Had a terrific purchase experience. Easy and respectful of my time. Negotiated a final price and the sales person went a step further and found me additional incentives to bring down the over all cost. Dec 18, 2020: Took in my Expedition Max for a second routine check and the service level remains consistent from my last service visit in Dec 2019. Excellent service and only had to wait 45 minutes for the service work to be done. I give these folks 5 stars.

Very friendly and accommodating. First time using this dealership with my new F150. Oil change, inspection and had a few dents under warranty removed. They were very communicative and helpful with the warranty and other information. Actually had a billing error I didn’t even noticed and called me the next day to let me know about it and resolve it. Also followed up to make sure I was satisfied and everything went well. They also sent a video of the truck getting inspected which honestly, I thought was great.

Purchasing a vehicle at Koch33 Ford was a very pleasant experience. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. Keith, our sales consultant was very through explaining every detail of leasing our 2021 Explorer. These are the reasons my wife and I keep going back to Koch33 Ford. PS… this 2021 Explorer is our 3rd vehicle purchase or leased in 3 years.

Well it’s been a year and a half and they only had one problem with the service dept and they were quick to fix it. So. They did a good job.

We have bought a lot of cars from the dealership. Bought another one last night and every time we buy a car from there the process gets easier and easier. Bill is excellent and it was our first time having Todd and we were very impressed. He was very nice and understood exactly what we wanted. I cannot thank them enough for making our car buying experience so easy!

My car buying started by trying to use the Costco buying program and being sent to Flemington ford. I gave up on Flemigton after almost a week of back and forth, or more specifically my trying to get the sales person to respond to emails and phone messages without luck. I even emailed all the Flemington managers and the only way to get a response was to give a bad review to Costco. I was able to close the deal in record time by going directly to Milham (Koch33) Ford. The initial deal was handled by Cory and then handed off to Tim Hood. Tim was able to handle the transaction with ease and I took delivery of the sharpest mustang on the lot!

Justin knew his product and took the time to explain the car we purchased to us. He did not try to pressure us to consider other models. He and Bill were very willing to work with us in setting up the payment, which was cash, but I required a week to have have all the money available.

The salesperson and management were really nice and knowledgeable. Not too pushy where you felt pressured and were considerate of our time to discuss the decision privately. The only down side was they they are doing construction, so the dust is EVERY WHERE. We were there til closing & the detail guys must have rushed through the cleaning to leave and only the truck surface got cleaned. All the door jams, tailgate ledge, under hood and under carriage weren't cleaned at all.But thank you Steven, you were very helpful and patient allowing us to test drive 3 trucks to make our decision!

Let me start off by saying I actually wrote a positive review back when I purchased my Explorer. I didn't have a problem with Milham until after I purchased my vehicle and needed them to cancel my GAP insurance and extended warranty. Nobody seems to know how to do their job and really don't care about you once you have purchased a car from them. I bought a brand new Ford Explorer in 2014. When I purchased it I also purchased the extended warranty and GAP insurance. In August of 2015 I paid off my Explorer. I knew that I could get a refund of my GAP insurance because I had paid the SUV off early. I had to go to MIlham to have them cancel the insurance. In the begining of Sept I went to cancel the GAP insurance. A man came out and took all my information for canceling it and said I should receive a check in 6-8 weeks. About 10 weeks go by and still no check. I called and asked to speak with someone in finance to see what the story was. I was just given a voicemail so I explained my situation and just wanted to know where everything stood. I never received a call back. I waited another week and then decided to go to the dealership to find out. The receptionist called down a woman named Debbie who works in the office. She took my info and said nobody ever processed anything for me. Of course I was annoyed but it wasn't her fault so I again gave her my info and she stated she needed a copy of the payoff letter from Ford Financial. As soon as I got home I emailed it to her along with a copy of the title. I never heard from her but assumed everything was getting processed. I ended up trading in my explorer the next week at another dealership for a new SUV. I then reached back out to Debbie and asked if she could cancel my extended warranty as well and to make sure everything was processed with the Gap refund. After about 5 days I finally got a response stating nothing about the GAP but that she needed the paperwork from the new dealer showing I traded in the Explorer and she could cancel the warranty. I emailed it off that day and thought I was done. About four weeks go by and I still don't have any checks. I first called Debbie and left a voicemail asking about the progress. Again no call back. I emailed her asking about the progress and guess what NO RESPONSE! I waited and then called Ford extended warranty and they tell me that no cancellation was ever processed! I proceed to drive over to the dealership for the third time now and mind you I live 25 mins away (and its been 3 months since I started this whole ordeal). I wanted a manager and was given Joe the finance director. Luckily I had all my emails and documentation with me to show what I had sent and the dates I sent everything in to them. He went checking for a while and came back and said sorry nothing has yet to be processed. I don't know what Debbie did with all the documentation I sent but she never processed not only the gap cancellation but the warranty either! There is no way it should take 5 visits and several emails and unanswered phone calls to get this processed. I was more annoyed that I had given everything they needed and nobody cares enough to DO THEIR JOB or call or email back that anything was processed! Joe was the only person who did something about it. I did receive the GAP check a week later. The extended warranty check never came so I had to make two more trips over to get that resolved and finally pick up the check in person. Please save yourself some aggravation and avoid this place at all costs! There is no reason it should take 5 months and 5 trips to the dealership for someone to get a refund of something that should have taken 2 weeks. It was just due to several employees not caring enough to actually do their job!

I have had many bad car buying experiences over the years and was so pleased to find pleasant and helpful employees at Milham. They walked me through each step, often texting me (at my request) when I was in meetings but trying to get my credit application finished. At the end, I didn't have anyone to drive my car home, but Kevin did that too. They went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted at a much lower interest rate than I paid through other dealers.

We have also been a Toyota Customer off and on since 2004. Since 2009, 2 Venza's, a Prius, Several Camry's and now a Corolla S. I don't drive my car a lot therefore presently 17K and had the car for 26months. I to pay for oil change, etc. You would think even though Toyota doesn't want their customers to stay that Milham would. I believe the only reason we never came upon this before as we always bought a NEW car before the 2 yrs. Makes me want to rethink were I should be shopping in the future.

I currently was ending a lease on a 2013 Ford Fusion that I got there from the salesman Justin. I was NEVER happy with them & terminating my lease made me so annoyed. I spoke and dealt with "Cory" through this process, he claims to be a "sales" manager but has no confidence in his words. I called the dealership to find out the EXACT process to terminate the ford lease 3 months early cause I got another vehicle from another dealership that was paying off my lease and what actions I needed to take. Per Cory I was told to contact a inspector to inspected my vehicle and after that it was as simple as bring "you, your car & check" to the dealership. WELL little be hold I call to make sure someone was available for an appointment later that afternoon to start my lease termination because my inspection was completed. As I show up at the dealership to start the termination process for the lease everything was given as asked, Car, keys, Inspection, Car registration and the most important to them the check, then before even pressing the "begin" termination" process on the computer I am given this leader head titled " Milham Ford Toyota Scion with the address and # with bold print " IMPORTANT" lease return information" that was NOT given to me prior on the phone but "it's" IMPORTANT as he verbally goes over the "Importance" of the paper states how MILHAM has no responsibility to your car, they are just a "storing" depo and recommend for me to keep insurance on this vehicle for 3-4 weeks till the "ford finances" picked my car up SO my BIG question was how do you keep insurance on a vehicle that no longer is registered and is no longer mine because I was just getting ready to terminate my lease and ford finance owns the car? SO with all of "Cory's" experience he has no answer just begun to tell me he never had ANYONE give him a problem about this paper that they understand it and sign it and begin the process of terminating the lease, well that's fine BUT I have a problem I am concern to be held responsible for a vehicle that's no longer mine. So as he claims I should call ford fiances to speak with them about this, as we call them the business hours are closed, so several years this manager is working at Milham and doesn't know the hours of operation, so of course I am in a pickle, what do I do? I am forced to signed this BS paper made up by MILHAM when they are just a "depo" and don't own the vehicle or I can't start the process to terminate my lease. So I sign it cause I had no choice cause I had to give the car back it's time to get in to a MUCH better car dealing with a MUCH better dealership, so we end the lease, it's terminated ALL papers are copied and given to me, I walk away, the next business day I speak with "ford fiances" and they ensured me and noted my account that they are responsible for the car cause my lease was terminated and they OWN the car that the dealership had no right to give me this paper to hold me responsible for anything when FORD FIANCES has the ownership of the vehicle. Such a HORRIBLE experience with such HORRIBLE customer service couldn't be more happy to get out of there and have NOTHING to do with that place. VERY unprofessional and misleading to the client.

Steven Bennett made the experience of leasing a new car very easy for my brother and myself. There was no pressure, and he was very patient and helpful when addressing any questions or concerns we had. He was able to recommend the perfect cars for our needs, and get us in to them quickly. We are both very satisfied with our purchases and would recommend working with Steven to anyone looking for a hassle free experience led by someone who seems to actually care about his customers.

Three weeks ago I traded in my 12 year old Dodge Ram for a new 2015 F150. Love the truck it's exactly what I wanted and dealing with David Walker was an awesome no pressure experience. Very happy with Milham and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I contacted a specific person who I had talked to about an F-150. I get there and speak to Hood who was not bad, but tried to play me off as if I did no research or prep before I got there. Then Wismer shows up and decides to give me a run around rather than discuss options. I ask for simple things and it became a difficult process. Then to try to sell me a vehicle model I didn't want was ridiculous. Currently working w/ another Ford dealer willing to provide me straight up options. Maybe Milham can take some lessons from other businesses and learn a thing or too on what a customer wants.

Of course the salesman is key in this process and my salesman, Justin Shaika, is a real experienced professional.

i encountered (with optional add-ons).. I have revised my rating with Finance manager, Bill Burock to an A+ as well. To expand on that, i nitially had an issue i believed would be met with resistance as no email i sent to the Sale Manager and the Regional Manager were addressed. However when i visited the Dealership today my concern was addressed professionally and promptly. So the answer is thank youMilham for your excellent Sale and Finance department.... I will spread the word and you have a customer for life, as i do replace my cars very often.

I bought a brand new F150 4x4 off road pick-up. When I took it in for the first service at 4,000 miles, they told me one of the tires was bad (had bubbles) and it was my fault. First they accused me of having a flat and then filling it back with air - something that was completely untrue. Then they said it was my driving. I asked how could just one tire be bad after 4000 miles and it be my fault? They refused to honor the warranty.Calling the Ford "we don't care about our" customer service line did no good either. They said it was up to the dealer. I should have stayed with the Chevy truck and I certainly should not have bought from Milham. BE WARNED - DO NOT BUY FROM OR HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED AT MILHAM FORD - THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY, which in my opinion is unethical.

I went into the dealership to lease a ford fusion se electric on a monday. we signed a 36 month contract for $520.00 a mo. on the ford website it's advertised at $322.00 a mo.. I called the ford manager cory on wednesday and he said that there was nothing he could do because we signed the contract, I told him that it was just wrong to rip people off like that and he could care less... we test drove a push button ford with our sales consultant Michael hood and were given all sorts of story's of how many miles we would be getting and it was all bullshit and when we left 7hrs later we were given a car that required a key.. this place is a HUGH rip off.. buyer go some place else, they will rob you blind !!!

It was my first time at this dealership and I had one of the best experiences in my 30 years of car shopping. I had called ahead to confirm that the vehicle I wanted to test drive was still available. It was. The person on the phone said that a salesperson would be assigned to me and will be made aware that I was coming in.When I arrived, I was greeted at the front office and Tony quickly came to get me. He didn't pressure me or try to sell me. He knew I was here for a test drive and only if the test went well would I take it to the next step.Tony already had pulled the car prior to my arrival. We were able to quickly jump into the car and go for a test drive. He wasted none of my time and in fact saved me quite a bit of time compared to other dealerships. In the end I didn't like the car I test drove, and there wasn't another model at this dealership that I was interested in. Tony understood and amazingly allowed me to walk out of the dealership without any pressure or guilt. Even though I didn't buy a car here this past weekend, in the future, I would definitely go back to this dealership first, if looking for a Ford, Toyota or Scion. I had an awesome experience thanks to Tony and the dealership. Gregg S.

when I was looking for a Car, my husband and I knew we wanted a Ford. I had called at least 4 Ford Dealers no seemed very interested to speaking with me, when I called Milham Ford I spoke with Todd Allen, he treated me with great kindness. we set up an appt to view a car I was interested in and when my husband and I arrived, the car was ready for us to view. when the car wasn't quite what I expected he had another one ready, which is the vehicle we chose a new 2014 Ford Explorer; while speaking with my husband Todd found out we also were planning on buying another car, but not right at the same visit. He was able to show us another new car that was in our budget, and in October 2014 we left with not one but 2 brand new cars. Todd even talked with my Mother who called from Michigan while we were in the dealership, I told her we were buying new Ford cars and asked to speak to him, I told him and he was more than happy to speak with my 84 year old mother!!! now that is above and beyond the call of duty. Thank You Todd Allen for making our visit wonderful , and for making us feel part of the Milham Ford Family. Todd you are a Treasure at Fords. Thank You so much. Elizabeth and Bob Bird

I once had a great experience with the Service Department at Milham so while looking for a second/commuter car I decided to stop in. I had recently test-driven a 2012 Prius C at another dealership and was leaning in that direction. Todd and James got me into a newer Prius with no pressure at the exact leasing terms & price I asked for... I can't stress enough that I had my 5 year old AND 18 month old maniac sons in tow when I entered the dealership, Todd, James, and their team went above and beyond to keep my boys happy and occupied while we worked on the deal. At the end of the day Todd did more than just get me the right car for the right price, he exemplified top-notch customer service and took care to accommodate my loved ones in the process. A friend and myself went car shopping together to various dealers to check out the new 2015 small SUV's. In each of the different vehicles we found things we liked and disliked. Our experience with talking with a customer service/sales person also varied. The one sales person we talked to that was FANTASTIC was at Toyota Milham . This person is Julie Marshall. She went above and beyond her call of duty!!! Not only was she patient (as 2 females bombarded her with tons of questions) and came back more then once to drive the Rav4, she was knowledgeable and honest. When she was unsure of something she would tell us and get the information for us. She was very personable and likeable. When I am really ready to purchase another vehicle, I wouldn't hesitate going to see Julie again and work with her. By far she was one of the best sales persons we came in contact with during our long process of checking out the new vehicles!!! Thank You Julie!!! Sincerely; Gail

I do not normally take the time to write reviews, especially positive ones; however, this was the best, smoothest buying experience I have ever had. Julie Marshall, my sales person was, in a word, phenomenal. She was keenly aware regarding the specs of the Tundra I was interested in, right down to the curb weight. During the test drive, she was able to point out the myriad of key features the truck had and the great service prowess that Milham offers. (time will tell on the service department end)After the test drive, she did a quick value on my trade, which was pleasantly much higher than I anticipated. She then ran the numbers for a three year lease and walked me through the paperwork with ease. Julie never pushed for a sale and was genuinely interested in what I wanted. The sales experience was exceptionally efficient, and professional. I picked up the truck the next day and have been enjoying it ever since. She followed up with me about a week later to see how I was making out, and if there was anything else she could help me with. I was overly impressed and will definitely be returning to Milham in the near future.

Will never go back to Milham again. If you get an Auto Trader Guaranteed Instant Trade in Offer, Milham will be one of the dealers in the Lehigh Valley listed as a VIP center but they are anything but. The Auto Trader Guaranteed Instant Trade in value is going to be low so as it is, tends to be at the low end of the Trade in Value of the just Good condition car as valued by any online source of information but it's not a bad starting point. At Milham they won't offer that and will hand you another Auto Trader report with the same info you submitted but a much lower number, like thousands below, and tell you that you mis-entered information. I was told I didn't enter the VIN number so Auto Trader would value as the highest trim package and my car was in Mint condition and they wanted to buy it but they couldn't honor the Guaranteed value. What a bunch of bull, my car had the highest trim package on it and when I went home and re-ran the value using the VIN I got the same result as before. When I called Auto Trader they also said the dealer was wrong, using the VIN would only change the value if I picked the wrong model and trim which I didn't. This is the same as the old bait and switch. Completely wasted my time, I will never go back.

I had some serious issues with trading in a vehicle that had a lot of negative value, which is exactly why I wanted to trade it in so badly, and after coming into the dealership a few times over 2 weeks with repetitive attempts and failures at finding a suitable car that I could afford to purchase - finally we found success & I ended up with a beautiful 2011 Mazda3 hatchback, the perfect car for me! Even though there were a lot of issues with finding the right car initially, Todd Allen and the rest of the crew at Milham never gave up on helping me figure out my financing options and car options too, eventually we figured out what would work and in the end, we were incredibly successful. First of all, I would like to clear it 1st that we didn't end up buying a car from them due to circumstantial issues. I was extremely satisfied and happy with the way I was welcomed and treated by Jeff Vinson. He was very cooperative throughout my visit. His approach to customer was different from others and it was noticeable. He wasn't pushy like some other sales persons at other places. Trade in value of my old car wasn't satisfactory and that's why we couldn't agree on a deal that day, but I have to accept that my car is old and don't blame them at all for that. I ended up buying my new car from some other dealer in New Jersey due to my tight work schedule. I regret not doing a business with Jeff at Milham. Extremely recommended salesman and dealer in the area as their vehicle prices are very competitive. I would have saved 500 dollars more by shopping a car from them.

I signed up for a TrueCar quote and was contacted by several dealers, but after speaking with Sarah at Milham I decided to start there. She put me in touch with Jeff Vinson, who went completely out of his way to locate the exact vehicle I had been searching for. All I can say is you should read the Yelp reviews on this place and choose any other dealer. The physical environment is offensive. The staff is either incompetent or dishonest or both. My experience today involved striking a reasonable deal for a vehicle advertised on their website. The phone sales experience was actually excellent. They assured me that the vehicle had been serviced for years at their fine establishment and was in top condition. Can you guess what happens next?I drive with my wife and four month old daughter over an hour to pay cash for the truck and drive home. When we get there, the vehicle is mysteriously "in service". Bad sign. 25 minutes of waiting later, and the sales manager comes over to tell me how lucky I am that they actually looked at this car and it can't be sold to me. Apparently it had a slew of true safety issues, including leaf springs that weren't attached to the frame. Then again, maybe the car didn't even exist as I never saw any sign of it. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

We had a different circumstance where we had been shopping for a slightly used RV. Interestingly enough, Dick Milham took a trade in on a new vehicle and it happened to be exactly what we were looking for.Our first visit was quick to look it over and also feel out the dealership on how much they were willing to work with us on the price. Unfortunately, after that visit we weren't confident on the purchase working out. The salesman, James Sebia, kept working with the leadership team and informed me that they were ready to work with us. I made another appointment where they even let me tow this with my truck to get an idea how my truck would handle the trailer. This is something you'd expect from an RV dealer but, not something they really had to do for me.From that moment on, they worked with me on the price and we got to where we could make the deal. They were very accommodating on every aspect of the sale and had everything worked out quickly so we could basically hook up and go.Upon getting the trailer home, we noticed that something was missing that was there the first time we looked at the camper. I immediately called the Sales Manager and James Sebia our salesman. A few days later, we received word from the staff that they agreed the item was in there and that they would reimburse for the cost of the replacement that was needed. It wasn't something that was inexpensive either and they stepped up and did the right thing.Although it wasn't a car buying experience, they really went above and beyond to make everything work out. We are expecting years of family fun in our new RV.Thanks again Milham team for stepping up before and after the sale. I'll definitely be recommending anyone I know to you for a vehicle purchase and will keep you at the top of my list for my future purchases as well.

I Just Purchased a 2013 Camaro SS from this Dealership. I would like to begin by saying I have had a bad taste of NY Dealers. I was about to just give up and not purchase a car this year until I came across Milham Ford Toyota Scion. They were very professional and giving my credit situation they treated me with the upmost respect and made the transaction painless. I drove 400 miles round trip to get this car and it was WORTH IT! They saved me $10,000 off the price compared to NY Dealers and gave me a interest rate that was half of what I could not get in NY. I would like to thank ED and Eric who where exceptional in customer service. I felt like a king when I left the dealership. Eric, must of thanked me at least ten times and was extremely helpful with everything. We will definitely be back to get my wife a car when the time comes. You Guy's ROCK!Sincerely: Joseph Myer

Karen Halloran was our salesperson on our purchase of a new Prius. I must say it was one of the best experiences we have had in purchasing a new vehicle. From the initial contact with Karen to driving our new Prius home, she was honest, friendly and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She answered all of our questions and It was a pleasure doing business with her.

Kevin is a wonderful asset to this car dealership. He is friendly, polite, professional, well-informed about the cars he's selling and makes the customer feel respected, not pressured. We have dealt with Kevin several times, and his service has always been consistent and trustworthy. He will go out of his way to serve the customer in a gracious, sincere way. For example, when he had to check the mileage on our last car, it was pouring outside. When he came back in, he brought our umbrella (which was in the car) inside for us so we wouldn't get wet when we left. It's those little, thoughtful things he does beyond his professionalism, that make him stand out as a dealer. We will continue to come back to this dealership because of his great service. Jimmy Breslin was an amazing help! I was searching for a new car with certain features and he found me a new 2014 Ford Escape SE which suits all of my needs. He hooked me up with a great payment plan too! He was friendly, knowledgable, and showed me how to set up everything in the car. I couldn't be happier with my vehicle or the experience. On top of that, all the other employees at Milham were incredibly friendly as well, and all made sure I had quality service. I highly recommend going to this dealership. I came from central NJ and would definitely say it is worth the trip. They treat you with respect and truly want to help you find the car of your dreams.

We came into the dealership looking for a new family car. After laying out the things we needed in a vehicle, Karen showed us a variety of new and used options until we found the right car for our family. I generally don't write reviews but I am compelled on this occasion to express my complete dissatisfaction for the Milham Company. On Saturday, 7/26, my son and I visited Milham specifically interested in test driving a Ford Edge, receive some pricing for the vehicle as well as fair pricing for the trade-in of my sons vehicle. While my son was the customer, he had asked me to assist as this was to be his first "new" car experience. Also, having dealt with Milham previously and satisfactorily on the purchase of 2 Toyota vehicles as well as much success with the service area, we assumed this would be a good opportunity, a positive experience and show some generational customer loyalty with Milham. We were led to Jimmy Breslin who performed the sales duties as expected and was very good until it came time to leave. We had expressed from the start of this ordeal that we would NOT be purchasing a vehicle today, that we would be comparing the price elsewhere to assure we were getting a fair deal, etc. After the initial pricing sheet came back, we indicated that the trade-in price was not appropriate, tried to thank him for his time and requested the keys back for my sons vehicle. Didn't get them. Now the games began. Jimmy went off to his manager and came back with a better price on the deal. Again we thanked him for his time and requested the keys back. Didn't get them. Jimmy again went off to speak to his manager. When he came back with a Bill Kammetler, who began with the whole pressure spiel of end of month sales, need to move cars etc. Again, we asked for the keys, thanked for their time. Didn't get them. They went off one last time. When they came back, I sternly asked Jimmy for the keys which he finally gave to me and I dropped them on the desk. At this point Mr. Kammetler called me rude because the keys were dropped on the desk and he persisted to try and strong arm us into committing to a purchase that we said from the beginning was NOT going to happen today. At this point I told Mr. Kammetler that his words were clearly not appreciated and that any relationship I have with Milham have been ceased because of his actions specifically.Clearly, we were up front and honest from the beginning of our intent and I do not appreciate nor will I tolerate the actions taken by this person.Having managed people for over 40 years, I would tell you that this type of demeanor, activity, gamesmanship, sales pressure and most importantly, lack of respect for the customer, would have resulted in the termination of any employee of mine.Reading through other reviews of this establishment, this is not the first occurrence of this type of action and I only wish I would have read them before we stopped by this morning.I can only hope someone else has the opportunity to read this and prepare themselves for this type of treatment from Milham. Also, I have read the boiler plate responses from Milham on file to similar reviews. No need to respond to this one as this problem seems to be acceptable behavior, appears to be persistent, and, no one at Milham does anything about it. Lastly, in terms of wasting time, which we were also accused of, IF the sales team had given their best price the first time and IF the sales team would have listened to us when we asked for the keys back the first 3 times, we all would have had a better experience.

About a month ago me and my wife purchased an 08 Nissan Versa. The vehicle was great except for the tps and knock in the steering. The knock we didnt notice til after we purchased the car because the test drive was on rough rugged streets so it wasnt noticed. The tps was corrected after 2 attempts and trying to charge me for the repair. The knock is still here and was told no covered by my warranty. I thought all cars hav3 at least a 90 day warranty from th3 dealer besides the powertrain coverage which was told isnt covered. The service department lied and told me all Versas havr this problem and nothing is wrong. I investigated and found out its called an intermediate steering shaft needs replacing. After goving this info to the service dept. they tried to act like the found the problem, i told them the problem from my research. The part is almost $300 and the vehicle is just sitting in my garage because we feel its unsafe. We are paying for a car we cant drive.... Not a good thing. This problem was reported the day after we purchased the car...

I do not write reviews that often, but when I do the quality of service has made an impact. In this case it was a positive experience. I recently purchased a new Ford from this dealer and it was a very relaxed upfront experience. I did not feel pressured or harassed in any way. The salesman who specializes in Fords was honest, humorous, and told me what kind of vehicle I needed in my life not a higher end model to make a sale. The conversation was similar to that of a cousin or brother. I have been to dealerships where I walked out in less than ten minutes, but here I felt sincerely that I was not going to get screwed over.

I drove three hours to buy a truck, checkbook in hand, no financing needed. I called and chatted online to verify truck was in good condition and did not need repairs because there was an odd line "above repairs needed" on the listing, but no repairs were listed. The sales associate i spoke with on the phone, and chatted with online, both verified the truck needed no repairs. When i got there, i was informed the truck was a "value" item, and needed over $1500 in major repairs. None of the needed repairs (exhaust manifold / cracked windshield, etc) were listed on autotrader or website. A complete waste of an entire day. The sales associate, George, was friendly enough, but they did not appear fazed at all that I had wasted an entire day because their front desk was, at best inept, at worst dishonest.

I wrote this about Karen Halloran, Sales Rep and my experience at Toyota off Hecktown Road in Easton, PA (Milham):I cannot say enough nice things about our time with Karen. She knew the vehicles (3) I test drove inside and out. She had so many little detailed advantages to offer for each one as she came to know my needs. I felt as if she was truly a guide in helping me find the right car.I also liked how (Milham) provided a detailed break-down of the cost of the vehicle. When I said I wanted to compare the car on Kelly Blue Book, Karen pulled the information up on the computer for me! The price of the car was right on. There were no surprises. Karen printed out the total cost of the cars I looked at including what the monthly payment would be, which I took home with me. This is not true of other dealerships where I was passed to another person for financing information. We do expect to be looking at Toyotas with intent to buy. Karen will be our sales person. We look forward to doing business with you in the near future.Sincerely,Maggie CooleyEaston, PA

Dave was great to work with. Dave and Cory greeted us outside took our trade right in and were very friendly! We bought a Camry there in 2013 but received a letter stating we could come in and trade it. Don't get me wrong we loved the Camry but should have bought what my husband wanted originally and that was a truck. Dave took so much time with us trying to find the right truck and we were not really seeing what we wanted and we were going to leave and Dave said hold on let me get one more truck in stock that you might like. Well he did and my husband fell in love!! I would like to thank Cory and Dave for taking the time to find what we wanted and for a fair price. I have never met a salesman as honest, kind and patient as Dave. Dave and Cory make a great team! This was our 4th car we bought there and was the best experience ever!! Thank you, thank you!! I was referred to Milham by a friend and I cannot say enough about how enjoyable this experience was. I went to the dealership with specific needs and was perusing the inventory on the lot when Keith Doddy approached me although he was in the process of helping another customer. The dealership was very busy as it was a Saturday and after Keith finished with his other client he made sure to come back and find me. I told him my situation and he was very helpful with explaining the inventory that Milham had and was so efficent that I left with 2 vehicles!!! One for me and one for my daughter! The price was good, he worked out all of the financing, and made sure to get my daughter into a safe, reliable, and stylish vehicle (she's only 17 and this is her first car). Keith made it possible for me to trade in my car and purchase both vehicles for almost what I was paying monthly on my trade. This was the most pleasant auto buying experience that I have ever had. Keith was professional, honest, and extremly helpful. I also have to state that the dealership as a whole was friendly. People spoke to you and made you feel comfortable. I was not pressured to purchase anything and was given several purchase options that fit within my budget. I would definitely recommend Milham, the staff, and especially Keith to anyone that is in the market for a new or used auto. I also will definitely be a repeat customer of Milham and Keith Doddy. Thank you Keith for being a good salesman and listener! It was a pleasure working with you :)Sincerely,Kimberly Reese

I would not ever urge anyone I know to go to this place. I have had my car in there every other week because they never fix what they said they have. They have lied about recalls on my car, stating they cannot find the engine error code, when I found it in two seconds on Google. What kind of dealership is this? They treat me like I am stupid just because I am a young girl, instead of fixing my recall the service man told me my coolant evaporated, and that there is no recall. So he simply put more coolant in.... I cant believe this place. I would not recommend anyone go there. The people are rude and unhelpful, and when you call the service center the girls who answer the phones transfer you to random peoples voicemails! Is there any training or education needed to work here? I think not. If you care about your car or money and time do not go to Milham. I have talked to the service manager many times and still nothing gets better. Coming from owning a BMW I see why people spend some extra money for better service. Cannot wait till this lease is up.

Our college-age daughter's car was towed to Milham on 2/21/14 due to very abrupt issues with inability to start and/or run. Milham's diagnosis was way too slow despite the apparent availability of 24 hour service. It took 13 days to diagnosis and repair the vehicle. We felt the problems addressed (1 failed coil, 2 damaged coils and 1 spark plug along with the ECU and also one injector) should not have been failing after only 25,000 miles on the car. We are not confident in the diagnosis of the issues with the vehicle. It appeared the dealership was not diagnosing the issue correctly and just kept adding on one problem after another. We are still evaluating whether the car is running properly. At present, we are determining if engaging another Ford dealership in our home town to evaluate the car and advise us on needed steps to return the car to proper running would be advisable. We wish the car was closer to home when these problems occurred, as Milham seemed to not provide the level of service we would expect.

I went to get an oil change and an upgrade to the computer due to the latest Prius recall, and they said it would take 4 hours. I thought it was a little long, but figured I could use their shuttle service. It took 9 hours to complete, and when I called at hour 5, they gave me attitude as if I was being impatient and they said "don't call us; we'll call you when it's done" and couldn't offer any estimate other than 4:00 PM. At 4:05, they called to say it was done and then told me the shuttle would be calling me back. They never did, and when I called back, they said that I was on the list and they were out to pick me up. The only problem is, they didn't have my address, which I had to remind them. I'm still waiting to be picked up and I hope I get my car back in time to pick up my kid from day care. I wish I had never bought the pre-paid service plan! Give yourselves options, people! From the other reviews I've seen on this site, I'm not alone in the poor level of basic service received.

I recently visited milham Toyota for a service recall on my vehicle , I had an appointment at 4:30pm and I waited around 2 hours for the service people to give me information on my car and the service person could not tell me anything , they had no clue about the recall on my vehicle or how to diagnose the vehicle and told me to come another day , while I had no other vehicle to travel with I called to see if I could make another appointment and receive a rental car and they refused to issue a rental bc there was 30 minutes left until the enterprise service closed , they would not help me even though I lived far and was willing to travel to there dealership a second time because the first time they gave me no answers and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the knowledge this dealership offered on servicing my vehicle, I immediately called another Toyota dealership in the area and not only did they give me a rental car but they stayed past closing time to do .so. He was very patient and kind when my 2 year old started to get a fussy and offered her a coloring book to keep her occupied. My husband and I were pleased with the service overall. They even lowered the price to keep up with their competitors online which not many dealerships do and would instead insist that theirs is better quality. Jimmy was thorough and knowledgeable not only about my trade-in (which most salesman are not overly involved with), but knew every detail about the car I was interested in. Right then and there I decided to buy a car at Milham because of Jimmy. His personality and professionalism made him a pleasure to work with and the usual daunting experience of buying a car an enjoyable one. I know where to buy my son,s new 5/o mustang for Xmas and it's not milhamm ford for sure. Nine weeks you tell me if that's even potable. o by the way they wanted to stick a transmission that had 92,000 mile on it. I had a very bad experience returning a Toyota leased vehicle and securing a lease on a new Ford at this dealership. The dealership was not clear on all "fine print' and months after our deal was completed I was still being hounded by Toyota. There is a huge wall between Ford and Toyota at this dealership and I was left to fend for myself even after several appeals to management. In addition, the staff was not very informed about the product line as I needed to make several return trips to become clear on all equipment. Finally, it took over six hours to return the Toyota and secure a new Ford lease. My overall impression is that the sales staff will do whatever it takes to get you in the car that day, but will leave you to fend for yourself after the deal is done.

I took the vehicle to the Service Department at the Milham dealership on Hecktown Road and asked to have the tire checked for a puncture. When I explained the problem, one of the service people offered to add air to the tire, but he could not tell me about having the tire checked. In short, he could not solve the problem. Then, I was referred to the scheduling department where I was told that I would need an appointment. The earliest appointment was more than 2 weeks away. We just bought a car there last week. Our salesman was great! I am sad as it was a big deal for my husband to buy a new car. I get the new cars not him. Anyway I feel bad as its not exactly what my husband wanted. For a $1,000 more he could of got the car loaded. Online it said they had the car he wanted. 2 of them. We were told they must not update all the time. We (well me)begged to do a dealer trade as we knew another dealer had what he wanted. We were told no they won't do that. I wish I would of just went to the other dealer as we bought this car to take on trips and now its a let down as we didn't get what we wanted. This was our 4th car bought from here. Now today I get a letter in the mail from the other dealer that they are having a sale and they do have the car in stock. Ughh! I just feel bad as we didn't go to the other dealer and get what my husband really wanted! We did lease so I guess when the lease is up we know not to settle and to go where they have the car we want. For the next 3 years we will be disappointed!! I can't say anything bad about the salesman. He was great and was just going by Dick Milham rules! That no dealer trade rule sucks! The finance guy I am sorry I forget his name was the greatest finance guy we ever dealt with. Honest, kind and helpful. Lesson leaned I guess! Knowing we found the car he wanted (at least 4 at another dealership) it just takes away from the new car feeling. We just feel like okay were stuck with what we have! Next time I will make sure we get the car we want. Come on three years fly by! I would of gave all 5 stars if We were not settling! Why couldn't you have just done a dealer trade to make us happy? That is directed at the owner! Like I said my salesman was great and told us it was not allowed!

Purchased vehicle here in January. I immediately noted a discrepancy between posted mpg and actual mpg for my vehicle. I brought my concern to the attention of the service manager and sales manager. They offered me the opportunity to drop the vehicle off for a series of diagnostic tests. Their tests suggested that, according to ford, everything checks out ok; therefore, there is nothing they can do. I'm averaging about 16 mpg vs sticker 15 (city) to 21 (highway). My miles traveled are only highway. Also, at 7,000 I had to return my new vehicle due to a failed power steering pump. My experiences thus far have been unsatisfactory and continue to go unresolved despite multiple visits to this dealership offering them multiple opportunities to address and remedy these identified problems. There appears to be other consumers reporting similar problems as noted on the US Department of Transportation website

I called yesterday (Wednesday) for service because my 11-month old Ford Edge is leaking fluid. I was able to leave the car overnight and for the entire next day, but the first appointment available was not for 6 days! One of the reasons we chose this dealership was becuase they offered 24-hour service. Either they are understaffed or don't have enough people to take appointments for the overnight hours. I found another Lehigh Valley dealer that had appointments available today.

I am from Syracuse, NY and I found the perfect 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee I was looking for nearly 2 months through the internet. The vehicle was priced far below anywhere within a 500 mile radius. My Initial contact was with Vera, the internet liaison. I was ready to buy the vehicle, but was concerned about driving 3 and a half hours and not getting what I expected or it having been sold. Vera was extremely helpful, up front and answered all of my questions. She personally had someone look at the vehicle for me and call me with a detailed description and their personal observations. They were spot on... The vehicle turned out to be as immaculate as described!!! I made an appointment for Saturday morning at 9:00am, and Vera made it a point to call me Friday evening just prior to the dealership closing to assure me the vehicle was still available and had not been sold. I arrived at 9:00am by friendly reception desk, who promptly introduced me to Wes Deats. My experience with Wes was exceptional. He was pleasant to work with, no pressure, yet very helpful and informative. They took my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee in on trade and i received a very reasonable trade value give the condition of my vehicle. Wes took me on a perfect test drive through back roads and highway... I loved the vehicle, and more importantly, I loved the price and customer service. I was also greeted by the pre-owned vehicle manager, Robert Thompson, who wanted to make sure my experience was going smoothly. My experience with Milham Toyota Scion went far better than expected. My pre-owned vehicle was meticulously detailed. Their finance manager was also able to secure an amazing interest rate for me. From my arrival at 9:00 to my departure at 12:30 (only 3.5 hours), I received superior customer and was able to drive home in my awesome new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 5.7L Hemi... I absolutely Love it!!! Thank you to the Milham Toyota Scion team!

I had a great experience at Milham Toyota and working with Keith Doddy. I explained to Keith what I was looking for and my price point and he was able to find exactly what I needed at a few dollars under my monthly budget. The process was seamless - everything was taken care of for me. Keith was both patient and attentive. I felt as though I was working with a friend rather than a salesperson. As I completed paperwork, I was asked if I needed coffee, water, etc. I cannot say enough good things abouth Milham Toyota and their staff and highly recommend this dealership and Keith Doddy. They have earned my trust and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

We wanted to purchase a new Prius V and trade in our Nissan 2011. From the beginning, we told the salesperson to give us the best price because we were going to buy the vehicle. The salesperson decided to play games and offer us $500 discount of the MRSP and $12,000 for our Nissan Maxima. Before we went in, we did our homework and knew that the Nissan Maxima was worth $18,000. We went to another dealer and got about $3,000 off MRSP and $17,800 for the trade in without the hassle and great customer service. We highly recommend the DCH group in Freehold. Dan Campbell is a great salesperson.

I cannot recommend this dealership for any car purchase. At the urging of their internet manager I stopped in for a test drive and to get numbers on trading my 3 year old vehicle for a new model. I researched at great length the numbers for the new car and my current car so I knew exactly what my trade was worth and what I should purchase the new car for. I was shocked and offended.when they offer me $4,000 UNDER book value for my trade and a sale at MSRP for the new unit. I asked for me keys so I could leave. Instead of returning my keys, I was met with a sales manager who offered $2,000 more on the trade. Still being about $4,000 off from where they should be I again asked for my keys and indicated I did not want to waste their time or mine. After dealing with a bit of an attitude from the sales manager, I left and went directly to another dealer where they immediately exceeded my numbers with no haggling. When I got home, there was a message on my answering machine saying "we just sold a similar car to the one you want to trade so we can meet your trade price". Are they kidding me? Far too little and way too late, I am now driving the car from the 2nd dealership. Save yourself time and aggravation and skip Milham!

Hi Sir I did purchased 4 Good Year Tire on 10/05/2011 from my Milham [Rep. Chad Renninger] and changed all 4 of my Toyota CAMRY 2009 Tire. They are also FORD Dealer. Part no. is 9001-7385715-71 [Tyre Size is 215/60R16]. Did assured [verbally] about warranty. Since this was my first car and first tire purchase experience. I have not purchased any extended warranty from dealer as they have not informed me. Right now on all of these tire there are approximately 13000 mile on it. Recently I went for Inspection and they found Bubble on one of my tire and they failed inspection test. This time Al Palma was my contact person at dealership. Upon inquiring further they told me all of my tire are not covered under any warranty. Now they are asking for $155.00 for new tire. Is this the way to make your grab more business from your customer? Since I purchased tire from them they should talk to tire manufacturer for manufacturer warranty. But no way they told me they are helpless. In order to file complaint against tire manufacturer. I checked Milham invoice and found they haven't mentioned manufacture name as well. So I grabbed name from my car and did complaint to manufacturer. Manufacturer immediately replied me to see dealer and inspected over there in order to cash warranty or to replace tire. What would I do in this case if dealer bluntly denied about warranty and just looks to grab more money from their customer. Thank you very much for reading my email. Appreciate you if you could help me out. Thanks Pradipkumar Patel [pradippatelcaatgmail.com]

very rude on the phone, said a charge would be done before anything would be done and implied it was because i did not buy my toyota from their dealership...after repeating the charge before work done twice, i questioned him on this and than it wasn't a charge but authorization...a certified toyota..he didn't want my business offered up the names of three other dealerships within a short drive...i would love to do business with this dealer due to how close they are to me but the customer service i got on the phone was rude and i have the feeling they were trying to rip me off...not the way to start a relationship...

I have to rate this dealer as horrible, among the worst I've ever dealt with. Very dishonest and lack of professionalism. My terrible experience first started when I called about a used 2010 Lexus IS 250 with very low miles which they had posted online. They told me the car was still available and that they were going to detail it so I scheduled an apointment to come see it later on that same day. When i showed up to see the car it was nowhere to be found, I ask George the salesman where was it and he proceed to tell me the car was sold when it went back to the main dealer to get detailed. I got a call a a day later from George statinng the that car was now available due to someone not being able to finance it. So i went down to look at it in the early evening and at first glance I could tell they were lying about the car getting detailed because it was filthy. I could not see all the deep scratches and cracked marker light on the bumper this 2 year old car had, especially for a Lexus. I understand this was a used car and it's not going to look "new" but their lack of effort and dishonesty to at least make the car look as good as possible and try to fix any big cosmetic imperfections was beyond me. Being a dumb consumer and blinded by the fact that the car had low miles for the year and that it did drive really smooth and quiet, I bought the car. After all paperwork was done, George and Geoff went to transfer my rare D.A.R.E. license plate tag from my old car to this new one. it turns out one of my bolts had seized on the old car so instead of calling a proffesional, they grab pliers and a drill and wrestled off....by this point my plate was destroyed. I have nothing positive to say about this dealership or their service department. The lack of commnication between the sales people and the service department sucks. George gave me an "I owe you" slip for a detail and gas tank fill up. I called the day after I purchased the car to schedule an appointment and the service people told me the sales person has to schedule it so I did that couple of days later it was detailed, looked at the gas gauge and they forgot to fill it. I went back in and they told me they would put it in the computer system and since I had to come back to get the cracked marker light on the bumper replaced I said ok that's fine. I took them a little over three weeks and a lot of b/s excuses from Georgr to finally have them get and install a little lens on the bumper and as far as the gas tank fill they owed me, they only put $20 dollars in it, apparently when they tell you they owe you a FULL TANK, they really only mean $20 dollars. They really are dishonest and I would never again buy a car from these people. I would highly recommend that to anyone reading this to the same. I forgot to mention that they allowed an employee to steal a fuse from the car I would then purchase that controls the passengers seat power controls to put in his own personal car. the reason i know is because when i called George about the seat not working after I bought the the car, he told me that his buddy took it out and put it in his own car. It did not make any sense, the fact that he didn't even bother to replace it, it's ridiculous.

After being a loyal Milham customer for years I am afraid I can no longer recommend them. Me and my husband have previously purchased 5 vehicles from them. We chose to buy our last 2 vehicles at another dealership while going through the paper work the salesman pointed out that we had bought a warranty, key protection & gap. Well that was news to me apparently the finance manager signed us up for all these programs and I thought we only bought gap! Oh well that is my mistake for not reading my contracts before signing. The salesman at the new dealership told us we could cancel these coverages and get a refund. I have called Milham and asked who to talk to they say our finance manager but he no longer works there. We have tried multiple times to figure out who to get our refund from and no one seems to want to help us. Our calls are sent to voicemail boxes and when we leave a message no one calls us back. We are owed over $600 and no one will help us get our refund. The company we bought the gap from says its the dealerships responsibility but no one seems to know at Milham?? Its very upsetting to be owed this money and no one help us out after purchasing 5 different vehicles from Milham in less than 8 years!

My wife and i have bought 7 vehicles from milham toyota. We have had a great experience every time. Milham toyota does care about customer satisfaction. We also used Rey Nieves our sales man for every purchase we have made. He treates us like royalty and does everything he can to get us the best deal. He is a big part of why we keep going back. We plan on using Milham toyota for any future purchases as we are now very comftorable with Rey and the dealership. I hope this review helps you on your next vehicle purchase.

I bought a used truck from them. When the salesman came to show me the truck he had no idea anything about the truck. That should have been my first sign to leave but i did not. After the 5 hours it took to do the paper work I was finally out of there. I also had to drive over an hour back down beacuse the salesman never finished my paperwork correct and that is all they seemed worried about. In the 3 weeks after i got the truck it was back there 4 times for problems that they still never fixed. Everytime I went there I was there at least 4 hours waiting for them to finish. One of the trips I had to leave truck for week and when I came to pick it up they didnt fix anything! I ended up taking truck to another dealership to finished fixing everything. They do not stand behind what they sell, at least in my case. I dont plan on ever buying anything there again and will tell anyone that asks me.

Recently moved to the Lehigh Valley and intended to buy two used Toyota Corollas, one in April 2012 and one in June 2012. Milham Toyota was closer to my new place so I decided to go there to purchase the first Toyota Corolla. My husband and I dealt with sales associate Israel Ortiz who was excellent. Very soft-spoken guy who did not pressure us into deciding quickly. He was also very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions patiently. The experience got very tainted when after deciding to buy. We were put on to Finance Manager, Bob Bibeau. His high pressure sales tactics to try to convince us to purchase an extended warranty was unpalatable and unnecessary. The tension kept rising the longer we stood firm that we were not interested in purchasing an extended warranty. He kept decreasing the price to eventually 50% of the initial warranty price but we stood firm we were not interested. I even felt like Bob became a bit demeaning and rude as he began to raise his voice to us and questioned our decision-making capabilities and very loudly insisted we were making a bad decision before turning and walking off. Even Israel Ortiz looked highly uncomfortable during Bob Bibeau's little rant. When he returned with the paperwork, he was stiff, unfriendly, and hurried us through the paperwork with little to no explanation. On leaving, he again emphasized we were making a bad decision and gave us 24hours to come to our senses and call him to change our mind. This certainty left a bad taste as we drove off from Milham.I was so turned off from this experience that I decided not to return here to purchase my second vehicle two months later. I looked at the other options and settled on Bennett Toyota. The difference was amazing. No pressure, treated with respect, and the business manager took her time to carefully explain each piece of paperwork before we were asked to sign it. We informed the sales associate ahead of time we were not interested in an extended warranty (the Milham disaster still fresh in our minds), and she briefly confirmed this and avoided the high pressure sales tactic entirely.Bottom line....I would NOT recommend Milham to anyone after experiencing Bennett Toyota. If you are unluckily assigned to Bob Bibeau, brace yourself.

Outstanding professionalism, friendly, personable, strong "What do you like & how can I help you attain it" vs. some other shops:"This what we have. Now which do you want?" Jackie sold us on Milham, her team, the Service Dept & operation, and of course a very nice car at a good competative price. I would recommend Jackie and Milham to relatives, friends, anyone. To sum it up: QUALITY.

Took my 2006 Sequoia in for timing belt change. The service was complete and the price was reasonable. When I went to pick it up, they said while they were test driving it, it got an error code on the cpu for a crank sensor error and the car that I drove there, will now not run or even start without an additional repair. Then they said they would give me a loaned car, which I stood around waiting for over 1 1/2 hours to get. The next day they me told the wires for the crank sensor were pinched in the housing for another part, according to them, from the last person who worked on it. I told them that I have owned the vehicle for 75,000 miles and it had not been worked on except for brakes and oil changes. Their response was that I must have just been that way since I bought it and just happened to go after they serviced it (working in the same area as the now burned out crank sensor and pinched wires.) When I complained, the explanation changed to the wires were not pinched in a housing, but rather they just frayed from rubbing against each other. I sucked up the additional $460.00 bill content to never go back. When I got the vehicle home I found that my tailgate had been dented. I called customer service and complained about the whole ordeal. They took care of the dent, but as far as my belief that they pinched the sensor wires while performing the original service, they did nothing. Their response was that they would discuss with the rep how to better explain things to customers (I.e. don't tell them what's wrong if we broke it.). Needless to say I won't be going back and would recommend using a different dealer for service.

I cant thank the team at Milham Toyota of Bethlehem, PA enough for getting me into my dream retirement car. Some 35 years ago I knew a retired fellow who drove a used Alpha Romeo that was kind of beat up but still his retirement dream car. The fellow admitted the car was expensive to service and kind of quirky; but to him, there wasnt a better post-employment car to tool around NW CT though I made sure I didnt bum a ride when it snowed. Ever since riding in the Alpha and hearing that fellow gush about his car, my dream retirement car has been a used Cadillac not a big one, but a sturdy, nicely appointed, final vehicle. A car that might also evoke in an observer those respectable descriptors shabby, but elegant. And a vehicle that could protect me when I eventually mistake the accelerator pedal for the break pedal and end up driving through a pharmacy door. The cars year wouldnt matter, as long as it could last 150 to 200K or until saner folks finally have to take away my license and ignition key. Fast-forward to about six months ago as I debated how to deal with transportation given the impending final payment on my 2006 Suzuki wagon. As a band director for the past 22 years, my vehicles have mostly been station wagons band-mobiles to the students capable of carrying sousaphones, string basses, drums, and even a Hungarian cimbalom (resembling a harpsichord, but with the player striking the strings with sticks something no sane parent would allow an offspring to do to a real harpsichord). For a couple years, I drove a less utilitarian Elantra sedan that had compartments for multiple cups, pens, coins, pads, electronics, CDs, old donuts, maps, a Swiffer duster, tissue, and enough snack storage places to enable a family of 5 to survive a week in a snow drift; but, alas, I still needed to transport bari saxes, timpani, and a large keyboard case with an amplifier that is needed for the yearly commencement band. Hence the return to the wagon this time a Suzuki.Looking at the Suzukis 55K mileage and potential trade-in value ($2,500-4K), I started looking at retirement trucks last December. If I really was going to end up living at the base of Mt. Washington in a trailer park, wouldnt a pickup truck fit the life-style better? It only took a couple of months to realize that a new pickup was going to be terribly expensive even with the trade-in. And in winter, how would the Meals on Wheels meals stay warm in the truck bed? The final nail on the trucks coffin was my inability to think how would I transport the other three members of my pinochle team to an illegal bingo parlor every other Wednesday night. So, knowing that the Suzukis trade in value would only go down over the next 5 years (and my ability to purchase a new/used vehicle on retirement would be a real pipe dream), over the next month and a half I went back to looking for a used Cadillac. When it became apparent that high-end cars with 60K or less miles still cost more than my parents spent on their first house, the search expanded into other new and used vehicles. The affordable (in my mind) new cars were barebones, with few amenities - not even room for the tubas that I still need to carry around. Many of the used vehicles within 60 miles of Bethlehem were just plain ugly to me. So, my enthusiasm for a retirement vehicle started to wane - that is, until the 2006 BMW appeared on the Milham website. The Milhams BMW was the same year and had the same miles as the Suzuki. And after all, a BMW was more sensible than an Alpha Romeo sports car. The cost was near my maximum affordable price. So, it was a car that I had to go see if only to satisfy myself that I should consider the Suzuki my final vehicle. Milham Ford Toyota Scion was about nine miles away. The long entrance driveway had enough speed bumps that allowed a good view of new (and used) vehicles on the way to the showroom. After parking (plenty of spaces), a pleasant greeter met me near the entrance, asked me how I might be helped, and escorted me to the reception area where a sales representative was paged. The area around reception was divided into thirds: to the left was a new car showroom, behind was an open and very busy paper-work/office area, and to the right was an equally busy room with low partitions and plants separating desks with representatives and potential purchasers. As soon as I was introduced to Shante D, my representative, I thought, Im doomed. The part of me that was at all still self-aware thought, OK. They saw the old man come in wanting to look at a BMW; so, they assigned the most attractive woman they have to keep me off kilter. How the heck will I keep my wits about me and avoid ending up with a car thats way too expensive, my retirement accounts depleted, and a stupid grin on my face for the rest of the time Im here. Right then, I thought I should just turn around and go home. To add to my consternation, Shante Ds desk was almost all the way in the back of the discussion room and I am sure I saw every guy in the place watching me and reading every single one of my thoughts as I proceeded back to her desk, hoping I wouldnt trip over my feet. It reminded me of the time I was teaching musicianship courses to conservatory students in Philadelphia. One afternoon I randomly noticed a trio of women from my class dressed in normal college student attire. That wouldnt generally be a noticeable occurrence, except at that moment, I realized that this trio consistently sat at the front of my morning classes in skirts or dresses. I immediately reviewed all of the grades for the class for any indication that my grading might have been manipulated and made sure the conservatory administration was apprised. Fortunately, all was in order and I had apparently been oblivious to any psychological manipulation. Would the same hold true here?We talked a bit as Shante D got us both up to speed on my wish to see the BMW, possibly trade in the Suzuki, and learn that the process was meant to be haggle-free. There werent going to be any guys in plaid suits trying to make me a deal. The prices of the cars were the prices of the cars. Shante D was professional and was very helpful in explaining the Milham policy of fitting the customer to the best deal. I tried to avoid making too many lame jokes about anything, as is my usual wont. But I did explain why I wanted to see the BMW and how it related to that Alfa Romeo from long ago. As we went to find the BMW, another team member, JH, examined the Suzuki for trade-in. Here was my first test as a person of compassion one, I regret to say, I failed. It was March. And although the sun was beautiful, a constant wind helped keep the temperature more than just brisk. Shante D had on long sleeves, but no jacket. I had a sports coat and was still freezing. We walked the entire front lot (where the car was supposed to be) and back again. I know Shante D was cold because the wind was going through me, too. After a brief layover inside, we eventually found the BMW in the back lot. From the outside, my first impression was that the car would be cool to own. On opening the door, my next thought was that someone must have really had an active elbow because the leather cover to the between-seat console was worn a lot for being driven only 55K miles. We sat in it to review controls - both happy to be out of the wind. The interior mechanics and technology was so much more advanced than the basic Suzuki. And the backseats were big enough for adults, not to mention a child seat for any visiting grandkids.Shante D drove us back to get plates. When we got back indoors, it was a boss who found a jacket for her I had failed to offer my coat (something I still regret). Shante D drove to a parking area off the lot and it was my turn to drive. Back on the road there was enough time to get a feel for the handling and enough curves and hills to ensure I could test speed, power, and braking. As we drove along, we both became more like ourselves and discovered we both liked to meet and talk with people even when one person might be making a major purchase. As we relaxed a bit from our roles as purchaser/seller, the conversations became more congenial. Our return to the dealership would bring a high point in the process and a disappointment.Joe H, the second team member, was the liaison between the sales and service portions of the team. He ended up as the bearer of both the good and bad news. He and I reviewed the Suzuki together and then he took the BMW to service for a final check. As those things were happening, Shante D and I continued to enjoy conversations about food, jobs, and random bits of life. When she left to do whatever dealership people do, I pulled out my cell phone to continue reading a novel. One of the things a website had mentioned was that people were sometimes left to stew about deals in the making. So I made sure I had something to read in order to stay calm in the down times. While Shante D was giving me a heads up on what would happen next in the purchase process, Joe H brought the best news: the trade-in value was $500 more than the upper range I expected. This meant the BMW was very much in the right price range. Elation followed by more conversation and reading, and then the disappointment. Service found the steering rack had to be replaced which brought the price up to the top of the budget line. But even worse, there was a possible transmission leak. So the car would need some hefty steering work and could require work with an unknown price tag. I appreciated knowing what to expect if I bought the car. There wasnt any, well do this to make the deal, or well do that if you do this. Shante D and Joe H made my decision very easy to make. I felt well informed and, after spending most of the afternoon with them, felt they had provided me with enough information to make the best decision for my situation. Of course I declined the car. Shante D didnt make me feel as if I wasted her or the dealerships time. I think she and Joe H understood my disappointment. But then came their best question at the most appropriate time. Was I intent on purchasing only a BMW?After relating the whole Alfa Romeo/retirement story again, it turns out there was a Lexus that had just come in on trade. In my searches for higher end used cars, all the Lexus vehicles, like the Cadillacs, were too expensive. But Milham had one that was three years older than the Suzuki with only 60K miles. Although I had my doubts about how nice a 2003 car could be, I agreed to take a look. Even though the sun was setting, I couldnt believe how nice the car looked on the outside. The interior was black with elegant wood-ish trim. There was plenty of space throughout, without the exterior being boat-like. And the interior was so much more elegant than the cars I had been driving. To some readers this vehicle might seem old fashioned. But to someone who has only been driving band-mobiles and considered cars to be utilitarian, this car was exactly what I had envisioned driving in retirement (hopefully I can keep it out of the pharmacy doors). After the test drive, putting together the package went quickly. Michael R, the third member of the team found financing and explained some dealer options a couple of which I added (one was a bumper to bumper warranty just in case something happened in the first year, and another was a service similar to OnStar that included a LoJack-like function though I have yet to figure out why the website keeps claiming that the car is in the Atlantic Ocean just off the coast of Africa). While Joe H took the car to service for final prep, Shante D and Michael R collaborated on getting me through the paper work. The ten-year old Lexus technology turns out to be light years ahead of the Suzuki I had been driving. The only real similarity is that both cars have a technology outlet. But the Lexus headlights can automatically adjust to the exterior lighting. The windshield wipers automatically sense rain and wipe as needed. The rear view mirror dims according to the amount of light coming from a car in back. The car remembers three driver seat positions. On the third day, I figured out how to set the dual temperature settings so they automatically determine how to reach the driver and passenger temperatures. It was four days before I remembered it had a moon roof. It was a week before I noticed the courtesy light under the dash when you open the door. It was another couple days until I found all those readouts on the dashboard of how many miles the car could drive given the fuel left in the tank, how many miles per gallon, or the average mpg on a trip. Theres even a little hook so the groceries dont spill all over the floor when the car turns a corner. Classical radio stations can even be heard when travelling at higher speeds. Im still finding new things each time I drive some are probably common to those used to more luxury (I no longer have to hold the button until the drivers window goes all the way up). I often find myself smiling and laughing delightedly when driving this car.As it turned out, I was Shante Ds first sale at Milham I trust I was the first of many happy customers. I remain pleased that the process was so congenial, informative, helpful, and supportive. I think the team, especially Shante D, took the time to learn about my wishes, budget, and needs. The result is that I now feel I own the car I hoped to have in the next part of my life. And I think it is a quality vehicle that will last as long as I need it to last.As I reflect on this experience, I hope other customers perceive Shante D as congenial and pleasant to converse with as I found her at this early point of her time at Milham. I know that people are different and react to situations differently. But I expect that others will experience a similarly positive team-based experience to mine. Ive told many people at work about this effective team approach incorporating a non-haggle sales technique, the excellent discussions to determine a good vehicle fit, and an exemplary dedication to customer service. As in any business arrangement, there are still decisions to be made: down payments beyond a trade in, warranties, and additional dealer packages. But this Milham customer-centered team was well-versed in details and dedicated to ensuring that I understood all aspects of the purchase. Since the purchase, I brought the car to Service to check some details. The service departments explanation of the work was clear and I think this team is intent on making sure the car will continue to run well for years. Even the courtesy representatives driving people to and from work are pleasant conversationalists and customer-oriented. If you are considering a new Ford, Toyota, or Scion, or find an interesting used vehicle on Milhams website; I highly recommend visiting the dealership on Hecktown Road just east of Route 33. If you have even half the positive experience I had with the customer-centered sales and service of Milham, Im sure you will benefit from the experience.

Started new car search. Wes spent 2 hrs with with me. Extremely well versed, helpful, listed to my needs. However, the new no haggle, sticker pricing actually drove me away. General manager informed me " the Milham price was the bottom price". After shopping around, no so. Please ask for Wes if you are considering purchasing. My comments do now flow freely, that's how awesome he was.

I was in the market for a new SUV, I have been shopping around at other dealerships, I'm not good with high pressure sales and tactics - I usually just walk away. This was my first experience with Milham and I must say it has been great. I Like the no haggle policy, the price is the price - It didn't take an hour to get to the bottom line and their trade offer was more than I expected, win - win for both of us. Shante and Joe presented me with all my options and choices, made the entire process easy - I would recommend them to anyone I know in the market for a new car.Glenn Strause"New Toyota Owner"

My lease was about to be up for my 2010 Toyota Corolla and so I simply went into browse at possibilities for once I had to turn my Corolla in. I especially went back to this dealer because my interaction with Jim K (when leasing my Corolla) was fantastic!Unforunately, Jim was not available. But after learning that they work as a team I was introduced to one of Jim's team memembers- Kevin. I had been looking at a Ford Focus because I really wanted a hatchback. I learned Kevin was the "ford expert" on his team and so he took me out to test drive the car. He was very knowledgeable about the car and was very easy to talk to. After returning to the dealership to look at numbers, etc- mid way through paperwork I excused myself to use the restroom and on my way back a Scion TC caught my eye. Kevin notcied this right away and his boss James came over to tell me more about it. I've always wanted a Scion TC but didn't think it was practical for my needs. However, Kevin stopped the Focus paperwork and insisted that we take a scion out if that's really want I liked. So, off we went!In the end, I went with the Scion TC (the car I've been drooling over- even since before I got the Corolla!). Kevin may be the "ford expert" of his team- but he had aboslutely no issues in explaining and answering my questions about the Scion. He was even kind enough to send me my EZ pass back after I accidentally left in my Corolla.Once again, my experience at Dick Milham was fantastic. James was great to work with when it came time to deal with the 'numbers game'. Kevin was absolutely fantastic- especailly since didn't make me feel awful for changingin my mind after he was almost completely done with the Focus Paperwrok! and Jim, although I didn't interact with him much this time, was warm and welcoming and was genuinely happy to see me again!

I had been driving a run down 2000 Dodge Neon and decided that it was finally time to get a vehicle that was reliable for my familys transportation needs. Kevin did a fantastic job at suggesting the 2005 Toyota Matrix and by the time the test drive was over, I was sold on this car. Not only was Kevin able to find me a nice, family efficient vehicle, he also was able to get it down to a really affordable monthly payment. He was not only very friendly to me but to my wife and children as well. Offering coloring books to the children and beverages to keep us entertained while the paperwork was being processed. I believe Kevins involvement had a direct influence as to why this car buying experience has been my best thus far.

We were in a sticky situation with a nice, but way too small for our family, used Toyota Corolla that we purchasd through Milham 2 years ago. With a balance remaining we didn't have money to put down but clearly needed a bigger car that was more family friendly. We weren't sure what would work for our price range, size, and credit but we were FORTUNATE enough to get hooked up with Kevin. Not only did he steer us in the right direction of an INCREDIBLE deal on a barely used Dodge Journey but he worked extremely hard to make the deal happen. He came in on his day off to check on the paperwork and the financial end of the deal. He supplied us with an offer for a 100,000 mile warranty that put our mind more at ease for purchasing the Journey. In the end he was not only a FANTASTIC salesman but a very nice person. She was sweet to our two children (that we drug along with us). He was personable with them, offered them drinks at his own expense, gave them coloring books and crayons. Kevin, and this dealership, will make your deal happen, they are family friendly and we plan on coming back for YEARS TO COME!! Thank you so much!!!!!

I had a great experience at Milham; in fact my best ever at a car dealership. I appreciate their no haggle technique. I went in on the first night not intending to buy and was shocked that their Milham value price was less than what other websites said I should pay for the car. I almost bought that night. When it did come time to buy, I came in with a good interest rate from one lender and I expected Toyota to match it. In fact they came a quarter point below it.Shante' was wonderful to work with. She was able to find the exact car I wanted and delivered it a week sooner than expected. She answered all of my questions, was very organized with the paperwork, and took the extra step of contacting my insurance company to get the car added, knowing I would be picking up the car at a time when the insurance agency would be closed. Overall, she made my car experience stress free and actually fun. She has a great personality!

They told be about their new "no haggle" policy, and then gave me their quote. If you don't like to negotiate for car prices, and enjoy paying $1000s of dollars more than you need to for that privilege, than Milham is the place for you! Their "no haggle" quote was $2,000 higher than my best price for a new Highlander. In fact, their price was almost the HIGHEST (one other dealer was $6 higher). Do yourself a favor, call around to other dealers--you don't even need to negotiate. Just ask for a quote. I guaranty you will save yourself money--and maybe ALOT OF MONEY!

I found a vehicle online inquired about it and was scheduled to see it. To my surprise when I reached the dealer after a long drive, the salesperson was told the vehicle was sold. Upon further review it turns out it was on the bethlehem lot but when I called it was actually not there. I was contacted by both dealers and asked when I would be coming in to see the vehicle. At this time I was getting frustrated as it seemed the dealership wasn't sure whether they even had it in inventory or not. I spoke to a sales manager or team leader who explained to me they had it all along and it was in their shop. Once I reached the dealer they tried to pair me with a different sales person and luckily my original sales person Fred recognized me and intervened. The sales manager was very arrogant in his approach. I drove the vehicle noticed a few cosmetic problems but overall was interested. Here comes the part most buyers hate the appraisal. I knew going in to the dealer what my vehicle at the mileage and condition was booked at but decided to see what the sales manager says. Of course he took a nice long look at it inside and out and handed my sales person a figure 2000 less than book without any explanation. When I explained to my associate I couldn't consider he went to the sales manager Joe Hooven, and the individual who never apologized for giving me the run around to begin with told me "sorry we couldn't work anything out maybe if you hit the lottery we can sell you a vehicle take care". Obviously I was more than shocked the salesperson looked at me with a look of embarrassment. I'm thinking to my self here's an industry that just a few years ago employees were loosing their homes and barely paying their bills how quickly we forget how to treat people. I obviously will write a few letters to a few people and urge any shoppFers to be very cautious if considering Milham ford. I as a minority shopper couldn't help but feel very uncomfortable from start to finish. The last words that were said to me echo in my head....it took every ounce of restraint I had to not drop down to the level of the sales manager and retaliate. my name is Lonell Tuddles and if no one has gone on record I will be the first. As any shopper would I continued to shop with three other dealers all of which quoted better trade values. My sales associate Fred, called and apologized for the comments the manager made and assured me Milham would still do a great job servicing my needs a few days after the incident. I reconsidered and gave them an opportunity to make things work. I was told they would match or beat a deal Bennett Toyota had given me. I never got a return call or explanation after submitting my application, typical Milham service I guess I should've trusted my first instincts. The deal still put me deep in the hole for my trade the negative equity would've been exactly the same but on a more expensive vehicle and Bennett sold me an excellent Vehicle with Lower mileage a year newer which meant more warranty. Customer service without the insults and run arounds

I had a tremendous experience at Milham, working with Joe Devereaux and Mark Lawless to buy a new Toyota van for my family. Both took the time to find out exactly what was right for my family and me, without trying to sell me something we didn't need and couldn't afford. I really appreciate that and I especially appreciate not having to do the whole car buying game dealers usually do. Milham has a new policy of no negotiations, they give you the lowest price upfront. We paid well over a thousand dollars off the sticker price on our new van and there was no arguements or bargaining..... so refreshing! I have gone to a neighboring dealer for over 15 years, but all that is over. I am a loyal Milham customer now!

My husband and I came into the dealership on a Monday night looking at the 2012 Toyota Highlander. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. We had an appointment with John Cortez, and he was waiting for us. John sat us down and went over the Milham processes and told us great things about the dealership. We learned a lot about the dealership we wouldn't have known otherwise. It only took about 3 minutes but it was well worth it. John took us out for a very long test drive which gave us the opportunity to really know how the car felt while driving on different types of roads. After we came back from the test drive, we worked out the trade of our vehicle. Milham's trade policy, we thought was the best in the area and was just not an arbitrary number. There was no hassle of trying to negotiate the price of the car as Milham puts the bottom line pricing on the car. I would certainly recommend this dealership to friends and family and John as a sales man was wonderful. We were in the dealership quite some time and John never left us for another customer and sat and talked with us while the car was being washed and finance was working on the paperwork. John was not your typical sales person. He was never pushy and answered all of our questions honestly and openly.

Had scheduled 1:00 pm appointment to use dealer provided $29.95 coupon for "The Works". Arrived at 12:50 and was told would take an hour and one-half. At 2:30 (after waiting the hour and one-half) was told it would take at least another one hour. I don't believe they had started working on the car. NO reason/explanation given. Don't know if 'coupon' users get shuffled to the end of the line or what. When I explained I had grandkids to get off the bus I was told couldn't guarantee when the work would be done. End result--traveled one hour each way and sat for an hour and one-half and had NO work done. You only get one chance to make a first impression--I will NOT be going back to Milham Ford for service. (Sales was exactly the opposite situation--great people that went out of their way!)

I went looking for a new car on a Tuesday I told the salesman Brian Mitchell my credit wasn't great and I also wanted to trade my 2006 Ford Fusion because I needed brakes and rather than invest into my current car I would trade it in something New. I called my salesman back several times only to get his voice mail every time I called on the Friday I received a call saying Don't Give Up we can do this for you, on the Monday I was still told we can do this okay Fine. I received a letter of denial fromm the dealer dated for the Friday saying Thanks but no Thanks the details were NONE, no information on what credit firm was used, all the spots that should of been supplied were not filled in at all by the dealer. My problem with this whole process is I didn't get the brakes fixed because of being left "Thinking Don't Worry We Can Do This" hey DICK MILHAM WHY DON"T YOU TELL THE TRUTH rather than giving FALSE PROMISES I did learn a lesson from this DON'T WASTE YOU TIME AT MILHAM FORD because I beleive there is 2 people you can't trust in this world A CAR SALERSMAN and some auto mechanics because I bought all the parts (which were better than what the Brake place wanted to sell) and found a friend to do the job $200 cheaper. If the chance came up to go to this dealer comes up for me I WON'T WASTE MY TIME AT MILHAMS.

I had recently had an accident and was in desperate need of a car. The rental was way too expensive, my funds were running low and I was at my wits end searching for something that I would be satisfied with. In addition to my aggravation, I would later be contacted by two different dealers who all but promised me the world but ultimately set out to sell me what they wanted me to have. In other words what they wanted to get rid of. Finally I found Rob at Milham Toyota and what a blessing he was. Rob listened to me, did a detailed search and found me the perfect car. There was no haggling, no empty promises or scamming involved. Quite honestly he didn't seem like a car salesman at all. Now that the car was found how was I gonna get to Easton? I live in Philadelphia and anyone who was reliable was unavailable. Well not to worry because Rob extended himself and offered to drive to Philadelphia, pick me up and take me to Easton to check the car out. Who does that? I couldn't believe how kind he was, after all we had only communicated via email and telephone and this kind of treatment is usually shared between friends and that's exactly how he made me feel. Once the deal was done and I was about to hit the road I remembered I needed toll money and asked Rob to direct me to the nearest ATM. Once again this gentleman extended his hand, reached into his pocket and gave me money to pay the toll because he didn't want me to have to pay the ATM fee, unbelievable!!! I've bought a few cars in my lifetime and I must say this was definitely an experience I would not soon forget. Thanks Rob, you're the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best wishes and an abundance of prayers to you and your growing family......Yours and Milham's name will be spread throughout Philly!!!!!!...God Bless, Kisha Wilson

I've bought very few cars, and have had some bad experiences along the way. My experience with Milham was by far the best, and the easiest car buying experience I've had. Milham was the third Ford dealer I visited to test drive a Focus hatchback with a manual transmission, and Milham was the only one that actually had the car in stock as promised. When I arrived, it was waiting out front with a sign welcoming me by name -- a small touch, but indicative of the treatment I received throughout the buying process. Rob Romagno, my salesperson, was great -- he was attentive without pressuring me, and made me feel that I was driving the process. Although I'd done quite a bit of research about the car I was buying, I'm not what you could call a confident or savvy car buyer, and I didn't ever feel stupid, which has been the norm with past car purchases. I'd certainly recommend Rob to buyers like me. Matt, the finance manager, also was very good. I drove an hour to make this purchase, and I think it was well worth the effort.

I have just had the best car buying experience ever, I visited other dealerships in my area and found the lets get you a higher price vehicale salesmen. Here at Milham I found Rob and the whole team in general to be concerned of what I wanted for a payment and what the best vehicle for me in that price range. I dont think that the sales team is worried about this sale, but on the fact I will be back for my next vehical also(and I will be back). I found a few trucks that I wanted to look at on the internet, Rob contacted me within a few minutes to set up a show date and my wife and I came a few days later. When we arrived Rob showed us a vehicale that just came in but in the same price range. This happened to be the one we test drove and purchased, this was in fact a better bargin for us. It is the professional/ and personal manner that Rob displayed to us that will 'drive' me to take the 50 minute drive to Milham for my next purchase. I always hear good things from other people about Milham and now I can say they are right. I hear car comercials on the radio all the time, but also rely on the word of mouth from others on where to shop, Milham will be who I recommed to others and Rob is the first reason I can think of as to why.

The first time I talked to James was over the phone after an inquiry online about the 2011 Toyota Corolla. I was between a honda civic and a toyota corolla for my first new car. James was so helpful and explained the differences in features and just general information about both vehicles. He was very objective, was not pushy! He answered all my questions, took me for a test drive and I bought my first new car! The fact that he was objective and did not pressure me really made me decide on the corolla. When John was busy the next day with another customer the team work really showed as Israel stepped right up to help us out and even finished the sale through purchase. It almost made us feel as though they had a vested interest in what we were buying and didnt want to us to be disappointed in any way possible. The pricing was great but the service from all aspects is the reason we purchased from Milham(well the car did have something to do with it). Absolutely the best buying experience in 45 years as an auto buyer. Total professionalism from the time I entered the door, through the selection process and right on to the delivery. This is our second time buying cars at Milham. My wife and I have always had great service from the Service Department ( a rarity these days) The wait at the Service Dept. is not an all day affair and they do the job right, the first time!We bought two cars, the same day. One leased and the other financed. We were at the dealership less than 3 hours, this included, choosing cars, discussing the options, color and financing, paperwork. Less than 3 hours for TWO purchases is excellent, considering the last time I bought ONE new car at another dealership in NJ, it took 7.5 hours!I never considered myself a repeat buyer from any dealership, but I can guarantee, I will be back for a third time at Milham.

My wife and I have been to Milham Toyota twice to look for a brand new Toyota Rav4. The first visit, my wife and I were not quite ready to buy, but we were getting close. We picked out a specific model from the inventory and then we went inside to talk to a salesman. We were introduced to Bruce Feldman. Bruce was very polite from the very beginning. He took my wife and I back to his desk. We asked Bruce a lot of questions about buying a Toyota and what kind of perks that Dick Milham offered. Bruce was confident, but not arrogant like some of the salesman at other local car dealerships. He made us feel comfortable. Buying a car could be a very stressful experience, so that was a big plus. We eventually got to take the Rav4 out for a test drive. We were very impressed. Upon our return to the dealership, we explained to Bruce that we were not going to buy a car that night. Bruce was not pushy. This was also appreciated! There is no worse feeling than to be pressured into something that you are not ready for. In the next few weeks, my wife and I saved up more money for our down payment. Once we were ready to buy, we returned to Dick Milham Toyota. Bruce thanked us for not only coming back to Dick Milham Toyota, but to see him personally. We had a good experience with his on our previous trip, so dealing with Bruce the 2nd time was a no brainer. We sat down at his desk and told him exactly exactly which Rav4 we wanted and Bruce located one for us within minutes. Then it was time to talk numbers. We told Bruce that we were interested in purchasing the extended warranty. We also informed him of the amount of money that we had towards a down payment. Bruce informed us of the 1.9% promotional interest rate that Toyota had going on. Once we ran credit checks and found out that we qualified for the 1.9% interest rate, we realized that we could afford to do a 60 month term loan. This was great news to us, because we anticipated having to do a 72 or 84 month term loan. Bruce gave us a brief tour of the service and parts departments and spoke about the complimentary shuttle service if we ever needed transportation. When we finally got to see our brand new Rav4, we were pleased to see how clean it was. I was so happy with the deal that we received that I asked Bruce to take a picture handing the keys over to my wife. Of course, he obliged. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely do business with Bruce Feldman time and time again.

I have dealt with numerous dealerships and car saleman, including my own uncle. Which was a like getting root canal without pain killer. BUT dealing with Nick Sisson at Milhams has been a pleasure. I first met Nick in May 0f 08 on Memorial Day. I was looking for a 4 door Tacoma and he worked his tail off even when the dealership was closing and he was suppose to be leaving. The best part he made NOTHING as it was a lease. he treated me better than my own family. Since 2008 My wife and I have purchased 4 vehicles from Nick. No pressure and not BS. I will continue to get my vehicles from Nick NO matter where he works. So if Milham is smart they will keep Nick happy. He is an A1 asset. I reccomend him to all my friends looking for vehicles new or used. It is never a treded feeling when I now go vehicle shopping. Thanks Nick and I appreciate the calls on you asking about my family and vehicle. ONE OF A KIND!Pete Howey

In the last 3 years, we've purchased 3 cars from Milham - that alone speaks volumes! In 2008, we bought a new Toyota Prius from Henry Wolst at Milham. Henry is helpful & knowledgable without being pushy. That experience was so positive in every area, in 2009 we came back, asked specifically for Henry, & bought a second high-end Prius. In early 2011, my stepson bought a beautiful used Hyundai sedan from Henry for an excellent price. We've never had a problem with any of the cars, and Henry will be looking into the new plug-in Prius's for us as soon as they come out. So, we'll be back!

After requesting an on-line quote for a Ford last week, I received a phone call within 15 minutes of my on-line request. Trish from Milham was quite helpful on pricing and rebates, A plan pricing, etc. I was so impressed by the responsiveness, that I chose to buy from them even though there are (2) other Ford dealers much closer to my home. Upon arrival at Miham to inspect the car chosen on the phone a few hours before, Trish had the vehicle parked out front with my name on the mirror ! The buy was made that evening with the help of Israel Ortiz, since Trish was off for the evening. Everyone I encountered at the dealer was personable, friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. It was the easiest car purchase I've every made !

Milham Toyota Team and Staff,I had a recent visit to the dealership location for Toyota Camry purchase, and also a Corrola purchase. I have bought many cars from many dealers and sales representatives through the yars and through the different areas on the eastcoast. The first time I spoke to James Schramko was via telephone inquiry of him calling me back in reference to the Toyota Camry. This was the first time I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable talking to a sales person from a dealership. He told me everything I wanted to know abou the car, and different trims. His particular knowledge of the products overall was specific and in depth in great details without hesitation. From phone calls to visiting Easton to sit at James Schramko's desk to work out the pricing was a pleasure. I felt absolutley comfortable and fully taken care of, it did not feel like a business deal at all. His professionalism was definitley at a higher standard than what I was used to as a car buyer. Clean image, high standards of service, and excellent execution in requests and needs. That's why I came back for a Corrola. I can't wait to utilize his services again, I hope Milham Toyota Scion keeps this sales staff member for a long time. Outstanding experience and a great positive representation of the organization through this employee. Experiences like this need to be recognized.Thank you,HC

My initial contact was with Katie Kreppel over the internet. She was the only one, out of approximatrely four other Toyota dealers that responded to my request for information. She was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful in my search for a new vehicle. She had Derek Mazar call me about a new Toyota Highlander, with an offer that was within my price range. Derek Mazar called me and gave me the vehicle information I requested. He was very pleasant and customer friendly, helping me with questions I had about the vehicle, cost, features and more. He scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me to see and drive the vehicle, and did not pressure me at all to purchase the vehicle, again answering my questions without hesitation. He was very knowledgeable. The next day, my wife and I arrived thirty minutes early for our appointment to do the paperwork for the vehicle, and Derek left a meeting early to greet us and begin working with us. He made the "car buying" experience actually pleasant by reducing our anxiety about the cost and maintanence of the vehicle. We complement Katie Kreppel for her follow-up contact with us, and for linking us up with another fine employee - Derek Mazar. Thanks so much.Ray and Karen Dalfonso

I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership, 1 new and 2 used. The dealership is excellent, they have great stock to choose from and if they dont have what you are looking for they find it and get it for you. The #1 reason why I really do business at Milham is because of my sales person Nick Sisson, he is extremely professional, he listens to my needs, he knows everything there is about every car and helps you make wise decisions. He takes your wants and needs and puts them into what makes sense for your pocket book. I have never walked away from this establishment questioning my decision to purchase. I have also recommended my friends to come visit Nick and purchase from Milham. I know that at least 7 of my friends have done so and are equally as satisfied as I. Not only will Nick assist in the entire sales process he has also even helped me during service. I recommend this dealership to anyone, and I also highly recommend this sales person. Thanks

He fought to get me approved for a loan in spite if my ok credit, and even let me use his computer to setup insurance online. I was able to drive off the lot that day with a car!!! i had been to a lot of dealerships over the last three months. i saw a lot of cars that i liked but nothing wowed me like the for fusion. i went to milham with the thought of a new camry. when i got there i got lucky and had cory wismer come up and offer me help. he suggested while i was there to look at the new fusion as well and as sonn as i sat in it i knew it was for me. as soon as we went in to the building one of the managers approached me and introduced himself i realized then that it was cory's brother. it made me feel good to know that this was a family establishment. before the day was over i got to go home with my new car. i would like anyone to know who has a bad experience in the past that this is the place to go. if you want to have a good experience, laugh and enjoy buying ask for cory, for me it was the only time i have ever bought a car and left with a smile:)

My thanks to Wes Deats of Milham Toyota. I bought a 2011 Toyota 4Runner from them recently and because of the overall pleasantness of the transaction, I feel that I should give them credit for the nice way everything was handled. I had been shopping for a new car for about a year, so had been in contact with a number of other local dealers to get availabilities, information and prices. Miham was very good at answering my email and phone questions, having an honest and up-to-date website, and not being pushy. One day, as I was heading to Northampton Crossings on Rte 33, I noticed the Milham sign and figured I would stop in and see the cars on their lot, since it was end of the year and there would be a wait for the 2012 models. There I met Milham representative Wes Deats. He showed me their large stock, so I got more interested. I had enough information from my previous shopping so that I could see that Milham had a good choice of cars and the prices were very good.Wes Deats was also a good sales person. He knows the cars, was easy to deal with, and had all the answers. No games or baloney. I decided to buy. The whole procedure was done efficiently and to my satisfaction. Everyone I met was easy to do business with. I left with my 4Runner, happy with the end of shopping, and very happy with my impressive 4WD 4Runner.

Went in looking for an Edge and both the salesman and the Finance mgr hit me with every cheesy sales tactic in the book. Like another reviewer said, they used the favorite radio station line on me too. I stupidly put a deposit down because' "these are going fast", while I took a day to make my final decision. I had asked them about my company's X discount plan and it is a major company but they told me it wasn't on their list. I went home and loked at another Ford Dealer in NJ who had the same car, better color and offered me three discounts plus my company discount, which by the way came right up on 'their' list. Told them what Milham offered and they were surprised that they didn't give me all of the available discounts to me. I bought the car at Smith Ford and then called Miham for my refundable deposit. What a pain! The salesman must have called at least 4 times grilling me so hard and trying to change my mind. He even tried this beauty that the Ford corporate Finance guys happened to be there buying lunch for them because they were the top sales dealer in the region and were prepared to offer me a great deal, which was still higher than Smith. He would not take no for an answer. It took two weeks to get my $ 100 back. NEVER AGAIN! They are all about pressure, games and nickel and diming!

I'm very sorry to say but as a loyal 10 year customer to Milham Ford, my days of purchasing there have come to end. I've been in a few times in the last six months to purchase both new and used vehicles and each time I've been treated with disrespect and felt insulted walking out the door. After being given a ridiculous offer for a trade in and having a payment more than double on an advertised payment, I've given up trying to reason with the staff. While Tom was great in trying to smooth over an earlier incident where a salesman told me to come by to take a look at a vehicle only to find that it hadn't even been cleaned out, I don't believe the ship is being run efficiently and/or effectively any more. I've purchased 5 cars in the last ten years there and even tried to come back after my first unpleasant event figuring there's no way the next guy won't get it right. After I was hung up on by Garrett during a conversation most recenlty, I think I've only got to assume that it's not going to get better until someone takes a good, long look at the staff and brings in good people that are back to dealing like neighbors and putting some care into what they're doing. Right now the almighty dollar is ruining their reputation. The care in listening to people's needs is gone and the bottom line is the only thing that matters. I found a dealership that holds these values and presents them to their customers with respect and integrity. Surprisingly enough, the gentleman at the helm used to be at Milham (when it still offered a pleasurable experience).

Everything was ready, price as promised, no surprises, no problems. They did not add on dealer market adjustment on my new Prius like most of the dealers down here do, $3,000 and up. Had a great ride home in my new Prius. Would highly recommend this dealer for out of state buyers that don't like surprises or added on fees. I stopped in at Milham to test drive a Ford Fiesta and a Toyota Corolla. I was there on time for my appointment and the sales person I was assigned to, Jason, was still in a sale so I was waiting awhile to be helped, which I didn't entirely enjoy. Than Jason passed me off to Brian. Brian is a nice guy, really friendly, but hes not the best at selling and a bit soft spoken. I got a lot of "cutesy" selling tactics like making sure your favorite station was on the radio kind of nonsense. The people around him were being INCREDIBLY unprofessional. Sales associates in the cubicle next to mine were gossiping loudly and when we came back inside from the test drive someone put some random junk on his desk! SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. The poor guy is trying to close a sale and people around him can't give him any respect? seriously?I decided the Corolla was right for me and I LOVED the color they had in stock, I wanted that car bad.I brought up some deals that a Toyota dealer by my parents house were offering and he met some of them and wrote up a price plan for me and I went home dejected because the amount was very high to me. When he called me for a follow up I mentioned that the OTHER Toyota dealer was offering a Corolla for $3,000 less. He blew me off and said that was probably before fees and whatnot and that he stood by the price he gave me.SO I DROVE TWO HOURS to my parents house, talked to Team Toyota in Langhorne, PA and found out the deal they were offering was LEGIT and I left with a brand new 2010 Corolla. The color isn't even the color I had my heart set on, but I was 100% happier with the service, and price I got from Team Toyota, so I'm okay with it.Also I will NOT be taking my pretty new Corolla to Milham for servicing after reading about everyones terrible service here.

The wholes sales process of obtaining our 2008 Toyota Sienna was ok. The negatives were that (1) the appointment we made with our sales rep overlapped with the appointment before us and the sales rep was running back in forth between us. The whole process took from 6:30PM until about 10:00PM. (2) The finance guy was really hard, hard sell on the service contract and really hard sell on this vehicle theft service that we ended up buying somehow even though I don't really understand it. I felt we were held so long that we were so tired we might of agreed to anything.

We were looking for a new commercial truck. Dorian, the sales rep, was very knowledgable & helpful. We shopped around, knew what we wanted and Milham's price was okay. Nothing great, but acceptable. We bought a Ford 550 w/ dump body late Dec. 2010 and the brakes locked up a few days later. REALLY locked up - smoke coming from all 4 wheels, bad smell, etc. Long story short - the brakes continue to intermittently lock up, now having problems with the engine, the truck has been back 3 times and Milham can't find anything wrong with it. I would not use this dealership due to the lack of service. They are very sympathetic while telling you that there's nothing they can do. This truck has spent almost as much time at the dealership as it has with us! I DO NOT recommend this dealership.

I drove over 2 hours to buy a 2001 F350 V10 w/ 101,800 miles on it, on December 13, 2010. The truck was listed for 15973. We got it for 13671, still 1100 over KBB. The truck was clean, Aaron Smith (sales manager) emailed us prior to purchase that we would not be disappointed. When I test drove it, it seemed a little sluggish, but was also blustery with 30 mile an/hour winds. I asked Nick (my salesman) about this, he said it's a 10 year old vehicle, but it is really nice. During the purchase, I asked for all maintenance records. I was given 1 that had things on it like the shocks were replaced, made a noise, sway bar was checked, etc. The "as-is" paper was next to be signed. I asked Nick what that meant, he said that no warranty comes with it. I asked if that meant something was wrong with it, he said, NO, they do that with all vehicles over 100,000 miles. A few days after purchase, my husband, an avid Ford truck owner for over 20 years, noticed the truck being sluggish. I called the Service and spoke with Joe to find out exactly what was done, he said a 45 point safety check (no papers ever given to me on that) and whatever else was done was on the paper I had. 2 weeks went by and the sluggish behavior got worse. We took it another Ford dealer where we live and were quoted $6,000 to "properly" fix the problems. Which include a new battery, air filter, fuel filter, all new spark plugs (wrong ones are currently in it), heli-coils, cols, boots, cylinder heads, cylinders 3 and 8 are blown, causing misfire plus labor. Milham was informed of this, and all they said at first was that dealership was full of it and not to believe them, get a second opinion or bring it to them to look at. They paid for a band-aid repair to get it up to them. As soon as my husband drove it off their lot, the service engine soon light came on. He immediately went to get a second opinion, they said the same thing the 1st opinion said, except a $4,000 quote. We have heard and continue to hear from Milham is, you bought it "as-is". After a multitude of emails and phone calls between myself and Aaron, Troy Long (service manager), The General Manager as of yesterday still say to bring it to them and "if they find something wrong with it, they will pay for half of it". We dropped 14,000 on a vehicle from a supposedly reputable dealership and are still expected to pay for half of any repairs, within a month of purchase. My husband went to replace the air filter and the old one said, 52,000 and 10/06 (over 4 years old, with 50,000 miles on it). Wouldn't trust any of them. When I would call and have to leave a message for some of them at times, some of them would avoid me and "disappear" and be prepped before they called me back. I have numerous emails, that they not only were caught in lies, but made assumptions that were not true. I would not at all trust them to even look at the vehicle at this point, let alone have them fix it and still have to deal with them on any warranty issues with their repairs. We offered to sever all ties and them buy the truck back and we get our money back, they said they don't do that. If it is such a great vehicle, why wouldn't they want it back? We NEVER would have purchased it, if we knew we were going to have to put an additional 5,000 into it. If they got taken advantage of by the trade, the should not have taken it out on us.

I made an internet request on a 2011 Toyota Tacoma, then was contacted by Patti to take a test drive. I arrived, but the cost was too high because this truck had all the options, many that I didn't need, so I left without a truck. I was called by a sales manager a couple of days later to see what he could do for me. I was surprised, but told him the truck was more than I needed, so he was willing to find me one that suited me best. I then noticed they just got one on their lot that had exactly the options that I wanted, but was far from "loaded". This manager sent me an email with a quote for the truck, which included approx $1700 off sticker price. I brought the email with me just in case, when I went to drive it. Much to my surprise, there was no "funny stuff" when I got there. Just a good deal with an upstanding sales manager (I can't remember his name). He also just gave me the keys and said to come back when I was done test driving it. Jim K was my salesman and he was a good guy. There was never any pressure except when the credit guy tried to sell me the extended warranty. After telling him that I trade cars every few years, he was still persistent. I refused the warranty, but he didn't go down without a fight. Overall, it was a very good experience because of the way the manager went out of his way to get me the truck I wanted at the price I wanted to pay with no hassle.

I lost my master key and I scheduled a visit. I went to my appointment and waited an hour for them to make my key. Wayne stated after I waited an hour the man who had the code to make the key was not in tonight. I made another appointment a month later and told them on the phone I had problems and to make sure someone was working to make the key. When I came to my second scheduled appointment, Joe told me their was ten people that just came before me, even though that is why I scheduled an appointment. He said the key would be made in an hour and a half. I asked him for an estimate of the car key and it was a higher estimate than the appointment before. I arrived two hours later and the key was still being worked on. I waited 20 minutes and they said everything was done. When I went to my car the master key that was suppose to be made did not open my truck. I asked Joe to help and he said he would put the key through the machine. After waiting another 15 minutes, Joe came out with the key and it still did not open my trunk. Joe went to get the manager on duty. The manager was joking around and said he was surprised the key did not work. He asked me how much time I had tonight. I was already upset about the previous events and it was 8:20 and my appointment was at 5:30. After waiting another 15 minutes they took my car in and lubed the key hole. They said they were finished and gave me my new key. I was very upset with my experience at the dealership. I believe my time is valuable and found it hard to believe that no one else loses their car key. I wasted a lot of my time trying to make a replacement key for my car. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone due to the timely fashion the car key was made.

We found a certified used car on the internet and it was what we were looking for. Went to the dealership and were dreading being "attacked" by the vultures but were pleasantly surprised. I hate car dealers as a rule- they are selling you a car- they are not surgeons, this is not life or death!Jim K was low key, pleasant, and no pressure, a gentleman. I would defiantly recommend him- somebody has to make the commission may as well be a good guy rather than an arrogant salesman.Mike S. the "credit guy" also was nice, (and very humorous) maybe if I had an issue with credit I would have felt differently. He needed to try to up sell warranties and programs, I know that is his job- he took no for an answer when the answer was no. I got to say I really liked this guy.Overall experience was top shelf. This is a busy, place they must really move cars. I don't know about pricing I was looking for something specific and they had it, maybe a sharper shopper could have saved money over what I paid, but I think they were fair.

My husband and I stopped by to look at the cars. When we got out of our car and started walking the lot the salesman mentioned above greeted us and asked if he could help us out with anything. We all went inside and we talked to him and he told us he would see what he could do. He left the desk and came back and told us he could and we went back out to look at the cars that were in the price range given to us. I chose a 2007 Ford Edge and I went with Jose on a test drive it sounded so quiet and I liked the smooth ride when we returned back to the dealership we went back inside to see if we had a deal but in my heart and head I thought we weren't able to get it but Jose came back to the desk and told us yes we have a deal and that we were able to drive the car home the same day. I was so pleased that we stopped by and were able to get the car. I want to thank Jose Garcia for his friendliness and for his help with a great deal. I love the car I got and will be returning to purchase another soon. Thank you again for all your help.

My husband and I purchased a used vehicle that had just been brought in to Dick Milham the day before we bought it. When we test drove it- it was so new to the dealership that it hadn't been cleaned out yet, nor had it been "certified" yet. We drove the car and liked it but we were suprised that the dealership would not come down on the price at all. (We had test drove other cars that were newer and had more features at the same price, but did not have the reputation that Toyota does) While driving the vehicle, we were told that it had automatic lights for at night (it does not-- it has daytime running lights, but not automatic lights.) There was a noticeable chip in the windshield and scratches on the back bumper that we were told would be fixed by the dealership in order to make the vehicle "certified." I questioned them several times clearly asking if everything would be fixed and was assured it would all be taken care of. We signed and bought the vehicle Thursday and we were told we could pick it up on Saturday. On Saturday we were informed that the painter was not able to fix the scratches on the back bumper yet, so we had to bring it back on Wed. and they would give us a rental car. Once I got home, I noticed the big chip was still evident on the windshield, so my husband called and was informed that they filled it in. (I was surprised that was how they "took care of it.") I asked for a guarantee that it would not crack across the windshield, but never received one. The track for the sunroof was off too, so when my husband dropped the car off on Wed. to get the scratches fixed, he also told them to fix the sunroof. We got our car back that Friday and the sunroof was fixed, and so was the bumper, but the scratches on the bottom of the tire case were still evident (even though they matched the scratches on the bumper) I was sad that they were not taken care of also. I would think a dealership that thrives on having certified vehicles would make sure jobs were done with excellent work and not just mediocre work. That is what you get when you sign for a vehicle before the work is done.

Service guy was totally respectful and worked with me on assisting me with a fair price for the work that needed to be done. He recommended the rewards program which also saved me 10%. Work that was preformed was outstanding and gave me a copy of the new and old tire settings just in-case I wanted to put my stock wheels back on my vehicle.

I've got mixed feelings on this company. Bought a RAV4, but not certain we got the best deal. However, hind-site being 20/20, I would suggest getting a copy of all the quotes they offer (they print them out). Even tho I left the lot, was on my way home when they called back, they did not show me a final offer sheet and I did not think of it until after the fact. Therefore, I can not substantiate my suspicions. We also worked w/ Matt and spent several hours over a couple of days with him. He appeared to be as frustrated with the (then) credit manager or else he puts on one heck of a show. I honestly don't believe he was involved with the final figures, only was told to call me back to seal the deal. He is a good guy who really goes all out.I wish more people had commented on the service end. I've got an older Toyota that needs service and not sure where to take it.Again, make sure you have, in hand, a copy of ALL offers before signing. That way, if there is a final, quick offer, you can make sure the original sale price remains the same and you can check any changes.

I requested an internet quote on a vehicle from the dealership vie e-mail. Patti Smith, internet sales, called my home the next business day and left me a message to call her back. I'm happy to say that I did even though I had planned on waiting a few months to purchase a vehicle. Patti wanted to make sure that I was aware of all the great finance deals and incentives being offered by Ford and Toyota before they expired. Her warm personality and helpful attitude got me in the door. We set up a time for me to drive a RAV4 and an Escape. Patti was not available to greet me but she made sure that her boss would be there to get me started. My sales person, James Sebia, took over from there. James greeted me with a warm smile and great enthusiasm, which made me feel welcomed and at ease. James actually asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle and what I was intending to use the vehicle for instead of trying to sell me the car he felt I should have. James didn't try to talk me into expensive options I didn't want and actually recommended a 4 cylinder instead of the 6 since the 6 was way more power than I needed. This is the first time that a car sales person recommended a less expensive option instead of a more costly one. His honesty and concern with my bottom line made me feel that he wanted a happy customer not just another sale. When we went on the test drive, James gave me the highlights of the vehicle, but let the RAV4 sell itself. During our negotiations, the sales manager and the owner himself came over to thank me for coming in and asked if everything was going well. Once I got to the finance department, Steve Krantz, business manager, continued the great service. It was already well past closing time, but he took the time to explain all the warranty and service options to me. He answered every question and never made me feel hurried. It was 2 hours past closing time, but my vehicle was waxed, serviced, and ready for me to drive home. The sales manager thanked me for my purchase and James even helped me get my things from my old car. This was an A++ experience; I felt like a valued member of the family not a warm body with a check book. Thank you for the great experience.

WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON AT HECKTOWN ROAD! We are Tom & Carolyn of Springfield, Delaware County, and this was our experience with the Milham Ford-Toyota-Scion dealership at Hecktown Road in Easton, Pa. On 3/2/10 Milham advertised a 2004 white Hyundai Elantra GLS for $4995, 95,201 miles, #30499277, at internet site Automotive.com. There was no picture so we called, and a Sales Specialist was kind enough to email us pictures of the Elantra. Unfortunately the camera cut out the lower portion of the right front & back rims/tires which were later revealed to be damaged/flat. Over the phone my wife informed that individual we would be traveling 1 1/2 hours after work on 3/3 to test drive the Elantra. In fact, on 3/3 at 4:30 pm, as we departed from our driveway, carolyn spoke with the same Sales Specialist, who indicated they were moving the vehicle to the front of the building awaiting our arrival. They also mentioned test driving a 2001 Honda Civic while we were there. 1 1/2 hours later we arrived at Milham and were informed that the Elantra required $1100 of work for inspection and is in the back lot with a flat tire. Was there a breakdown in departmental communications? Who knows? I requested to see it, and at the same time, was handed keys to a 2001 Honda Civic, which we agreed to test drive. A different Sales Specialist, Matt Harper accompanied us on our test drive of the Honda. Just as we were about to drive away, a 3rd salesperson intensely indicated to Matt that he had a customer also waiting to drive the car, and "THEY HAD AN APPOINTMENT"!! Oh, and incidentally, not a big fan of the(pitting-customer-against-customer) sales tactic. It's a real turn off! I'D RATHER HAVE A COLONOSCOPY WITHOUT ANESTHESIA! Anyway, if it wasn't for Matt Harpers professionalism & patience, Carolyn & I would have left in disgust. Matt from Georgia is definitely the guy to see for an agreeable car purchasing experience. Instead, we followed through with our test drive. The Honda was ok for having over 100,000 miles. A bit hesitant auto shifting into 3rd gear, some passenger door rust, fine as used cars go. But as we indicated over the phone, our interest was in the 2004 white Elantra. Matt persevered & golf carted my wife & I to the back lot to see the elusive Elantra. To say it was cold is an understatement! Finally, I started the Elantra. The engine was quiet, the body in good shape, cloth interior fine. There was damage to the right front/back tires/rims. Looked like a curb impact but very repairable. It also needed a Pa inspection. Back at the sales floor, I explained to Matt I could not follow through with the transaction since I never had an opportunity to actually drive the car. Understandably, my wife was so upset that she offered an amount fit for the ridiculous situation, $4000 cash, which was denied by Matts manager. Honestly, no amount could be established without driving the Elantra. But, based on the internet information, phone conversations, and email pictures, I traveled 1 1/2 hours with $5000 in hand to complete a transaction that was deceptive from the beginning! A tremendous waste of time & resources. To note, we have a good credit rating but fortunately were in a situation to purchase without incurring a car loan. I sincerely hope your guy Matt Harper is successful in attaining a position of authority within your so called business, so he may have the opportunity to actually make a difference for customers. It's apparent your staff currently masquerading as management should venture from his/her office and engage in some real honest human interaction or seek other employment! Yes our countrys recession is difficult for everyone, but that doesn't allow us to make life troublesome for anyone. MILHAM DID JUST THAT! Heres the kicker, on our way out the door, we were given the important bulletin that the other family "WITH THE APPOINTMENT" just purchased the 2001 Honda Civic we test drove. News to travel by! I wish them well. This observation will probably fall on deaf ears, and that is most unfortunate. Just remember, we're real people out here, not just another commission to be conquered! Practice honesty, for it truly IS the best policy! On a brighter note, just tonight 03/04/10, for $5000 cash, we purchased a 2004 black Hyundai Elantra GLS with 88,275 miles at a local auto center. No hassle. It looks & rides like a new car. A 3 month warranty was included. We preferred the white Elantra on your lot but this was actually driveable. Somehow we were rewarded for our troubles! Sincerely, Tom & Carolyn

They left the polished rod on new rear shocks exposed and didn't say anything about it. Rear axle nuts not seated right, came loose and tire almost fell off. Mechanic tried to cover it up by re-staking the nut. GM said I act like techs are out to hurt me and my wife.

I had a serpentine belt replaced and the technician broke the nozzel to my radiator. instead of notifying anyone the technician put the hose back on the broken nozzel and the radiator began leaking a week later. the service manager and service director refused responsibility and required me to replace the part. i am in the process of taking the dealership to court.

I had a great experience at milham. The staff was very friendly towards my husband and myself. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made us feel confident in our purchase. The Finance manager that dealt with us wasn't pushy but let me know what would be helpful for me to have. What a great experience, I'll definitely buy from them again. I plan on servicing my vehicle there as well.

I had a very nice young but inexperienced sales rep. This dealership gave me the lowest trade offer out of all the dealerships i went to...that is why I decided to get other quotes. They told me they had to deduct the detailing, transportation etc to auction my vehicle from the KBB price. They were more than $1700 below the other trade offers I received! Also return calls took so long that the car i wanted was sold by the time they called me back. No follow-up quotes or phone calls either. They do not budge or negotiate once they've given you an offer. Many unexperienced sales people. Also, even the internet sales person drops communication with you. Bennett is better!

We visited the dealership yesterday. The salesman we dealt with was rude, cocky and unwilling to work with us. We have been in the market for a Sienna for mos. My husband has visited the dealership numerous times, by himself. I have been there 2 times. The salesman acted like we were wasting his time, by coming there so often, looking for the vehicle we wanted. He actually said, "you won't find a better deal anyplace else, I'm not going to play games." Then said, "you've been here quite a few times, when does it all end?" Well honestly, it all ended shortly after our horrible experience at Dick Milham, when we got in the car, went to yet another Toyota dealership, closed a deal, with the van we wanted, at the price we needed and had impecable customer service to boot. So I guess the answer to that question is, "it ends when the price and customer service are right." That salesman should've been trying to close a deal, instead of trying to make us feel like we had done something wrong by shopping around & looking for a good deal. And especially trying to make me happy, since I had only been there 2 times, I was the one to decide on the vehicle, I am 8 mos pregnant with our 3rd child, so it's very clear why we were in the market for a new vehicle! We were never rude to the salesman at the dealership, not even yesterday when we had every right to stand up for ourselves! He had no right to treat us like that. I love my new Toyota. We have had Toyota's in the past, will buy them again and again in the future, but never ever again at Dick Milham.

You will not get the run-around here, with ridiculous back and forths and whatnot. They have a very knowledgeable sales staff, the guy in particular that I dealt with knew alot about the Toyota Camry I was interested in buying and pointed out many features that other sales people at other local Toyota dealers merely skimmed over. They don't treat you like crap and make you feel like a guest. I bought my 2006 Camry at a great price with absolutely no hassle.
