Had a terrific purchase experience. Easy and respectful of my time. Negotiated a final price and the sales person went a step further and found me additional incentives to bring down the over all cost. Dec 18, 2020: Took in my Expedition Max for a second routine check and the service level remains consistent from my last service visit in Dec 2019. Excellent service and only had to wait 45 minutes for the service work to be done. I give these folks 5 stars.

This dealership was awesome. Had a problem with my F350. Took longer it should. But not their fault. Guys did great work with it. Very happy about it. Tom my service advisor was great with his service. And all his techs were good Thanks guys

Very friendly and accommodating. First time using this dealership with my new F150. Oil change, inspection and had a few dents under warranty removed. They were very communicative and helpful with the warranty and other information. Actually had a billing error I didn’t even noticed and called me the next day to let me know about it and resolve it. Also followed up to make sure I was satisfied and everything went well. They also sent a video of the truck getting inspected which honestly, I thought was great.

Purchasing a vehicle at Koch33 Ford was a very pleasant experience. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. Keith, our sales consultant was very through explaining every detail of leasing our 2021 Explorer. These are the reasons my wife and I keep going back to Koch33 Ford. PS… this 2021 Explorer is our 3rd vehicle purchase or leased in 3 years.

Very courteous. Reasonable price. Cant wait to see how they do on the service side of the transaction. Very professional. Would buy another vehicle from them without question. ………. Well it’s been a year and a half and they only had one problem with the service dept and they were quick to fix it. So. They did a good job.
