Purchase was easy service department not so much problems with my Ford Focus since I bought it every time I have an issue they give me attitude and a hard time last time they installed a battery did a checklist my brakes were at 8 within a month I heard a sound called for service couldn’t get car in and my brakes failed the garage I took it to said I had 0 (zero) brake

The service department was so helpful! I had a punctured tire and did not want to drive a hour and a half back on it. They checked it as a walk in and patched it up and checked the pressure for me. No charge for their time. Thank you so much!

I bought a used 2015 fusion in April 2015 (approximately 16,000 miles)& I already need new tires and brakes and I only put about 6,000 miles on it! Seriously, pre certified 172 point inspection my butt! Wouldn't think you would need new tires and brakes on a 2015 less than a year later. Oh and rearview mirror is loose and I was told its not under warranty because the previous owners had the windshield replaced, that it's not their responsibility. This was never disclosed to me when purchased and how is that my problem, they bought it from them and sold it to me! Had it inspected there in March, brought it in for shaking while driving and braking, they cleaned front rotors of corrosion, balanced my tires and a month later back brakes are metal to metal after inspection.....how'd they miss that, seriously they had to take all four tires off to balance them and I would think you would inspect the tire area when removing and replacing tires. No satisfaction, just a raw deal ...... Next car won't be a ford! Stay away from Koerner.... Dishonest & rude!

We could not locate a focus in the area. We called Koerner and a vehicle was located. We bought site unseen. The rebates/friends & family pricing helped us seal the deal. The finance manager helped us get the best rate possible. Everyone from the sales person Cheryl to the finance manager was wonderful. We will definitely look to Koerner again.

Most often car salesman fake their way through the sale as they only know the very basics of their product. Ben is good at his job and knows the details of the product. I was referred there by a friend who got a decent deal on a car, upon arriving I met a 'nice' guy who asked my target monthly price and what I was looking for. I felt well taken care and he told me that he got me exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted and even told me a low apr. he printed up all the paper work, proceeded to rush me through signing it not explaining anything to me so I had to take it upon myself to carefully read everything only to find out my monthly price was NO WHERE near what he said it was, in fact OVER $150 MORE! and I had a sky rocketed apr! When I snapped and asked why it was like this he got very defensive and unprofessional. The manager semi tried to smooth things over but I could see he was just another con artist too. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I leased the 2016 Ford Escape, asked to have the remote car starter and heated seats added - which was done with no issues. I was also asking for power seats, but my salesman helped me to see that as the only driver of the vehicle, I'd only be adjusting the drivers seat once, and that to get powerseats I'd have to move up to the Titanium model. This saved me thousands of dollars. I really appreciated his honesty and looking out for my best interest.

I first purchased a Focus in 2007 to replace a 2006 Focus that was totaled. Since then I have purchased/leased a 2012 Focus, a 2012 Fiesta, a 2014 Focus, and a 2015 Fiesta. I had a great experience buying my Ford Fusion ,, Eric was great I loved the shuttle, he dropped me at my office and then picked me up once the car was ready .My only complaint is checking into the service desk, busy morning and the wait was ok but the thing that bothered me was the smell.it was hard to breath , I cannot image working there all day , the woman behind me and also the gentleman behind her all made the same comment. I would hope that Koerner could make some changes to their check in area..

We had a problem with the vehicle and it broke down in Long Island. We had vehicle repaired at dealership in Long Island. Within 4 days the check engine light came on. We took the vehicle to Koerner and they found out what the Long Island dealership forgot to do. They were very sympathetic and helpful. The repair was done in one day. The car runs GREAT now. We trust Koerner. We are completely satisfied.

We just purchased our second car with Ben Raymond and are very happy. Ben is most definitely the best salesman I've had over the years. He is fair, straight forward and very nice. Koerner Ford has made us repeat customers and I plan on purchasing from them many times in the future. Their facilities are not the sparkling, overly renovated facilities you find at some of their competing Ford dealers, but don't let that hold you back from purchasing there. Koerner has always offered the best deals to us, been quick and made the experience as painless as possible so it more then makes up for some of the other fancier showrooms that only hit you in the wallet when you go to negotiate.

I took the car in for a recall. Service mgr told me I had a free oil change due(of which I was aware)and whether I wished it done at the same time. I am time limited because I need to get back to my wife at home who is disable. the mgr said I get you sevice with in an hour which was fine. In fact it was about a little over a Half hour.I am happy to be back with Ford. I love my Escape and it is easy to get my wife into the vehicle. Good car for disable.

Customer service is, was and has been excellent each and every time I have had to go in for no matter what kind of serive I have had to have done. This last tome just happen to be for an inspection put was treated and given care and importance if it was a major repair, etc. The girl at the service desk this last time (not the one who is usually there) take time to look up information for me regareding a rebate I had coming and was extremely helpful and pleasant. The sevice manager is also very helpful as are all the others. For as busy and I'm sure stressful at times that there jobs are, it's a good feeling to know that I'm still going to get excellent customer service whether I'm buying a car or having service done to my car. The salesmen here at this dealership will lie and use double talk to get you to agree with a deal and then change terms of the contract and act as if you would not notice. Then the will give empty promises and when you call on them to fulfill the promise will ask you "why" did you not put it in writing. They are xxxxxxxx.

This is my second purchase from Koerner. My first being a 2003 Ford Taurus purchased in October of 2011. I recently purchased a 2010 Ford Escape and I absolutely love my new car. Its perfect for the infamous CNY winters that we've had as of late. My son recently purchased a 2005 Saturn VUE SUV in which he loves. My only complaint was that my car was not thoroughly detailed prior to delivery. Some smudges and dust along with leaves and twigs when I lifted the hatch. Otherwise I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Our Saleswoman, Cheryl White was very very helpful and considerate of our needs. She was fast to serve us and answer our questions. My experience with Koerner Ford on Thursday, May 7th was outstanding in every positive way. My appointment to have the car serviced was scheduled for 8:30 am. I checked into the service department at 8:25, the paperwork was done and I was back at my house in Cicero, NY by 8:50 am, courtesy of a complimentary ride home. I was notified at 3 pm that the service required would be completed within an hour, and that a driver provided by the dealership would arrive at my house in about an hour. It happened just as Koerner said it would. It took me less than 5 minutes to receive the service paperwork and be on my way home.My car performs very well now. I received great service from every Koerner employee that was courteous, professional and prompt.I am one VERY satisfied Koerner customer! Thank you!

I've purchased 4 Ford vehicles from Koerner since 2000. My latest Focus (2013) got serviced on May 7, 2015. The service was truly excellent on every level! My appointment was at 8:30 am; I was back at my home via transportation provided by Koerner Ford by 9 am. Another driver picked me up at 4:15 to get back to the dealership. Both drivers (Durrell and K?) were pleasant and very courteous. The service desk (Aleesha Bowles) and the cashier were very professional, pleasant and efficient. I'm not sure who worked on my car, but they did a great job! My Focus is working very well and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work done on my car. Thank you, Koerner Ford!

I purchased a 2012 Ford Focus. To start the process, I sent an email to Scott who is the online sales person. Scott promptly got back to me with all requested information and I was able to get in quickly for a test drive. Scott allowed me freedom to actually drive the car on the test drive to see the true performance of the car. Following the test drive, Scott quickly hit into paperwork and before I knew it, I had a great offer for the car. I made my down payment and shortly after I was driving off the lot in my vehicle. I would 100% recommend Koerner Ford to anyone and Scott in particular. He kept the process easy going and was fun to work with.

Koerner Ford was extremely helpful in securing the parts and making the necessary repairs on an exhaust system that seemed to fail prematurely (very low mileage) and was not covered by the extended warranty on my 2010 F-150. They also felt the failure was premature as they offered to share in the repair cost even though I had not asked for any compensation.

All of the service staff were great! However, this was my second recall on this car already and each time I leave the service dept. I find more trouble with my bluetooth and I haven't seen more than 28 miles to the gallon since I left my last recall repair appointment and I leased a Hybrid. Does this seem odd?? My vehicle was stolen and had to be replace. I neglected to notice that the new Explorer did not have a bike rack place to install my under number bike rack. I was headed from Park City , UT to CA after car was shipped from VA to Park City Utah. Went to place bike rack on vehicle for drive to Santa Barbara when I noticed no place to install rack from the under bumper. Yikes!!!!!!!! why did I not notice this before. I think it would be helpful to point out any feature that is notincluded in new vehicle. I did not have old vehicle sticker to compare to the new so never noticed it. We love our Ford dealership in Syracuse and would never think of buying any where else. Maybe I should have asked for identical vehicleor left my husband home.

Saleswoman Cheryl was very good - haven't driven the car enough to have an opinion - but it is definitely a lighter/smaller car than my Edge - it will take some getting used to. The only issue was that all of my tires had to have air-they only had 25 lbs - needed 36 according to the chart on the door. I wondered why the ride home felt bumpy - then I realized I was getting a low tire message. Driver's side door has to be slammed to be shut and I only got 19 mpg after I filled up. I love the style and I was happy with the sales team. I look forward to seeing how the service department is.

The service that we had was just fine up until the time I had to come and pick the car up!! When I went out to the car, the interior of the car had dirt and grease all over the seats!! That is not how I brought the car in there. I was shocked that they would allow me to even take the car with it being as dirty as it was. I went back in to tell them about it. They did have someone come and clean the seats but once everything was dried the next day, it still was not as clean as when I brought it to the shop!! Also, a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses had been in the car and when they were cleaning they must have sat on them or something, because now they are damaged too!!Not at all happy with any of this!!

Scott was incredibly arrogant. As a matter of fact, everyone there was. I told them I could not buy without my husband and they were very pushy that I should buy anyway. To the point of lying to me saying I could buy the car, bring it home and if my husband didn't like it they would tear up the contract. Sorry boys...I'm not that stupid.

I bought a 2002 ford explorer from this dealership. It was clean and looked good.. but that is about it.. 2 days after I took delivery of the vehicle the engine light came on. I called the dealership and let them know. Due to my job I was not able to get it in right away. Well another week went by and I realized a annoying noise coming from the rear of the explorer.... come to. Find out the rear end was bad.... didn't even have it a month yet.... then I noticed several other things wrong with it that should have been taken care of before the vehicle was put out for sale. When I was able to get the vehicle in for repair. I was given a hard time and had to argue with the sales dept. Finally the rear end was taken care of , but the warranty I purchased took care of the cost when I believe the dealership should of. They tried to tell me that the dealership does not put a warranty on a vehicle over 100,000 miles. Which I believe the Nys lemon law states 30 days or 1000 miles which ever comes 1st. There are transmission problems with this vehicle and noise in the engine upon excelleration....which they said there was nothing there.... to top it off after they replaced the ring and pinion gears in the rear end they failed to tighten the filler plug which allowed gear oil to come out.. I caught it before it was too late.... so I must say beware of this dealer...

I have purchased four vehicles at Koerner Ford and I have all of my service performed at the dealership. Everyone at Koerner is great and I've never had a bad experience there. Melissa Place and Dave Allsop (sales) are always very pleasant, helpful and easy to speak with. Getting an appointment for service is never a problem either. Joe Potocnak (service) assists me on a regular basis, getting me in and out for oil changes, inspections, etc.. He is great to work with. The staff is always busy there and you never see anyone just sitting around. I don't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone. They sell great products and provide excellent service.

Called ahead-Joe advised to bring car in Tues.Explained problem-smell intermitten, maybe brake hang up.Offered me a ride home, I waited in room and read newspaper.Joe advised me "caliper" hanging up, needs replacement.Joe told me it's covered by warranty. Also, originally I went inn to have snow tires off ,this was done also. I needed inspection and oil changes on three vehicles. I called Monday morning and was told to come right down. As soon as one was finished, we brought down the next one. We only had to keep one there overnight as it needed a maintenance package check and a transmission flush. Three vehicles in 2 days...wonderful. And it's not as if they were waiting around for customers, they were busy the whole time and managed to take care of me and the other customers that came to the desk. Joe Potocnak handled each case with grace and patience. I will surely return there for my next service appointment. And I love that they wash the vehicle before pick-up, too.

I went to Koerner Ford looking to lease a Focus. Although the dealership was a little run down that quickly became second nature when I met Bryan Gervais. He greeted me with enthusiasm and seemed genuinely happy to help. He had a charming demeanor and a slight accent which was pleasant. Everytime I call to make my appointment, Joe remembers me and is extreamly friendly and proffessional. I drop my car off at 7:30am and it is done a couple of hours later. Again, Joe calls me to tell me its done. He always has a smile on his face. This service department is the best I have ever been to!

The friendly staff at Koerner Ford made the experience of renewing our lease on our Explorer more stress-free and fun. They had the exact vehicle we were looking for at a price we were very happy with. We've been dealing with Mellissa Place for years but she was recently promoted. We were treated with respect the minute we walked in the door. Cheryl was not pushy when we first contacted her about a month before we bought our car. Once we came in to buy the car, the negotiation went smoothly and didn't take hours. I was pleased with how quickly they took care of a few little after the sale items. I have moved from Italy to Syracuse last August. I was looking for a second hand car and I was aware of how difficult it could be if you do not know and trust the dealer. I entered query on-line and Eric Scanna promptly responded last year. I was interested in a particular Ford but he explained the reasoning why I would be better suited in a different model as I am very tall! There was a 2012 Ford Fusion on the floor our family fell in love with but thought we could not afford it. Suprisingly, we could! I had been driving various Hondas for a year and Eric's kindness and guidance were tremendous help in our decision. The finance woman came over and was able to provide us with an additional discount. I receive 26mpg City and on our first trip to Lancaster, PA, we received a whopping 32! I have the Boardeaux Red and it shimmers. It had all the bells and whistles and to this day, people tell me what a beautiful car it is! I would HIGHLY recommend Eric Scanna-you won't be disappointed!

Ben did everything he could to let me know about every cost saving thing out there, things I was not aware of. He got my special order in and got the car delivered ahead of schedule. Picking the car up was easy and all the paperwork was done in about a half an hour. The old car I had had some rattles and he diagnosed that problem in 1 minute. Another dealer could not find the cause after 5 visits to the shop.

I was comparing fords against chevys and toyota, and cheryl explained the benefits of the ford escape over the comparablecompitition. After a lengthy test drive in the new escape, Koerner ford and Cheryl were able to meet my desired payment, by offering more for my trade than chevy or toyota. Before leaving with my new escape, I was introduced to the sales manager, and service manager, and felt koerner ford was a friendly and professional place to do business. I made a good choice, thanks to Cheryl, and I love my new escape.

I walked into KOERNER ford and was greeted by Brian Gervais, immediately with a handshake an an introduction. Brian was informative about the vehicle that I was interested in and showed me one on the lot. We drove a Fusion around the area and I fell in love with the vehicle. Brian was respectful and did not use pressure tactics to proceed to sell or lease me a vehicle. That's what I liked most about Brian. The other people at Koener Ford were also friendly and looked like they enjoyed working at Koerner Ford.I especially liked the fact that my time was not being waisted on the sales tactics that are crass and time consuming by Koerner Ford while dealing with Brian. Pressure tactics turn customers off and make them irritated to a boiling point. It was, on the whole, a great experience. There was no initial intention to lease a car at this moment, but Cheryl did a terrific job pointing out why doing so now was the best possible deal I could get, and though skeptical at first, I eventually agreed and discovered that it does get rid of a lot of headaches down the road. I got a chance to test-drive the actual car I purchased (don't know if that's always done), and found it wonderful. Though it all happened so quickly, it still is quite satisfying, and for that I credit Cheryl and everyone at Koerner who, since I first leased a Ford in 2010, has made me feel like part of a special family.

I've purchased at least 5 vehicles from Koerner and have referred friends and family. Sales and service is outstanding. Pricing is always competitive. Sales personnel followed up well after the time of sale to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicles purchased. Sales also followed up to ensure that regularly scheduled service was handled to my satisfaction. Service department performs the service in a timely fashion, and calls prior to performing any significant repair so there are no surprises when picking up the vehicle. Too bad more dealerships don't understand that communication is key. Koerner gets it.

I would highly recommend this dealership. It is hard to find a dealer that cares as much after the sale as they do conducting one. I cannot remember the last time I have had a call back from a manager and sales pro asking if everything is OK and to call them personally if I need anything in the way or warranty, or service, or dissatisfied in any way.

I have purchased/leased 8 cars/trucks over 20 years at Koerner Ford. I have found Dave Allsop to be honest, helpful, always available and has solved several problems for me. In fact when Don's Ford of Utica, N.Y. refused to help me with a vehicle they sold me, I turned to Dave and he fixed Don's ford problem. I will NEVER deal with Don's Ford again. I will only deal with Dave at Koerners. He exemplifies what a true salesman should be. Dave wants a customer for life, not just a sale.

Whenever I call for service I get in right away and the car is always fixed right. My car has 117,000 miles on it and all the service has been done at Koerner. They never recommend anything that isn't needed. I trust them to fix it right the first time.

Joe is, by far, one of the best Service Advisors I have ever worked with. He knows customers by name and is always super friendly. I have met Service people who talk down to women but Joe is always willing to listen and get you the service that you need. I keep coming back to Koerner Ford because of the Service Department. I am very pleased with my experience at this dealership. As a college student buying a car for the first time, I would immediately assume salespeople would want to take advantage of me. I found this not to be the case. They were warm and helpful and help me understand my options. I would certainly be back to look at another Ford at this dealership in the future.
