I was in the market for a used car and had a budget that i needed to stick to. I went to kokomo auto world and was approached by garry boyer. We (myself and my co-signer) explained our situation to him and also asked about any lease deals they might have. He suggested a toyota corolla. I drove it and loved it. Both Garry and Chris Scott worked hard to adhere to my budget. My payment is only a little higher than the number i gave him, but my deal came with a free maintenance package for 2 years so it was definitely worth it. Garry was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to really care.

My husband and I had been dealing with many recalls on our barely 4 year old vehicle and had enough. The car ran well, but the recalls and the time that we had to wait for the car to be repaired were too much. After our most recent fix at the dealership, we decided to see if Kokomo Auto World would be able to help us. We already had one vehicle leased with them and were very pleased. I did not think we would be able to trade in my car and receive another lease. I felt as though I should be playing a game show.Garry Boyer did not make me feel as though I was on a game show. He asked me a lot of questions about what I wanted in a vehicle before pulling up a car for a test drive. I knew I was driving a superior car to my current one, but still questioned Garry's confidence in being able to help us.My game show turned into a reality. Garry and his manager worked out all the details and I was able to drive away in a beautiful car and not have to pay more per month.VERY pleased with Garry (and Owen.. thanks again!).My children and I always name the cars we own. Yoshi means "the best" in Japanese. It was only fitting that we named this vehicle Yoshima - the female version of Yoshi (don't ask how I know it's a girl).

The employees at kokomo auto world were very helpful in finding us a great car that met our needs yet was reasonable on price. Each car we asked about Justin messersmith knew much information on, not just what the paper in the window said. They were eager to let us test drive the cars. We didn't feel pressured in buying either. We feel we got the best deal from the best place and enjoy riding around in our new Honda civic!!!!

It is so refreshing to find a Sales Consultant that accommodates the customer. I was shown the Car Fax, was treated honestly, respectfully, and given all the information I needed to buy a GOOD car. The financial aspects were taken care of, with just as much consideration. I wasn't treated like "a stupid woman" and I was never made to feel like anyone was trying to hide anything from me. I have dealt with another local dealer for at least fifteen years, but, they can't touch the level of satisfaction I walked away with, after dealing with Kokomo Auto World. I will go back to Kokomo Auto World, and I will refer family and friends.

Kody is very patient and helpful during selection process. We drove multiple vehicles to compare them. There are many vehicles to choose from. The prices vary... some are good and some are not so good. You need to do your home work. We ended up not buying our car since we could not agree with the total price. There are too many add-ons after the price of the vehicle. The price offered at the dealership is higher than promise advertised price at online car buying websites. Kody called back the next morning to make another offer, but we already found our car elsewhere.

I was quickly helped and given several cars in my price range. I was not shown anything that did not meet the four criteria's that were important to me. I felt that John Wayne went above and beyond to give me to time and options I needed to make the decision that met my needs. He spent the entire day making sure I was satisfied. I would recommend him to anyone buying a car. Owen was also very helpful on the financial end. He explained so many details to us on our previous purchase (totaled car) that was beneficial to know and we filed claims. Overall wonderful experience. I first want to state that I could not have been more pleased with the respect and courtesy extended to me. Getting a new car at age seventy-seven can be overwhelming, but it wasn't. I was never rushed or hurried along, all my questions were answered and John encouraged me to take my time. He wanted to be sure I would be happy with my final choice.No "hard sell" just answers and help....true customer service. Of course I picked one that was not at the dealership and it was just awesome when they went the extra mile to deliver my CR-V the next morning. Rushing into a big decision can be disastrous, so when I told Garry to be patient with me, he listened. Every time I showed up, he greeted me with a smile and patiently taught me the pros and cons of the vehicles. He was very pleasant and a joy to do business with.

I don't buy new cars very often for a couple reasons, one being my past experiences bring about negative feelings of mistrust & stress. In November 2015 I called a dealership in a city close to me & scheduled an appointment with the sales associate I spoke with; I had been told by him that he had several cars that fit the description of what I was looking for & in the price range I wanted. I was at that dealership for a couple hours & left feeling angry & misled & decided I'd just drive my old car a little longer because the experience with that particular sales rep was exactly the negative experience I've had in years prior. A couple days later, Chris Scott of Kokomo Auto World was recommended to us by a friend of my son. We live 2.5 hrs south of Kokomo but called Chris anyway, advised him of the car & features we were looking for & the price range we wanted. Chris was such a pleasure to work with. He found the car & features I wanted & we did all of our negotiations over the phone. I test drove the car & we signed the papers. This was one of the best car buying experiences I've had in my 54 years. Working with Chris & his finance team was pain free, pleasant & worth the long drive for us; he has changed my past negative experiences of buying a new car into a positive one . We will recommend & buy again from Chris & Kokomo Auto World again.

After looking forever for a car and going to many different dealers ( from florida to indiana ) this was the best so far.I would recommend anytime. I worked with Garry which has been taking care of me like a dad would. No pressure, gave me time, answered all the questions, made sure the test drive would be satisfying etc..Nick and Owen took care of me on the financial part and worked hard, this guys truly deserve a chance for you to trust them, they truly all are awesome.During the test drive they made sure I could go on a away, up hills etc.. so there is nothing they hide ( they want to make sure you can trust them and that is awesome ).They gave me full details about the car and have been able to give me the deal I wanted ( down payment very good interest rate etc.. ) and a very good deal for such a good car.They also make sure if you have any problem, even if the warranty does not cover or anything, that they take you by the hand and will try to help you out with anything . I can't say enough about how I was treated at the Toyota dealership. Daniel Amonett was my salesman. At the time I was looking for my very first new car (I mean really MINE), and I was depending on Daniel to help me understand the whole process. My husband has already worked with Daniel on several leases and that's how I chose him to help me.Daniel had all different cars on my list cooling off that day because it was 100 degrees outside! He has no idea how much that helped me because I hate being hot. We drove 4 or 5 different cars of my choice that day and then came inside to enjoy some really cold water and talk. As we were talking I noticed a Camry sitting in the showroom right next to us and I asked some questions about it. It is truly an unusual blue car (clearwater blue). Not so popular with everyone. Daniel let me take it home for one night because I wanted it and didn't want someone else to get it, but I was not sure since I'd never bought or leased a car before. I called him that evening and said, "SOLD!". The whole staff helping with the details were all very professional. The service staff can not be beat by anyone, anywhere. They have been excellent to deal with also. Please let them know.

I have now purchased two vehicles from Kokomo Auto World. John Wayne has been my salesman both times and has been very professional and courteous at all times. He has not only gone above and beyond by keeping me updated on vehicles that I may be interested in but also about times when there is a special sale going on that may help me out. Nick also was a great help in finance when I had to sign paperwork. He got the job done in a very timely manner while making feel comfortable to stop him at any time if I had a question. We worked with Luke & Nick. We bought a used SUV. I was told it would be completely detailed. The stains in seat were cleaned but today I'm cleaning the dog hair off seats left from previous owner. Also cleaning sticky cup holders that was over looked. I'm just really disappointed that they couldn't take the time to do a good job. Haven't bought many used cars but I don't think this is how to get repeat customers. Also was told to fill out credit app online to save time & still had to give them the same info over again when we got to the dealership. That was a waste of my time at home.

Quick response to my internet inquiry. Initial call was pleasant and not too pushy. Salesman drove an hour and a half to my home to accommodate my busy schedule, so that I could test drive the vehicle. Was very patient while I took my time to evaluate the vehicle. Addressed concerns that I had and answered all my questions. Business Manager explained the paperwork and did not rush me to sign before I had a chance to read. Overall impression....they are eager to please the customer.

Arrived on time for a scheduled appointment on Saturday to test drive a vehicle, and took off work early to make it on time. A salesman had taken the car home and was an hour away from his house. Was sent to 2 different addresses before being able to test drive the car, after waiting over an hour for them to get the car from the employees house. Car was dirty and not detailed. Once I finally arrived to the dealership it was 10 minutes til closing. We were unable to finish paperwork and make an offer, however I was showing extreme interest and was promised by sales manager, Nick, that I would get a phone call and an answer on Monday. After waiting for a call, I called in myself 3 separate times, and was told each time that Nick was unavailable. Had my friend call to ask about the car, and found out they had sold it an hour earlier. When I took the phone and talked to the salesman, he decided to rub it in my face how clean and detailed the car was as he had it cleaned that morning. I drove out of my way to go to this dealership, and learned my lesson. The employees didn't even have the decency to let me know the car was being looked at or had been sold.

Unprofessional process. Was sent to 2 different addresses to test drive a vehicle, waited over an hour for car salesman to retrieve car from employees home, and didn't even make it back to the dealership until 10 minutes until closing. Car was dirty and not detailed when I saw it, and we were not able to finish paperwork or an offer. I was promised a call on Monday from sales manager Nick. After waiting for a call, I called in myself 3 separate times, and was told that I would receive a call back and that he was unavailable. Had my friend call in about the car and found out they had sold it an hour earlier. They were so immature that they decided to ignore my calls and avoid talking to me, rather than just telling me they had another buyer. Then the salesman continues to rub it in my face letting me know how great the car looked and that he "wished I could have seen it detailed". Unbelievable.

While price shopping for a new mini-van I was in contact with Chris Welton at Kokomo Auto World. I called him out of the blue one day, and within 4 hours and a few emails he had price quotes, information on extended warranty options, taxes, and when they could hopefully have the model and color I was looking for on their lot! He was able to give me an estimate on what my trade-in would be by email (and they were offering more than any other dealer I'd talked to).I was very impressed with how direct and timely his communication was, and grateful that I didn't feel like I was being fooled or lied to. I highly recommend this dealer!

Kokomo Auto World is the best dealer I have ever used. Like many, I don't like the high pressure we get from dealers to buy now, you do NOT get that here! Luke was a very knowledgable sales person with very low pressure tactics. If you are looking for a vehicle, he gets back with you in a timely manner, and deals well with your financial institution. The prices are VERY fair and make it worth the drive. I am a REPEAT customer, I ENJOYED my first experience and knew this was the place for me. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, give this dealer a chance, YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!!!! I will be back, the next time I need a vehicle, and I am very critical of the car buying experience.

My husband wanted to go car shopping so we started with Kokomo Auto World. I loved the Honda CR-V. Then, he went to several dealerships but I kept thinking about the Honda & nothing that I saw & drove compared to the Honda so we returned to Kokomo Auto World & spoke to Adam again. This time, they brought in a car with the color I wanted the very next day. We were very pleased with the service & Adam was polite, not pushy, & friendly. He made us feel very comfortable from the first time he approached us. We added a few more items & the service department put it on the Honda. I started with an on-line quote through Cars.com with Kokomo Honda and expected just to use them as a competitive quote against my local Honda dealer. Ends up, my local dealer needs to learn how to compete with these guys! The internet lady, Tricia, got things going by frequent polite follow-up, letting me know they wanted my business. Once I finally responded to her, it was a quick conversation with Manager Chris Welton who gave me a great quote, then Joey took an hour journey to MY HOUSE so I could do a test drive and get all my questions and concerns answered. After that, Joey handled everything in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner - he knows his stuff! Cathy in Finance was great, too. Her enthusiasm made us feel great about our purchase. I am extremely pleased with everything; the service, the price, and most of all the way I was treated. These are great people, do yourself a favor and give them a chance!

I am very pleased and excited about my Honda Accord that I bought at Kokomo Auto World. My experience with the sales people there was great. They were very polite and friendly. Saw an Audi A3 for sale on Autotrader and linked directly through to the Kokomo Auto World website for more information. I submitted a request late at night and received a response from Tricia via email the next day. After going back and forth a few times she informed me of their FREE test drive delivery service. Living in Indy, it would have been hard to make it up to Kokomo during the week while the dealership was open. Most of my correspondence was through Nick Richardson. Much of it was through texting which I rather enjoyed. He was available to talk the one time I did phone him, but texting was much more convenient for me. Rather than wasting time finding an empty conference room, dialing, calling, waiting for a pickup, and hoping I didn't hit voicemail I could text him quietly from my desk at my leisure. His responses were generally very quick the first time he was texted and near immediate if you continued to text a conversation. I would describe his style as friendly and professional.Clint Akers was the salesman who drove the car down to Indy for me and the only person I met face to face. He met me at my work during lunch to deliver the car and give me a once over of the functions and where everything was. Clint was also friendly and professional and an easy gentleman to work with. He returned the second day (this time to my house which was an additional 20 minute drive from Kokomo) to sign all of the paperwork. Pricing of the car was pretty spot on where it should have been according to KBB, NADA, and Edmunds. They did come down a little on price which was nice. While I don't intend to buy another car anytime soon I would certainly recommend my friends. Not many dealerships are willing to drive nearly 1.5hours one way, for free, for a no obligation test drive.

I visited here to buy a Honda CIVIC, new or used one with good condition and worked with Luke. He is really nice and kind guy. I bought a used civic in great condition here today. The last week I visited one dealer at Chicago. They were gave me a a lot of pressure to make decision. And the first offer for a used car was ridiculous price. Here, the first offer was reasonable and could make some negotiation within reasonable range. And he gave me a sufficient time to think before making decision. The one thing I like this dealer is that they have a free delivery service to your place. I left this dealer with satisfaction. I'm so glad I found this dealership for my first car buying experience. I had been to multiple other dealers in my car search and always felt overwhelmed with pressure. Phil and Tim were the exact opposite. Very knowledgeable and up front with all info. Phil even called the previous owner to ask about the history of the car. Great experience and great price! I had a great experience at Kokomo Auto World. We bought a Honda Odyssey and in my research the prices are about the same around the area. The difference is really the people and the service they provide. They made us feel like VIP's and I'm sure they do that for everyone. They brought all the paperwork to my house (45min away), along with our car and I purchased the car in my dining room. Everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. If you are ever in a hurry, and, like me don't like the car buying experience, then you are in for an amazing experience at Kokomo Auto World with Jon Dotson. I knew what car I wanted, and he knew I was in a hurry. How fast is fast; 1 hour from arrival to driving away in my new Pilot. I can't thank him enough for his no pressure, easy going attitude. In fact, I can't thank enough the entire staff who were friendly, easy to work with, and understanding of my lack of time.Cathy in finance had all of my paper work ready and was extremely nice and explained everything in great detail, but fast!. I had my windows tinted and the protective coating applied to my new car. It was an all day job. Circumstances beyond any ones control occurred any my car needed to stay till the next morning. I was not able to pick my car up d/t work. John went out of his way to deliver my car which is at least 30 minutes away one way and return the rental for me which was above and beyond the call of duty.

I don't live in the Kokomo area, but travel through this area regularly. Stopped in to their service department to have something checked. They were pleasant and professional. Mike has to be one of the nicest, calmest, non-pushy car salesperson I met, in my life. We, my husband and I (Charles and Debra Sumner) have dealt with your dealership for many years, including buying a new vehicle.I brought my niece, Kim Brown, into your dealership, as well as four other dealerships, and Mike OUTSHINED all other salespeople in all areas. Kim did not know exactly what she wanted, and believe me she really did not know. Mike worked with us for two straight weeks finding Kim the right car. Kim is extremely precise in what she wants. (I wish I could BOLD and underline for emphasis.) Kim was hard to find a vehicle that was perfect for her. Many other people in my family tried to help her within the past 9 months, to no avail.Mike stuck it out with us until Kim bought a car. In the final instance, Kim put a down payment on a Mercury Sable. Mike allowed her to take the car overnight to sure this was the car for her. However, when Kim and I went in the next morning to see Mike Kim told him she was not interested in purchasing the vehicle; later that day Kim and I went back to see Mike to purchase that very vehicle. (Believe me, I could not tell you the entire happenings within this story.) Through all this, Mike kept very professional and courteous, never losing his cool or patience. I am not sure what was going on in his head, but his demeanor was picture perfect.I have been a manager of people for more than 30 years and can honestly say Mike is a person I would be proud to have on my team.Whoever hired Mike, THANK YOU! Linda Simpson went above and beyond in assisting me after I had an accident. She arranged for me to pick up a rent car before I reached the dealership and made sure I had a ride to pick it up. She also took my car to the body shop and dropped it off for me. There are not to ,any people or dealerships that would go that extra mile to take care of a customer.I worked with Michael Reep to purchase another vehicle since the insurance company declared mine a total loss on Friday at 4:30 of a 3day holiday weekend. The insurance co was not giving but a couple of days for a rent car, so I had to do something pretty quick. I was not sure if I want a new or a preowned vehicle. Michael was very patient and understanding until I found something that worked for me. I ended up buying a preowned Honda Accord. He went thru all the ins and outs of the car with me and made I had s full tank gas. Saw vehicle while doing research on internet. Had already visited other Honda dealerships. Contacted dealership and spoke with Tricia Horner who was main reason I made the drive from south side of Indy. She was helpful and sincere with my concerns about making the long drive for nothing. They had the vehicle out front for me to see with a sign on it with my name and my name on a welcome sign inside pre-owned sales office. Like most buyers I would have liked to have received more for my Honda trade-in but I did recognize that they had marked down the price of the Odyssey I was looking at to a very good comparative price. The staff was friendly and my consultant was knowledgeable and helpful (John Wayne) The sales manager Phil was very cordial and truly seemed to try to work with me to get the deal done. We both did some give and take on points which is only fair in a sales negotiation. The Finance manager Cathy was competent and I appreciated her honesty and candor on the warranties offered and the financing arrangements. I did choose to go with and extended warranty in part due to her method and approach along with the value of doing so. My only negative observations which are not overwhelming in nature, would be 1.) The length of time I had to sit and wait to conclude the deal and the paperwork. 2.) The vehicle was not detailed out very well as we found a number of areas that were quite dirty and not cleaned very well, even for a slightly used vehicle. Overall, I would rate the experience as good to very good and will recommend the dealership to friends.

Josh was by far one of the most friendly salesman I have dealt with. He was not like your stereotypical salesman that is in it for the money and will just sell you anything. Josh went out of his way for my brother and myself to find us both cars that fit what we were looking for. He came in on his day off to help us purchase a vehicle. I have truly enjoyed my new Ford Fiesta! It is so fun to drive! We had been looking for a new car and had visited other dealerships, they were not as willing to work with us to get the car I wanted in the price range I could afford. Purchased a used Lexus from them which I didn't expect to find there. I could have gone to Tom Wood, but the deal was too good to pass up. Everything was easy and the car was clean and ready when I arrived. They had a reserved sign on it also which was different and I appreciated it. I would buy from them again if they had another used luxury car. Nice people, easy process.

I came in not knowing what I was wanting and they took their time with me and showed me each car I liked until I found the one I couldnt live without... I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants GREAT customer service and a great deal!

We bough a Honda minivan from these folks and they were very fair on price. The facilities weren't pretty but apparently they are building a new store soon. They saved me enough on the car for me not to care about the aesthetics of their showroom. Nice folks, will deal with them again.

I couldn't decide between an Accord or a Fusion. I went in thinking new car but I bought a used Fusion because it was such a good deal. They were very helpful and everyone was very pleasant. I would buy from them again.

Its been a very rough buying experience. I purchased a 21000 dollar f350, not a cheap used truck. At this price I would love for the truck to be perfect, but it is a 07 and I plan on there being so imperfection. And there were, first a check engine light during test drive, Was assured that it was because there was no catalytic converter on the truck, but light will go out because they will have to put one on before they sold it. I was ok with that. Came in to sign papers to buy and seen that the light was still on. Was then assure they did a test on the truck and the light was only on because the cat was after market. Ok if this is true, that's ok. Got home hooked up my oun diagnostic tester and it was for a glow plug. Called and they said that the original owner said it need a glow plug and there was one in the glove box, and there was nothing they could do no factor warranty left. Not happy. Next morning power steering fluid leaking out on to the ground. After several calls they finally agreed to install the glow plug, that is all. Not thrilled but could live with that. After a week of driving the truck, I started seeing the paint come off the wheels, steps and the grill. A couple more days it started coming off in chunks. It looks horrible. Now after only having the truck a couple week, have not even made first payment, the transmission went out. It needed a total rebuild, costing me 3900 dollars. Had to get it fixed, got to get to work. This is a total nightmare. I went back Kokomo auto world, and told them every thing that has happened.And I get" Sorry nothing we can do, but we will take it on trade" I was really fooled, If that was the goal of KAW, great job guys. I am a reasonable consumer, I don't expect perfect, but this is beyond bad, I have a new born baby and didn't need the added stress nor do I deserve it.

Daniel Amonett is an exceptional customer service representative for Kokomo Auto World. My husband had already bought a couple of trucks with Daniel, and I knew I would do business with him when I was ready to buy a new car in 2012. The day we met Daniel at Kokomo Auto World it was almost 100 degrees outside. He had a selection of (4-5) cars in the lot, already cooled down and ready for me to drive. That was a big deal for me because I hate to be hot, and I didn't get hot! How did he know? He had only leather seats picked out for me which was my request. We then went inside and he got my husband and me a bottle of cold water and we talked about the cars. I made my decision within 30 minutes from the test drives because I knew that I wanted Daniel to take care of me, and I trusted him. I love my 2012 Toyota Camry, it's perfect for me and I will go back to get another one some day. We recommended Daniel to our son, Rob and he also bought a new car from him about 2 months ago. Thank you Daniel and Kokomo Auto World. Also the service department took care of me for the oil change/tire rotation and they were very professional and caring, great job to them also! Lee Ann Land

My family is on the fourth auto purchased from KAW and they have all been awesome experiences. I can't say enough about the sales staff. Whatever you want they go get it ! Even if they don't have it on the lot. We've even had them install aftermarket accessories for us and the job is always done flawlessly. When I am ready for my next car or truck I'm just gonna go online and tell them what I want and then sit back and wait for them to call me. That's the way it works at KAW!

When I visited this dealership I was greeted calmly by a salesman and was asked what we were interested in. When we said we were looking for a CRV he took a step back and did not push forward. I felt at ease and was able to choose our option not what he thought we needed. STRESS FREE A week after I purchased this vehicle I noticed there was a piece shelf missing from the back area. I called and the salesman asked when it would be a good time to stop by. We agreed on a day and when I showed up he looked at the issue and resolved the problem as I was talking on the phone. Be Aware of Kokomo Auto World Used Cars I have been working on trying to get resolution on a 98 Dodge Ram that broke down within three days of purchasing it from Kokomo Auto World (KAW) Used Car Department. By resolution, I mean a simple callback from management from this dealership. I bought this truck on August 23, 2013, used it over the weekend and on Monday morning the truck lost power and I had to have it towed to a shop. I found out that the Fuel pump was bad of which was approximately a $500 repair. (Do not think this was the only issue that I found wrong with it, but the only issue being addressed directly with KAW) I called the Used Car Sales Manager Phil Carmicheal and told him about the issue. I mentioned that I did sign an AS-IS agreement, but said the truck should not have broken down within 3 days or 200 miles and could his company help me out with $100-150 or whatever was reasonable- He responded and said let me see what I can do I WILL CALL YOU BACK. That was the last time I talked to him. I called, left a message and left a message with my salesman which amounted to not even a sorry we can do nothing for you or A CALL BACK. I sent a letter to Brian King (Service Manager) that sends out the customer service experience emails and also Greg Landwerlen the OWNER. Guess what I got in response-NOTHING. I also thought if they did not get the letters 2 weeks ago, I then faxed over letters to each of these gentlemen of which produced NOTHING IN RESPONSE. The mediator and or responder of these posted evaluations on this site, should not give the general public a false sense that Kokomo Auto World is Customer Service Oriented and try to belittle the poster of the their personal experiences at the dealership. To expound on this, the day I bought the truck over the phone. I filled out the online finance application and gave my card number for a $1,000.00 hold/deposit and that was the end of my communication with this dealership. I called four times to try and get details on the loan and even what my interest rate was on the loan. Crickets, everyone was in meetings but everyone was there telling me I had to give them my card to hold the truck because three people were coming to look at it. Fellow customers this was the epitome of a Used Car Department. If you decide to buy a car from here, like other posters- expect that if something happens you will receive no customer service after the point of purchase and you will not only have buyers remorse but rather dealers remorse. I encourage others to post similar situations to show that customers would like to at least receive a call back when a sales MANAGER says they will. Jon S. (Former Purchasing Customer)

I have never received this good of service in any industry as I did with Kokomo Auto World. They delivered the exact car that I wanted for theprice I wanted to pay at my home. It took less than five minutes to fill out the paperwork and I ahd my new car. I have referred several people to them and they have all been happy. KAW iS THE BEST!

Had vehicle in this dealerships service department numerous times to try to get same repair completed correctly. The last time it was there the service manager said he decided to finally have the tech to fix it the proper way on both left and right but when I returned to pickup my vehicle it had only been properly done on left but right side wasn't done correctly. The new parts were modified on the right side in order to make it fit so they didnt have to disassemble the rightside like they had to do on left side. I wasn't happy with it and the service manager said I need to take it to another dealer from that point on for any future repairs. Thanks!!! So I did and the new dealer fixed the right side properly after laughing at what Brian King approved saying lately Kokomo Fords service department has been very poor. My vehicle was fixed as well as other items requested ASAP and correctly on the first visit. Thanks again Brian for the suggestion to go elsewhere with my business and with my corporate business too!!!

I purchased a used Honda Civic from Kokomo Auto World and was pleased with the quality of the vehicle. It was indeed in excellent condition and the buying process was neither over-long or complicated. Daniel Amonett was my point of contact and he was reasonably informed and helpful. I should add that he also arranged for a tube of touch-up paint to be shipped to me, and took care of fixing a headlight which had some interior condensation. The lady in charge of financing was particularly warm and gracious, and made the paperwork simple and easy to understand.

knowledgeable, friendly service dept but felt service was too eager to recommend service work for vehicle at 95K miles; asked for estimate and explanation of service via email and shared this with different dealership; ended up saving about $500 on work not necessarily needed, not yet needed, or not recommended by Honda company!!

Kokomo Auto World clearly post the MSRP price, retail price, document fees and taxes on their website. Hence, I exactly know how much should I pay to buy a vehicle, and of course, they sells the Corolla at a good price. Besides, I was too busy to go to the dealership to purchase a vehicle, but Kokomo deliver the car to me. Great.

Had never used Kokomo Auto World for repairs before, but my brakes were making a terrible grinding noise that made me terrified to drive. I follow the dealership on Facebook, and they seemed friendly, so I figured I would get a quote from them as well as my regular service place. Well... the guys across town quoted me $900 to fix everything. KAW got it done for way less, had the car back to me the same day, PLUS they threw in a free oil change. I know nothing about cars, and they could have taken me for a ride. But they were honest and friendly. I would definitely go back again.

I was recently shopping for a new car and stopped in to look around at the selection they had. I was pleasantly surprised by the sales staff as well as everone I came in contact with. I absolutely loved my experience at Kokomo Auto World. The fact that they have Ford, Honda, and Toyota at the same location was a huge plus for me. I was able to shop almost the entire market at the same place. The staff couldn't of been more helpful. I ended leasing a 2011 Toyota Camry. If anyone at Kokomo Auto World really cares, I wanted to let you know I amy not happy with the car I purchased on July 26. One week after I bought it the water pump went out. I called. Got the run around. Said they would give me a car to drive. Backed out. Now my car is in the shop for the second time. Leaking something. I wish I would not have purchased this "nice" car. I feel I was taken advantage of by Komomo Auto World.

I was quoted at Toyota Corolla online by Daniel Amonett at a great price. I drove to Kokomo Toyota to purchase the vehicle from Daniel. He was honest, friendly, and had a low pressure sales approach. Everyone I had contact with was very pleasant and honest. I will send all my family and friends to Kokomo Auto World when they are ready to purchase a new or used car. It was very refreshing to buy a car with out all the run around that I got from most other dealerships.

Daniel Amonett was a great sales rep. He was very prompt in responding to our internet query and very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in (Hybrids). No hype, no hassle, no haggle. None of that "let me check with my boss" crap (the old ploy for increasing the cost of the deal). He was straightforward, friendly, attentive, answered all our questions, and helpful in explaining the features of the new Prius we ultimately bought. Great personality, good sense of humor, very professional. Seek him out if you go to Kokomo Auto World.

I contacted Daniel for the truck choices I had picked via the Ford.com website. I made him aware that I wanted one price that would MY price, no haggle. I had to keep contacting him for feedback. It was like pulling teeth. His final deal consisted of $500. over invoice with some maybe's on factory incentives. I broke protocall and sent him a counter offer of $0 over invoice plus factory incentives. He replied that his deal was very fair (I'm sure it was to him) and then lectured me as to how no one could do that deal...I went to Ray Skilman that day and bought the truck I was looking for at zero over invoice, $4000. in factory incentives and a 3.65% finance rate. It was a painless great deal made in hours, not weeks. When asked, I told him what I did. He responed with sour grapes, "I could have gotten you a better deal" (then why didn't he?)...that was exactly what I wasn't looking for in a dealership! I am so glad I went to Ray Skilman, I was warned about Kokomo motors...

A New Prius; Super White Package 2, 2009. I called the dealer and asked if they had any of the prius in stock (most dealers do not). Daniel told me he had one due in that was not spoken for, so we discussed the options on that vehicle. It was exactly what we had been looking for. Over the phone we discussed the deposit, and the delivery time/date. I had desired to find my own financing at my home back (60 miles away). I had a few questions about the car, and all of them were answered via phone (warranty, prepaid maint, etc.). They asked for a deposit (via- credit card) and told me they would not even charge the card until we picked up the vehicle). SO on the day that we were supposed to pick up the car, Daniel called our home to ensure everything was still a go. We told him what time we would definitely be there, and we set out to go meet daniel in person for the first time. When we arrived to get the new "Baby" which was a Chirstmas Present for my wife, Daniel walked out in the bitter blowing cold and introduced himself to us both, with a WARM smile on his face. We asked if the car was actually there, and ready, and he chuckled and said it is in the detail shop being kept pretty for you guys. So we sat and gave him the keys to the trade in so they could verify it was what they had been told it was. He offered warm coffee and then asked if there was anything we wanted. "WE" just wanted to see the car (at that point) because this was "THE EXACT CAR" that my wife had wanted, and we found one without the long order wait times. He showed us to the car,a nd we checked it out for scratches and what have you, then we proceeded to take it on a test drive, to be sure that everything was okay. We returned to the dealer and again Daniel was very accomodating and asked if we would like coffee, or a warm drink. We said No thanks! SO he told us more about how things worked on the car, and showed us how "SMART KEY" and the Fob works... then he brought us into the finance officer and introduced us to Norm. While we were in the office he went and had the car filled with Gasoline and made them wipe it off so it was clean at delivery. Daniel showed us everything he could think of on the vehicle and gave us his personal phone number in case we needed to ask more questions. This was one of the most cordial, easiest most enjoyable car transactions I have ever had. When we left we went over to lunch, and my wife said "DID WE REALLY BUY THE CAR?.. THAT WAS SO EASY!" I laughed and said "YES DEAR, your baby is right out there", and pointed out the window.The dealers had no problem with allowing us to work our own financing (5%-60mos), nor any problem with when we needed to come and piick it up. As a matter of fact when we were planning delivery, Daniel told me his work schedule, and stated but if there was another time we wanted to get the car, just let him know, and he shall be there. Daniel is a younger salesman- but I hope no one lets that scare them away from discussing toyotas with him. He knows his stuff, and he genuinely cares about customer service. THIS was the most enjoyable auto purchase deal I have ever had or heard of. No pressure sales for anything, just a "Tell us what you want, and how you want it, and we will do our best to meet your needs". GREAT!!!!!!!
