picked me up to get my vehicle when they finished looking at it. Bob returned our phone calls faster than we could have ever expected. We needed a new vehicle due to an accident my wife was in and our vehicle had been totaled. As a result of the accident and her injuries, my wife was unable to assist in the selection of a new vehicle. She loved our 2005 Avalanche and her wishes were to replace it with one like we had. Our price range was a major factor. Being able to meet with Bob late in the day on a Saturday was fantastic. Listening to our needs to find an Avalanche that compared to the one we lost, he went out of his way to explain and search for one. He was able to locate one that met all our needs. Options, price and expedience were paramount. We needed to return the rental vehicle that the other individual's insurance agency permitted (very short term!)and Bob respected that. He did not want us to have to spend any of our own finances for additional rental amounts. Supplying me with car-fax and current Chevrolet and GMC pictures and giving me the time to take them home to show my wife was great because it gave her the opportunity to feel a part of the process. I believe he went beyond my expectations with his personal interest in our situation.Our new Avalanche arrived within two weeks due to the weather conditions and the condition and appearance was well beyond our expectations. It is beautiful. My wife cried when I came home with the vehicle. She got something back that was taken from her. She feels that the Avalanche and it's construction, saved her life that day. The Firefighters and EMT's that responded said that she could not have been in a better vehicle for such an accident.The Klick Lewis dealership and especially Bob Holland should be commended highly for giving me and my family such a great experience in such a troubling time in our lives.Bob's knowledge and professional attributes are to be commended.We will certainly recommend him and Klick Lewis in the future and can guarantee that with two Adult children, we would never go anywhere else.With heartfelt sincerity,James and Kelly Kilroy

Firstly, I don't like car sales people at all. My son was looking for a car, Keith came out to speak with us, we told him what my son was looking for and what he could afford to put down and pay each month. Instead of saying 'you've got to be kidding', he said ok lets go and talk. He was very friendly, kind and he worked with us 100% to get the car my son wanted at the price he wanted with putting down less than $500 and getting a monthly payment where he was happy.Keith was wonderful and I would recommend him to EVERYONE he will work with you, I will be going back as, when and if I need to get another car.Oh, and the car is beautiful, except for the fact it's red and my 17 year old is driving it, lol.Keith has restored my faith car sales people.

Our first suburban was bought over 15 years ago.That car had over 300,000 miles when we gave it to a friend.The next suburban was traded in with over 250,miles. A used trail blazer was purchased and just recently a new Tahoe. I first went to Click Lewis in 2006 for the purchase of a new vehicle. I was very pleased with how personable everyone was. Management worked with me thru an issue I was having with the manufacturer and ensured total resolution. Since then, I have continued to do business with them and have been extremely happy with the dealership as a whole. My son and daughter have both purchased several vehicle thru them. Both of my parents have also purchased new vehicles thru them even though they live 4 hours away. Many of my friend have also started doing business with "my" dealership since I am always talking about how well they have treated my family and I. I have never had someone stop in to look at a vehicle that has not actually purchased it. I have never felt more at home at a place of business than I feel here, I often stop in to just have a cup of coffee and chat with everyone. The sales associates are always on top of thier game, keeping track of the latest in automotive trends and dealer/banking options to ensure I am getting the best possible deal. The sales manager is an extremely knowledgeable person that always takes the time to greet people and shake thier hand. The general manager has an office just off the show room floor with glass walls. Much like the sales manager, he will always take the time to come out and talk with customers. I have personally met two of the three owners and understand why they have such a great team working there. Thier team is a direct reflection of them.The service department is as well, a top notch experience. The service managers are all very knowledgeable and friendly, always taking a few extra minutes out of thier busy day to chat and ask how the family is doing, most often calling them by first name. I have met several of the service technicians as I like to know who is working on my vehicle, They are as well the best in the business. They are more than willing to spend whatever time required to explain service and mantenence proceedures to you. I most usually get a phone call a few days after service asking if things were done to my satisfaction.Klick lewis is an awesome dealership, if you have never been there and are in the market for a vehicle, stop in and see what they are all about.

We contacted Klick Lewis by phone after viewing a pickup on line and spoke to the nicest, friendliest man, Mr. Risser. Although it was a 3 hour drive, and my husband was skeptical, I insisted that based on my conversation with Mr. Risser that our trip would not be a waste of time. We were not dissapointed. Our experience with this dealership was outstanding. Although we did not have the opportunity to meet Mr.Risser, Mr. Lewis handled our purchase of a 2004 pickup with courtesy and honesty. It was a car buying experience that has long been unavailable in the dealerships in Delaware. They are everything you would expect from a family run buiness. I have been dealing at Klick_Lewis for over 30 years, for both sales and service. In that time I have never had a transaction that warranted less than 5 stars. I travel over 45 minutes to get there but I feel it is a small price to pay for the peace of mind I receive. I have a family of 7 and we have purchased 36 cars from this dealership, so I have certainly put my money where my mouth is. It seems that my loyalty has been passed on to my 2 sons, now adults, because they have both purchased cars there in the past few months. I have always seemed to have issues with car dealerships in the past, however not enough good things can be said about my recent visit to Klick Lewis. Scott was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely professional and seemed to genuinely care about my needs as a car owner. From the minute I walked into the shop he made me feel like the most important customer. Making sure I was covered with rides while my car was being serviced was the cherry on top for me. The speediness of the actual service to the car was outstanding and I am completely thrilled with the results. My car runs wonderful and after my experience while being at the shop I expected nothing less. Upon entering the facility, I never felt haggled or followed, however greeted warmly and promptly without any pushy sales antics. I've now bought 2 new and 1 used car from KL and have been completely satisfied every time. They have offered any and all rebates available, and very fair trade in values on any vehicles. I recently purchased my second vehicle from Klick-Lewis in Palmyra, PA. While I do not recall my first experience being anything except positive (after all, I did buy a car from them), I wouldnt say that it was memorable. My second time around with Klick-Lewis was definitely a different experience, and definitely one that I will remember.Randy Aleardi was the sales agent I worked with. To put it a better way, he was the sales agent that put in the work. I came to him in a situation I dont think any of us ever want to be in. I HAD to get a newer vehicle, but I didnt exactly have what youd call enviable credit. In fact, my credit score had went down since I made my first purchase from them some 5 years ago.In a nutshell, the car I was driving was going to cost me way more to fix than it was worth. I didnt have 3 or 4 thousand dollars it would have cost to get it fixed properly and the bigger issue was that I couldnt get anyone, ANYONE, to lend me the money to fix it. At first, I stopped by and talked to Randy out of pure desperation. I needed a solution for my vehicle dilemma. By the time I left Randys office that first day, I went from panicked, to somewhat relieved. Randy crunched some numbers, called some banks and when I left he had assured me that I could get a vehicle. Phew!Over the next couple weeks I put Randy to work. I changed my mind as to what vehicle I wanted, so then that led to Randy needing to figure out a whole new problem. See, when your credit is as dinged as mine is, a couple thousand here, a year, make and model there, and the whole financing landscape changes. What I admired about Randy the most was his flat-out and blunt honesty with me. I also admired that after 3 weeks of running him around, not once did he ever treat an email, a call or a visit of mine as if I was deadwood. You know that feeling you get when someone treats you like your not going to make a purchase off him or her like youre just wasting his or her time? I never felt that way. In fact, I kept apologizing to Randy for all the work I put him through.When it came to time to close on my 2007 Saturn Vue we hit a snag. The bank wouldnt finance a Saturn. My heart sank for about 2 hours until Randy called me to let me know he got it financed AND this banks interest rate was over 3 points lower than the one I was originally with. Randy told me took a shot in the dark by filing out the paperwork and sending it around to numerous banks, including ones that he personally thought I didnt have a shot with - and I believe him. In spite of his own gut feeling, he took the time to find out for sure. And good things happened for me.My credit wont always be so lackluster and I have a daughter thats growing up way too fast. Its a good thing to know that when the time comes for that next vehicle, or her first one, I dont have to worry about getting it. All I have to do is call Randy.Thanks a million Randy!

I find that whenever I have a automobile problem, when I call and speak with Scott Rhine, I get quick efficient service. Without a doubt his friendliness and professionalism to top notch. As soon As I walk in the door I am greeted with a representative right away who steers me in the correct direction or immediately helps me. When I bring my car in for service, the service department always contacts me to let me know in a convenient manner when my car is ready for pickup.

I had a great experience. The sales staff met with me when it suited me and that was just for a test drive. When I decided I wanted to buy the vehicle, they stayed late and we did everything that night. While we were waiting the atmosphere was light and everyone stopped by just to say Hi. We finally wrapped up the deal after 9:00 p.m on a Thursday, and no one was complaining or rushing to get out. The salesman Glenn even came back that evening though he was not scheduled to work. They answered all of my questions on the vehicle I purchased, and let me know how they arrived at the numbers for my trade in. The next day I realized I left a check in the trade-in, and the service dept. was great about finding it, and following up with me on what to do with it. I say to anyone - check them out and if they have something you are interested in .. send them an e-mail or call, they will be honest and timely with you.

Avery Robinson is one of the main reasons we keep going back to Klick Lewis. He's very knowledgeable about what he sells and he's also very honest. A lot of people would say that going to buy a car is an unpleasant experience but with Avery, he makes it a most pleasurable experience. Shopping for sales and service. While we live closer to Harrisburg, there are no GM dealers nearby. I want to buy my car and service it at the same place. Everyone I have met at this Dealership has been respectful, helpful and trustworthy. From the Top Managers to the Sales Force, I have received kindess from the whole staff...even the Sales people I was not working with at the Dealership. There is a team spirit at this Dealer. They all work together!They have a good product, but it is the Staff that makes them Great. And that makes all the difference.My mother will, also, now shop this dealership for a vehicle. In addition to that, my husband is considering getting his service done at this dealer. Thanks for the great experience!

The sales and service team at Klick Lewis are Grade A, outstanding. I commute 85 miles a day to work, 6 days a week. I needed a car that combined great gas mileage, performance, comfort, style and a great price. Alan worked for two days to find the perfect car that matched all of my needs. At the last second I changed my mind on color. Not a problem! Alan worked his magic to get exactly what I was looking for. Since my purchase, the service team has been incredible. Friendly reminders to change the oil and perform routine maintenance. The service visits are quick and convenient. Such a pleasant atmosphere. All of the employees take time to get to know the customers and they are always in good mood. I've gotten to know Ronnie, Avery and Roberto. Whenever I call in and speak to Scott whether it is for maintenance or for a problem with my car, he works around my schedule and many times has provided a car for me to drive. I'm 19, had no credit (or so I thought) and I desperately needed a car. I went around to multiple dealers around town and was told NO every single time. Even at a "Buy Here Pay Here" lot I couldn't even get a $2,000 car. So I took my chances and I had decided to call Klick Lewis after browsing online at the cars. I spoke with Randy and explained my situation and he said he'd be more than happy to work with me.So I went in on Friday (he stayed after his schedule time to help me) and we test drove some cars. Randy is a friendly and personable guy who was more than happy to be able to do what he could for me. When we sat down and started figuring out the numbers and if I was approved or not I felt as though Randy WANTED me to get the car, rather than just denying me right away. Randy worked his magic and BAM I was approved!Generally, someone like myself walking into a dealership I would be ripped off or scammed. I went in by myself because I had no one else to help me, but I felt like Randy really didn't pull the wool over my eyes, and he almost had a "father-like" quality to him as far as helping me through the process.I had a great car buying experience with Randy through Klick Lewis and I would definitely reccomend Randy to EVERYONE buying a car.

The service that I receive from this dealership is outstanding. The ease by which I can call to make an appointment for service is fantastic. On this last visit, I actually called from inside a car wash because my ABS light was on and the car wash attendant kept telling me the brakes were on. Scott immediately scheduled the service and arranged for a loaner car. Dropping off my car and picking up the loaner was so fast, I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Picking up my repaired car was just as fast. Scott has stayed in touch with me to make sure that there have been no other issues. I tell everyone that this is the best dealership and while the location is not convenient to me, it is well worth the drive.

The service at Klick Lewis is very well. Everyone is friendly there and the price is at a reasonable rate. We got our car fixed, and had maintenance done there and every time they did an excellent job. We were waited on right away and all the employees were very kind. I have three vehicles that I take to Klick Lewis for service work. Scott and his techs always have the work done promptly and keep me informed throughout the entire service process. I perform most of the service work myself and the Klick Lewis Service and Parts employees are always courteous and willing to help in any way possible. The price scored an GOOD rating because I feel it is a little high for repairs, but not unreasonable. Besides you get what you pay for and it's not bad paying a little extra for GREAT service work.

I've had several problems with my car. I choose to take to klick Lewis because they are understanding, efficient, and very helpful. They never fail to thoroughly explain the problem and solution and always are able to arrange for me to have a loaner car if repairs are expected to take longer than an evening. I would like to bring to your attention the outstanding service we were provided by your salesman Kieth Stainbrook.Kieth sold my wife and I our 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee which we purchased September 3rd 2010. When all other dealers in the area turned us away he did not. He managed to secure us a loan with a great interest rate, get us the vehicle we wanted and even did numerous repairs to make sure the vehicle was safe for our new baby on the way. I met Randy in 2002 when I purchased a new Chevy Tracker from him. He was very courteous and always looked out for my best interest. In the past few years I have returned to Randy to inquire about another car purchase; and, even though both times he was not able to help me due to my credit issues & negative equity, he was very honest and straight forward with me regarding the potential sale. I will definitely return to Randy in the future when I am financially able to purchase another vehicle. Klick Lewis's customer service, friendliness & knowledge of auto sales is top notch and has made me a loyal customer. You don't fell like you're talking with a stero type "car salesmen" when you're buying your vehicle at Klick Lewis. I have referred my father for his new Silverado 2500HD truck in 2009. I referred two friends too; one has purchased two used vehicles and the other a new 2011 Silverado. We have purchased many cars from Klick Lewis and have always been very pleased with their sales and service departments. I am especially grateful that I can get a "loaner" car when my vehicle is in for service. A few weeks ago their service department was very helpful when I was out of town on business and experienced sudden car problems. Since it was a Saturday I was not surprised that I got no answer when I phoned for assistance. Someone immediately noticed on caller ID that I had phoned and promptly returned my call even though I did not leave a voice mail. Service of this nature is thoroughly appreciated.

I've only dealt with a few other car dealerships in the past and Klick Lewis is by far my favorite dealership to work with when it comes to buying a new car and for maintenance needs as well. The staff is always friendly and prompt when getting back to us or helping us out with any questions or concerns we have experienced as vehicle owners. In this fast pace world it is always refreshing to know that someone still cares about customer services and wants to accomodate the needs and wants of their customers as much as the staff at Klick Lewis. I've never had a bad experience with them and hope to be a lifelong customer of their institution. It saddens me that I only get to see the staff at Klick Lewiw once in a great while as I drive a 2007 Pontiac Torrent and my husband drives a Chevy Tahoe, both cars are reliable and in great shape, thanks in part to the wonderful service and Staff at Klick Lewis.

I've purchased a brand new Suburban in 04 from Klick Lewis... Klick Lewis services and maintains my 2004 and my sons 1998 Chevy Suburban exclusively!I frequently utilize their detail shop and have never been disappointed which is exactly why I keep going back.The service department and team are second to nobody. They are very thourough, complete and mostly affordable with all their parts & labor.I have no reason to take my Chevy vehicles anywhere but Klick Lewis!
