My husband and I were looking to trade in his truck and purchase a new vehicle. We called the dealership to ask a few questions and were promptly connected with a sales associate (Robert Blair). We set up an appointment to look at the Dodge Journey and Mr. Blair was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Mr. Blair was in constant contact while we thought about our purchase and when we were ready to make our new purchase, he was knowledgeable and ready to help complete the transaction. Working with the finance manager, the manager for the traded-in vehicle, and Mr. Blair, we had an excellent experience and look forward to doing business with them again!

We worked with Bob Blair to purchase a truck through Pete Harkness in Oregon. Bob was a good listener and resourceful. He brought in vehicles that he thought would fit our needs from their other dealerships in Sterling to Oregon because it was closer for us. He was very patient while we were trying to decide if we would buy new or used. I have to add that when you buy from Bob you get a gift. This gift Bob pays for himself out of his own pocket. I won't ruin the surprise, but I will say...THEY ARE DELICIOUS! The nice thing about Pete Harkness is no matter what make or model of vehicle you want--they can get it as they have several dealerships.

I purchased a truck from Bob Blair several years ago. Bob never pushed or swayed us in any way to purchase a vehicle that we could not afford or did not desire. He was always on the look out for the type of vehicle that we wanted and kept us informed. We still have our truck today. Bob is so friendly and really takes care of each and everyone of his customers. I have and will continue to refer my friends and relatives to him.If anyone is looking to purchase a vehicle, I would recommend contacting Bob Blair. You will not regret it.

I first met Bob Blair approximately ten years ago at a dealership fifteen miles from my home. I was getting an oil change in my truck and he started talking with me. I immediately liked him and his approach. My wife and I went back and bought a new min-van from him that day. Bob kept in touch through phone calls, mail, and birthday cards for me, my wife and my kids. He also has taken us to baseball games since then. When it was time to get a new vehicle I contacted Bob, who was at a different dealership, thirty five miles from my home. We drove there and bought a new suv from him. Bob is now at a dealership seventy miles from my home, but we drove there just to buy a new truck from him. We are the only people to have purchased a new vehicle from Bob at each of the dealerships he has worked at. I cannot say enough about his professionalism, personality, and willingness to "go the extra mile" in customer service.

I initially went to Harkness in December in search of a new-used vehicle within a set price range. The first salesman I spoke with was Bob Blair, & from the outset Mr. Blair was more concerned with meeting my needs than with closing a deal. Mr. Blair listened to what I was saying, wrote it down, & searched within those parameters for a vehicle that would best fit what I was looking for. At no time during the car-buying process was Mr. Blair pushy or overly-assertive. As the title of this review indicates, Mr. Blair was both courteous & professional throughout my interactions with him, and he has secured a return-customer.

We were in the process of checking out new/used vehicles and went to Pete Harkness in Oregon. We were lucky to have met Bob Blair, one of their salesmen. He showed us several vehicles and helped us narrow our choices to the one that met our needs. He brought a used vehicle from out of town for us to see as well. He was very helpful, friendly, and above all...not "pushy". His knowledge and expertise of the vehicle was exceptional. We have not made a final decision as to buying, but if/when we do it will likely be with Bob in charge of our purchase.

Asked Bob to keep an eye out for a loaded Buick LaCrosse. He immediately had several links sent to me to check out as I live a few hours away. Made a choice within days and sight unseen it was waiting for me with all paperwork just waiting for my signature. I couldn't have had a better experience or a better salesman working for me!! This was my first time buying a vehicle from Pete Harkness. I must say, I couldn't be more satisfied with my overall experience from beginning to end. My salesperson, Bob Blair, treated me with the utmost professionalism. One thing that turns me off from buying a car at certain dealerships is the pushiness of the salespeople. The salespeople at Harkness aren't the least bit pushy and I believe that is one of the reasons I bought a car from them. If you're looking to buy a new vehicle, I would highly recommended Pete Harness in Oregon...I was so pleased I sent my Dad there and he also bought a new vehicle! Thanks Bob Blair, I thoroughly love my 2015 Jeep Cherokee!

Robert Blair is by far the BEST salesperson.He is very considerate and always keeps in contact after the sale is completed. I dealt with Bob when he was with his former employer and I am positive that he is giving 100% and more at his present location. Keep up the good work Bob. If I am ever in need of a car, I know that I will come to Bob Blair for his expertise. Since I had to indicate a reason for my visit to this dealer, I chose new car, but of course not at the present.

I've been fortunate in my buying experiences to have purchased through Pete's sale associate Robert "Bob" Blair. THis man is the ultimate professional in the field of sales. He goes out of his way to make the purchase of an automobile a GREAT experience! His follow-up contacts are intended to ensure the customer is happy (not just satisfied) with the purchase. He maintains a relationship with his customers, thereby assuring my return. I would recommend you look at Bob closely and consider him the best candidate for management positions (before someone else does).

Ordered a new 2014 Jeep Cherokee, sight unseen, because I have owned 17 jeeps before since the 1970,s. Bemis had always serviced the previous jeeps, but I had never purchased a vehicle at this particular dealership. They have always given me great service, so why not? It took longer than expected to get the new model because of Chrysler problems, but I was kept informed by my salesman (Denny Braun) every step of the way. I received it last week and it is a terrific car. Thanks for everything Brian Bemis in Oregon!

I recently was looking to purchase a 2013 Dodge Ram truck. After extensive research both locally and in the Chicago suburb area I elected to stop in to the Brian Bemis Auto Mall to test drive the vehicle and work with one of the salesman to see what they could offer. I immediately was impressed with the low key, knowledgeable and friendly customer service the entire dealership had to offer. I was especially pleased to be working with Denny Braun who has been working in the car business for 30+ years. His friendly manner and knowledge of the business made my search easy and it accommodating to what i was looking for. And after more than a few emails and calls with other dealerships in the suburb area I quickly discovered that Bemis was able to competitively match other deals. Can't say enough about the people at Bemis from the salesmen, receptionist, finance, service, and GM - all extremely friendly and genuinely great people. Needless to say I am a proud owner of a new 2013 Dodge Ram truck which I purchased from Denny and Brian Bemis and I couldnt be more happy. Highly recommend you give Denny or any of the folks at Bemis a call or visit if you are looking for a used or new vehicle!

I have purchased many vehicles from Brian Bemis in Oregon IL, The reason why they make buying so easy is down to the first step of picking a vehicle out to the last step of going over the vehicle before I drive out of the dealership. They always follow up with me days later to make sure everthing is great with me and my new vehicle. I have recomened friends to this dealership and they have came back to me and said thanks. We had to trade in my 2001 Jeep because of gas mileage and prices. Dennis Braun was our salesman. The sale process was longer than I thought it should be because they were short some people but Dennis came over to where we were sitting and explained what was going on. We are very satisfied with the car we purchased.

My car broke down and was not completely paid off. Dave found me a car the day I called and was willing to stay at the dealership longer than his hours to help me out. Perfect vehicle to fit my finances and lifestyle. I drive about 90 miles everyday commuting to and from work so he made sure to find the right vehicle that has great gas mileage. Pete helped me find the right bank to loan from and ensured me that it was the right choice. Dave and Pete both worked together to make buying my vehicle fast and easy. I was looking for my second Jeep Patriot and Bemus didn't have what we were looking for and so they looked for one though their network and found the color, options etc I wanted. They even brought to the dealership for me! It was 300 miles away! I had only gone in to see what my old Jeep was worth and what they could offer and didn't think it was possible but they made it possible and so the next day I had my Jeep! Michael was a great salesperson and very professional. He was very helpful and answered all our questions! He kept communication open and would text me any info i needed to know and also called me! Michael deserves a pat on the back for a job well done! I would recommend him to my friends and family in fact I already have!!!

I was looking for a car dealership that would help me with trading in a wheelchair accessible van. Eddie Temes helped me sell the van. The auto mall also allowed me to trade in my Ford Taurus. He and Michael Holland who sold me the Dart I purchased from Bemis were so helpful and kind. They have helped me get used to the electronic features on my new vehicle. There was an issue with the touch screen. They were gracious in getting it replaced and make me feel that I can come in with any questions or problems. My daughter has also purchased a vehicle from the auto mall. She told me about them. I recommended them to a friend who purchased a used car there. I have been extremely happy with the Brian Bemis Auto Mall and will continue to recommend them to my circle of friends.

My husband and I started looking into a different, bigger vehicle for our family. We really did not know what we wanted to get so we checked around online for some options. We found a vehicle that we wanted to drive that was at this location and submitted the inquiry online about the car. We received a phone call from the salesman, Dave, and he prepared the car for us to test drive. Dave was extremely accommodating to us through this whole process and very understanding through my indecisiveness. We were able to take a few different cars home with us so that I could check them out since I commute to work to another city. When we decided on the vehicle we wanted, the rest of the purchasing process was very smooth. Dave was very pleasant to work with and I definitely recommend working with him.

Once I walked into the dealership, Dave, he quickly introduced himself and started assisting my wife and I with trying to find us the perfect car. He quickly gave us the opportunity to test drive as many vehicles as we wanted, at no time were we pressured or rushed to purchase a car. Once we chose our vehicle, Dave sat down and worked out our finances and we quickly became a new car owner. It took us less than three hours to get the keys to our new car. All the employees were professional, courteous, and very helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anybody because of there quick response and there ability to negotiate. There not about themselves, there about there loyal customers and will do anything to assist.

Brian Bemis Auto Mall of Oregon IL - Excellent transaction. From start to finish, Don was informative and provided exceptional customer service. As this transaction was done online, pivotable questions needed to be addressed, Don took the time to listen to my concerns and responded quickly. The entire negotiation process was also done online and we were able to come to terms. Fairly easy .... Upon arrival to Ilinois (Rockford), Don arrange transportation to Oregon (nice touch). The Brian Bemis Auto dealership was very nice, clean and inviting. Don quickly met us and show be the vehicle. As per their description, the car was exactly as described; no surpises at all. Overall the entire buying experience (Brian Bemis Auto Mall of Oregon IL) was superb. I highly recommend considering this dealership for your next purchase. Had been to all the dealers in area Dixon Sterling Rochelle and just had a hard time with all of them. We had a budget to meet (as we are a family expecting)and tried to find a van NEW or current used. We stopped at the Brian Bemis Auto MAll in Oregon and from the start it was just a great experience . From The salesman to the Business office no pressure and they listened to our needs.
