Jerry and Anita were great! My parents recommended Krajnik because of their many experiences with Jerry. He was delightful, easy to talk to, and he was very knowledgeable. Anita was pleasant and patient as I fired question after question about financing. It was a delightful experience and we will definitely go back for our next car purchase.

wwe use Krajnik for our auto needs, in this case a dead battery caused the trip in. Called early morning and when we had it towed in the car was taken care of in a timely fashion and we were on our way

My salesperson - Jeff- was a great guy to talk to and deal with , very knowledgeable and helpful . Anita was also a pleasure to work with . Paul and the rest of your service staff were awesome . I wasn't sure how to interpret Jerry . On my test drive he told me he had three rules , 1) he wasn't paying for a speeding ticket , 2) don't bring the truck back with me being drunk , and 3) no off roading . When I came back from the road test , he told me I couldn't have done much damage to my truck when I had the accident . I told him I had the fender and bumper fixed . Outside of that it was a very pleasant experience and I look forward to doing business with Krajnik again .

I had a great and positive experience at Krajnik Chevrolet. Everything from start to finish was thoroughly explained and they made sure my car was in perfect condition before I drove it home. Several recall and warranty issues were fixed and I can already tell and feel the difference. Tom and Mitch were wonderful to work with. I had complete trust that my car would be repaired quickly and properly. Tom and Mitch were knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make this the easiest car repair experience I could have had. I will definitely recommend Krajnik Chevrolet to my family and friends, and will be going to them for all of my future maintenance, repair, and other vehicle needs.

Great purchasing experience, was my first new vehicle purchase, salesman and finance gal were knowledgeable and speedy with all transactions. The vehicle was cleaned and fill with fuel when I picked it up, all vehicle options were explained in detail. Just a Great Overall Experience, Love my new truck!!

Was traveling from Door County to home in central Illinois when HVAC controls on new Impala went out. Stopped in to Krajnik and even though they were busy they got my car in and reset computer to correct issue and got us on our way in short order. Very helpful.

Wonderful experiences with this dealership. I have bought cars from them before and they always went above and beyond! They were very patient as I came to a decision and did not pressure me at all! When I need a vehicle serviced I always turn to them because I know they will take superb care of it and at a fair price. I would not go anywhere else!

I have been buying my vehicles here for 20+ years and have all my service done here. I appreciate that I am always treated with respect, the service personnel listen to all of my concerns and they don't try to sell me extra parts, they do a real diagnosis before just randomly replacing parts.

Brought my wife's 2005 Rav4 to have it's Oil Changed and Tires rotated. The staff was very friendly and informative and the service took the amount of time I was told. I was given updates on what my tire pressures were and how the brakes looked. Really just top notch service and good people!

I was out of town and my pregnant wife was driving our Jeep. She said it was making a strange noise and the radio wouldn't turn on. I told her the radio was probably a bad fuse but to take the car to Krajnik and ask about the noise. She had to make an appointment because no one would come out and listen to the noise. They had the car for a full day and never called to tell her it was done being looked at a long time ago. They were closing so we had to pick it up the next day. We were billed !7 dollars for a test drive to hear the noise and $42 for the technician to push a loose fuse back in place. When I confronted Paul the owner, he blew up. He didnt know why they charged me so high for doing nothing but believed his tech had good reasons but refused to ask the technician what justified him to charge her a half hour of labor for something i would have done if i was home. I told the owner Paul I wouldn't be back. I even bought a car in 2009 from this place. He told me he has enough customers...

I bought my vehicle from there but I doubt I will be back anytime soon or at all. The vehicle needed repairs before I picked it up and they weren't done when they said it would be. They then wanted me to pay for the repairs they said they would take care of. Then to top it off, it wasn't repaired properly like they said it was. Not a good experience at all. I'm not sure how a business that seemed to have very few people coming in could afford to treat their customers in this manner. Very disappointed! How come they couldn't fix the vehicle if they are a full service dealer? I ended up taking the vehicle somewhere else to have it fixed and not only was it done quickly, it was done for a lot less than I was told the repairs would cost. Maybe because the vehicle wasn't fixed right in the first place. I hope this was just an isolated incident but I'm not too sure.
