I was looking for a new car for some time and went to several dealers before driving into the Kocourek Kia dealership. I wasn't planning on buying a vehicle that day just checking them out. I was met by DJ Satterfield and was wowed by the personal service and time that he took in helping me to find the vehicle that was right for me. DJ spent time going over the vehicle at the dealership as well as while we were on the test drive. He explained the buying process and offered advice that I have not received from any other dealership. His sales philosophy was to help not be pushy and try to complete the sale. One of the many reasons that I left the dealership the proud owner of a Kia Soul. The paperwork process was quick and seamless. When I picked up my Soul, Tyler spent time going through each and every feature of the vehicle versus me trying to figure out features. I had some added upgrades to the vehicle and had the opportunity to experience the quality service from the Service Department. Everyone is friendly and while these upgrades were being installed several members of the Sales staff came over to talk to my son an I and recalled our first names and the activities my son was involved in and stopped by for personal conversation. This truly reflects the Kocourek philosophy in my mind, is that they are there to ensure their customers have a personal and satisfying experience. We leased our Nissan Altima from Kocourek in 2014, but now in 2016 we were beginning to be over our miles allotted and the lease was not done yet for another 6-7 months. We worked with DJ. He was courteous, patient and professional! He was able to get us out of our lease early with no penalties, and get us into a vehicle we REALLY wanted/needed and negotiated a payment with the finance department that was better than "it should have been". Our payments were a bit higher than before though, but the vehicle we chose was bigger. We love our new Kia Sedona LX!

Excellence service. Professional staff. Told me that I would be out In two hours and I was. Kept me informed as to what was happening. Pleasant waiting room. I stayed even tho I was offered a ride anywhere I wanted to go. Excellent coffee and cold water.

Lance and Tom made the sale a very nice experience , very impressed with the facility ,cleanest I have ever been at , very impressed with the quality of the car. we had a little hiccup when we started for home and Lance explained the issue to me, keep up the good work because we are both very happy !

I had front wheel bearing service done to my 2002 Kia Rio. Prior to the service being done I took the car in for a service inspection. They went over the vehicle and provided an estimate on the bearing repair and also advised on some other repairs that will be needed soon. Since I do some of my own service I opted to have just the bearing replaced. The service estimate was done at no charge and I was provided with an estimate for the work. The work was done the following week and it came in slightly under estimate. I feel Kocourek has a great approach to vehicle service. They perform a multi-point vehicle inspection present you with items that need to be repaired. You then have the option of what service(s) you want done. There was never any pressure to have additional work done. While waiting for my service to be completed I heard the service staff talking to other customers having the inspection done. In every case they presented the findings and made suggestions and answered the customer's questions. Again there was never any pressure placed on the customer to have work performed which I've seen happen at other places telling the customer they "must have something done now"

My Kia needed an oil change, but they found that I needed work done on the brakes. It took about 3 hours to complete. The staff are professional and friendly.

I received excellent service from Jerald and his entire crew. He clearly explained what services were necessary, and what services were recommended. He made sure that the costs for the expert work done were reasonable. (The detailing crew even washed and dried the vehicle and had it in showroom condition before my pick-up!) His professionalism and personable nature earned my return service business in the future. Jim, the Kocourek Nissan Kia courtesy driver, was punctual and pleasant and rounded out an overall top-notch experience.

My Kia was found to need a more major repair than the oil change I had planned on. Parts needed to be ordered, etc. I live 1 hour away from the dealership so transportation was going to be a problem. The service rep arranged for a rental, covered by the extended warranty, and provided transportation to the rental office. I didn't have to do a thing! This is the first dealer that I consistently take my car back to. Prices for service work are competitive and service is outstanding.

Excellent. They had estimated it would take about 3 hours for service and it ended up being a little more than 2 hours. Was happy about that.

Customer service is excellent. DJ is vary helpful and reassuring got me the best price I could have gotten for my car. The mechanics are vary helpful. Oil change went well, had a little sound in my steering wheel. Probably just condensation but they looked at it for free anyways. Lubed it all up checked the seals seems to be all better.

Just want to say that D.J. is a great asset to Kocourek Kia. D.J. went far beyond what we have experienced from other car dealerships. He went over our needs and wants, to put us in the right car. After the sale he called to see if we had any questions and how we liked the car. When we came in for our 5,000 mile check up he acknowledged us and asked if we had any questions and went over a few of the setups we needed. Thanks D.J. we would do business with you again and recommend you to anyone looking for a new car.

My 75 year old Mother took her Nissan Altima here for service. She was told that her car was in need of $3000!!!!!!!! In repairs. She was also told her car was unsafe to drive. She took the car to another mechanic, where she was told the cost would be $400. Please be aware of this dealership. Obviously no ethics at all.

Dj Satterfield was quick to respond to my request for information. He was very polite and quite personable. He was always asking if I had any quetions and he stayed an hour after closing to complete the process. Tom also stayed late and really worked to get a payment I could afford. I appreciate both of their help and understanding. I would highly recommend Kocourek.

Had a great experience working with DJ and the kocourek team. Stopped at their Nissan branch and wound up leaving with a titan. Had a great time and everybody was very courteous and polite. I would go back next time I need new wheels.

We have been considering replacing our 5 year old Nissan Rogue. We test drove a vehicle at a rival dealership, liked it, but wanted to keep our options open. We wanted to test drive a couple of cars at the Kocourek Nissan/Kia. The moment we arrived at the dealership we were treated with the utmost consideration. As we were waiting for DJ Satterfield to get a car ready to testdrive we seen the new version of the Nissan Rouge. Long story short we leased that vehicle. DJ was a pleasure to work with. Tom Thorson business manager and Dj were very helpful in answering all our questions before during and after. I would highly reccomend visiting Kocourek Nissan/Kia if you are thinking of purchasing a new or used vehicle.

I have never been a fan of the car buying process but right when i walked into Koucerek Nissan/Kia I felt welcomed. DJ made my experience enjoyable & stress free, he was also very patient with me and my unending amount of questions & made sure that before I left I was completely comfortable with my car decision. He listened to our needs for a family car and made sure we had safe & reliable transportion for our new baby. I will refer anyone I know who is in the market for a car to DJ.

just want to say I am extremely impressed with Al Spindler at Kocourek Kia. we weren't even serious about a new vehicle when we stopped to see what's available. after talking with Al for a bit, we went home feeling comfortable and knew we were buying now. no pressure, very knowledgeable, and he was able to answer all questions. upon delivery, al spent time going over every option, and made sure we were comfortable with our new ride. ask for Al if you are in the market for a vehicle. tom in finance was very helpful also. again, no high pressure sales tactics. thanks guys

I live about 3 hours away from the dealership and had called to make an appointment to purchase a vehicle. I had made it VERY clear I was purchasing the vehicle and that I was traveling 3 hours. Called the night before, and I was told the car is still available. So the day of the purchase I drove the 3 hours to purchase the vehicle and when I got there I was told the vehicle had been sold....:THE NIGHT BEFORE. NO CALL. I expressed my upset with the lack of communication, especially since I asked if the vehicle was still available. The manager I spoke with (Tony) was very unhelpful. Excuses, excuses. There was an excuse for every reason of not telling me the vehicle was sold, why I was unable to put a deposit on the vehicle, and the timeliness of the company was just terrible. I will never do business with this company again.

D.J. Satterfield was my sales person and I just can't say enough good about him and his excellent knowledge and professionalism. He did excellent for me and I didn't have to stay 4 hours like other dealerships. Also Tom Thorson was excellent with the financing. I love my experience and I love my new Nissan Altima. Go Kocourek. I have dealt with Kocourek in the past and they are an excellent dealership. No stuffy people there. They understand you and don't make you feel below them but above them.

The salesman did not explain the car fax. I had to have my like new car serviced 5 times for repair already in the lst 1 1/2 years. (Head gasket). Told me at purchase it was a trade-in when they bought it from auction. I was also told by service that the head gasket was because of the raditor postion in the vehicle which causes thecoolant to evaporate. Whatever lies lies lies lies. I will Never never never ever ever ever ever buy a vehicle from any dealership related with kocourek.

I picked out the car I wanted. Thought the best financing was through my own bank. Turns out my own bank would not even finance me. Talked to Toni, gave her my information she called me back an hour later and said to come pick it up. To top it off financing was cheaper than what my own bank was advertising. ! That's great service! I love my Altima!

I went to kocourek because I wanted to buy a car from a dealer that would last me a while and I was tired of buying cars from owners that kept breaking down. BIG MISTAKE. I told kocourek that I had a strict price limit of 10,000 dollars, including tax title and license. Appearently 10 thousand in my book is 13 thousand in their book! I have never purchased a car from a dealer before and had no one with me so I was alone on this one. And boy did they take advantage of it. I went back up to them a couple weeks after I purchased my car and asked if their was anything they could do to help me get lower payments or a cheaper car and they made no effort to try and help me, they told me their was nothing they could do so I am on my own. I am 19 and they could have at least cut me some slack. Thanks to them, I now had to move back into my parents because I cannot afford my car payments and live on my own too. I will NEVER go back to them. They don't care about you at all, they only care about your money. Oh and another thing, one of the cars I looked at I asked if they would go down in price, and knowing that I am only 19 and the probably didn't know anything about buying cars, told me that they don't lower the prices on any of their cars, that the price that is on them is as low as they will go. I may not be too smart with buying cars but I am not that stupid. I would be ashamed if I worked for them

I am very happy with my recent Kia Soul. I first came in to look at a online vehicle that had been sold. Ted offered me another option after I explained what I was looking for. He gave reasons why a Kia Soul could be a fit. I took a used one for a test drive. Loved it. Did my finances since it was more than what I planned on spending. Once I decided to purchase I came back and the used kia was sold. I was thinking it was a dead end until Ted called and offered up a new base Kia for not much more. Even though I was not planning on buying new I gave it a test ride. Because of trade-in price, follow up, friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care shown toward putting me into a safe reliable vehicle, I chose to purchase from Ted and Tom. Never once did I feel anything less than appreciated and was never "pressured" into buying. I would definitely recommend this duo to anyone if they are looking for a new/ used car.
