Dealership is very clean, organized, helpful. Great vehicle selection, willing to help us find the right vehicle but process to pickup vehicle is drawn out and should be more condensed.

I found a vehicle that I was interested in on the internet. I had concerns purchasing a used vehicle from a dealer a couple of hours away from where I live. The process went very smoothly. Adam Byers was great to work with. We did a lot of correspondence via email before I made the trip to look at and ultimately purchase the vehicle. All my questions were quickly answered via email as I wanted to be fully prepared when I visited the dealership. I felt very confident in my decision to purchase and am very happy with my new SUV.

I was initially a bit nervous about buying a car across state lines given that I did not know much about the dealer network I was buying from. However, Adam and team answered all of my questions prior to me driving the vehicle I was interested in. We were even able to hammer out most of the details of my trade-in and purchase via email. By the time I visited all either party needed to do was test drive the cars and sign the paperwork. The facility was clean, brightly lit and I was greeted promptly. During the buying process they handled all of the paperwork very quickly. I was anticipating a much longer stay, but the whole process took about 2 hours. All of the staff seemed knowledgeable about the products and the process, all with a friendly Midwestern approach. Whether you're in Wisconsin or not, I would recommend checking out one of their dealers.

The experience l had working with Tracy on looking for a car was great. She made the process so stress free and exciting! She was able to find me the prefect car which was a 2010 toyota corolla that was exactly what I was looking for. Kurt in finance did a great job getting me through the paperwork finishing off the stress free experience.

I traveled from St. Louis to Wausau to purchase my car from Kocourek, and it was worth the drive. From my initial talks with Cayla, to closing the paper work with Greg, the whole process was seamless and hassle free. Whenever you travel to get a car, you worry about whether the dealership will honor the price they quote for your trade-in. They know that there is a chance that you might tolerate them lowering the quote on you for whatever reason just because you drove all that way and don't want to drive back in the car you came in. Cayla and Greg stuck to our deal and never tried to spin me in anyway. I would make the drive again down the road. Highly recommended for any prospective buyers.

The support i received from all at Kocourek was outstanding when i was looking into a new Audi. From the response time of the sales and financing teams, to the readiness of my new vehicle when we arrived to pick up. We traveled 2.5 hours to make the deal and all was handled professionally and quickly. I wish we were closer to have them handle routine maintenance as well.

Working with Cayla was a treat. There were no hard sell tactics, just helpful information and a genuine desire to serve the customer. This was like no other car buying experience I've ever had! The dealership staff were all very good and the facility is customer friendly and inviting. I will easily recommend Kocourek to others who was considering a vehicle purchase!

My Fiance' and I had an excellent experience here this past Saturday. The Kocourek Wausau Import Team that helped us was phenomenal from the time we got there to the time we left, driving away with our new (used) vehicle. Tracy, Curtis, and Greg did everything possible to make us feel completely comfortable and at ease with the whole experience. I was pretty certain I had wanted the Hyundai Tuscon that we first test drove but also wanted to test out a Chevy Equinox. They wanted to make sure we were completely happy with our purchase so they had an Equinox brought over from the Kocourek Chevrolet dealer for us to test drive, just so there would be no doubts in our minds. The customer service, professionalism, courtesy they showed us, and pricing of the vehicle all get 5 stars from us! Thank you very much!

I am 18 years old and just purchased my second car. It is a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta. Although I've only had it for a few days, my overall first impression of the car has been great. It handles really well and has a lot of power. It has plenty of space and the seats are really comfortable. It's a regular fueled car, not diesel and the gas mileage is fantastic. The only disappointments I've come across so far are nothing that affect the performance of the car itself. I wish it had a sun roof and heated seats would be a nice addition. If you live in the area and are looking for a car (used or new), I definitely recommend visiting this dealership! Everyone that worked with me was so caring and friendly. They truly wanted what was best for ME and I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase.

We walked into this dealership with one thing in mind and that was to not feel pressured into buying a vehicle. Emily came out and genuinely greeted us and really just wanted to get t o know what we were looking for and how she could help. She had an interest in helping us make the vehicle purchase that was going to meet both our family needs, but also our financial expectations. After finding that "one" vehicle that we were certain we wanted, she worked several hours to make it happen. She worked hard for us, and even with the several phone calls that went back and fourth about she always followed up and stuck to her word of making it happen. We have never had a car buying experience like this.... She not only gained our business, but she will be the first person I recommend to anyone looking for your next car. Second time I inquired about a car they had listed on multiple sites only to find out they were sold. The second one they still have listed over a week after they told me it was sold. You are wasting your time looking at cars they have listed.

Have bought two cars here, for my wife and daughter. Will most likely return for a third when the time's right. They do an excellent job of providing information on the cars we're interestedn. No mysteries. I haven't been "sold to," I've been "offered opportunities." There's a big difference. Service has been professional, prompt and thorough. They take the time that's necessary to meet your needs, and then some.

I was very interested in a vehicle they had listed on several car classified sites, cash in hand. I called on it and had everything set up, sight unseen, THEN the sales manager decided not to sell the car at all. What?! That is not how I would do business. Why list it on multiple websites if you don't want to sell it, or will lose money on it because you paid too much as trade. Horrible customer service and clueless personnel.
