I took my truck in for a Air Pump Injection System, even though the warranty for the Air Pump Injection System was extended through Toyota I had to pay full price because I was over the extended mileage. No problem, when I picked up the truck, I only drove 5 miles before the check engine light can back on and the truck did not run properly. This was the second time in a row I had taken my truck in for service and had to take it back immediately because it wasn't fixed properly but each time I was given a loaner car. The dealership had the truck ready the next day, when I picked it up, the air conditioning and heater did not work. This worked fine when I took the truck in originally. I took the truck back in and was told it was two heater sensors that were under the dash and would cost approximately $1500 to fix. Even though everything worked fine when I took it in for service the dealership said it was not related to the repair and they would not cover it. I have been a Toyota customer for almost 30 years and have never been let down until now. Very dissatisfied with the decision of the service manager not to fix what was working fine when I took the truck in for service. I will never take my vehicles or recommend this dealership to anyone. I guess if you take a car in for an oil change and someone backs into the door of your car, they won't cover it because it wasn't related to the repair.

I picked a vehicle from on line inventory and they had it cleaned and waiting for me when I arrived. We took a test drive and I did like the vehicle. That was the best part of the visit. They appraised my trade while I was on the test drive. We sat down to crunch numbers, I told him I knew what my car was worth on Kelley Blue Book (the lower one VS NADA). They were offering 125% over blue book for a trade. They didn't even mention that and offered me several thousand LESS than blue book. My car is a 2014 in Very Good to Good condition with, at the time, 23,100 miles on it and very clean. (no smoking, no kids, grandkids) I'm 70 so no speeding or accidents. They just lied and denied on my trade. Very insulting to one's intelligence. I will never go back. This was in August 2016.

Called Friday for a service appointment on Saturday. Arrived a few minute early and was greeted. They confirmed that they were doing my 10K service check and asked if I was waiting and if I wanted a free car wash, I was. An hour later they were bringing my paperwork over. Walked out to a clean car and was on my way. The salesperson also stopped to talk while I was there.

I know they have a "Koons" name on their sign. But the Gravel lot is a dead give away. They Have no loyalty to customers. They told me they would hold a car for me. I said "I could come buy it right now", and they said "no need" "just come by tomorrow" then sold the car from under me the same night. I understand they cant hold a car but don't tell the customer you are going to be accommodating and make the buying process easy if you are not going to.

Sara was the perfect "host" at Koons. She offered many options when I was not sure what vehicle would work the best for me. Gave me time to think about it and when I found a used van at the Annapolis dealer, she performed her magic. In a matter of hours the vehicle was brought to the Easton dealership. A few hours after than we drove home in our "new to us" Toyota Sienna. It was exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price. They also have the best music streaming through the building :-)

I just took delivery on a 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport Double Cab 4X4 in Magnetic Gray from Koons Toyota Easton and I couldn't be more please with the experience! The price was good, but the sales staff is what really puts them above all other dealers in the areas. I have never considered car buying to be a fun experience and until I contacted the folks at Koons I was rather frustrated with other dealerships and searching online inventories for the exact truck that I wanted. The truck color/trim/package combo that I wanted wasn't on the lot (and rather hard to keep on any lot due to demand), but the Koons staff took over my failed efforts and was able to put me in the driver's seat of exactly what I wanted.The prompt and consistent communication from Todd Hardeman (Sales) was above and beyond what I expected. We exchanged emails as late as 1:00-2:00 in the morning and I don't think it ever took longer than a hour for him to return an email. He answered all of my questions and kept me in the loop throughout the purchase process.Marcus Carpenter (Sales Manager) helped me get considerably more money for my trade and found the exact truck that I was looking for from in bound stock going to another dealership (along with a few other customers looking for similar trucks that week). About a week later my new truck was delivered to Koons Easton and I couldn't be more happy driving off the lot.Koons wasn't the first dealership that I went to when I started searching for my new Tacoma, but I sure wish that it was. They have a no pressure approach to selling vehicles; however, it was clearly evident that they wanted my business and they certainly EARNED it. They aren't looking to just sell you any vehicle; they are looking to sell you YOUR vehicle. I was asked several times, "is this EXACTLY what you want? Are you sure?" They weren't going to settle for me settling on something that I didn't truly want. Bottom line, I am completely satisfied with my new Tacoma, the price and the overall experience at Koons. I own three Toyotas and will continue to only own Toyotas, but now I know exactly where I am buying my future Toyota vehicles. I am in Louisiana, and my nationwide search for *the* 2003-2005 Miata with just the right options brought Koons Easton Toyota Scion to my attention. All it took was a phone call, and in short order I had reached a general agreement with sales representative SARA KRITZER. Sara answered all of my questions carefully and, as it turned out, accurately. She was meticulous about the details, and she did an excellent job responding to my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I could not have asked for a more caring and professional sales rep. Sara even made arrangements for me to be picked up at BWI!I took delivery at the dealership on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 and by Thursday evening I was back at home, making it out of the mid-Atlantic just ahead of the record snowfall that was forecast. We had bought a new car here years before and went here again, for a second vehicle, after seeing a great deal on their website inventory. I've had nothing but good experiences with my toyotas (and a subaru). We test drove two vehicles and ended up getting the original one we were interested in. While we were there, the car we drove there with ended up with a flat tire and the service department, ready to close for the night, patched it for us at no charge. It was a pleasure doing business with Todd at Koons Toyota and I'd go back there again.

Todd Hardeman is a great salesman. He was not pish and realized quickly that the car we originally came to test drive wasnt what i wanted for my daughter. He took alot of time talking with us and never tried to push us at a car. We choose a used Ford Fusion. There were some small issues with car, not unusual for a used car, and they were resolved quickly and satisfactorily. My daughter loves her car.

About a year ago, we got new tires for our Prius. We purposefully went to a Toyota dealer because friends told us non-compatible tires would reduce the great mileage per gallon the hybrid provides. This dealer convinced us to buy a medium grade tire and offered both the tire wear warranty and road hazard insurance. Recently we noticed great wear on.all tires but unequal between front and rear tires. Diagnosis detected one-sided front strut damage causing excessive front tire wear so we replaced the front struts, two front tires, and had alignment. We then went back to this dealer to see if either warranty would help as back tires also seemed to have excessive wear as well as puncture leak on one rear tire that could not be patched, Our mileage was 30,000 on the tires; they had 30,000-50,000 mile warranty. We ended up paying in full for all four new tires and apparently got nothing from our road hazard original warranty. We understand we may not have been entitled to any relief under either warranty but never got an explanation why. Plus, no one explained any warranty that came with new tires. Otherwise no complaints with this dealer, nice waiting area.

after we agreed about a car price by phone(Acura 2011), i traveled 2 hours to this dealership in Easton and after i spent 3 hours with them fixing the paperwork, warranty and contract. their boss Peter called and said it was a mistake because this car deserves more money..I refused to pay more money in this car specially Peter himself came with me in a drive test...........it's my worst experience with a dealershipNEVER TRUST THEM

Called ahead to confirm a used car to test drive, and then drove an hour to look at it, only to find the driver's seat was non-functional and had a big tear in the upholstery. Salesman and manager then proceeded to tell me that the seat would be repaired, and they would call me as soon as it was available and hold the car to give me "right of first refusal." When I didn't hear back, I called only to find they sold they car right out from under me despite the promise. Cannot recommend this dealership as they are not true to their word.

Wanted to take a minute to commend among many, Todd Hardeman for his professional manner that we were recently extended by him. We went on a treasure hunt to replace one of our vehicles, and Todd was almost instantly a friend to us. Absolutely no pressure, and extremely helpful. We were so happy with the way things were going, we decided to purchase two vehicles at the same time. I want to thank all of the Koons automotive family for their help in my recent purchase. Since I was dealing over the phone and approximately 1000 miles away from the dealership I had numerous questions for Koons personnel in the sales and finance departments. Each time I called I was treated as if this were the first time I called. My initial contact was with Jan Ewing, Beth, Warren, and Todd. My main concern was the fact I with dealing with someone over the phone and then traveling the 1000 miles to pick up my purchase. I just want to say there were "NO SURPRISES" with my purchase. Everything we discussed over the phone was exactly as explained to me during my many phone calls. This says a lot to me about who I am dealing with and the way customers are treated. Nothing changed from my first phone call to the evening when I walked into the dealership. I was picked up in town and driven to the dealership which to me looked as if it was a brand new building. I had been searching for several months for a quality used truck. Ended up getting something almost new a 2014 Ram that matched my needs. Being that I lived 200 miles from the dealership, I used the chat line with Jan Ewing, she had me contacted by sales consultant Todd Hardeman. I explained my situation in hopes that they would hold the truck until I could look it over and test drive. It was a matter of trust between myself and Koons at this point, since I had to take the word sight unseen on this truck. They wanted to sell it but also had to trust me that I would perhaps still buy it after I arrived. It was nearly closing before we arrived, checked the truck out and agreed on some small matters, did the paper work quickly, shook hands and out the door.

My fiance and I bought a 2009 Venza last month and we couldn't be happier. You usually hear horror stories about car buying experiences, but ours was great! Jan Ewing was very patient with us as we had several schedule conflicts delay our visit by two weeks. The original vehicle we wanted was sold, but Jan and Sara Kritzer matched us up with a Venza and it was a perfect fit for us. We are involved in a lot of activities that require a good bit of cargo space and with the Venza seats folded we can fit everything we need! I just knew that everything was going too easy and was worried about the financing as my credit isn't the best, but Loren Mayr was very helpful and got us a rate much lower than we expected. We will definitely be back to buy again from Koons!

I am not big on writing reviews but, I have such a great experience I wanted to share. I had been looking for a car for a few months when I found one with all the options I was looking for at Koons. The "Wow" price was lower than any car I had been looking at. In fact the price was so low I was willing to drive from NC to come look at said car. To make a long story short I had spoke with Jan Ewing and Dave Gruber who agreed to hold this car for a week (which they usually don't hold used cars but, he did because I was making such a long trip). Thanks Dave I appreciate you doing that. Through out the week I called Jan several times not to mention the countless text we had back and fourth. Jan went out of her way to give me peace of mind. I was so worried about the car not being there and after several text of me asking if it was still held she sent me a picture of the car around back with a sold sign in the window. My wife and I drive in on Friday night and Jan met us at the dealership. In fact she had already gotten off work and returned to the dealership just to meet us. Jan was so pleasant and was nice to put a face to a person that I had been dealing with me all week. This is when we meet Michael DiDonato who helped us with our paperwork and made the buying process painless. Michael took care of us and he made us feel at ease answering all the numerous questions we had. The entire staff was friendly and helpful giving us local restaurants and attractions to see while we were in town. We made an entire weekend out of our trip to Maryland. One last thanks to Loren Mayr in financing for getting us a low rate and keeping my payments around were I needed them to be. This was a wonderful experience and would dive all the way back to them again to purchase another vehicle.

Had a great experience with Stephanie she was very helpful and friendly. Had a little problem with wow internet price but understood after explained. After financing and getting home to review paper work realized wow price was not sticker after all rebates and incentives added back. Some numbers where reversed and freight counted twice, once on sticker and again on financing paper work. I am going back to rectify errors. With the excitement of the purchase I did not catch errors at signing hope they will make good.

Exceptional Dealer. This was my second new car purchase from Koons Easton Toyota. Our salesman John Vongohren made every attempt to get me the deal I needed to be able to afford the vehicle that my wife wanted. He was very understanding that we were on a budget and made every attempt to work with us on the RAV4 my wife chose and never once tried to force a vehicle or option that we didn't want (like many other salesman do and I hate that). Koons and it's staff stayed open after hours to work with us with very short notice because my wife and I did not get off work until late and had to travel to the dealership as it was our only time available. The Finance Manager was good too, he understood that we were in a hurry. The General Manager was the best I have seen. He came over and greated my wife and I personally, and I felt he genuinely cared for us as customers and people. He made sure that we left happy customers, and we did! I purchased my first Toyota this past August. Melody Trippett was my sales consultant but it was Paul Bruce the finance guy who gave me an education on the importance of purchasing "gap insurance". My husband and I traveled 6,000 miles on a cross country trip in my new Prius. My husband was quite impressed with the Prius considering he drives a pickup truck and is a true outdoorsman. On Sept. 24th, 2013 on my way to work, I was in an accident which totaled my new Prius. Thankfully, I was not injured! Thankfully, I had "gap Insurance". I sought help in navigating through the "gap insurance" process from the dealership. Loren Mayr provided that help and followed through until my debt was satisfied to Toyota Financial Services. At this point, I was ready to purchase another Prius. Melody spent many hours helping me to select a new Prius and making sure I understood how to use all the features. I bought a FJ Cruiser (used) from Koons Easton Toyota Scion recently and have to say that it was an excellent experience. I found the vehicle on the internet, made arrangements to see it and had all questions answered very professionally through email. I also received a phone call and had been given names of individuals to ask for when I arrived. I arrived at a time when one of the individuals (Jan) was not present. Chris Willis, one of the sales representatives, stepped in with permission from the manager and took me for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the FJ and the other vehicles I had interest in. He was able to speak to the pros/cons and presented the information very objectively. I did not feel like he was trying to influence me. There was no stress and no pressure. When discussing numbers, value of my trade in vehicle and other costs involved, I felt Chris was very honest and worked with the Easton Toyota Team and John to get me a great deal. I got a great car, a great deal, and it was a great experience. My thanks to Chris Willis for listening, providing excellent information and for working with the Easton Toyota Team. I showed up to buy a truck, the test drive didn't go so well, the vehicle died at the gas station when we were putting fuel into the vehicle. After a 20 wait the service team showed up and jumped the truck. As it turned out the battery cables had a great deal of corrosion and they were also not properly tightened. We also discovered the battery was not properly secured, this was due to a missing hold down bracket. They advertise a 100+ point inspection on every used vehicle and somehow this was missed by their service team.After the test drive was over I told Ricky (Sales Manager) that I wanted to buy the truck, my only concern were the bald tires, I don't know how they were able to properly (MD State) inspect the vehicle with the tires that were on the truck (remember the 100+ point inspection?). He agreed to replace the tires and flush the transmission, we shook hands and agreed we had a deal at the asking price. He informed me the dealership was losing money on this truck and he wanted me to finance the transaction through his dealership. I agreed so long as his rate was competitive with the rate I was receiving from PENFED. Our next appointment was the following day, this when were going to fill out the paperwork and drop off the check.I showed up on Saturday and much to my surprise the truck had new tires, I was told they were going to be replaced on Monday but they were able to get it done ahead of schedule, however, they were unable to replace the transmission fluid because they were out of fluid, I don't know how this would happen but it did. I followed up on the repair that was supposed to be accomplished with the battery hold down bracket. As it turns out the bracket was not replaced and the battery was still unsecured in the engine compartment. I was in with the finance person (Loren) signing the paperwork for the truck when he informed me that due to my high credit score I was going to get their best rate, 4.99%. I told them I had a loan standing by with PENFED at 1.99% and that a 3% difference was unacceptable. I informed them at this time that I would be back on Monday with a check from PENFED.On Monday I made all of the calls to the bank, coordinated with my salesperson and sent them a copy of the bank draft at 3:45. I followed up with 3 phone calls and left 1 voicemail. I received an email reply from the Loren saying everything was "cool" and we would talk Tuesday morning.Tuesday morning I called down to the dealership to speak Loren and I could not reach him, I spoke to my sales person and she informed me that there was an issue with the truck. Apparently someone at this very small dealership had sold the truck the previous night. I do not know how this could happen because I has sent a bank draft the day prior and Loren said he received the draft. Enter Mark Thursby, he contacted me and essentially said I was SOL. He wished he had a used car machine that could reproduce the exact same vehicle that was sold out from under me but he didn't. He confidently assured me that he would investigate what happened and give me a call in a day or two. Its been a week and he has not called. And frankly, that's piss-poor customer service.This dealership receives poor marks for the following areas:IntegrityCustomer ServiceMaintenance Repair / Discipline This dealership is slimy at best and I wonder what corporate headquarters would think of their conduct given the circumstances I listed above.

i was ready to purchase a 2013 Toyota Rav 4 and I walked out of the dealership with nothing. We sat for 3 1/2 hrs.. we had agreed on the truck, the color, and the price and since they didnot have what I wanted in stock they had locate me one. They attempted to put me in anpther color other than Black which I had requested. I was told this blue one was on order and could be there Monday. I explained I dodnt like the color and again wanted Black. It didnt seem to be a problem until they came to me saying "we are so sorry but the price we gave you is $1900.00 off in our favor. Really?? He acutally offered cross bars on the roof rack to make up for it.No that doesnt cut it $100.00 cross bars dont make up for a $1900.00 mistake. I have never been so angry especially after being totally insulted when they tried give me hardly nothing for my trade in. I could have scraped the truck and gotten more than they offered in the beginning. Suddenly they came up 3 times what they orginally offered. But its ok because I got the last laugh I went to another dealership, got what I wanted at the price I wanted and they gave 4 times what they orginally offered me for my truck and I didnt have to argue with them. I have and will tell everyone I know to stay away from these crooks!! and the blue truck they offered me and were attempting to pass off as new was a loaner car.. I wasnt paying for a used truck I wanted new! Beware!!!!!!

I really wanted a GMC terrain and found the exact one that I wanted (used) a 2012 for $25,400 w/only 29,000 miles at Koons in easton md. I was currently driving a 2009 subaru impreza (bought new) that had 98,000 miles on it and some minor scratches but well kept otherwise and had it appraised at $5,500 by another dealer in the area of town where I live. So I had been talking back and forth with a guy named Mark in sales. I told Mark I couldn't come look at the car that day (which was Thursday) and that I'd have to come Saturday and just hope it was still there. Mark then tells me they won't have the GMC anymore because they will be selling it to another dealer saying it had already been in there possession for 5wks and they usually don't hold on to vehicles that long so I would have to come that day. I didn't want to miss out on a great car and a great deal so I changed my schedule so that I could make the trip to easton. Trying to be proactive I had Mark run my credit before I made the 2 hour drive. I spoke with him about all kinds of things as well like my trade in value for my current car hoping to get at least $5000 and then put down $1000. So I had my credit score ran prior to arriving to speed up the process of things also so that mark could give me kind of an estimate of what rate he could get me financed at. So he called me and told me "wow!" .."your credit is really good shouldn't be a problem at all getting you financed at a really low rate and payments at no more than $370 a month".(my credits in the high 700s) I then told him I want to be financed at a 60 month term and if that would still be the number we can work with and he assured me not a problem. So I made the trip to Koons in easton right after work and it took me a little over 2 hours to get there so I was tired but really excited to see this terrain! I was greeted by a very nice guy named Joe who spoke with me a little then showed me the terrain and let me take it for a drive. After showing me the car I was then greeted by Mark. Mark tells me he can only give me $3000 for my subaru and that it wasn't worth anymore than that. I was shocked and knew right away that was so not right but kept my cool. He walks away and comes back again and shows me a plain sheet of paper with 3 different financing options. He had me for 48 months around $780 ...60 months $680 ...and 72 months at $635 monthly payments!!!???? I was so confused. So now I call my father who was a car salesman for over 25 years and is now a loan officer to help explain some numbers to me. Right away my father reminded me that my cars trade in value was $5,500 and said I should just walk away now. So I went back to Mark and told him no thanks. Mark immediately says he can now give me $3,300 for my subaru. I said no way! I said can you work me different numbers and give me more for my car??? Mark then went to the back again and came back with only slightly different numbers still very high putting me at $620 or something for 72 months and thats also with Koons warranty and me at 6.9% financing. I thought to myself ..I'm not great with numbers but I'm also not stupid and I was positive I could get financing way lower than that! So again I call my dad and he again tells me just leave again. I go back once again to Mark say no thanks thats just not going to work. He now tells me he can give me $4,000 trade in value for my subaru and finance me at 4.9% take away the warranty putting my payments at around $485 a month. UUGGGHH!!! ..i was so confused why my payments would still be so high and at 72 months financing which I didn't even want to do!?? I told Mark once again I need way lower monthly payments and I would like to do a 60 months with a trade in for my car at $5,000 and $1,000 down payment. Marks says he can give me $5,500 for my car and finance me at 3.9% for 72 months at $385 and thats the best he could do. I call my dad for the last time and relay all this to him and he now wants to talk to him. Mark gets on the phone with my father and after not even 5 seconds gets off enraged with anger and quickly handed back my phone to me because my father wanted to know where he was getting all his numbers from. Mark then put his coat on and began to bad mouth my father. Well at this point I was so confused and so upset about these numbers Mark kept giving me and after his reaction to my father questioning him I knew exactly why my father wanted me to leave from the start. Mark was trying to pull the wool over my eyes and make a lot of extra money off of me. My father like I said was a car dealer for 25 years and says thats the types of people he could not stand. Mark saw me a young women alone and figured he could make alot of extra money by talking fast and pulling numbers out of the sky. But he was very wrong. I would never give Mark or anyone like him any of my business and I hope I can warn others who he might try to cheat. Mark is an awful unprofessional salesman and nothing but a liar. So its been almost 2 weeks since all that happened and I see that Mark also lied that they were going to have to get rid of the terrain by that friday or saturday and they didn't ...not only do they have it but its now dropped in price!

I hate going to dealerships because I always feel like the salesmen is trying to sell you something you dont want. I looked online for about a week until I found the car I had to have at Koons in Easton. Salesmen Thomas Shockley was there as I pulled in the parking lot and with me until I pulled away in the car I wanted. I told him what I wanted and he never tried to change my mind. I have to say he was AWESOME!! I would highly recommend Thomas Shockley and Koons of Easton to everyone.

After doing my research online, I decided to look for my new Highlander at Koons in Easton, even though there are 2 Toyota dealerships closer to my home on the lower Eastern Shore. After making an appointment with Sara Kritzer, I drove to Easton, and I'm so glad that I made the effort to travel a little farther! Even though they didn't have a vehicle with exactly the features I wanted (including color), Sara found the perfect Highlander for me at another Koons dealership. In just a few hours, all the paper work was complete, and I was one happy customer! The hardest part of the whole experience was having to wait til Monday to pick it up! Everyone was so friendly, and I never felt any pressure at all to settle for "almost" the one I really wanted. All in all, a very pleasant, painless, and positive experience!

I was so relieved and pleased to have a sales person like Stephanie Hunsicker. She made the process of buying a car like a pleasant -"walk in the park" even more, a walk with an excellent guide.She was very professional and presented us with the information we asked for and anticipated our needs at every juncture. She shared the task with other sales people in order to demonstrate things like the fit of the car when my husband wasn't there to try it on. Requests from me like this illustrate that obviously patience is also her virtue. Stephanie also made sure we were introduced and established a relationship with Krystal Koons the owner of the dealership. Krystal was also very open to our questions and willingly modified some paper work for which we had questions.I have had my "Littlr Red Lobstah" - 2008 Prius for about 10 days and love it ! I have called Stephanie several times with questions, all about little functions I did not yet understand. She is immediate and generous with her responses.I have already recommended this dealership and especially Stephanie to friends and hope to keep the "new car relationship" with this Koons dealership as long as I need it and will definitely call on them if and when I need another car. I was pleasantly surprised to meet Stephanie Hunsicker who worked with my wife and myself to inspect the vehicles of our choice. I drove both the Prius and Prius C and we chose the Prius C. I am very pleased with the Prius C and working with Stephanie Hunsicker for making it a pleasant experience. I am also grateful for her followup after the sale. My experience with Koons started good, ended terribly. I write down everything so Ill go into detail to let you the buyer know what to expect. I first talked with Sara and Ann on Monday/Tuesday, March 5/6. On Tuesday afternoon we had agreed to a price on the used vehicle which had been on the lot for 20 days and counting (thanks, cargurus.com). Because I am out of state and would not have been able to fly in to Maryland until Thursday March 15 to pickup the vehicle, but I was very willing to put a deposit of $500 on the car and send them a copy of my flight information to let them know I was serious about buying the car. Later Tuesday afternoon Krystal Koons called back to let me know that Koons would hold the vehicle for me with a $500 deposit depending upon If we could agree to the financing. I was then told that Marilyn would call me Wednesday morning to talk with me about financing. This is where everything went to hell. Waited Wednesday for a phone call, never got one. Finally, late Thursday morning Sara and Krystal both called me. They both asked If I had talked to Marilyn about financing, which had not happened. Krystal then assured me that I would hear from Marilyn later Wednesday. Not a single word was heard from anyone at Koons the rest of the day. Did not hear anything at all from Koons Friday. Finally, late Saturday morning I get a call from Marilyn but cannot answer it because I was in a wedding. The real kicker was that in her voice mail Marilyn said that she would email me the financing details. Never got them. Marilyn also said that I needed to call her back ASAP because someone else was interested in the car.....after waiting to hear from her for three days, suddenly it was my turn to be in a rush. It was mid Saturday before I was able to call Marilyn back. She was with a customer so I left a message with the front counter for her to call me back. Never heard back from her Saturday. Sunday Koons is closed. Monday morning first thing, I called the dealership and finally talked to Marilyn. Marilyn said she still hadn't looked over some things in my file and would call me back around lunch. Should have known. Didn't hear from anyone until after 5pm, when Sara called to inform me that the vehicle was sold earlier Monday (March 12) morning. I asked Sara why because Krystal Koons had told me the car would be held for me dependent on financing (which THEY never took care of and wasted the better part of a week of my time). Sara then told me that Koons does not hold used vehicles. I was also informed by Sara that Koons used vehicles were first come, first serve......Cliffnotes: Out of towners do not buy from Koons Easton Toyota unless you want to waste your time and raise your blood pressure.

This experience was one of the best we have every had in buying a vehicle, I searched on line and found what I was looking for. They had the WOW option on the web site which also stated someone would call you, as they did (Mike) and he was very pleasent to work with (not pushie). I told him we would be down on Monday to look at the vehicle. When we left home I called Mike to let him know we were on our way, when we got there they had the vehicle sitting right up to the door ready for us to test drive. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and treated us great. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle.

I purchased a Sienna, and the salesman, Jim Wood, was very helpful in teaching us about all the "bells and whistles" on the vehicle. He gave me plenty of time to make a decision--and I researched extensively before I purchased. Donna Tolley was knowledgeable and helpful in setting up the financing. This is the 7th Toyota in our family, so we have dealt with Koons, and Nevisier before Koons came to Easton, and we know the service department well. Knowing we will continue to receive friendly, reliable service also led to the decision to buy, along with a very reasonable trade-in deal. The warranty was also quite attractive. Altogehter, I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate Mr. Wood, Mrs. Tolley, and Koons Easton Toyota.

It was well worth the trip from Ohio for my '09 Tacoma! All of the staff I interacted with were great, very friendly and helpful. I was picked up at the airport in Baltimore by Michael Diaz, and the truck was cleaned up and ready to go when we arrived at the dealership. After a test drive and a little time with paperwork, I was on the road back to Ohio. Overall, it was a very smooth process.

The employees at this dealership are by far the best I've ever encountered! I was on my way to Ocean City when my car died in Easton, and was not worth the money to fix. I walked three miles to their dealership from the nearby Mr. Tire shop. They were very kind, and first gave me a bottle of cold water before we got down to business. They were very friendly and helped me out a lot, and definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone within a 50-mile radius!

We have been entertaining the idea of buying a new vehicle for about a year and a half. We could not decide what type of vehicle we wanted. Sara Kritzer has provided us exceptional service and knowledge during this time. She was never pushy or impatient as we changed from one style of vehicle to another. Yesterday, we finally made a decision. To ensure we were choosing the right vehicle, Sara encouraged us to look at other vehicles we had thought about before just to make absolutely sure we were making the best choice for us. Once we had made our decision, Sara (sales representative) and Brian Marshall (sales manager) assisted with getting us an excellent price on a new Highlander. They were both patient as my husband and I discussed our options alone. The final step was working with Donna Tolley to close the financial piece. The entire sales team -- Sara, Brian, and Donna -- are all personable, friendly, professional, caring, and all have a great sense of humor, are down to earth, easy going, and make the entire buying process less stressful. They have encouraged us to come back to review any of the accessories we do not understand -- as often as we like! We already have a great relationship with the service team -- Regina and Luisa -- because we bring our other Toyotas in for oil changes and maintenance. My Wife and I went to Koons Easton Toyota to buy a new 2011 Prius. We were treated extremely well by everyone. Sara (sales) was very knowledgable about the new car and all the available options. She worked out a price for us that was within our budget. In fact, the trade-in price for our 2005 Prius was nearly $2,000.00 higher than that offered by CARMAX. I visited Koons Toyota in the beginning of 2011 when my car was stolen. My application was denied due to income problems. I was so pleased with their hospitality that I decided to stay with them once I found a co-signer. I came back a few months later because Ty Wongus made it her business to find a great used Honda Accord in my price range. She made sure I was well taken care of and it was done in a timely fashion! I would like to say the Team at Easton Toyota, really did give us a"WOW" price on 16 Apr 11. Liz & the Manager(Brian??) worked with us toget us into a new Used 2006 Scion after my accident on 08 Apr 11. Weonly had the Total Loss Check and not much more. We only had that dayto make something happen before I had to return the Rental Car fromthe Accident. We had driven over 2 hours to get there and both partiesdid not want the trip to be in vain. I'm a Karma Guy and from the day of the Accident to the day theEaston team helped us out, I had only seen the negative side of thiswhole ordeal. Dealing with the Insurance Companieis, Hospitals &Doctors, Body Shops and Auto Rentals had mostly been an inconveincefor me and my family. This did not sit right with me, because I haddone nothing wrong. I was on my way to work when the Accident happenedand afterwards it seemed that finding a way to continue providing formy family was all on me. No one wanted to do the "Right Thing", untilwe went to Easton. Easton Toyota's Team restored some of my faith in people. Outstanding dealership! Stephanie and Doug worked diligently to get the vehicle I wanted at an excellent price. The price negations, including my trade in, were a pleasant surprise. I came away feeling that I had gotten a great value for the price.Stephanie has provided customer service above and beyond. She has followed up the next day and at least once a week to ensure that I am comfortable with and fully understand how to operate my new RAV4. I was afraid I would miss my old Mazda Tribute, but that only lasted until I was out of the dealer's parking lot. I love my new Toyota and wouldn't trade it for anything. They gave us $2,000. off without us asking! And the "No Interest" Loan really drew us in. We felt we got a really good deal. The Salesmen really knew the car. He answered all our questions. The Corolla was small - just too compact for us so we went with the Camry. Since they gave us money off it helped us get the bigger more comfortable car.

The staff is so friendly at this dealership and they bend over backwards to make sure that you are completely happy. I look forward to servicing my Scion XB so I can see them again and hang out. Service department is also second to none. I could not have been happier with the customer service I received. All of my car buying experiences were always stressful and unpleasant because I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I felt totally comfortable at Koons and in fact, I dont think that I ever laughed as much as I did that day. Totally enjoyable experience. Liz is an awesome salesperson and if she didn't know something about my vehicle, she got the answers for me within seconds. Very personal treatment was received and friendships were made. Would definitely use this dealership again for my next new car. By the way, I love my Scion XB. If you go anywhere else to buy a Toyota or a Scion, you are crazy. The girls in the service department are awesome and the mechanics are wonderful too.

The sales person (Liz Disimone) was very knowledgable about the Tacoma I was looking for. She found one at a dealership about 50 miles away and went to pick it up herself. It was exactly what I wanted. I traded a 2003 Acura and received a fair trade-in. The first service was at 5K miles and Terry Carney, the service manager, gave me his personal attention.
