Worked with salesman Pete Roth and he was great. Very pleasant and professional. Understands and explains the many features of the new F150's. Everyone from the service manager to the sales manger was very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns I mentioned. Much better atmosphere than the last dealership I purchased a new ford from. You're gonna love these guys.

I purchased a 2016 F150. Don Newton was my salesman. He was very personable and polite. He worked with me for several hours to het me the deal that I wanted. I had been to other dealers and didn't even xome close to the deal Don made me. I highly recommend Kocourek Ford and Don Newton along with Cody Heath who did all the financial paperwork and made sure i was satisfied with the numbers. Great no pressure salesmanship. It was time for a new vehicle and I had met Gregg Schjoth through a mutual friend. Felt he was someone I could trust and work with. Met with him and told him what I was looking for and the budget I had. Looked at quite a few SUVS that were good, just not what I was comfortable with. Visited other area dealerships, too, as I was not tied to a particular make or model. Although my experience was good at the others, Gregg at Koucourek really shone. He let me know when a vehicle that might work for me was available, worked very diligently on getting me that special new ride. I started looking for a used vehicle and was able to get a new one within my budget. I was treated with respect, and as a female car buyer that doesn't always happen. Thank you Gregg, Scott and Dave (and Koucourek) for a great purchase experience. Look forward to a long-term relationship with Koucourek.

I wish I had this kind of service every where I went! Working with Dave Olson to purchase my truck was an enjoyable experience. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles that he is selling. He was able to answer any questions I had about the vehicle, and did a walk around with me before I test drove it showing many of the key features. Yep, even those repeat repeat questions. :-) Thank you for your patience, kindness, respect, and nice smile. You made us feel at home with each car we took for a test drive. There aren't many sales people that impressed us as much as you did.As for the staff at Kocourek Ford, I don't think I could find a better environment where everyone is up beat and smiling, helping each other out, very respectfully dressed, and fully aware of their customers needs and ... they fulfill them. Plus the staff has exceptional skills in their area of expertise with quick, accurate, and accommodating service. We found the staff to have excellent communication skills, as well, with patience when explaining vehicle features.Scott was very efficient at getting our paperwork completed quickly and accurately. He also explained additional options for warranties and coverage. We were pleased that the information was presented clearly and without being pushy. He gave us time to talk it through and make our own decision.There was another person, I didn't get his name, that put the license plates on and he helped us with a few questions too. Pat and Seth filled in for Don when he was busy with customers and they were both very professional and kind. They were respectively dressed and offered us refreshments with a smile. I also liked that they got up from their work area and walked over to us to be sure we had someone working with us.We also enjoyed the facility. It was clean with very comfortable seating, good lighting, and an inviting atmosphere. The test drives also went well with easy access in and out of Kocourek Ford.Oh and the 2015 Ford Fusion is beyond Amazing!!! We are so excited about our new used vehicle. We purchased a 2015 Ford Escape last week from Kocourek after shopping around Wausau for 3 weeks. Shawn Keepers was our sales person. He did an excellent job. He was very helpful and friendly without being pushy or annoying. We really appreciated that he was patient and let us take our time deciding what we wanted. When we made the purchase Dave was great at showing us how all of the "bells and whistles" worked and Cody made all of the paper work fast and easy.We had it narrowed down to 2 vehicles and we picked the Escape because working with Shawn was a much more positive experience than at the other dealership. We would definitely recommend Kocourek and Shawn to anyone purchasing a vehicle.

I purchased a Ford F150 FX4 the other day. After walking in the front door a Salesperson, Greg Schjoth, was quick to come to my assistance. He found the vehicle I was looking for, took me for a test drive, and had someone evaluate the value of my trade all within just over an hour. A few hours later I returned to the dealership and was driving off the lot as a very satisfied customer. Greg and the entire team did a fantastic job. It is not the first time I purchased a vehicle at Kocourek and it will not be the last.

Scheduled an appointment to view and test drive a used Escalade, to my disappointment the salesman was with another customer when we arrived. I understand salesman can get busy. We where referred to another salesman who was great and we proceeded to view the Escalade and went for a test drive. Upon returning to the dealership the salesman went to get a car report, and we were told the vehicle had been sold. A phone call would have been courteous due to the hour and 15min drive.

I purchased an F150 FX4 the other day. The entire experience was quick, organized, and efficient. After walking in the door I was immediately assisted by a Salesperson, Gregg Schjoth. Greg found the vehicle I was looking for, took me for a test drive, and had someone evaluate the value of my trade vehicle, all in about one hour. We quickly came up with a fair purchase/trade agreement. Just a few hours later I returned to the dealership, signed some paperwork, and was driving off the lot as a very satisfied customer. Totally insulted by Bob Rowe, the "used" car sales manager. No customer service. Rude, hostile, chip on his shoulder. As a pretty big opinion of himself for being the "used" car sales manager. I don't need someone to be rude to me the customer when I'm looking to purchase from them. A total waste of my time. Never shopping there, ever! Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I just purchased a Ford Escape Tit and had the best salesman Pete Roth. It is the second car I have purchased using Pete as the salesman. He is very thorough and does the best he can for me. I also worked with a David B. who took me through all the items and gadgets on the car and was very patient with an old lady. Whenever I have needed any service on my cars it has always been through Kocourek and was always dealt with respectfully and helpfully. I will continue to use Kocourek for any servicing and if and when I am looking at trading in. We have bought many Ford/Mercury cars from this dealer over the years. I have often referred Pete Roth and Kocourek to my friends and family.

I found the Mustang that I was looking for in a Kocourek Ad online. Doug was very responsive and answered all my questions making me feel comfortable about putting a down payment on the car before I had physically seen it. Since I live 220 miles from the dealership it made sense for me to fly in pick up the car and drive home. Kocourek sent a driver to the airport to pick me up, saving me the cost of a cab ride. The car was even better than advertised; the whole team at Kocourek was very helpful and professional. I own a small business that prides itself on being honest and loyal to my customers and employees. lWe were searching for a Ford Fusion on the net and found one that had all the things we were wanting on the car on the Kocourek Ford site. We called and made an appointment with Dave Olsen for 1/9/2016. Dave was very cordial. After we discussed our needs (we had a trade as well) we were given the numbers for buying the car or leasing it. Dave took us for a test drive which confirmed that this car was a good fit with its awd and the other amenities. We really thought we would go back home with the Lincoln we had come in and would come back for the closing the following week. However we were able to come to an agreement that day. The business manager, Scott Murphy, got the paper work together, Dave saw to it that the car was washed and refreshed for us, he arranged for Dave Berumen to go over the features of the car,synced our phones, set the outside entry code, set my seat setting, and by 5:50PM we were on our way with the new vehicle going back to Three Lakes. My husband worked for Ford Motor for 37 plus years which makes us especially brand loyal and we have dealt with many dealerships over the years. (His father had had one in Illinois years ago.) We were very impressed with the professional way everyone worked at the dealership. Dave Olsen has been following through making sure we are happy with the car and his service and we must say we are very happy. Keep up the good work! We purchased a 2012 VW Jetta on Monday. Overall the car buying process went well, cash deal. So not a lot to it. This is our 2nd purchase from Kocourek, but I do not intend on buying here again. While driving home, we noticed the heated seats for the drivers seat did not work. Called Dave O our salesman about it. He said that it is "above his pay grade", and would get a hold of his manager and service adviser. They would get a hold of me, to see what can be done. Well 4 days later, no one has gotten a hold of me... Buyer beware! I understand it was a used car, and stuff happens. But, at least have the follow through. We made an appointment to have our seat repaired from a neighboring VW dealer, and do not intend on buying another car here. Again we were repeat buyers.

We just purchased a used Ford Escape and had a great experience. Our salesman, Peter Crooks, worked hard to get us the trade in value we needed. David did a fantastic job of teaching us how to use all the new technology that comes with the Titanium package. Cody, the Business Manager helped get us a really low interest rate and got it all done quickly. He also explained the extended warranty that was available for an additional charge and did not use any high pressure sales to talk us into it.

I initiated a conversation via e-mail with Doug E. in sales regarding the purchase of a vehicle they had on their lot. I did not purchase the initial vehicle, but Doug listened to my concerns and found another that met my needs better. I have to say, everything went very well. I feel my trade-in was fair based upon the research I did, and the price I paid for the Ford F150 Crew Cab I purchased was good. There were a few items I wanted adjusted on the truck, such as remote start, and the service department was also very good at completing the work timely and professionally. Everyone was very friendly, and I found the entire experience to be very good overall.

I initially dealt with Doug Espeland. We went out to look at the vehicle, and I found some things I was dissatisfied with (top of tailgate gouged, missing plastic parts, dried wax on parts of truck, front air dam was extremely scratched and gouged and 1/16" to 1/8" of sand under the drop-in bed liner). Doug said that the sand was "no big deal." I explained that my concern was that sand friction on painted surfaces damages the paint and can lead to rust. He dismissed my concern with the comment that they only pay their detailers $8 an hour and good help was hard to find. Upon opening the truck, I was struck with the smell of cigarette smoke. Doug took a whiff and told me he didn't smell anything and that he had an "extremely sensitive nose." I expressed my disagreement, and he told me he was right. The listing of the truck hadn't listed its options, so we went inside to talk about them. We never got that far because when Doug asked me what I thought about the truck, I told him. He appeared shocked that I would point out the things I was unhappy with, and he asked what it would take to get me to buy the vehicle. I stated that I would like the items I pointed out to be fixed. His response was that it was a used vehicle, and he asked what I expected. Doug checked with his boss and returned stating there were things they would and wouldn't fix. I pressed him for resolution of all items and also stated that I wanted a full tank of gas. Doug left again and, upon returning, stated that he would give me a full tank of gas only if I were to give him two five-star reviews. I responded that I wouldn't be blackmailed into giving him a positive review and that I would rather pay for the gas. At this point, Doug left to take another customer on a test drive, and I never saw him again. I then met with the sales manager, Pete Roth, and explained what had occurred. He said there was no way Doug would say that about the reviews. My son, who was next to me, verified it. Pete's explanation was that I must've misinterpreted Doug, and I was dismissed. My wife later asked Pete if he thought it was ethical to coerce positive reviews. He answered that it wasn't unethical to him. This spoke volumes to my wife and I about the type of business we were dealing with. Unfortunately, at this point, we were contractually bound by a downpayment, and we felt it best to proceed with the purchase rather than lose the money. Before you trust the "positive" reviews, consider what it took to obtain them. This dealership simply wanted a sale and did not care what it took to get 'er done. We feel that the tactics these sales people utilized were disgraceful, and it leaves us with a feeling if distrust. We will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership again and are letting our group of influence know about our experience as well. Buyer beware.

I had a wonderful experience with Kocourek Ford Lincoln. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. Justan Brandt went above and beyond to help me with the purchase of my 2014 ford fusion. I purchased my car the day after taking it for a test drive, my pick up time that I had told Justan would be between 10-11. I was having a hard time finding a ride to go get my new car because everyone was at work till 5 or later, so I sent Justan an email regarding that I would be later then I had initially expected. He called me a few minutes after I had sent him an email and offered to come pick me up so I could bring my new car home. I live about a half hour away from this dealership, but he still drove out and picked me up. I still had to finalize papers at my bank and he helped me run those errands before going to the dealership to get my new car. He wasn't pushing me to get something I didn't want, I knew what I wanted and I got just that :) if your looking to purchase a new car this is the place :)

First off...I LOVE my new car! I was so lucky to have Shawn Keepers as my salesman. He was so helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. He never rushed me and I didn't feel pressured. He made me feel like I was his only customer and number one concern. The entire dealership was great. "Tara" welcomed me like I was family the moment I walked in....everyone who walked by was friendly and when I came to pick up my car, they spent so much time and patience with me, teaching me all of the features on my new car. Amazing! I totally feel like I could go back and ask a question or get help from them at anytime. I recommend them to everyone looking for a new/used vehicle. I love this place! (this is just a note to the dealership.....I have worked in business for a long time, and just wanted to say that you have a real gem in Shawn...you're lucky to have him with your company. Such a great experience having Chris as my salesman. He is very patient, understanding and easy to work with. I brought my mom along to help and even though she can be very pushy with salesmen Chris was very nice and willing to answer every question in detail. He got me into a very nice Chevy Silverado which i love and would recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I can say with honesty and confidence that Doug Espeland and the Kocourek team worked fast, hard, kept their word and respected my time and privacy. Two hours at the store left me signed into the F150 I wanted and another two hours at delivery (most of which was training options and technology), how can you beat that? This was my first time buying a car by myself. For my first visit, I was only there to look and to test drive a couple of vehicles. I ended up test driving a Ford Edge, which is the type of vehicle I was looking at. I went back a couple of weeks, test drove another Ford Edge and fell in love with it. I worked with Dave O. for both the visits. He was very good at explaining things and following up with me after each visit. The only thing was that Dave and I both missed some scratches that were on the rear passenger side window. When I returned to Kocourek to drop off the title of my trade in, I was reassured that the window was in no danger of breaking and was offered the employee discount on a window replacement. I declined simply because it didn't matter that much to me to replace it now. I highly recommend Kocourek Ford.

I have to say, after working in sales and even working at a dealership, this was one of the BEST experiences I have ever had. My mom had gotten her car from Shawn and when my husband needed a car she said that the customer service at this dealership was worth the hour and a half drive from Green Bay. She got ahold of Shawn for me, gave him our budget, my e-mail and then Shawn worked his magic. Not only did he send me an email on his day off but he had compiled a wonderful list of vehicles within our price range for my husband to choose from. The majority of our communications were through email because of the distance but Shawn was very professional and yet endearing, which is hard to convey via email, but he somehow managed.Since my husband and I were driving a bit of a distance to come see the car we bought we had my mom do the initial test drive and let us know what she thought of the car. She spoke very highly of the car so we decided to make the drive. When we got to the dealership we were greeted warmly, and Shawn was called to help us. He made sure that the car was extra clean because I had told him that if all is well and good that we would like to take the car the same day. He made it happen. The car was clean, he put extra gas in it for us and we went for it!Then there comes the time for the numbers, no one ever looks forward to that part, but I have to tell you, they made it painless. Shawn had prepared the bottom line numbers for us beforehand so there were no surprises. Unlike some dealerships around us, there wasn't a random extra fee, and the price of the car itself was nothing to argue about because it was very fair. Brent helped us finish up the whole process and he was incredibly friendly. We felt so at ease with him. He knew we were in a rush to get home so he expedited the process but still took time to explain the big stuff within the paperwork. And the other cool thing, he remembered the guy he had gotten the car from and told us about him, which helped us feel even more confident about our purchase. These guys did good!!Would we go back to these guys? YES!!! It was worth the drive. I will be telling my friends about our amazing experience because I know a few are in the market.

These guys are cordial with a "no pressure" approach. This is my first Ford so it was comforting to know I had a knowledgeable salesperson at my side. During my first visit, I arrived two hours before they closed... thinking that would be plenty of time. Well, because Gregg was so thorough I was there after close. While I know his, David, and Brent's family was all waiting for them at home - they all stuck it out to make sure my questions were answered. Good guys!When I came back, to pick up my car, David was also very thorough. This was not the first new vehicle I've ever purchased but it was the first time someone spent as much time as David did going thru all the features. In the past it's been, "Here is the owner's manual, here are your keys, enjoy!" Not with Kocourek. That was pretty neat.And Brent, the "finance guy" was not about bottom line. Sure, I know they're there to make money. Who isn't? But, he was so matter of fact. A "real guy".If you're in the market for a new/used vehicle... go see Gregg Schjoth. You'll be glad you did!

I recently had to trade in my old car for a new one. I arrived at Kocourek Ford about 30 minutes before they open. Even though they were not open yet a salesman named Mike came out and greeted me. I told him what I was looking for what my price range was etc.. At no point did I ever feel pressured to buy a car nor did he try to show me more expensive vehicles or try to upsell me.The whole experience was very pleasant and Mike has followed up with me several times to insure that we are satisfied with our purchase of a 2014 Ford Fusion which we are. The detail shop staff was very polite and courteous as well. The only thing that would have made it better was if they had fresh made popcorn or something to snack on while you wait.I will definitely go back there in a year or so when my other vehicle is ready to be traded in..Thanks againAdam

I went shopping for a car fro my daughter the day before the 4th of July. The dealership was a bit short of staff, probably not expecting the large crowd that was shopping that day, my daughter and I included. Chris Johnston did his best to keep things moving along with our purchase and we feel it was worth the wait. Throughout the day, Chris checked in with us regularly to let us know how things were progressing, and helped to get us the best deal we could. I had a great burying experience at Kocourek Ford Lincoln. I arrived just before the dealership closed for the day. Chris was happy to stay late to show us the inventory, and test drive the cars we were interested in. I wasn't planning on making a purchase the same day, but since they were willing to give a really fair trade in price we decided to pull the trigger. Jenny Maerz was awesome! Found this car on line, called and she invited us down to test drive it. Car looked to be in perfect condition with only 21,000 miles on it, and it drove like a dream. Within three hours we owned it. Unfortunately, 2-1/2 months later on a warm day we turned on the A/C for the first time and it didn't work. Fortunately, their service department was as awesome as Jenny and they took care of it. Everyone asks where we found the car and I tell them. High marks for sales and servicing!!!

From the beginning of my transaction to the end was an awesome experience dealing with Nash. I have bought a couple vehicles in the past and this was by far the best transaction I have had. Nash helped me find the perfect vehicle for me and my family. His attitude and professionalism was great! There were a couple hiccups along the way but the team, especially Nash, was awesome! The only thing I and my fiance did not like was the accessories guy. He was way to in our face and his attitude was not professional when he told us we were not able to take the vehicle that night. He seemed like he was not there to tie the whole transaction together but just to get his cut of the sale and make money. I feel like he is an unnecessary part of the team. I would have been more willing to go with something extra if my sales person Nash was there walking me through everything and not the extra guy! All in all I had an awesome experience with Nash and I will be referring all of my family and friends to him in the future!

The place was very busy when I bought a used vehicle in the spring. Staff tries hard, and for the most part succeeds, in being very nice. At times, though, I felt like they were too busy for my business. I was handed off to at least 4 people at the facility. I would have prefered to have just dealt with one person. I was offered stuff at the end of the sale that should have been brought up earlier in the selling process. While it was a good vehicle at a good price, the service was, well, just OK.

I purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer limited from kocurec ford in wausau wi. Shawn keepers the team were amazing to deal with!! I got a great trade on my vehicle and they made everything I wanted happen. I left with my new explorer and felt like they genuinely had my best interest in mind. Overall a great buying experience!! I have had terrible experience with a lot of dealers in the past and they where nothing like the others. Even sent me away with a full tank of gas and demo of all the ford sync technology that I would have been complete lost trying to figure out on my own.

I live in itonwood mi. A 2 hr drive from kocourek ford. I took the gamble and drove down. Their sales staff were amazing!! Shawn keepers and crew were able to get me everything I needed from a great trade to a great price in my new/used 2013 Ford Explorer they even sent me away with a full tank of gas, a lifetime warranty and help on how to use the ford sync technology that I would have been lost without!! I LOVE my 2010 Kia Optima and I certainly walked out of there with my head held high, not feeling AT ALL pressured into buying something I did not want. I worked with Patrick Kreft, who was wonderful letting me ask as many questions as I needed and I really appreciated how patient he was explaining things. When I signed my name, I had absolutely no feeling of dread, and I felt completely comfortable. Originally I was going to get a 2009 Chevy Cobalt, but when I went in to test drive it, he told me also had a Kia I might be interested in. Good thing too! It only took one test drive and I knew that's the one I wanted! I've only had a few days, but I've already been telling everyone how great my experience was! They are respectful and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, unlike some other places I had been to. Since this was my first major purchase, and my first newish car, I was definitely worried, but they explained everything in detail, and made sure I understood everything without making me feel stupid.

This is the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. Our salesman was great and from the time we stepped onto the lot until the time we left we were treated great. We were not ford people but after test driving the ford F150 we fell in love with it.

We arrived at the dealership at 6:20 pm, knowing they close at 7 pm. But, it was the only time we could fit it into our schedule. Chris was gracious and understanding of this, guiding us through the purchase like a good friend would. He didn't try to sell us any other car than what we had told him we were interested in. He was very helpful. Chris has agreed to make sure we receive our remote entry fob and make sure our tire is replaced or repaired if it keeps leaking, and we feel confident he will stand behind his word. That being said, the rest of the sales team were less than stellar in their customer service. I don't feel the need to go into detail, but it was obvious that our decisions to decline extra options and extra warranty were not appreciated by the staff who were required to stay late. We'd work with Chris again.

Had my truck less than 3 miles away in a parking lot and wouldn't start. They got it towed in quickly and looked at. Starter was bad and so was a connection on the cable that connects to the starter. They could get the starter but not the cable till the next day. When called with news I asked if there was a way to just put a new end on cable as I was over a hour and a half from home, they said there wasn't. So had to get a rental car to get home and back the next day. Took cable to a local shop and they said they put new ends on those cables frequently as they are expensive. So ended up paying around $150 more than what was needed for parts and a rental car and $101.25 to get towed in 3 miles which I think is a little high priced for a tow. Repair work was done well.

This was a great dealership. With Shawn, an adorable 19 year old, he showed us exactly what we were lookin for. He and Will helped us with our options, payments and helped us get comfortable with making a big purchase. They knew all the answers, and were so handsome in their uniforms. They both were easy to talk to and smiled a lot. When we found the right vehicle, Will took us for a test drive and explained the Ford's classic 'ticking'. The kiddos were with us and enjoyed smearing the fancy glass and eating sno-xxxxx in the lobby. They also loved cartoons and playing with the bows on the cars. While we had a lovely time, we had a less than stellar experience with Cody. While he knew absolutely everything we asked, and was absolutely perfectly prepared, he did swear three different times, while the girls were in theoffice with us. What the heck was that all about? He was polite though, but it was a little uncomfortable, and I wasn't impressed at all with that.

We were pointed to a Fusion with low mileage, in excellent condition and a fair price. This is the second vehicle we purchased from Don Newton, and we couldn't be happier. All it took was a phone call into to Don, and he started the search for us. We were on the fence for a new or used vehicle- since they had such a great low milage used truck inventory. But when it came down to making the deal we went with a new F-150 as it had the extra features we desired. We never feel pressured working with Don and the Kocourek staff. Don doesn't fit the car salesman profile at all- he is honest, patient, and wants to do right by his customers. He first asks your budget before finding the perfect vehicle for you. Buying our vehicles from Don has been the best experience we have had with car dealerships- in fact he was the first any only call I made when we decided to trade our truck in.Don even called to check in on us- 6 months after we leased our car to ensure we were still satisfied customers! We have never experienced such great follow up.The rest of the staff at Kocourek are amazing as well- David does a great job syncing our phones to the Bluetooth, ensuring we understand how the vehicle operates and the features that keep us safe. The customer service David gives in making sure all the details are covered is second to none. Cody in the finance department is also fun and easy to work with. He took care of all of the details and made sure we understood what we signed and was well organized and very enjoyable to work with.To round out the amazing Kocourek experience is their Amazing service department- who I had become very familiar with as they helped me maintain my old truck when we moved into town. They always go through the details with you and make sure you understand what the vehicle needs and why. Joe Malasak and Shane Meyer have become trusted advisors to us and our vehicle maintaince. It was fun when we were picking up our new truck that Shane even stopped to say hi and congratulate us on our new truck- as he knows I was getting very frustrated with the old one after years of great running. I can't say enough great things about the staff of Kocourek Ford- and it is even a better feeling knowing that Kocourek is very active in the community supporting various charities. My wife and I had been shopping around for new vehicles. We had found vehicles we really liked at two other dealerships "not Ford brands" but fell in love with what we found at Kocourek Ford. I have been a Ford owner from way back. I had owned two Explorer's and two F-150's previously. I still have my last F150 with 206,000 miles on it. I will retire it as my woods truck. In my opinon, the service department needs to go through customer service training. The sales staff was great to deal with, but the interactions I have had in person and on the phone with the service department have been down right rude.I purchased my car two weeks ago. A week after purchase, I was having issues with starting the vehicle at certain times. I called and spoke with someone in the service department who told me that I would have to pay for services as well as provide myself with a rental vehicle. I explained that my vehicle had an existing warranty, I've owned it for a week, there is no reason to pay for the service or pay for a rental. That should be provided to me. I then spoke with Shane, who explained that I could drop my vehicle off and a rental would be available for me.I called and let Shane know that I was bringing my vehicle in, I would be there within the hour. It took me about 30 minutes to get there and he said, "well, that wasn't an hour, was it?". I thought that was rude. No friendly, hello, how can I help you? Not how you want to be greeted as a customer. I'm not sure if this is the norm, but the treatment I received after spending a great deal of money has been absolutely shocking. I know that once the warranty is up on my vehicle, I will no longer have it serviced at this location if this is how they treat their paying customers.

My wife and I were looking for a newer Ford Escape to replace the 2006 one that we had, even though it was in very good condition and it was very reliable as a second vehicle for us. Did some checking on other manufacturers but stayed with Ford because of the reliability and quality in the past. Doug worked with us and helped locate a new Escape with the options we wanted after doing a couple of test drives to help narrow our choices down. Would have liked more for the trade-in since the older Escape was well taken care of and low miles but did understand how the market is. We picked up our new vehicle after a couple of days with our questions and concerns taken care of in a timely manner. Doug made sure we were pleased with the deal, Cody made sure we had the necessary info for the financing scenario to take advantage of the full rebate and Dave was extremely knowledgeable during our initial orientation when picking up the vehicle. Doug has done a great job of following up to make sure we are satisfied and to make sure any questions are answered, and we will be following up on that offer after we drive the new Escape a little more. Very pleased with the overall friendliness and professionalism at Kocourek Ford Lincoln.

Our experience at Kocourek was fantastic. Adam Mansfield was polite, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicles that we were interested in. Originally, we were going to purchase a used Ford Edge, but based upon Adam's willingness to listen and understand our needs, his familiarity of the vehicles and genuine enthusiasm for the cars, we decided to pay a little bit more for a new (2014) Ford Escape. I recently took delivery of a new 2014 Ford Explorer Limited and from what I have seen the Kocourek team just keeps getting better and better. This is my third new vehicle from Kocourek Ford Lincoln and from the minuet I walk into the building I notice one thing and that's how welcome you feel without the sales pressures that you feel from other dealers. All I need to do is tell anyone that I'm looking for "Pete" and they all seem to know if he's busy, or with another customer, or if I can go right in to his office. To me that is the definition of a team. Knowing what each other is doing at all times. I mention "Pete" (Pete Roth) because I have now been dealing with him for 24 years and 15 different vehicles. It is because of his attention to detail, his knowledge of the product and his overall professionalism that has made me a repeat buyer from him for all these years. I am beyond pleased with the service I received on 2/18/2014 at Kocourek. I worked with Bob Rowe and Scott Murphy to purchase/finance a used vehicle on the Ford-Lincoln lot. As soon as my husband and I walked through the door we were greeted in a way that made us feel so welcome, we knew right away that we were going to have superb assistance. Bob helped us look through the numerous (large inventory!) vehicles that we were looking for with our specific preferences and those in our price range. Scott then walked us through the lot to view and test drive the various vehicles. He was great- very friendly, informative, and polite. He was patient with us as we asked to view other vehicles we didn't go over originally with Bob. Needless to say, we found exactly what we were looking for. We went through the paperwork breifly but very efficiently, and drove home with our new vehicle that night. Bob and Scott are GREAT and I'm sure the rest of the salesmen are as well, judging by the smiles and greetings we received by numerous Kocourek colleagues while we were there. I spent a considerable amount of time trying to find the vehicle that I would be riding in for the next 4 years averaging about 60,000 mile per year. Adam Mansfield was very gracious from the time he approached me in the lot to the time we consummated the deal on the 2013 Taurus. He was not pushy. He asked relevant questions. And he had a great attitude throughout the time I spent with him. He seems to want to do a great job for Kocourek Ford. That is why I gave the rating I did.

Wonderful experience. We weren't exactly looking to buy anything specific. Shawn greeted me with my 3 kids at the door. He showed me a couple of vehicles that would be great for our family. Fell in love with the flex. They were all very nice and cooperated with us on everything in a timely manner. Shawn made sure to do everything he could to make sure we had the best of the best. The store was great about having our young 3 kids there too. Love the kids room. It was nice to be able to let the kids burn off their energy in there so that way my husband and I could discuss business. Great experience all around. Thank you so much for everything.

February 17, 2014Recently we purchased a new MKS Lincoln. Our salesman was Pete Roth. He took such good care of us. While I was looking for vehicles on the internet, Pete was the only person to respond that he had what we were looking for. Those little things a person doesn't forget and he got the sale form us. I feel he went out of his way to make sure we happy with the choice that we made. There was so much new stuff on this car that we were glad that David took the time to explain each service this car does. Cody did a fine job with all the paper work. I came to Kocourek because I had seen a car on the website that I wanted to test drive. When my dad and I arrived at the dealership we were met by Shawn and we told him that we had seen a particular car on the website that interested us. He was able to locate the particular vehicle which was at a different shop across the street and I test drove that vehicle (the Focus that I ended up purchasing) along with one other Focus that was a hatchback. What I really enjoyed about working with Shawn was that he showed me the features on the car without over explaining things and he was not pushy about getting the sale. He was personable and pleasant to work with. David was pleasant as well when he came over to go over some of the extras for the car - going over everything thing with me, but not pressuring me to the point where it upset me. I found the whole experience to be pleasant and would definitely recommend it.

I recently purchased a used 2008 GMC Sierra crew cab from Kocourek Ford. This is a truck I truly wanted and the price was good. I called ahead and was fortunate and lucky enough to get Joe Ramirez on the phone. Joe answered some questions for me before going into the dealership. Once at the dealership my wife and I met Joe and he got the truck warmed up for us, as it was around -10 that day. After the test drive we discussed numbers and even though it was well after closing time, and Joe's wife's birthday, he made us feel like old friends. We were able to get a price and payment that we were happy with and everyone we talked to face to face was awesome! We left feeling confident with the purchase. I did run into some mechanical and tires issues, but after some "negotiations" we were able to come up with compromises that satisfied me for the most part. I did have to speak to the General Manager Ray on the phone to hash out some details, but it was clear that he wanted to make things right for me. If you consider purchasing a car here, ask for Joe Ramirez. He was truly a huge factor in a mostly positive experience.

False advertising For two weeks we were looking at and working with him on a new F-150 stock #F5706, the vehicle had a place card on the mirror with a sale price of $31206.00Two weeks we were in contact with them and the sale price was confirmed each time. We went on Saturday Fed 8th to write it up and all of a sudden that was the wrong price and it should have been over $39,000Was this just bait and switch??

I had decided to purchase a For Escape because of a positive experience when I rented one in the past. I wanted to purchase this vehicle from a local dealership because I believe in keeping my money invested in my local economy. I came to Kocourek Ford and met Joe Ramirez. I told Joe what I wanted and he was very accommodating. He showed me all the Escapes on the lot and I found the one I wanted. Joe did not pressure me, in fact he was extremely friendly and again accommodating. I did not buy the first day and told Joe I had to think about the purchase. I came back a few days later and Joe & I struck a deal. Once the deal is struck I talked with several others. All were friendly which made my purchase a very positive experience. I bought a 2013 Ford F150 4X4 earlier this month and am very happy with every aspect of the New Truck Buying experience! Joe Ramirez was my Salesman. He met me as I walked up, introduced himself and did a great job listening to my needs, answering my questions and fitting me with the right truck. Bob Rowe, the Sales Manager, in my opinion, was fair and honest throughout the deal. Cody Heath processed the paperwork and presented different options associated with warranty and finance and we set up a great package that I feel will work well for me. David Berumen, the Accessory and Delivery Coordinator, was a huge help to me in the "getting to know my truck" phase. He's still instrumental in getting everything set up and all the add-ons installed! Finally, I've only had a small interaction with them, but both Shane Meyer and Joe Malsack in Service have been great in ensuring my truck was well taken care of! From the very beginning to now and even getting the personal thank you note from Keith Kocourek, this has been far and away my best experience with a dealership. I was asked my salesperson Joe to write a few paragraphs on my experience purchasing a car from Kocourek Ford. I want to qualify that the car I purchased was for my daughter and was a pre-owned 2012 Nissan Versa. This was the first pre-owned car purchase for me and my daughters first car. We were looking for something with good gas mileage, reliability and coverage under manufacturers warranty. The intent for her was to take the car back to school to finish her final semester and participate in an off campus internship. I had done quite a bit of research on pricing for this vehicle and was going to purchase it through Carmax until it popped up on Autotrader.com right before New Years. The price was really competitive for a car with 20K on the odometer so I emailed the dealership via the Autotrader website to see the car. Joe contacted me the next morning and we went to see it that afternoon. When I showed up Joe was finishing up with a customer, but he quickly got David to take us to look at the car and for a test drive. My daughter was also interested in the hatchback version of the same model so David arranged for us to test drive that version at the Nissan dealership across the street. Having now driven both the daughter could not immediately decide so we agreed to sleep on it. Later, not wanting to let the car get away from us she decided that evening she wanted the original car so I called Joe right before closing and put a deposit on the car to hold it until the next day. I came in and completed the paper work with my daughter and took delivery that day.Kocourek is what I call a no haggle type dealership. My transaction with them was an all cash deal against a very aggressive internet price. Not having to go through all the back and forth haggling in my many previous car buying experiences made this transaction about as low stress as this experience can be. They will try to suggestive sell accessory items like extended warrantees, floor mats etc. but in a very low pressure way. All and all the transaction was very good with Joe and David absent a few missed bases by me. First, David was literally getting in the car to pull it out of the showroom for us to drive it home when my daughter asked where the second set of keys was. David checked and there was only one key for the car. To get a duplicate set of these Smart keys is expensive and sadly its on me. I always assumed two sets were pretty standard and missed on that assumption. Second, our home is about ten miles away from the dealer and upon arrival I got in the car with my daughter so we could go over the owners manual and controls. It was then I noted there was less than a half tank of gas. Maybe its a pre-owned car thing but its the first car I every purchased without a full tank. The tank holds 11 gallons, so were talking $ 18-20 cost to them. Hoping that was just a miss and not standard ops. Despite these discoveries I would go back to Joe, David and a Kocourek brand again.

My wife and are were just stopping in to test drive an Escape to see if that was what we wanted. Kocourek did not have the model we wanted, or so we thought. The previous night that had received a Limited and it was there to look at and drive on the Friday we were to take out test drive. Doug was very knowledgeable about all the models we had questions on and helped narrow our decision down. We hadn't planned on buying yet, but with our questions being answered and the model we wanted available, we decided to buy. Overall, it was a pleasant and friendly experience.

Very positive experience at Kocourek! Took our existing F150 in for service. It was fixed and we were pleased. While waiting took a 2013 F150 for a test ride, very comfortable. The sales people were very willing to discuss and come to an agreement for the price of a new vehicle. The truck was ready for pick up two days later. Everyone from service, sales, delivery, finance were very professional! Would definitely consider returning there for future service or another vehicle. Very satisfied!!

The purchase of my new MKX was a very pleasant, relaxed and comfortable experience. My initial contact from Pete at Kocourek was an email in response to my online inquiry. After viewing a few other brands of SUV's and other dealers, I chose to come in and sit down with Pete to review my wants, needs, and deal-breakers and be confident I was looking at the best vehicle for my needs. When we decided on the MKX, I took a test drive with Pete which enlightened me on the many options and goodies that come with the model MKX I chose which helped confirmed my commitment. Now, it was time for the specifics. Pete helped me with all my choices and add the extras I wanted as well as educating me on the extras I really wouldn't need. Kocourek traded one of their vehicles for the MKX I wanted which was at another Lincoln dealership. The trade was completed and the MKX I wanted was on the Kocourek lot the very next day. And now, it was time to make my appointment with Matt to complete the paperwork. When I arrived, Matt had all the paperwork ready for my signature and informed me of a few warranty and other extras I chose to include. Finally, it was time to meet with Dave who went over every detail of the vehicle with me, including many I'll forget and will have to ask about again. By the time I drove off Kocourek's lot I knew this was my best choice and I would be happy with every option and detail included. I was very please with the service at this dealer. Justin was very helpful with providing me with all the information about the cars i was looking at, after test driving a used and new model I came back the next day to purchase my first new car. I felt very well taken care of by the staff. All my questions were answered during the purchase and I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn't want. They took the time to make sure I knew the options on the car and what all the controls and settings did. I would buy another car from them and will be returning there for all the service on my new car.

I was having issues with my current truck and was looking for a used F250 for towing our camper. I've bought vehicles thru Doug Espeland in the past and have always had a great experience. On the night we stopped by to test drive, Doug was not available and Travis helped us with a test drive. I had mentioned that we normally work thru Doug and Travis was still more than willing to help us with the test drive.The following day, I was contacted by Doug first thing in the morning to discuss options for our trade in, which was sitting in La Crosse and the purchase of the used F250. They actually took my trade-in "as is" and towed it up from La Crosse. This saved me the hassle of having to work with the La Crosse dealership, which I had no prior history. Doug and Matt went out of their way to help get us in our F250 as quickly as possible before the weekend camping trip. We couldn't be happier with the F250 and the service we received from Doug, Travis and Matt. The entire experience was painless.

I am a first time car buyer & had been looking for a car for over a month. I met Scott and felt like I was in good hands- easy going and willing to work with me. To find the right car he asked me what kind of features I was looking for- my must haves and must nots, as it were... after a few trail runs- we found my car- I love my Camry! It was fairly priced and was in really great condition- I couldn't ask for friendlier service which being a first time buyer- I'm sure I was a nervous wreck... but I am so happy my search is over and my overall experience with purchasing this car was a quick and easy decision, at least for me- I think my parents were more nervous than I was, but Scott and Matt were able to set them at ease- Thanks guys!

Jose, as usual was very courtious to my wife in helping explain and take of the problem. I would expect nothing loss of him. Have know him for many years, starting with Smith Bros. in Mosinee years ago. He has and still is a GREAT ambassador to Ford and now Kocourek. In fact he is the main reason we chose to visit Kocourek when we were looking at new vehicles. I recently bought a 2009 Ford F-150 FX4 from Scott Murphy at Kocourek Ford Lincoln. I started my experience with a phone call, where I asked for sales. The receptionist gladly transferred me to a sales associate. The associate I was in contact with was Scott, I informed him of my trade in, and told him I was looking for something that a man would drive. Something a man would drive, yet still have class, and be baby friendly as I recently had a baby. He informed me of a few trucks, and a couple cars, I picked a few to have him remember so we could look at them on a later date when I was available to come in. He said he would jot something down, which I figured was just another sales pitch and when I came in I would have to remind him of the vehicles I was interested in. We set up a day that I could come in and take a few vehicles for a ride. On my way to the dealership I gave Scott a call, and let him know I was on my way. I told him I was in a minivan and my girlfriend would be there shortly. He said he would be waiting for us, and was currently not with a customer. Upon our arrival, he got to the door before we did. He came outside and to my surprise had note in hand with the two vehicles I was interested in. We went for a ride in the FX4 as this is the one I felt I liked more. We went for a ride, and came back to the office. I decided to put a down payment on the truck, since I didn't have my trade with me at the time. This process was easy and quick. We then set up a date where I could come back and bring my trade so we could get the ball rolling even farther. The day I brought my trade in, was the day of my brothers bachelor party. The party was 3.5 hours away, I let the staff know that I had to know as soon as possible if my trade would be accepted, and if I would be financed. They got to it right away, This process which anyone know is generally a lengthy process especially with the complications that went along with in my own words "not so normal trade". The process was no longer than it needed to be. They were very generous the entire time. Shorter than expected I was on my way in my new (used) awesome FX4. The whole staff from beginning to end was excellent. Ive dealt with a lot of dealerships looking for the one truck and staff that I seemed to "click" with. Kocourek Ford Lincoln nailed it on the head. I am very picky about not only the car I buy, but also from who I am buying from. This group of staff was excellent. Scott was great and very informative about the car, and everything along the way.

Our family purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Kocourek Ford Lincoln. I noticed a truck on the Kocourek Rib Mountain Chevy lot that we liked. I called Pete Roth and asked if he could arrange a test drive. We met him at his office, and went off for a test drive, loved the truck, and ended up driving it home that very afternoon. Pete answered all of our questions. He is so professional as he covers everything. Matt is on Pete's finance team and is extremely well verse in all matters financial. And Dave is on Pete's team for add ons and is very knowledgeable. Everyone took time to answer our questions. We happily covered a lot of ground in a short period of time totally stress free. I will definitely buy another vehicle from Pete.

My husband and I were looking to purchase a minivan. After doing research and looking at vehicles online, I came to Kocourek Ford to start test driving. I worked with Justin Schwartz, he was very helpful. Several of the other minivans I wanted to drive were on the other Kocourek lots, instead of going to the other lots and having to carry my infant, he went to the other lots and brought the vehicles to me. My experience with Kocourek was a positive one, I got the exact vehicle that I wanted at a great price and Justin helped me find it. It didn't stop after I drove off the lot with my new Volkeswagen Routan either. I found several issues when I arrived home with my new minivan, Justin had already emailed me to follow up on our purchasing experience, I emailed him my concerns and he helped me address them. What he couldn't help me with, he directed and assisted me to the appropriate persons. I would definately purchase another vehicle from Justin and Kocourek.

This was the second vehicle we bought at Kocourek Ford Lincoln. Both from Pete Roth. It is always a pleasure dealing with Pete. We were able to get the price we wanted on the vehicle we wanted both times. Matt was able to get the financing and extended warranty to suit our needs. We have had wonderful experience both times within a month at the Kocourek ford dealership. Tyler was our salesperson during our 2nd vehicle purchase; he was always there to help us out and always wanting us to feel we were getting the best deal that he could offer. Everyone is very knowledgeable about both vehicles and always willing to go beyond their normal duties to help us out! Everyone within the dealership was very friendly and helpful; having smiley faces and cheerful attitudes was very nice to see. No one seemed to pressure you into buying anything that you didn't want. Prices were excellent and I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Also from a Ladies perspective it was really nice to see that the management had facial hair and didn't look like they were uptight and way over professional.

I purchased a car from Kocourek Ford to replace my wife's old Neon. It had to be yellow, and it had to be a Ford Focus hatchback. Luckily for me, I saw the listing for exactly that at Kocourek. I stopped in after work, and worked with Aaron. We set up a test drive time (the next day) and my wife was hooked. Aaron showed us how the price compared with other, similar Fords, and it was a great price. It also matched my own research on the web. This is good, because of the Kocourek, no-haggle policy on the price (which I also appreciate). So we bought the car. Luke and Bob helped seal the deal with a good financing deal, and great prices on some of the options. I have to say, this was the most pleasant experience I've had at a dealership. Aaron, Luke, and Bob were very friendly, and the price was great! We got exactly what we wanted, and were treated with honesty and respect. Plus, my wife couldn't be happier with her car. I would highly recommend Kocourek Ford; and Aaron, Luke, and Bob. When it's time for us to buy another vehicle, this will be the first place we look.

My wife and I recently purchased a Ford Edge from Aaron Guenther at Kocurek Ford. We went there to look at vehicles because my wife wasn't comfortable with the blind spots in her current car. We didn't know what kind of car would fit her as a replacement. Aaron was great at showing us the different options that would fit my wife off of what we were searching for. He even let her take a vehicle overnight to ensure she was comfortable in it. We didn't plan on purchasing because I didn't feel they would be able to give us what we wanted on trade (I have worked with many dealerships in the past and I have never been able to get the value I wanted on trade). Not only were they able to help my wife find the perfect vehicle for her, they were able to get us the value we wanted on trade to earn our business (plus the vehicle itself was $2,000 below blue book value according to my insurance company). Then after we got it we noticed a scratch on the back door. When we brought it to their attention not only did they fix the scratch but they went over the whole car and touched up parts the previous owner tried to touch up!I typically don't like the process of purchasing a car. Aaron and the team at Kocurek Ford was able to make the process enjoyable and smooth. We have already recommended them to friends.

We were greated when we arrived with our new car parked out front. Don was watching for us and we were early. GREAT first inpression!! All paperwork was in order, everything set up just the way we had discussed. Bob then spent time with us to show us all the feetures of our new car. Even assisted in programing our phones:) We did not feel rushed at all. Then Don introduced us to Matt who went over all the financial end of things and was very sure he left nothing out. He wanted to make sure we understood everything there was to offer and he did. I felt I knew everyone there on a personal level. Thank you all for a fabulous experience. Everyone at the dealership was super. Outstanding experience. I have purchased or leased over 30 cars in my lifetime and this rates in the top five. The facility was clean and well organized. When I arrived to pick up my new MKS, Pete was with another customer but at least two other salesmen chatted with me. Don took time at his desk to get to know me after he told Matt to get my paperwork ready. So when Pete was available, we got right to business as I had driven 90 miles to pick up the car.Pete and I had only talked on the internet and phone before, but he greeted me like an old friend. I will be back for future purchases. And I will reccomend you to my friends and family for their needs.

The dealership mercilessly pushed an extended warranty, they would not take no for an answer( said no at least 8 times). The told me the incremental cost of getting this policy, but it turns out the numbers they gave me were misleading and just incorrect. When I found this out, they did nothing to correct my loan. I am now stuck paying an additional $44 per month. I sent several emails to the Owner at 3 different email addresses and never got a response from him. I have a friend that works for the finance company and he said they could have corrected the loan if they( the dealership)wanted to make the effort, but they were not interested in correcting this . My impression was that this is the method they use to sell these service policies. I love the car I bought but this experience left a VERY sour taste in my mouth. I would not buy another vehicle from this dealer.

This is the second car I have bought through Allen Ward at Kocourek. With both cars he never dropped the ball on anything. Finding the perfect car is not always easy and can be a bit stressful, but its even harder when dealing with a pushy car salesman. Allen was never like that. After a long shopping process, I found Kocourek Ford to have been the best in price and over all satisfaction of dealing with the staff. My experience started with trying all of the brands and finding that the Ford Super Duty was the truck that I wanted. Jordan Nelson at Kocouek Chev. helped me get in touch with Don Newton at the Ford location even knowing I would not be purchasing a Chev. This I thought was going above and beyond what he had to do. At the Ford store, Don took the time to listen to what I wanted and did not push me to get something I did not want. Over all the buying experience was a pleasant one. Lastly, after I took delivery of the truck I did not feel like they got my money now they would forget about me. I had follow up calls from Don to see if I had any questions. It truely is a nice feeling that when you spend your hard earned money that a dealership appreciates you coming in and spending it at their dealership, and not treating you like a number. My husbeand and I had been looking for a used vehicle for several weeks, going through several lots. We finally decided to start test driving some different vehicle, on two different Kocoureks lots. We had been greeted by two very different and very helpful sales men. Our exprience was great, both gentlemen were helpful in their own way..we tested a couple vehicles that had caught our eye, and finally found a Kia Sportage that fit our needs. I went there to test drive a Focus with Pete but when he ended up not being availible Don jumped in and took excellent care of me. We looked at a lot of cars on the lot and even built a few before we finally decided on the right car for me. Don is a very trustworthy person where as I would not normally feel comfortable. I don't like making large purchases but felt as though all was fair and on the up and up when I left. Overall great experience and I plan to see Don in about 6 years when it's time for my next new car!

I was brought into Kocourek Ford looking for a new 2012 Ford Edge Sport and they happend to have two sitting on the lot. I test drove one and knew it was what I wanted except it didn't have all the options. Don was able to have the vehicle brought in from another dealership. We went in to look at the Ford Focus hatchback. Were greated by Don who took us for a test drive and answered ALL our questions. He was very friendly and treated us with respect. He gave us a very fair price and we bought that night. Luke got us an incredible rate and went through all the paperwork expertly. Bob explained everything in the car very thoroughly. They all had to stay later than normal to finish the transaction and we never felt like we were "keeping them" from something more important. We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle at Kocourek Ford. Dave took his time to go over exactly what we were looking for in a new vehicle and to get to know us too. We were there later on a Saturday and never felt rushed to hurry up and be done because it was so late in the day. We had our son along with us during this time and Dave and Matt went above and beyond to make him feel just as important during the process by remembering his name each time we were in and giving him his own hat at the end just like Dad! Dave was an excellent salesman and didn't make us feel forced to buy something just to make a sale. He really took his time to get to know us as people. Matt also was great at his end of things. It was nice the extra time he took with everything, and being I work at a financial his confidentiality he kept with sending the paper work really meant alot to us that he went that extra mile. Aaron Bares - Aaron came out to meet us, and was very helpful. Once I had decided I wanted a Ford, Aaron encouraged us to visit the Kocourek Ford store, even though it was after 4:30 on a Saturday. He assured us that the staff there would assist us in any way they could. As it turned out, I purchased a vehicle from Kocourek Ford about 1 1/2 hours later.Mike Kohler - I called Mike just minutes before we got to the store to let him know we were coming. We went for a test drive, and Mike answered our questions. We felt bad about keeping him at work late on a Saturday, but Mike did not make us feel that we were inconveniencing him in any way, and was happy to help us. Luke Babcock - Luke's sense of humor helps take the edge off of purchasing a vehicle (big decision/big investment). He explained each step during the purchasing process. He told us that he had been in his new position only a few weeks, but honestly he did his job like a seasoned professional.Bob Rowe - Bob went through the features of the vehicle with us, and answered our questions. He gave us a tour of the dealership, showing us the different departments, and explaining the planned expansion of the Service Department. It was very apparent to us that Bob enjoys his job and is proud of the Kocourek dealership. Aaron, Mike, Luke and Bob refer to their customers as "guests", and treat them as such. They were all professional, courteous and friendly, and did their jobs very thoroughly. Clearly, their objective is to exceed their customers' expectations. They all have pride in the company they work for (Aaron and Luke told us that they travel from Stevens Point and Wisconsin Rapids, respectively, because they want to work at Kocourek.), and they work very well together. Honesty and Integrity. Not words that I would typically use to describe a car salesperson, but they are exactly the words that I would use to describe Doug. Doug worked so hard for us. We came into Kocourek Ford not expecting to ever be able to afford the vehicle that we wanted but walked out that evening papers signed, bank NOT broken and smiling! It's been a month and we still are so pleased with our purchase and overall experience at Kocourek. If you're in the market to find a vehicle, find Doug. Doug was great. He listened to what I was looking for and made recommendations appropriately. His follow up was optimal and no sales pressure or feeling of not respecting my business or what my "window" of purchase price could be given my own personal circumstances which he choose to understand and work with. I don't believe either of us felt like were were not involved in a reasonable fair deal.Upon test drive the vehicle pulled to the right and the service department sought to fix this. I continued to experience the issue and needed to bring it back 2 additional times. The service was friendly and good but I didn't need to hear multiple times that the pulling was secondary to the crest of the road or that it did not pull. Little bit irritating when I know it did pull and those who drove the car would mention it spontaneously. After the last correction, and the tires were "rotated", it now pulls a bit to the left than the right but much better than before. I wonder if there is still a problem and hope it will not prematurely wear the tires because I do a lot of driving. I am reluctant to bring it up again because I don't want to seem annoying. Also, I bought the vehicle with 33K miles on it. I recently had the oil changed and the service folks (not at Kocorek) in Indiana said that the fuel filter was very dirty and this caused the hesitation I was experiencing in my acceleration at times. They said the filter was the original and should have been changed at the 30K servicing. I am a bit dissapointed that this was not. I have the original filter and plan to bring it in. It did cost me about $25-30 and likely caused me to have poorer miles per gallon of gas. Eric Jacobs and Bob Rowe were great to work with. Great customer service.Eric did a nice job of providing me with the info needed to make the decision on the extended warranty, which I am glad I purchased.

It was very important to him that we found the vehicle that was right for us. It was a very refreshing experience compared to other dealers I've worked with. Thank you for a great buying experience. While taking delivery of my used Camry, I noticed a small spot that had missing paint and had started to rust. I missed this when looking the car over during the purchase process but after noticing and pointing it out to Aaron and Bob, they made an appointment for me to get the spot professionally repaired free of charge. The deal had already been made and paperwork signed, they could have just left the responsibility and expense on me, but they didn't. This says a lot about Kocourek's commitment to their customer's.This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Kocourek and will definitely deal with them for my future needs.

We just recently purchased a used 2009 Ford Fusion from Kocourek Ford. My salesman Dave Berumen was great to work with. I had a unique situation as I sold my old daily driver earlier in the week and had test drove some vehicles at another dealership. I called Dave to see if he would be willing to pick me up at the other dealership as I was returning a car to them after a test drive. Dave was there at the time I requested and greeted me with kindness and respect. My initial interest was in a 2010 Fusion, upon returning to their dealership after a test drive of that vehicle I requested to look at 2009 Fusion that I had reviewed on their website. Dave was very accommodating and retrieved the keys for the vehicle and I ultimately made the decision to purchase it. I was then directed to Matt Gabriel for the financing and again was impressed with his knowledge and honesty. I had a very small time window to get the deal completed and Matt went above and beyond to put it all together in less than an hour on Friday morning. In February, I purchased a new 2012 Ford F150 FX4 Offroad. Allen was a class act from the initial meet and greet to the delivery. His explaination and demonstration of the vehicle sold the truck....as well as the truck just being amazing! Bob's walk through of the vehicle was amazing as well, there is no way I would have figured out 1/2 the stuff the truck had to offer. This was our first time purchasing a car from a dealer, and getting a car loan. Both Aaron and Matt were extremely helpful and friendly. They found us a car that works great for us, and helped us through all the paperwork without it seeming like work. It took us two visits and a few phone calls and every time we talked to anyone from this dealership, they were all very friendly and eager to help, yet we never felt pressured to purchase anything. GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE!! There are many reasons why I give Aaron, Luke and Bob 5 stars. All were very friendly and accommodating. No pressure sales was a big plus in my criteria when shopping at a dealership. I knew what I wanted and the salesperson Aaron found it quickly for me. Communication was great and I always felt like I was in the loop. Aaron really nailed it. These guys really know all about the car I bought and were able to answer all my questions. The finance person Luke made the financing a quick and efficient process. The delivery expert Bob knows more about my car than I do, even after having owning it for a week! He could answer any technical question I had. Overall, my experience at Kocourek Ford was a very positive experience. They really add to the joy of buying a new car. My experience at Kocourek Ford was awesome. The atmosphere there is great. It's clean, professional, maybe even a little "spiffy". There are a lot of Kocourek lots here, and there's a reason why. If they weren't great, they wouldn't be able to expand.Don is the coolest salesman there is, hands down. I had previously been working with another salesman about 6 months prior to this, but I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle at the time. After looking at cars and working with Don for a little bit, he popped my name into the computer and told me I was already associated with another salesman and it wouldn't be fair for that salesman who had worked with me so much prior to that point in the past. I told him no, I wanted to work with him, and not the other guy. Don was so much fun, yet professional and business-like. He will help you find what you want.Bob is a spunky kid who will show you how to use all of the cool gadgets and technology that your car may or may not come with. He will also help with anything you may need after your purchase. If you'd like to upgrade to leather or need to find a small steering wheel cover for a 2011 Ford Focus, because standard/universal steering wheel covers are too large.Eric is great. He is fun and full of energy. He will absolutely find you the best rate out there because he knows what he is doing. I told him to search through credit unions for the best rate. He convinced me to let him throw a couple of his favorite banks to work with into the mix and ended up finding me an even better rate than at the credit unions.Brian is a great service guy. I pulled up and he came out to greet me and ask what was up. It was just some bracket vibration caused by the speaker in the trunk. He did what he thought he needed to do to fix the problem, and we discovered it hadn't quite worked. So he kept plugging away until he had it fixed. No questions asked, no paperwork, nothing. I just pulled in, he took care of me, and I was on my way.Kocourek Ford Rocks!

The staff at Kokourek Ford made my buying experience easy, comfortable, and without the pressure so often experienced in dealerships. I found just the car I was looking for while searching online and called Allen to learn more about it. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and even provided me with information I had not thought to ask. Eric was friendly and found me a financing offer that I couldn't pass up. Bob was able to order a remote car starter and had it installed by the time I got to the dealership. He then explained all of the features of the car and completely set up my Sync system. Though Kokourek Ford is five hours away from where I live, I would easily make the trip again when I decide to buy another car.

I came to Kocourek looking to trade in my car for a used car that gets better gas mileage. I went by myself and was nervous because I'm a 22 year old girl and my husband wasn't able to come with me. I am 64 years old and have never encountered a dealership like Kocourek Ford Lincoln. I had dealt with Allen Ward and the dealership from nearly 500 miles away concerning the car I wanted to purchase. Any questions I had were answered fast. Dealing over the phone with Kocourek was a pleasure. Email updates from Allen helped me very much considering I live so far from the dealership. The morning I arrived at the dealership to look at the car, Allen told me of some issues they had discovered with the car and the dealership went ahead and purchased what must have been close to $2,000 worth of parts and tires for the vehicle and had them line up to be shipped to my house before I even had a chance to really look the car over. Usually if you find an issue with a vehicle at a dealership they either say take it or leave it or charge you to fix the issues. My son and I picked up the car and the dealership helped us load it onto our trailer to haul home. The business end paperwork went fast and smooth. The only problem I have with Kocourek Ford Lincoln is that they are in Wausau, WI. I wish they were in Fargo, ND. I would highly recommend this dealership and Allen Ward, based on my experience.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2011 Mercury Mariner at Kocourek Ford Lincoln. What a great group of people! They made us feel comfortable from the start. This was the most pleasant (and fun) car buying experience we've ever had. Allen does a great job listening to the customer; we enjoyed working with him. He made an impression on me as a female; often the dealer directs the conversation to the husband only, but not Allen. He talked to me and that's important. We had been at the dealership a couple of times before we made the purchase. After working with Allen, I knew I wanted to purchase our new vehicle from Allen. Bob is very friendly and made sure we knew the inside of the vehicle before we drove it off the lot. Matt was also a great guy, very pleasant, a great personality. Allen Ward was very helpful when we purchased an F150 pickup on December 31, 2011. He listened to our needs concerning the vehicle and produced a truck that fit. During the document signing that accompanies the purchase of a vehicle, Allen checked on our grandchildren, providing them with treats and a drink. Overall, this was one of the more enjoyable experiences I have had when purchasing a vehicle. This dealership puts the fun in buying a car again. This is my second new Ford from Kocourek Ford/Lincoln. I was treated very well, my questions/concerns all were answered professionally. Allen Ward is great in sales. He knows a lot on what he sells, and if he cant answer..he will find out for you. Bob Rowe was amazing. He actually taught me how to operate my Ford Fusion before I left the dealership. If it were not for him, Id still be figuring out my bluetooth. And thank you Lucas Collar (business agent) for the no hidden cost factor. The bottom line was exactly as quoted from Mr. Allen Ward. Allen was very helpful in helping me find the perfect car. Even though I did not have a high list of expectations, he took the time and effort to find a car that fit every need I had. He went through the lot and picked out two cars that he thought would work for me and explained (in high detail!!) why he thought the cars would work. He also explained all the safety features since I have a two year old at home. I also liked the fact that I didn't feel like I was pressured into purchasing; he let me know that I could walk away at any time, which is not an experience I was used to while trying to purchase a new car. Everyone at the dealership was very accommodating and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Thank you for all your help and understanding.

Before I went to any dealerships, I searched online. I found a 2011 Ford Fusion on Kocourek's Ford website, as well as two other vehicles at different dealerships. I went to the other dealerships first to test drive the cars. At the first dealership, the salesperson didn't ask any questions or offer any information on the vehicle -- he just brought the car around and handed me the keys. At the second dealership, the salesperson interrogated me re: where I lived, where I worked, whether I was married, etc. Even though I told him that I was at the dealership to look at a specific vehicle, the sales person insisted on showing me vehicles that were well out of my price range (despite my being clear on that amount from the start).At Kocourek Ford, my mom and I were met straight away by Luke Babcock. He asked what I was looking for in a vehicle, my budget, etc. I mentioned that I was interested in the 2011 Ford Fusion. Before we could get to the vehicle inspection and test-driving part, I received a phone call with news of my sister having been in a serious car accident in Maryland (after two weeks now, she's well on the road to recovery). Luke was fantastic -- he looked up the hospital telephone numbers online, brought tissues for my mom, and expressed concern for my sister and family.Obviously, I didn't purchase a vehicle that day. I did go back, though, and worked with Luke again. I ended up buying the Ford Fusion. Luke was great that day, too. The temperatures were freezing and the wind was fairly whipping. He brought the car into one of the (very clean) service bays so we could inspect the vehicle away from the weather. Luke was very knowledgeable of safety features and performance of the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions.I also worked with Eric Jacobs (finance manager) and Bob Rowe (aftermarket and delivery coordinator). Both of them were great in making the actual purchase go quickly and smoothly. The entire experience was pleasant and hassle-free. I recommend both Luke and the dealership for your next car purchase.

I am extremely happy with the Kocourek car buying experience! I called looking specifically for a vehicle I had found on a Wisconsin website and it listed Kocourek as having it on the lot. When I called the dealership I got Luke as my Sales Consultant. He was friendly and helpful from the start. Luke did a fantastic job of explaining the car's aspects and any questions I had, but most importantly he never pressured me to make decisions. He gave me plenty of time to decide if I wanted to make the purchase. I also had my two children with me and he made them feel like they were a part of the whole "buying a car" process. Also, when it came time to pick-up our new vehicle, Luke came to my home and picked me and my children up so we could get our new car from the dealership!I have purchased cars in the past and I have to say that I could not have asked for a better experience then purchaseing a car from Luke at Kocourek!

We researched Ford Fusion very well prior to purchasing it at Kocoureck. We even went to an idependent mechanic and asked his advice so we knew the model we were looking for. I called Kocourek Ford after visiting their website and reviewing the available vehicles. Mike was the person I spoke to and he was such a character on that phone call and helpful that we decided to see what this dealership had to offer.We live an hour from Wausau and had been test driving vehicles at various dealerships in the area. This was our first visit to Kocourek and we were very impressed. Mike's style of getting to know a potential customer and knowledge of the product he is selling is awesome. When we returned to pick up our new vehicle, we were greeted with a friendly,"Welcome" back and the Fusion's details and electronics were explained in a patient manner. All in all it was a great experience!

This was my first time buying from a dealer-so I was a little nervous. Aaron made us completely at ease from the start. He answered all our questions and I didn't feel like I was "pressured" into buying like I'd felt at other dealer places. As I was driving MY car (yep bought one That was love at first drive) I had a technical problem and my heart started to sink. But Aaron came and saved the day once again and I was off and running. It was both a privilege & pleasure to have had the opportunity to work with Mr. Mike Kohler from Kocurek Ford in Wausau. I HAD been a loyal GM purchaser over the last 15 years (4 vehicles to be exact) but an unpleasant surprise (actually 2) at a dealership where I had bought vehicles before, led my wife and I to look at a Ford product (HEY! She liked the looks and the vehicle was for her!)I walked in the Kocurek Ford-Wausau dealership, not really looking to "buy" a vehicle, just look at one and get some thoughts and ideas. Right away I was pleasantly surprised...I was greeted by Mr. Kohler in a professional, friendly way and never felt "pressured" or "harassed" in any way...I liked the fact that the prices for vehicles were listed in the windshields of each vehicle. I told Mike very directly, firmly and bluntly what I was looking for and asked if the prices were negotiable than that what was shown...he stated "YES" and we chatted and came to a price and options wanted on the vehicle with Mr. Ray Carver's (General Manager) help and guidance. Both of these gentlemen answered numerous questions that I had and were very helpful and patient with me. I went home to talk to my wife and to see if she would stop and see the vehicle chosen (she had previously looked at the Ford website to see what she liked) We went back to meet and talk with Mike and within one hour, decided to purchase the vehicle from him and Kocurek Ford-Wausau.From there, I spoke with Eric Jacobs (Finance Manager)told him what was needed and very quickly, everything was approved, pending my decision.Mike Kohler went out of his way to show my wife EVERYTHING in the vehicle and how different things in it worked...my wife liked his pleasant, non-pressure type of presentation and that he did not treat her differently than he did me. The entire staff at Kocurek Ford (Ray, Eric and especially Mike!) were professional, fun and decent to work with. I do have to be honest, after driving GM products for so long, a Ford seems a little different to my wife and I, yet we cannot say enough GREAT things about the gentlemen we dealt with, especially Mike Kohler at Kocurek Ford and I would strongly recommend dealing with him to anybody looking for a vehicle. I will definitely deal with him again!!! We had a great experience at Kocourek Ford. From the time we walked in to the time the deal was closed. We made the arrangement to purchase a new 2012 Ford Edge, then on the day of the purchase we had a very bad personal experience (nothing to do with the dealership). I was very upset and when we arrived Allen & Eric made it a very easy purchase. They were joking around so much that I forgot the problem that we had.We had so much fun with Allen, he was right to the point and understanding with the problem that we had.I would and we will purchase another vehicle with them.

We have purchased many Fords and since the first dealing with him, have always chosen to deal with Pete Roth. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and fair in pricing so that we don't even have to check other dealers and don't have to do a lot of haggling. This is very valuable to us. When we first saw this Focus, we were in Geneva Switzerland and had seen the Focus at the auto show there. Through email, Pete worked with us to help determine what options were available with which packages. This was not the optimal way to do things, but he was excellent and always patient. When we returned home, we saw him in person and finalized the deal, with him always making sure we had what we wanted.What also helped to make it a perfect experience was the assistance of Bob Rowe. He is wonderful, both with his knowledge of the car, the necessary settings, making all the new technology easily understandable, and being a lot of fun besides. What a nice young man!

Allen's patience in helping me figure out exactly what I wanted from a car, and finding the best vehicle to fit my lifestyle was wonderful. Financing staff did a great job getting me a rate and payment that was affordable. No one was "pushy" or tried to "oversell"me. I have had some pretty bad experiences in my history of car buying: this was NOT one of those. In fact, the entire process from beginning to end was the best I've had. Allen listened to my needs; and when I took time to look elsewhere & decide what I really wanted in a vehicle, he kept in touch by email. The follow through on his part was JUST the right amount--not intrusive or pushy in any way. I felt respected & valued as a customer. I will defnitely seek Kocourek out again, and in particular Allen, when I am ready for my next vehicle. The vehicle itself is good quality & runs great.

Working with Allan Ward was a new and positive experience. I had been looking for a vehicle for many months and worked with many dealers all over the state (and beyond). Instead of the usual speech about how low the price is already and how the dealership cannot afford to go any lower than 'cost', Allen asked what I was looking for in a vehicle. He then suggested a Fusion, which was a something I had not seen before. Walking around the entire car, Allan proved to be knowledgeable and positive about the special safety features of this car and its bumper to bumper construction. He was able to answer my questions about upgrades and changes made from year to year. I was convinced that he knew so much about the car because he, too, thought it was a good product. We never discussed the price because I thought it was fair from the start. However, Allan brought to my attention what the dealership had invested in making sure this used vehicle met dealership standards and was ready to be sold and driven again. He told me that salespeople are not under pressure there because they do not work on commission. I don't know if that was the difference, but I certainly felt relaxed talking to him instead of tense and ready for a confrontation as I had experienced with a couple other dealers. I was impressed that on a Saturday, every employee that needed to be a part of this sale was ready. All were friendly and helpful. The entire place seemed upbeat and I felt that Allan and the others I met were part of a successful team. The equation worked and I bought a car that day. I told Allan that when this Fusion is ready to be replaced I would get in touch with him and take a look at what's new.

I was most pleased with my sales experience at Kocourek Ford Lincoln! My sales rep, Cody Heath, was very knowledgeable and most patient with my questions. Bob Rowe, the Accessories and Delivery Manager gave me all the time I needed as he explained each facet and operation of my new Ford Focus. He also synced my smart phone with my car's blue tooth system for me. Finally, Eric Jacobs, my Authorized Dealer Rep, gave me sufficient information so that I could make a decision that was the best "fit" for me. I most sincerely recommend Kocourek Ford Lincoln and its friendly and knowledgeable representatives to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle in the Wausau area! Allen was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I was happy with my purchase, he also has done a great job of making me feel like a person and not just another sale. He did a great job helping me choose a vehicle that would suit me and my lifestyle. Bob was great showing me how to use all the bells and whistles in my new truck. Luke Babcock was the salesman assisted me. He set my appointment immediately and for the entire afternoon. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, friendly, and had and extremely pleasant nature. Every question was answered thouroughly. It was obvious that he was ready, willing and able to go several extra miles to be sure that all of my needs were met and more. A special quality he has is in not being afraid to say he is not sure and seek the answer. I know I can trust that type of person; they don't make things up as they go. Kocourek Ford Lincoln was very attentive to my families needs for a vehicle. THey reviewed several options with us from basic vehicles to many of the available options to be sure our needs were filled completely. The also remained after normal business hours to be sure all our questiosn were answered and to help give us time to decide about he vehicles. They also searched the dealer network to ultimatly find the vehicle we were looking for right down to the options and color. Easy and fun dealership to work with,especially Pete Roth.

buying this car has been the best experience I ever had in buying a car. Pete was very professional and helpful. He searched for my car, and found the perfect one. I did not feel pressured by him at all. He is very knowledgeable, he knew all the answers to our questions. Allen was very helpful with a previous purchase and I expected the same service but was really impressed with Allens help in finding my new Explorer. He worked very hard to find the right vehicle but none were available and then one came in on the truck that was previously ordered. It was perfect. Bob explained every feature on the Explorer and was very helpful and knowledgeable with vehicle. Matt was very pleasant and helpful with the paper work. As soon as you walk in everyone makes you feel very welcome. Allen did a great joblistening to me about what we wanted. Allen explained everything in terms we couldunderstand, very well. He understands what he is selling. He let us make up our mindswith out any pressure. Bob was very patient and thorough explaining how everything works, even when he had to do it more than once. Whenever I walk in to Kocourek Ford Lincoln I notice one thing immediately and that's how welcome you feel without the sales pressures that you feel from other dealers. All I need to do is tell anyone that I'm looking for "Pete" and they all seem to know if he's busy, or with another customer, or if I can go right in to his office. To me that is the definition of a team. Knowing what each other is doing at all times. I mention "Pete" (Pete Roth) because I have now been dealing with him for 21 years. It is because of his attention to detail, his knowledge of the product and his overall professionalism that has made me a repeat buyer from him for all these years. His straight forward, no nonsense, no hassle sales approach is second to none and it is a style that others look up to. It is a style that has kept me coming back to him time and time again. If you have any type of question he will answer it, or get it answered to your satisfaction in a realistic time frame. I know this because my current vehicle (2011 Ford Explorer Limited) has many, many features on it that I have asked numerous questions about and he has not failed me once on finding me an answer.The whole Kocourek team, from sales to service has treated me with the up most respect and has never let me down. I will not hesitate going back to them when it comes time to buy another new vehicle. I would recommend anyone to the Kocourek team and Pete Roth when asked where they should purchase their next vehicle from.

We worked with Pete Roth, and I want to say it was a totally enjoyable experience. I had looked at the inventory online prior to coming to the dealership and Pete answered my email. He was quick to provide me with pricing, which was something I was not able to get from other area dealers. I appreciated that and it was the deciding factor on which dealership I would visit first. Pete went over the vehicle extremely thoroughly before we went for a test drive. I already knew that I loved the style of the Escape and the demonstration and test drive really sold me on it. Once we were done with the test drive it was a matter of agreeing on a price. It was a very easy process. Pete answered all of our questions without using any sales pressure tactics. I decided that I would not need to visit any other dealers because I felt I was being treated so fairly and that Pete was doing his absolute best to help me get my Escape for the best price. I walked out of the dealership feeling very good about my decision. Pete has since followed up with numerous emails and phone calls to make sure that I continue to be happy with my purchase. I believe that there is nothing better than good customer service, and I received excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend that anyone looking to purchase a new Ford would not only visit the Kocourek dealership, but that they would specifically ask for Pete Roth.

Allen did an excellent job of helping us decide on our Ford Fusion. He was polite, honest, up-front and extremely knowledgable. He treated us with respect and didn't pressure us into making a decision that we were not ready to make. He has followed up with numerous e-mails pertaining to our purchase and has been readily available to answer any questions or concerns that we have had since purcasing our Fusion. How wonderful to still have someone care after you have walked out the door. We originally purchased a Dodge Journey from the Kocourek Kia. We had a lot of problems with the car and so we took the car up to the Kocourek Ford dealership to see what options we had. We worked with Ray and Mike and they were awesome. They bought our car back and Mike helped us pick out a new car. Mike answered any questions we had about any of the cars we looked at. Eric worked with us on the money end of the deal, He was great. Answered all of the questions I had and made sure I understood everything before I left the dealership. From the time we stepped into the dealership they were all about making it right.

We recently bought a used Mercury Grand Marquis form Kocourek Ford. During the purchase process we were treated great and were very happy about that experience. When you are buying a vehicle from any of Kocourek's dealerships you are treated like a very important "Guest" as the dealership calls all their customers. We actually drove over 3 hours form home to buy a car from Kocourek because we heard such great things about them. They have a well deserved reputation. We were very impressed with the help we recieved from Jori Lundgren and Keith Kocourek. In this day and age you don't often see the owner of a large business go out of there way to make a single customer happy. Hats off to Keith and the team at Kocourek Automotive. You can buy there with confidence.
