Before visiting Koons, I knew that I was only interested in looking at the Bronco Sport and I knew the price I wanted to pay. I was sold on the Bronco Sport Outer Banks after seeing it in person on the showroom floor, it had everything I wanted but ultimately it wasn’t the price I had decided on. Joshua listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure that it would fit in my garage with another car and had the space I needed. I am beyond grateful for the time and effort that Joshua put in to making sure I was able to leave in the exact Outer Banks I wanted at the price I wanted from the beginning! I never thought I would've been leaving with the one in the showroom that I fell in love with. Joshua went above and beyond with communicating with me throughout the entire process. Matt was also extremely friendly and made the paperwork process a breeze. He was knowledgeable and ready to answer any and all questions that were asked (even so close to their closing time). I would gladly recommend Joshua at Koons Ford and would do business with him again!

I went to look potential vehicles on this past Sunday. The show room was closed and as I didn’t expect to talk to anyone but Pete Dixon had happen to see me looking at vehicles and offered to assist. I was shocked and very grateful as the dealership was closed to have a moment to view and test drive potential vehicles. As I looked at numerous vehicles Pete continued to assist me even in the rainstorm! As I returned on Monday morning after I had decided on a vehicle and the process was seamless! Pete introduced me to Matt whom made the numbers worth wild and ensured I was get the best deal. The vehicle I left with on Monday was awesome! But on Tuesday as my growing family got in the car. We realized we will need just slightly more space, I made a call to Pete and when I arrived he and Matt had the second vehicle of choice ready for me. My family and I left Koons within the hour! A super seamless process again and very helpful and personable team members. As I work in hospitality currently. The level of customer service was over the moon!

Biggest plus for me was the delivery service, I'm so busy it was a blessing they brought the truck right to my house! Koons has never really steered me wrong. I have purchased my 2019 Fusion through them, and the service was tremendous in that regard. They serviced my 2007 Fusion when it needed some minor repair after reaching 200K miles. Service, Parts, and Sales...all great staff. Courteous and knowledgeable. Best Ford Dealer I've been to.

alesperson was most helpful as the vehicle I wanted was in transit, he arranged for me to test drive a vehicle w/same options and trim. Called me promptly when the transit vehicle arrived and made an appointment to test drive, check vehicle and complete purchase. Comments:It would be hard to find something to criticize. Our salesman, Derrick Lewis, and the finance manager, Bob Carroll, were absolutely wonderful and a delight to work with. Neither of them put pressure on us, but they answered our questions and helped us to make decisions. The other staff at the dealership were also very helpful and courteous. Buying the car was a very pleasant experience. We have never bought a Ford before, but we are delighted that we have done so now, and we are singing the praises of Koons Ford to our friends and acquaintances. We are thrilled with the Cmax, and we would encourage Ford to build upon and expand its models that are electric and plug-in hybrids.

I search for weeks to find a Jeep Wrangler within my budget only to find that the quoted internet prices had hidden fees and dealer options that i did not ask for nor wanted.I went to Koons Ford to look at a Jeep and 45 minutes later i was signing papers on a deal that was below the budget i set for myself.My sales consultant Ahmed Baroud was excellent!He was knowledgeable, very attentive to my needs and respectful.I got just what i wanted and at a great price.THANK YOU SO MUCH! Overall great! came in late on Saturday pm..people stayed late to close deal. finance, sales, prepping car. tolerant of my fidgety kids...even bought them dinner while i worked with finance! really couldn't improve on anything at this point tbh. Would def return in 3 years...and will def tell friends about it....other dealers were good but koons had what i wanted and worked to get me into it.

Adam was our sales person. From start to finish he was very professional. At no time did we feel hurried or pushed into making a decision to purchase. Well first of all I live in Ohio and have a Son that lives in Severn Maryland. His wife purchased a vehicle from Koons and was very pleased so on one of my trips to visit I stopped in to inquire about a new truck. I was unable to make the purchase that particular day, however, I stayed in contact with them via telephone and approx. a month later after discussing the price I made another trip there and purchased my new Ford F-150 with which I am very pleased. Beginning with the Salesman, New Car Manager, and the Finance Manager all of whom made my buying experience very stress free and enjoyable. I commend them all and am already telling my friends and family what great deals that they have. I would definitely make the 6 hr. drive again when I need a new vehicle.

My tech, Jeff Stewart, bent over backwards to get all the repairs taken care of. I did require a ride home, so that I could leave my car overnight. Trying to get that return ride the next day when the repairs were completed was a nightmare because of phone calls which would get disconnected, or, when I did talk to someone, I could not find out when someone would be able to come take me back to Koons to get my car, though I did appreciate the service, since I live 9 miles away.

In July of 2014, I went with a buddy of mine to Koons Ford of Security Blvd as he was looking to purchase a F-150 for his lawn business. I have been to many car dealerships in my life, and I have a pretty negative perception of car salesmen and dealerships in general. As soon as I walked inside, I could sense the different atmosphere that was present at Koons. It was actually fun to go around looking at cars. The staff didn't hassle us. They answered our questions and genuinely tried to find the right truck for him. There were no games or bait and switching or anything once it was time to talk price. It was genuinely a great atmosphere. And the building was buzzing with people! Now I know why.One week later, I went back to Koons and bought myself a brand new 2014 Mustang, a car that I never thought I'd be able to afford at that point in my life, but Koons made it happen. I loved everything about it, except not having a drop top. So a year later, in July of 2015, I went back to trade that in for a convertible. I ended up getting a 2014 convertible, same color, same car, with LESS miles than the one I traded in, and my payment went DOWN. 2 years later and 2 other people in my friends' family who bought the F-150 now on their own F-150. I will never buy another car from anywhere but Koons Ford of Security Blvd, and I know my friend and his family feels the same way!

It was so much more than that... it was amazing.Tom Snyder was very helpful and quick to respond to any email or call I made to him. He and Scott Holt guided me through the process, making this purchase one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. You will not be disappointed, the integrity, and customer service is unmatched! So this is a late review but, I called late Thursday (6/23) about a car. The sales person not only answered all my questions but held the car for me until i could pick it up on Saturday. Apparently Ahmed had put the keys of the car in his desk. That's awesome! Never had a sales person hold a car for me! And I was in and out in no time taking my car home.

We had spoken to him the evening prior to purchasing due to not having the most pleasant experience at another Ford dealer. Buying a car from this dealership wasn't horrible, but DO NOT use there service department. I paid over a thousand dollars for a door module, which you have to go dealership for, they kept the car for 4 days, we're extremely rude, and now my keyless entry doesn't work. So they want me to leave it there for who knows how long and pay to fix a problem that should have been fixed for the 1,105 dollar repair I've already paid for. To top all this off, the rude disrespectful staff were unhelpful and very agrivating not only to me but the person that was nice enough to drive me around while my car was sitting in there lot and the two hours we were sitting in the waiting room while they processed my credit card.

I live in the Chicago area and was looking for a new 2016 Ford Fiesta ST. After calling and getting prices from 5 dealers in my area I read online about people getting great deals from Koons Ford in Baltimore. So I thought what the heck and gave them a call. They not only beat all my local dealers by a couple grand, they flew me out there and bought me lunch on top of it! What a great experience. The next time I purchase a new car I will definitely be giving them a call. Ask for Christos, he was my salesman. I found him to be a very nice and honest young man.

I live in nassau county in New York. After getting tired of dealing with individuals who will only give you a price on a new vehicle when I was "ready" to make a purchase, I hit the Internet. Using thr cars.com service I found a vehicle I was looking for at Koon's ford on Security Blvd in Maryland. They clearly listed a discounted price that the vehicle was being offered at. After a few short emails and a quoted out the door price I was happy to make to trip to Maryland. My salesman Christos went above and beyond, taking extra care of my concerns late Sunday night while he was not at work, because he new I was about to make a long trip and I needed to know everything was in order. Steve in finance could sense that I was slightly defensive while ready to sign all the documents. I can say everything went smoothly and I came out of his office paying the same out the door price I was quoted. this has never happened to me before. all I can say is that this dealer has a solid reputation and now I know personally why that is. Pete Dixon was awesome, and bent over backwards to find the right car at the right price from another dealer. The advertised WOW price + delivery + registration + tax is genuine, and the trade-in price based on photos I had sent was honored. No other hidden fees like cash matching or prepping. Drove in in one car, and drove out in another. It's a 4 hour drive from where I live, and would not hesitate to travel that far for a new car again. Took a star off otherwise pleasant facilities as the only drinks were coffee or hot water.

If you search for a word to describe my experience the only one that come to my mind is: WOW. My girlfriend and I had a very pleasant experience buying our car from them. They were outstanding under all aspect of the process. Every step was very smooth and more importantly they cared about our business perspective, which I did not expect from a dealer. I highly recommend it and I would definitely suggest to anyone. Josh was our sale rep and guided us through all the different cars we wanted to see. The negotiation with him and Mark was very smooth and professional. Steve from financing was incredibly helpful in the final decision and Tim, the other sale rep who subbed for Josh the day I got my car, deserves a mention as well for being very courteous. I'm typically leery of companies with five-star reviews. These days, they're likely fake; however, when I considered the sheer number of positive posts for Koons Ford, I couldn't help but wonder if they're all true. I can't speak for anyone else, but in my experience, it was so true, I just had to share.After weeks of research, I finally settled on the car I wanted, a used 2013 Toyota Prius that happened to be at this dealership. With prepared financial records and what I thought was the best interest rate available based on my credit score and a previous offer, I negotiated what I considered to be a reasonable deal. Unfortunately, I was wrong. To my surprise, Koons Ford, as such a large dealership, was able to leverage their volume with the finance company to blow my estimated interest rate out of the water. In fact, in comparison, my number was laughable next to the rate they secured. If that wasn't enough, days after the papers were signed, I felt uncomfortable with having only one FOB key. With a quote of nearly $500 for a replacement from a Toyota dealer, I contacted my salesman, Keith at Koons Ford, to express my concern and explore the possibility of some sort of discount. Instead, he chose to surprise me again by not only covering the cost of the replacement FOB key, but also programming & key cutting labor as well. A totally free key and floor mats after the deal was done. Astonishing!With Koons Ford, I got everything I wanted, for less than I wanted to spend. As a small business owner I know there's good, fast and cheap; you can only have two. If you want it good and cheap, it won't be fast. Well, in my experience, Koons Ford delivered on all three. We closed my deal on a Sunday afternoon in just a couple of hours; I even took a business call in the middle. I'm not suggesting they're going to give a free key to everyone, but it's fair to say that Koons Ford will go above and beyond, not to close a deal, but to satisfy a customer. I hated the experience of buying a new car. I did all of my research and haggling online, over the phone, and through email. I found the car I wanted, and then looked for dealers in my area. As this was the first new car I ever bought, I was shocked at how reluctant dealers were to name their price. I received a number of "tell us what our competitors' prices are and we will match it" responses to my query. Koons Ford of Baltimore not only gave me the direct price when I asked, but it was, after a lot of negotiating with others, the best price of 4 area dealers. I had a suspicion that all was going too smoothly when I drove an hour to the dealer. I just knew when I arrived I was going to receive a higher price because, "that was a special for those wearing brown shoes on a Monday, you sir are wearing black shoes and I am afraid it is Tuesday; that will be $2,000 higher than what we discussed." However, this was not to be. I arrived. The internet sales rep told the on site sales rep that the price was taken car of, I saw the car, signed the paperwork, and I was off. I was shocked at how easy it was and refreshing that the process ended so much smoother than it began. I am not sure what my next car will be, or when I will need it, but another dealer would have to work miracles to get me to shop somewhere else.

My wife and I started the process of looking for an SUV and Koons Ford was our first and only stop. We originally went in just to test drive an Escape, we chose Koons because they had the best prices posted on-line. We ended up getting the ball rolling towards buying it that day. Our salesman, Jordan, was great to work with. He was very personable and made the process easy. They were very busy that day so it took longer than expected but we got exactly what we wanted at a great price. If you're in the market for a new vehicle definitely check them out.

Just purchased a used 2015 Ford Escape SE on October 24th. Overall, I am happy with the purchased. I paid more for the used vehicle then they were selling the new base 2016 Escape but I am happy with the vehicle. However, I give a 3 star rating because the Finance Department is lacking in its knowledge of the MVA rules in tittle and tags. I was charged the wrong fees and as a result I was over charge. As a unit working on behalf of the MVA, it seems this is carelessness in that regard. Also, because I took the vehicle at dark, I did not notice the small paint chips on the rear. Perhaps the 172 point inspection does not cover minor body paint issues. I would like to give the dealer 5 stars but as you could see, that would not be possible. I would recommend this dealer but just make sure you pay attention to all the details such as the items I noted.

My salesperson was Ms. Elorine Gainer. She emailed me and from there we scheduled an appointment to look at and buy my new Ford Escape. Ms. Gainer was professional and friendly and I appreciated her attention. Mrs Carol Walker is the best she did the numbers which could have been all she did and that would have been fine. Mrs. Walker was like family (no relation) but she makes you feel cared for. She offered us lunch(so good)I have brought many cars(all Ford Explorers) and never was offered lunch. Because of her I will get my next car or truck at Koons. Also I work nights and I came back in to have the LoJack put on my car and Carol knew I was tired and she let me know the guy who installs them was running late. She had someone drive me home while my truck was getting the Lo Jack. I really appreciated her thoughtfullness, When I came back to pick up my car she ordered my tags and had them put on and also had my car washed. She is a joy and I will never forget her or the thank you card she sent me!!! I have to admit everytime I drive past Koons Ford I smile. THANK YOU BOTH MRS, WALKER AND MS. We were with my son who wanted a specific car and Koons Ford went out and found one at an out of state dealer, resulting in us purchasing a second vehicle from Koons in less than a week. We had gone to a closer Ford dealership to our house because Koons Ford is over an hour away from us but that closer dealership salesperson and manager didn't get back to us after two days knowing we wanted to buy. He gave us an excuse and we told him sorry but why didn't someone else call us? So that dealership lost a lot of money and I made sure they knew it. I had said to myself that after I had a really bad experience with an American car years ago, that I would never ever again buy one. I thought that if I stuck with foreign cars, I wouldn't be disappointed. My last 2 cars were BMWs. So I must admit that I came into the buying process with a negative thought about American cars and dealerships in general. In my experience, dealerships where just out for themselves. Well I must admit that Koon's changed my mind. My salesman, Melvin, first of all helped me pick a car that matched the luxury that I had in my BMW and worked his butt off for a week to get me in a car that looked good, rode well, and was the best bang for my buck. He was just the tip of the iceberg. His management staff and finance people worked very hard to get me an awesome deal. I have never had a dealership work so hard for me. Purchased a new Explorer Sport in December with sales rep Casey Groop. Sales process went smoothly, and Casey was awesome. 8 months and about 15,000 miles later, my check engine light came on. I texted Casey and told him, and he had me bring it into service so they could work on it. He provided me with a loaner car while it was being worked on and the process couldn't have been any easier. I was on vacation in Baltimore Harbor this past july and stopped by Koons Ford with my two grown sons who have visited thier website several times and thought the advertised prices were better then we have seen in our home state of new york.Sales rep Verlyn Barnes approched us as we exited our car and went out of his way on a rainy day to show us his inventory of super duty diesel pickups. we spoke for some time before heading back to new york with his business card in hand. After several emails back and forth, we made a deal and I headed back to baltimore and traded in my 2006 F250 and drove home a 2015 f250. I've purchased three cars from Koons of Baltimore and have felt and still feel like family. First impressions are lasting impressions. From the moment I completed an online inquiry, to speaking with the receptionist, to meeting with Ray Baldwin who was my Sales Associate with the purchase of my first and second car to going into Finance, I felt comfortable. I didn't feel like they were trying to put me into a car I could not afford. Every aspect of my purchases were explained clearly and my questions were answered thoroughly. Norm Dowdy was my sales associate for my third car and he was awesome! When it's time for my car to be serviced, I simply online and schedule the appointment time that is convenient for me, a few days before my appointment, I receive a reminder/confirmation call. When I arrive, I am greeted and my car is taken for service. I do not have to wait long, but I wouldn't mind because the waiting area is comfortable. My service advisors Steve and Cary have always been polite and professional and provide great advise. They were honest with me and the price they quoted me was the price i paid.Unlike other ford dealerships i went to one whom gave me a magnifying glass and said read the fine print after i said i wanted the vehicle for the price in the paper before i looked at and drove it and was told that was the price until i said i want it and they did that to me.I never thought i would buy a ford because of that dealership.but Koons ford changed my mind for me.i had to drive three and a half hours but it was worth it over all.all dealerships should have to be honest and up front.

Everyone at Koons Ford was very helpful and friendly. Ray Baldwin was professional and very nice to myself and my family. He was able to help us with our trade and work with us in buying our new edge. Carol Walker is a sweetheart. She guided us to find a plan that would be good for us with our new car. Scott Holt was great. We drove from New Jersey to look at the edge. He made sure the edge was in front of the dealership when we arrived. We didn't have to wait around. Again all of them made us feel that customer service was very important to them. We would recommend Koons ford to our friends and family. We will continue to have a relationship with them in the future.

I must say that I'm impressed, from the lollipops (for my daughter) to the servicing of my car. When I first came in I didnt expect much because my credit and previous experiences with other car, however, in the end I was deeply surprised. My Sales Consultant, Danaj made the application process easy. Believe me I was truly nervous about what was going to happen, but she was very consoling. I walked in with paperwork and left out with a car. And even when I had to bring the car back for servicing, Steve and Sterling were very professional and got me out the door in 2 hrs. I definitely came in a little apprehensive, but the level of service that I recieved was great. I will definitely recommend Koons to my family and friends.

I bought my Ford transit about nine months ago from Fred the salesperson the transaction went pretty smooth I was promised a bin for my van it took me approximately 6 to 8 months to have it installed no fault of Koons Ford when it was finally installed installation went well they remove the panel and did not reinstall it when all they had to do is put a couple spacers to make the Bin work I called Fred he basically told me I got it for free to live with it that was a $500 option and you hung up on me and I have not heard back from him cents So if I had a referral friend to them at this present time I would say no I felt that I was Miss treated at least by my salesperson I have not talk to a manager or manager has called me in this matter

I recently stopped at Koons Ford to look at new Ford Escapes. Scott Holt greeted me asking if he could be of any assistance. His relaxed and friendly demeanor was comforting, and he genuinely seemed to be interested in helping answer my questions (rather than being interested in simply making a sale). I had lots of questions, and Scott patiently answered them all. He showed me the exact car I wanted to see (Blue 2015 Ford Escape) and let me take it for a test drive. I liked the experience so much that I decided to buy the car that night, even though when I went in I was just planning on "window-shopping." My wife joined me later at the dealership and she continued to ask Scott questions. His patience was notable, and he remained friendly and relaxed throughout the entire transaction. He's a personable, amiable employee who seems genuinely interested in keeping customers satisfied. We couldn't be more happy with our new Ford Escape from Koons. We also feel we got an amazing deal on the car, as it ended up being several thousand dollars less than the MSRP. Koons' competitive pricing is notable. During the transaction, we also interacted with several other employees, including James (in the financing department), and everyone we dealt with at Koons was friendly and helpful. I have already recommended Koons to someone, and will continue to do so.

I had a roughly 2 hour wait while the technicians repaired a tire, changed my oil, and rotated my tires. The sign-in agent told me it would be about 2 hours so the timeframe was perfect. While I waited I was able to use my laptop, which I appreciated - internet service was very good. Finally, the coffee was excellent.

Had the experience of buying a 2003 sport trac from biancos, saw it on car gurus sent out an email they contacted me right away, went down looked at the truck and was given alot of help from Ed and Frank, great guys not the run of the mill used car dealers very helpful and friendly, car was serviced, cleaned, gassed up and ready to go in several days, they have been in business for over 30 years and stand behind thier cars. all and all a very good easy buy, Ed and Frank are the best, I highly recommend them. The salesman brought a vehicle to my place of work and showed me all the possible features I could have on a new Escape. I originally was looking for a SE model with a sunroof. He showed me a Titanium level Escape and I was happy to pay more for the features that are on that trim level. This is a vehicle that I will keep longer than if I had bought a SE trim level. The extra features (much better sound system, navigation, cargo rails etc.) are worth the extra money.

I was very nervous about coming in to purchase a new vehicle. I had a lot of hesitation and anxiety about making the purchase. My sales guy, Melvin was so laid back and comforting that I felt like I was just hanging out with a buddy while shopping for a new car. I appreciate him making me feel comfortable and for being so patient as we worked a deal. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. I came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, but Steve quickly informed me that additonal services were needed and it would all be covered under my maintenance agreement. I am from Cape May NJ, and while in Baltimore for a police academy graduation my battery died. I called the dealership the following morning and was told to come right over. When I arrived at the dealership, Kyle checked me in immediately and my car was taken back into the service area a few minutes later... After about 15 minutes or so Kyle came out and told me exactly what the problem was and got me back on the road within about another 10 minutes. I have always owned a Ford, but I've never dealt with such great and fast service in all these years. Thank you again.

My husband and I purchased a 2011 Ford Escape from Mark about 3 years ago and a 2014 Ford Focus last year. Recently, we decided to get a bigger truck and knew we had to come back to Koons Ford Baltimore. Mark is incredible! He makes the car buying experience smooth, quick and surprisingly pleasant! Most of our leg work was done over the phone and the deal was set before we even set foot on the showroom floor. To our surprise Mark got our payment even lower by the time we arrived to test drive and make our final decision. This is the third vehicle in 3 years I have purchased with the help of Mark. The best thing about Koons Ford for me is the customer Service. I've worked with Carey since I got the vehicle and serviced it at Koons. He is very accomodating and works hard to ensure any necessary service is done well and on a timely basis. Im ready to trade my car in and its hard because I enjoy my vehicle for the most part. With the exception of getting the same thing in the 2015 version not sure what Im ready to change to.

This is my 5th vehicle from koons and I have been happy with every one. The only issue I had with this 2015 focus was the climate control module failed 2 days afterownership and it had to go into service for a week. Koons did a great job and provided me with a loaner but it was still disapointing.

I was able to get to work and to use a car)which was also a mustang 2015 while I waited a few days (about 4)for my car to come in. Koons is a bit out of my way, but I'll continue to make the drive to get my Escape serviced there. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They always explain all the charges and parts and do their best to keep my bill as low as possible. They also always get me in within a day, which is more than I can say about Bob Davidson Ford who will send you a million emails, coupons, and gift cards but can't be bothered to answer a phone, return a voice mail, or schedule a service appointment. The Koons staff treated me wonderfully. I took my car in for a noise that I thought was coming from the rear. Koons tech took the car for a test drive and determined that the noise was coming from a broken struct on the front. I arrived in search of an Explorer or an Edge. Koons had plenty of them in stock, and we test drove several of them. My income, savings and credit status allowed me to purchase most any car on the lot. When we returned to the Office, Verlyn Barnes went over my requirements in detail, and we had discussed age, lifestyle, upcoming retirement, etc... He then recommended a different car to look at---an Escape Titanium. We tried it and I loved it. Not too big (for my wife to drive), Better mileage than the Explorer. Easier to park (assist, too). Cheaper. Had plenty of room to easily hold my bike. Roof rack and hitches. Great interior. Etc., etc... As I learn all the fine points of this car, I continue to find carefully designed surprises, like the side pocket on the passenger seat, perfect to hold my Iphone 6 Plus. I was trading from a Land Rover Discovery to the Escape. Later, I decided to use the heavy-duty Discovery rear floor mat instead of a lighter-duty Ford one. I was surprised to find that there was only an inch difference in each direction to trim off so that it could fit. The Discovery always seemed large, but was the same size as the smaller looking Escape. Throughout, Mr. Barnes' service was much more of an auto consultant than the stereotypical car salesman. It was greatly appreciated. I have recommended him to others, and look forward to a "consult" when my daughter's lease expires on her Ford Fiesta.

OMG. We could not have had a better experience. This was our 2nd trip to Koons Ford of Baltimore after performing 10s of hours of research online into various other makes (e.g. Acura TLX, Suburu Legacy, Toyota Camry, Chevy Impala, Honda Accord) and stopping at various other dealerships (e.g. Bob Davidson Ford, Frankel Acura, etc.) in the North Baltimore region. We were never put under any pressure / in an uncomfortable position, etc. Instead, we felt encouraged to help them find the perfect car for us for the best deal (and - again - I looked around the entire North Baltimore region). Our salesman (Lan Phan) was very helpful (prompt service and valuable input) and made the experience a fun one (he's a very funny guy!) and our sales manager (Mark Rodgers) worked with us to lock in the best deal (e.g. he explained everything well, he considered everything that we had to say, and he remained patient, professional the entire time). I can't recommend Koons Ford of Baltimore enough.

Well, I had to pick up a car recently and I was looking around the web and I saw a car I wanted over at Koons Ford in Baltimore. The Car had great features and was priced well below anyone in the area. My salesman Derek Lewis and the Finance Rep Sam Boodou, both were very professional and not high pressure, which is very good. They were also very patient too. Overall I got the car I wanted for a good price and I also got a good warranty for the car. I took possession ofthe car and soon discovered it had an issue with the rotors. I brought it promptly into their service department and it was fixed on the fly within an hour or so without an appointment. Their service advisor Ken Dillon, and the service team were also professional and treated me well. The time spent there was not long at all and their processes seemed to be very efficient compared to other dealership experiences that I have had in the past

I went to another ford dealer first (an hour away from my house) and was very disappointed with the service and how they trick you with the car pricing so you come into the dealership. (saw price online and called to make sure the price was correct, only to get there and find out it was 7k more, after I drove it.) Koon's has Great honest Service. The Salesman takes the time to show you about the car and answer any questions you have. Koon's has many vehicles to choose from and they will do everything they can to get you the car you want for the price you want. The showroom is very clean and neat, I will definitely recommend Koon's to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

I went out today just to inquire about what I could afford in a 2013 Ford Fusion SE. I had an appointment with Scott, but he wouldn't be in until later. He said that there were others available to help me. I was given over to Lan Phan. You tend to think the worse when one salesman passes you off to another salesman, but WOW was I in for a surprise. Lan was awesome! He had me laughing and enjoying the shopping experience from the time we met until the deal was completed. He even shared his green tea and chocolates with me. Lan did not use any high pressure tactics or make me feel that if I didn't purchase the car it would be a terrible lost for me. He was very knowledgeable, but did not overload me with information. He allowed me to ask questions and took his time to answer each one. It took about three hours to get everything done, but Lan's company made the wait worthwhile. I even had a pleasant experience with James in Finance.

I was waiting on a special order truck. Keith my salesperson put up with me calling everyday when it got close. Tom the sales manager made sure the truck was PDIed (not sure a word) ASAP and Steve in finance had most of my paperwork done when I came in. It was speedy and smooth just as it should be. If I could say one thing you could improve on, it would be the carwash department. On my truck it was fine. My wife and I purchased another new vehicle not 4 weeks ago and they did a very poor job on hers. Still this is my 4th vehicle with Koons in the past 5 years and will continue to return. Not as often though. I love my new F150 Platinum and will keep this one for a while. My wife tends to keep cars longer than I anyway. We will visit regularly for service. I am such a big proponent of Koons I bring all my company vehicles there for service as well. This speaks well for Paul and your service department since we drive past at least 50 other service facilities capable of servicing our fleet of F350 Vans, all which are much closer than the 20 miles we drive to Koons. I came in for routine oil change/tire rotation but also mentioned that the car had a mildewy smell and technician took care of it and I wasn't charged, as it was considered covered under warranty. No improvementso necessary. The staff at Koons Ford Baltimore rocks and the service facilities are fabulous!

I really liked the WOW price. So many other dealers advertise a price that includes all kinds of discounts that most people would not qualify for. I actually had another sales person at a different dealership say he could not come within $5000 of that price and that they must be offering other discounts. I also like that Mark the sales manager came out and spoke with us directly during the price negotiations. I think I got the best deal at Koons.

We were recommended by our friends/neighbors. We've bought several cars over the years, but never have we come across a dealership quite like this one .Everyone was very friendly and polite. Derek was extremely patient with me about finding the right car, and again with my wife one week later. I feel like our needs were difficult, at best, but were met with respect and kindness. Dino Martinez went above & beyond by mailing an item, that I had left in my previous car, back to me. I also loved Dino's determination to help us getting into this new car. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and even gave us some of their catered lunch while we were waiting to fill out paperwork. I like that they offered to let me test drive the car without me having to ask like at some other dealerships I visited. The only minor thing was that the car came with summer performance tires in the middle of winter and I had to go out and buy all season tires. You could probably offer the option of tires when purchasing the car.

The overall attentiveness of the entire team was excellent, from initial internet contact, through working with my salesperson and the financing person. The only thing that could have been improved, and I believe this had do with parts availability and not any issue with the dealership, was being able to install the roof rails and crossbars on the initially agreed day. When they did come in, I dropped off my new Escape, Koons provided me with a loaner, and I returned to a complete and excellent installation. They met their commitment and provided excellent service.

The proces was not time consuming. I called Carol Walker and told her what car I was interested in including color, options and price. They always take their time and I never feel rushed through. I was at a ford dealership in north carolina and I did not feel as cared for as I do at "home" dealership. The service managers are all great, helpful and understand the value of saving a dollar. Cary was great, but I have others including Kyle in the past work with me. I have been pleased all times and the staff as well.Today after having service i want upstairs to see about trading in my son's car as part of the swap up program they are having. I found Koons Baltimore's WOW price on their website, and yes, it was unbelievable. But that price is entirely accurate. I was told by many other Ford dealers it was impossible for them to sell the car for that price. But Koons did it. Their price was over $1000 cheaper than any other dealer's sale price and $4500 below MSRP. I don't know how they do it but I am now the happy owner of a 2015 Ford Fiesta for the EXACT quote I received over the phone. No additional fees, gimmicks, rebates. I will never purchase another Ford vehicle without checking out Koons first. Also, they didn't not push me to spend more on extras like extended warranties, protective coatings, etc. My only gripes about Koons Ford are the following. But their pricing more than makes up for these minor problems. 1. They had a new credit card system so it took 15 minutes to run my card. 2. I had to send the car to the cleaning department 3 times before it came back perfect. Its a brand new car, I expect it to not have a single smudge or mark before I sign. They did get it perfect but it took some time. But it only meant wasting about 45 minutes total between the two.

Was reluctant to purchase a new Ford as I have had two bad experiences trying to buy an Explorer over the last two years at other dealers. Stopped in on a whim. They made me a deal that was incredible at year end for 2014 and at the last minute I backed out. Two weeks later almost mid January I called salesman Ahmed back and asked if the deal was still available and he honored it. I even checked the deal with another dealer and they told me not to refuse it. Additionally they didn't pressure me and Ahmed's service and follow up was incredible. If you call to speak with him and leave a message he responds promptly.

Went to look at a 2005 ford f-150, took for test drive, heard strange noise but only lasted half a minute before stopping and there were no warning lights so didn't think much of it. Bought the truck, took it home, the next day I drive it, I hear the strange noise again and the battery light comes on this time. Took to my friend who's a mechanic and they told me the alternator was overcharging the battery. THEY HAD SOLD ME A TRUCK WITH A BAD ALTERNATOR. So I called them and they forced me to drive all the way back up to Baltimore (I live on the Eastern Shore of MD) to have it fixed and they also TRIED TO BLAME IT ON ME AFTER ONLY HAVING IT FOR 2 DAYS!!!!!! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND KICK YOU OUT THE DOOR AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE I WILL NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Kasey Groop was very up front with me on pricing and provided me with an e-mail quote for the Koons "WOW" price which was very competitive to other dealerships that I met with. I felt they did a better job of being up front with the cost rather than showing one price to get us in the door and then raising it based on incentives that we didn't qualify for. From my experience, it seems like the latter practice is very common among local Ford dealers, and I find this to be a very frustrating and annoying practice. With Koons, Kasey e-mailed me an on-the-road price quote and then honored it when we came in to meet with him, even doing a dollar-for-dollar adjustment when I asked for a couple extra upgrades. I liked this up front pricing and definitely liked the fact that the price he e-mailed me was the price I got.

Well, I took a train from New York and I have to say, I was worried that the price quoted to me would change once I arrived. Instead, my salesman, Fred, picked me up at the train in my new Ford Fusion. The car buying process was the shortest and most painless experience I have ever had in my life. Already, I have recommended Koons to others in my area. It was so great that I am looking to purchase a Ford Fiesta from them. Hopefully I can get just as great a deal as I did on my Fusion. These kind of experiences just don't happen in New York. Dealerships try to squeeze you for every dollar. You think you've settled on the numbers but everything changes once you get into the finance manager's office where they try and bleed you dry. Then they ask you to give them great marks on the survey. Koons did none of these things. I am so thankful that they came to my rescue.

I've been in sales myself for a number of years and I can recognize and appreciate quality service when I see it. Right down the line from my sales person Norman to the finance person Steve and the sales manager Mark all were a pleasure to deal with. First and foremost though the deal they made me was outstanding and didn't even have to think about going anywhere else that's really #1. Once I realized I didn't have to worry about getting a undesirable price on the vehicle I could relax and enjoy the process, which I did. I brought a 2014 F150 truck and couldn't be more pleased (OMG is it nice). I should also mention I live in Dundalk so Koons isn't right around the corner for me, but absolutely will not think twice about going back there not only when I'm ready for another vehicle, but for my service work as well that's just how comfortable I felted there. So don't make a mistake by not going there when you're shopping for a vehicle make it your first stop and it will be your only. THANKS KOONS FOR EVERYTHING!

Overall every person from sales to sales manager to finance manager were all extremely helpful and easy to work with. I purchase vehicles for myself about once every two years and almost every year someone in my family takes me along to assist with their purchase in a vehicle and it is nice to come across a dealership and people that work at making what can be a very confusing and frustrating experience a much more pleasant experience. I walked in to Koons Ford with only the intention to test drive the 2015 Escape and not to purchase that day since I was still shopping and had test drove the Subaru Outback and already had my own financing arranged. I have been back to Koons twice. The first time, to pick up my permanent tags. They helped me right away and Mark even put them on for me. Everyone was very friendly and remembered me. I saw the advertisements via on television, internet & a co-worker. I called Kooks Ford on 29 October 2014 & was introduced to Fred McGuire, my sales rep. Colleagues of mine recommended that I look for a new vehicle at Koons Ford. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of customer service from my sales representative, Brian Abdo. He really seemed genuinely interested in finding a vehicle that both matched my needs and my budget. I never felt pressured in making a decision and felt I received honest feedback from him regarding affordability, package deals, and reliability of the vehicle. Overall, considering the vehicle (Ford Fusion) I was interested in, Koons offered me a great deal. I was allowed to test-drive the car overnight. I ended up leasing the vehicle at a very affordable price. The financial department was showed me all of the possible options I had in terms of my lease, which showed a lot of dedication to the customer and their satisfaction, as opposed to just pushing a sale out the door. My husband and I purchased a brand new Fiesta from this dealership in July and we're just getting around to writing a review (sorry, all, heh). I did quite a bit of comparison shopping beforehand and had actually not planned to purchase on the day that I did, but we went to visit Koons on a Friday night to see what the Fords looked like, and I fell in love with this Fiesta from the get-go. It had everything we required and the price was reasonable, so we went back the next day for a test drive. Our salesman, Keith Schopman, was very personable and patient (though a bit too apologetic at times - really, I don't mind that we had to look at the car on our own, I preferred that, so as far as I'm concerned, he did his job just right for my tastes) and helped us considerably with hammering out details. Our finance manager, Sam, was also very nice and took time to answer any and all questions we had. I am very pleased with the Fiesta and have had no trouble with it whatever. Maybe my experience is an anomaly, but I had no issue with how I was treated here and would happily return for my next car (which will hopefully not be for many years).

I had ordered a Transit Connect from a local dealer on Feb. 10th - The van came in on Sept 18th - That's right , 7 months later. Stuck at the Port of Baltimore for 4 months. Anyway, the dealer said they would make concessions and get me extra money because of the delay. They gave me the price, I thought they could do better and they said they couldn't. Went to Koons and got a more expensive version for a lower price. One day deal. I shouldn't have waited but I did. 2nd truck purchase from Koons in 4 years. I should have just dealt with Koons from the beginning.

In the '90's and '00's, my wife and I bought four cars from Koons. We then went on to two other brands. I wanted a '14 Mustang before they were all gone as I wanted the retro looking Mustang rather than the restyled '15 coming out soon. I worked with Matt Stoudt whom I had never met before and he was excellent from the first email until he handed me the keys and I drove home. I had concerns about some of the features on the Mustangs, such as the Comfort setting that gave a better ride, so he showed how that worked and we took a 45 minute test ride. Being so late in the model year, the inventory for base model V-6s was slim, but he found the exact car I wanted and I took delivery two days later. Although I had not bought any cars from Koons in ten years, I found that same great service and respect that I liked from years ago, and it was great to be back in the Ford/Koons family. Also, I have worked with Brian Deal in their Parts Dept several times this year trying to locate hard to find or obsolete parts for an '04 Mustang. Brian went the extra mile locating the parts I wanted every time, as well as showing me how to install some of them, or showing other options for parts I needed. So now I have a great salesman to buy a car from again and a great parts guy to help me locate parts. Forget the rest. Go with the best!

I would highly recommend this dealership! They had the best price on a new Ford Transit Connect I could find within a 3 hour radius. My business is located near Harrisburg, PA and I could not find anyone who would match their price. They worked with me over the phone, through email and texts since I was not local. They provided me with an "out the door" price so I knew my total cost for financing purposes. They brought the vehicle to us after it was purchased which was a 1 1/2 hour drive. I had to stop by here for emergency service. I was driving from Boston to Miami and my window broke halfway down (which is quite unpleasant driving 70 mph on the highway). I stopped by with zero appointment, and was seen on the spot. They put my window up and did not charge me anything at all - just as a courtesy. I am still under factory warranty (from another dealership in New England), and they were going to charge the warranty if they had the part to fix it - but they just didn't have the part - and I didn't give them any notice stopping by on a Saturday an hour before they close. Overall, they were quick and convenient access from the highway. Good overall experience

In the process of shopping for a new Ford hatchback, I went to several dealers in the Baltimore region. My experience at Koon's was easily the best. Larry Bouldin was kind, patient, and well-informed and an overall delight to work with. Mark Rodgers was direct and firm but in a professional, friendly way. They started off with honoring a great on-line price for a 2014 F-150 which was many $1000's less than the MSRP. I went there and they didn't even give me the time of day. I was looking for something inexpensive. I had to borrow a vehicle to get there. The one I came in was not mine. Apparently they thought I was going to trade that in. I currently do not own a vehicle. It takes me 2 hours to get to work by bus and up to 3 hours to get home. I guess it was not meant to be. Recently bout a 2014 Ford Focus ST from Koon's. The experience I had there was awesome. We had to wait awhile for the sales person I had an appointment with to come over and help us, however we noticed he was dealing with another customer. Once he came over, he took us out to the focus, showed us some things and let my girlfriend and I get in it and look around. While we were doing that he made a copy of my license. Once he came out he handed me my license and told us to go have fun test driving the car and take as much time as we needed. I fell in love with the focus right away! If you're in the market I highly recommend Koon's. There Focus ST prices were the best I could find on Cars.com. I got one heck of a deal from them! Everyone was helpful in the buying process, it took some time, but we eventually worked out a deal to please both ends. My sales person was very knowledgeable and easily answered every question I had about the ST. It was a great experience and worth the 1 hour drive to Baltimore. I have already recommended Koons to my family and friends!

This is a follow up on my June 14th review of Koons, again I got a good deal on the purchase price of my 2013 Taurus however, I would give Koons a poor to below average rating after the sale. Issues I mentioned on my previous review: 1. The wind noise above 55 mph on driver side window: This was caused by the keypad on the door buffeting the fix was replacement of a molding and a clip under the keypad. Luckily I was able to drop my car off during a business trip. 2. Tire noise: For state inspection in PA (out of state purchase) the local Ford dealer said I needed an alignment, tires are feathered, with an out of camber condition driving it sounds like belts are separated. I reached out during a survey was told someone would call, that didn't happen, I tried to reach the service manager, wasn't around, a service writer suggested I talk to the sales manager, (who is never around) decided left a message and guess what? no response. 3. No floor mats in the car, I received the mats 3 weeks after the purchase, but for this to happen was not seemless, it took several calls and follow up, Koons is not pro-active. 4. Oil diagnostic issue, showing 74% oil life 500 miles after oil change, I reset it, I think its ok. This really is my fault, during the sales process I was told how extensive the car is checked out. Its obvious the car wasn't driven on the highway after reconditioning, its always good practice to have a mechanic look at it as well.

Truly from top to bottom the best experience I have had in buying a car (and i usually buy about every 2-3 years). Easy price negotiation and NOTHING CHANGED when I went back to financing (the most important part!!!). Until 2011, my family were loyal Jeep owners. My wife and I owned eight Jeep vehicles since the 1990's. We loved their style, comfort and reliability. However, as the price of gasoline increased driving Jeeps was no longer financially feasible. We knew our next vehicle purchase would be MPG driven. In 2012 we needed a truck for commuting and home use and we purchased a 2011 Ford Ranger 4x4. We were extremely pleased with it's 24 MPG highway mileage. The spring of 2012 we began looking for an economical SUV to replace our Jeep Commander and purchased our 2012 Ford Escape. We were attracted to its style, comfort, but 30 MPG highway mileage sealed the deal. During several of our long road trips we have recorded as high as 31.7 MPG. We live in Southern Maryland but purchased our Escape from Koons Ford of Baltimore. In fact, our son purchased his 2013 Ford Fiesta from Koons Ford of Baltimore for the same reason we purchased ours, a great purchase price. It is quite a distance from Waldorf to Baltimore to purchase a new vehicle, but the trip was worth it. On June 25, 2014 I had to take our 2012 Escape back to Koons for warranty work. Like any automobile owner, this event can be very stressful to say the least. However, when I arrived I was greeted by Mr. Steve Harrell (Service Advisor) who instantly devoted his attenditon to me and my Escape's problem. He reassured me that they would diagnose the problem and would call once he knew what the problem was. Later that day Mr. Harrell left me a message on my cell phone informing me that they located the problem and that my Escape would be ready the next day. The following day I returned Koons Ford and Mr. Harrell personally delivered my Escape to me. He again took time to explain to me what repair work was was performed to my Escape. Not often can my wife and I say we have had a pleasant experience when we have had to take any of our vehicles back to a dealership for service and/or warranty work. THe success of any Dealership is reliant on a great Service Department. It is this part of a Dealership that establishes a mindset for return purchases. One negative Service Department experience mentally scars an owner, and when the time comes to purchase their next new car, a return visit to that Dealership is not likely. The experience my wife and I had at Koons Ford of Baltimore exceeded our expectations. Be assured if my wife and I consider purchasing another new car our first choice of Dealerships' would be Koons Ford of Baltimore. It is people like Steve Harrell and the staff at Koons Ford of Baltimore that makes it easy to decide where to purchase our next Ford. Keep up the great work and kudos to Mr. Steve Harrell and the Service Department at Koons Ford of Baltimore.

5 years ago I traded in my Toyota Tacoma for my 2009 Ford F150 from Koons. I live about 25 miles from Koons and there are many dealerships between here and there. I returned to Koons mainly due to the great experience my wife and I experienced then. The entire Koons team treated us like we were the only customers there that day and would totally recomment this dealership and the Ford product to anyone who asked. I LOVE my new truck. I personally sought out Matt Stoudt after having a great experience with him when my wife and I purchased our 2013 Ford Explorer Sport. Matt came through for me again when I reached out to purchase a 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the valet in your service department at the Security Ford location. I had a tire pressure warning light on my dashboard and was having a crazy time finding a place to put air in the tires. This was the best car buying experience I ever had in my entire life. Koons Ford of Baltimore truely wowed me with the price and all other aspects of my car-buying experience! Everyone involved with my purchase was professional and friendly, including Keith Schopman, Sales Consultant, Mark Rodgers, New Car Sales Manager, and Desmond Dowdy, F&I Manager. I also had the pleasure of meeting the Owner of Koons Ford Baltimore who was at the dealership to receive the Best Ford Dealership Award for Sales and Service, the Ford Representative that presented the Award, the General Manager of the Koons Ford Dennis Koulatsos, Paul Sarandos, Service Director, and Tom Metzger, Service Advisor (who introduced me to the Service Director). All were professional in their stature, and warm and friendly towards me, which added to the great atmosphere I felt about this outstanding dealership. I was very impressed that the dealership won Ford's very prestigious award. Paul Sarados also impressed me with his Service Department policy of having the customers coordinate with the same Service Advisor for all service, including Quick Lane, instead of having to deal with different advisors for different types of service. I think this is a great policy, and I will surely service my vehicle at this dealership. I have already decided that I want Tom Metzger to be my Service Advisor based on the warm and friendly way he treated me, and took time to walk me over to meet the Service Director even before I actually purchased the Explorer when I came down to see the Service Department and meet the Service Director. Keith Schopman set up everything I needed to operate my electronic systems and Sirius radio, and walked me through all of the car functions. He also offered to walk me through the SYNC features. However, I told him that I would prefer to come back another time to do that since it was getting late. He offered to be available at any time to walk me through the SYNC features and to answer any other questions I may have about the vehicle. I have not done so yet, but I plan make an appointment to do so when I get a chance. I also want to say that the 2014 Ford Explorer Limited 4WD I purchased is the best "car" I have ever owned. My trade-in was a 2006 Ford Freestyle that I also enjoyed, but the Explorer beats it by a country mile. Bottom-Line: I am a very happy customer.

Koons people are fine - easy to deal with and the service is timely. We love the 2012 Fiesta. It's getting 43 MPG on the highway and is very reliable transport.

I purchased my 2012 Mustang in July 2011. I am crazy about it. I just wanted to tell you what a fantastic experience I have everytime I come for service. In particular, I need to compliment Mr. Bruce Leibowitz. I have been dealing with Bruce since my purchase in 2011; and each time I come out for oil change or something else he is so very kind and understanding. I have called him on several occasions; and it is never a bother to help me and answer my questions. I was just out for and oil change and warranty service on July 14, 2014;and Bruce was there to greet me and help me out. He walked me over to the waiting area; and came to get me when service was complete. Nothing is ever a bother for him. I so appreciate his service and kindness. He always puts my mind at ease. That means everything to me! I travel from Harford County, Md. and I usually wait on my vehicle. The wait is never long and is always comfortable. Your new service and waiting area is fantastic! I just wanted you to know what a terrific person, Mr. Leibowitz, is at Koons Ford! Your whole Service Department is one great experience. Thank you so much!

This was my second vehicle purchased from Koons Ford Baltimore and it was just as easy as the first. I'm always impressed with the attention I receive from the staff and the friendly atmosphere. All questions and concerns are immediately addressed. I was able to handle most of the paperwork by phone and email, which made the buying experience even more efficient. Needed a nice late model SUV for my son who's going away to college in a couple of weeks, so I called Matt Stoudt at Koons, who had sold me 3 other vehicles in the past couple of years. I told him what we were looking for, and Matt hooked us up with a nice Toyota FJ, with low miles. They had just taking this FJ in trade, and Matt knew about it and saw it as a good fit for us. Son's happy, mama's happy, and all is right with the world, as I feel that our son is in a nice, safe SUV that will serve him well for many years to come!

Had vehicle ready immediately after purchase. Coming from Elkton md I appreciated that. Had a good selection of similarly equipped Flex vehicles at good prices. This is what made us drive an hour to them. They stayed an hour past close to complete the deal and get us on our way in the new vehicle. I did not expect to drive it home, and being able to do so was awesome. It was my first time buying a new vehicle, and I think the experience was great.

Excellent service and the buying experience perfect! Pete Dixon worked hard to find the Fiesta that I was looking for! Other dealers tried to sell me what they had in stock versus what I wanted! Pete and his management team traded with a dealer in Ohio to get me the car that I wanted! I also appreciate the fact that Pete didn't try to rush me out of the dealership once we were done with the financial stuff. He stayed late and made sure I knew how everything in the car worked!

Great experience! I love my 2014 Ford Taurus SHO. Casey showed me how everything works, even synced my phone so now I can chat it up with all of my friends - hands free! The sales manager Tom Snyder also went above and beyond, just like he did with my previous car that I purchased from him (2011 Taurus Ltd AWD). Great job Koons!

Matt Stoudt was great, extremely proficient in the search for the vehicle I wanted. I did not take possession of the truck so I nor was the permanent driver of the vehicle there at the time we took possession of the vehicle so the syncing part was unable to be performed. I liked the speed of locating my vehicle because I am very busy and don't want to spend all day in the showroom.

Over all I got a good deal for my 2013 Ford Taurus. Derek is a wonderful salesman and more importantly a gentleman. He treated me fairly. I would like to preface by saying I am an engineer, I notice items that others would find no big deal. I only test drove the car around the block, I trusted the car was checked out thoroughly prior to the purchase, I should of looked closer, but I was eager to make the deal. Driving the car home noticed a significant wind noise from the drivers window at 55 + MPH, additionally there could be an issue with the oil diagnostic tool. I drove it less than 500 miles and it shows 74% oil life, perhaps it wasn't reset correctly, hopefully the bumper to bumper warranty will address both issues without out of pocket expense at my local Ford dealer. Also the tires are very noisy, do not know that is inherent with 19 inch tires. The big issue I am hoping to resolve, is there were no floor mats in the car, (discovered on the drive home) I was assured they would be Fed ex'd by Monday, last week, I called again Saturday was told they would be ordered. I honestly think both the sales department, and service/reconditioning department are so busy, its more or less a triage.

This dealership was great when it came to servicing my Expedition. The service writer knew what to ask and made sure that I was advised of everything before the service was initiated. When they found a need to address another issue on my vehicle, the service provider made sure I was informed before any additional service was initiated. The prices were very competitive! I would strongly recommend the service and body department to anyone, since I have used both. In fact I have taken verhicles that were not Fords to their body shop and found their work to be impecable. In my humble opinion, you won't go wrong using Koon's Ford of Baltimore for any type of auto repair. Addtionally, I purchased my Expedition at this dealership and the purchasing experience was second to none. The price was right and the sales people, and in particular the General Manager did not play games and told me up front was the bottom line price. This price too was very competitive.
