Our first dealing was with Zach who showed us an F250. He made a comment about "what would you say if I said I could take $14,000 off? I know I can on the 150, I can't promise on the 250." We left, thought it over, returned the next day to accept. Zach looked embarrassed and said he was just joking. Although he could probably do that for a 150, he could only take $4000 off the 250. We were mildly annoyed but chalked it up to miscommunication.After additional research, we sent an email to the internet sales rep asking if he could agree to match the TrueCar value, which was a discount of $10000 off sticker price. We received an email reply that they would honor the TrueCar value. We called to ask about dealer fees and he said he would call us back. Several hours later, we received email with a price that was discounted only $3000 this time and no mention of the earlier email where our offer had been accepted. So glad that before we got home to that email, we had already bought from another dealership.

I turned my 350z into geico's recommended place to go to get the best work done which is krause family ford. The car needed an alignment, 2 wheels replaced, a tire replaced, and should have been a front bumper repair or replace. For the family ford end of things, I received a nice door ding and my car still pulls to the right after their inspection of all other parts and an alignment. Poor poor quality workmanship. As for the geico end of it. I highly discourage anyone from using this facility. I am not getting all my parts myself and having to run around from place to place to get my car fixed properly. This is why I pay a premium every month?

I had done all my research ahead of time and knew exactly what options I wanted on a C-Max. Aubrea found one configured just as I wanted and arranged for it to be shipped to Krause Ford. In the interim, which was just over the weekend, he gave me a new loaner car to drive. That was truly unexpected. This was a great car buying experience. No pressure, easy negotiation, quick response. I used to hate visiting car dealerships but now I feel much more comfortable.

This was probably the easiest, most seamless experience I've ever had buying a used car. Salesman was helpful and very friendly. Dealing process was not what you get from most used car dealers as it was up front and negotiations were professional and thoughtful. The decor and amenities at the building that houses the used car part of their business was Spartan at best but to my understanding its new and I personally don't need to be pampered while I'm there because spending a lot of time there isn't my objective. Overall it was a very pleasant buying experience and I would go there again and certainly recommend them!

Brought a brand new F150 and 100 miles later which is the next business day, I was told no when I wanted to upgrade and pay extra 1K cash to swap out my brand new truck. I like my new truck but wish I had purchased my truck from another dealership that cares more abt overall customer experience. I will not be buying another vehicle from this dealership. To make matters worse, they do not believe in calling back. The sales rep, Gabe told me twice he will call back and never heard from anyone. I had to hear this none sense from their MGR when I called them for the 4th time!

I previously bought a used vehicle from Cherokee Ford Woodstock. After doing my research, I had in mind what vehicle I was looking for and their value. After finding one, on their website, I drove over to the dealership to check it out. After meeting with the salesman, who was not very knowledgeable about the car, we took the vehicle for a test drive. After checking over the vehicle I decided I wanted to purchase it. I immediately told the salesman that I had my own financing and would be making a cash offer. We then played the typical back and forth game with the pricing as most dealerships do. I already knew what the car was worth and approximately what they paid for it when it came in on trade. I even showed the salesman, and later the manager, what the value of this car was worth. I made them a reasonable offer which was within the range of the value of the car where they would stand to make a good profit on the car but they wouldn't accept it. I then started examining the negotiating sheet and noticed several inaccuracies. 1. On the negotiating sheet, they had added extras to the car that normally would be an option on a new car, but they were not even on this vehicle. Items such as nitrogen filled tires, a special coating on the paint, and vin etching on the windows which added almost a thousand dollars to the total. When I asked about these fees the salesman said those are always listed on the sheet but he would double check them on my car. He came back and said there wasn't nitrogen filled tires but the other two were there. Well there wasn't any vin etching and I couldn't say if the paint had an added coating or not but those are always a rip off anyway side paint jobs have a clear coat on them from the factory. Plus they had no originally documentation showing it was installed either. 2. I asked about the doc fees of $699. These fees are commonly added to the purchase price of the vehicle. It's basically the fee the dealerships add for doing all the paperwork and processing for your vehicle. I call it a rip off because it should be the cost of doing business. Nevertheless, while I know these fees are negotiable, the salesman told me that was the only thing on the sheet that wasn't negotiable. 3. I noticed the tax, tag and title fees were a little high. When I asked about the ad valorium tax they said that is set by the state. And while this is true, I already knew what that fee was going to be because you can look it up online with the vin number, and their value was a few hundred dollars higher. After repeatedly being told it was set by the state, the manager finally said it was an estimate and would be corrected by the financing manager when I meet with him. I also asked what was included in the tag and title fees. I was told registration of the vehicle and emissions. Apparently they charge $50 for their emissions even though everyone else charges $25 or less based on the the cost of almost a hundred dollars that was listed. Btw, title and emissions fees are set by the state of georgia add as well. 4. Then the finale, after going back and forth several times with management on the price and being told all the prices I had quoted him for that vehicle were wrong, we finally settled on a price just before I was about to walk out. The price we agreed on was only going to leave them making $100 profit according to the manager. Really? Because the price we agreed on was $500 more than my original offer over two hours ago. Then after signing many pieces of paper including ones showing I had my own financing, I finally met with the finance manager. When I walked in I was immediately asked about my financing, in which I was paying cash. I immediately started being interrogated about my credit history as the finance manager had it listed in from of him without my authorization. I was previously told by the salesman that because I was making a cash offer that it was required for them to do a check on me based on guidelines set by the dept. of homeland security to make sure I wasn't part of any terrorist organization. He repeatedly said it was not a credit check but a similar check they were required to do. Based on what I found out later, this check did not require the use of my ssn and could be accessed by using only my name and dob. But apparently that didn't stop them from asking for my ssn for this "security check" and then running my credit check and interrogating me about my finances like he was a deputy of homeland security. Finally after several hours I left with my new used car. However, I will never buy from Cherokee Ford Woodstock again and will do what I can to advise others not to buy from them so they won't be ripped off and lied to as well.

Bill Montooth is incredible! He was so helpful and understanding of the process being overwhelming and stressful. We were there for about 7 hours the first day and took up most of his day, although never felt like we were an inconvenience or like he had better things to attend to. Before going to the dealership I had read reviews of the sales people at Cherokee and Bill had the most and best reviews, when he was the one to approach us while getting out of the car I automatically new I was in good hands with him! He is truly a 1 in a million sales guy! So thankful for the experience! My 2016 Blue Mustang was the best purchase thanks to Bill!!!

My visit was to your Express Lane for maintenance; oil & filter change with inspection.As is customary, no appointment was needed, but there was about a 2 1/2 hour wait. However, I used the waiting area in your main dealership service area, which I found comfortable. Given your complimentary Wifi I was also able to be productive while waiting.I prefer your dealership because the people appear to be knowledgeable and also seem to put their customer's interest first; knowing that in the long run that will build customer loyalty and a viable service business. They seem genuine, and see customers as people with needs rather than 'targets' from which they are to extract money. However you hire, train, motivate, and compensate it appears to be a winning combination.

Never go here, I have had three cars from this dealership over a ten year span and every time they have made me regret it. One example of things they'll do is change the sticker value on a lease and put you in a hole that's impossible to get out of. Trust me this place is a nightmare. They truly only care about their money and it's very easy to see. They don't care if you leave happy and many of them seem to be bitter and look like they hate their job. I will never go back to this place along with everyone who knows me after seeing how shady this place is. If you don't believe me, go check it out for yourself because it's the truth.

I walked in knowing what car I wanted to buy (2015 Ford Edge) and knew what I was willing to pay for the vehicle. Purchased a Ford Fusion from this dealership. The salesman himself was nice. However, we never talked about numbers. We were immediately taken to the finance managers office who told us Ford wanted to see us in a payment close to what we had, so we were taken back to the lot and they tried to force the most basic fusion (we wanted am edge) on the lot. We at least got one with more options. Then we get back to financing office again and he sells us this crap about dealer incentives to apply to get a better rate, only if we buy gap (which was fine) but then they wanted us to buy esp and premium service, which was their condition to get the better rate. 6k later in warranties and gap we drove out. Our mistake on that one. 7 months later we start to trade in to get a ford edge at another dealer, I go to cancel these warranties and gap..Nathan Wyman informs me it will take 6-8 weeks to get money back; however, if we come up and purchase the vehicle from him he can refund the premiumsame immediately...he of course called back with numbers that made no sense. I went ahead and traded with the other dealer, then a week later went try and get money back. Nathan was rude, and had an "i can care less," attitude. Someone at the dealer had told the other dealer that the money could be given back within 2 days, but they typically made people wait longer. Nathan told us the longer amount of time, we called him on it and he treated us even worse. Two of these 3 plans were administered by Ford, and we provided necessary documents proving vehicle had been paid off. Word to the wise be careful with this dealer and their 699.00 "customer service fee." More like the lack of service.

Was looking to purchase 2015 F-150 XLT Super Crew for my dad, I knew exactly what options I wanted on the truck down to the color which was hard to find. Do to my busy travel schedule I stopped in one Saturday about a month ago and was met by Craig King in sales. I explained my situation to Craig and he told me he would start working on finding the exact vehicle I was looking for, now for the kicker....I was out of town the whole next week so this entire transaction took place via phone and text! Not only did Craig come through finding the vehicle, we were able to agree on a price both I and Cherokee Ford were happy about. Needless to say, when returning to town, Craig had everything ready to go and the transaction was seamless. Craig was great to work with, Friendly, No Pressure and communicated extremely well. Went to this dealership twice, both times they offered us $5,000 to $6,000 less for my trade then it was worth, however, typically within a few minutes, they came back and offered me the correct trade price. To me, this means that they would have taken us for the $5,000 to $6,000 if we weren't educated buyers. In addition, the Sales Manager never came over to introduce himself to us. On top of this, the Sales person had almost no product knowledge... We were looking at a 2015 F-150 fully loaded and he thought it was a 2014(older body style). He said that it didn't have a chrome package, but it did. It also had remote start, however, he didn't know how to use it. The dealership did call me a few days later to see how my visit went and I explained the above. They said that they would have the General Manager call me and he never did. Not sure if he got the message, but I have to trust that he did since they did have a system of follow up. Both my wife and I were and still are truly disappointed. We very honestly were trying to buy this truck and so excited about the possibility of owning it. We just wish that they would have made us feel more valued as customers, took us more seriously, and really took the initiative to earn our business. We had bought a Ford in the past at another dealership, however, moved closer to this dealership and were hoping to start a relationship and support our local businesses. Anyway, we guess that this truck was just not meant to be for us. We have bought many new vehicles in the past and admit that the experience can sometimes be challenging and stressful, but it can be made to be more enjoyable by understanding that people don't buy cars everyday and that establishing good relationships is always a good foundation to build trust and confidence. For us, we don't see ourselves giving these guys another chance in the short run because of our two bad experiences. For the moment, we have lost our appetite to purchase a new vehicle. Finally, we acknowledge that there are obviously folks that have had positive experiences at this dealership from some of the other reviews on this site. Our situation may be isolated, but wanted to share it anyway.

Our salesman Ryan Rigdon was great. He was not only knowledgeable about the vehicle but easy going. I would buy from him again. The finance manager was equally well versed in the way to treat a customer. I had NO issues with him. After hours, I talked to the sales manager. Told him what I wanted to pay, he made me an offer that was fair. (NOTE: I had already gone to kbb.com to get the probable invoice cost).Buying any large purchase like a car or truck has always been a hassle with me. I've walked out more than once. Some dealerships don't understand (or care about) the bad rap they get trying to outsmart the customer. This dealership did NOT do that. It was 1-2-3. :-)

I'm assuming this dealership does their own reviews...I recently purchased a used vehicle from Cherokee Ford Woodstock. I have taken to this review to warn prospective buyers about the nightmare of an experience you may face if you go through this dealership.I opted to purchase a vehicle through this dealership even though I had found the same vehicle with less mileage for a lower price nearby... I made this decision BECAUSE I felt SAFE purchasing from a Ford dealership and was assured time and time again by my salesman, Harvey, that the truck was in "great mechanical condition". Throughout my sales experience I received awful customer service. The salesman tiptoed around discussing price, I received aggravated responses when asking questions, and was extremely rushed through the financing process. However, my issues go far beyond that of a rude salesman and finance manager. After leaving the dealership, I made it SEVEN MILES before a red light illuminated and read "check charging station"The next day I brought my vehicle back to discover that the alternator was bad and would need to be replaced. To their credit, the dealership did replace the alternator.. However, there was no excess of apology or extra courtesy extended to me to ratify the situation. I was not even approached by a manager. It also should be noted that the "courtesy vehicle" I was given from the dealership was the oldest Ford Edge on the lot and the gas tank was on EMPTY!! (So in addition to the gas spent on the 50 mile drive to and from the dealership I also payed to put gas in the courtesy vehicle). I picked my vehicle up from the dealership, and two days later a yellow check engine light comes on.I called and left a voicemail stating that i had another issue and it was urgent! No one returned the call. So,I called again until I reached someone and informed them of the issue. I expressed my EXTREME disappointment, and made it clear I would like to speak to a manager when I arrived at the dealership. After arriving, I was told I'd have to wait a few hours to have my truck looked at by Harvey. ( still no manager to be found or seen) Instead of waiting, I decided to take the truck to autozone to have them run a diagnostic and discovered the light was due to a gas cap Issue (PHEW!). The dealership first instructed me to buy an aftermarket gas cap and they would reimburse me. They then changed course and informed me that an aftermarket cap WOULD NOT WORK and that I needed to drive BACK to the dealership. At this point I was worried I had been sold a "lemon" and I honestly wanted to return the truck! When I returned to the dealership, I mentioned a few minor issues I had noticed on the truck to my salesman, Harvey. These were small details such as a faded ford emblem on the grill (the emblem retails for $25), the lack of a spare key, and a small crack in the windshield. I assumed that the dealership might offer to cover these things to compensate for my experience.. WRONG! I was told to buy the items and was brushed off.Here's the best part.. My salesman also throws in " YOU BOUGHT A USED TRUCK, WE COULD HAVE JUST TOLD YOU SORRY, ITS SOLD AS IS"Excuse me for expecting better service after purchasing a $20,000 vehicle (sarcasm). This could have been a perfect opportunity for them to change my experience, but instead, I received my gas cap, and was sent on my way. Did I mention I was still NEVER APPROACHED BY A MANAGER? even after requesting to speak with him multiple times. What a nightmare! I WAS BLATANTLY LIED TO ABOUT THE CONDITION OF MY VEHICLE by this dealership and treated like a second rate customer. I hope you do not experience the same service.

My husband and I took our 2013 Ford Fusion in for an oil change and thought we would look at the 2105 Titanium Fusion. But they had their 2015 2015 mustangs on the showroom floor and one in particular caught our eye. We spoke with Pete Gay a sales-rep with Cherokee ford and without pressure looked it over and discussed a possible interest. We then left and ran some errands while the Fusion was at quick lane and when we went back we looked at the 2015 Triple Yellow Mustang again and left driving it home. To say the least the car is amazing and Pete as well as Nathan were exceptional to work with.

I was very pleased with my experience at Cherokee Ford of Woodstock. One of the main reasons that I would return is because they did not try to pressure me into a sale. Upon arrival, I stated that I was just "window shopping" and the salesman respected that, and did not ever harass me. He introduced himself, handed me a business card, and let me know that he was there to help if I needed anything. I did not feel smothered like I have at other dealerships, and I was able to take my time looking around at what I chose to. When I did decide to make a purchase, the salesman took his time to make sure I understood each step of the process, and answered any questions that I had, without passing judgement. The financial specialist was also very down to earth, and took the time to make sure I got the best deal to match my budget. The staff stayed after hours even, and still took the time to show me how the different settings on my car worked afterward.

This is the THIRD vehicle I have purchased from Cherokee Ford. I upgraded from a 2012 Ford Explorer XLT to a brand new 2015 Ford Explorer Limited. I had been shopping for a car for roughly three weeks and couldn't find a decent deal anywhere and no one wanted to listen to me at other lots. I sent an inquiry on a car to Cherokee Ford in Woodstock and from the first email I felt valued. Tasha and Harvey are both amazing people. I ended up getting a 2010 Ford Fusion Sport, fully loaded including Navigation, heated seats, all the works. I would recommend this dealership to everyone! Ryan made the purchase for a new F-150 very pleasant. We traded my 2011 Ranger and I also traded my Honda Accord which we had to go back to Jasper and get. Ryan and I drove back to Jasper, picked up the Accord and the back to the dealership. I don't recall ever getting that kind of service. Great experience. I'll be back!!!

I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape for my wife for Christmas. They didn't have the color she wanted in stock, so they had one delivered from their sister store in Alpharetta. The car did not come with the owners manual, a second key fob and the valet keys. A week and a half later and we're still getting the run-around about the second key. First they tried to "track it down" from the other dealership, but it seems to have gotten lost. Then I was told by the manager to just come into the dealership and they would just program a second one for us. He said, "come on in, it will take us about 20 minutes." I dropped everything and went straight in. After waiting nearly an hour, the Service person advised that they didn't have the key fob in stock and would have to order it. He advised it would take a couple days to get in and he would call us when it arrived. Four days later and still no call. I finally called back and the part is still not arrived. On top of that, I was advised by the service tech that this particular model doesn't have valet keys. I'm sure it does, but didn't want to argue. Still waiting on the key fob. Let's see when it actually arrives. And don't even get me started that we're still waiting to hear about our window tinting appointment.This is the second Ford we've purchased from this dealership this year! We had a few hiccups with the first one too, but didn't much worry about it. The sales guys are always very nice and pleasant to deal with. It's the post purchase service that really falls down.

I was giving keys on a deal and I put vehicle on insurance had inspected in another state paid money out just for them to say it's a no go after having the vehicle a whole week. Not to mention I had to re clean interior for to much shine sprayed on dirt, and I replace blown tail light. Bad business , the back and forth crap was crazy. Very disappointing after reading such good reviews. I lost money that I want get back and wasted time coming through your doors. Smh

Last November, my Wife and I went to Cherokee Ford and met Rich Tucci. We had prayed earlier that day that we would find the right vehicle and the right deal. We were really nervous about buying a vehicle since our SUV had over 300K miles and we had it since 2004. Rich was super nice and professional and I kept thinking everything was too good to be true but he did everything he said he could do. It was a very good experience. We test drove several vehicles and he was very patient with us as we kept wanting to try different vehicles. He listened to our needs, wants and likes and put us a wonderful 2007 Ford Explorer that we could not be happier with. He kept us within our payment range and they gave me $1000.00 more for my trade in than I thought they would. It was great knowing that I didn't have to worry about my wife having issues with our Jeep anymore.Over the next few months, I decided it was time to trade in my truck of over 300K miles. Again, we test drive several vehicles but I didn't find anything I liked. Rich was very patient with me and finally in July, my Wife and I went to test drive some cars. I was looking for an older Ford Focus or soemthing really cheap on gas with a low payment. Again, we test drove about half a day and Rich was very patient with me and spent most of the day with us. He listened to my needs, wants and likes and instead of leaving in a 2005 Focus, he was able to put me in a 2012 Ford Fusion that was certified pre-owned through Ford, under warranty and in the same payment range. I could not believe it. When he first had the Fusion pulled around, I didn't want to drive because I knew that it was out of price range. He insisted that my Wife and I take it out. On the drive, I was really nervous. The Fusion was everything I needed and was a very nice vehicle. It was like driving a brand new car. However, I told my Wife that it all seemed too good and there was no way they could get me in that car in my payment range. I was wrong! Within a few hours, they brought me a deal they had worked out and it required no money down!I have to admit, even when I left the dealership, I couldn't believe the deal I got on the vehicle. Almost immdeiately I had two a trip to Florida and one to North Carolina that I took in the car. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THIS CAR! I can fit my whole family in the vehicle and it is a great car for me on long trips. Rich and the crew at Cherokee Ford really have amazed us again! Everything has went through and I'm about to make my first payment and happy about it!Make sure to see my great friend Vickie at the reception desk!Also, I'm very pleased with the Quick Lane Oil Change service. They take really good care of our vehicles and it is very affordable.

Overall unpleasant experience (except my salesperson, Don Kapela was very nice). Dealership would not negotiate off list price for used car, even though it had been sitting on lot for over a month. Gave some song and dance about already marked down, blah, blah, blah. If this were Carmax and the policy going in is haggle-free then it would be OK. EVERYONE has wiggle room in the list price. To tell me you don't is either 1) an insult to my intelligence ot 2) inept pricing decision not to leave a little room to let customer feel like they got something. Had to be an xxxxxx and leave just to get them to come off a little bit instead of them just giving me that when I had checkbook in hand and was ready to buy. Then, after agreeing to the deal, I had to sit around waiting on a "finance" guy for over an hour (keep n mind I'm paying cash) just so I can get the hard sell on an extended warranty. This dealership is a throwback to the old timey ones I remember growing up where buying a car is like going into battle. That being said, I did get a pretty good price on a very nice car. It COULD have been a pleasant experience, they just wouldn't let that happen.

During the test drive he was very thorough with explaining how the Hybrid engine works and how it would need to be driven to achieve the best mpg. i wound up getting a gas engine model based on the Test drive and my expectations of what i was looking for.

I live in Birmingham, AL and completed the negotiations for a lease on a CMax over the phone with Craig King. Once a deal was reached, I flew from Birmingham to Atlanta with plans to take public transportation from the airport to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. Instead, Mr. King offered to drive his personal vehicle all the way to Hartsfield and pick me up, which saved me a considerable amount of time. My trip to the dealer was to purchase a new truck while their I had my Edge serviced. Bob was very helpful and willing to do what was necessary to get the truck I wanted he was patient with us and did not try to over sale options. After searching most of the country we ordered exactly what I wanted. Keith from service came up front to tell us about some needed service and our options with pricing so we could make a decision right away and have the car ready that day. It was going to be a few hours and it was after lunch so he offered us a loner so we could get lunch and pick up some supplies. Everyone at the dealer said hello or spoke to us to make sure we were being taken care of everyone at Cherokee Ford is there for you.

The whole experience at Cherokee Ford was great from the moment I walked on the lot. Don was great throughout the buying process, and did not use any high pressure sales tactics that you see at a lot of dealerships. He helped to find the car that was the best fit for us. I have had bad experiences dealing with the finance department at other dealerships. Cherokee Ford looks at several lenders to find the best loan rate. They walked me through all my options and didn't pressure me to get something I didn't feel I needed.I have recently moved all my maintenance to Cherokee Ford as well. My husband and I were looking at trading our Chevy truck for a more fuel efficient car. I surfed the internet site and found a Fusion that was beautiful , though a little more than we wanted to pay. I requested an internet price and was very pleased with the response. I stopped by on my way home to check it out in person. Marshall Brooks did a fantastic job showing the vehicle, reviewing its features, and I test drove the vehicle. My husband was unable to be there, so I was sent home with the Fusion so he could see it. After driving the Fusion for a couple days I was in love. We went in Saturday and started the process of purchasing the vehicle. Both Bob and Marshall were polite, upfront, and worked hard on our behalf to get the best deal possible. While waiting finance approval, Marshall played with our son, made sure we were comfortable, and overall made the experience the best we have had purchasing a vehicle to date. My experience with Cherokee Ford was horrible. You hear all the typical car buying experience, well this dealer will provide that. The sales associate that I dealt with was very dishonest with me and not very knowledgable. After the sale was complete I was contacted by the director of sales, who had yet to make it right. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this location. It's going on a 3 month long ordeal trying to get things finalized with them. A close family member of mine was buying from her local Buick dealer and her car buying experience was by far better than what was provided by Cherokee Ford.

The only issue that I had was with the finance guy selling the last minute "four to seven" year vehicle warranty package which was somewhat pricey. I have purchased 4 cars from ford and had no complaints but this time it has not been a pleasure. I had to make several trips back to get pape work done and then found out I did'nt qualify for gap insurance because they filled out the wwong paperwork. So again I had to go back to sign paperwork to get the coverage i was charged for.the first day I drove home notice a rattle in the motor and they claim dont worry it is just a belt. so I spent hours there to have work done and then to fine out I still had the problem. So I went back again and this time they gave me a loner car and kept it to fix.Said he was fixed but still had the noise. Now the air quit working it is at your shop now and now they want me to pay almost 800 dollars to fix it. This is crazy I went to a dealer ship I thought I could trust instead of a car lot and feel like i bought their lemon of the month. Well i was waiting on a call back today from manager to see what they were going to do to help resolve this problem and never received call. Chris in the shop called me again to see if he called and if I decided if I want the repair. Please see if there is anything you can do to resolve this.

The second vehicle was a Focus and now we have purchased a new F150 Supercrew. It was actually a little less than I expected because I was liberal in estimating sales tax. I was caught off guard by my final APR, but that's my fault for not asking (in fairness, Colleen did tell me I wouldn't receive 0% financing -and- all the cash back offers) -The vehicle was the one I agreed to buy. Sounds like a no-brainer, but a few years ago I had another dealership quote me a price, and when I went to look at it the next day they pulled the old trick of telling me that vehicle was now gone "but hey, look at this one over here!". -Their patience with me. I had just paid-off my trade-in, so Ford didn't have time to mail the title to me before I went to the dealer. I also didn't think to bring my dad with me since he co-signed on the last vehicle, and thus needed to sign off on the trade-in too. Todd in particular was very flexible in working with me on that. I arrived on a Saturday evening looking for a new car. Brain greeted me when I arrived and was asking about an F150 or explorer but ended up with a 2013 Escape. I explained my situation, i.e bankruptcy a year ago to off load some properties in FL. We talked a bit and then we filled out a credit app to find out what I could really afford; that was a it bit early but better to know than to get hopes up. After discussing payments and want I could afford, I ended up looking at Ford Escapes. I ended up with a 2013 FORD sel that had only been used by FORD. IT was a very nice car, with leather seats and a lot of features. Brian threw in a cargo cover and a luggage rack but would have to come back on Monday to get everything. It turns out parts didn't have the parts so they would have to order them. Brain couldn't find the spare key initially, the code for the computer would have to be looked up. I had no issues with the financing. It initially started at rate of 9.9% but as we were filling out paperwork, ALLY bank came in with a rate of only 7.1 and a payment in my range. I did purchase the 100K warranty. The parts came in but whoever the parts were ordered through, sent the wrong luggage rack so they had to be reordered so I had to come back on a Saturday morning to get them installed. My issues: My understating of what I was getting in terms of the luggage rack would also include the cross rails but it didnt so I had to order those myself for $134.I dont think I got a dog gone good deal. I think I got a decent one. I think I got what the MSRP was for that car with that amount of mileage on it.

When we came to look at the Ford Fusion Hybrids, RIch was a very good sales person. He allowed us to walk around the lot and look at things on our own time before coming out to help us. We very much appreciated the low pressure sales approach. It made us much more likely to purchase a car from your dealership. The order process was easy and Rich maintained email communication throughout the building process. The only complaint that I have deals with the car's pickup. The car was shipped without a computer microchip that it needed. You had to have it shipped from the production line separately. This would have been fine however we were informed that the car had arrived and was ready to be picked up. I was unable to come that day but rearranged my work schedule and planned to leave early the next day to get the car. RIch contacted my husband an hour before we were coming to get the car to tell us it was not ready yet. This happened again the next day as well. We ended up getting the car a week later. I would not have cared that there was a delay as long as it was told to me upfront. We didnt find out about the micropchip issue until several days after we were told the car was supposedly ready. Accurate communication would have eliminated the frustration. When we did come to get the car, financing was ready and the process only took about 30 minutes which was nice. I am happy with the car, I feel I made a great choice and would overall recommend your dealership to others.

Mary greeted us and we could see she was very personable. My wife and I told her what we wanted and she was able to help us with our needs. We test drove a vehicle and she told us of all the features of it. We were not ready to buy but told her what we wanted to buy if we came back. First and foremost it is worth noting that I absolutely hate dealing with salesmen. I am not exaggerating when I say that working with Bill Montooth at Cherokee Ford was the single best experience that I have ever had buying a car or anything else. He was sincerely friendly and made me feel that I represented more than a possible sale to him. He took the time to talk about what I need and how the car would fit into my situation. He (and I suspect the finance department) went the extra mile to get me financed despite a less than stellar credit rating. He gave me his card and made it abundantly clear that I could call him whenever I wanted about the car or any questions that I had. Even as he dealt with other customers who had dealt with him in the past I could see from his actions and hear in his voice that he cared about their situations too.I am originally from Michigan and my father retired from Ford; in fact, the car I bought was built at the plant he worked at. So needless to say that I try to be loyal to the brand because I understand how hard the workers work and what it means to the local economy back home. However, I have had bad experiences in the recent past and as loyal as I try to be, I was leery about buying a FORD again. With all of this in mind I want it to be clear that I believe that the highest compliment a person can give to another person is their loyalty. So I am not just "talking rainbows and lollipops" when I say this: I do not intend to buy a car from anyone other than Bill Montooth for as long as I live.

Exceptional buying experience. Did not feel preasured. The sales person explained the vehicles and options I asked about and answered all of my questions directly and honestly. I would buy for Cherlokee Ford again and would ask for Pete Gay. The Finance Manager, Nathan Wyman was also easy to work with and very helpful.

My husband is disabled with a mobility impairment. Cherokee Ford was exceptional in helping him around and accomodating him as weshopped! So nice! They actually made spending a bundle of money stress-free and fun. They paid attention to detail. The dealership was clean and well-lit. They had a Receptionist! Too many businesses (including car dealers) think a Receptionist is expendable. Sonot true. A receptionist often times gives both the first and last impression to a business. A receptionist can hold the key to whether someone returns and whether they will recommend you to others. Cherokee Ford obviously knows the value of a good Receptionist. Kudos to them.We were made to feel welcome, our decisions seemed important to the Cherokee Ford staff and they genuinely wanted us to be happy andto secure the vehicle that would best work for all of our needs. A+ to Cherokee Ford and their staff - they earned it!

I really enjoyed my customer service experience with Bill Montooth. He was courteous, not pushy, letting me look around at my pace and helping me with all my questions. I had been recently widowed and was interested in buying an good, used car to replace my old 1996 Explorer. However, once Bill turned me over to the Financial Rep, Todd, by the time I walked out of there, I felt uneasy and taken advantage of. It was my own fault for not asking the right questions, I guess, and looking over my paperwork carefully. I did not do that until 2 days later and discovered I paid $1,000 more for my car than I expected. The selling price was $7990 but I was charged $997 more without any explanation. Bill had made me feel so comfortable that I simple signed where Todd said to without really looking - which made me feel totally stupid and took away the joy I had had since I bought the car. Todd did NOT explain the extra charges - which I believe he should have done. I returned to the dealership and spoke with Bill who explained what each charge was for. While I would have bought the car anyway, I still feel I was taken advantage of - maybe because I was a single woman - maybe because I didn't ask. I bought my car on 2/6/13 and today is 3/26/13 and I still haven't been able to purchase a tag for my car. Bill says the original title was lost and a replacement has been applied for but not yet received. My original temporary tag expired 3/10/13 so I was forced to go to the tag office to get another temporary tag. Perhaps this is normal but this is yet one more thing that has taken away the joy I felt the day I decided to purchase my car. I had told a friend of mine about another used car on the lot I had looked at with interest and he decided he was going to come and talk to Bill about it since I didn't purchase it. However, after I explained what I considered the dishonesty of Financial Rep, Todd, he changed his mind. After driving the car for 2-3 weeks, I noticed it was pulling to the right and knew it needed an alignment. I came over to the Service Dept. and they rotated my tires and did the alignment to my satisfaction. I would give Bill a "Great" rating as well as the Service Dept. I was very happy with the sticker price of $7990 and would rate it "Great" had Todd been honest about the additional charges of $997. This makes me rate the Overall Experience as "Good" instead of Great. Again, I accept the fact that I did not look carefully at what I was signing and this makes me responsible for not noticing the extra charges and questioning them but as the Financial Rep. I believe Todd should have explained them to me without my asking. I hope my future dealings with Cherokee Ford will be good. As a single woman now, I need to have a dealership and service department in whom I can trust. Thank you for reading my review.

This was a long distance purchase. Lauren was very helpful and prompt with the distance/internet communications. The purchase involved a trade, and the no sight value was very fair (trade vehicle was described accurately to Cherokee Ford). Bob Ahrens was my delivery sales person and was very easy and positive to deal with. As is common these days, long distance sales are increasing for dealerships, and this dealership handled it well. I purchased a new Ford Fusion from Cherokee Ford last week.The salesman was very nice,personable and not at all high pressure.I have purchased a lot of cars in my life and have never gone back to the same dealer twice.If the service after the sale is as good as the sale itself,I will buy from Cherokee Ford again.This is the first time I have left a dealership feeling good about the dealer and the salesman.My last purchase was from Wade Ford,what a mistake that was.I hope my experience at Cherokee Ford carries over to the service of my new car.I will keep my fingers crossed.If it does,I will be ready for a new F150 in a few years(mine is five years old).Hope I have found a dealership,have had no luck up to this point.
