I purchased a 2013 Altima in Feburary 2016. My Air compressor went out in August 2016! Go Figure! The service department was very rude! I called and explained my situation to Gary, who works in Serivce, and he told me to bring in my vehicle in and they would check it out. I set up an appointment and I was selected to work with Kristy. She asked for my keys and walked out of the room. She came back in the room and got on the computer. I asked her am I being charged for this service, her reply "Yes, 89.00 for the diagnostic!" I'm sitting there like Gary didn't discuss a diagnostic fee with me! I told her to bring me back my keys because I refused to pay a fee when I am paying for an EXTENDED WARRANTY on my car Every month! Come to find out my warranty covers an air compressor, but the fact is NO ONE was going to tell me I was being charged $89 until after the fact smh!!When I purchased my vehicle I didn't realize there was no owners manuel in there until the Compressor when out. The same day (Aug 2016) I went for my "service" to find out what was wrong with my AC, I requested a owners manuel. The employee told me it would take 10 days before I could get it. Let's just say it's been over 10 days and I'm STILL waiting for them to say the manuel is ready for pick up! HORRIBLE...KRAFT NISSAN!!!!! They are Crooks and don't care!!!!

71-year old female senior citizen must go to Small Claims Court to seek reimbursement for diagnostic charge and other costs. KRAFT refused to provide documentation for diagnostics, or a written explanation, to support their recommendation to replace starter, cost $675, in her 2004 NISSAN PATHFINDER. Refused to accept any responsibility for unnecessary expenditures and inconvenience caused as a result of their recommendation. Admitted verbally they did not check the battery, even though it was listed as having been checked on her invoice. Withdrew their offer to refund diagnostic charge of $96 when she requested supporting documentation. Seems battery was bad all along. Imagine what might happen to you if you purchased a car from this dealership, or took your NISSAN in for service or a problem???

I just purchased a new tool box for my Nissan Frontier from the parts department at Kraft Nissan. The installation turned out to be far more difficult than I had thought. Seth Robertson and Simon Ince took the time to install the box for me. They were both extremely pleasant. Seth and Simon are a credit to Kraft. When they were finished, Seth brought the truck to me in a timely fashion and, again, was very pleasant. I appreciate their professionalism and their dedication to their customers.

I got a 2016 Nissan for 0 down and the best possible payment a month. They treated me like I was a person, not a pay check. Not to mention, the staff was friendly, up front, trustworthy, and all around spectacular! My car was washed, detailed, gas was filled, and the Bluetooth was hooked up. All I had to do was drive it home! Because of Kraft Nissan, I'm driving a reliable, terrific vehicle. I would recommend them to ANYONE looking for a car!

I had a great experience at Kraft Nissan. I've been treated Poorly by dealers in the past, but Jeremy Lowery treated me right. Took care of me quickly, found what I needed, and saw everything through until the end. Love my new Altima. I would highly recommend Kraft to anyone I know.

I went to Nissan to find a car and immediately I was introduced to Malik. I was impressed by all the plaque he has on his desk. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. U can telk he loves his job. He made sure I understood every thing dealing with the car and the paperwork. I would recommend anybody who goes to Nissan to talk with Malik.

Don't get me wrong, I purchased a car from them, but they are definitely about volume not customer service. The dealership I think needs to rework their floor plan and have a better or more transparent experience. Also they pull a very unique fico score (there are 20 main ones) that historically a is lower scoring model. It putts extra weight on credit utilization and less on auto history. Personally I would call a Jacksonville or Orlando dealership, get a final quote, go to a local credit union and get an interest rate quote. Only then I would enter this dealership. Also, refuse to pay their documentation fee. They will tell you "we charge everyone...." Have them back it out of the final price.

Gave a summary of what I needed and got exactly what I wanted! I had just been in a car accident so getting another vehicle wasn't in the books for me so I had limited options for a new car. Kraft Nissan was able to work with me to get me into my new vehicle. Seth Robertson was my salesman and he is fantastic! Definitely NOT the usual mundane salesman that you usually come in contact with when buying a new car. He has such a great personality and anyone in the market looking for a new car I always send to him! Kraft Nissan is lucky to have him!

I was in a car accident when I hit a deer and my car was totaled. I went to see Malik Mangum at Kraft Nissan and he got me into a new car for a fair price and was able to roll my negative equity into the new loan quickly. After looking for a car at several other dealerships and having to still put money down with a trade in, Kraft Nissan was my last resort. The first person I saw when I got out my car was Malik and he was very helpful and great to work with. Not only did he help me find what I wanted, I had to put no money down and drove away with a 2010 Altima and monthly payments within my price range. Malik is one of the best car salesman I've met and the my experience in working with him were a pleasure.

Malik is one hell of a salesmen! I felt extremely comfortable making the decision on buying my first car without any hesitation. Because of him, my experience at Kraft Nissan was quick and easy. I have no complaints at all. I couldn't ask for a better salesmen than Malik. Service at Kraft Nissan is very hit or miss, and you never know what you'll get. I recently lost my spare key to my Altima, and called Kraft to set an appointment to get it replaced. I went in on a Thursday and was informed they would not have time to cut and program a new key that day, so Cole Harrell set me an appointment for 10 a.m. the next day. I arrived to my appointment, waited for an hour, then was informed the key was out of stock... why didn't they check that the day before while I was there? Regardless, Cole said he would call me when the keys come in and said it would be the beginning of the week. I waited over a week and never heard back. I decided to call Cole, and he said the keys were in, but blamed the Parts Department for not telling him they came in. So he made me another appointment (3rd one) for the next Friday. I got to my appointment at 2 expecting it to take a short amount of time as I was told, and assumed as I was just getting one key. However, after 2.5 hours Cole came to me and said I had to pay out of pocket for the key until the key insurance company I use paid them. I agreed to pay after he told me I would be paid back the following day (Saturday) once the insurance paid them. I waited until Wednesday and never saw the money back in my account. I called Cole to let him know, but he assured me he submitted it. It did not show up in my account until the following Saturday. Transactions are immediate, which shows me he did not credit me back as soon as he said he did. After a 2 and a half week process, I finally got my spare key made. The only reason why I rated them 2 stars over 1 is because of a couple of times I had decent service there in the past. However, the good times do not outweigh the other bad experiences I've had there.

After graduating a few months ago I decided it was time for a change after a long search for great deals a friend of mines refered me to Malik over at Kraft Nissan. He exemplify!!the meaning of great customer service. Malik was very know knowledgeable on the vehicles and lead me to exactly what I wanted. Mr. Chris Kraft politely explained that he cannot do 30 minute oil changes and why. Nissan puts out flyers that say 30 minutes or its free. A lot of dealers are telling Nissan stop it we need more time. Mr. Kraft said service needs ruffly 45 minutes to change oil, check the system, fill fluids, and test it. So be patient at the dealership and Kraft will do a great job.

I had a great experience here. I'm a recent graduate and I have less than perfect credit, but Malik had his mind set on me driving away in a car and I did. It was a very enjoyable experience and I am happy that my first car was purchased at this dealership. I have no regrets!

I was just looking online and submitted the type of car I wanted, I didn't expect anything to come from it, but someone from the dealership called me and they're were so sweet and helpful, answered all of my questions and set up an appointment for me to come in. I was so impressed once I got there, I was greeted at the door and helped every step of the way. There was a very different vibe there than any other dealership I've been to. Needless to say, I ended up purchasing a vehicle there. I worked with Jack Bennie and let me tell you, this man is a gem!

I must say that there are not enough words to describe MALIK MANGUM in this column, for i know that there were many many let downs from other dealers that i have gone to and did not get the results like i got at Kraft Nissan. MALIK MANGUM went out of his way to make sure that the need that my husband and i came for it was met. We were able to drive off of the lot with a 2015 Nissan Sentra. I have never owned a brand new car in my life until i went to Kraft Nissan and was approached by Malik who has such a positive attitude and he is a very patient and kind person. I purchased my first car, 2011 Ford Fusion, with the help and guidance of Malik Mangum. I was referred to Malik by Cole, the internet manager, and that was the best decision. I am a very indecisive person, but Malik was very patient and courteous to me. I narrowed my options down to a 2009 Maxima and 2011 Ford Fusion; the Fusion was best for me. My car runs like it's brand spankin' new and I'm in love with it. The service department was helpful as well. I would recommend Kraft Nissan and salesmen Malik Mangum to anyone. He was very courteous and professional. I had visited another dealership before coming to Kraft and surely didn't get the same service there. I looked at several cars and took a test drive. Dropped 2014 Titan to fix sunroof leak and why can sunlight come in. The Drain was the problem issue still not fixed. Dropped my Nissan Altima for the $89.00 Detailing they concentrated on the bugs they did not do the sides or the rear of the Car. The inside was still the same.me So hat did I pay for if you did not do the sides and rear and no detailing inside so what did I PAYTHE $96.00 FOR. Very unhappy with SERVICE. I bought a car in July from Kraft Nissan and was pleasantly surprised by the prompt, professional sales help I received from Harvey Brown and Bill Johnson ( finance). I didn't feel like I was being mislead or lied to about pricing because they showed me everything I needed to see in order to make a wise purchase. I had such a good experience that I recommended the place to my friends and they purchased from Nissan too. Now we are all happy Nissan customers.

I bought a used truck from these guys on 4/18/14 and there were some paint scratches that was brought up at time of purchase, but could not be resolved because of the bad weather that day. The salesman (Bill Delashaw) said to "come back in a week and we will pay for some repair $100 or so, we will treat you fair." Within that week I washed the truck and found some serious paint chipping that was obviously covered up. I brought it back a week later pointing out the paint chipping and they would not help me. The repair would've been $250 and they wouldn't cover it. They wouldn't even cover half of it, none of it! He looked at me like i was crazy (used car sales manager, Lee Davis). I was very surprised and very disappointed. Their paint guy who quoted the $250 was also surprised. He offered to do it elsewhere for cheaper. I will never do business with them again. They're liars and crooks.

The salesperson, Travis Thigpen, was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. He made the purchasing process one the least stressful Ive ever had. Id be lying if I said I wasnt hesitant about dealing with Kraft, since Ive never used then before, but my daughter had a said they were easy and great to work with. She had bought a car earlier from them. So I am glad I did. So, if you are looking for a Nissan or a used vehicle, I recommend Kraft Nissan.

Went in to look at the Nissan vehicles. Pretty much had made up my mind on a Ford Flex or Toyota. Brendan was my salesman and he took his time to go over each vehicle I might have an interest in. Last vehicle I looked at was the 2012 Quest. I actually like it but thought I would never get a good price on both vehicles I was trading in. For some reason, over the last 12 years I have never bought a vehicle in Tallahassee. The deals were always better out of state. Anyway, Kraft gave me a great price on the new vehicle and $3,000 more than any other dealer on the trade-ins I had. I really wanted the Flex but the additional money for the Flex wasn't worth it. I took the Quest and I absolutely love this vehicle. I have owned 6 different Nissans in the past and if this vehicle is as reliable as the other ones I have owned, I will be totally satisfied.My only question is their service department.At this point I am just not sure about it. Already had one problem with the installation of an option. I ended up speaking to Chris Kraft and bingo the problem was resolved. He also gave me a free loaner while they fixed the vehicle. I just hate going into talk to Mr. Kraft over every little problem.So far I am very happy with the dealership and Brendan the salesman and I would buy another Nissan from Kraft.

Found the used car we were searching for with the low mileage and price. The car sale was quick and easy. We were very pleased with the service we received.

Walking into this dealeship I felt confused and not sure if I would find the car that was right for me . I've gone out numerous of times looking for a car and when I got there I felt rushed and I felt they we're just trying to sell me something that just wasn't me and I didnt feel like they cared but not at kraft. As soon as I walked through the doors I was greeted with a smile and a hand shake even a little joke which broke the ice of discomfort. I felt like mr. Lee wanted to know what would be best for me and not what would be best for him to sell. He is the perfect example of customer service that is truely needed at every car dealership, Honestly I think they would sell more cars.

My experience with Michelle at Kraft Nissan was great. I submitted a request on line and was contacted back within minutes over email. I told her what I was looking for and she made it happen for me. She found the vehicle at the price I wanted. She made it so simple and we did it all through email. I would recommend Kraft Nissan anytime but most of all Michelle was a much a pleasure to work with in person as she was through the web. I give two thumbs UP!

I bought a 2011 Juke from Kraft. I'd spent months researching the Nissan product compared to Honda and Toyota. The reason I bought the car from Kraft came down to the way they handled me as a customer. Cliff Seabrooks was awesome. He let me take all the time I needed to make the right decision for me and my family. He didn't pressure or push in anyway. I have the cutest Juke ever because Jim Sartin listened to what I wanted. He matched all my criteria, and then some. My expectations were exceeded in every way. In the end, I chose the car I loved, not the practical one I'd hate in a couple of years. I was extremely impressed by the sales team and the car. The Toyota and Honda dealers... not so much. I wanted to own a car that was safe (check), sporty (check), fun (check) and where I didn't feel dread pulling back onto the lot for service (check, check). Kraft made that possible. I bought my car from this dealership back in '08! Never once have I had a problem with them. They remember me every time I walk in the door. Just awesome customer service. They fix things under warranty without being asked and just treat me great! There is nothing bad about this place. They take care of their customers and reach so far as to rent them a car if needed at their own expense so that you are able to get around for the day (this is of course if your Nissan is under warranty). Everyone there is just very friendly and has a great attitude. Its especially nice when a company realizes that you are loyal to them and does little things to show you that they appreciate your business. I work in the hotel industry, and I know customer service. Kraft Nissan has it down right! Its a real honor to be part of the Kraft Family.

Kraft Nissan should be closed down..they are dishonest with POOR customer service. How is this company still open and allowed to make the claims that they do. When I contacted Peter Kraft to inform him that one of his employees resorted to names calling he replied that he was not going to take the word of SOME customer. SOME ONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!!
