I knew exactly what car I wanted before I even entered the dealership and went in knowing we were leaving with it. Our salesman, who I will not name, was too over the top! Not professional one bit. He insulted where I grew up and completly called us out for what "type" of people we were. The trendy/nerdy type. This was kinda funny but way out of line. We just wanted to purchase a car we didn't sign up for a roast. Didn't budge once on a price or a warranty. Sent me and my husband out the door and before he did so, had us stop so he could talk to the boss and then came out and said he couldn't work anything out and said oh let me get the door for you! Now you talk about cheesy sales tactics! Needless to say I still wanted the car because I was dead set on it, so we came back and got our finances together and that is where they shined. Happy with how professional Scott was and I felt like I left with a decent deal. He was quick with the paper work. After looking over my car before we left the back seats were filthy, lipstick in the cup holders, and I'm not kidding fingernail clippings by the front door handle. It didn't look like they did any detailing or any cleaning at all. To spend 11,000 on a car you would expect a nice clean car to take home. They did offer another detail later that week but I would prefer to not come back because I left so uncomfortable. Love my car but overall not the best experience

They were very organized! I had previously came and test drove the minivan but need additional documents so did not purchase that day. As fate would have it a week or so later the vehicle was still available and when I arrived they had everything ready to be signed including coverage with my insurance company!

Found this dealership through auto trader after a bad experience with Hagerstown Honda. We headed there and they had a good selection and were great to work with! We are from MD and they even got it MD inspected for us asap. We headed back on Monday to get the car. They are a dealership that's still about the people and not just about making money. We went onto the lot knowing what we were looking for an hoping they could make a deal. Corey listened to what we had to say, there was not playing hardball and we walked out VERY satisfied customers! Since we picked the car before it had been through inspection, they had it immediately put through the garage with new tires and a full tank of gas ready to hit the road! The car was thoroughly cleaned with a wash and wax job on the outside making it shine like a brand new car! We're sure to be back when we're in the market for another vehicle.

Fell in love with this 2012 Nissan Versa here at Kyners. It has great mileage, almost mint condition, lots of cool amenities (Bluetooth, GPS nav, etc), but I wanted to hold off and see if any other dealerships had the same car or something similar for a better a deal. Turns out a few places had some Versas, but with a couple scratches & dings on the outside, less amenities, more miles and for more money! I'm very happy and confident in my decision to come back to Kyners. I don't even feel like I bought a used car, but instead a brand new one, and for an unbeatable price. The employees were all very friendly and helpful, they even called me a few days later to see how I was liking the car. 10/10 would come here again.

We bought a used car from Kyner's for my daughter's first car after her graduation. Brandon Haupt was our sales person. Brandon was helpful, courteous, and well informed about the vehicles we looked at, patient with our questions, and easy to work with. They had a decent selection of vehicles in our price range. We never felt pressured or any sort of hard sell. The transaction was handled efficiently and quickly. We paid cash and didn't have a trade. Our only disappointment was we didn't realize until after we bought the car that it didn't have cruise control. Not the dealer's fault but would have been helpful to have pointed this out to us as part of the pros and cons of the different cars we looked at.

I went in too look at a 2008 mustang that was for sale, as soon as I pulled in and walked up to the car and Tyler Poling immediately walked out and asked if I needed any help. I had some questions about the car and I test drove it and immediately wanted it. Tyler was very patient with me having to wait for a family member to come up to cosign for me. Recently one of our cars suddenly stopped working, and from how it sounded it became permanent. It was time to get a new car, one that was of a great quality and that would last us for a long time. We knew we wanted a Subaru but we weren't sure if we were going to find "the one". We found "the one" and got it in our possession within hours. Dave, the sales associate, was helpful in the process of purchasing the car because this was going to be my first car with a loan, enough to make me nervous. It went well and I was comfortable with the monthly payment and interest rate set up for the loan. Furthermore, Dave and Scott, the F and I manager, continued to serve us even after business hours because there was another customer buying a vehicle prior to us. All in all, thank you Dave and Scott for your service and thank you Kyner's Auto Sales for providing the services you have, services that are not normally offered in other dealerships locally and across other counties.

We have previously purchased two vehicles from Kyners. We were looking to upgrade to a SUV. Brandon Haupt was very patient as we looked at close to 10 SUVS on the lot in the snow and cold. It was my first time buying a car and I visited on a Sunday to look at the cars to get an idea of which car I wanted to get. When I went home I looked the car up on Kyners' website and decided that I was indeed going to get the car I picked out. I returned to Kyners on the following Monday and put a down payment on the car but it was a holiday that banks closed for, so I had return again on Tuesday to finally get my car. However they were able to take care of all the financing while I was at work and all I had to do was sign a few papers and I got to leave with my car. They made it easy for me and explained what each and every paper I was signing was for. I would definitely recommend Kyners to anyone looking to get a car.

My wife, two boys, and I were traveling to my in-law's on Christmas Eve when the transmission in our Ford Edge went out near Hazelton. Contacted Kyner's and they helped tow the Edge back to Chambersburg. John and his staff had a Chevy Tahoe ready for us to test drive upon our return. Shawn provided competitive quotes and finance options shortly after the test drive. The next day we decided to purchase the Tahoe and again John, Shawn, and Brandon made the purchase easy. My dad was only able to be there with me for the test drive, they were extremely flexible with our schedules and did everything they could to get me my car as fast as possible. I was also pleased to find that Brandon was doing his best to make sure I got my car in its best shape, by requesting my bumpers be completely repainted on top of the other paint touch up work. I felt respected as they explained a lot of things to me; I had a lot of questions being a first time buyer. Overall I am extremely pleased with Kyner's.

I saw a car on their website and wanted to test drive it. My husband and I drove to Chambersburg on a Friday (we are from Hagerstown MD ) and was greeted by Dave Gowans. We ask him if we could test drive the red Nissan Altima and the rest is history I fell in love with the car and Dave made it happen for me to purchase it he did everything to answer all our questions and to take care of everything that had to be done. I live MD and Phil Curtis took care of all the things that I needed to register my car in MD. Phil got my car inspected in MD and did all the paperwork for MD registration. I saw the car on the internet and I called Kyner Auto Sales and talked to Phil Curtis. He set mu with an appointment to come and evaluate the car. I liked the car and we negotiated a price that was accepted my management. We did all the paperwork for MD and Phil did all the legwork. Three days later, I was able to go to PA and pick up my car. Everyone at Kyner's was very helpful. I would definitly do business with Kyner's Auto Sales again.

In short thanks to Corey and the team at Kyner's Auto, I was able to drive away in a car I'm very happy with. The professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge of the crew at Kyners amazed me. When I initially went there I was expecting to find a staff of people just trying to get the most out of you that they could. What I ended up finding was a very helpful group of people that were eager the help me get into a vehicle I was satisfied with. I mainly worked with Corey McCleaf, and I was looking for a used car on a very value oriented budget. We found several vehicles that would fit my needs and budget, and Corey was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and their features. He walked me through each car, and I was able to drive any car I was interested in. However I wasn't finding a car that I thought really fit me. Corey didn't just call it quits though and send me on my way, no, he kept finding other options that would fit my needs and budget, and after a short time I was able to find a car that I not only found would fit me, but also exceeded my expectations. I've been driving the car around for a while now, and love it. All thanks to Corey, Shawn, and the team at Kyner's. I would highly recommend them for any car buying needs, from new or used to budget friendly cars. Buying a car with 3 little ones can be a stressful event. Tyler was very patient with the children and interacted very well with them. When the process got long we were able to chill in the service lounge and give the children the freedom to play and Tyler just got us when he needed us to sign papers! We were disappointed that we could not have used dealer tags to drive our truck back to WV. Took the chance with the 2 hour drive & brought it home (without being pulled over)!! Thank God. Also, paid cash for the truck & title is apparently being held & will be sent ASAP. This I hope so that we can get the truck titled & on the road for our son. He needs this to travel to work & back. Other than that, the staff was most pleasant, helpful and very considerate of our time frame! Thanks for the quick service!

My husband and I recently bought a minivan from Kyner's Auto Sales. We live out-of-state and could not just leave whenever to go look at the van. So, we made part of a down payment to hold the vehicle and then coordinated with the dealership when we would go up to see the van. Throughout that week before we went to see the van, they were in constant communication with us about paperwork they needed and if we had any questions, they were prompt to call us back with the answers. Everyone there is really nice.We could tell from the beginning that they cared about the buyer and making this a positive experience for us. They worked with our schedule and the salesperson even came in on his day off to close the deal. This car dealership cares about the quality of the cars they are selling so much so that they did some minor repairs on the minivan upfront before we even saw the car. They are very thorough and want to make sure everything is working right on their vehicles and that they are in excellent condition for the buyer. When we picked up the van, it was ready and waiting for us with a full tank of gas. They even offered us a warranty on it where major mechanical repairs are covered with a zero deductible. From start to finish, they did a great job and made the car buying process simple. They work with you, answer your questions, and even go above and beyond to sell you a great car. We got a low mileage good quality minivan at a great price. Thank you.

I wrote the previous review...Tyler was great to work with and it was easy doing business with the dealership. Was disappointed that Hans wouldn't accept our 100.00 off coupon given to us by the dealership on our last purchase. But overall happy with the result. When Kyners read my review they wrote me a check for 200.00 due to the misunderstanding over the coupon. I have been doing business with Kyners for 18 years and have bought 10 cars from them in 18 years, I have referred friends and family to Kyners as well resulting in 7 more sales for the dealership. I have a long standing relationship with Kyners and am happy to say they valued me as a customer enough to make good on the misunderstanding. I will continue to do business with them and will continue to refer people to them.

I ran the salesman all over the lot looking at cars and not once did he loose his sense of professionalism or desire to help, I had simply given up as we headed towards my vehicle as we approached Tyler mentioned a vehicle that was near my the spot where I had parked, one test drive later I was purchasing the Chevy, Had Tyler just given up or decided enough walking through the lot I would have not taken the car, Hat's off to Tyler... Several past experiences brought us back to this dealership. We had no intention of checking elsewhere, and weren't disappointed. Brandon Haupt is not just a fine salesman but also a well-mannered and sincere person. Certainly the polar opposite of the stereotypical "used car salesman"! In addition, the service department earns high marks for its promptness, knowledge and honesty.

We drove on the lot looking for a minivan. We were only looking not really sure if we were ready to buy another vehicle. Brandon approached us a friendly attitude and asked if there was anything he could help us with anything. We asked about the vans and he was able to give us prices, mileage and other important details upfront. He got the keys and allowed us to look through the van explained more features opened the hood, started the van. Brandon went with us on a test drive and explained more features about the van. We were given time to talk about and make a decision about the possible purchase. The next day Brandon took the time to explain multiple financing options and trade in deals.The service directly affected the results of our purchase. I can guarantee that if we would not of had the wonderful service we had i would not currently have a new vehicle. The best and most important things about our visit were that not once did we feel pressured buy. Service was friendly and fast. We did not have to give any personal information until we were ready (there are other dealerships that require you to fill out a credit application before they will tell you anything about a car). Thank you Brandon for your wonderful service. Thank you Shawn for assisting with finance. Thank you Kyners for our new VW Routan minivan :)

Kyner's has an impressive selection of affordable used vehicles. After browsing the inventory online, I went to the lot to see the cars first hand. I was greeted by Tyler and shown a few vehicles I was interested in. Tyler was very friendly and helpful answering questions I had about the vehicles. A Subaru was chosen but there was a problem found with the car. Kyner's ironed out the problem before I came back the next day. Overall, I am happy with the service provided by both Tyler and Hans.

We were looking to replace our car with a similar but newer model because it is quite safe and comfortable for someone who does a lot of interstate driving. We found the car we purchased on line. It was our first experience with Kyner. The car was in absolute mint condition for a very fair price. The folks at Kyner were so nice to work with. Justin was on it every step of the way and very responsive to any requests for added info when we called for more details. I appreciated the low key environment and the absolutely no hassle purchase. Their trade in value for my old - well loved car was respectful and perhaps generous. Ever though it was a little drive for us, i will be back for service - we will also share our experience with others who are looking around for a good value and good people to work with.

My wife and I went on-line to find a Ford Edge. It took several attempts to locate what we were looking for in a color that we liked. We did notice how Kyner's vehicles were shown with the company name and with a clean and appealing photo shoot. Tyler Poling was our first contact by phone. He was pleasant and asked us if he could call us back after he finished researching the info on the Edge that we liked. His response was timely. He answered our questions and advised us of the hours he would be available if we wanted to come in to see the vehicle. Living in Dover, York county, we had to wait until a Saturday to make the trip. We called on Friday to ask if the Edge was still there. A gentleman named Drew told us it was and said Tyler was working on Saturday and would tell him we were coming over. Tyler was kind enough to call us Saturday morning and say he would be more than willing to show us the Edge if we were still interested. We made the trip and were very glad we did. Everyone is professional. My wife is recuperating from back surgery and realized she didn't have her pain medication. Tyler offered an OTC brand which was very thoughtful. An easy chair was even offered for her to use. We ended up buying the Edge for two main reasons. The vehicle and the Kyner establishment. They have a good selection of good vehicles. Wish they were closer to home, but would go back again anytime. Thanks for putting the customer first!

We had a very nice trade in and purchase from Kyner's. We were able to find a vehicle that is a bigger for our growing family. Both Brandon and Justin were easy to talk to and very friendly. When it came time to talk numbers Brandon didnt make us feel pressured and was willing to work with us. In the end we were happy with the value given to us for our trade in and the purchase price of our new to us vehicle. We had to wait a few days for our vehicle to get detailed and inspected Kyner's took care of a few issues they found and we are grateful for that. When it came time to do the swap Kyners had everything ready to go for us. My wife and I showed up and Hans in finance got us in and out. Overall everyone we dealt with at Kyner's was very pleasant we never felt pressured like you do at some dealerships we highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Kyner's.

I've been looking for a low mileage used vehicle for several months. Although Kyner's is local and the most convenient for me, the selection of vehicles they have leaves a lot to be desired. You are presented with two choices at Kyner's: a HIGH mileage vehicle for a reasonable (not great) price or a reasonable (not low) mileage vehicle for a HIGH (might as well buy new) price. The attitude of the sales staff is poor since they are unwilling to negotiate within reason. If you have a trade-in, they will screw you on both sides of the deal by offering a well-below market price for your trade. Watch out for these guys - or better yet, run from them.

Even though I did not purchase this truck, I remembered how Customer focused Andrew was. On July 10, 2015 I went back to Kyner's Auto Sales, and asked for Andrew. My boyfriend had need looking for a Camaro for quite sometime, we shopped around a lot! I eventually came across this one at Kyner's & he was amazed by the price. I called in to see if it was still available & it was! Unfortunately it was in the shop for a few repairs, so we had to wait to look at it. Phil did an amazing job keeping in contact with us about the car. We called him so many times! Each time he was very polite & so easy to talk to! We pretty much knew going in there we would be taking the car home with us. The entire process didn't take long at all & everyone was so friendly! We couldn't have asked for a better salesman!! I visited twice to see the same car - a cosmetically clean '99 BMW 740iL. When I met my salesperson, I asked him how business was going and I was told "really bad." This seemed like a prompt that there would be interest in making a sale that day. I've never before examined a car where the salesperson offered absolutely no incentive or "selling points" without constantly being prompted - I felt like I was spoon-feeding the salesperson an opportunity to sell a car, and my efforts were met flatly. I think maybe he didn't consider my interest as being serious, or that I might not have the cash, in spite of the new Fiat 500L I arrived in, and my very open explanation that I was looking for a cash deal and not a trade. Their car was priced a little high which I know from spending weeks researching the model - of course this is standard operating policy and a used car dealership allows some wiggle-room to make a deal. Never once did the salesperson offer an encouraging "make an offer and I'll take it to management and see what we can do" - nothing positive or pleasant. I've purchased about 20 cars in my life for both business and personal, mostly new but used as well, and I've never encountered a less motivated salesperson. I found it stunning also that not a single manager said hello, and no one in the dealership spoke unless spoken to. It seemed like a cold place where they just didn't "get it." On my first visit, I asked many questions to invoke a deal-making process, explaining that even they didn't feel like they could reduce the price, that I was open to other incentives and I even said "I'm trying to figure out how to buy this car at a I price I feel good about, without hurting your bottom line" - buy/sale talk to let the other side of the table know I was ready to move. I got nothin'. I left the dealership, letting the salesman know I remained very interested and had other cars to see. I left him my business car. No follow up call so I knew there was no motivation on their end. After a week my father was with me looking at cars within a 50 mile radius and I showed him the car Kyner had that interested me. A different salesman approached and I told him I was very glad to see him and that I'd not had a pleasant experience with my first salesman. That didn't matter and I ended up with my first salesman again. I figured, oh well, I know what to expect from this guy and I'll just cope with it. After driving the car and looking it over, there were some obvious problems, particularly fluid dripping from the engine. I asked if the car could be raised to have a look - bear in mind I'm evaluating a BMW 740iL - a car notorious for expensive repairs but otherwise a dream to drive - leaks are a major concern. At first my salesman agreed to jack the car up and let us look. After slowly seeking a floor jack (it really seemed like he just wanted me to go away with my cash), he dragged the jack over, somehow became confused and sounded very irritated when he said "Do you guys want to just come back Monday?" What kind of salesman sends a buyer home on a Friday when the car is sitting right there, and you know that there must be 10,000 used cars to purchase within an hour radius?!? In a rare moment of thinking outside the box, the salesman parked the car on an incline to allow us a better view of the dripping engine. Of course we expressed concern, always sending signals that we remained interested in the car but it had mechanical issues. He said he could get the "Repair Order" to tell us what was leaking. We eagerly said "that would be great!" Nothing happened and I had to again prompt the guy - "yep, I guess we're at a point where we need that Repair Order." Finally he went and looked at it, came back, and said "engine leak." I said "leaking from where," and he said "the engine." Wow. Of course multiple times my father and I stepped aside marveling at the experience we were having, but thinking "let's see this through since it's the absolute last time we'll ever give these guys a chance to earn our business." We finally had a really silly show-down at the salesperson's desk and we reached an agreement but - now get this - we had to SHOW them the cash - an unwieldy stack of $100 bills. So silly and yes, they didn't deserve my business. But with the sale made, THEN my salesman became my new best friend, apologized for being rude previously and explained how he wanted to go to dinner earlier, etc. Keep in mind that when I arrived, I expressed that I'd rather not work with the guy anyway and was happy to work with a second salesman, so Kyner's own sales policy kept my salesman on the clock, yet he was rude to his customer and it was so clear that he apologized for it. He even told us after the sale how he had owned a BMW and it was a great car - what?!? No mention of that during the sales process? This is a ten+ year sales veteran? Of course he emphasized this review, told me that a five star would be helpful to him, and I'm now allowing the review to include my photo so that you can see how pleased I am with my work buying this car at an appropriate price in spite of every obstacle with an unenthused, unmotivated, non-communicative "salesman." Had I offered them $1,200 less than their price out of the gate before identifying issues with the car and taking our rightful time making the purchase, (bought it at an acceptable $1,000 discount), the deal would have been dead, I'm sure. So if you buy at Kyner and know what you are doing, expect a 1985 used car buying experience.

I went to Kyners to look at a used car I saw on the internet. I went to just look and 1 1/2 hours later I was driving away in my new car. Brandon went out of his way and was one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with. I got exactly want I wanted, the right payment range, and left a very happy customer. I will go back to them if I ever need another car and will be visiting them to service my new car. I would like to thank everyone, especially Brandon, for everything they did to get what I wanted. We recently moved to Fayetteville and pass Kyner's Auto Sales several times per week. We always admire the quality looking preowned vehicles. My husband has been thinking about buying a new truck and when we recently drove by, there was a beautiful Toyota Tundra truck in the front row of the lot. We stopped and looked at it and went back the next day and spoke with 2 salesmen. Both dealt with us professionally and bent over backwards to answer all of our questions and concerns. After receiving all of the information we needed and driving the truck we purchased it. We are very pleased with our new purchase and would surely recommend Kyner's to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Just as my title stated, this was an outstanding experience all the way around. I had been looking for a specific vehicle, for quite a while, and I found it, on line, at Kyner's. The problem was that I live about a 100 miles away and was worried (as most would be) that what was discussed on the phone would change once arriving at the dealership...NOT TRUE. Everything, and then some, was exactly the way Brandon and Hans said would be. I don't have the best of credit and they still got me right where I wanted to be in terms of financing. What really made the whole day special was that my girlfriend and I were treated with amazing customer service! When Kyner says they are a family business, THEY MEAN IT. Brandon was very friendly, personable, and BEST of all, he was extremely responsive to all my inquiries!! He was just was great with the post sale follow-up. Bottom line, with was the best experience, purchasing a vehicle, I have ever had...period. Thanks Brandon and the rest of Kyner for a wonderful day!

Kyners did a good job at getting us into the vehicle that we wanted. I think we could of haggled with the price, but for what we got, we are very happy. Great vehicle, great service, and this is why we always look for a vehicle at Kyners. Dave is very friendly as well.

Well, our 1st and 2nd purchases were great too! We had such a positive experience when we bought 2 other cars from Kyner's that this was the first place we stopped when I needed another car. Tyler, was very courteous and helpful. I admit that I HATE car shopping, but Tyler made it a lot less painful and even fun at times! I love my car so far! PS. We still have the first two vehicles that we purchased years ago!

During my visit at Kyners, I was greeted but not overwhelmed with Sales personel. This was a luxry unlike most dealerships that bombard you with a persistent sales force. I worked with Tyler as I was looking at trading in my 09 Nissan Titan for a Dodge Ram 2500. The process was very easy and my family and I were able to take a test drive within 15 min of being there. After that the trade in process was very easy and we were able to negotiate on vehicle price. My biggest concern was getting a fair price for my trade...Kyner's did that! I would recommend Kyners to anyone not only for their customer service but low prices and quality vehicles. So far I have found nothing wrong that was not disclosed during the sale. Very pleased....

I got the car that I wanted for the price I wanted. I found their website very easy to use to search inventory and to pre-apply for financing. I was contacted within 2 days about my loan application I filled out online. A few days later I drove down to the dealership, traded in my vehicle, went for a test drive, signed some paperwork and was in and out in less than an hour. Staff were friendly and very helpful. They answered all my questions and explained the process thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Kyner's for anyone that is looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Amzing customer service.

I found Kyner's while doing a Google search for auto dealers in Chambersburg, PA. We were just going to look at a couple of cars that caught my eye on their website. I looked at a BMW a Volvo a Lexus and an Infinity. It was going to be our first stop of a few auto dealers. They were all very nice, but the Infinity was just perfect. I told them I thought I wanted it, and I made an offer. We struck a deal, and I ended up driving it home. The guys at Kyner's were all very down to earth and not what I expected. We will defiantly go back to them for another car and I would recommend them to a family member. Sara T

Purchased vehicle to find when picking up at Maryland state inspection station that the vehicle had a check engine light on and no parking brake. Remove parking brake to find broken springs and no braking surface on parking brake. I spoke to Shawn Haupt and basically was told to bad the dealership claims no responsibility for the problem. I bought a used vehicle knowing I would have to repair it but had no idea it would need repairs on day one. Avoid this dealership.

I'm new to this area and asked around as to the best place to buy a used truck. Kyner came highly recommended by an industry insider. I was told that I could trust these guys to give me the honest story about any used vehicle. After finding a truck that met my needs, they drove it personally for a short time to see if there were any problems with the vehicle. They found a couple minor issues, told me about them and then ordered parts and made the necissary repairs, all before purchase! Talk about great service. They cleaned the vehicle very well and buffed it to a high gloss. There was never any preassure with the sale. Very professional. I highly reccomend them to anyone seeking a trustworthy reputable place to find a good value vehicle.

Saw the Hummer and stop to look at it while they were closed. Went up the next day to see about it and I passed it on the road. Someone had it out for a test drive. Left and came back just to see if it was sold. Lucky me Tyler was there and helped take care of business. Tyler was very friendly and made it happen. Winter is coming.... and I wanted a Subaru. I looked online for a few hours and finally came across a 2009 Subaru Legacy at Kyners. I stopped by and talked to Mike. After a test drive I knew I wanted to buy it. The process was fast and easy. Kyner's got me a good rate on my loan and the staff was really nice. Mike Baim was my salesman and he was very helpful and answered all my questions. We swapped stories about snakes while we waited to hear back from the bank about my loan. Good times had by all. My husband and I needed a car asap. We came across a coupe that we liked on the lot. The car currently had some issues so our salesman, Dave, suggested us to another coupe that was similar. We were very satisfied with that car and wanted to drive it. With no hesitation, us and our salesman was going for a drive. After deciding we wanted the car, we started the process. Don't go here. No matter what. Don't do it. Look elsewhere and do research online on reviews ANYWHERE! This dealership was very rude and took complete advantage of my husband. I am very dissatisfied, VERY happy I did NOT buy the vehicle there, and will tell all friends, family, and anyone I run into to STAY AWAY FROM KYNERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a 2008 Buick Lacrosse from Kyners Auto Sales 07/2013, had to have wheels balanced, which the dealer said they had done because of the shaking in the steering wheel. the last of September the dash lights kept going out, on 10/02/2013 the car caught on fire in the garage, after I pulled in & shut the engine off. The Relay box & wire harness burnt. If my husband had not been outside I would have lost my garage, truck & house, plus the car. The 2008 Buick Lacrosse has had this problem since new. I had bought extra extended warranty coverage, which does not cover any electrical problems, which was not explained when I bought the coverage. Kyners Auto Sales was not letting me know how the work on my car was going, NO COMMUNICAION from then at all, till I mentioned a lawyer. This is 11/07/2013, & I my car is not fixed yet, Kyners is dragging their feet to see how much they can get out of my Insurance Company, the owner & the service manager is very unfriendly, & have no manners. I would tell anyone not to deal with them for anything. The loaners, which I have had 3 so far, they call & say they need the one back I have either it is sold or needs serviced. All 3 have been a piece of s- - t. Kyners is buying Autos at the auction & selling them for top price. My 2008 came from West Virginia. I will certainly read reviews from here on before I buy anything big. Kyners have been very non-business like in this situation.

I went to purchase a 2003 Mini at Kyner's. I drove the car and the suspension was a disaster. They told me before I drove it that the car was noisy. It wasn't just a noise, the car had lowered suspension and whenever you'd hit ANY bump, the suspension would bottom out and the car would jump sideways every time. In short, it was dangerous.I went back to the dealership and tried to deal on the price, because other than the suspension, I liked the car. They refused to come down. They tried to get me to pay 800$ for the repairs ON TOP of the the price. Upon review of the documents, I saw that they had also raised the price of the car $1000 above the internet listed price. This occurred conveniently after I said I had $1000 for a downpayment.So, I told them I wouldn't buy the car, but if they fixed it I would drive it again and think about it. I was told I would hear from them in two days. After 5 they never called. I called back, having found a different car and requested my $100 deposit back, which my Salesman Tyler said he would refund. Tyler was a nice guy, and I liked dealing with him. But the service manager is a totally awful person. You do not want to deal with him, trust me. I've been buying used cars for 20 years, and I've been thru this process about 10 times. I have NEVER been treated with so much disrespect in my life when buying a car. The experience with my other dealer was fantastic. So buying a used car doesn't need to be so terrible. Kyner's lied, stole my deposit, and steadfastly refuses to refund it, after I was told I would get it back.

We were out looking for a SUV and found one we liked there.The saleman Mike was a normal salesman, smiled why he lied to us. The finance man made us take a waranty , saying the finance company required it. Thay did not, when we asked them later.The waranty was only good for a few miles and cost a lot of money. We waited over 4 hrs to do paperwork, we said we were going to leave and then we got service. We took it back several times for rear brake prolbems and was given a rental from there, the windows and horn did not work, UNSAFE.When the front brakes wore out we found out thay bolted the caliper to the spindle, did not fix the broken slide pin. UNSAFE. If thay did not do it thay should have found it on the ckeck out thay do.. Several of the speakers were bad , not covered under the 30 day warranty...PLEASE spair yourself the headake , and shop somewhere else......

Manager treats you terribly, tells you that you don't know what your talking about! Sold me a 30,000 car and it broke (thankfully I bought the warranty) so transmission breaks and they give me a rental car that is falling apart and smells the day before its suppose to snow. They don't care about helping you after they sell you the car, their only worried about making a dollar... Completely pathetic customer service!!!!

Salesman had a cocky attitude and would not go to his superior after i offered a lower price on a truck that had alot of problems. This bad experience has left me with a bad taste for this dealership. I will never go back. If a dealership hires a salesperson with bad people skills and a personality disorder, then they are to blame for non-returning customers.

bought a van there it overheated before I got to Walmart. They told me it needed an intake gasket had that fixed at my own expense $450 didn't fix it needs a head gasket which is going to cost at least a $1000. They say there not responsable and they're not standing behind it.I tried to show Shaun a paper off the internet showing a car was susposed to be roadworthy even if it is sold as is or the problems be disclosed and he started screaming if I wanted to go that route he would see me in court and I wouldn't get anything.He said he could roll a car over three times and smash it and could still sell it as is without disclosing any information.Didn't matter any how be cause I still ended up with a van I have had 3 weeks and not been able to drive.I explained we only had $4000 dollars or less top spend andwe couldn't get a loan. That we had to wait a month for our incometax check to buy someting and Mike said you came to the right place. That was the biggest mistake of my life listening to that guy.

This dealership is awesome. They are so friendly and will bend over backwards for you. I believe it is family owned and you can sense that. Almost if not all the prices of there vehicles are below kelley blue book. That offer so many extras when you purchase a vehicle there. Such as free inspection for as long as you own the vehicle,free loaner car, oil lube and filter change for 9.95 and that price is guarenteed to never go up those are just a few things they give to you when you buy one of there vehicles. I know of others that have bought cars from them and I have never heard anyone complain! If you want to buy a car go here, they can't be beat!
