We recently purchased a used vehicle from out of state. We called to confirm availability and David was spectacular. From the first interaction to the final before we drove away it was a great expierence. Although we were purchasing a used (and honestly probably the least expensive in the inventory) we felt we were treated the same as the brand new BMW customers. They treated us and the new (to us) vehicle no different, the vehicle was completely detailed, ready with a full tank of gas. They were respectful of our time and made the overall purchasing expierence one that I will always measure all others against.

I was moving across the country and I needed to sell my car before I left. Kobe worked with me and answered all my questions when it came time to sell. He was very upfront about the whole process and what my vehicle was worth. He was even nice enough to give me a ride home after I sold my vehicle. I bought a used car from them a few years ago with a certified warranty. They were great at servicing my car and then all of a sudden things changed in the last couple years. My car is still under warranty but they aren’t honoring it and say they don’t service their cars anymore. They told me to go down the street to a different dealership. There is no customer loyalty anymore. Not sure if there is a different owner or new management but NOT like they use to be. Go elsewhere.

When I went to trade in my truck i had only had it for 3 months, I just didn't use it enough as a truck and was paying too much to own it. I was ready for a car, when I seen a used WRX at the Kuni auto center in Beaverton I decided to check it out. Isaiah was my sales guy and did a great job telling me about the car as well as being more personable and getting to know me as a person. He didn't try to sell me anything, he knew what I wanted and we basically just talked about car stuff. I wanted a lower monthly payment, lower interest rate, and I wanted to get close to the blue book value of my truck for a trade in. Steve and Isaiah worked all day calling different banks and they got my interest rate down about 33%. They made all of this happen for me, even without having a credit history. I would recommend anyone I know to KUNI Auto if there looking for a great used vehicle. They gave me a fair deal when a lot of dealerships wouldn't have gave me such a fair deal. Isaiah Adams and Steve Foster are the dudes to go to and Kuni auto is the place to go!

I had been looking for a new truck and had been to numerous localdealerships and found myself with sticker shock, as well as some veryunmotivated sales people. I began widening my vehicle search and on a whimviewed a Kuni ad in Craigslist. The price seemed too good to be true, so Icalled, only to told by Marcus at Kuni that the vehicle had been put onhold. I then continued the search only to receive a call from Marcus afew days later letting me know the vehicle was still available. Thank youMarcus! I went to Kuni and was met by Daniel Filoteo who would be my guidefor the next week and went beyond the call of duty to hold the vehicle forme until my financing came through. In all my car buying experience, itsquite evident why car salesman deserve the reputation they have. This isNOT the case with Daniel! He is very attentive, answers all questionsintelligently, without any pressure and will admit when He doesn't knowsomething, but will find the answer for you as quickly as possible. He'salso very patient and genuinely kind. My wife commented that she wishedall car salesmen were like Daniel...we'd probably buy a lot morecars!Normally, I would buy my cars from one of the big dealerships, butKuni has given me another option as most of their fleet is current yearvehicles in mint condition with acceptable mileage. Combine this with thesalesman we had and so far, have a winning combination!

Never really been the type to buy and look at cars at dealerships because of the experiences I've heard but I was interested in a 04 wrangler 5 speed I saw online. getting ahold of Daniel at kuni auto center was great. I went in with second thoughts about financing availability but they made it happen. Daniel made the experience simple and pressure free. I usually avoid dealerships for car buying due to the pressure, time it takes and feeling like you are getting cheated. But, my recent experience with buying a used Toyota RAV4 at Kuni on Cedar Hills Blvd. was completely the opposite. They had exactly the vehicle that we were looking for, were offering it for a very fair price. They also, would not let me take the vehicle until they had a chance to go over it mechanically. They had received it the night before on a trade and even though it was a 2005, it looked like a brand new car. They found it needed new rear brakes which they put on for no charge as well as checking or changing all of the fluids. There was never any pressure to buy any warranty or service products. It truly could not have been more pleasant experience to work with Gary and Kuni. And was completely the opposite of a recent experience at Lithia in Oregon City where I purchased a used Subaru. Their prices are inflated and they refused to negotiate, they don't go over the cars mechanically at all and we found the battery had no fluid in it about a week after purchase and the car wasn't starting very well. There was only one key and no Fobs, which they assured us we could get anywhere. Well, for $300 you can get them at any Subaru dealer and you can't lock the car without locking each door individually with out it. So, if you are looking for a vehicle, I can highly recommend Kuni.

DEVIN WAS ABLE TO FIND JUST THE RIGHT CAR FOR ME. HE WAS REALLY VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. AFTER I DECIDED WHAT CAR I WAS INTERESTED IN A VERY NICE YOUNG MAN NAMED JACOB GERMANSKY CALLED FROM KUNI AUTO AND WE FOUND A TIME THAT WOULD WORK FOR MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF TO GO LOOK AT THE CAR LAST TUESDAY AFTERNOON. WHEN WE GOT THERE THE CAR WAS WAITING OUT FRONT AND WE MET JACOB IN PERSON. HE WAS POLITE AND FRIENDLY AND LET US TAKE OUR TIME LOOKING AT THE VEHICLE INSIDE AND OUT. I ASKED HIM TO DRIVE IT FIRST SO I COULD GET THE FEEL OF THE CAR BEFORE ME BECAUSE I WANTED TO SEE HOW IT SOUNDED AND FELT ON THE ROAD WITHOUT ME WORRYING ABOUT THE TRAFFIC. THEN IT WAS MY HUSBANDS TURN TO DRIVE. AS WE DROVE HE ANSWERED EVERY SINGLE QUESTION WE HAD ABOUT THE CAR. I THEN TOOK THE WHEEL AND DROVE THIS CAR MYSELF. I REALLY FELL IN LOVE WITH THE CAR BUT IT WAS A LARGE SUV AND FELT THAT THE RIDE WAS A LITTLE ROUGH AND FOR THAT REASON I THOUGHT THAT IT WAS NOT THE CAR FOR ME. WE TALKED AND AS HE GENTLY ASKED ME ABOUT WHAT I LIKED AND DISLIKED ABOUT THE VEHICLE I TOLD HIM I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THAT CAR EXCEPT THE RIDE. AND FOR THAT REASON I WAS NOT GOING TO GET IT. BUT SEEING THAT I REALLY WAS SAD THAT IT WAS NOT A GOOD FIT FOR ME IN MY MIND HE ASKED ME IF I WOULD BE WILLING TO TAKE TWO OTHER MORE EXPENSIVE SUVS FOR A TRY JUST TO SEE IF THE RIDE WAS ANY SMOOTHER AND WE DID JUST THAT. NOT ONCE DID HE ASK, TRY OR IMPLY THAT I MIGHT WANT TO SWITCH AND BUY ANOTHER SUV. HE JUST KNEW THE ROADS WE WERE TAKING AND THAT THE RIDES WOULD FEEL THE SAME IF I JUST GAVE IT A CHANCE. WHEN WE GOT BACK I KNEW THAT THE CAR I CAME OUT TO SEE WAS PERFECT FOR ME AND WE BOUGHT IT. MY HUSBAND OFFERED A LITTLE LESS FOR THE CAR EVEN THOUGH I THOUGHT IT WAS PRICED RIGHT AND THE SAID YES. JUST LIKE THAT! I HAVE HAD MY NAVIGATOR FOR 9 DAYS NOW AND I JUST LOVE IT! EVERYONE AT KUNI WAS NICE TO US. EVEN IN FINANCE NO PROBLEMS. NO PUSHING. IT WAS EASY. BUT THE REAL STAR WAS MY SALESPERSON JACOB..........I REALLY BELIEVE THIS WITH ALL MY HEART THAT HE WANTED FOR ME TO HAVE THE RIGHT CAR EVEN MORE THAN HE WANTED THE SALE. SOME MIGHT LAUGH AT THAT BUT I USED TO SELL ON COMMISSION ONLY AND I SOLD LIKE HIM. I WANTED MY CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND TO HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I SOLD THAT WAY AND I WAS A TOP SELLER. JACOB DID SOMETHING THAT NO OTHER CAR SALESPERSON HAS EVER DONE WITH ME......HE LISTENED........ HE IS A KIND, POLITE,VERY SMART YOUNG MAN. I was so impressed with the customer service I received from this dealership. I absolutely love my car & am so happy that I had the chance to meet & work with Ben. He was so nice & helpful that it made this experience stress-free! I had emailed him a few questions about the car & he responded really quick answering all my questions. When I arrived at the dealership he took me over to the car & took the time to really show me everything this vehicle had to offer. I fell in love with the Lexus RX350, it was perfect & I took it home that evening to show my husband. Ben knew my previous car buying experience was horrible & how I really didn't want to deal with anyone else but him, the next day was supposed to be his day off but he came in so I could work specifically with him through the purchasing process. Gary Swetland and his manager Guy (Gee) were super great to work with. They valued my trade within about 5 min, we cut a deal within about $500 off the deal I asked for, and there was no pressure in the business office. I was also pleased to know that since the owner passed away, he left a directive in his will that requires the dealership to donate a very large portion of profits (seemed like half) to many charities. How cool is that!!

Very, Very bad experience. Salesman told me that all their cars came with a 30 day 3000 mile powertrain warranty. I drove down from Battle Ground to look at a car, test drove it and it was ok but we were worried about the timing belt. The salesman assured me there was no risk because of their 30 day 3000 mile warranty, etc etc. but we asked to look at another car near our budget of $4000.. He brought up a 2005 Kia Sportage. We liked it right from the start but it was almost $7000. We took it for a test drive and he gave us the same speel about the 30 day, 3000 mile warranty, we negotiated some and got down to $6900. out the door. We told him we had to check on our finances and would get back to him. As soon as I got home we called him and we settle on $6600 cash. We had to give him our credit card and authorize him to charge a $1000. deposit on it. all set all done?? Not a chance. When we go in with the $5600 cash balance the next morning and ask that they add a notation on the receipt, everybody starts looking at each other. They say the car does not qualify because it has 3000 miles more on it than their insurance company allows, oh, by the way they say, this is one of their wholesale cars, which they had failed to tell me, and "didn't their salesman show me the shop ticket that showed everything that they found that needed to be done to the car. I feel that they lied to me and then refused to stand behind what we had been told.Needless to say, I told them if they couldn't stand behind what their sales man told them, they could keep the car. The price was right, it's just a matter of integrity, and it was missing there.I have dealt with Kuni Lexus, we have bought 2 Lexus from them and they are stand up, however, in my opinion, Kuni Auto center is not much better than some of the crooked dealers down on 82ND.I'm sorry, I get so irritated with big outfits that try to screw you and you have no recourse.

i first called the dealership asking if their 1996 toyota tercel was still available. coming from vancouver, i didnt want to make the drive to find out it wasn't there. daniel quickly got back to me and was able to come in on his day off after setting an appt for me to go in. daniel and his sales manager were honest, straight forward, and honest.

When we first contacted the dealership Melissa was amazing. A great contact person. We were then dealt Daniel as our salesperson, a young, eager individual. Woith a little more study and seasoning he will be perfect. The Business Manager was the perfect professional. On point and forthcoming, charming to deal with.We had concerns, three issues, that needed to be addressed before we would accept delivery. So we left the car there for the repairs after we handed over our check for our cash purchase.And then customer care seemed to fall apart. We bought the car on a Friday. We expected to be notified of an eta of repair completion once the parts were ordered. There was no call. By Wednesday we were frustrated and contacted the dealership. Daniel jumped on the situation and made inquiries. He chased down answers within the hour (impressive!). He would personally deliver our car on Friday.Saturday morning we ran an errand in the car, unfortunately we discovered it still pulls to the right on braking. This was one of the things that was supposed to be corrected.... sigh. We were surprised by the fact the car had not been washed or detailed before delivery. After handing over ten thousand dollars we expected to receive our car clean and shiny, wouldn't you?The sales side of the house did their best. The service side has failed. Since we purchased the Silver warrantee we will have to look for a local Subaru dealer and see if their service center does better at customer care.

I purchased a 2008 Hummer H3 about a month ago but didn't have a chance until now to write this review. Daniel was awesome!!! He had been working with us for about a week before we actually came down to the dealership. He followed up with me and my husband until then and Daniel treated us right from the time we flew from Colorado, to the time we left the dealership. And the sales manager Jeff was great as well! He got us a lower rate than we were quoted before and got our payments below what we wanted! Even though we stayed at the dealership later than expected but it was well worth it because now my husband and I are new owners of a red 2008 h3!

I came in and purchased a 2014 Subaru a couple weeks ago. The process was simple, fair and our sales rep, Daniel Filoteo was very professional and helpful in many ways. I purchased a used car ( a Nissan ) from Kuni and have been using their service center for regular maintenance such as oil changes etc.. and up until today have been very pleased with their customer service. At my last oil change , it was noted that some brake work was needed approx $500 , I didnt have the funds to get the work done at the time . I called today ( 1 month later ) to schedule an appointment to get the work done . Initially I was told that because my car was not a BMW they would have to refer me to a Nissan dealer and this was a policy change that happened 3 months ago . I pointed out that 1 month ago they had serviced the car with no issues so this '3 months' policy change didnt add up . The service advisor changed tactics and asked when I would like the work done . I said sometime this week , and surprisingly the earliest appointment they had is for next week , now this may well be true but I was left with such a 'bad taste' after my first interactions that I declined feeling that they really didn't want my business .

I went to sell my Acura MDX and ended up buying a BMW 528I. The experience I had was very acceptable compared to some dealerships. In the end, I think I paid a little too much for the BMW, but I had a good time with Daniel Filoteo. Even though I had to ask him several times not to call me Sir.Overall, I had a good experience. Ben and Sara double teamed us. After the test drive, my wife and I fought tooth and nail for 5 minutes until we were happy. Totally exhausted we just sat back and waited to sign the papers. Drove close to 200 miles to find the car my daughter was looking for.The salesperson I worked with (Daniel) was excellent. Friendly, professional, and made sure we were well taken care of.Feel that I was treated fairly. The dealership made the necessary improvements to the car while we waited (new tires and brakes).Much less complicated than other dealer experiences I have had over the years.

I went in to kuni auto center with bad credit and little hope. Luckily, I dealt with the right people. Thanks to sales associate Daniel, I got into a car I love and enjoy driving. I told him what cars I liked and he basically did all the leg work and called me once they were able to find ska car that best fit my needs. It felt great to not stress and deal with an overall amazing group of guys. Daniel was always upfront and never mislead me. Thanks to him, I'm driving a awesome 2013 Nissan Altima that I'm in love with! Definitely recommend to stop by and see Daniel and the team if you are looking to get into an upgrade.

Purchased car at Kuni about 5 months ago. The sales aspect was fine, a little long, but that is to be expected. The sales person was pleasant, and the I really like the car itself. I did purchase an extended warranty since I was buying a used car. Jeff Fisher helped explain the warranty and highly recommended getting it. He said that he had the same warranty on his vehicle. I am very glad that I decided to get the extended warranty. Especially when I started feeling a knocking from underneath my car. I did some research to see if any other people had similar issues. I found out it is a common problem for the sway bar end links to fail in that year of Ford Focus. So when I brought it into Kuni for service I specifically asked them to PLEASE check swaybar end links. I was told 5 hours later that they couldn't reproduce the knocking and everything looked fine. At that point, I asked if I could take a drive with someone to point out what I was experiencing. The shop foreman confirmed the knocking when I drove him around the block a couple times. He said he would have the tech take another look. 2 hours later they said everything looked fine. I asked again, "Did the swaybar end links look ok?" He said yes. So I continued to drive the car for the next 5 days, during that time the knocking got worse and the steering wheel started to shake at higher speeds. I took it to Courtesy Ford, after driving and inspecting the suspension I was told "You need new sway bar links" Wow....Shame on you Kuni!! I will not bring my car back to Kuni for any type of service! And definitely would not recommend the service center to anyone.

My husband and I really appreciated the "no BS" approach with Ben. He was honest and made this process simple. With schedules as hectic as they are, he began negotiations from a distance and made us the fair deal we needed. Although my purchase went fairly smoothly, it was nothing to rave about. Daniel, our sales rep, was very friendly and accommodating, but was still bound by the normal dealership methods of having to confer with his superiors and the finance department, which unnecessarily extended the dealings and diminished what started out as a very pleasant experience.During the dealings and paperwork, the finance department expressed interest in my autocheck from my credit union, but after all the papers were signed and I walked out the door, the check had not been filled out or endorsed by me and no real effort was made on their part to have me sign the check. I was actually the one who brought it up to the dealership the next day. After arranging to return to the dealership to properly fill out and sign the check, the dealership asked me to come back in to the same location where I purchased the car, even though the check had already been transferred to their main location, which required me to make a detour on my lunch break. Luckily, once I arrived at the main location, the remaining paperwork took only a few minutes.Overall, extremely nice salesperson, but average dealership methods. I still got out the door well below the average time spent at a dealership

From the moment I inquired about the car I was interested in, Kuni has been the best.Devin from the internet team called me right away and when I told him it wasn't a good time, he called me back that evening. I had many questions about the vehicle I was interested in and the questions Devin couldn't answer, he called & talked with whomever he needed to at Toyota to get me the answers.Daniel Filoteo helped me at the dealership when I came in the next day to test drive the vehicle and Daniel could not have been more helpful. He too answered all my questions and took the time to ask whomever he needed to ask to get the answer to all my questions. Daniel is a new salesman with Kuni and is off to a terrific start.Jeff Fisher, the Financial Manager was terrific too and was very clear about each step.All in all, this was such a great experience and I got the vehicle I wanted and the vehicle was much more than I had been expecting.What a pleasant difference from the last dealership I tried to work with where everyone I talked with acted like I was inconveniencing them and they did not provide all the information I needed unless I asked. I visited Kuni Auto Center after receiving a price on my RAV4 from AutoTrader. Melissa was very professional and shared that if my car was in great condition, I might receive more than the AutoTrader price, especially since the car had the JBL sound system and the technology package. When I arrived, I was greeted by George. George made the buying process very fair and smooth. He interacted with his Sales Manager, Eileen who both inspected the vehicle. The process was the antithesis of what I experienced yesterday at Wilsonville Toyota. George made everything flow very smoothly and had me out the door with the car sold at $1500 more than Wilsonville Toyota offered! What a different experience!!!!Ask for George when receiving an appraisal, he is fair, compassionate and professional. He was a pleasure to do business with an felt more like a friend to our family than a ruthless salesperson.

Today we sold our Lexus (no trade in) to Kuni. It was a fair deal, absolutely no hassle. Employees were very easy to do business with. They handled all the paperwork for all aspects of the transaction. Our client advisor Gary Swetland was very professional, pleasant, and he got us in and out within an hour. Last year my boyfriend and I purchased a vehicle from here. We drove 2 hours just to look at the car. While we were test driving the car we noticed it had some Issues with the clutch. They said that it was a recall and would have it fixed. While doing all the paper work we asked many times if the car had been in any wrecks or anything like that. The guy said nope never and showed us the carfax. We proceed with the paper work. Very long process to find out that we couldn't drive the car home that night. They said we could come pick it up in 3 days or so. Later that week they called and said that it was ready. So we drove 2 hours again to pick it up. Well recently we went to go trade the car in for something bigger only to find out that it indeed had been in a wreck. Carfax showed it had been wrecked "all over". With that being said the dealer only wanted to offer us half of what the car was worth. Kuni lied when we asked about it being in a wreck and now we are screwed on the car. We can now either keep it and deal with a wrecked car or trade it in ans have a ton of negative equity.I would avoid this place at all cost unless you want to be lied to and screwed over!! If we would have been told the truth in the first place we wouldn't be in the xxxxxx situation we are in now so thanks a lot Kuni! We will definitely not buy a car from you guys or recommend any one to you guys!

I live 4 1/2 miles from Canadian border in Washington and drove down on a Sunday morning, 340 miles. Ben met me and was very informative as well as, helpful. The test drive was as long as I wanted & where I wanted to go. Then allowed me to bring it in the service bay-room and crawl completely underneath, putting on diagnostic tools in the engine compartment, and the interior checking as much as I could. He hid nothing and even assisted my search by reading the manual to me or google searching for me. My visit and evaluation lasted an hour and half and he never tried to get me to quit. Then with his co-worker was able to come up with some creative financing to allow me to close the deal. And on top of that the next morning I received a call from him saying he would mail back to me the 6 CD's I had left in my trade-in vehicle. Thats going the extra mile in my opinion. GREAT GUY!!!

Bought a used car from here in December, 2014. It is now February 2015 and the transmission needs to be replaced. We were assured by Steve that all major problems with the car were inspected for and were repaired. I specifically asked about the transmission, among other things, to Steve and the mechanic. They gave the all good and nothing to worry about. They were really selling snake oil. Do not buy a car from here, they are just out to make a buck not a customer. Now I am stuck with a used car loan and a really expensive repair bill. Will not go here again, and neither should you.

After poring through Auto Trader for weeks to avoid a lot of leg work at used car lots, I found a car that seemed like a good value and had all the small details I was looking for. Even though I went in already confident in my choice, Ben made the decision even easier. He was never pushy, and took his time giving helpful information about his personal experience and the car's features. Usually buying a vehicle is on the bottom of the list "things to do" and I'm not just saying bottom of the list lightly = it is the very LAST thing I would ever want to do and something to be avoided at all extremes! It gives me a headache just thinking about buying a vehicle. Hence the reason I've only owned 3 vehicles in my life, well now 4. Ben PROMISED coming to Kuni Auto would be very different and told me it would be fun and I'd even like it. Hhhhmmmmmmmm sure~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ like I believed that! In return I PROMISED him I would walk out if I felt pressured in any way. When I arrived I found a place to park and was free to stroll the grounds. There was no stampede of elephants knocking me over to get to me first in hopes of making a sale. In fact I was able to casually walk across the lot and into the beautiful spacious main building. The building had a nice, inviting feel to it making me feel comfortable. Things were at least off to a good start ~My appointment was with Ben Hendrix who I had spoken on the phone with many times. He was every bit as nice, calm and easy going in person as he had been on the phone. We hit it off immediately (he reminded me so much of my son) and after just a short time I knew there was something every different about him. He wasn't there just to sale cars, he was genuinely interested in the customer. The vehicle I had come over to see and had THOUGHT I wanted wasn't at all my style but we took it for a spin and Ben must have been listening to every word I said. When we got back to the lot he said, I might have something you'll like and it just came in yesterday. Instantly when I saw the vehicle and he told me about it (just the facts) I KNEW that was going to be my Subaru Legacy. It had all the requirements I needed (a long list and I'm very particular) plus was well within my price range, yeah! (see I told you Ben was really listening) Of all the autos on the lot he easily found my perfect match and I knew it instantly. Not to mention in order for me to purchase the vehicle I wanted my son to agree on the specs and the price. Ben was such a great sport and explained everything about the vehicle and answered all my son's questions remotely. The time ticked away while my son researched the vehicle and really held Kuni's toes to the fire checking value and price, making sure "Mom" got a good car. Then my phone rang and my son said "Mom, that's a good price and good vehicle so if you like it, you should buy it" and I did.It wasn't an easy sale at all for Ben, jumping through all kinds of hoops.. To my surprise, I really did enjoy the day and I didn't even have a headache ~ it felt like through the entire process I was the sales person in reverse handing out the headaches this time. Ben is awesome!!! If there were more than 5 Stars on the grading scale I really would have given him and Kuni BMW a 10. I'm sure he could have sold many other cars that day but he didn't take one call, not one interruption. He was a perfect gentleman and just devoted his entire day to making sure I was happy with my purchase. He's really out there for the customer ... and got me a really good price too. If I was looking for a vehicle again. I would check Kuni BMW in Beaverton FIRST and absolutely ask for Ben Hendrix.

The service here was fantastic! They worked with me and since I couldn't take the car home that day, Ben drove it down to my house for me so I wouldn't have to drive back up to Portland since it's about an hour and a half away. Awesome!

Yes, that is what I said, Sarah deserves a raise for the time and attention she gave us in the purchase of our car, as I am quite a handful when spending any money, especially the purchase of a vehicle. She responded immediately to every question I had with an answer. She was a real pleasure to deal with.We also were very satisfied with the entire process, and I was astonished when we were presented with a 48 hour return document on a used vehicle. I do not know of any other dealer who does that. I already recommended your group to my best friend, and she said that her dad always dealt with Kuni, They also do things on the up and up, full disclosure of any mechanical or cosmetic issues, and believe me, that is rare in this business. Ben was an excellent sales person. He was extremely patient, helpful and friendly. He was not push or aggressive and very knowledgeable. He was also very willing to work with me on financing for days after the sale.. The finance part wasn't my favorite as I felt a little tossed around from the finance guy but Ben was helpful and stayed around during the process and was very patient. He came off very trustworthy as well.

I went to Kuni Auto after reviewing their inventory on line. It was the best car buying decision I have made throughout all my life (68 years!). Originally I was helped by Eric Laursen who took the time to really listen to me as I explained my budget and the type of car I would like to buy. Unlike my experiences elsewhere, he did not try to talk me into one I could not afford or one I would not be completely satisfied with. I got the feeling he was more interested in helping me find just the right car that I would love and would suit my needs than in any sales commission he may or may not make. When he selected the VW Jetta and we went for a test drive I was sold. It was so clear and in such good condition it was like driving a new car. Eric was promoted then and Ben Hendrix stepped in to finish the sale. Ben continued with the same dedication and I ended up driving away in my new Jetta, having received an excellent trade in value on the car I had and an excellent price on the Jetta. It was the first time I ever walked away from buying a car feeling like I was the winner, not the dealership. They have a 48 hour policy that lets you return the car if you decide you don't like it and they will take it back without pressuring you to keep it. Actually, there was no pressure at all only knowledgeable information and freedom to make your own decision. They even filled the gas (or in my case diesel) tank. THANKS KUNI AUTO! And thank you so very much Eric Laursen and Ben Hendrix, you two are the BEST!

Ben is a quality sales person who cares about the customer. I didn't feel rushed or forced to make a decision. Instead, Ben encouraged us to find the quality within each car to weigh our decision. He was knowledgable about each car on the lot, including being upfront and forthright about each cars history. He had a pleasant personality to boot. When we made our choice of which car to buy he had us set up with the cheapest insurance quotes before we drove off the lot. The detailers had gone home for the night, so he took it upon himself to detail our car personally before we left. Overall, I could not be more satisfied with our Mini Cooper or with Ben as our sales person. Thank you Kuni Motors and thank you Ben Hendrix. Job well done.

Not to happy with them got a Mercedes car start given me problems the second week on the trans, took it back they said it needed oil two days later broke down mecanic new was the problem and he lie took it to Mercedes-Benz and they fit they help me paid for half of the amount charged they should of pay for every thing, not very profesional,

I bought a lexus es350 from them in Dec 18. The sales guy, John was very professional. We got a fair price for the car. When we got home, we noticed that the floor mats and manual were missing. I called them and they said the car did not come with it. Alright. I can always get floor mats and manual from ebay. John calls me back later and said they will make it right and get me those missing items. I thought that was cool and the right thing to do to make a client happy. They only slightly negative thing was that my temp tag runs out on Jan 8. When I called Kuni, a guy named Jeffry or Jerry said I may need to go to my DMV and get another trip permit which Kuni can not reimburse me for it. I thought that was not good customer service at all. I hope I don't get pulled over and given a ticket, but if I do, I will sent them the bill.

My wife and I went to the Kuni AutoCenter to purchase a vehicle my wife had seen on line. We were pleasantly met at the door with the vehicle already running. Merry, our sales woman, was extremely friendly and informative. We went on a test drive, even on Hwy 26 to see how the vehicle handled at higher speeds. When we explained to Merry that Jarod, the internet salesman, had given my wife a sales price through their texting that was lower than the price she was initially quoting, she checked with Cedric, the sales manager, and was able to quickly offer us that car at the price we were anticipating. I was pleasantly surprised how easy Dennis, the finance manager, made the finance process. Dennis explained all the warranty and coverage items for the vehicle we purchased, and was very understanding on the items we declined to accept.The vehicle purchase was so pleasant, that I would definitely check out the inventory of this dealership when I need another vehicle.

I hadn't planned on wasting any more of my time on Kuni Auto Center but after today I have decided it's best to caution others about this dealership, the salesmen and management. I purchased a car at the end of October and had to bring it back not two days later because it was leaking oil (with only 35K!). The salesman had printed me out their inspection list which said it passed with no oil leaks, hmm.. The service center gave me a roundabout defense and I was told to keep an eye on it but that they believed it wasn't actually leaking, just left over oil from when they did the oil change. OK fine....I leave the dealership and notice the headliner was soaked! They had washed the car and lucky for me this made the sunroof leak noticeable. I turned the car around and brought it back ready to return it for good. But they talked me into letting them keep it for the weekend and look at it. Didn't hear from them, so I stopped in that next Monday afternoon....OH "the key was lost" and we're waiting on a locksmith....I was furious. I bought a $20K + car and hadn't even been able to drive it but once. This all happened in about a 3-4 day time span. I told them to take it back. Yet then I find out they had already put the loan through to my credit union and now 3 weeks later my bank is still waiting on their refund check. This place only cares about making money, they don't care about the shape of the car or the happiness of their customer. Glad I was able to return this car, I ended up buying from Speed Sports and had a great experience with them. I'm writing this post now because I called Kuni yesterday to find out why my bank hadn't received a check yet, they never returned my call. I called again today and got a "we don't give a xxxx" type of reply but that corporate had supposedly cut the check yesterday!! Three weeks later....wow! Not a good way to do business Kuni!

Checked out a car online. Was so "fresh" they did not have pictures up. Staff assured me over the phone that it was "worth checking out". I drove down to find it was all lies. Staff was unfriendly and misrepresented cars. Avoid this place.
