Positives: 1. Documentation process for leasing new vehicle was good Could be better: 1. Vehicle fuel range was only 138 miles when I took vehicle delivery. It would be better, If dealership could fuel vehicle tank completely before delivery. Negative: 1. Vehicle just have 75% of oil remaining. Dealership must check all the key points before vehicle delivery. As a customer, it is expected to have 100% oil when vehicle is received.

Kevin Bates, our sales person, did an outstanding job!! Buying a car virtually was foreign to us, but Kevin provided us with all the support we needed. He somehow conveyed kindness, understanding, and professionalism while only being able to communicate through email. He helped us purchase the exact car we wanted! Where other dealers tried changing cars or showing us what would be a better option, Kevin knew what we wanted and literally delivered it right to our door!! In addition the general managers ensured we had support from them as well! Great job to the entire team!!

Dave Hunt has to be the most down to earth, knowledgeable, attentive person I have ever met. I walked in on Monday with a dream in my head and hope in my heart. Dave put it all together for me and my dream was in my driveway Monday night. Nick Leporowski did an excellent job to make the transaction smooth and painless. His quote for the trade in value for my truck was fair. There was no hidden cost in the final quote. Zero down meant zero down. 100% electronic paper work and the truck delivery to my door was amazing! It allowed me to stay safely at home and made better use of my time by not having to go to the dealership.
