I called recently to find out information on a vehicle. But seems to be like the owner himself denied us on the spot via telephone. Didn't understand why when he asked $6000 upfront for a $10,000 vehicle, as a down payment. We asked him a simple question " what time do you close today", he kept on responding with " I won't be able to give you the vehicle since somebody else had already wanted to finance for $6000." Absolutely awful service. Would never recommend to anybody. Never wanting to try and purchase a vehicle from them again.

There is nothing worse or better with this dealer. You get what you can reasonably expect from a used car. However, if you have an oral side agreement about something, make sure to put them in a writting, otherwise they possibly don't fulfill it. In my case it was about sharing the costs of a small defect. Even after multiple demands they just ignored it. I know it's just a small thing but falseness, lies and indecency pisses me off, especially in business relations where good faith should be a thing.
