This is my third vehicle I got from Kundert Volvo. I have to say there is a reason for this. Aside from making the purchase simple easy and very professional, thanks to Jay and Erin, same is true with service of my vehicle, thanks to Mike, Pete and all the service personnel. They all are true professionals understanding my needs and always willing to help. I feel so at ease, it makes me feel like I am a member of the Kundert Volvo Family. After three years of not having a car we decided we would lease one, and chose Volvo as the make of the car. I called the dealership and spoke to a very nice man Bernie who confirmed he had the model of the car we were looking to test drive and lease. An hour later we were on site and meeting with Bernie. He could not have been nicer and easier to work with. He walked us through the car and the features and we were on our way to test drive the car. We loved the car and moved forward with the leasing. Bernie was amazing! He made the whole process very easy despite the fact that Tropical storm Ida come though NJ and flooded the surrounding areas making picking up the far a challenge. Needless to say I wish I could give Bernie more then 5 stars. The man deserves a 10+ He’s that knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommended Bernie and the Kundert Dealership.

This is by far one of the worst dealership Sales teams, I have come across. Spoke to some one by the Yasmin I guess (Couldn't catch it well) - who claimed to be the sales head. She did not spend a second trying to understand the customer need and asked questions like: Why do you think you can be at this price?, Do you understand how car prices work? and then the next statement was -Okay Good luck and hung up on me. This is when I am an existing Volvo customer and thinking of bringing more business to them. If this is how the sales head is, I wonder how the rest of the sales unit will be.

I leased a car from your company today, and just wanna let you know that I’ve never had such an incredible experience. A man named Jay really made that experience possible. He’s answered all my phone calls, dealt with all my questions, and personally delivered my car to me today. It’s rare times in life where you meet someone who goes to that length of service, without even knowing the person. Hope you guys have a beautiful day and I hope Jay gets the recognition he deserves too Your truly, Moshe.

Nick is the Best!! Great leasing experience. Clean, friendly atmosphere. Nick went over all the details/technology on the car, helped me set up my phone and radio stations.
