My second experience at this dealership today was nothing short of excellent. I had my oil changed on my GMC a few months ago and I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was and the level of customer service I received from the service department at GMC. I was skeptical of taking my vehicle to the dealership for fear of high up charges, but I wanted to have a full vehicle inspection action before I embarked on a road trip. In my experience today I had to have my car towed to the dealership to have my keys remade. I dealt with Steve again and his entire team in there is extremely professional, courteous, upfront about pricing and services and I really felt like their communication was top notch. Will gladly pay a little bit extra to take my vehicle here for all of it’s necessary services

Coming from another dealership where I experienced one of the worst buying experiences ever, I feared I couldn't expect any less from sales men or dealerships. Uriel Gomez, changed that experience for me. With his honesty and transparency through out the purchase of my vehicle, It was clear to me that he sincerely cares about his customers and their concerns. I will recommend friends and family to this dealership specifically to this young man. Thanks again!

Excellent service and my service advisor, Jackson Smith, is simply the BEST! Jackson is courteous, professional, and very understanding of my needs. I wouldn't go to any other dealer for my vehicle's service!
